More on the asshole uncle (Iâll name him Uncle Thomas since I had an asshole relative w that name lnfao
Uncle Thomas is Mr. Curtisâ brother and I feel like heâs always been on Darrelâs ass about âraising his kids rightâ and heâs like âlook at how my kids ended up!â (his kids are all probably severely depressed and cut him off) but I also feel like Uncle Thomas was up Darrelâs ass as kids for enjoying âpansy activitiesâ like bird watching and stuff. But anyway!
I feel like the incident definitely happened at Thanksgiving (like all good family arguments happen) and it probably started when he started picking on the three boys for how much they were eating, telling Darry eh was âgonna ruin his physique and wouldnât be able to play footballâ (Darry used to be a chubby kid and Thonas definitely picked on him for it and he also struggles with eating so his mom had to coax him into eating the rest) and telling Soda and Pony they âwee being rudeâ and taunting Carolina about ânot teaching them mannersâbut then he started picking on Soda for his academics. It got so bad that Soda just ran off crying. Then he made Pony show him his room and got upset when he saw Ponyâs photo collection and ripped it up because âdo you really need these girly photos?!â and Pony was likeâŠsobbing because his favorite books and photos were absolutely ruined. Thatâs when Darry blows up because he pissed him off when he talked about his and his brothers eating habits and now he made his babies cry. Mr. Curtis had to physically restrain him because Darry wouldâve beaten the shit out of him and only his mom could calm him down.
Uncle Thomas showed at the wake but then right after asked Darry to look at the will. No sympathy for his brother or his nephews. Darry took him outside and absolutely beat the shit out of him and told him âif you ever show up here again Iâm not be so easy on youâ and he surprisingly never showed his face again
#the outsiders#ponyboy curtis#sodapop curtis#darry curtis#queue#btw if anyone wants to write this go for it-iâve gotten asks about writing out some of my hcs and idc if you do just credit me haha#i love when that happens tho it makes me so happy#so go for it!

Iâll never get around to drawing/writing this BUT Hannibal Cutthroat Kitchen AU where Hannibal is the host and the contestants are unknowingly cooking people during those insane challenges. And Will goes undercover on the next season as a contestant bc he believes that TV personality Hannibal Lector is somehow behind the string of murders that have been going on in that area and the closest he can get to him is to become a contestant on the show. And Jack reluctantly pulls some strings to get Will on the show bc he wouldnât Shut Up about it and itâs messing with how efficient he is at his job. The problem is Will actually has to compete and he sucks at cooking anything but fish dishes, but for some Mysterious Reason he keeps winning the challenges okay goodnight đ
#hannibal#nbc hannibal#will graham#hannibal lecter#hannigram#Hannibal au#had this idea in my head for MONTHS I needed to get it out there#love cutthroat kitchen so bad#canât watch much of it now because it stresses me out too and đ#Hannibal becomes obsessed with Will as a contestant the same way he does in the show but itâs more subtle I think#viewers definitely think Will is cheating or smth idk đ#idc if someone writers about it or draws smth for it as like as 1) I get credit for the idea and 2) you tag me in it bc Iâd love to see it#I wonât be doing it bc my attention span is short enough đ

#long talk in tags incoming i guess#i don't understand why people keep following me when everything i do is complaining lately#and not about dnp per se. but about how the work is done and how their team *coughs* martyn *coughs* is handling stuff#i'm just looking at all this mess and i can't agree with basically anything#everything goes against my beliefs when it comes to work organisation. customer focus and etc.#and i'm trying SO hard to mildly help for free. and i'm just getting ignored. but that's like.. basic fixing and shit#any decent company would do it and say thank you for noticing and letting us know#but not irl merch lmao#and it all feels and looks like a massive joke#and i'm so so tired to basically pay for existence of this mess#i'm rethinking a lot of tour related decisions i made. and i know the reason i made them was about travelling more than the show itself#so i don't completely regret it#i'm just so tired of being spat in the face (figuratively speaking) over and over again#and tired of no one taking their job seriously ffs#neither martyn nor dnp nor their fucking editors#and i'm doing all that not for attention or whatever. but because I really care for the words to be correct and for the fucking text..#.. to be in the middle. like idc about the credit or WHO i need to ask for it to be fixed. i just want it to be fixed#so it looks good and how it should look#like. it's not that hard to put a little care into the things you do and getting paid for#I don't understand how it became so normalized. how being a bad manager is okay if you work with a fanbase and you're a 'small company'#a small company who has more than enough money to hire people to check things btw. if only anyone cared#i'm just so so tired of caring. because apparently it's not something everyone else does.#and i can let it slide when it comes to dnp. they are not being literally hired to do it. but others..... yeah#today was a moment when i thought 'that's a perfect opportunity to leave. enough.'#but the tour is in 1.5 months and i have tickets so i can't leave lmao#what kind of joke that is? oh and i know i'm fully responsible for this mild breakdown#personal

Hello! I would love to know how u developed ur art style! I absolutely love it and have taken some inspiration and incorporated it into my own art! Tysm!
I mean idk, it's hard to really say. Just kinda happens over time I suppose lol!
What I reccomend to you and any artist looking to develop their personal style more is to do art style studies from the media you like. A good exercise is;
1) finding an image from the art style- tracing over it and breaking it into shapes
2) Try to re-draw the same image multiple times once you have a good understanding of the styles structure
3) Now try to incorporate the style into different characters, expressions, etc!
And of course doing IRL studies is important. Understanding human anatomy and then being able to break and exaggerate it depending on how cartoony your personal style is.
#textpost#tracing is a great way to develop and improve your own art dont let people tell you otherwise#i only reccomend giving full credit to any artists or media you trace if you chose to post it#try to contact the artist and ask for permission is highly reccomended too if possible#for me personally idc if you take heavy inspo or trace a piece from me as long as im credited#also art style theft doesnt exist thats stupid dont listen to art youtubers who say so

Bro how hard is it to use the insert gif function or at least tag and credit the creator of a gif when you use it in your own post đđđ
#vent#i am Fairly Sure that it's one of mine. and it's being used as a header for a fic someone wrote here so it's not like#the focus of it? at least lol but also idc if you wanna use my gifs for that just unless i said it's okay to not credit#(which i have done in the past but not this particular one)#then just. use the insert gif feature. or @ me. not a big deal#i don't block people who insert my gifs into posts unless those posts are offensive in some way#i'm not into x reader fics and ik some people who block people for using their gifs in those fics#so maybe that's why the sneakiness? idk#but i don't block anyone if they insert my gif or tag credit me on an x reader fic unless there's smth offensive in that x reader fic#but just. bruh. lmao#i cannot be fucked to say anything directly but this is the second time that gif has been reposted without credit

got bored & coloured in an alan davis sw piece, liked how it looked so sharing it here. u can crop for an icon i guess :)
art id; two similar portaits of wanda maximoff from marvel comics. she is shown from the thighs up and wears a variation of her original wimple costume, with cape, thigh high pointed boots, a bodysuit that goes up around her hips, and gloveless detached sleeves. all of these are coloured a dark wine red, as are her lips. her shoulders & bust are exposed, but she wears bright pink tights. she has warm brown skin & dark curly black hair. the other is the sketched version & is colourless. she looks towards the viewer with a slight smirk & loosely holds her cloak. end id/
#*mine#comicedit#marveledit#wanda maximoff#scarlet witch#ch: don't be so quick to judge witches#was gonna make the coloured one transparent. but i can't be bothered. u can use it if you want tho for an edit. credit me or dont idc

Winx comic artists masterpost
Here are the credits listed in each issue in my collection.
I will not be including the titles as I'm not familiar with their English translations and I don't want to cause any confusion.
"Pixies Tales" is the name of short comics featuring the Pixies as main characters, before the Pixie Mag was born.

boygenius getting multiple grammy noms but mitski not getting a single one unleashed a wolf in me
#im genuinely so annoyed that they dont take her seriously.#and i know i prob shouldnt pit the two against each other or whatever but honestly im going to bc i dont care#mitski has been credited as an influence by all of these indie girls including boygenius multiple times#so its crazy that the influence gets no recognition in the eyes of the academy#also part of me just thinks its racism bc the academy cant handle more than 1 indie artist#so they choose to allow the white artist to reap the rewards of being âdifferentâ and âdefying of genresâ#so irritated by it honestly. also a lot of the nominees are jokes sorry but idc about most of them#*

hate when you beg someone to be part of something then they take to it so well that they leave you in the dust and become an ""inspiration"" to the community they were initially super critical of
#im just bitter and jealous and lonely but it still sucks!#the edm scene is so up its own ass but also its a cool creative underground sometimes#ugh i have thoughts but no more words about this except its anmoying and makes me feel bad#i guess its like i almost want credit for bringing them into the scene? which is dumb#but i only want them to like acknowledge it idc about others#like i want them to say thank you for bringing me to this community and use their influence to help me like i did for them?#i just want friends too not like fame or recognition like im purely hoping to make solid friends#i feel like its not a lot to ask but also i feel like im bitter and need to shut up#idk someone validate me or call me out whichever i seem to need more#t
