Who wants to hear how I see flower husbands (WARNING: it’s bad. My interpretation I mean. It’s not a good one. Everyone is gonna hate it. It’s gonna look like I don’t take anything seriously except I’m completely serious about it being this stupid. So 3rd Life starts and Scott is evil. For some reason. Jimmy finds him and he KNOWS that Scott sucks but he decides “I can fix him ❤️” except he DOESN’T EVEN TRY to fix him because he loves him the way he is. For some reason.

Scott was evil but being given a flower warmed his heart ONLY ENOUGH TO TRY HAVING A HUSBAND. He didn’t actually become any better or anything and barely showed this love to Jimmy.

JIMMY, however, was very happy with Scott being with him. Now Scott certainly did things that Jimmy wasn’t so happy with, but also you’re not a real jimmy solidarity viewer if you think he isn’t into guys who degrade him. He also viewed himself as quite incompetent and enjoyed having someone who was more competent and would correct his mistakes. NOT THE MOST HEALTHY and sometimes felt to Jimmy like it backfired BUT OVERALL HE WAS PRETTY HAPPY WITH IT.

If anyone ever said “dude this is an abusive relationship you’re in” he would’ve been like “yeah Scott’s so annoying” and Scott would’ve been like “BINCH HOW DARE YOU” and they would’ve got into a fist fight. So the other person goes “WOAH okay so you’re gonna break up then” and they go “no ❤️” and start making out. Nobody knows what this means.

In reality everyone who would point out that the relationship is toxic would ONLY be doing it because they have an ulterior motive cuz EVERYONE IN 3L WAS TOXIC AF 😭 also if they gathered all of the couples together they would ALL start fighting each other so even though FH is TECHNICALLY the worst they manage to LOOK like the healthiest couple by virtue of NOT CARING.

Then Jimmy dies and Scott FINALLY goes “WAIT A MINUTE… I loved him 🥺💔” like it ACTUALLY took him THAT LONG to figure it out. The feelings were actually there the whole time slowly growing but Scott couldn’t recognize them. Not until he lost Jimmy.

And so Jimmy, who saw evil scott smajor and said “I can fix him” and proceeded to NOT EVEN TRY doing that, ended up ACTUALLY FIXING HIM. I mean obviously he still has issues but he stopped having pure evil in his heart and started having a more average amount of evil typical of quite a few life series players.

Now Jimmy’s job is done and he must leave. OKAY SORRY. I have a few interpretations as to why Jimmy tends to act off about FH later on. Here’s some, feel free to mix and match idk.

- well feelings get erased between seasons maybe they REALLY FREAKING wiped Jimmy’s clean

- a big reason Jimmy went with Scott was because he saw Scott as more competent, but Jimmy’s slowly started having more faith in himself so loving Scott is just a reminder of how pathetic he used to be, so whenever Scott insinuates that Jimmy loves him Jimmy equates that to saying Jimmy’s pathetic and needs Scott to take care of him. And he’s not.

- Ever since he died in 3L Scott has been suspiciously less violently abusive which turned Jimmy off so now he needs to go find a new toxic bf cuz all Scott does now is give him flowers and THATS NOT WHY HE FELL IN LOVE WITH HIM!!! 😭 (worst option)

- THE REASON I’m not going with the popular “jimmy realized how much the relationship sucked” thing is because Jimmy tends to look back on a lot of FH stuff pretty fondly AND likes being FRIENDLY with Scott he just doesn’t seem to like the topic of them being IN LOVE.

- it could also be because Scott is annoying af and Jimmy would’ve been fine with it actually if Scott didn’t bring it up every single chance he gets

Also a lot of people when talking about 3L FH bring up empires s1 FH but guys I didn’t watch that season 😭 I mean I watched that date episode I don’t really have anything to say on it. I think esmp1 FH is funny tho cuz the uber fancy elf king goes “I NEED that slimy fish from the bog” but idrk what goes on in esmp1. And also I am VERY “separate SMPs” so whatever goes on in esmp STAYS in esmp LMAO I just mean it’s mostly irrelevant to my life series interpretation.

And then future life seasons like eh. Scott typically ends up ruining it by saying “we were married” every time he sees Jimmy like OKAY BRO way to show your ex you’ve stopped thinking about him slash SARCASM!!!

I am still team LIMITED LIFE FH. Limited Life FH is FH if it was good. I really don’t get why people use it as a negative fh thing it was like their most positive relationship in the whole series. I think the only time Scott wronged him was accidentally causing his death one or more times. Then asking him to say I love you back which is really not like the worst thing you can do to someone really LMAO.

Anyways this is supposed to be about 3L FH. I like 3L FH cuz they’re so weird. Is it healthy? No. Should it have traumatized them? Yeah probably. Did it? No. Was everything really under-negotiated? Yes. Did even THEY understand THEIR OWN relationship? Not really. Is this a GOOD interpretation? Probably not, no. Is Jimmy okay? Probably not but he’s a lot more okay than he should be. Is Scott okay? Dude. He’s something.

Long story short my interpretation of Jimmy is a lot more freaky than most others. idk guys JUST saying. WHO does he gravitate towards being gay with? Usually guys who bully him. Checkmate. Now I’m not saying he knows what he’s doing but he certainly THINKS he does.

I don’t know man. You can talk to me about FH like it’s a good relationship or like Scott traumatized Jimmy and I’ll try to match your energy but this is the truth I have been hiding deep inside of me for so long. I think they’re a weird mess that nobody wants to touch. (In just 3L. Cuz Jimmy somehow fixed Scott by standing there and dying. So they became more normal later on.)

So, scenario I randomly came up with; so what if some of the hetalia boys(allies + axis) basically had a spouse(who is a nation) for about like, let's say a pretty long time now-- like a few thousand years or hundreds of years. And the thing is, they surprisingly have the healthiest relationship out of every other romantic relation in the show.

I will be starting off with the Axis first--

PART 1: THE AXIS.

(Just a reminder, the nation's and the countries are seperate. The nation's are the characters, while the countries are the actual countries. So don't think I'm shipping you with the actual country, I'm shipping you with the character.)

Italy:

- The two of yous love story was something out of a magical, fantasy romance novel. You had met him decades and decades ago at his place which you were visiting due to kind of being required to. Even though you two were kind of dealing with tensions between your bosses, you two seemed to get on fine.

- And since the two of you became friends after a while, you both agreed on sending letters unless you both wanted to just head over to eachothers place. It slowly became more apparent to you both over time that you two were growing romantic feelings for one another.

- So Italy, as his own way of asking you out, invited you to his place. He took you out on a nice romantic dinner with candlelight, gave you his own personal tour of the city(specifically in the more beautiful parts), took you out on a boat ride and then proceeded to ask you out then and there.

- Flattered by his creative way of asking you out, you of course accepted the offer and began to date him. And after a few months of being together, he decided he wanted you as his wife/husband/spouse. Forever.

- So he took you on a romantic dinner for your 1st year anniversary, left a love lock with you at the alley of lovers, and took you boat riding again-- but this time with a little twist.

- Unexpectedly, he pulled out a ring, and gave his big proposal speech right then and there. And of course, you said yes. Now, onto the two of yous relationship.

- If your on the more introverted side, he's probably the one iniating affection most of the time. Anytime he greets you in the mornings or basically anywhere else, he quickly runs up to you and embraces you in a tight hug, giving you several smooches while saying; "Y/N! Ciao, ciao, ciao~!"

- If your on the more extroverted side, you both greet eachother enthusiastically. You both show an equal amount of affection pretty much all the time, and are basically the reason why everyone sulks on Valentines Day.

- On each anniversary, he makes sure its nice just for the two of you. Going to a rich and romantic restaurant, boat riding like the two of you hold so dear, going to a karaoke with eachother, etc. Anything that you could name.

- If someone is mean to you, he defends you the best he can, resorting to slight anger at the person insulting you. He gets in front of you protectively and scolds the person, and then proceeds to drag you off away from the person-- even if the person got in his face, he wouldn't back of surprisingly. It was kind of the first time he did such things for literally anyone.

- "Fly Me To The Moon" is both of your favorite songs, since it was the very song that played during the wedding dance at your wedding. Anytime it plays, you two either sing along with it, or alow dance to it. Or maybe even both.

- You also found yourself trying to pull yourself back into sleep desperately as he rambles on about something. Or you stay up all night since you know he isn't going to keep quiet anytime soon.

- Also if your wondering, he most likely takes on the role of the wife in the relationship, but depending on your personality-- he can take on the role of the husband.

- Overall, childish as he can be-- he's a very good husband! 10/10.

Japan:

- You two met during a gathering between all the nations since that day, they didn't have anything in particular to do. If you are an introvert, you were probably just sitting by yourself doing nothing. But if you are an extrovert, you merely bumped into him while dancing.

- Your spontaneous meeting somehow sparked a conversation, and that was what sparked your relationship in the first place. Giving him your address, you two began to start talking with one another through letters similar to Italy.

- You two slowly developed feelings for one another, and you were the first to realize at all. So after trying to encourage yourself, you wrote a confession letter and sent it over over his place. And a few days later, the man showed up at your place with light pink blush on his cheeks.

- It was a very awkward conversation as soon as he entered the house, but eventually, he gave you his answer. He just came over since he felt actually seeing you and talking to you in person was more appropriate for something like this.

- And then, after a while of dating, Japan decided now was the perfect time to propose. So preparing a perfect place surrounded by cherry blossom trees just for the proposal, he invited you there and proposed right then and there. And of course, you said yes.

- If your on the more extroverted side, you usually take him out for your little nights or days out together. He only obliges because he loves you. But of course, if he isn't too comfortable with the idea, you decide to just stay in for the day/night.

- If your on the introverted side, the two of you just spend time in your house together, doing your own little romantic gestures for eachother. Kisses on the cheek as a morning greeting, him burying his face in the crook of your neck or head, doing activities together like arts and crafts, etc.

- If your extroverted, you usually greet him with more affection than he does you, usually giving him a kiss or a warm embrace to help him relax for the day. It's surprising that he let's you touch him at all, to be honest.

- If your introverted, he's usually the one to greet you, though it's more quietly. If your affectionate, you still might give more affection. But there's a rare possibility that every now and then he'll initiate affection. Like a hug from behind, either stroking your head or resting his head on it(maybe even muttering sweet nothings as he does so). Or holding hands.

- If you are picked on, he will defend you, but more respectfully or mature than Italy. He will most likely back the person into a corner with how logical his arguments are, and once he sees that they have nothing more to say, he would take you elsewhere.

- "Thats All Right" by Elvis Presley is your twos song. Because before you two got married, this was basically your favorite song to dance to, and occasionally he'd join in on your fun. (Japan also caught you dancing to it once all tap-dancer like, embarrassing you on accident)

- Your rest with him is fairly peaceful, you might wake up in the middle of the night sometimes-- but will quickly go back to sleep in his arms or right beside him since his very presence relaxes you. If your anything like Italy, he usually responds to you very quietly.

- He most likely takes on the husband role in the relationship, but if you are the more dominant one(not in a sexual way), he might take the role of the wife.

- 10/10, perfect spouse.

Germany:

- You two most likely met during a war between one another, he ended up capturing you due to his bosses orders, but the two of you surprisingly managed to actually get along. He warmed up to you, and you warmed up to him, and you two became friends.

- Seeing as you had nothing better to do, you began to visit him often. Prussia of course teased Germany for this relentlessly seeing as how much you came to visit.

- Over time, with how much you two began to see one another, you began to naturally pine over one another. And you-- being you, wanted to rip it off like a bandaid so you wouldn't have to deal with the anxiety of it all.

- So, on Valentines Day in particular, you went up to him and shoved a red rose in his face-- and to let him know that you didn't mean you loved him platonically, you said the famous line that he had once said to Italy: "Ich liebe dich."

- Trying to act calm with a face full of rose quartz pink, he cleared his throat, and accepted your confession. And thus, the two of you began to date, which led to more relentless teasing from Prussia. Like for example, "Vhat is it, Vest? Jou excited to see your girlfriend/boyfriend/partner?~" "Shut it, Prussia!"

- Germany doesn't seem like the type to propose, so you would most likely be the one to propose surprisingly. You wanted it to be a bit of a surprise, so you took him out on a fairly normal day-- and unexpectedly, you randomly bent down and held out a ring.

- With a sigh, he averted his eyes, and accepted.

- "You'll Never Know" by Renée Fleming is you twos song, since you two would often listen to it together once the war between you had went away. So when it comes on, you just sit their with an adoring smile, resting your head on his shoulder/head.

- If your extroverted, your usually the one taking him out to do stuff, though he usually takes you out to do things as well sometimes if he's feeling good enough. You love him tremendously, so you show him a lot of affection. While he does enjoy this, he acts like a big old tsundere anytime it happens.

- If your introverted, you two stay in together, and basically do whatever you want for the day. Watch TV, cuddle up on the couch together, etc. A perfect scenario for any introverts who don't wanna touch grass out there.

- If your picked on, he resorts to intimidation, which usually makes the person picking on you back off after a while. If that doesn't work, then he's willing to beat the hell out of them right in front of everyone for you.

- Your rest with him is fairly normal, but if your anything like Italy, he usually tries his best to get you or himself back to sleep so he doesn't have to listen to your 3 AM thoughts.

- He would most definitely take the role of the husband in the relationship, I don't see how he would take on the role of the wife, but maybe on rare occasions where he is not the dominant one in the relationship.

- 8/10, mostly because I tend to favor him less than the other members of the Axis, but also because he can be very difficult with communication sometimes.

↻ Megumi is very independent. He's always had the mindset that he'd never need anyone other than himself along with his sister. From a very young age he's taught himself to fend on his own which is why the start of your relationship was rocky. Megumi's considered a closed book, he's never really found the importance of opening his heart to anybody that wasn't his sister. That was until you came along of course.

↻ At the beginning of your relationship Megumi was very reserved. The type of mindset he had was the one where he'd never ask anyone for help. He'd never break apart in front of anymore, because that's just how he's been since childhood. You realized that he was probably not interested in you, so you began to distance yourself until Gojo sensei had a talk with you, "Hey Y/N, can we talk?" "Uh.. sure?" "So Megumi..." "What about Fushiguro?" Gojo face palmed himself. "Jesus, you two are dating and aren't even on first name basis? Well anyway, I'd just like to tell you that Megumi doesn't act on how his heart is feeling. He pushes his own feelings away and acts on what he thinks will protect him. As someone that raised him, I failed to teach him that love is something that can protect you. So please be the one to teach him that. Make him realize it."

↻ You made it your mission to get him to open up to you, to open up to the idea of loving you. It took fairly a long time, but to you it was worth it. Seeing a whole new side of Megumi made you wonder how many years he's been putting up a facade. Megumi's love for you was unconditional, pure, and blissful. Even if you two parted ways he'd never forget you, due to how much you impacted his heart and mind.

↻ Megumi is the type of boyfriend that doesn't get jealous. He acknowledges the time and effort it took to build the trust that the both of you have, so he'd never wanna jeopardize it over a feeling that wouldn't last very long. He trusts you and you trust him. Your relationship with him would hands down be the most healthiest he's had besides from his sister, and he'd cherish it down to his core.

↻ Megumi is the award type at comforting someone. When you two were fairly new to dating he'd never know how to comfort you. He thought it was because he's never had much romantic interactions with girls, but it was just because he was super nervous. He hates the thought of making you uncomfortable. He'd never want you to feel unsafe, especially around him. He wanted to create a world where you'd constantly feel safe, however he knew it was out of his abilities so for now he resided as your safe haven.

↻ He constantly gets teased by Gojo, Itadori, and Nobara that he doesn't show you off enough. Maki even teases him that other guys might hit on you if he doesn't make it well known that the both of you are together and happily in love. For a while he stresses himself out trying to find a way to make it known that he is yours and you are his. He ends up with the idea of getting you a necklace were the pendants are his divine dogs. Behind each metal pendant your initial was on one while his was on the other. He made it a mission to give it to you in the most subtle was possible.

↻ You love to hear Megumi's inputs on your outfit. Of course he'd say he likes anything you decide to wear, however the sight of him blushing when he sees you in a new outfit is a sight you wanted to keep for yourself. Once you had decided on an outfit you had asked him to put on your favorite necklance, "Hey 'gumi, can you put this on me real quick?" he hummed and proceeded to put a necklace on you. "My pretty girl really lives up to her name." He gave you a kiss on the top of your head and headed out the door waiting for you at the front. Halfway through your date you hadn't realized the new piece of jewelry laying on your neck, until you had gotten up to use the restroom. Before you had gone out you checked your hair in the mirror and noticed the difference in your everyday appearance, you brushed it off and you went back to your seat.

↻ You hadn't noticed the change in your necklace the same way Megumi hadn't noticed the change in his heart. The necklace he had subtly gifted to you instantly became your favorite just how you easily became his.

Bangtan truly said 'we soulmates' and proceeded to show us that every single day 🥺 These guys are something else. The way they seamlessly fit each other is just beautiful to see, esp like how you said, they are so different, but that's what makes the whole thing work.

Yoongi crediting Namjoon for helping him with a few English bits is so sweet 😭 Joon talked about it in a vlive once and he was so happy and shy that Yoongi would do that! And 'we can't do that without Hoseok', Joon really went there and said no bangtan without Hobi. These 3 have the most amazing energy together. You stared anxiously at the clock waiting for your boyfriend of three years to come home, your bed growing colder and colder as you chewed your thumbnail. This wasn't normal for him. He always got home immediately after practice and if not, he would call you to make sure you didn't wait up for him, (which you always did, anyway), unless he was on tour; which he very well wasn't because you knew his schedule. It was getting later and later, almost midnight, and still no sign that he was coming home, no phone call, nothing. The thought of anything bad happening to him was starting to scare you.

Just when the clock was about to strike 12, you heard keys jingling as the front door creaked open, and then to your bewilderment, slammed shut loud enough to scare the dogs in the apartment next door. The man groaned loudly at the barking, threw his keys in the glass bowl before the corridor, and began rummaging through the kitchen cabinets for something.

You had tried so hard to be quiet. For some reason, luck wasn't on your side, for when you took one step out into the living area, the floorboard had creaked, and his movements had stopped.

Chanyeol didn't mind it, though. He didn't even turn back to face you, simply continued looking through the cabinets, tossing the components to the floor without a care for the person who organized them weekly (that was you). "Fuck!" He barked, throwing an empty pill bottle across the room after he'd emptied everything out onto the floor, and then proceeded to kick things out of his way. He stalked over towards his book bag, all bunched up with things, and then emptied said things out onto the floor.

"Babe," you chirped, walking closer towards the man who resembled a crazy person right now, "what are you looking for?" You kneeled down beside him, about to reach a hand out to his shoulder to console him, but he only smacked your hands away without answering.

Now you were annoyed, crossing you arms over your chest sternly. "What the fuck are you doing?!"

The man groaned, throwing his bag across the room and breaking an ugly vase you didn't really care about. You stared at it boredly as it was knocked from the table stand and shattered against the floor. He stood up abruptly, still having yet to respond, and then muttered a slew of curses when he attempted to clean his mess and ended up cutting himself.

Sighing, you never knew what to do when he'd gotten so angry he didn't know what to do with himself. The man was very happy, yes, but the passion could also be flipped into a negative emotion if someone or something had been so inclined to make him that way. It was frustrating, sure, but you had gotten use to this behavior, and the usual aftermath that was having to clean up after him, replacing the things he had broken, and then accepting the apology flowers he bought you the next day to compliment the new vase.

You always bought vases you didn't like.

"Where is it?" Now his attention was directed towards you, his eyes bulging from his skull, implying his next phrase was to be an accusation. "Y/n, where is it?"

"Where's what?!" You tutted your arms up, motioning the offhand materialization of whatever it was he wanted.

Chanyeol groaned again, pinching the bridge of his nose. "The fucking painkillers, babe! Where the fuck are they? I have a fucking headache and I can't find one goddamn pill in this apartment—," he kicked over the vase stand, causing you to raise your eyebrows.

"We have Advil in the bathroom—where its always been." Shakingly, you pointed towards the bathroom beside your bedroom, but knew this was more than just a silly headache. Chanyeol never got physical over a headache, in fact, he had become soft and mushy when he had those.

What was happening was way more than a stupid headache.

"No, I need something stronger." The man was on the verge of tears and you couldn't understand why. Never had he directed his anger towards you, and you usually just let him ride it out until morning because aside from throwing a temper tantrum like a five year old, he had no clue what to do with his anger. "Fuck, babe. Can you just fucking get them?" He croaked, his frustration turning into a red face as he sunk to the floor.

Rolling your eyes, you got the Advil from the cabinet and a glass of water, kneeled in front of him as if he were a child that needed guidance, holding both items out to his face. He rubbed his eyes, scooping up the pills from your hand with his lips and drinking the water that you had brought him, his heart thumping in his ears.

You rolled your eyes again and stood up to get ready for bed, but this action only seemed to annoy him further.

"You're not gonna ask what happened? I'm kind of in distress, here." His long leg stretched out, kicking over the organized items from the coffee table. Said items being the paper work that took you days to organize for your clients, scattering around and about your living area like gigantic confetti. For some reason, you felt your blood bubble up in the form of seeing red, your own anger internalizing as you remembered the nights of sleep you missed getting everything down before you had to go back to work. You had called the banks, closed deals over the phone which was especially difficult, talked some of your clients out of whatever stupid decision they were about to publicly make, and managed the social media accounts of upcoming artists.

Suddenly, a laugh bubbled out into the air from the pit of your stomach, your legs carrying you towards the dish rack filled with nothing but wet glass plates. And you snapped. Your body had flickered towards him as fast as the glass left your fingers, the item smashing against the wall he was leaned against and causing the man to bolt up from his seat.

"What the fuck is wrong with you?!" Chanyeol clamored, his large frame closing the space between you, but you didn't care. You threw another plate at his feet, not meaning to hurt him, but meaning to destroy things the same way he did.

"Me?!" You yelled with a condescending chortle slipping passed your plump lips, "oh, so now you see how crazy you act! Here!" And another plate went flying across the room, forcing him to back away from you if he didn't want to get cut again. "Do you know the week I had sorting shit out for ingrate idols determined to fuck up the careers they wouldn't have if I didn't exist?! Do you know the phone calls I had to make—despite being on my paid time off after a mental break down at the office—to make sure nobody fucked anything up while I was gone?! Those fucking papers, Yeol. Those were everything I did! I'm so sorry that your pretty leg hurts after hours of practice!"

Chanyeol scoffed, his own laugh bubbling out into the world, throwing his sweater off because of how stuffy it was becoming in your apartment. "Oh, so you automatically assume that that's what happened?! That I hurt myself during practice?!" He laughed again growing closer towards you, "no, my asshole manager just told me that the album we worked really hard on for months—the concept, choreography, lyrics—was quote on quote, 'too real' for the crowd that we have! Because we sing for twelve year old princesses who can't understand that fairy tales aren't life! They take my artistry for a joke, and my own girlfriend can't even see that."

"What are you even talking about?!" Your voice was only elevating the more he continued to speak. "I support you, I just don't like when you come home like this and do this," you motioned around you, bringing to his attention what a mess he had created, "and you think its okay that you act like a child, but its not because you're a fucking adult and I'm not your mother! I can't do everything!"

Having heard enough, he slammed his fist into the wall that had suffered the most, creating a new hole you would have to plaster some time in the near future. The idea of it made you rub your temples before you encouraged such behavior further by beating the shit out of him.

"I swear, you're so fucking immature! Whose going to fix that and then find the right paint shade? Me! That's who the fuck!"

"Oh, shut the fuck up, already! You're not the only one who works hard!" He spat.

You laughed, however pissed off you were, "you do realize that neither are you!"

Chanyeol suddenly spun to face you, his frame towering over you with each step he took, a passion in his eyes you couldn't quite understand; a mix of lust and infuriation glinting in his eyes. The atmosphere had grown steamy as his body completely trapped your's against the kitchen island, breaths mingling together as you breathed heavily, but the anger was still there. All these emotions had translated into lust for the man, his sexiness vibrating in the fact that his muscles had been showing since he tore his hoodie from his body. Damn him for being so attractive, maybe you could stay angry enough to deny what you knew was about to happen.

His lips roughly encapsulated your's, your arms instantly latching around his neck as he pulled your legs up around his torso, firmly gripping your ass. You always loved it when he'd present his strength during foreplay, letting you know just how little control you had for the moment, or exactly what you were in store for.

Chanyeol was always rough during sex, but he had managed to become extremely rough during times like this, when hate-fucking would commence to end whatever dispute had put a strain on your relationship. Maybe it wasn't the healthiest antic, unlike talking about it, but you weren't ones for talking, anyway, so it didn't matter.

He walked you over towards the dining table, his breath still heavy and hot against your neck as he brought one arm out to clear the items from the table and dropped you against it for a moment to pull away and remove his shirt. You did the same, hastily pulling off the article of clothing, but he beat you to removing your bra, or simply ripping it from your body like an animal. He was always so needy when he was upset, but it was hot as hell and you didn't like that bra, anyway. You let a moan slip, your juices already soaking up your underwear when he dipped back in for another aggressive, sloppy kiss, the sound of his unbuckling pants and heavy lip smacks of pleasure the only thing that could be heard. You trailed your soft fingers down his solid chest, passed his torso, and down to his throbbing manhood beneath his underwear, the touch eliciting a groan that vibrated against your lips and felt like heaven.

Continuing to palm him, feeling his bulge grow harder than a street pole, he forced his tongue into your mouth, not having time to ask permission, and feeling his dominance slip away whenever you took action against his body. You moaned, his hands playing around with your nipples, his hips thrusting against your's harshly, forcing the tables to turn to his own control against you. "Fuck," you mumbled in ecstasy, your head becoming so fuzzy with want, it was almost painful. Whimpering again, you tugged at the waistband of his underwear, throwing your head back simply because you didn't want to talk. You panted as his hand slowly slipped down your stomach, beneath the hem of your underwear, and then finally, inserted his two fingers in without uttering a word. Something had tried to force its way out—words—but you choked them back, moaned, and shook your head. "Please, Yeol," you begged, "Fuck me, already."

Chanyeol didn't waste time. He didn't bother with the fact that you were already soaking up the cloth for him, (even though not much had happened), or tell you that you were dirty for getting turned on by his aggression. He tore the soaked up cloth away from your womanhood with such haste, the damn things had split from the middle and hung loosely around your middrift. And as if a shitty warning, or lack thereof, couldn't get better, he clutched the ring of your waist with his nails scratching at the surface of your skin and slammed into you, forcing you to scream out his name, followed by a slew of curses and your body shuddering. "Fuck!"

He grunted loudly, his speed picking up as his jaw tightened, his own curses falling from the tip of his tongue. His body dipped down into yours, connecting his mouth to the rim of your jawline, biting and sucking at the skin that made your knees weak. Your legs around his waist had forced him in deeper, the feeling of his body against yours driving you mad. You needed more. You needed his hands to scratch at the skin of your back, to elicit any kind of pain to bring your body where it needed to be, and that's exactly what he did. His hand kept scratching up the side of your plump ass, then roughly kneading into your breasts, and your own nails had dug themselves into the skin of his back, drawing out a hiss from his soft lips and encouraging him to move harder.

"Chanyeol!" You moaned quite vocally, the neighbor's dogs barking again, but neither of you cared. Chanyeol had only be determined to release his energy, and to break your body in the only way he knew how to. He wanted to fuck you so senseless, you wouldn't be able to walk tomorrow and he'd have to stay home with you to continue what you two had started. He pulled out completely, all of suddenly, and just as abruptly had slammed his entire length into your core, hitting that special spot that had you throwing your head back against the table and moaning ever so passionately. "Fuck, babe! R—right there! Don't stop!"

"I wasn't planning on it." His gravel road voice spewed, his large hands forcing your hips down whenever your back curled up, the actions leaving bruises against your [color] skin. Chanyeol had slowed his pace, not relishing in the idea of coming before you, his own close end rearing when he'd still had yet to satisfy you, and had transferred to long, hard strokes that made your breath hitch in your throat. He latched his lips back to your's, keeping the energy alive by forcing his tongue back into your mouth for further exploring, winning his own game of dominance, and reaching down to rub your clit to accompany his rough strokes. When he felt he was good to go faster, he slammed his palms beside your head and reverted back to his previous pace.

There was a knock at the door, but the both of you ignored it, and instead, he shoved his fingers in your mouth.

"You're fucking loud, you know that?" The man grunted into your ear, feeling your teeth sink against his fingers as you suppressed the urge to whimper his name. Straightening his posture, he lifted your leg over his shoulder with his free hand and came down again to continue his mouth work, his manhood hitting that spot again. That spot that knocked the air from your lungs and sent you for a ride on cloud 9. The spot that made you inhale sharply despite his fingers, and curl your nails around his skin at the sensation coiling in the pit of your stomach.

"Mmf, oh my god," you mumbled against his hand, your eyes rolling back behind your head. "C-Chanyeol, I'm c-coming," the words had fallen from your mouth with the saliva build up around his fingers, the sight alone making his own pleasure an irresistible feat.

"Me, too, baby," chanyeol groaned into your neck, and then placed an unusually soft kiss against your cheek, letting you know that he, too, was coming to his end. "Go ahead, already. I wanna feel you." He whispered, his pace becoming sloppy when your walls caved around him from the release of pressure in your abdomen, the feeling had you shaking in your spot, drawing out a long, loud moan from your throat. Chanyeol had made his own grunts, pulling out shortly after you had come, and releasing his load onto the palm of your hand with a sharp inhale and exhale of a grunt.

"Fuck," he muttered, letting his body fall next to yours on the other side of the table, exhaustion beginning to consume him.

You could've sworn you were seeing stars with the way your body continued to shake, but you could feel his messy hair suddenly resting against your shoulder as your breaths fought to come to a slow. Neither of you spoke, especially not at times like this, when you'd both have to realize how toxic hate-sex could be. But by God, it was the only time he could truly get you off where one orgasm was all you needed.

"Is this healthy," he was hesitant, but continued after a few more pants. "I mean, are we healthy?"

Thinking for a moment, you shrugged your shoulders, truly having no concrete answer to the question he'd just asked you. "I don't know. I don't care," yeah, that's what you were going with, "I like it. I like how we are. Because its confusing, and its weird, and maybe others can't understand—but I think its sexy as hell. You're fucking hot when you're angry."

Chanyeol chuckled sheepishly, his cheeks tinting pink despite how confident he was just a minute ago. "Okay."

In my experience, Gotham is a polarizing TV series. Any superhero-themed program is sure to bring its critics, but Batman is a character near and dear to the American heart—as he is the last universally beloved billionaire—and it was certainly a risk going with a prepubescent Bruce Wayne. I’m a big fan of Gotham, and even I’ll admit that I’m not completely sold on its interpretation of the franchise’s main character. But that’s OK, because Gotham isn’t about Batman. It’s about the villains. And they’re almost all great. This was not an easy list to compile.

Gotham just feels like Batman, and it’s in large part thanks to the carefully crafted, over-the-top performances in some marquee roles, so without further ado, let’s get to the best Gotham villains.

I should also note that it would be impossible to do this properly without some spoilers. I’ll avoid any spoilers from the last few episodes of this season, but if you’re not caught up on this season of the show, some of this will definitely get you up to speed on where everything stands as of the Season Four finale.

15. Captain Nathaniel Barnes Played by: Michael Chiklis Michael Chiklis just looks like a cop, and that alone qualified him for the role of Jim Gordon’s boss. And his evolution from hardened lawman to judge, jury and executioner in the face of the future Commissioner Gordon’s heroics provided this political science major with a stark analogy for the tradeoff between idealism and pragmatism out in the real world. Every conflict of Barnes vs. Gordon centered around the way things should be versus the way things are, and the finale of Chiklis’ arc (for now, no one in this show is ever truly gone) raised good questions about where the line between the vigilante justice of Batman and The Executioner really stands.

14. Ra’s al Ghul Played by: Alexander Siddig The spiritual father of the proceedings carries a heavy burden. Not only must he justify the spiritual aspect of the rise of Batman (and the Joker), but Siddig also has to pull off whatever a 2,000+ year old man looks like. It’s a difficult ask, and he’s not had enough screen time for Ra’s al Ghul to seem like anything more than a narrator guide from a video game, but he’s given plenty of major moments, and he hasn’t come up short yet.

13. Butch Gilzean Played by: Drew Powell What Powell does with a character limited to being the main muscle on the show is the embodiment of the saying “when life gives you lemons, make lemonade.” He is one of the chief figures of strength on Gotham (and that was before he fell in a swamp filled with goop from Indian Hill), but his moments of vulnerability are what bring life to the character. His romance with a woman farther up on this list than he is reflects Butch’s limits, but perhaps new frontiers will be unlocked with his evolution into the famed Solomon Grundy from the comics.

12. Commissioner Gillian Loeb Played by: Peter Scolari Scolari brought a new face to this eternal foil of Batman and Jim Gordon, as the comics’ brusque blackmailer in the pocket of Carmine Falcone has been replaced with a shadowy figure in the pocket of Carmine Falcone. Scolari’s semi-detached performance is a fitting reflection of where our political reality currently resides, and he is very much a figure emblematic of the times.

11. Ivy Pepper Played by: Clare Foley, Maggie Geha and Peyton List Poison Ivy is still in development on the show—as evidenced by the three actors who’ve played her—but all three did well building a foundation for what should be a future supervillain the likes of which Gotham has never seen before. Both adult actors have provided the sex appeal intrinsic to the character’s strategy to exploit the stupid part of straight men’s brains, but it’s the child-in-an-adult’s-body aspect that makes this version of a hall-of-fame Batman character so compelling. After falling in dirty water (superhero origin stories would lead you to believe that the healthiest thing you can do is shower in uranium), Ivy Pepper’s accelerated womanhood might’ve been a missed opportunity for more comic relief, but her relationship with Selena is always engaging. Without it, neither of these characters would have the humanizing characteristics necessary to make their time on Gotham worthwhile.

10. Theo Galavan Played by: James Frain James Frain’s arc on the show was an original storyline, one that began with a plot to kill Bruce Wayne, then elevated him to Mayor, and culminated with him assuming the character Azrael from the comics. Frain’s smooth performance is underlined by an intense focus on a mission that all just feels Batman-y, even though this arc is not found in the comics.

9. Tabitha Galavan Played by: Jessica Lucas Theo was powerful, but his sister got the larger share of the badass genes in the family. Like her brother, Tabitha is an original creation of the show, and even though we’ve since lost Theo (granted, death is far from final in this universe), it’s difficult to envision Gotham without Tabitha at this point. Her romance with Butch is the only one on the show that’s convincing at all (a major new one is still TBD), and she was clearly placed in this universe to provide a positive role model for Catwoman—who did not make this list because she’s still stuck at the kids table with Bruce Wayne. Of all the major muscle on this show, Tabitha is the muscle-iest.

8. Hugo Strange Played by: BD Wong BD Wong has played so many doctors by now that part of me actually believes he is a doctor. Of all the doctors he’s played, my favorite by far is Strange. The main reason why no one on this show will ever die, Wong does a wonderful job of straddling the line between madman and genius—nailing the image of what Gotham’s mad scientist should look like.

7. Barbara Kean Played by: Erin Richards The NBA has a most-improved player of the year award, and Barbara Kean would have won Gotham’s MIP award the last two years. Initially, I lamented Richards’ on-screen demise as she was cast as the generic wet blanket to Jim Gordon’s hero (Kean was Gordon’s wife in the comics). Gotham almost lost me early on with their romance—as I just cannot take network TV’s portrayal of relationships seriously—but this new “take whatever she wants with a freaking glowing hand” version of Kean has unchained Richards, and her talents shine through in every scene. Gothamis right to structure a central narrative around her.

6. Mayor Aubrey James Played by: Richard Kind I’ll admit I’m biased on this one. I’m a politics writer here at Paste, and Kind’s performance as America’s bumbling mayor is a little too real to consider given the madness that America’s former mayor, Rudy Guiliani, is displaying every day on cable news. His portrayal of the character is the perfect summation of every empty-suit politician who ever lived, and it really resonates in a country overflowing with these vessels for the superrich. The mayor’s cowardice behind the scenes when contrasted to his stern public statements is just…*kisses fingers*

5. Victor Zsasz Played by: Anthony Carrigan The infamous hitman is a perfectly sardonic bit of comic relief, as Carrigan always finds the right kind of oomph behind his “Hey, boss, so when should I kill these guys?” salvos. A hyper-competent, semi-powerful character is a difficult needle to thread, as there must be a reason why Zsasz has yet to rise to the level of other A-list Batman villains, and it’s simply because Zsasz loves his job as an assassin-for-hire. It’s not about the power he could gain through his proclivity for mass murder, but the pure, utter nirvana that he derives from of every shootout.

4. The Penguin Played by: Robin Lord Taylor Oswald Cobblepot is not just an awesome name, but a fitting vessel for a character whose only real lasting public face is Danny de Vito’s snarling performance in Batman Returns. Robin Lord Taylor has brought a more refined air to the ringleader of Gotham’s underworld, and The Penguin serves as the yin to Jim Gordon’s yang. The universe of Batman is based on the premise that crime is a major industry in America—oftentimes involving our political leaders, as Mayor James demonstrates. Cobblepot likes to present himself a pragmatic choice in a chaotic world, and when the Gotham City Police Department finds itself with its back against the wall, some of the moral choices he presents are inescapably compelling. If crime is going to exist, why not try to bring some order to it? The GCPD can’t do that, but The Penguin can.

3. The Riddler Played by: Cory Michael Smith When arguing sports, I typically argue that numerical rankings should be eschewed for tiers. It’s difficult to compare a lot of similar folks, and drawing lines in between good, very good, and great is a far simpler task. I bring this up because this is where the top tier begins. Cory Michael Smith’s depiction of what I have always believed to be an underrated villain belongs in the Batman hall-of-fame—and frankly, it’s better than Jim Carrey’s semi-unhinged version (which I also enjoyed). It’s clear whether Smith is playing Edward Nygma or The Riddler simply from his posture and facial expression, which makes the Jekyll and Hyde-ian battle raging inside of him all the more engrossing. 2. The Joker Played by: Cameron Monaghan Technically, we’re not allowed to call this character with a high-pitched laugh, a thirst for chaos and a bizarre love of Bruce Wayne (and now a purple jacket!) “The Joker,” as Monaghan revealed on Twitter. You know, copyrights, branding and all. TV stuff. Monaghan’s portrayal of The Joker would make fans of The Dark Knight proud. The choice to literally sew a new face on to Jerome evokes the same uncomfortable madness as Heath Ledger’s scars, and the amount of emotion that Monaghan is able to communicate through that mess with simply his face deserves some kind of award. “Jerome” is a delightful madman who brings an unbridled sense of joy to his criminality. I’m excited to watch this new, more serious iteration of this classic character, but I will desperately miss his home run performance as Gotham’s signature weirdo.

1. Fish Mooney Played by: Jada Pinkett Smith Stick this character in any gangster TV show or movie, and tweak the surrealism depending on context, and she’ll fit—that’s just how good Jada Pinkett Smith is. Fish Mooney did not originate in the comics, and the creators of Gotham should be universally commended for springing such a Gotham-y character to life out of the ether. Granted, Mooney likely wouldn’t be as engrossing if not for Smith’s electric performance. The woman completely owns every single scene she inhabits. Fish Mooney gives this show a good excuse to ignore the rules of death, because why would anyone want to take that out? Screw death and copyright law. Fish Mooney deserves to live on for eternity.

Sorta long ramble/rant warning so y’all can skip it if you want

Anyway, my bf came to visit me on the 21st and stayed until the 29th, and it was super fun and I had a great time (until near the end when some shit went down, but that’s besides the point) and I love him and value him greatly as a friend, romantic partner, and individual. However, I definitely need to get my mental health in check though, because he’s only been gone for 2 days and I’ve managed to spend one full day sleeping and trying to recover, and the other by being so depressed that I burnt my hand on the stove because I didn’t notice the burner was still hot, and then proceeding to barf fish sticks everywhere less than an hour after eating them for seemingly no reason. I am absolutely distraught and the separation anxiety is really kicking in right now. I kinda wanna delve into this more but I’m super out of it and I don’t think I even know how to continue? I just really wanna get things figured out so that we can both be happy and have a healthy relationship because things aren’t really the healthiest or happiest rn??? I’m just frustrated by the fact that we both clearly love each other and want things to work, but things are just kinda falling apart even though the time we spend together is great and we get along really well and still have feelings for each other. I kinda feel like an asshole for thinking that things aren’t working, but there’s a lot going on behind the scenes, and a lot of people agree with me that it isn’t working out and have been encouraging me to leave for a long time, but? I still want to try to make things work, because we’ve been working on our relationship for over 3 years and maybe we’ve just been putting off the inevitable, but I don’t want to just stop trying and say it’s too much? Maybe I just don’t know when to give up??? But I mean maybe we both just need a break to work on ourselves for a while? I mean we both definitely have things we need to work on (I think everyone does), but I just feel like maybe we could work on our issues together and support each other and whatnot instead of having to do it solo? Which don’t get me wrong, I have no qualms with taking time to yourself to work on the things you want to make progress on, but it just feels weird to me to have to end a long term relationship in order to get things done? I don’t know, I don’t think this is worded well and I doubt it makes much sense, but like I said earlier, I’m still super out of it and not really able to form the most coherent of thoughts right now. I’m sad. I want things to work out. I miss him and I hope he’s being safe. I don’t know. :(

Harvard’s Longest Study On “Happiness” Reveals...

Humans are complicated beings. Happiness is one of the most complicated emotions we experience at that. Our life is regularly a pursuit to unwind its significance.

Everybody has their own meaning of happiness. We live, develop, advance in life, and as we do, our meaning of happiness often changes.

Harvard started a study in 1938, and it's presently more than 80 years of age. It was led by Dr. Robert Waldinger, teacher at Harvard Medical School, who is the fourth director to lead this study in its entirety.

For more than 75 years, they followed the lives of 724 men, documenting their professions, individual lives, and wellbeing. No one had any idea of how these understudies’ lives would end up.

The members, who were all teens when they initially began, proceeded to seek after a horde of careers — from construction workers, factory workers, doctors, lawyers and even one being the President of the United States.

To gather valid information, the team involved in the study created detailed questionnaires. They additionally gathered the members' clinical records, scanned their brains, and conversed with their children and spouses. They once in a while recorded profound and genuine discussions of the men with their spouses.

It was an actual blueprint of their lives that was being created.

As Dr. Waldinger said, in his TED Talk:

“Pictures of entire lives, of the choices that people make and how those choices work out for them, those pictures are almost impossible to get. Most of what we know about human life we know from asking people to remember the past, and as we know, hindsight is anything but 20/20. Memory can be downright creative.”

1. Being Actually Connected With Our Loved Ones Is A Blessing

Which snapshots of your life do you cherish the most in nostalgia?

What memories bring a smile to your resting face?

Individuals who are more connected with family, friends, and their communities  — are happier, healthier, and live longer than individuals who are less connected.

For me, playing with my kids, reminiscing with my friends, laying down with my dog, finding new ways to help someone or having a conversations about personal development with likeminded individuals, happen to be the little things throughout my day that bring me joy. 

You may discover taking your pet for a walk, or cooking with your companion, more pleasant.

Having a meaningful connection is always more rewarding. Humans crave catharsis, and opening up to our loved ones helps us do that. It’s therapeutic.

The study also covered the complete opposite: Loneliness. It found that individuals who were more disconnected from others were less happy, less healthy and didn’t live much longer.

2. Depth Over Breadth, Gives More Meaning
