Now that Batman is a distant ally to the league and spending more time in Gotham, even though his company is basically bankrupt, I can picture not only Jason becoming more distant, but maybe Alfred since he’s making amends with Batsis. Do you think the other batboys will distance themselves like Damian going back to Talia.
Ooooo good thinking!
Jason would definitely be more distant, especially since he was closest to batsis. He would only be there for all-hands-on-deck situations (Arkham breakouts, etc.). Alfred would too because he sees that the way Bruce and the rest treated batsis was not how Alfred raised them to treat people. The other boys, Dick, Tim, and Damian would definitely become more closed off with Bruce since they blame him for batsis leaving as they all treated her as he did. They blame Bruce for it mostly because they don't want to blame themselves, even though they still do a little. Dick is definitely doing self-reflection and going to therapy in hopes of never treating someone like that ever again. He spends more time in Bludhaven and tries to reach out to batsis once in a while to show he's trying to correct his behavior. Tim is beating himself up about it because he wasn't even raised by his parents and was left alone by them all the time, making him severely touch-starved. When they were home they forced him to be their image of perfect which put a lot of unnecessary pressure on his shoulders which is what happened to batsis as well. He feels guilty for making batsis go through what he did. Damian doesn't want to admit he's to blame for how he treated his sister, so he fully blames Bruce even though that's not right. His assassin training was ingrained into his head since forever to be the perfect Al Ghul heir which definitely influenced him to belittle batsis for not reaching his standard of perfection. He fought with Bruce often about batsis and eventually goes back to Talia. He becomes the leader of the League of Assassins after Talia retrains him using League methods and makes him get rid of his developed moral code. Being the leader of the League doesn't feel as he thought it would. He always thought batsis would be beside him and that they would rule together. Talia checks up on batsis once and a while to assure Damian she's fine and to assure herself. Damian doesn't want to get caught by batsis if he were to check on her because she wouldn't take kindly to it.
