my family is like "why dont you show initiative to do xyz?" and then when i show initiative they're like "actually no, you're not allowed to go anywhere or do anything"
#my uncle next door broke his wrist and i was like ''please let me go to the hospital after him so he has a coat and i can bring him home''#and NOPE i aint allowed to leave the house bc the roads are still melting out from the ice even tho they're safer now than 3 days ago#when same uncle's washing machine broke i approached all my other uncles with a plan for replacing it bc uncle next door has limited income#and they viciously tore that plan to shreds and then my passive aggressive aunt got involved and was really freaking rude about it#and im just :upside down smiley face: STOP DISINCENTIVIZING ME TO CARE FOR YOU WHEN YOU ARE OLD#not that uncle next door is its just the rest of the family#jess talks too much
