G1 (Sunbow cartoon probably?): Doomed in the sense of they absolutely despise each other, a very personal and deep rooted animosity ever since Megatron has been haunted by Optimus after a routine warehouse raid went sour. Optimus for his part doesn't really seem to care for Megatron much either, seeing as how he shot him and left him to die as Orion Pax. But Megatron DID once dismantle Optimus non lethally to keep his head around so there's that.

Animated: Doesn't even bother to remember Optimus's name until the finale of season 3. Not really as personal as other Optimus and Megatron pairs, with Megatron being roughly similar in age to Ultra Magnus instead.

Armada: Okay there's legit something between these two. Megatron legit gets depressed after Optimus dies. And they've certainly known each other for a good while. They probably were never friends before they became enemies but the show does put a lot of focus on them being two sides of a coin.

IDW (2005?): Yeah stuff is messy or these two. Quite the long history between them. though sadly i'm not the most knowledgable on it all.

Prime/Aligned: Oh yeah, this one can be seen easily as two exes fighting a long, bitter conflict.

and of course, Transformers One! They're definitely best of friends here, nothing will ever separate Orion Pax and D-16!

Honorary mention, Beast Wars Megatron and Optimus Primal have never dated. the 'argues like exes' award goes to Rattrap and Dinobot.

Venus flytrap - Dionaea muscipula

At first i was gonna include maybe some other pitcher plant or completely different plant...

But then again, Bael is literally catching the King of flies on daily basis

Idk why, but looking at pics of the open leaves is really calming to me

Having them is kinda cool bc sometimes you just walk past and see one of their leaves closed bc it caught a fly and you'll feel kinda proud of your little baby for catching something

From my experience they don't close when you give them dead one, though

They might also be a bit harder to keep alive...

Mine made it few months, but then bloomed and died shortly after I cut the flower off (similar thing also happened to my friend who specialises in succulents and carnivorous plants so I don't think I did anything wrong)

At first I was thinking I'll give Stolas something bird-named, but I really wantd somethinig that looks harmless, and the moment you mess with, you're in for a lot of pain

For those who don't know: Contanct wiht the plant gives you a nasty rash, sometimes with some blisters

All hidden details and meanings in Meanwhile

So, I told you guys to find 4 secrets hidden in the first page of Meanwhile, and it turns out you did!

Huge props to @pakoon2069 for being the first to find all the differences between graves!

I'll be putting them all below the cut in case people want to find them on their own or would like to avoid spoilers!

Minor spoilers for my AU tree times

1. Pillar differences - The Pillars are different heights, showing how far apart their age is to Narinder. Shamura's the tallest, they're the oldest. Leshy's the smallest, he's the youngest. Heket and Kallamar are the same height as they are equally apart from Narinder in age.

They also are in different levels of disrepair, showing how broken their relationship is towards Narinder. Heket and Kallamar will need an equal amount of work to have their relationship with Narinder fixed.

Shamura is the most broken, as even if they're willing to forgive, their relationship will take the longest to properly heal. They are also tilted to mirror their recovery being more complex.

By this point in time, Leshy's pillar is fully repaired because Leshy doesn't view their relationship as broken and Narinder is unconsciously aware that Leshy wasn't as involved as the others in trapping him.

2. Cross differences - All crosses are the same except Leshy's. The branch his is made of is blooming - Narinder sees him as the lesser evil of them all.

3. "Domain" differences - All the graves have parts of their domain (mushrooms, cobwebs, camellias, crystals) but only one is extending past the pillars. Leshy's flowers are reaching closer towards where Narinder is standing, inching towards the perspective.

Leshy is the first to actively reach out towards Narinder and is most likely the only one that Narinder doesn't have to seek out by himself.

4. Crown differences - All crowns are closed except the Purple crown, that is due to it being the crown of wisdom and being able to see EVERYTHING - including into Narinder's dream. It's cracked as it's metaphorically mirroring Shamura's broken mind.

Those were my interpretations and reasons but I REALLY loved all the other interpretations you guys made! Originally I always show my friends on Whatsapp my art first and they were able to point things out as well - so I really hoped someone would find all my details!

Needless to say, I wasn't disappointed! Across all people who've seen it, all details have been found!

When you first got hired as the Daycare manager, you work was... Well.... Tough

To say the least.

Sun's sassy attitude and constant micro-aggressions were really getting to your nerves

And Moon.....

Well

Let's say you sometimes wondered if he saw you as his boss or his toy

He WILL jest around and stare at you while chuckling instead of following your commmands

Both of them don't really like the idea of having a human supervising them

I mean they're doing a super neat job on their own!! They don't need you!! Why would management send you here?!?

But surprisingly, instead of quitting

You actively try to work with them.

Unexpected I know.

You're not just bossing them around and yelling when they don't do what you want!!

You actually communicate with them to explain the goal of your missions and ask for their ideas when they refuse to do things your way!!

Okay to be honest how it ends up working out is truly a mystery to you

But after a while of almost constant bargaining

Welp the bargaining starts to lessen.

They do the activities you prepared instead of announcing a completely different unrelated thing to the kids

They don't argue as much about the schedule for naptimes

Hell, you can finally catch a fucking break

Of course you let them know how much you're thankful to them for agreeing with stuff (finally)

Sun also starts to get a little less mean, thankfully

You're greater at your job than he thought you'd be!! Different than the managers they had before, for sure, but it's a good thing!! You actually adapt your work and the schedule for them, and not despite them!!

He might start to take a liking for you

After a long while

I mean you truly are the first human handler to not treat them as objects

So of course it takes time for them to trust you

But Sun eventually does because he's just too much of a sweetheart

Moon just... Teases you a bit less. If that means anything.

Or at least it's not mean teasing anymore

He's still a Creature™�� tho

Sun still acts confident and almost cocky at times, but it's not passive-agressive anymore

He can even appear charming at times, now that his jokes and remarks aren't meant to make you quit your job

And of course both argue from time to time

Or well, show their dislike of your commands in their own ways I guess

Their "own ways" being that Moon crawls up to the ceiling and sits in a corner upside-down to pout

And Sun just outright refuses to execute whatever you told him to do (and WILL get snappy if you insist)

The trips at Parts N Service are the worst, but you manage to get them down there two times out of three

But overall your relationship with the both of them is getting better and better everyday!

And you genuinely feel so glad the day they give you a friendship drawing!! You're officially their friend now!!

You almost teared up, but no one needs to know that

And then, they gave you another one

And another one

And MANY other ones

And plenty of them both holding your hands

Overtime, you became their bestest friend!!

Who could have thought you would end up being so close!!

Well you, at least, didn't expect it

Not that you're complaining!

You had to admit you grew VERY attached to them too

But oh boy was this development unexpected.

I'M GONNA USE MY SONAS FOR THIS ONE BECAUSE I FINALLY HAVE AN EXCUSE TO YAP ABOUT THEM.

Just a lil refresher but these are my two sonas, Calypso is on the left and Decker is on the right! Decker is an inter-demensional demon that travels between different worlds, Calypso is the physical embodiment of a fallen star, and the two are best buds that travel together between worlds.

Onto how they'd interact (+ I added a few more for fun!):

David - Both Calypso and Decker know of him but both aren't too phased by his reputation. Calypso is friendly while Decker is more non-chalant about the meeting. Neither have any strong feelings about him or their interactions though I feel like Decker would accidentally piss him off and Calypso would have to excuse themselves before Decker says anymore dumbshit that might get em in trouble with a alpha. 7/10, they think he's okay.

Huxely - Both vibe with him pretty well, Decker thinks he's a funny fella and Calypso likes how he's very easy to talk to. The two are pretty good friends with him and I can see Huxely maybe introducing the two to the rest of the D.A.M.N crew in the future. 10/10, they really like him and would keep in touch.

Vega - Vega is a tough one, he knows Decker is a d(a)emon due to the fact he can see him but he is curious as to what Calypso actually is. He looks human, but isn't actually human. He's no d(a)emon either so what is Calypso? Decker gets really bad vibes from him and does put Calypso's safety and well being first so the two would actively avoid him. 3/10, Decker doesn't like him and Calypso doesn't particularly understand why but follows his lead.

Porter - Porter I feel like would think Calypso is too annoyingly purple and Calypso thinks he's mean though wouldn't outwardly say it. Decker doesn't have many thoughts on Porter, think's "Okay he's kinda an ass but he has a pretty ass at least." And would pass each other without much fuss. 7/10, Calypso thinks he's kinda mean and Decker thinks he's pretty.

Geordi - Calypso and Decker think he's okay, similar to David they don't particulary have a strong opinion about Geordi but he's okay in their books. The interaction wouldn't last long if I'm being honest so they're pretty neutral about him. 7/10, they think he's chill but they're not gonna go outta their way to befriend him.

Blake - Blake can't tell the two aren't human during their first interaction but catches on that something is up between the two. Calypso is friendly but Decker keeps the interaction short, he's really good at picking up peoples general vibe and Decker just doesn't like him. 5/10, Decker sticks to his gut instincts and Calypso is a bit confused but follows Deckers lead again.

Hush - Hush would know immediately they weren't from his world but wouldn't hurt them. I think he'd be rather curious about em and I think Calypso is all too eager to make a new friend. Decker is also chill with him but he's also very wary about Hush, gets an off feeling but proceeds with caution. 8/10, Calypso is excited to have another friend and Decker is proceeding with caution.

Gavin - Decker vibes with Gavin a lot but Calypso gets flustered too much to really talk to him so he usually stays quiet. He doesn't mind the flirting really, it's just Calypso doesn't know how to handle people flirting with him like that and just ends up like "🧍". Decker and Gavin are chill with each other and end up as good friends surprisingly, good banters between the two. 8/10, overall both like them though Calypso is a bit shy.

Lasko - Oh Decker would have a field day teasing him, he might actually turn into Gavin 2.0 with how he teases him it's very comedic lol. Calypso thinks he's neat, he likes hearing him talk and would like to play this 'D&D' that Lasko talks about one day! 9/10, all good vibes, Decker thinks he's very cute and fun to tease while Calypso thinks he's a very good friend.

Damien - Things are pretty chill surprisingly, Decker and Damien I see them being good friends in a "I'm gonna fuck your mom lol" "I will ACTUALLY fucking kill you." Type of way lmao. They like each other I promise, Decker just likes being a pain in the ass sometimes. Calypso doesn't mind Damien and likes hanging out with him, though tends to avoid playing video games that might make him mad when they hang out together. 9/10, overall good vibes and the two like hanging out with him.

“hey, rin....?” they hesitantly ask their boyfriend of two years, eyes darting around every which way but at him. they've started picking at the skin on their fingertips again, he notices.

rindou mutes his gaming mic and turns his chair around. “yeah, baby?” sliding his headphones off of his ears with one hand, he reaches out with the other hand and pulls them towards him until they end up between his legs. wrapping an arm around their small, — as he calls it — “cute” waist he pulls them closer until they almost fall on top of him.

getting the message, they straddle rindou and reach up into his messy blonde streaks distracting their fingers with the lines of bright, cyan-blue running through them.

they don't want to seem angry at rin for this because gods above! they could never be angry at him. their angel. their rock. their peter parker or miles morales. he's always looking out for them. always putting them first before his own needs. they think — no... they know that he'd drop the entire world if they asked him too.

but at the same time.... they just love waking up to his soft features in the morning on the rare occasion when they wake up first. they love when they go to bed and the last thing they see at night is rindou, purple eyes softening and gazing at them as if they hung the stars in his sky. his face relaxing as his eyelids slowly droop trying to and failing to fight off the god hypnos' spell.

so then why? why does he turn around on some nights? or what about those other nights where he'll join them in bed late after staying up playing with his old gang friends and he crawls in behind them and snuggles them in his sleep. he doesn't bother turning them around to face him and kiss his cute nose goodnight. did they say something or do something? did their relationship change? does he not love them? is he cheating on them with someone else? perhaps someone physically and mentally stronger than them caught his eye at the club the other night when they turned him down to join him and ran. he'd be better off with them than they're sorry ass—

a harsh tug on their hair rips a sharp whine from their throat. “what the hell, rin?! what was that for?” they pull away from him and glare at him one hand reaching up behind their head where rindou had just yanked.

“i've been talkin’ to ya this whole time, babe.” he doesn't look mad or annoyed but he certainly looks worried. “you know you've been talkin’ this whole time, yeah? and i've been trying to tell you something and explain to you why i've been sleeping with my back to you or sleeping on the other side of the bed. but you've been spiralling so deep in your thoughts that you didn't hear a word i said. calm down, ok?” compared to the rough tug he gave their hair earlier, he gently cups their face in his rough hands, thumbs rubbing soothing circles on their cheeks. “sorry for pulling your hair like that, hon’. but you were really gone; had me worried there!” he gives them a quick cheeky smile and pecks their forehead. “i was worried because i care about you. i like the feeling of being able to protect someone else dear to me besides my own brother. he's older than me so i don't get that feeling very often. but when i met you and you clung to to me when you passed out and came to that one time, i wanted to feel that sensation again. that pride of and happiness of being a person that someone can rely on. i know it was an accident but still... ‘twas nice.”

“....oh....” they suddenly felt so embarrassed and so ashamed, even though deep down they knew they had nothing to be ashamed about. rindou's their boyfriend. he's one of the few people in their life that has stuck around. the man they've secretly daydreamed of marrying. he's seen them naked. seen them in tears. seen them angry. rindou's caught them in every possible vulnerable state they could ever be in and he never let them down. never gave up on them. never walked away. why would he...? why would.... he.... “why would you stay with me? you've seen every side of me since then. like i said, i am sure there are others out there who aren't as fucked up as me. who are far healthier than i am and can accompany you more often to your club at night with your brother and friends. i don't hold you back; you've said that so that's not the issue here. but.... i want to know why, in a sea of people, you would still choose me.” by now they had started sobbing, face buried in his t-shirt, tattooed arms wrapped firmly around their waist, their own hands balled into fists clutching onto him for dear life as if he'd disappear otherwise.

“babe,” he pressed a kiss to the top of your head, big, warm, calloused hands slowly rubbing their back. “i choose you over any other healthy guy or girl because i've seen your determination and persistance through everything you've gone through. the only people i've seen with that much determination were that hanagaki guy and toman's leader. but they're different from you; you've remained selfless and compassionate to everyone, no matter what. always the open-minded one trying to see someone's perspective or situation from their end. you're one of the last people to judge others. not gonna lie, i thought it was pretty naive at first. figured you'd be — and saw it often — walked all over a lot. but you never let that keep you down for long.”

they huffed. pouting they also grumbled back, “sure seems long....”

he made a sound like a game show buzzer going off because a contestant ran out of time or got the answer wrong. “incorrect answer, my love. it seemed long but it was always only temporary. things always changed for the better. if things in the world never changed for the better then it would've imploded a long time ago. anyway,” he moves his hands from their back to their shoulders and raises them to look him in the eye.

“anyway,” he says again, “babe, you always say that one of your traits is that you're stubborn as hell. well, ever think that your stubborness applies here too? you're so stubborn and determined to not let people's opinions of you cloud your outlook on life. you've seen and experienced so much that you don't wish to see others go through the same hardships as you. so you give back to others as much as you can. that's pretty cool, y’know? you're cool, babe! the coolest! we can be cool together: you, me, and ran — you laughed! that made you laugh!” rin cheered and giddily kissed their tears away. “but!” he abruptly leaned back all of a sudden. “he can only join our cool squad only because i know he'd be offended at never let me live it down that i don't think he's cool enough to join.” he rolls his eyes at the audacity of how far his brother would go with his dramatics. “it's a wonder *aniki's not an actor with how dramatic he can be sometimes.”

taking a few tissues from the box sitting on rin's desk, they dried their eyes, cleaned their face and blew their nose. “i mean, he did say he's always wanted to be a celebrity. so basically he's living the ‘actor’ life anyway, isn't he?”

taking a clean tissue from them he patted their cheeks dry and chuckled, “true. even if it is my club he's still a celebrity by association. anyway, you good now, babe? baby? my love? my angel? my sweet thing? dollfhmph?” he playfully glared at his “dollface” as they clapped a hand over his mouth. “don't like that last one, baby? ‘s’not what you said last night while i was—”

“you finish that sentence and you'll sleep on the couch!” they playfully retorted back. “besides, you never answered my question about why you've been sleeping with your back to me or why you've been sleeping on the other side of the bed lately.”

“you've got enough stuffed animals. i want to be your stuffed plushie that you hold at night and cuddle with.” the instant rindou pouted and crossed his arms over his chest, they knew he was partly messing with them still to cheer them up. “but in all seriousness,” he relaxed his posture and returned to cleaning them up and fixing their hair. “in all seriousness, baby, when i crawl in behind you after i log off from my game i just like the feeling of your back pressed to my chest as i wrap my arms around you. i also love it when you subconsciously hold onto my own arms when i do that. it's cute!” leaning in, he rests his forehead against theirs and watches and feels as they slowly get more and more flustered. “you know what else is cute?”

“wh-what....?” they stutter, barely able to maintain eye contact with him with how intensely his gaze on them was.

“i also adore how flustered you get — even though we've been dating for two years and have been friends for three — whenever i go to kiss you or whenever i undress you. it makes my heart swell every time i see you trying to look away from me. it only makes me want to kiss you more, y’know? and i think that's exactly what i'll do.” tilting his head to the side rindou gives their lips one peck. two. three.

throwing his headphones onto his chair, he stands up and hoists them over his hips as he effortlessly carries them to the bed. between each deep, hungry, breathless kiss he mutters lowly against their lips high praise after high praise while also promising to show them in slow, agonizing detail why he would never leave and always choose them every time.

note. ....did i grab my own face in my own hands to figure out how rin would hold it and where he'd massage on my face with his thumbs.....? .......yes...... no....... hhhh ABSOLUTELY! fine. lol listen. artists aren't the only ones who do "weird" shit lol

aaaaaa seasonal depression has been kicking me in the ass on top of my symptomatic depression (thanks, migraines). so i've been spiralling a lot lately. and when i spiral,, i wrote rindou comfort lol a bit prouder of this compared to my last rindou comfort (that one is still in my drafts tho. ew!). i like the ending more in this one than the last one!! it flows better, i hope, what with all the kissing and loving and suggestive writing~ oooo *squirms in my seat* i adore final timeline rindou so so much — almost as much as bonten arc rindou hahah!! gamer!rindou also has my whole heart and soul too so i had to include that as well as rin's beloved older brother whom i also adore.
