I have several plushes so all of them get honorary talks. (So I have Squire the Cubone, Soup the Sobble, and Heelies the Helioptile. With Azula the Torchic, Whippet the Bulbasaur, and Red the charmander in storage.)

If you were fighting me as a gym leader though I’d be one of those asshole gym leaders who makes you do a double battle with Pants the Slowking and Wonderboy the Rhydon so I can check out your Pokémon teamwork dynamics. (I LOVE Rhydon and Slowking. But that’s because these are the two I raised together in my Go team.)

I used to have a whole six slot team planned out for if you wanted to get a badge off me, so you’d have to use all your own six team slots, and my Pokémon tend to be tricky things that cover one another’s gaps and weaknesses. (I know my second tier involved Nanii, my Sceptile. Who’s named for @naniiebim —the person who created my icons here and on discord.)

I LOVE Wobbuffet and Makuhita.

My favorite legendary hands down is Raikou because Raikou is freaking chill as shit. (Oh, you’re an ex team rocket member who’s an electric trainer? I choose you to wield my power. And if it changes you for the better then I’m going to pretend not to notice. Oh, there’s a salon maiden who’s also a trainer? Free hair care and nails done? Yeah I’m good with this. SO. CHILL.) but also because it’s the first legendary I ever caught in Go. (Not for lack of trying.)

And I caught mine RIGHT after hurricane Irma.

(My Raikou is still named Irma. And I have a Raikou pin I sometimes wear at work with a little Wizard!Kakashi next to it.)

I bond with my pixels in a normal way. I am very normal. 😐

I haven’t done anything for the later generations because I don’t have a switch. It’ll trickle into Journeys or into Go and I’ll develop favorites then.

You uh. Might have to narrow down by type and watch me explode about my favorite ones in Go. ^^;;;;

i have an internal rule when playing competitive pokemon that i need to use at LEAST one pokemon in my team that u just. never see people use (at least in higher tiers) and while its a pain sometimes its incredible how well some "lesser" pokemon can put in work against a lot of the recent power-creepy mons. u would not believe how well Alomomola can counter so many of the gen 9 physical powerhouses this thing is fucking ridiculous

Klara is tempting, but I have Geeta, I really just need a sturdier Poison support, but she's Tech, so I probably won't go for her. And unless Avery hits harder than Steven, he's got no chance of a scout. (They use G-Slowbro and G-Slowking respectively.) Greta gets Breloom.

The ticketed pairs for the new Damage Mode are Nemona (Lycanroc-Midday), Hugh (Unfezant), Marnie (Scrafty), and Gladion (Weavile). We're apparently getting a event alt for Wally with Altaria too.

She's a reserved PKMN who only tends to make noise when she moves. Zom met her whilst on his way to fight Cynthia on Victory Road. Some team Galactic grunts were causeing issues and Steelix was trying to defend the other PKMN from being caught. Zom helped stop team Galactic and Steelix chose to come with him. Now adays she protects the others by scaring off everyone.

A duo that's hardly seperated. Dex is the talkative one, though they're strong headed. Phone is sarcastic and the lazier one. Zom caught them at the same time and ended up posseing his Pokedex and Phone in there respective regions; Dex in Alola, Phone in Galar. Neither are really used in battles but can if they want. They also like to cause issues but that's for later

Meeting a Grookey that ended up in more than he can chew; Zom and Roserade free him. Turns out Grookey is the Professer's but he endes up tagging along. He was always more adventureous so he always found hidden areas that Zom would explore. As per the Grookey line, he's very attached to his drum and sticks; if they get damaged Rillaboom ends up moody.

He acts like a lap dog, he's not a lap dog. Arcanine was from an egg he got from his Aunt, she wanted hime to learn how to care for PKMN eggs. Since then Arcanine has been loyal to Zom since. When he's out in battle becomes completely serious. Getting thrown into Twisted Wonderland he was cold to pretty much everyone; though now he's mellowed out a bit.

Slowking can comunicate through telepathy, so she's one of the few PKMN people can (kinda) understand. She's intelligent as most Slowking's are; she one of the PKMN that made sure Ramshakle wouldn't fall apart. Zom notices that she sometimes separates from Shellder from time to time, they usually stay near each other though. Zom also has her watch the "Braincell Trio".

When ampharos got dumped in slowpoke well he fell right on slowbro who was just chilling

"slowpoke well" actually is connected to an underground village of slowfolks(slowpokes slowbros slowkings) founded by a slowking

her dad was one of the only slowking in the well.

Slowbro didn't realize she was shiny until ampharos pointed it out. She used the word "shiny" to describe him first tho bc he was using his gem as a light source.

she called him amphy for awhile bc she didn't catch the rest of his name when he first said it.

Ampharos normally talked fast compared to most pokemon but slowed down considerably talking to slowbro, who talked very slow and paused a lot while talking herself and had a hard time keeping up w him when he didnt.

Slowbro liked seeing ecruteak...the same as goldenrod and wherever else they went together bc she had never left the well before...

they did honestly get along. It wasn't just ampharos manipulating her or anything they genuinely enjoyed each other's company and she wanted to see the outside world she had previously never given a second thought to...

She went to a kimono girl show before the incident and accidentally wandered onstage but the kimono girl was very polite about it.

It wasn't until she saw what would become known as burnt tower get struck by the harshest and loudest bolt of lightning/thunder she'd ever witnessed that she realized just how dangerous ampharos was...

Slowbro was already affected seeing the fire but seeing how the ecruteak citizens reacted to it made it even worse. namely the kimono girl from earlier and a Raticate mother sobbing and running desperately towards the burning building something about how "they were working tonight" having to be stopped from running straight into it...

By the time her and a few other water types were able to put the fire out. The building was already mostly burnt down...

ampharos was waiting for her on the route right past ecruteak during all that.

When slowbro saw him there she clocked him, broke his his head gem and she left without a word hoping she would never see him again...

(That probably wasn't the last time they saw each other but this post is long enough for now😔)
