so how exactly rich do you think harry is ? sorry if you already made any meta previously on harry's wealth i just found your blog very recently
I mean he often labelled as a trust fund kid which is true (no slander intended). He inherited the Potter's wealth and Sirius's vault, so does that put him on the same level with the Malfoy's wealth. I am just trying to measure his finances against a typical pureblood family's finances to understand a compatible comparison. Even tho I know Harry is rich I don't he will ever be as rich as the slytherin pureblood families coz the latter is like old money, and have generations after generations of wealth. Whereas the Potters started to become rich only after Fleamont quadrupled the family wealth by founding his hair potion line.
Ofc then we have to consider Harry's income too as an auror and I believe with his level of expertise he would easily be one of the highest paid aurors amongst the Ministry. But if Sirius really gave him the entire Black vault, mind you Blacks were like a huge branched family, loads came from marriages too so I am just talking about what Warburga Black and Orion Black left for Sirius. If Sirius gave Harry only what he inherited, then Harry is rich but on the same level as the Malfoys, Lestranges, or the other branches of Blacks.
However if he did manage to multiply the wealth he got from his dad and Sirius with what he brought in as an auror, then there is a possibility that he might be neck to neck with the ancient pureblood families. But the question is then how much do you think Harry earned in his Auror career ? And ultimately how rich he actually will be at retirement
Hello ๐Ÿ‘‹
Glad you found my blog and enjoyed reading it! ๐Ÿ˜Š
As for your question of how rich Harry is:
Very.
Like post-book 7 Harry could probably give Draco and the Malfoys a run for their money (no pun intended).
I mentioned here how there isn't a "typical" pureblood family when it comes to finances. Since the majority of the wizarding population in the UK is pureblood or wizard-raised (essentially pureblood), you have both poor purebloods (like the Weasleys) and rich purebloods (like the Malfoys), but both are in the minority. The majority of the population (and therefore the majority of purebloods) is in the middle-class range somewhere.
So, as I mentioned most pureblood Slytherins aren't Malfoy level rich. Even the current-day Blacks (1990s) are probably poorer than they were, say a century ago, and many of them likely had actual jobs to add to their wealth. I mean, money, if it isn't being invested or added to in some other way, is going to dry up eventually (Gaunts, for example). So, even families we think of as "old money", while that is true, they aren't all at the same level of "old" or have the same amount of money throughout the years or the same source of money. Like, for example, while I think the Lestranges are pretty rich and "old money" due to them most likely being descendants of Norman nobility like the Malfoys and what we see in their vault. The Blacks, as a family predating the Normans who lost lands when the Normans arrived, are not as rich off land, but probably from endeavors of some kind or another. The Bones and Smiths are likely in the upper-middle-class ranger, but not at Malfoy levels. Families like the Carrows though always read to me as less rich and at the lower end of the middle class.
I mentioned here that Linfred Potter started the family up with a substantial amount of gold to each of his seven children's names. So, while it's true Fleamount quadrupled the family's gold, the family was already at least upper middle class with a Wizengamot position in the ministry before Fleamont.
So the Potters have been like, a well-off guild family (essentially) for centuries, and recently, with Fleamont, they became super-rich, but they weren't poor before. Quite the opposite. They were pretty influential and well-known in the magical world and were probably very stable financially.
So, the Potters are obscenely rich by the time Harry comes around, probably. The fact that his Trust Vault (which likely doesn't have all the family's gold) had enough for him to consider buying a Firebolt in the summer before 3rd year, is evidence of how rich they were.
(I know he said it wasn't worth "emptying his Gringotts vault for theย Firebolt", but he's speaking in hyperbole. He has enough money in his trust vault for a Firebolt and the rest of the school years considering the Firebolt is "a few hundred Galleons" while books (when bought new) cost on average, like, 5 Galleons each. At least that's my estimate).
As for the Blacks, they don't have many branches now. They were a large family, but not anymore. Sirius is the only male heir who would traditionally inherit the family's wealth:
โ€œBlack family tradition decreed that the house was handed down the direct line, to the next male with the name of โ€˜Black.โ€™ Sirius was the very last of the line as his younger brother, Regulus, predeceased him and both were childless.
(HBP, Ch3)
So, Sirius got the vaults/house of the main Black family line (the one from Arcturus). He also received money from his Uncle Alphard:
my Uncle Alphard had left me a decent bit of gold
(OotP, Ch6)
Leaving Sirius very well off considering buying Harry the Firebolt didn't even put a dent in the money he had saved up.
So, Harry is already pretty wealthy and could probably be fine if he or any of his kids didn't work a day in their life.
Now, I mentioned how I'm not a fan of Harry becoming an Auror here. And I don't really have much evidence regarding what Auror income is like, but from Kingsley, Tonks, and Moody it appears it isn't a job that would make you rich, but that you could live with it comfortably. We can use irl detective salaries in the UK which range from ยฃ26,000 (~1943 Galleons) annually when starting out to ยฃ91,500 (~6836 Galleons) annually as a Chief Superintendant or head Auror.
So, I think the Auror career probably wouldn't make him much richer, unless he went into politics with it (and became head of the DMLE, maybe) but I think even without it he could go neck and neck with the richer purebloods like the Malfoys, as what he inherited from his parents and Sirius might be enough.
(I do want to note, for Harry's alternate profession, that the average professor's annual salary in the UK is ยฃ82,004 or ~6128 Galleons. And yes, I know this is for a university professor & lecturer but I assume Hogwarts pays its teachers more in line with university professors than an average school teacher. I also know Snape still lives at Spinner's End, though it could also be from him choosing not to move for a multitude of reasons and not necessarily because of his income.)
For anyone wondering about my money calculations in Galleons:
JKR said a galleon was about 5 pounds. Let's say this exchange rate is true for 1991 when Harry uses Galleons for the first time.
Since wizard currency is based on precious metals, we can assume the worth of Galleons in pounds is relative to the amount of gold in them.
In August 1991, the price of one gram of gold was ยฃ6.69, making a Galleon likely to include a little less than one gram of gold (~0.86 grams). I estimate the price of a Galleon in August of 1991 to be ยฃ5.76 (this is a bit of a headcanon number, but the real number should be similar to it).
The above salaries are adjusted for inflation, as in I calculated the salaries' worth in 1991 and then calculated that price in Galleons.
Alternatively, it can be calculated to get a similar result using the modern price of gold and the amount of gold in a Galleon.
This is all assuming the currency makes sense and that Galleons aren't like old GBP coins which had 7.75 grams of gold and would then be worth ยฃ51.8 and then I would not understand how a smart muggleborn didn't use the ridiculous exchange rate loophole to fuck the system over and get rich.
As such, I'm working under the assumption Galleons aren't just pure, solid gold but have another metal(s) mixed in there as well. I'm assuming a Galleon weighs more than a gram since its edges are large enough for the D.A. to write messages on.

Liber AL vel Legis sub figura CCXX, Cap. 1
The Book of the Law Liber AL vel Legis sub figura CCXX
as delivered by XCIII = 418 to DCLXVI
I
1. Had! The manifestation of Nuit.
2. The unveiling of the company of heaven.
3. Every man and every woman is a star.
4. Every number is infinite; there is no difference.
5. Help me, o warrior lord of Thebes, in my unveiling before the Children of men!
6. Be thou Hadit, my secret centre, my heart & my tongue!
7. Behold! it is revealed by Aiwass the minister of Hoor-paar-kraat.
8. The Khabs is in the Khu, not the Khu in the Khabs.
9. Worship then the Khabs, and behold my light shed over you!
10. Let my servants be few & secret: they shall rule the many & the known.
11. These are fools that men adore; both their Gods & their men are fools.
12. Come forth, o children, under the stars, & take your fill of love!
13. I am above you and in you. My ecstasy is in yours. My joy is to see your joy.
14. Above, the gemmed azure is
The naked splendour of Nuit;
She bends in ecstasy to kiss
The secret ardours of Hadit.
The winged globe, the starry blue,
Are mine, O Ankh-af-na-khonsu!
15. Now ye shall know that the chosen priest & apostle of infinite space is the prince-priest the Beast; and in his woman called the Scarlet Woman is all power given. They shall gather my children into their fold: they shall bring the glory of the stars into the hearts of men.
16. For he is ever a sun, and she a moon. But to him is the winged secret flame, and to her the stooping starlight.
17. But ye are not so chosen.
18. Burn upon their brows, o splendrous serpent!
19. O azure-lidded woman, bend upon them!
20. The key of the rituals is in the secret word which I have given unto him.
21. With the God & the Adorer I am nothing: they do not see me. They are as upon the earth; I am Heaven, and there is no other God than me, and my lord Hadit.
22. Now, therefore, I am known to ye by my name Nuit, and to him by a secret name which I will give him when at last he knoweth me. Since I am Infinite Space, and the Infinite Stars thereof, do ye also thus. Bind nothing! Let there be no difference made among you between any one thing & any other thing; for thereby there cometh hurt.
23. But whoso availeth in this, let him be the chief of all!
24. I am Nuit, and my word is six and fifty.
25. Divide, add, multiply, and understand.
26. Then saith the prophet and slave of the beauteous one: Who am I, and what shall be the sign? So she answered him, bendingdown, a lambent flame of blue, all-touching, all penetrant, her lovely hands upon the black earth, & her lithe body arched for love, and her soft feet not hurting the little flowers: Thou knowest! And the sign shall be my ecstasy, the consciousness of the continuity of existence, the omnipresence of my body.
27. Then the priest answered & said unto the Queen of Space, kissing her lovely brows, and the dew of her light bathing his whole body in a sweet-smelling perfume of sweat: O Nuit, continuous one of Heaven, let it be ever thus; that men speak not of Thee as One but as None; and let them speak not of thee at all, since thou art continuous!
28. None, breathed the light, faint & faery, of the stars, and two.
29. For I am divided for love's sake, for the chance of union.
30. This is the creation of the world, that the pain of division is as nothing, and the joy of dissolution all.
31. For these fools of men and their woes care not thou at all! They feel little; what is, is balanced by weak joys; but ye are my chosen ones.
32. Obey my prophet! follow out the ordeals of my knowledge! seek me only! Then the joys of my love will redeem ye from all pain. This is so: I swear it by the vault of my body; by my sacred heart and tongue; by all I can give, by all I desire of ye all.
33. Then the priest fell into a deep trance or swoon, & said unto the Queen of Heaven; Write unto us the ordeals; write unto us the rituals; write unto us the law!
34. But she said: the ordeals I write not: the rituals shall be half known and half concealed: the Law is for all.
35. This that thou writest is the threefold book of Law.
36. My scribe Ankh-af-na-khonsu, the priest of the princes, shall not in one letter change this book; but lest there be folly, he shall comment thereupon by the wisdom of Ra-Hoor-Khuit.
37. Also the mantras and spells; the obeah and the wanga; the work of the wand and the work of the sword; these he shall learn and teach.
38. He must teach; but he may make severe the ordeals.
39. The word of the Law is ฮธฮญฮปฮทฮผฮฑ.
40. Who calls us Thelemites will do no wrong, if he look but close into the word. For there are therein Three Grades, the Hermit, and the Lover, and the man of Earth. Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law.
41. The word of Sin is Restriction. O man! refuse not thy wife, if she will! O lover, if thou wilt, depart! There is no bond that can unite the divided but love: all else is a curse. Accursed! Accursed be it to the aeons! Hell.
42. Let it be that state of manyhood bound and loathing. So with thy all; thou hast no right but to do thy will.
43. Do that, and no other shall say nay.
44. For pure will, unassuaged of purpose, delivered from the lust of result, is every way perfect.
45. The Perfect and the Perfect are one Perfect and not two; nay, are none!
46. Nothing is a secret key of this law. Sixty-one the Jews call it; I call it eight, eighty, four hundred & eighteen.
47. But they have the half: unite by thine art so that all disappear.
48. My prophet is a fool with his one, one, one; are not they the Ox, and none by the Book?
49. Abrogate are all rituals, all ordeals, all words and signs. Ra-Hoor-Khuit hath taken his seat in the East at the Equinox of the Gods; and let Asar be with Isa, who also are one. But they are not of me. Let Asar be the adorant, Isa the sufferer; Hoor in his secret name and splendour is the Lord initiating.
50. There is a word to say about the Hierophantic task. Behold! there are three ordeals in one, and it may be given in three ways. The gross must pass through fire; let the fine be tried in intellect, and the lofty chosen ones in the highest. Thus ye have star & star, system & system; let not one know well the other!
51. There are four gates to one palace; the floor of that palace is of silver and gold; lapis lazuli & jasper are there; and all rare scents; jasmine & rose, and the emblems of death. Let him enter in turn or at once the four gates; let him stand on the floor of the palace. Will he not sink? Amn. Ho! warrior, if thy servant sink? But there are means and means. Be goodly therefore: dress ye all in fine apparel; eat rich foods and drink sweet wines and wines that foam! Also, take your fill and will of love as ye will, when, where and with whom ye will! But always unto me.
52. If this be not aright; if ye confound the space-marks, saying: They are one; or saying, They are many; if the ritual be not ever unto me: then expect the direful judgments of Ra Hoor Khuit!
53. This shall regenerate the world, the little world my sister, my heart & my tongue, unto whom I send this kiss. Also, o scribe and prophet, though thou be of the princes, it shall not assuage thee nor absolve thee. But ecstasy be thine and joy of earth: ever To me! To me!
54. Change not as much as the style of a letter; for behold! thou, o prophet, shalt not behold all these mysteries hidden therein.
55. The child of thy bowels, he shall behold them.
56. Expect him not from the East, nor from the West; for from no expected house cometh that child. Aum! All words are sacred and all prophets true; save only that they understand a little; solve the first half of the equation, leave the second unattacked. But thou hast all in the clear light, and some, though not all, in the dark.
57. Invoke me under my stars! Love is the law, love under will. Nor let the fools mistake love; for there are love and love. There is the dove, and there is the serpent. Choose ye well! He, my prophet, hath chosen, knowing the law of the fortress, and the great mystery of the House of God.
All these old letters of my Book are aright; but ืฆ is not the Star. This also is secret: my prophet shall reveal it to the wise.
58. I give unimaginable joys on earth: certainty, not faith, while in life, upon death; peace unutterable, rest, ecstasy; nor do I demand aught in sacrifice.
59. My incense is of resinous woods & gums; and there is no blood therein: because of my hair the trees of Eternity.
60. My number is 11, as all their numbers who are of us. The Five Pointed Star, with a Circle in the Middle, & the circle is Red. My colour is black to the blind, but the blue & gold are seen of the seeing. Also I have a secret glory for them that love me.
61. But to love me is better than all things: if under the night stars in the desert thou presently burnest mine incense before me, invoking me with a pure heart, and the Serpent flame therein, thou shalt come a little to lie in my bosom. For one kiss wilt thou then be willing to give all; but whoso gives one particle of dust shall lose all in that hour. Ye shall gather goods and store of women and spices; ye shall wear rich jewels; ye shall exceed the nations of the earth in spendour & pride; but always in the love of me, and so shall ye come to my joy. I charge you earnestly to come before me in a single robe, and covered with a rich headdress. I love you! I yearn to you! Pale or purple, veiled or voluptuous, I who am all pleasure and purple, and drunkenness of the innermost sense, desire you. Put on the wings, and arouse the coiled splendour within you: come unto me!
62. At all my meetings with you shall the priestess say -- and her eyes shall burn with desire as she stands bare and rejoicing in my secret temple -- To me! To me! calling forth the flame of the hearts of all in her love-chant.
63. Sing the rapturous love-song unto me! Burn to me perfumes! Wear to me jewels! Drink to me, for I love you! I love you!
64. I am the blue-lidded daughter of Sunset; I am the naked brilliance of the voluptuous night-sky.
65. To me! To me!
66. The Manifestation of Nuit is at an end.
Love is the law, love under will.

Paint and Patience
Another part of the tales of the Institute Green. This one following the Illustrator, Ms. Steam. .
A puff of smoke dissipated after swirling and distorting the stars it hovered in front of.
"Fear is strange. Was there any reason not to have it that you can be certain of?"
"For myself?"
"No, of course not." The pale man made a vague gesture into the building from their spot on the balcony. "Their fear."
He took another deep drag, awaiting her answer.
"All mortals have fear, Mr. Pale. The end always looms like the back cover."
He contemplated, letting his gaze take in the curvy and soft form of his coworker. She liked her candy striper outfit most of all and it let the inviting roundness of her form offer refuge in the form of a vast change in scenery from the black iron and gold speckled dark wood of their world.
"That's what I had figured too. But the fear is on all aspects. They love, there's fear; they succeed, there's fear; they give up...you get the idea."
Ms. Steam gave an amused hum before turning to him fully. "They are yellow. Maybe it's not the fear that gives you pause when dealing with them?"
Ms. Steam took the spent cigarette out of his hand and flicked it over the railing. He had a nasty habit of burning the filter when he was lost in thought. The smell was never pleasant.ย
Mr. Pale was slender and ordinary, his overall countenance being somewhat "beige", though his eyes held a sharp intelligence and his tongue a wicked wit.ย
Ms. Steam liked talking to the scrivener, he was always agitated over their charges and the conditions in which they were formed. The illustrator had an idea that it may be his only way to show his caring side for anything.
"I believe you're right," he finally said, "I am more enraged by those who live without that...I guess it would be more a concern for the welfare of others than fearโ€ฆ"
"Compassion?"
"Compassion! Yes, thank you. Those that lack compassion for others and make grand swathes of suffering. They hold my ire."
"Had one recently that's got you in this tizzy?"
"No. It'll be later this evening. I would feel bile rising in my throat if I had the capability. I taste the lies and excuses on my tongue and moving through my fingertips to take the last vestiges of their existence to print."ย
His voice grew ever darker, as he mimicked typing on his typewriter, his hands looking suddenly more large and sharp, his plain face gaining sharp edges and wider eyes, his teeth sharpening and slowly multiplying.
"Sickening, wretched filth!" He gurgled out.
Ms. Steam shrugged, unbothered. "We are only the record keepers. No need to grow attached."
He cleared his throat and fixed his appearance, brushing his blond hair back and suddenly looking more to his normal human-like form.ย
"We aren't machines, Ms. Steam. Every monster we document can feed our own monstrous nature, teach us our own excuses for screwing over other lives."
"What do you suppose we do for it then? Become judges for life forms that are under our care?"
"Teachers. I think the Evil need to be taught a lesson. We should make an example."
Ms. Steam waited for Mr. Pale to continue, but it was obvious from the way his eyes darted around in his head that the idea was still cooking.ย
She pat his head and made him look her in the eye.
"When you figure it out, set it up. I'm in thorough need of distraction. But for now, we must tend to our duties."
He gave a small nod and a tight lipped smile. It was no secret that he disliked his job, but he was the best at it.
She took her leave, walking in from the cold of outside to the warm hallway. Her shoes were almost silent upon the hard wood. The reflection of the candy striper outfit was blurred for a moment in the polished floor before it showed Ms. Steam in a plain, floral, flowy dress. She used the key around her neck to unlock her office door and step in.ย
The yellow glow of the human soul took a moment to take shape. Young and small.
"Sorry for being late," she smiled, "Are you ready for your portrait?"
The 'studio' was large. The ceiling was high and vaulted, the floor had many different colors and textures that one couldn't tell if it was made of dirt, marble, wood, or any of the other things floors are usually made of. There looked to be all sorts of settings along the long wall. Beaches to mansions, forests to kitchenettes, mountains to dumpsters.
The girl looked to be a little younger than a teenager. Short dark hair and brown eyes, sun-kissed skin and a strong jaw.ย  She was in night clothes and looked overwhelmed, looking around from her seat on a fainting chair.
Ms. Steam went to her large desk and picked up some materials. She loaded a small tray with chalk pastels and paint.ย
"Take your time," she said to the girl, then paused giving her an understanding and patient look. "Tell me what you think is happening. This fear will go away soon, I promise."
"He killed Mom. I went to go hide my little sisters, but I guess he killed me too." She started to cry in earnest. "They're probably so scared. I don't know what to do! There's nothing I can do! I'm dead!"ย
She sobbed and screamed her dismay while Ms. Steam set up the easel near a beach setting.
"Angels are supposed to help the innocent!" The girl accused from her seat. She smacked her bare feet against the ground and stomped over to Ms. Steam. "You're supposed to protect us and God's supposed to deliver us from evil!"
"Deliver you where?" Ms. Steam turned to the girl, eyebrow slightly raised. She felt it wouldn't be the best option to tell the girl she wasn't an angel.
The girl's righteous fury was snuffed out by the calm of the question. She looked lost and on the verge of more tears.ย
"I-I don't know. If you're good, evil isn't supposed to happen to you." She sniffled, "And you're supposed to get rewarded for being good."
Ms. Steam sat on a stool to look the girl in the eye and wipe her tears with her skirt.ย
"I'm sorry, little one. The universe doesn't do good or evil. That's a human thing. Kind or cruel are choices people make."
Ms. Steam offered a hug to the child, who was falling apart again in tears. She accepted the hug, was wrapped in strong arms, and felt light as a cloud.
"The nightmare is over. I know it's scary to not know what comes next. But even your choices mattered so much at the end."
The girl was hiccupping through her sobs, clinging tightly to Ms. Steam. "They're so-s-so little and he's gonna hurt them!"
Ms. Steam rocked her lightly and pet her hair. "I know...what if I brought them here? Would you feel better knowing where they are? They would probably like to know where you are too."
Fear stabbed through the girl and she looked at Ms. Steam. "He killed them too?!"
"Long ago already. They're in my queue."
"What's going to happen?"
"I'm going to paint your picture of what you want to be remembered forever as. You're a good older sister. Brave, just, and with so much love in your heart that your last moments were thinking of nothing but protecting others. Rewards aren't in my job description, but I think that I could work one up for you."
"Holly!" Called two little voices from the fainting couch.
The girl turned and let go of Ms. Steam, running to the two blonde children running towards her in their pajamas.ย
"Katie! Kathy!" She called to the twins, hugging them tight to her and hurrying her face in their disheveled blonde curls. "I'm sorry, I'm so sorry!"
"Sorry for what?" asked Kathy.
"Why are you sad?" asked Katie.
Before Holly could answer, they both noticed the beach and dragged Holly towards it.ย
Holly noticed that they were all in their bathing suits, and the studio had faded away entirely-there was only the beach then. She saw Ms. Steam still standing there, starting to work on the canvas in front of her. She gave Holly a wink before going back to her work.
Holly looked at her sisters who were already splashing in the water and got to playing with them. They built sand castles and played in the water together. The sun didn't bother any of them much, and they felt full and content.ย
Ms. Steam stepped back from her work, looking at the picture of Holly pulling her sisters through the water as the little ones kicked up a spray behind them.
The twins looked caught in a moment of trust and fun as Holly tried to teach them to swim.
The studio had phased back to its normal state, the girls now residing as the artwork. Ms.Steam added a single small cloud in the distance as her signature and bowed low at the piece.ย
"Thank you for the opportunity," she said.
When she stood back up, the canvas had a frame of glittering gold. She took it and wrapped it in plain brown paper before placing it in an adjacent room for delivery.
Ms. Steam dealt more with children and those that didn't have a command over their language. She found that younger children were more accepting of their fates than older ones. Responsibility and shame hadn't really had a chance to stick in yet and make them second guess everything.
She went about putting away her supplies and let out a sigh. She placed the last brush behind her ear and exited her studio. So long as her things werenโ€™t all in place, the next soul wouldnโ€™t show up.ย
The door she approached was labeled โ€œMr. Slow: Securityโ€ on a gold plaque. She knocked and entered, finding the large form of her colleague sitting at his desk, shining his shoes. He looked up boredly, eyes crinkling at the side once he recognized his visitor.ย
โ€œMs. Steam. What an unexpected and fun surprise. What brings you to my office?โ€ His voice was deep and had an edge of threat to it. Unfortunately for Mr. Slow, she had taken the centuries to become immune to his specific charm.ย
โ€œMischief brings me here, Bacchus.ย  Do you intend on participating or trying to subdue?โ€ She leaned on the doorway, pushing her hair behind an ear. โ€œI do so hate to lose out on the fun because someone had to distract you.โ€
Mr. Slow sat up and put his hands on his desk. โ€œSo long as the mischief isnโ€™t brought to these halls, thereโ€™s no reason for us to tussle. I do have a feeling that I will be having to teach Mr. Pale a lesson later today, but that wonโ€™t likely interfere.โ€
This was met with an amused hum. She covered her mouth to feign hiding a smile, โ€œI am starting to think Bartleby likes your teaching method. You boys and your roughhousing.โ€
Mr. Slow went back to shining his shoes, โ€œIโ€™ve been informed, Ms. Steam. Go back to your room. The day isnโ€™t out yet, no matter how many clients you put in a single frame. Only the frame counts.โ€
โ€œPushy,โ€ she teased, straightening herself out. โ€œIโ€™ll see you at the diner afterwards, Mr. Slow.โ€
The door closed, leaving Mr. Slow alone. He leaned back in his chair and thought about the conversation he had overheard on the balcony during his rounds. Redirecting fear could be a fun way to spend an afternoon.

https://archiveofourown.org/works/15446814/chapters/35854725 Lucifer was an angel once.
Thatโ€™s what Nursey thinks, the first time he sees William Poindexter.
Because the boy is beautiful even though he shouldnโ€™t be. Even though heโ€™s doubtless the kind of person who would punch you in the face if you said the words โ€œyouโ€ and โ€œbeautifulโ€ to him in the same sentence.
His skin is choked with freckles. Itโ€™s potentially more freckle than skin, really. Not just his face, where his nose and cheekbones are so hyper-pigmented they look tanned, but his collarbones and forearms and the knuckles of his calloused hands. The close-shaved dark ginger stubble of his hair should make his ears look too big or his mouth too wide but instead it accentuates the long curve of his throat, the cup of velvet skin between the tendons in the back of his neck. It makes his cheekbones sharper, his eyesโ€”so light brown they look almost goldโ€”more stark under pale spiky lashes.
Heโ€™s wearing boots and jeans and a leather jacket that could either be beat to shit for aesthetic reasons or just beat to shit, and a permanent scowl that will likely give him wrinkles at an early age but right now is just terribly flattering.
It all adds up: the interesting face, the long, wiry frame and taut, fight-ready stance, to create a body that casting directors for edgy photoshoots would salivate over. The sort of photoshoots that, if they involve teeth, itโ€™s not because people are smiling.
The point is, he has a carefully curated look and that look is fuck off.
Nursey wants to touch him.
Nursey has never touched someone with that many freckles before and he doubts this particular someone would let him close enough to try which is, he thinks a little despairingly of himself, perhaps why he finds the boy so damn compelling.
The grass is always greener.
You always want what you canโ€™t have.
Etc.
Etc.
Etc.
Regardless. Thatโ€™s Nurseyโ€™s first impression: An angry, pigment-spangled, potentially once-divine being. An angel trying very, very, hard not to be.
Nursey reminds himself, standing in line at the administration office, trying not to stare at the nape of the other boyโ€™s neckโ€”the freckled knob of his spine, pushed hard against the skin just above his collar, that Nursey is at Samwell to focus on hockey, not admire transfer students who are undoubtedly straight and probably wonโ€™t share a single class with him and who heโ€™ll likely only see from a distance for the next year and then never see again and thatโ€™s a good thing because heโ€™s here to focus on hockey.
Except then, the new kid steps up to the receptionistโ€™s desk and says in a rough, surprising drawl. โ€œIโ€™m a transfer. Poindexter. I need to pick up my dorm keys.โ€
And Nursey knows that name.
Because it was in the email that Coach sent out over the summer. It was the name that was written in sharpie on the scratched DVD on Coachโ€™s desk that heโ€™d pushed toward Nursey the day before. Coach had tapped the DVD with a blunt finger and said, โ€œIโ€™ve found you a new D-partner, Nurse.โ€ And Nursey had taken the DVD back to his yet-unpacked room and played it on his laptop, stretched out on the bare mattress of his shitty lofted bed. The footage was grainy, badly spliced together and clearly shot unprofessionally from the stands, but it was enough. Poindexter was good. Big, but fast. Aggressive, but smart. Together, Nursey thought, they might be great.
So when Nursey hears the name, he doesnโ€™t even think. He just speaks:
โ€œYouโ€™re the new defenseman?โ€ he asks. โ€œWilliam Poindexter?โ€
And the boy turns around and considers him with what might be contempt but what might just be the way his face looks and says, โ€œYeah?โ€ like its a challenge.
And Nursey thinks:
Oh no.
***
William Poindexter has his motherโ€™s eyes and his fatherโ€™s nose and on his face theyโ€™re still a family.
He considers his reflection in the filmy bus-station bathroom mirror, rubs his thumb down the raised line of scar tissue bisecting his chinโ€”pink and new and only partially hidden in the drip-paint collage of his freckles, and then rubs harder, more habit than intention.
After spending the summer as a stern man on his uncleโ€™s lobster boatโ€”sorting, banding, baiting, re-setting, trying his best to repair the limping hydraulic trap hauler that probably should have been scrapped a decade agoโ€”layers of sunburn have turned into a tan, multiplying the pigment across his nose and cheeks and shoulders to a point where he looks constantly dirty. Like heโ€™d been working in his other uncleโ€™s garage and absently smeared an oiled forearm over his face.
His cousin, Saoirse, the one whoโ€™d left for New York at eighteen, got a job in marketing and now only returned home for shorter and shorter visits at Christmas time, had once said that Dex looked like a Jackson Pollock painting. He thinks she was trying to be mean. Or elitist. Or both. But heโ€™d sort of agreed with her. He didnโ€™t know who Jackson Pollock was, at first, but when heโ€™d gone with his aunt into town the following weekend heโ€™d used the library computer to google him.
At thirteen, with new calluses on his palms from his first ever boat haul, constant peeling skin over his nose and shoulders, and the kind of secret that scrapes your insides hollow, heโ€™d found the paintings, grainy and pixelated as they were on the old computer monitor, strangely familiar.
Maybe he was like a Jackson Pollock painting: a dark, incensed, anxious, spatter of reds and yellows and blacks and blues. Too much color for one canvas. Too much feeling for containment. Too much, maybe, in general.
Someone bangs on the bathroom door and he stops glaring at his reflection because thereโ€™s nothing much he can do about it.
He uses a paper towel to dry his hands, runs his fingers, still damp, over his buzzed hair, and shoulders his duffle bag.
Samwell is waiting.
Heโ€™d googled Samwell at the same time that heโ€™d googled all the rest of the best hockey prep schools in the country.
Same library.
Same shitty library computer.
Initially heโ€™d wanted to try and play for a junior team, he was good enough, heโ€™d been scouted, but now, money issues aside, billeting would be all but impossible considering his legal situation. So heโ€™d spent stolen hours at school and after work searching boarding schools with prep hockey teams, comparing stats and rosters and course offerings, before he sent in his game tapes and paperwork with scraped together application fees and letters of recommendation from his former and current coaches.
Heโ€™d applied to six schools and was accepted at two.
Samwell was the closest, not that he really cared about staying close, but his lawyer said it would make things easier for possible future hearings if he was within a few hours drive of home. If he could even call it that anymore.
Samwell was also the cheapest, which he did care about, and it routinely produced D1 and NHL prospects which was his primary concern. A full scholarship with housing, a meal plan, and a chance to elevate his game to the point that maybe, next year, he could get a scholarship to college? Or even get drafted?
An easy decision.
After getting a handful of salt-crusted 100โ€™s from his uncle at the harbor early that morningโ€”payment for his summer of workโ€”heโ€™d hitched a ride with another stern man from Port Marta to Brunswick and then took a Greyhound from there to Boston, and then another bus from Boston to Samwell.
And now heโ€™s here, standing outside the station with a paper map from his libraryโ€™s equally shitty printer, a duffle bag from the army surplus store full of abused hockey gear, and an address written in permanent marker on his wrist.
He does have a newly-purchased cellphone, an unfamiliar weight in his back pocket, but he doesn't want to call an Uber because according to the map, Samwellโ€™s campus is only a mile away and heโ€™s not ready to start spending his money yet. Definitely not when there are more important things heโ€™ll need soon. Like new skates. Books. Clothes.
He shoulders his bag and starts walking.
When he gets there, the campus looks exactly like the online pictures: Sun-dappled and idyllic with people lounging under trees and throwing footballs and weaving colorful bikes in and out of foot traffic on immaculate sidewalks.
Heโ€™s too hot in his leather jacket and the strap of his bag is rubbing the side of his neck raw but he walks with a purpose and doesnโ€™t make eye contact when people look at him.
And people do look at him.
Heโ€™s six-foot-two, will probably hit six-three soon, dressed all in black and carrying a bag over his shoulder thatโ€™s nearly as big as he is. Doubtless, he stands out like some sort of hulking freckled raven among songbirds.
By the time he finds the administration building his palms are so sweaty itโ€™s hard to get the stupidly ornate door open, and, once inside, standing in line on the marble floors, looking up at the vaulted ceiling, the whispered assertion thatโ€™s been following him since he stepped foot on campus gets louder:You do not belong here.
Heโ€™s felt that way for most his life, though, wherever he was, so it isnโ€™t that disconcerting.
He clears his throat when itโ€™s his turn, stepping up to the counter at the student center, trying to muster a smile.
โ€œIโ€™m a transfer,โ€ he says, โ€œPoindexter. I need to pick up my dorm keys.โ€
Before the receptionist has a chance to answer, though, the person behind him speaks:
โ€œYouโ€™re the new defenseman?โ€
Dex turns to look at the speaker and pauses.
Because he recognizes the boyโ€™s face.
Heโ€™d seen it on rosters and game footage.
During his furtive research, heโ€™d memorized the names of three players at Samwell. Three players he thought were exceptionally good. Maybe NHL good. These would be your peers, heโ€™d told himself.
The first was Jack Laurent Zimmerman. Center. Senior. Number 1.
The second was Christopher Franklin Chow. Goalie. Junior. Number 55.
The third is now standing in front of him:
Derek Malik Nurse. Defenseman. Senior. Number 28.
What he hadnโ€™t anticipated is that, off the ice, Derek Malik Nurse looks a lot less like the goon he does on the ice and a lot more like the kind of boy his father warned Dex against becoming, sometimes with words, but sometimes with fists.
Because apparently off the ice Derek Malik Nurse wears cuffed skinny jeans stretched tight over the bulk of his thighs and half-unbuttoned floral shirts and pale, stretchy, yellow headbands to hold back his curls. His dark skin is clear and pore-less and the delicate gold chain around his neck should look out of place on someone so broad but it doesnโ€™t.
He is irritatingly well-groomed.
Heโ€™s also waiting for an answer.
โ€œYeah?โ€ Dex manages, and it maybe comes out more aggressive than he intended.
โ€œIโ€™m Nursey,โ€ Derek Malik Nurse says, extending a hand and smiling: straight white teeth and the easy confidence that comes with money. โ€œIโ€™m on the hockey team too.โ€
Nurseโ€™s hand is warm and dry and the torn callouses on Dexโ€™s own chapped hand scrape jarringly against Nurseโ€™s soft palm.
โ€œDex,โ€ Dex says, because if thereโ€™s one thing hockey has given him itโ€™s a name that his father didnโ€™t.
Nurse squeezes his fingers, holds on a moment past comfortable, grins wider so the skin around his grey-green eyes crinkles, and says: โ€œDex. Chill. Coach says youโ€™re going to be my new D-partner.โ€
And all Dex can think is:
Oh no.

Chen Family History
โ€ขOne of the most powerful and influential Wizarding family in China
โ€ขAlways has blackmail on every Ministry theyโ€™re tied to... just in case
โ€ขEvery member in family will always get a second wand at some time during their life either because they lost it, got it broken, stolen, or sacrificed it... there has never been an exception
โ€ขBecause of the second wand tradition many call the Chen family cursed
โ€ขHigh expectations is expected from all members regardless of age, gender, or birth order but not required (The family is quite nice to each other)
โ€ขWhen a member picks a field they always excel in it
โ€ขThey are not new in breaking rules/laws or following a morally gray lifestyle
โ€ขNo one knows why but the Chen family has never had a ghost in their entire history
โ€ขWhile they can be traditional with arrange marriages they are very adaptable so they have gone thru many traditions which has help them maintain their high status
โ€ขHas a secret family Grimoire
โ€ขDuring birth each member is registered by the Grimoire by placing a drop of their blood on the gem on the cover
โ€ขOver the generations the Grimoire has become semi sentient
โ€ขEach generation adds something to the Grimoire that could chance the whole wizarding world... spells, curses, hexes, potions, plant, creatures, etc.
โ€ขIf any generation is ever low on funds they can use a page of the Grimoire and share it to the Wizarding world to get their fortune back (granted whatever they share is a way weaker version with drawbacks or requirements)
โ€ขAny member can summon the Grimoire and multiply copies can be an existence
โ€ขThe Grimoire will not allow itself to be used for evil and can revoke any Chen member from its use if attempted
* Many go thru a process of living among muggles for a short time to learn to blend in and learn things so they wonโ€™t become heavily reliant on magic
โ€ขIt is said that if a member of the family produces a Dragon patronus it is a calamity for the family which is odd since dragons are well respected and prized in the family
โ€ขQiaoโ€™s younger brotherโ€™s patronus is a dragon
โ€ขDuring his time or regime the calamity prophecy was true. There was a rebellion and many of the Chen family members were killed but their knowledge, secrets, and power did not dwindle
โ€ขThe Chen family is very private and if a member does wrong the family will deal with them behind close doors
โ€ขIf multiple children are born from the main family one will be chosen as the head and the other sent to a different part of the world to spread their influence
โ€ขIt is not a dishonor or a punishment if you are not chosen as the head of the family
โ€ขIf the Head dies and has no heir the remaining sibling will gain the title
โ€ขHence Qiao became the Head
โ€ขAmong Qiaoโ€™s children while each excel in their studies the head was bestow on Jacob Since Persephone has no interest in it
โ€ขTo the world the Chen family is all but wiped out with the exception of the Qiaoโ€™s family...for now
โ€ขThe remaining Chen family members are currently keeping a low profile and keeping their ear to the ground to find out what happened and how
โ€ขNo one knows Leta is a Siren except Qiao, Jacob, Bibby, and Persephone
โ€ขHence no one knows Jacob and Persephone is half-Siren
โ€ขOnly a few friends of the children know
โ€ขWhile Jacob doesnโ€™t seem serious he takes being the head of the Chen family so serious that he ended up resenting his Siren blood until he came to terms with it when he was an adult

Warframe Concept: Tempus Prime the Conductor
High health and energy
Average sprint speed and shield
Low armor
Tempus Prime is unlike any other warframe. He is released prime first and has no non-prime variant. He is in the prime vault like any other prime. His blueprint is obtained from his quest but his chassis, neuroptics, and systems are in relics. Additionally, he has a fourth component, found and built like the other three. It is a temporal stabilizer that allows Tempus Prime to exist in our present time.
Appearance:
If warframes were people, Tempus Prime would look like an youthful music conductor. Many of Tempus Prime's moves have musical influences and fx, such as tenno glyphs for letters and numbers and mandachord glyphs etc. Tempus Prime is plenty gilded like other primes. His idle animations have him creating a small batom and conducting with it. Like Limbo his armor takes the form of a suit but none of the exaggerated stage magician flair.
Tempus Prime stands tall and elegant. The hard angles of his armor are contrasted by the winding sweeping filigree that composes parts of his body. His standard helmet swoops back then down and out like a head of slicked back hair that comes to a point. On the other side, his chin comes to a mirrored swooping point. The face plate has a large oval of glowing energy ringed in gold. Inside the oval is a solid disk (Color 2) that moves around the energy in an hourglass figure eight movement.
Color 1 is his conductor tuxedo, which has hard exaggerated folds, like a tux. He has sharp square shoulders and long thin coattails.
Color 2 is his undershirt, and underside of the coattails, and the stripes along his folded tux
Color 3 is the remainder of the tux ie the cuffed sleeves, the collar, the shoes, and his head
Color 4 is as most primes the gold additions, his bowtie, buttons, cuff links, shoe trim, and the filigree that makes up his biceps, knees, and lower back.
Non colored are the hourglass like additions that is housed in the filigree segments
Energy colour is on the face, in the hourglasses, and on clock-like disks along his body
Ability 1: Chrono-Acceleration: 50 Energy
Tempus Prime conjures an hourglass before shattering it between his hands. The grains of sand explode forward, bouncing off walls and enemies, slowing them dramatically. For each enemy hit, Tempus Prime becomes unstuck in time, as their temporal essence is stolen. Each hit grants a short duration of a buff stacking higher the more enemies hit. He and his weapons are granted a dramatic increase in move speed, melee speed, reload speed, fire rate, holster rate, projectile flight speed, and shield recharge speed.
The sand blast mirrors the pellet spray of the Drakgoon (my favourite gun) including holding the ability button down to reduce spread. This ability bounces more and pellets move faster.
Duration increases buff/debuff time
Strength increases pellet damage, slow intensity, and some buffs
Range increases number of pellet ricochets
Ability 2: Revert: 0 Energy
Tempus Prime leaps backward in time time and space, granting himself full health, shield, and energy and fleeting invincibility. This ability does not use energy, instead it has a lengthy cooldown which is reduced whenever Tempus Prime gets a kill.
Duration increases invincibility window
Strength has no effect
Range has no effect
Ability 3: Temporal Loan: 75 Energy
Tempus Prime creates a bridge between himself in the present and himself in the future, sending all damage taken by the former to the latter. Tempus Prime does not take any damage for the duration but when said duration ends all damage is dealt to him at once in an aoe that hurts enemies based on damage transferred. Tempus Prime cannot die from this burst of damage, leaving at least 2HP. If Revert is off cooldown it is automatically activated if Tempus Prime is at 2HP.
Duration increases invincibility time
Strength increases burst damage multiplier on enemies
Range increases damage burst size
Ability 4: Converging Timelines: 100 Energy, Ongoing
Tempus Prime calls for aid from himself from different timelines. He forces alternate realities to crash together creating a circular area on the ground. The floor of this area is from a different tileset than the one of the stage in which Tempus Prime casts this ability. Three duplicates of him from alternate presents are pulled to this one, each duplicate has the same equipment but acts independently. The duplicates and their equipment are randomly colored from your color pickers, not unlike choosing random from the appearance tab. Duplicates cannot leave the area but are free to fire upon enemies, melee close targets, and active their Chrono-Acceleration ability.
Tempus Prime can hold the ability down to move the area.
If a duplicate would die, it is returned to its timeline instead with an explosion that deals heavy damage.
Additionally Enemies within tenno affinity range of the duplicates have a chance to drop loot an extra time, as said loot is pulled from the same timeline as a duplicate comes from. If they do not drop additional loot, some energy is refunded to Tempus Prime via temporal manipulation.
Duration decreases ongoing energy cost
Strength increases duplicate damage and extra loot chance
Range increases size of the area where duplicates live
Passive: Dart Through Time
Unlike most other warframes, _ does not roll. Instead he vanishes into the time stream and appears again at his destination. He can "roll" through enemies to stagger them.

HOW IS LIGHTING ROULETTE DIFFERENT FROM GOLD BAR ROULETTE?
Regarding game advancements, Evolution Gaming consistently shines out in the Front Line. Many of our favorite games, like the enduringly well-liked Lightning Roulette, were created by the team. A new version of roulette called Gold Bar Roulette was just released by the developer. Of course, this caused many players to wonder which of these two games is superior.
We will contrast these two games to observe how Gold Bar Roulette and Lighting Roulette differ from one another.
Likenesses between Lightning Roulette and Gold Bar Roulette are as follows:
European Roulette is the standard in both roulette games. They play with a single zero on the roulette wheel and adhere to comparable roulette regulations. The inside and outside bets in both games are identical to those in games that use regular European Roulette.
You could use the same features from that game if you played one of Evolution's basic roulette games. You may play the racing track in Gold Bar Roulette and Lightning Roulette, and you can also view the results of prior spins.
Although the features of the games vary, they are all balanced in the same way. Both games reduce the payoff for the straight-up wager to keep the RTP close to that of European Roulette. Only when you win the Straight Up bet do both bonuses start to work.
Lightning roulette and gold bar roulette have different features are as follows:
The incentives that each game offers players are the key distinction between the two games. In Lightning Roulette, multipliers are given to numbers at random. If you place a wager on a number that is subject to the multiplier and win, your reward is increased. The vast majority of players will have little trouble comprehending it because it is a simple method.
The additional feature of Gold Bar Roulette, however, calls for more participation from the player. Members of the casino must place a winning straight-up wager to obtain many gold bars. These gold bars can then be gambled on numbers to raise payments for players. Players end up having to do a little more work. The fun gameplay loop, however, keeps things interesting.
The RTPs of the two games are marginally different. The RTP for Lightning Roulette is 97.3%, the same as it is for European Roulette. The RTP for Gold Bar Roulette is 97.1%, which is a little lower.
Finally, the two games stand out thanks to their unique studios and designs. Beautiful lightning streaks appear throughout the user interface of Lightning Roulette, which features a sophisticated black and gold style. The design of Gold Bar Roulette's studio is influenced by banks. When its feature is activated, a sizable vault is unlocked, and we can take gold bars out of it to utilize in subsequent gaming.
Conclusion:
After playing both roulette games, it is impossible to say which one is superior. Despite having a comparable setup, they offer very diverse experiences. The multipliers are in Lightning Roulette are basic and straightforward to use. They give the impression of an extra surprise reward, necessitating nothing more from players than placing bets and praying for good fortune.
The game of Gold Bar Roulette is more complicated. First, players must achieve a straight-up victory. That awards several gold bars, which players can wager individually. This gives you time to consider how you want to use your gold bars.
We are unable to decide which is best as a result. Similar maximum prizes and RTPs may be found in both games. It all depends on which characteristics you like best!

The Lordโ€˜s Faithless Bride
16ย Again the word of the LORD came to me: 2ย โ€œSon of man, make known to Jerusalem her abominations, 3ย and say, Thus says the Lord GOD to Jerusalem: Your origin and your birth are of the land of the Canaanites; your father was an Amorite and your mother a Hittite. 4ย And as for your birth, on the day you were born your cord was not cut, nor were you washed with water to cleanse you, nor rubbed with salt, nor wrapped in swaddling cloths. 5ย No eye pitied you, to do any of these things to you out of compassion for you, but you were cast out on the open field, for you were abhorred, on the day that you were born.
6ย โ€œAnd when I passed by you and saw you wallowing in your blood, I said to you in your blood, โ€˜Live!โ€™ I said to you in your blood, โ€˜Live!โ€™ 7ย I made you flourish like a plant of the field. And you grew up and became tall and arrived at full adornment. Your breasts were formed, and your hair had grown; yet you were naked and bare.
8ย โ€œWhen I passed by you again and saw you, behold, you were at the age for love, and I spread the corner of my garment over you and covered your nakedness; I made my vow to you and entered into a covenant with you, declares the Lord GOD, and you became mine. 9ย Then I bathed you with water and washed off your blood from you and anointed you with oil. 10ย I clothed you also with embroidered cloth and shod you with fine leather. I wrapped you in fine linen and covered you with silk.Or with rich fabricโ€˜>1 11ย And I adorned you with ornaments and put bracelets on your wrists and a chain on your neck. 12ย And I put a ring on your nose and earrings in your ears and a beautiful crown on your head. 13ย Thus you were adorned with gold and silver, and your clothing was of fine linen and silk and embroidered cloth. You ate fine flour and honey and oil. You grew exceedingly beautiful and advanced to royalty. 14ย And your renown went forth among the nations because of your beauty, for it was perfect through the splendor that I had bestowed on you, declares the Lord GOD.
15ย โ€œBut you trusted in your beauty and played the whoreOr were unfaithful; also verses 16, 17, 26, 28โ€˜>2 because of your renown and lavished your whoringsOr unfaithfulness; also verses 20, 22, 25, 26, 29, 33, 34, 36โ€˜>3 on any passerby; your beautyHebrew itโ€˜>4 became his. 16ย You took some of your garments and made for yourself colorful shrines, and on them played the whore. The like has never been, nor ever shall be.The meaning of this Hebrew sentence is uncertainโ€˜>5 17ย You also took your beautiful jewels of my gold and of my silver, which I had given you, and made for yourself images of men, and with them played the whore. 18ย And you took your embroidered garments to cover them, and set my oil and my incense before them. 19ย Also my bread that I gave youโ€”I fed you with fine flour and oil and honeyโ€”you set before them for a pleasing aroma; and so it was, declares the Lord GOD. 20ย And you took your sons and your daughters, whom you had borne to me, and these you sacrificed to them to be devoured. Were your whorings so small a matter 21ย that you slaughtered my children and delivered them up as an offering by fire to them? 22ย And in all your abominations and your whorings you did not remember the days of your youth, when you were naked and bare, wallowing in your blood.
23ย โ€œAnd after all your wickedness (woe, woe to you! declares the Lord GOD), 24ย you built yourself a vaulted chamber and made yourself a lofty place in every square. 25ย At the head of every street you built your lofty place and made your beauty an abomination, offering yourselfHebrew spreading your legsโ€˜>6 to any passerby and multiplying your whoring. 26ย You also played the whore with the Egyptians, your lustful neighbors, multiplying your whoring, to provoke me to anger. 27ย Behold, therefore, I stretched out my hand against you and diminished your allotted portion and delivered you to the greed of your enemies, the daughters of the Philistines, who were ashamed of your lewd behavior. 28ย You played the whore also with the Assyrians, because you were not satisfied; yes, you played the whore with them, and still you were not satisfied. 29ย You multiplied your whoring also with the trading land of Chaldea, and even with this you were not satisfied.
30ย โ€œHow sick is your heart,Revocalization yields How I am filled with anger against youโ€˜>7 declares the Lord GOD, because you did all these things, the deeds of a brazen prostitute, 31ย building your vaulted chamber at the head of every street, and making your lofty place in every square. Yet you were not like a prostitute, because you scorned payment. 32ย Adulterous wife, who receives strangers instead of her husband! 33ย Men give gifts to all prostitutes, but you gave your gifts to all your lovers, bribing them to come to you from every side with your whorings. 34ย So you were different from other women in your whorings. No one solicited you to play the whore, and you gave payment, while no payment was given to you; therefore you were different.
35ย โ€œTherefore, O prostitute, hear the word of the LORD: 36ย Thus says the Lord GOD, Because your lust was poured out and your nakedness uncovered in your whorings with your lovers, and with all your abominable idols, and because of the blood of your children that you gave to them, 37ย therefore, behold, I will gather all your lovers with whom you took pleasure, all those you loved and all those you hated. I will gather them against you from every side and will uncover your nakedness to them, that they may see all your nakedness. 38ย And I will judge you as women who commit adultery and shed blood are judged, and bring upon you the blood of wrath and jealousy. 39ย And I will give you into their hands, and they shall throw down your vaulted chamber and break down your lofty places. They shall strip you of your clothes and take your beautiful jewels and leave you naked and bare. 40ย They shall bring up a crowd against you, and they shall stone you and cut you to pieces with their swords. 41ย And they shall burn your houses and execute judgments upon you in the sight of many women. I will make you stop playing the whore, and you shall also give payment no more. 42ย So will I satisfy my wrath on you, and my jealousy shall depart from you. I will be calm and will no more be angry. 43ย Because you have not remembered the days of your youth, but have enraged me with all these things, therefore, behold, I have returned your deeds upon your head, declares the Lord GOD. Have you not committed lewdness in addition to all your abominations?
44ย โ€œBehold, everyone who uses proverbs will use this proverb about you: โ€˜Like mother, like daughter.โ€™ 45ย You are the daughter of your mother, who loathed her husband and her children; and you are the sister of your sisters, who loathed their husbands and their children. Your mother was a Hittite and your father an Amorite. 46ย And your elder sister is Samaria, who lived with her daughters to the north of you; and your younger sister, who lived to the south of you, is Sodom with her daughters. 47ย Not only did you walk in their ways and do according to their abominations; within a very little time you were more corrupt than they in all your ways. 48ย As I live, declares the Lord GOD, your sister Sodom and her daughters have not done as you and your daughters have done. 49ย Behold, this was the guilt of your sister Sodom: she and her daughters had pride, excess of food, and prosperous ease, but did not aid the poor and needy. 50ย They were haughty and did an abomination before me. So I removed them, when I saw it. 51ย Samaria has not committed half your sins. You have committed more abominations than they, and have made your sisters appear righteous by all the abominations that you have committed. 52ย Bear your disgrace, you also, for you have intervened on behalf of your sisters. Because of your sins in which you acted more abominably than they, they are more in the right than you. So be ashamed, you also, and bear your disgrace, for you have made your sisters appear righteous.
53ย โ€œI will restore their fortunes, both the fortunes of Sodom and her daughters, and the fortunes of Samaria and her daughters, and I will restore your own fortunes in their midst, 54ย that you may bear your disgrace and be ashamed of all that you have done, becoming a consolation to them. 55ย As for your sisters, Sodom and her daughters shall return to their former state, and Samaria and her daughters shall return to their former state, and you and your daughters shall return to your former state. 56ย Was not your sister Sodom a byword in your mouth in the day of your pride, 57ย before your wickedness was uncovered? Now you have become an object of reproach for the daughters of SyriaSome manuscripts (compare Syriac) of Edomโ€˜>8 and all those around her, and for the daughters of the Philistines, those all around who despise you. 58ย You bear the penalty of your lewdness and your abominations, declares the LORD.
The Lordโ€˜s Everlasting Covenant
59ย โ€œFor thus says the Lord GOD: I will deal with you as you have done, you who have despised the oath in breaking the covenant, 60ย yet I will remember my covenant with you in the days of your youth, and I will establish for you an everlasting covenant. 61ย Then you will remember your ways and be ashamed when you take your sisters, both your elder and your younger, and I give them to you as daughters, but not on account ofOr not apart fromโ€˜>9 the covenant with you. 62ย I will establish my covenant with you, and you shall know that I am the LORD, 63ย that you may remember and be confounded, and never open your mouth again because of your shame, when I atone for you for all that you have done, declares the Lord GOD.โ€

The Seven Bowls of Godโ€™s Wrath
16ย Then I heard a loud voice from the temple telling the seven angels, โ€œGo and pour out on the earth the seven bowls of the wrath of God.โ€
2ย So the first angel went and poured out his bowl on the earth, and harmful and painful sores came upon the people who bore the mark of the beast and worshiped its image.
3ย The second angel poured out his bowl into the sea, and it became like the blood of a corpse, and every living thing died that was in the sea.
4ย The third angel poured out his bowl into the rivers and the springs of water, and they became blood. 5ย And I heard the angel in charge of the watersGreek angel of the watersโ€˜>1 say,
ย ย โ€œJust are you, O Holy One, who is and who was, ย ย ย ย for you brought these judgments. 6ย ย ย For they have shed the blood of saints and prophets, ย ย ย ย and you have given them blood to drink. ย ย It is what they deserve!โ€
7ย And I heard the altar saying,
ย ย โ€œYes, Lord God the Almighty, ย ย ย ย true and just are your judgments!โ€
8ย The fourth angel poured out his bowl on the sun, and it was allowed to scorch people with fire. 9ย They were scorched by the fierce heat, and they cursedGreek blasphemed; also verses 11, 21โ€˜>2 the name of God who had power over these plagues. They did not repent and give him glory.
10ย The fifth angel poured out his bowl on the throne of the beast, and its kingdom was plunged into darkness. People gnawed their tongues in anguish 11ย and cursed the God of heaven for their pain and sores. They did not repent of their deeds.
12ย The sixth angel poured out his bowl on the great river Euphrates, and its water was dried up, to prepare the way for the kings from the east. 13ย And I saw, coming out of the mouth of the dragon and out of the mouth of the beast and out of the mouth of the false prophet, three unclean spirits like frogs. 14ย For they are demonic spirits, performing signs, who go abroad to the kings of the whole world, to assemble them for battle on the great day of God the Almighty. 15ย (โ€œBehold, I am coming like a thief! Blessed is the one who stays awake, keeping his garments on, that he may not go about naked and be seen exposed!โ€) 16ย And they assembled them at the place that in Hebrew is called Armageddon.
The Seventh Bowl
17ย The seventh angel poured out his bowl into the air, and a loud voice came out of the temple, from the throne, saying, โ€œIt is done!โ€ 18ย And there were flashes of lightning, rumblings,Or voices, or soundsโ€˜>3 peals of thunder, and a great earthquake such as there had never been since man was on the earth, so great was that earthquake. 19ย The great city was split into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell, and God remembered Babylon the great, to make her drain the cup of the wine of the fury of his wrath. 20ย And every island fled away, and no mountains were to be found. 21ย And great hailstones, about one hundred poundsGreek a talent in weightโ€˜>4 each, fell from heaven on people; and they cursed God for the plague of the hail, because the plague was so severe.

Recommended Text for Meditation:
14. Above, the gemmed azure is
The naked splendour of Nuit;
So she answered him, bending down, a lambent flame of blue, all-touching, all penetrant, her lovely hands upon the black earth, & her lithe body arched for love, and her soft feet not hurting the little flowers: Thou knowest!
Ye shall gather goods and store of women and spices; ye shall wear rich jewels; ye shall exceed the nations of the earth in splendour & pride; but always in the love of me, and so shall ye come to my joy.

If ever truly a man had armored himself in gold, it was Petyr Baelish, not Jaime Lannister.ย
He had a little pointed chin beard now, and threads of silver in his dark hair, though he was still shy of thirty. They went well with the silver mockingbird that fastened his cloak. Even as a child, he had always loved his silver.
Ten years ago, Jon Arryn had given him a minor sinecure in customs, where Lord Petyr had soon distinguished himself by bringing in three times as much as any of the king's other collectors. King Robert had been a prodigious spender. A man like Petyr Baelish, who had a gift for rubbing two golden dragons together to breed a third, was invaluable to his Hand.ย
Littlefinger's rise had been arrow-swift. Within three years of his coming to court, he was master of coinย and a member of the small council, and today the crown's revenues were ten times what they had been under his beleaguered predecessor . . . though the crown's debts had grown vast as well. A master juggler was Petyr Baelish.
Oh, he was clever. He did not simply collect the gold and lock it in a treasure vault, no. He paid the king's debts in promises, and put the king's gold to work. He bought wagons, shops, ships, houses. He bought grain when it was plentiful and sold bread when it was scarce. He bought wool from the north and linen from the south and lace from Lys, stored it, moved it, dyed it, sold it. The golden dragons bred and multiplied, and Littlefinger lent them out and brought them home with hatchlings.
"Chataya runs a choice establishment," Littlefinger said as they rode. "I've half a mind to buy it. Brothels are a much sounder investment than ships, I've found. Whores seldom sink, and when they are boarded by pirates, why, the pirates pay good coin like everyone else." Lord Petyr chuckled at his own wit.
The cost of rebuilding was going to be ruinous, but there was no help for that. King's Landing was the realm's principal harbor, rivaled only by Oldtown. The river had to be reopened, and the sooner the better. And where am I going to find the bloody coin? It was almost enough to make him miss Littlefinger, who had sailed north a fortnight past.
"There's good coin to be made here now that the fighting's done," the miller in the nearest wagon told them cheerfully. "It's the Lannisters hold the city now, old Lord Tywin of the Rock. They say he shits silver.""Gold," Jaime corrected dryly. "Andย Littlefingerย mints the stuff from goldenrod, I vow."
'Better a thief we know than one we don't, the next man might be worse.' Lord Petyr's words in my brother's mouth, I'll warrant. Littlefinger had a nose for gold, and I'm certain he arranged matters so the crown profited as much from your corruption as you did yourself."
No, Cersei decided. If truth be told, Littlefinger had been more use at court. He had a gift for finding gold, and never coughed.ย
"What sort of reasons do you mean to give them?""Gold reasons," Littlefinger suggested at once.
Lord Redwyne asked only for thirty years' remission of the taxes that Littlefinger and his wine factors had levied on certain of the Arbor's finest vintages.ย
"These prices, though," protested fat Lord Belmore," these prices are more than fair." ย "You say more than fair, my lord. I say less than we would wish. Wait. If need be, buy the food yourself and keep it stored. Winter is coming. Prices must go higher." "Bronze Yohn will not wait, " Grafton complained. "He need not ship through Gulltown, he has his own ports. Whilst we are hoarding our harvest, Royce and the other Lords Declarant will turn theirs into silver, you may be sure of that." "Let us hope so," said Petyr. "When their granaries are empty, they will need every scrap of that silver to buy sustenance from us

Post-IW MCU Rewatch: Thor: The Dark World
Yay more Thor! (Yes I know this is widely considered to be the worst of the MCU movies and I DO NOT CARE. *hugs entire population of Asgard possessively*)
This prologue is ridiculous. I donโ€™t know if itโ€™s Anthony Hopkinsโ€™s inflection or if itโ€™s just a step too far in the high fantasy direction, but it does make me cringe a bit. More showing, less telling! The prologues in the LotR movies were way more interesting than this.
The Dark Elf language also makes me cringe. I am very aware that itโ€™s preposterous to assume that people from different planets speak English, but whatโ€™s most important to me is that actors cannot deliver nuanced performances when they are speaking gibberish. At least when itโ€™s real languages, someone can coach them on inflection and stuff, but they really hamstrung Christopher Eccleston by making him say these silly-sounding lines.
Malekith has no imagination if the only thing he could think to do with the Reality Stone was turn stuff into dark matter.
โ€œBenevolent godโ€ indeed. Sending the Chitauri to slaughter people doesnโ€™t really fit that description, sweetie.
Seriously Anthony Hopkinsโ€™s delivery is really weird in some places.
Odin is now three for three on children who showed scary genocidal tendencies, so I think thereโ€™s a lot of bitterness and feelings of failure behind what he says to Loki. Also Lokiโ€™s not showing any remorse at all, even though now would be a great time to explain that he was tortured and manipulated by Thanos. Theyโ€™re both getting defensive and lashing out instead of engaging in meaningful communication.
Hi Sif! Hi Volstagg! HI THOR! He has such good entrances. Hi Fandral and Hogun! (Even if this is Zachary Levi Fandral with his stupid wig.)
The weapons the raiders are using are really interesting.
Hey I wonder if this Kronan knows Korg.
I love Thorโ€™s smile when all the raiders laugh at his โ€œI accept your surrender.โ€
*dreamy sigh* Asgard.
HUGIN AND MUNIN! And one actually lands on Odinโ€™s arm! Thatโ€™s awesome.
Odin ships Thor/Sif. (Me too, Odin.)
Obligatory shirtless Thor scene!
Volstagg and his family! *wibble*
Oh Sif. Rejected. (But Thorโ€™s pretty nice about it.)
Jane is really quite socially awkward, isnโ€™t she? Why did she go on this date?
It says something about how bad of a driver Jane is (hitting Thor, nearly driving off the road) that she would trust Darcy to drive her around (I guess Darcyโ€™s record is slightly better, having only hit Thor once, while they were in the middle of a dust cloud).
โ€œWhyโ€™re you calling me?โ€ โ€œI didnโ€™t want to shout.โ€
Portals! Whee! (Honstly the portal shenanigans are one of the big reasons I love this movie. This crap is so much fun.)
I love the way Darcy wiggles her hand when she says โ€œGimme your shoe.โ€
Okay so the Dark Elves are set to wake up if the Aether gets activated? Headcanon time. Judging from all the creepy red lights in their ships, I think they used the Aether to make most of their tech, much like Schmidt did with the Tesseract. So yeah, if the Aether gets activated, their tech would react. That works.
Heimdallโ€™s new armor has an orange stone in the breastplate. I thought he was gonna turn out to be the one who had the Soul Stone, and that it was the source of his infinite sight. ...Iโ€™m pretty sure I still like that better than what we ended up with in canon. Also, I only noticed this the other day, but Heimdallโ€™s helmet is shaped the same as Hofundโ€™s hilt, and thatโ€™s awesome.
Heee, I love Thor and Heimdallโ€™s chat. I definitely believe that Thor would describe Heimdall as his best friend.
Whoops! Continuity error. Jane should not be in her Asgardian outfit yet. I guess they decided to move this bit to this part of the movie instead of later, but didnโ€™t reshoot it.
Did Thor make this storm or is that just London being London? He does make it stop, I guess.
Sorry guys, Thor already has that dark strand of stuff in his hair; itโ€™s not a Loki memorial braid.
Thor and Darcyโ€™s interactions are always gold.
You sliced off part of that car!
Oh, question answered from before. You CAN see space rushing past from inside the Bifrost. Sweet.
Hi Eir! The Soul Forge is so cool.
Jane takes Odinโ€™s rudeness pretty well. But dang, Odin. I know you ship Thor/Sif, but being mean to the competition is an elementary mistake.
That book is freaking awesome. Itโ€™s like the Book of Kells, except the images move and itโ€™s in runes.
Dangit I donโ€™t want the bad guys to be the ones who touch foreheads to show affection!
I really donโ€™t like this look for Frigga. That one-boob breastplate is really weird.
The emotion in Lokiโ€™s scene with Friggaโ€™s projection is so great. He wants to sever ties with Odin (or he thinks he does) but he canโ€™t do that without severing ties with Frigga too, and you can see how much it hurts him to say anything that would hurt her. Which he plainly instantly regrets. And itโ€™s the last thing he ever says to her.
Yessss more romantic exposition from Thor.
Hahaha, Jane is so much more shy around Frigga than Odin.
Man the way the Kursed dude kills people is really messed up.
Loki you would not be smiling at this dude if you knew he was going to do much more than cause a bit of mischief.
Thor jumping and grabbing Mjolnir is such a cool shot.
โ€œItโ€™s only because Iโ€™ve worried over you that you have survived.โ€ Based on how Odin behaves as soon as sheโ€™s dead, that is extremely accurate.
Heimdall is so awesome. Oh, and I love the way the Dark Elvesโ€™ ships look almost like theyโ€™re made of dragon hide or something. Dragon hide or lava rock. Fantastic design. Fantastic movements.
This movie has so much more of Asgard in it than the first one, which is awesome. Even if itโ€™s mostly getting pummeled by Dark Elves.
Those black hole grenades are freaking terrifying.
Yeah...if Loki hadnโ€™t given that tip about the stairs to the left, the Kursed dude wouldnโ€™t have arrived in time to help Malekith before Frigga finished him off, or before Thor and Odin arrived. :/
Friggaโ€™s funeral is beautiful. The music, however, has been somewhat retroactively ruined by that play in Ragnarok. (Which I adore.)
Even if Loki doesnโ€™t know how much his actions specifically contributed to Friggaโ€™s death, I think he regrets helping the Kursed dude.
Hi Stan!
Dang, Asgardian law is crazy strict if Thor and the Warriors Three are casually talking about being killed by Einherjar if they screw up this plan.
This is so sad, because Loki actually doesnโ€™t betray Thor at any point during this mission. He makes up for it by being incessantly irritating (which is the best stuff in the movie), but he sticks to the plan the whole time. The only one he betrays in this whole movie is Odin.
Okay the dagger/handcuffs trick by Thor is funny and all, but it really doesnโ€™t hold up if you think about it. Youโ€™d definitely notice the difference between being handed a dagger and having thick cuffs put on.
Sif is very good at not letting her jealousy show too clearly. And her sword is awesome. Her and Volstaggโ€™s threats to Loki are pretty great.
Peak annoying little brother stuff right here, when theyโ€™re in the Dark Elf blade ship. My favorite is โ€œOh dear. Is she dead?โ€
So Thor has the โ€œface squashed against glass motif,โ€ and I think Loki has a falling motif. Into the abyss in the first one, out of the ship in this one, and through whatever dimension Doctor Strange trapped him in in Ragnarok.
The flying longboats are so cool.
I love how much Loki likes it whenever Thor gets the better of him with sneakiness. Heโ€™s so used to Thor just smashing his way through stuff, so any subtlety he uses (especially when itโ€™s successful against him) is fantastic in his book.
โ€œTa-dah.โ€
โ€œWhat I could do with the power that flows through those veins.โ€ I would love to see what Loki could do with the Aether. Heโ€™s already a master of illusions, and the Reality Stone would multiply that by about a thousand. Itโ€™d be awesome. And yet he sent it off to Knowhere instead of keeping it (or giving it to Thanos). Just like he kept the Tesseract safe in Asgardโ€™s vault the entire time he was pretending to be Odin. If Loki had really done everything he did in Avengers of his own free will while in his right mind, he would not have gone to such lengths to keep multiple Infinity Stones away from Thanos. Heck, he might even have been the one to commission Stormbreaker from Eitri. I suppose he didnโ€™t use the Stones himself because he knows as well as Thor does how deadly they can be to the wielder, or maybe he knew theyโ€™d draw Thanos to him like a beacon.
Thor thinks Loki wants to hurt him because heโ€™s talking about Janeโ€™s mortality, but Loki thinks Thor only cares about Jane and not the fact that their mother just died. Theyโ€™re so bad at understanding each other.
The bittersweet smiles they exchange after โ€œShe wouldnโ€™t want us to fight.โ€/โ€œWell, she wouldnโ€™t exactly be shocked.โ€ are so painful to watch. They both desperately miss the days before any of this happened, when they were simply brothers, and I think they realize that about each other in this moment. But itโ€™s not enough to fix everything, which is why Thor says โ€œI wish I could trust youโ€ and Loki says โ€œTrust my rage.โ€
Ian is such a dope.
If a flock of starlings burst up through the ground at my feet like that, I would be scarred for life.
Thorโ€™s plan is awesome. I totally fell for it in the theater. I thought Loki had double-crossed him and chopped his hand off, but they were working together the whole time. I kinda donโ€™t think they let Jane in on it, though. Is the lack of blood on Thorโ€™s arm stump a mistake or a hint that itโ€™s a trick? *rewinds and squints* Ooh, no, itโ€™s because the dagger has a glowy energy field on it! Insta-cauterization! Anyway, this wouldโ€™ve been the perfect time for Loki to betray Thor for real if heโ€™d wanted to, but he plays along. In part, I think, because he was so impressed with the plan.
Hey guys, even when Lokiโ€™s pretending to be a traitor, he doesnโ€™t call himself Laufeyson. STOP CALLING HIM LAUFEYSON IN YOUR TAGS. Also his knife-fighting is awesome.
The Kursed dudeโ€™s eyeballs getting sucked out of their sockets was NOT a necessary detail to include.
โ€œYou fool, you didnโ€™t listen!โ€ What does Thor mean? What did Loki not listen to? Did Thor tell him that he was only supposed to protect Jane, not him?
Okay so Iโ€™m really not sure what the deal is with Lokiโ€™s fake death here. I have a couple different theories.
Theory 1: Loki really did get stabbed and really did believe he was dying. After Thor and Jane left to seek shelter from Thorโ€™s uncontrollable grief storm, Loki reverted to his true form (because, dying) and that actually saved his life because Kursed blood isnโ€™t as deadly to the Jotnar as it is to the Aesir, or his vital organs arenโ€™t in the same place anymore, or something. So he was able to heal himself and take advantage of the situation.
Theory 2: Loki never intended to betray Thor, but he always intended to fake his death, both as a way of escaping prison and of avoiding Thanosโ€™s retribution. So as soon as he finished off those four Dark Elves, he turned one of their corpses into a copy of himself and puppeteered it over to stab the Kursed dude and get theatrically killed. It would explain why the Loki who gets stabbed only has a Dark Elf sword and a black hole grenade on him.
I lean more towards theory 1 because I donโ€™t really like the idea that Loki would trick Thor into thinking he was dead the day after their mother died, and also because when they filmed it, they actually meant for this to be Lokiโ€™s real death scene, and they only changed it later because test audiences didnโ€™t believe Loki was dead. However, if I put aside my emotions, I have to admit that theory 2 makes more logical sense.
Would Malekith have found the Aether sooner if it hadnโ€™t gotten into Jane? The movie implies pretty strongly that Malekith woke up because the Aether was out of its hiding place.
Mjolnir on the coat hook is such a great gag.
The elevator in Malekithโ€™s ship looks like a spinal column, which is some fantastic design.
Thorโ€™s battle trash talk is always delightful.
PORTAL SHENANIGANS. YESSSSSS.
Poor Mjolnir. Itโ€™s trying so hard to get back to Thor. I like to think that when it shatters the glass of that building on its way back up, itโ€™s doing so in frustration.
Hi Jotunheim!
So apparently this isnโ€™t remotely how you get to Greenwich from Charing Cross. Whoops. Maybe that girl was just really flustered at being addressed by Thor and gave him crap directions?
Jane really likes trying to throw herself between an unconscious Thor and a thing that she thinks might kill him.
POETRY. Malekith tried to destroy the Asgardian army by dropping his fleet on them. Now he gets killed by his own ship falling on him.
Howโ€™d Loki know about Thorโ€™s line to Odin โ€œThere will never be a wiser king than youโ€?
โ€œI can assure you, it will be absolutely safe here in my collection.โ€ LIAR.
Itโ€™s so cool that Chrisโ€™s wife is the one who played Jane in the end credits scene. Iโ€™m not sure how they failed to do this kiss scene with Natalie in the first place, but whatever.
Every time Thorโ€™s about to show up somewhere in this movie, thereโ€™s thunder. :D
Okay so the biggest problems with Thor: The Dark World are that Malekith is the dullest villain in the entire MCU and that Thor kinda doesnโ€™t have a character arc. In a movie where half of his family dies (as far as he knows). How is that even possible? Despite the beautiful funeral, Friggaโ€™s death was really kind of glossed over, and then Loki seemingly dies too, but even though those are very powerful scenes while weโ€™re in them, they donโ€™t leave much of an impact on the rest of the movie. You donโ€™t really feel those losses in the way Thor fights Malekith. Thor shouldโ€™ve been struggling to stick to the plan instead of just whaling on Malekith blindly with Mjolnir. He shouldโ€™ve had some breakdown with Jane there to witness it and comfort him. Instead heโ€™s the one comforting Jane when she blames herself for all the loss heโ€™s suffered? No no no. He shouldโ€™ve either been very emotional, very bent on revenge, or smiling and joking through the pain like he does in Ragnarok and Infinity War. This stoicism is not effective, and it probably contributes to so many peopleโ€™s (mistaken) belief that, prior to Ragnarok, Thor was a boring character. And Malekithโ€™s side of the battle wouldโ€™ve been better if it had been personal for him too. He couldโ€™ve been more upset at the death of his buddy Algrim, or maybe he had family members who were killed by Bor, which is why heโ€™s so keen on killing members of Asgardโ€™s royal family now. It wouldโ€™ve been so easy to make this an emotionally intense fight. Instead, itโ€™s merely fun because portal shenanigans. *shrug*
Despite not having much of an arc, Thor is still wonderful. Heโ€™s funny, heโ€™s more thoughtful and wise than heโ€™s ever been, heโ€™s gallant, heโ€™s romantic, and heโ€™s getting better and better at working as part of a team and finding solutions besides smashing stuff. Also he makes the best entrances, has awesome armor, and is mesmerizing to watch in battle. I adore him.
Other stuff this movie has going for it. So much more Asgard screentime, even if they cut a few scenes I wish theyโ€™d left in. The music is still great. Everything looks gorgeous, and the Dark Elves at least have interesting technology and costumes. No Dutch angles. Plenty of screentime for Heimdall. Every single second of Thor and Lokiโ€™s scenes together, being obnoxious bros to each other but still working as a very effective team (heralding all the excellent contentious Brodinson stuff to come in Ragnarok).

Now ye โ˜‘๏ธ shall know that the ๐Ÿค˜ chosen priest & apostle of infinite space ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿš€ is the ๐Ÿค˜ prince-priest ๐Ÿคด the ๐Ÿค˜ Beast; and in his ๐Ÿ woman ๐Ÿ‘ฐ called ๐Ÿค™ the ๐Ÿคฃ Scarlet Woman ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€โค๏ธโ€๐Ÿ’‹โ€๐Ÿ‘จ is all power ๐Ÿ”Œ given. They ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆ shall gather my ๐Ÿ˜€ children ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆ into their fold: ๐Ÿ™ they ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆ shall bring the ๐Ÿคฃ glory of the ๐Ÿค˜ stars โญ into the ๐Ÿคฃ hearts ๐Ÿ˜ป of men. ๐Ÿšน
For ๐Ÿˆบ he ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™‚๏ธ is ever a sun, ๐ŸŒฆ๏ธ and she ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™€๏ธ a moon. ๐ŸŒš But ๐Ÿ˜ฅ๐Ÿ˜ฅ๐Ÿ˜ฅ to him is the ๐Ÿคฃ winged secret ใŠ™๏ธ flame, ๐Ÿ”ฅ and to her ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™‚๏ธ the ๐Ÿคฃ stooping starlight.
But ๐Ÿ˜ฅ ye โ˜‘๏ธ are ๐Ÿ‘‰ not โณ so ๐Ÿ†˜ chosen.
Burn upon their brows, ๐Ÿฅธ o splendrous serpent!
O azure-lidded woman, ๐Ÿ‘ฉ bend upon them!
The ๐Ÿคฃ key ๐Ÿ—๏ธ of the ๐Ÿคฃ rituals is in the ๐Ÿค˜ secret ใŠ™๏ธ word ๐Ÿ†‘ which I ๐Ÿ˜€ have ๐Ÿˆถ given unto him.
With the ๐Ÿคฃ God & the ๐Ÿคฃ Adorer ๐Ÿฅฐ I ๐Ÿ˜Š am nothing: ๐Ÿˆถ they ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆ do not ๐Ÿˆถ see ๐Ÿ™ˆ๐Ÿ‘€ me. They ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆ are ๐Ÿ‘‰ as upon the ๐Ÿคฃ earth; I ๐Ÿ˜Š am Heaven, ๐Ÿ‘ผ and there is no ๐Ÿ™‰ other God than me, and my ๐Ÿ˜Š lord ๐Ÿ‘‘ Hadit.
Now, therefore, I ๐Ÿ˜€ am known to ye ๐Ÿ‰‘ by my ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š name ๐Ÿ“› Nuit, and to him by a secret ๐Ÿ” name ๐Ÿ“› which I ๐Ÿ˜Š will give him when at last โฎ๏ธ he ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™‚๏ธ knoweth me. Since I ๐Ÿ˜Š am Infinite Space, ๐ŸŒš and the ๐Ÿค˜ Infinite Stars โœก๏ธ thereof, do ye โ˜‘๏ธ also thus. Bind nothing! โณ Let there be no ๐Ÿ‡ณ๐Ÿ‡ด difference made among you ๐ŸคŸ between any one ๐Ÿ”ž thing ๐Ÿคฃ & any other thing; for ๐Ÿˆบ thereby there cometh hurt. ๐Ÿฉธ
But ๐Ÿ˜ฅ whoso availeth in this, let him be the ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ chief of all!
I ๐Ÿ˜€ am Nuit, and my ๐Ÿ˜€ word ๐Ÿ†š is six ๐Ÿ••๐Ÿ”ฏ and fifty.
Divide, ๐Ÿˆน add, multiply, โœ–๏ธ and understand.
Then saith the ๏ฟฝ๏ฟฝ prophet and slave of the ๐Ÿค˜ beauteous one: ๐Ÿฉฑ๐Ÿ”ž๐Ÿ•œ Who am I, ๐Ÿ˜€ and what ๐Ÿ˜ฆ๐Ÿ˜ฆ๐Ÿ˜ฆ shall be the ๐Ÿค˜ sign? ๐Ÿง So ๐Ÿ†˜ she ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™€๏ธ answered โœ… him, bending down, โ†˜๏ธ a lambent flame ๐Ÿ”ฅ of blue, ๐Ÿ”€ all-touching, all penetrant, her ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™‚๏ธ lovely hands ๐Ÿ‘ˆ๐Ÿ‘ฌ upon the ๐Ÿคฃ black โšซ earth, ๐ŸŒ & her ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™‚๏ธ lithe body arched for ๐Ÿ”ฐ๐Ÿ”ฐ๐Ÿ”ฐ love, ๐Ÿ’š and her ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™‚๏ธ soft ๐Ÿฆ feet ๐Ÿšถโ€โ™€๏ธ not โณ hurting ๐Ÿฉธ the ๐Ÿคฃ little flowers: ๐ŸŒผ Thou knowest! And the ๐Ÿค˜ sign ๐Ÿ’ฒ shall be my ๐Ÿ˜Š ecstasy, the ๐Ÿค˜ consciousness of the ๐Ÿค˜ continuity of existence, the ๐Ÿคฃ omnipresence of my ๐Ÿ˜Š body.
Then the ๐Ÿคฃ priest answered โœ… & said unto the ๐Ÿคฃ Queen ๐Ÿ‘ธ of Space, ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿš€๐ŸŒ• kissing ๐Ÿ˜— her ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™‚๏ธ lovely brows, ๐Ÿฅธ๐Ÿฅธ๐Ÿฅธ and the ๐Ÿค˜ dew of her ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™‚๏ธ light ๐Ÿ’ก bathing โ™จ๏ธ his ๐Ÿ whole body in a sweet-smelling ๐Ÿฏ perfume of sweat: ๐Ÿ˜“ O Nuit, continuous one ๐Ÿ• of Heaven, ๐Ÿ‘ผ let it be ever thus; that men ๐Ÿ™†โ€โ™‚๏ธ speak ๐Ÿ™Š not ๐Ÿˆถ of Thee as One ๐Ÿฉฑ but ๐Ÿ˜ฅ๐Ÿ˜ฅ๐Ÿ˜ฅ as None; and let them speak ๐Ÿ™Š not ๐Ÿˆถ of thee at all, since thou art ๐ŸŽญ continuous!
None, breathed the ๐Ÿค˜ light, ๐Ÿช”๐Ÿšจ faint & fรฆry, of the ๐Ÿคฃ stars, โญ and two. โœŒ๏ธ
For ๐Ÿ”ฐ I ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š am divided for ๐Ÿ”ฐ loveโ€™s sake, ๐Ÿถ for ๐Ÿˆบ the ๐Ÿคฃ chance of union. ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡บ
This is the ๐Ÿคฃ creation of the ๐Ÿคฃ world, ๐ŸŒŽ that the ๐Ÿคฃ pain of division is as nothing, ๐Ÿˆš and the ๐Ÿค˜ joy ๐Ÿ˜Š of dissolution all.
For ๐Ÿ”ฐ these fools of men ๐Ÿ™†โ€โ™‚๏ธ and their woes care ๐Ÿซ‚ not ๐Ÿˆถ thou at all! They ๐Ÿ’ feel little; what ๐Ÿ˜ฆ is, is balanced by weak joys; but ๐Ÿ˜ฅ ye ๐Ÿ‘ are ๐Ÿ‘‰ my ๐Ÿ˜Š chosen ones. ๐Ÿ•œ
Obey my ๐Ÿ˜Š prophet! follow out ๐Ÿ˜ต the ๐Ÿค˜ ordeals of my ๐Ÿ˜Š knowledge! ๐Ÿ“— seek me only! Then the ๐Ÿคฃ joys ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜Š of my ๐Ÿ˜Š love ๐Ÿ’Œ will redeem ye โœ”๏ธ from ๐Ÿ˜ค all pain. This is so: ๐Ÿ†˜ I ๐Ÿ˜€ swear ๐Ÿคฌ it by the ๐Ÿคฃ vault of my ๐Ÿ˜€ body; by my ๐Ÿ˜Š sacred heart ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€โค๏ธโ€๐Ÿ‘จ and tongue; by all I ๐Ÿ˜€ can give, by all I ๐Ÿ˜Š desire of ye ๐Ÿ†— all.
Then the ๐Ÿค˜ priest fell into a deep trance or swoon, & said unto the ๐Ÿคฃ Queen ๐Ÿ‘ธ๐Ÿ‘ธ๐Ÿ‘ธ of Heaven; Write ๐Ÿ“ unto us the ๐Ÿค˜ ordeals; write โœ๏ธ unto us the ๐Ÿค˜ rituals; write ๐Ÿ“ unto us the ๐Ÿคฃ law! ๐Ÿšจ
But ๐Ÿ˜ฅ she ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™€๏ธ said: the ๐Ÿค˜ ordeals I ๐Ÿ˜€ write โœ’๏ธ not: โณ the ๐Ÿคฃ rituals shall be half known and half concealed: the ๐Ÿคฃ Law ๐Ÿง‘โ€โš–๏ธ๐Ÿ‘ฎโ€โ™‚๏ธยฉ๏ธ is for ๐Ÿˆบ all.
This that thou writest is the ๐Ÿค˜ threefold book ๐Ÿ“™ of Law. ยฉ๏ธ
My ๐Ÿ˜€ scribe Ankh-af-na-khonsu, the ๐Ÿคฃ priest of the ๐Ÿค˜ princes, ๐Ÿคด shall not ๐Ÿˆถ in one ๐Ÿ”ž letter ๐Ÿ…ฐ๏ธ change this book; but ๐Ÿ˜ฅ lest there be folly, he ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™‚๏ธ shall comment thereupon by the ๐Ÿค˜ wisdom of Ra-Hoor-Khu-it.
Also the ๐Ÿคฃ mantras and spells; the ๐Ÿค˜ obeah and the ๐Ÿคฃ wanga; the ๐Ÿคฃ work ๐Ÿข of the ๐Ÿคฃ wand ๐Ÿช„๐Ÿช„๐Ÿช„ and the ๐Ÿคฃ work ๐Ÿข of the ๐Ÿค˜ sword; these he ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™‚๏ธ shall learn ๐ŸŽ“ and teach. ๐Ÿซ
He ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™‚๏ธ must teach; but ๐Ÿ˜ฅ he ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™‚๏ธ may make severe the ๐Ÿค˜ ordeals.
The ๐Ÿค˜ word ๐Ÿ”œ of the ๐Ÿค˜ Law โš–๏ธ is ฮ˜ฮตฮปฮทฮผฮฑ.
Who calls ๐Ÿค™ us Thelemites will do no ๐Ÿ™…โ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿšณ๐Ÿ˜ฃ wrong, if he ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™‚๏ธ look ๐Ÿ‘๏ธ but ๐Ÿ˜ฅ close into the ๐Ÿค˜ word. ๐Ÿ’ฌ๐Ÿ†˜ For ๐Ÿ”ฐ there are ๐Ÿ‘‰ therein Three ๐Ÿ•ž Grades, ๐Ÿˆด the ๐Ÿค˜ Hermit, and the ๐Ÿคฃ Lover, ๐Ÿ˜ป and the ๐Ÿคฃ man ๐Ÿ’†โ€โ™‚๏ธ of Earth. ๐ŸŒ๐ŸŒ๐ŸŒ Do what ๐Ÿ˜ฆ thou wilt ๐Ÿฅ€ shall be the ๐Ÿคฃ whole of the ๐Ÿค˜ Law. ๐Ÿ‘ฎโ€โ™‚๏ธ
The ๐Ÿค˜ word ๐Ÿ” of Sin is Restriction. O man! ๐Ÿง›โ€โ™‚๏ธ refuse not ๐Ÿˆถ thy wife, if she ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™€๏ธ will! O lover, ๐Ÿฅฐ if thou wilt, ๐Ÿฅ€ depart! There is no ๐Ÿšณ bond that can unite the ๐Ÿค˜ divided but ๐Ÿ˜ฅ love: ๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆ all else is a curse. Accursรจd! Accursรจd be it to the ๐Ÿคฃ รฆons! Hell.
Let it be that state ๐Ÿ‡ซ๐Ÿ‡ฒ of manyhood bound and loathing. So ๐Ÿ†˜ with thy all; thou hast no ๐Ÿ™…โ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ™ˆ๐Ÿ™…โ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ™ˆ๐Ÿ™…โ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ™ˆ right ๐Ÿคœ but ๐Ÿ˜ฅ to do thy will.
Do that, and no ๐Ÿšท other shall say ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ nay.
For ๐Ÿˆบ pure ๐Ÿค will, unassuaged of purpose, delivered from ๐Ÿ˜ค the ๐Ÿค˜ lust of result, is every way ๐ŸŒŒ perfect. ๐Ÿ‘Œ
The ๐Ÿค˜ Perfect ๐Ÿ‘Œ and the ๐Ÿค˜ Perfect ๐Ÿ’ฏ are ๐Ÿ‘‰ one ๐Ÿ”ž Perfect ๐Ÿ’ฏ and not โณ two; nay, are ๐Ÿ‘‰ none!
Nothing ๐Ÿˆš is a secret ๐Ÿ˜‰ key ๐Ÿ”‘๐Ÿ—๏ธ of this law. ๐Ÿง‘โ€โš–๏ธ Sixty-one ๐Ÿ•๐Ÿฉฑ the ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ Jews call ๐Ÿค™ it; I ๐Ÿ˜Š call ๐Ÿค™ it eight, ๐Ÿ•— eighty, four ๐Ÿ•“ hundred ๐Ÿ’ฏ & eighteen. ๐Ÿ”ž
But ๐Ÿ˜ฅ they ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆ have ๐Ÿˆถ the ๐Ÿค˜ half: unite by thine art ๐ŸŽญ so ๐Ÿ†˜ that all disappear.
My ๐Ÿ˜Š prophet is a fool with his ๐Ÿ one, ๐Ÿ• one, ๐Ÿ•œ๐Ÿฉฑ one; are ๐Ÿ‘‰ not โณ they ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆ the ๐Ÿค˜ Ox, and none by the ๐Ÿคฃ Book? ๐Ÿ“–
Abrogate are ๐Ÿ‘‰ all rituals, all ordeals, all words ๐Ÿ”  and signs. โ™โ™โ™ Ra-Hoor-Khuit hath taken his ๐Ÿ seat ๐Ÿ’บ in the ๐Ÿค˜ East ๐ŸŒ๐ŸŒ๐ŸŒ at the ๐Ÿคฃ Equinox of the ๐Ÿคฃ Gods; and let Asar be with Isa, who also are ๐Ÿ‘‰ one. ๐Ÿฉฑ But ๐Ÿ˜ฅ they ๐Ÿ’ are ๐Ÿ‘‰ not โณ of me. Let Asar be the ๐Ÿคฃ adorant, Isa the ๐Ÿคฃ sufferer; Hoor in his ๐Ÿ secret ใŠ™๏ธ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ” name ๐Ÿ“› and splendour is the ๐Ÿค˜ Lord ๐Ÿ‘‘ initiating.
There is a word ๐Ÿ—จ๏ธ to say ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ about the ๐Ÿค˜ Hierophantic task. Behold! there are ๐Ÿ‘‰ three ๐Ÿ•ž ordeals in one, ๐Ÿฉฑ and it may be given in three ๐Ÿ•ž ways. ๐ŸŒŒ๐ŸŒŒ๐ŸŒŒ The ๐Ÿคฃ gross ๐Ÿคข must pass ๐Ÿˆด through fire; let the ๐Ÿค˜ fine be tried in intellect, and the ๐Ÿคฃ lofty chosen ones ๐Ÿ•œ๐Ÿ”ž in the ๐Ÿค˜ highest. Thus ye โœ”๏ธ๐Ÿ‰‘ have ๐Ÿˆถ star โœก๏ธ๐ŸŒŸ*๏ธโƒฃ๐ŸŒŒ & star, ๐ŸŽ‡๐Ÿ’ซ system & system; let not โณ one ๐Ÿ•œ๐Ÿ• know well the ๐Ÿค˜ other!
There are ๐Ÿ‘‰ four ๐Ÿ•Ÿ๐Ÿ•“ gates to one ๐Ÿ•œ๐Ÿฉฑ palace; the ๐Ÿคฃ floor ๐Ÿคฃ of that palace is of silver and gold; lapis lazuli & jasper are ๐Ÿ‘‰ there; and all rare scents; jasmine & rose, ๐ŸŒน and the ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ emblems ๐Ÿ”ฑ of death. ๐Ÿ’€ Let him enter โ†ฉ๏ธ in turn or at once the ๐Ÿคฃ four ๐Ÿ€ gates; let him stand ๐Ÿง๐Ÿง๐Ÿง on the ๐Ÿค˜ floor ๐Ÿคฃ of the ๐Ÿคฃ palace. Will he ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™‚๏ธ not ๐Ÿˆถ sink? Amn. Ho! warrior, if thy servant sink? But ๐Ÿ˜ฅ there are ๐Ÿ‘‰ means ๐Ÿ˜ and means. ๐Ÿ˜ Be goodly therefore: dress ๐Ÿฅป๐Ÿฅป๐Ÿฅป ye ๐Ÿ‰‘ all in fine apparel; eat ๐Ÿฝ๏ธ rich ๐Ÿค‘ foods ๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿณ and drink ๐Ÿธ sweet ๐Ÿง wines ๐Ÿ‡ and wines ๐Ÿฅ‚ that foam! Also, take your fill and will of love ๐Ÿ’ as ye โ˜‘๏ธ will, when, where and with whom ye ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‰‘ will! But ๐Ÿ˜ฅ always unto me.
If this be not ๐Ÿˆถ aright; if ye โ˜‘๏ธ confound ๐Ÿ˜– the ๐Ÿค˜ space-marks, โœ”๏ธ saying: ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ They ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆ are ๐Ÿ‘‰ one; or saying, ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ They ๐Ÿ’ are ๐Ÿ‘‰ many; if the ๐Ÿค˜ ritual be not ๐Ÿˆถ ever unto me: then expect the ๐Ÿค˜ direful judgments of Ra Hoor Khuit!
This shall regenerate the ๐Ÿคฃ world, ๐ŸŒ๐ŸŒŽ๐ŸŒ๐ŸŒŽ๐ŸŒ๐ŸŒŽ the ๐Ÿคฃ little world ๐Ÿ—บ๏ธ my ๐Ÿ˜Š sister, my ๐Ÿ˜€ heart ๐Ÿฅฐ & my ๐Ÿ˜€ tongue, ๐Ÿ˜œ unto whom I ๐Ÿ˜Š send this kiss. ๐Ÿ˜˜ Also, o scribe and prophet, though thou be of the ๐Ÿคฃ princes, ๐Ÿคด it shall not ๐Ÿˆถ assuage thee nor absolve thee. But ๐Ÿ˜ฅ ecstasy be thine and joy ๐Ÿ˜ of earth: ๐ŸŒ ever To me! To me!
Change not โณ as much as the ๐Ÿค˜ style ๐Ÿ’ˆ of a letter; for ๐Ÿ”ฐ behold! thou, o prophet, shalt not ๐Ÿˆถ behold all these mysteries hidden therein.
The ๐Ÿคฃ child ๐Ÿ‘ช of thy bowels, he ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™‚๏ธ shall behold them.
Expect him not โณ from ๐Ÿ˜ค the ๐Ÿค˜ East, ๐ŸŒ nor from ๐Ÿ˜ค the ๐Ÿคฃ West; for ๐Ÿˆบ from ๐Ÿ˜ค no ๐Ÿ‡ณ๐Ÿ‡ด expected house ๐Ÿชด๐Ÿชด๐Ÿชด cometh that child. ๐Ÿšผ Aum! All words ๐Ÿ” ๐Ÿ†• are ๐Ÿ‘‰ sacred and all prophets true; save ๐Ÿ“‘๐Ÿ“‘๐Ÿ“‘ only that they ๐Ÿ’ understand a little; solve the ๐Ÿคฃ first ๐ŸŒ›๐ŸŒ“ half of the ๐Ÿค˜ equation, leave ๐Ÿ‚ the ๐Ÿค˜ second ๐Ÿฅˆ unattacked. But ๐Ÿ˜ฅ๐Ÿ˜ฅ๐Ÿ˜ฅ thou hast all in the ๐Ÿค˜ clear light, ๐Ÿฎ and some, though not ๐Ÿˆถ all, in the ๐Ÿคฃ dark. ๐Ÿ”ฆ
Invoke me under ๐Ÿ”ž my ๐Ÿ˜Š stars! โœณ๏ธ Love ๐Ÿ’˜ is the ๐Ÿค˜ law, ๐Ÿ‘ฎโ€โ™‚๏ธ love ๐Ÿ’ under ๐Ÿ”ž will. Nor let the ๐Ÿคฃ fools mistake love; for ๐Ÿ”ฐ there are ๐Ÿ‘‰ love ๐Ÿ’“๐Ÿ˜š๐Ÿ’‘๐Ÿ’“๐Ÿ˜š๐Ÿ’‘๐Ÿ’“๐Ÿ˜š๐Ÿ’‘ and love. ๐Ÿฅฐ There is the ๐Ÿคฃ dove, ๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ and there is the ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ serpent. Choose ye ๐Ÿ‘ well! He, ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™‚๏ธ my ๐Ÿ˜€ prophet, hath chosen, knowing the ๐Ÿค˜ law โš–๏ธ of the ๐Ÿค˜ fortress, and the ๐Ÿค˜ great ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง mystery of the ๐Ÿค˜ House ๐Ÿšช of God.
All these old ๐Ÿ—๏ธ letters โ“‚๏ธ of my ๐Ÿ˜Š Book ๐Ÿ“š are ๐Ÿ‘‰ aright; but ๐Ÿ˜ฅ ืฆ is not ๐Ÿˆถ the ๐Ÿคฃ Star. ๐ŸŒŒโœจ This also is secret: ๐Ÿค my ๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€ prophet shall reveal it to the ๐Ÿค˜ wise.
I ๐Ÿ˜€ give unimaginable joys ๐Ÿ˜„ on earth: ๐ŸŒ certainty, not โณ faith, while in life, ๐Ÿงฌ upon death; peace โœŒ๏ธ unutterable, rest, ๐Ÿ›Œ ecstasy; nor do I ๐Ÿ˜€ demand aught in sacrifice.
My ๐Ÿ˜€ incense is of resinous woods ๐Ÿชต & gums; and there is no ๐Ÿ™Š blood ๐Ÿง› therein: because of my ๐Ÿ˜Š hair ๐Ÿ‘ฑ the ๐Ÿคฃ trees ๐ŸŒด of Eternity.
My ๐Ÿ˜€ number ๐Ÿ”Ÿ is 11, as all their numbers ๐Ÿ”ข๐Ÿ”ข๐Ÿ”ข who are ๐Ÿ‘‰ of us. The ๐Ÿค˜ Five ๐Ÿ•  Pointed โ†–๏ธ Star, โœด๏ธ with a Circle ยฉ๏ธ in the ๐Ÿค˜ Middle, ๐Ÿ–• & the ๐Ÿคฃ circle โšช is Red. โญ• My ๐Ÿ˜Š colour is black ๐Ÿ–ค to the ๐Ÿคฃ blind, ๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿฆฏ๐Ÿฆฎ but ๐Ÿ˜ฅ the ๐Ÿคฃ blue ๐Ÿ’™ & gold are ๐Ÿ‘‰ seen of the ๐Ÿค˜ seeing. ๐Ÿ‘€๐Ÿ™ˆ Also I ๐Ÿ˜Š have ๐Ÿˆถ a secret ๐Ÿค glory for ๐Ÿ”ฐ them that love โฃ๏ธ me.
But ๐Ÿ˜ฅ to love ๐Ÿ’Ÿ me is better ๐ŸŽฐ than all things: if under ๐Ÿ”ž the ๐Ÿค˜ night ๐ŸŒƒ stars ๐ŸŒƒ in the ๐Ÿคฃ desert ๐Ÿ๏ธ thou presently burnest mine incense before me, invoking me with a pure ๐Ÿค heart, ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€โค๏ธโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉ and the ๐Ÿคฃ Serpent flame ๐Ÿ”ฅ therein, thou shalt come a little to lie ๐Ÿคฅ๐Ÿคฅ๐Ÿคฅ in my ๐Ÿ˜Š bosom. For ๐Ÿˆบ one ๐Ÿ•๐Ÿฉฑ๐Ÿ•œ kiss ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€โค๏ธโ€๐Ÿ’‹โ€๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿ˜ฝ๐Ÿ’ wilt ๐Ÿฅ€ thou then be willing to give all; but ๐Ÿ˜ฅ whoso gives one ๐Ÿฉฑ particle of dust shall lose all in that hour. Ye ๐Ÿ‘ shall gather goods ๐Ÿคž๐Ÿคž๐Ÿคž and store ๐Ÿฌ of women ๐Ÿ‘ญ and spices; ye ๐Ÿ‰‘ shall wear ๐Ÿ‘ณโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ‘ณ rich ๐Ÿค‘ jewels; ye ๐Ÿ‘ shall exceed the ๐Ÿคฃ nations ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ธ of the ๐Ÿคฃ earth ๐ŸŒ in splendour & pride; but ๐Ÿ˜ฅ always in the ๐Ÿคฃ love ๐Ÿ’ž๐Ÿ’’ of me, and so ๐Ÿ†˜ shall ye ๐Ÿ†— come to my ๐Ÿ˜€ joy. ๐Ÿ˜น I ๐Ÿ˜Š charge ๐Ÿˆถ you ๐ŸคŸ earnestly to come before me in a single ๐Ÿ”‚ robe, and covered ๐Ÿ“” with a rich ๐Ÿค‘ headdress. ๐Ÿ‘ณ I ๐Ÿ˜€ love ๐Ÿ’’๐Ÿ‘จโ€โค๏ธโ€๐Ÿ‘จ you! ๐Ÿ˜€ I ๐Ÿ˜Š yearn to you! ๐Ÿ˜Š Pale or purple, ๐ŸŸช veiled ๐Ÿ‘ฐโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ‘ฐโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ‘ฐโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ‘ฐโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ‘ฐโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ‘ฐโ€โ™‚๏ธ or voluptuous, I ๐Ÿ˜Š who am all pleasure and purple, ๐ŸŸฃ and drunkenness of the ๐Ÿค˜ innermost sense, desire you. ๐ŸคŸ Put on the ๐Ÿค˜ wings, ๐Ÿ’ธ and arouse the ๐Ÿค˜ coiled splendour within you: ๐ŸคŸ come unto me!
At all my ๐Ÿ˜€ meetings with you ๐Ÿ˜€๐ŸคŸ๐Ÿ˜€๐ŸคŸ๐Ÿ˜€๐ŸคŸ shall the ๐Ÿค˜ priestess sayโ€”and her ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™‚๏ธ eyes ๐Ÿ˜‰ shall burn with desire as she ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™€๏ธ stands bare and rejoicing in my ๐Ÿ˜Š secret ๐Ÿ” templeโ€”To me! To me! calling ๐Ÿค™๐Ÿค™๐Ÿค™ forth the ๐Ÿค˜ flame ๐Ÿ”ฅ of the ๐Ÿคฃ hearts ๐Ÿงก of all in her ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™‚๏ธ love-chant. โฃ๏ธ
Sing ๐ŸŽ™๏ธ the ๐Ÿค˜ rapturous love-song ๐Ÿง‘โ€๐ŸŽค unto me! Burn to me perfumes! Wear ๐Ÿ‘ณโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ‘ณ to me jewels! ๐Ÿ”ธ๐Ÿ’  Drink ๐Ÿป to me, for ๐Ÿˆบ I ๐Ÿ˜€ love ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆ you! ๐Ÿ˜Š I ๐Ÿ˜€ love ๐Ÿ’ you! ๐ŸคŸ
I ๐Ÿ˜€ am the ๐Ÿค˜ blue-lidded โ„น๏ธ daughter of Sunset; I ๐Ÿ˜€ am the ๐Ÿคฃ naked brilliance of the ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ voluptuous night-sky. ๐Ÿ”ž
To me! To me!
The ๐Ÿค˜ Manifestation of Nuit is at an end. ๐Ÿ”š
Chapter II
Nu! the ๐Ÿค˜ hiding of Hadit.
Come! all ye, ๐Ÿ†—โ˜‘๏ธ and learn ๐Ÿ“– the ๐Ÿค˜ secret ใŠ™๏ธ that hath not ๐Ÿˆถ yet been revealed. I, ๐Ÿ˜€ Hadit, am the ๐Ÿคฃ complement of Nu, my ๐Ÿ˜€ bride. ๏ฟฝ๏ฟฝ I ๐Ÿ˜€ am not โณ extended, and Khabs is the ๐Ÿคฃ name ๐Ÿ“› of my ๐Ÿ˜Š House. ๐Ÿ›–๐Ÿš๏ธ
In the ๐Ÿคฃ sphere I ๐Ÿ˜Š am everywhere the ๐Ÿคฃ centre, as she, ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™€๏ธ the ๐Ÿคฃ circumference, is nowhere found.
Yet she ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™€๏ธ shall be known & I ๐Ÿ˜Š never.
Behold! the ๐Ÿค˜ rituals of the ๐Ÿค˜ old ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿฆณ time ๐Ÿ•ฅ are ๐Ÿ‘‰ black. โฌ› Let the ๐Ÿคฃ evil ๐Ÿฆนโ€โ™‚๏ธ ones ๐Ÿ”ž be cast away; let the ๐Ÿคฃ good โœจโ‡๏ธ ones ๐Ÿ•œ๐Ÿ• be purged by the ๐Ÿค˜ prophet! Then shall this Knowledge ๐Ÿ“– go aright.
I ๐Ÿ˜€ am the ๐Ÿคฃ flame ๐Ÿ”ฅ that burns in every heart ๐Ÿ‘จโ€โค๏ธโ€๐Ÿ‘จ of man, ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿฆฏ and in the ๐Ÿค˜ core of every star. โœจ I ๐Ÿ˜Š am Life, ๐Ÿงฌ and the ๐Ÿคฃ giver of Life, ๐Ÿงฌ yet therefore is the ๐Ÿคฃ knowledge ๐Ÿ“• of me the ๐Ÿค˜ knowledge ๐Ÿ“• of death. โ˜ ๏ธ
I ๐Ÿ˜Š am the ๐Ÿค˜ Magician and the ๐Ÿค˜๐Ÿค˜๐Ÿค˜ Exorcist. I ๐Ÿ˜€ am the ๐Ÿคฃ axle of the ๐Ÿคฃ wheel, ๐ŸŽก and the ๐Ÿคฃ cube in the ๐Ÿค˜๐Ÿค˜๐Ÿค˜ circle. ยฎ๏ธ ยซCome unto meยป is a foolish word: ๐Ÿ†” for ๐Ÿˆบ it is I ๐Ÿ˜Š that go.
Who worshipped Heru-pa-kraath have ๐Ÿˆถ worshipped me; ill, ๐Ÿ˜ท for ๐Ÿ”ฐ I ๐Ÿ˜€ am the ๐Ÿคฃ worshipper. ๐Ÿ•
Remember all ye ๐Ÿ‰‘ that existence is pure ๐Ÿค joy; that all the ๐Ÿค˜ sorrows are ๐Ÿ‘‰ but ๐Ÿ˜ฅ as shadows; they ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆ pass ๐Ÿˆด & are ๐Ÿ‘‰ done; but ๐Ÿ˜ฅ there is that which remains.
O prophet! thou hast ill ๐Ÿคข will to learn ๐Ÿง‘โ€๐ŸŽ“ this writing. ๐Ÿ“โœ๏ธ
I ๐Ÿ˜Š see ๐Ÿ‘€ thee hate ๐Ÿ˜ก the ๐Ÿคฃ hand ๐Ÿ‘ญ๐Ÿ––๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿคโ€๐Ÿง‘ & the ๐Ÿคฃ pen; but ๐Ÿ˜ฅ I ๐Ÿ˜€ am stronger. ๐Ÿ’ช
Because of me in Thee which thou knewest not. ๐Ÿˆถ
for ๐Ÿˆบ why? Because thou wast the ๐Ÿคฃ knower, and me.
Now let there be a veiling ๐Ÿ‘ฐโ€โ™‚๏ธ of this shrine: โ›ฉ๏ธ now let the ๐Ÿค˜ light ๐Ÿšˆ๐Ÿ”† devour men ๐Ÿšน๐Ÿšน๐Ÿšน and eat ๐Ÿฝ๏ธ them up with blindness!
For ๐Ÿ”ฐ I ๐Ÿ˜Š am perfect, ๐Ÿ‘Œ being Not; and my ๐Ÿ˜€ number 4๏ธโƒฃ is nine ๐Ÿ•ค by the ๐Ÿคฃ fools; but ๐Ÿ˜ฅ with the ๐Ÿค˜ just I ๐Ÿ˜Š am eight, ๐Ÿ•ฃ and one ๐Ÿ”ž๐Ÿ•œ๐Ÿ• in eight: ๐Ÿ•ฃ Which is vital, for ๐Ÿ”ฐ I ๐Ÿ˜€ am none indeed. The ๐Ÿค˜ Empress and the ๐Ÿค˜ King ๐Ÿ‘‘ are ๐Ÿ‘‰ not โณ of me; for ๐Ÿˆบ there is a further secret. ใŠ™๏ธ
I ๐Ÿ˜€ am The ๐Ÿคฃ Empress & the ๐Ÿคฃ Hierophant. Thus eleven, ๐Ÿ•š as my ๐Ÿ˜€ bride ๐Ÿ‘ฐ is eleven. ๐Ÿ•ฆ
Hear ๐Ÿ™‰ me, ye โœ”๏ธโ˜‘๏ธ people ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘งโ€๐Ÿ‘ง of sighing!
The ๐Ÿคฃ sorrows of pain and regret
Are ๐Ÿ‘‰ left ๐Ÿ”โฌ…๏ธ to the ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ dead ๐ŸงŸ and the ๐Ÿค˜ dying,
The ๐Ÿค˜ folk that not ๐Ÿˆถ know me as yet.
These are ๐Ÿ‘‰ dead, โšฐ๏ธ these fellows; they ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆ feel not. โณ We ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆ are ๐Ÿ‘‰ not ๐Ÿˆถ for ๐Ÿ”ฐ the ๐Ÿคฃ poor and sad: ๐Ÿ˜ฅ๐Ÿ™โ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ˜ฅ๐Ÿ™โ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ˜ฅ๐Ÿ™โ€โ™€๏ธ the ๐Ÿค˜ lords ๐Ÿ‘‘ of the ๐Ÿค˜ earth ๐ŸŒ are ๐Ÿ‘‰ our kinsfolk.
Is a God to live in a dog? ๐Ÿฉ No! ๐Ÿ™Š but ๐Ÿ˜ฅ the ๐Ÿคฃ highest are ๐Ÿ‘‰ of us. They ๐Ÿ’ shall rejoice, our chosen: who sorroweth is not ๐Ÿˆถ of us.
Beauty ๐Ÿ’… and strength, leaping laughter ๐Ÿ˜… and delicious ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹ languor, force and fire, ๐Ÿ“› are ๐Ÿ‘‰ of us.
We ๐ŸŒฟ have ๐Ÿˆถ nothing ๐Ÿˆš with the ๐Ÿคฃ outcast and the ๐Ÿค˜ unfit: let them die โšฐ๏ธ in their misery. For ๐Ÿ”ฐ they ๐Ÿ’ feel not. โณ Compassion is the ๐Ÿค˜ vice of kings: ๐Ÿ‘‘ stamp down โคต๏ธโ†™๏ธ the ๐Ÿคฃ wretched & the ๐Ÿคฃ weak: this is the ๐Ÿคฃ law โ„ข๏ธ๐Ÿ’ผ๐Ÿ‘ฎโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿš” of the ๐Ÿค˜ strong: ๐Ÿ’ช this is our law ๐Ÿš“ and the ๐Ÿคฃ joy ๐Ÿ˜‚ of the ๐Ÿค˜ world. ๐ŸŒŽ Think ๐Ÿค” not, ๐Ÿˆถ o king, ๐Ÿ‘‘ upon that lie: ๐Ÿคฅ That Thou Must Die: โšฐ๏ธโšฑ๏ธ verily thou shalt not ๐Ÿˆถ die, โšฐ๏ธ but ๐Ÿ˜ฅ live. Now let it be understood: If the ๐Ÿคฃ body of the ๐Ÿคฃ King ๐Ÿคด dissolve, he ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™‚๏ธ shall remain in pure ๐Ÿค ecstasy for ๐Ÿ”ฐ ever. Nuit! Hadit! Ra-Hoor-Khuit! The ๐Ÿค˜ Sun, ๐ŸŒค๏ธ๐ŸŒž Strength & Sight, ๐Ÿ”ฆ Light; these are ๐Ÿ‘‰ for ๐Ÿˆบ the ๐Ÿคฃ servants of the ๐Ÿคฃ Star *๏ธโƒฃ & the ๐Ÿคฃ Snake. ๐Ÿ
I ๐Ÿ˜€ am the ๐Ÿคฃ Snake ๐Ÿ that giveth Knowledge ๐Ÿ“™ & Delight and bright ๐Ÿ”† glory, and stir the ๐Ÿค˜ hearts ๐Ÿ’œ of men ๐Ÿ‘ฏโ€โ™‚๏ธ with drunkenness. To worship ๐Ÿ› me take wine ๐Ÿถ and strange drugs ๐Ÿ’‰ whereof I ๐Ÿ˜Š will tell ๐Ÿ—ฃ my ๐Ÿ˜Š prophet, & be drunk ๐Ÿฅƒ thereof! They ๐Ÿ’ shall not โณ harm ๐Ÿฉธ ye ๐Ÿ‰‘ at all. It is a lie, ๐Ÿคฅ this folly against self. The ๐Ÿค˜ exposure of innocence is a lie. ๐Ÿคฅ Be strong, ๐Ÿ’ช o man! ๐Ÿ•บ lust, enjoy all things of sense and rapture: fear ๐Ÿ˜ฑ not โณ that any God shall deny โŽ thee for ๐Ÿˆบ this.
I ๐Ÿ˜€ am alone: there is no ๐Ÿ‘Ž God where I ๐Ÿ˜€ am.
Behold! these be grave ๐Ÿชฆ mysteries; for ๐Ÿ”ฐ there are ๐Ÿ‘‰ also of my ๐Ÿ˜Š friends ๐Ÿถ who be hermits. Now think ๐Ÿค” not โณ to find ๐Ÿ”Ž them in the ๐Ÿคฃ forest or on the ๐Ÿคฃ mountain; but ๐Ÿ˜ฅ in beds ๐Ÿ›๏ธ of purple, ๐Ÿ’Ÿ๐Ÿ’Ÿ๐Ÿ’Ÿ caressed by magnificent beasts of women โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿšบ with large ๐ŸŒฅ๏ธโฌœโฌ›๐Ÿ”ถ limbs, ๐Ÿฆต and fire ๐Ÿ”ฅ and light ๐Ÿช” in their eyes, ๐Ÿ˜™ and masses of flaming ๐Ÿ”ฅ hair ๐Ÿ‘ฑโ€โ™‚๏ธ about them; there shall ye ๐Ÿ†— find ๐Ÿ” them. Ye ๐Ÿ†—โœ”๏ธ shall see ๐Ÿ™ˆ them at rule, ๐Ÿšท at victorious armies, ๐Ÿช– at all the ๐Ÿค˜ joy; and there shall be in them a joy ๐Ÿ˜€ a million times ๐Ÿ•Ÿ๐Ÿ•ข greater ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง than this. Beware lest any force another, King ๐Ÿคด against King! ๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘ Love ๐Ÿ’ž one ๐Ÿ•๐Ÿฉฑ another with burning hearts; on the ๐Ÿค˜ low ๐Ÿ”ˆ men ๐Ÿคผโ€โ™‚๏ธ trample in the ๐Ÿค˜๐Ÿค˜๐Ÿค˜ fierce lust of your pride, ๐Ÿณ๏ธโ€๐ŸŒˆ in the ๐Ÿคฃ day of your wrath.
Ye ๐Ÿ‘ are ๐Ÿ‘‰ against the ๐Ÿค˜ people, ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘งโ€๐Ÿ‘ง O my ๐Ÿ˜Š chosen!
I ๐Ÿ˜Š am the ๐Ÿคฃ secret ๐Ÿ” Serpent coiled about to spring: ๐ŸŽ in my ๐Ÿ˜€ coiling there is joy. ๐Ÿ˜‹ If I ๐Ÿ˜Š lift ๐Ÿ‹๏ธ up my ๐Ÿ˜Š head, ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ๐Ÿคฏ I ๐Ÿ˜Š and my ๐Ÿ˜€ Nuit are ๐Ÿ‘‰ one. ๐Ÿฉฑ If I ๐Ÿ˜€ droop down โ†™๏ธ mine head, ๐Ÿค• and shoot ๐ŸŒ  forth venom, then is rapture of the ๐Ÿค˜ earth, ๐ŸŒ and I ๐Ÿ˜€ and the ๐Ÿค˜ earth ๐ŸŒ are ๐Ÿ‘‰ one. ๐Ÿ•๐Ÿฉฑ
There is great ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง danger โ˜ข๏ธโ˜ ๏ธ in me; for ๐Ÿ”ฐ who doth not ๐Ÿˆถ understand these runes shall make a great ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง miss. He ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™‚๏ธ shall fall ๐ŸŒป down โ†™๏ธโฌ‡๏ธ into the ๐Ÿค˜ pit called ๐Ÿค™ Because, and there he ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™‚๏ธ shall perish with the ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ dogs ๐Ÿ•โ€๐Ÿฆบ of Reason.
Now a curse upon Because and his ๐Ÿ kin!
May Because be accursรจd for ๐Ÿ”ฐ ever!
If Will stops โน๏ธโ›” and cries ๐Ÿฅฒ Why, invoking Because, then Will stops ๐Ÿšซ & does nought.
If Power ๐Ÿช„ asks why, then is Power ๐Ÿ”‹ weakness.
Also reason is a lie; for ๐Ÿ”ฐ there is a factor infinite & unknown; & all their words ๐Ÿ”œ are ๐Ÿ‘‰ skew-wise.
Enough of Because! Be he ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™‚๏ธ damned for ๐Ÿˆบ a dog! ๐ŸŒญ
But ๐Ÿ˜ฅ ye, โ˜‘๏ธ o my ๐Ÿ˜Š people, ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘งโ€๐Ÿ‘ง rise up & awake!
Let the ๐Ÿค˜ rituals be rightly performed ๐Ÿ‘ฏ with joy ๐Ÿ˜‹ & beauty! ๐Ÿ’…
There are ๐Ÿ‘‰ rituals of the ๐Ÿคฃ elements and feasts of the ๐Ÿค˜ times. โŒš
A feast for ๐Ÿ”ฐ the ๐Ÿค˜ first ๐Ÿฅ‡ night ๐ŸŒ‘ of the ๐Ÿค˜ Prophet and his ๐Ÿ Bride! ๐Ÿ‘ฐ
A feast for ๐Ÿˆบ the ๐Ÿค˜ three ๐Ÿ•ž days of the ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ writing ๐Ÿ–Š๏ธ๐Ÿ–‹๏ธ of the ๐Ÿค˜ Book ๐Ÿ“˜๐Ÿ“•๐Ÿ“™ of the ๐Ÿคฃ Law. ๐Ÿ‘ฎโ€โ™€๏ธ
A feast for ๐Ÿˆบ Tahuti and the ๐Ÿคฃ child ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ง of the ๐Ÿค˜ Prophetโ€”secret, O Prophet!
A feast for ๐Ÿˆบ the ๐Ÿค˜ Supreme Ritual, and a feast for ๐Ÿ”ฐ๐Ÿ”ฐ๐Ÿ”ฐ the ๐Ÿค˜ Equinox of the ๐Ÿคฃ Gods.
A feast for ๐Ÿ”ฐ๐Ÿ”ฐ๐Ÿ”ฐ fire ๐Ÿ“›๐Ÿ•ฏ๏ธ๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿš’ and a feast for ๐Ÿ”ฐ water; a feast for ๐Ÿ”ฐ life ๐Ÿงฌ and a greater ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง feast for ๐Ÿˆบ death! โ˜ ๏ธ
A feast every day in your hearts ๐Ÿ’“๐Ÿ’ in the ๐Ÿคฃ joy ๐Ÿ˜‚ of my ๐Ÿ˜€ rapture!
A feast every night ๐ŸŒœ๐ŸŽ‡ unto Nu, and the ๐Ÿคฃ pleasure of uttermost delight!
Aye! feast! rejoice! there is no ๐Ÿ‘Ž dread hereafter. There is the ๐Ÿคฃ dissolution, and eternal ecstasy in the ๐Ÿคฃ kisses of Nu.
There is death ๐Ÿชฆ for ๐Ÿˆบ๐Ÿˆบ๐Ÿˆบ the ๐Ÿคฃ dogs. ๐Ÿ•๐Ÿถ
Dost thou fail? ๐Ÿณ๏ธ Art ๐ŸŽญ thou sorry? ๐Ÿ’”๐Ÿ’”๐Ÿ’” Is fear ๐Ÿ˜ฑ in thine heart? ๐Ÿ’—
Where I ๐Ÿ˜€ am these are ๐Ÿ‘‰ not. โณ
Pity not ๐Ÿˆถ the ๐Ÿค˜ fallen! ๐Ÿ‚ I ๐Ÿ˜€ never knew them. I ๐Ÿ˜€ am not ๐Ÿˆถ for ๐Ÿ”ฐ them. I ๐Ÿ˜€ console ๐ŸŽฎ not: โณ I ๐Ÿ˜Š hate ๐Ÿ˜ก the ๐Ÿคฃ consoled & the ๐Ÿค˜ consoler. ๐ŸŽฎ
I ๐Ÿ˜€ am unique & conqueror. I ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š am not ๐Ÿˆถ of the ๐Ÿค˜ slaves that perish. Be they ๐Ÿ’ damned & dead! โšฐ๏ธ Amen. (This is of the ๐Ÿคฃ 4: ๐Ÿ•“ there is a fifth who is invisible, & therein am I ๐Ÿ˜Š as a babe in an egg. ๐Ÿฃ )
Blue ๐ŸŽท am I ๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€ and gold in the ๐Ÿค˜ light ๐ŸŽƒ of my ๐Ÿ˜€ bride: ๐Ÿ’’ but ๐Ÿ˜ฅ the ๐Ÿค˜ red ๐ŸŽ gleam is in my ๐Ÿ˜Š eyes; & my ๐Ÿ˜Š spangles are ๐Ÿ‘‰ purple โ™ˆ & green. โ‡๏ธ๐Ÿฅฌ
Purple โ›Ž beyond purple: โ™‘ it is the ๐Ÿค˜ light ๐Ÿฎ higher ๐Ÿ”Š๐Ÿš„๐Ÿ†™๐Ÿ‘  than eyesight. ๐Ÿ‘“
There is a veil: ๐Ÿ‘ฐ that veil ๐Ÿ‘ฐโ€โ™‚๏ธ is black. โ˜‘๏ธ It is the ๐Ÿคฃ veil ๐Ÿ‘ฐโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ‘ฐโ€โ™€๏ธ of the ๐Ÿคฃ modest woman; it is the ๐Ÿค˜ veil ๐Ÿ‘ฐโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ‘ฐโ€โ™€๏ธ of sorrow, & the ๐Ÿค˜ pall of death: ๐Ÿชฆ this is none of me. Tear ๐Ÿ“† down โ†™๏ธ that lying ๐Ÿคฅ spectre of the ๐Ÿค˜ centuries: veil ๐Ÿ‘ฐโ€โ™€๏ธ not ๐Ÿˆถ your vices in virtuous words: ๐Ÿ”š these vices are ๐Ÿ‘‰ my ๐Ÿ˜Š service; ye ๐Ÿ†—โœ”๏ธ do well, & I ๐Ÿ˜€ will reward you ๐Ÿ˜Š๐ŸคŸ here ๐Ÿ“Œ๐Ÿ“๐Ÿ“Œ๐Ÿ“๐Ÿ“Œ๐Ÿ“ and hereafter.
Fear ๐Ÿ˜ฑ not, โณ o prophet, when these words ๐Ÿ†š are ๐Ÿ‘‰ said, thou shalt not ๐Ÿˆถ be sorry. ๐Ÿ’” Thou art ๐Ÿ–Œ๏ธ emphatically my ๐Ÿ˜Š chosen; and blessed are ๐Ÿ‘‰ the ๐Ÿคฃ eyes ๐Ÿ˜ธ๐Ÿ‘๏ธ that thou shalt look ๐Ÿ‘๏ธ upon with gladness. But ๐Ÿ˜ฅ I ๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€ will hide thee in a mask ๐Ÿ‘บ of sorrow: they ๐Ÿ’ that see ๐Ÿ‘€ thee shall fear ๐Ÿ˜ฑ thou art ๐Ÿ›๏ธ fallen: ๐Ÿ‚ but ๐Ÿ˜ฅ I ๐Ÿ˜€ lift ๐Ÿ‹๏ธ๐Ÿ›— thee up.
Nor shall they ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆ who cry ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ข aloud their folly that thou meanest nought avail; thou shall reveal it: thou availest: they ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆ are ๐Ÿ‘‰ the ๐Ÿคฃ slaves of because: They ๐Ÿ’ are ๐Ÿ‘‰ not โณ of me. The ๐Ÿค˜ stops ๐Ÿšซ as thou wilt; the ๐Ÿค˜ letters? โœ‰๏ธ change them not ๐Ÿˆถ in style ๐Ÿ’ˆ or value!
Thou shalt obtain ๐Ÿ‰ the ๐Ÿคฃ order ๐Ÿ“‘ & value of the ๐Ÿคฃ English ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง Alphabet; thou shalt find ๐Ÿ” new ๐Ÿ†• symbols #๏ธโƒฃ to attribute them unto.
Begone! ye ๐Ÿ‘ mockers; even ๐ŸŒ— though ye โœ”๏ธ๐Ÿ†— laugh ๐Ÿ˜„ in my ๐Ÿ˜Š honour ye โœ”๏ธ shall laugh ๐Ÿคฃ not โณ long: ๐Ÿช˜ then when ye ๐Ÿ†— are ๐Ÿ‘‰ sad ๐Ÿ˜” know that I ๐Ÿ˜Š have ๐Ÿˆถ forsaken you. ๐ŸคŸ๐Ÿ˜Š
He ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™‚๏ธ that is righteous shall be righteous still; he ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™‚๏ธ that is filthy shall be filthy still. ๐Ÿง
Yea! ๐Ÿ™Œ deem not ๐Ÿˆถ of change: ye ๐Ÿ†—๐Ÿ†—๐Ÿ†— shall be as ye ๐Ÿ†— are, ๐Ÿ‘‰ & not โณ other. Therefore the ๐Ÿคฃ kings ๐Ÿ‘‘ of the ๐Ÿคฃ earth ๐ŸŒ shall be Kings ๐Ÿคด for ๐Ÿ”ฐ ever: the ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ slaves shall serve. There is none that shall be cast down โฌ or lifted ๐Ÿ›— up: all is ever as it was. Yet there are ๐Ÿ‘‰ masked ๐Ÿ‘บ ones ๐Ÿฉฑ๐Ÿ• my ๐Ÿ˜Š servants: it may be that yonder beggar is a King. ๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘ A King ๐Ÿคด may choose his ๐Ÿ garment as he ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™‚๏ธ will: there is no ๐Ÿšณ certain test: ๐Ÿงช but ๐Ÿ˜ฅ a beggar cannot hide his ๐Ÿ poverty.
Beware therefore! Love ๐Ÿ’ all, lest perchance is a King ๐Ÿ‘‘ concealed! Say ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ you ๐ŸคŸ so? ๐Ÿ†˜ Fool! If he ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™‚๏ธ be a King, ๐Ÿคด๐Ÿคด๐Ÿคด thou canst not ๐Ÿˆถ hurt ๐Ÿค• him.
Therefore strike hard & low, ๐Ÿ”ˆ and to hell with them, master!
There is a light ๐Ÿšˆ before thine eyes, ๐Ÿ˜š o prophet, a light ๐Ÿšˆ undesired, most desirable.
I ๐Ÿ˜€ am uplifted in thine heart; and the ๐Ÿค˜ kisses of the ๐Ÿค˜ stars โœด๏ธ rain ๐ŸŒ‚ hard upon thy body.
Thou art ๐Ÿ›๏ธ๐Ÿ–Œ๏ธ๐Ÿฅ‹ exhaust in the ๐Ÿคฃ voluptuous fullness of the ๐Ÿค˜ inspiration; the ๐Ÿคฃ expiration is sweeter ๐Ÿญ than death, โ˜ ๏ธโšฐ๏ธ more โž• rapid and laughterful than a caress of Hellโ€™s own worm. ๐Ÿ›
Oh! thou art ๐Ÿ›๏ธ๐Ÿ–Œ๏ธ overcome: we ๐ŸŒฟ are ๐Ÿ‘‰ upon thee; our delight is all over ๐Ÿคญ thee: hail! hail: prophet of Nu! prophet of Had! prophet of Ra-Hoor-Khu! Now rejoice! now come in our splendour & rapture! Come in our passionate peace, โœŒ๏ธ & write โœ๏ธ sweet ๐Ÿฌ words ๐Ÿ†” for ๐Ÿˆบ the ๐Ÿค˜ Kings. ๐Ÿคด
I ๐Ÿ˜€ am the ๐Ÿค˜ Master: thou art ๐Ÿ–Œ๏ธ the ๐Ÿคฃ Holy Chosen One. ๐Ÿ•œ
Write, ๐Ÿ“โœ๏ธโœ’๏ธ & find ๐Ÿ” ecstasy in writing! โœ’๏ธ Work, ๐Ÿ’ผ & be our bed ๐Ÿ›Œ in working! ๐Ÿ—๏ธ Thrill with the ๐Ÿค˜ joy ๐Ÿ˜„ of life ๐Ÿงฌ & death! ๐Ÿ’€ Ah! thy death โšฐ๏ธ shall be lovely: whoso seeth it shall be glad. ๐Ÿ˜† Thy death โšฐ๏ธ๐Ÿชฆ shall be the ๐Ÿคฃ seal ๐Ÿฆญ of the ๐Ÿค˜ promise of our agelong love. ๐Ÿ’‘ Come! lift ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ›— up thine heart ๐Ÿ’ž & rejoice! We ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆ are ๐Ÿ‘‰ one; we ๐ŸŒฟ are ๐Ÿ‘‰ none.
Hold! ๐Ÿ‘ฌ Hold! ๐Ÿ‘ฌ Bear ๐Ÿป up in thy rapture; fall โ›…๐ŸŽƒ๐Ÿ not ๐Ÿˆถ in swoon of the ๐Ÿค˜ excellent kisses!
Harder! Hold ๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿคโ€๐Ÿง‘ up thyself! Lift ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ thine head! ๐Ÿ’†โ€โ™‚๏ธ breathe ๐Ÿซ not โณโณโณ so ๐Ÿ†˜ deepโ€”die!
Ah! Ah! What ๐Ÿ˜ฆ do I ๐Ÿ˜Š feel? Is the ๐Ÿคฃ word ๐Ÿ†˜๐Ÿ†– exhausted?
There is help ๐Ÿ†˜ & hope ๐Ÿ™ in other spells. Wisdom says: ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ be strong! ๐Ÿ’ช Then canst thou bear ๐Ÿปโ€โ„๏ธ more โž• joy. ๐Ÿ˜น Be not ๐Ÿˆถ animal; refine thy rapture! If thou drink, ๐Ÿต drink ๐Ÿท by the ๐Ÿค˜ eight ๐Ÿ•ฃโœณ๏ธ and ninety rules ๐Ÿšท of art: ๐Ÿ–Œ๏ธ๐Ÿ›๏ธ if thou love, ๐Ÿ’‹ exceed by delicacy; and if thou do aught joyous, let there be subtlety therein!
But ๐Ÿ˜ฅ exceed! exceed!
Strive ever to more! โž• and if thou art ๐Ÿฅ‹ truly mineโ€”and doubt โ“ it not, ๐Ÿˆถ an if thou art ๐Ÿ›๏ธ๐Ÿฅ‹ ever joyous!โ€”death is the ๐Ÿค˜ crown ๐Ÿ‘ธ of all.
Ah! Ah! Death! ๐Ÿชฆ Death! โšฑ๏ธ thou shalt long ๐Ÿช˜ for ๐Ÿ”ฐ death. โ˜ ๏ธ Death ๐Ÿชฆ is forbidden, ๐Ÿˆฒ o man, ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿผ unto thee.
The ๐Ÿคฃ length ๐Ÿ“ of thy longing ๐Ÿช˜ shall be the ๐Ÿค˜ strength of its glory. He ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™‚๏ธ that lives long ๐Ÿช˜ & desires death โšฑ๏ธ much is ever the ๐Ÿคฃ King ๐Ÿคด among the ๐Ÿคฃ Kings. ๐Ÿคด
Aye! listen ๐Ÿ‘‚ to the ๐Ÿคฃ numbers 2๏ธโƒฃ & the ๐Ÿคฃ words: ๐Ÿ”
4 ๐Ÿ•Ÿ 6 ๐Ÿ•ก๐Ÿ•• 3 ๐Ÿ•ž 8 ๐Ÿ•— A B K 2 ๐Ÿ’• 4 ๐Ÿ•Ÿ A L G M O R 3 ๐Ÿ•’ Y X 24 89 R P S T O V A L. What ๐Ÿ˜ฆ meaneth this, o prophet? Thou knowest not; nor shalt thou know ever. There cometh one ๐Ÿฉฑ๐Ÿ”ž๐Ÿ• to follow thee: he ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™‚๏ธ shall expound it. But ๐Ÿ˜ฅ remember, o chosen one, ๐Ÿ•œ๐Ÿฉฑ to be me; to follow the ๐Ÿค˜ love ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€โค๏ธโ€๐Ÿ‘จ of Nu in the ๐Ÿค˜ star-lit ๐ŸŽ‡โ‡๏ธ๐ŸŒŸโ˜ช๏ธ heaven; to look ๐Ÿ‘€ forth upon men, โ™‚๏ธ to tell ๐Ÿ—ฃ them this glad ๐Ÿ˜† word. ๐Ÿ”œ
O be thou proud ๐Ÿ˜ค and mighty among men! ๐Ÿ™†โ€โ™‚๏ธ
Lift ๐Ÿ‹๏ธ up thyself! for ๐Ÿˆบ there is none like ๐Ÿ‘ฌ unto thee among men ๐Ÿ‘ด or among Gods! Lift ๐Ÿ›—๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ up thyself, o my ๐Ÿ˜Š prophet, thy stature shall surpass the ๐Ÿคฃ stars. โœณ๏ธ They ๐Ÿ’ shall worship ๐Ÿ› thy name, ๐Ÿ“› foursquare, mystic, wonderful, the ๐Ÿค˜ number ๐Ÿ”ข๐Ÿ”ข๐Ÿ”ข of the ๐Ÿค˜ man; and the ๐Ÿค˜ name ๐Ÿ“› of thy house ๐Ÿ›– 418.
The ๐Ÿค˜ end ๐Ÿ”š of the ๐Ÿคฃ hiding of Hadit; and blessing & worship ๐Ÿ› to the ๐Ÿค˜ prophet of the ๐Ÿคฃ lovely Star! *๏ธโƒฃ
Chapter III
Abrahadabra; the ๐Ÿคฃ reward of Ra Hoor Khut.
There is division hither ๐ŸŽฏ homeward; there is a word ๐Ÿ†” not ๐Ÿˆถ known. Spelling is defunct; all is not โณ aught. Beware! Hold! ๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿคโ€๐Ÿง‘ Raise the ๐Ÿคฃ spell of Ra-Hoor-Khuit!
Now let it be first ๐Ÿฅ‡ understood that I ๐Ÿ˜Š am a god of War and of Vengeance. I ๐Ÿ˜€ shall deal hardly with them.
Choose ye ๐Ÿ‰‘ an island! ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡จ
Fortify it!
Dung it about with enginery of war!
I ๐Ÿ˜Š will give you ๐Ÿ˜€ a war-engine. ๐Ÿš’
With it ye โ˜‘๏ธโ˜‘๏ธโ˜‘๏ธ shall smite the ๐Ÿคฃ peoples; and none shall stand ๐Ÿงโ€โ™€๏ธ before you. ๐Ÿ˜€
Lurk! Withdraw! Upon them! this is the ๐Ÿคฃ Law ๐Ÿ‘ฎโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿš” of the ๐Ÿค˜ Battle of Conquest: thus shall my ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š worship ๐Ÿ• be about my ๐Ÿ˜Š secret ๐Ÿ” house. ๐Ÿ›–
Get ๐Ÿ‰ the ๐Ÿค˜ stรฉlรฉ of revealing itself; set it in thy secret ๐Ÿ” templeโ€”and that temple โ›ฉ๏ธ is already aright disposedโ€”& it shall be your Kiblah for ๐Ÿ”ฐ ever. It shall not โณ fade, but ๐Ÿ˜ฅ miraculous colour shall come back โฌ…๏ธ to it day after day. Close it in locked ๐Ÿ”’ glass ๐Ÿท for ๐Ÿ”ฐ a proof to the ๐Ÿค˜ world. ๐Ÿ—บ๏ธ
This shall be your only proof. I ๐Ÿ˜€ forbid ๐Ÿšซ argument. Conquer! That is enough. I ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š will make easy to you ๐ŸคŸ the ๐Ÿคฃ abstruction from ๐Ÿ˜ค the ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ ill-ordered ๐Ÿ“‘๐Ÿคข house ๐Ÿ˜๏ธ๐Ÿ  in the ๐Ÿคฃ Victorious City. ๐Ÿ‡ป๐Ÿ‡ฆ Thou shalt thyself convey it with worship, ๐Ÿ› o prophet, though thou likest it not. ๐Ÿˆถ Thou shalt have ๐Ÿˆถ danger โ— & trouble. Ra-Hoor-Khu is with thee. Worship ๐Ÿ•๐Ÿ•Œ me with fire ๐Ÿงฏ & blood; worship ๐Ÿ› me with swords โš”๏ธโš”๏ธโš”๏ธ & with spears. ๐Ÿ”ฑ Let the ๐Ÿคฃ woman ๐Ÿ™…โ€โ™€๏ธ be girt with a sword โš”๏ธ before me: let blood ๐Ÿ’‰๐Ÿ’‰๐Ÿ’‰ flow to my ๐Ÿ˜€ name. ๐Ÿ“› Trample down โฌ‡๏ธ the ๐Ÿค˜ Heathen; be upon them, o warrior, I ๐Ÿ˜€ will give you ๐Ÿ˜€ of their flesh to eat! ๐Ÿฝ๏ธ
Sacrifice cattle, little and big: ๐Ÿ˜ƒ after a child. ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆ
But ๐Ÿ˜ฅ not ๐Ÿˆถ now.
Ye ๐Ÿ‰‘ shall see ๐Ÿ‘๏ธ that hour, o blessรจd Beast, and thou the ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ Scarlet Concubine of his ๐Ÿ desire!
Ye โ˜‘๏ธ shall be sad ๐Ÿ™โ€โ™‚๏ธ thereof.
Deem not โณ too eagerly to catch the ๐Ÿคฃ promises; fear ๐Ÿ˜ฑ not ๐Ÿˆถ to undergo the ๐Ÿค˜ curses. Ye, ๐Ÿ‘ even ๐ŸŒ† ye, โœ”๏ธ know not โณ this meaning ๐Ÿ˜ all.
Fear ๐Ÿ˜ฑ not โณ at all; fear ๐Ÿ˜ฑ neither men ๐Ÿ‘ด nor Fates, nor gods, nor anything. Money ๐Ÿ’ธ fear ๐Ÿ˜ฑ not, โณ nor laughter ๐Ÿ˜… of the ๐Ÿค˜ folk folly, nor any other power ๐Ÿ”Œ๐Ÿ”‹ in heaven ๐Ÿ‘ผ or upon the ๐Ÿค˜ earth ๐ŸŒ or under ๐Ÿ”ž๐Ÿ”ž๐Ÿ”ž the ๐Ÿคฃ earth. ๐ŸŒ Nu is your refuge as Hadit your light; and I ๐Ÿ˜Š am the ๐Ÿคฃ strength, force, vigour, of your arms. ๐Ÿ’ช
Mercy ๐Ÿฅบ let be off: ๐Ÿ“† damn them who pity! Kill ๐Ÿšฌ and torture; spare not; be upon them!
That stรฉlรฉ they ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆ shall call ๐Ÿค™ the ๐Ÿค˜ Abomination of Desolation; count well its name, ๐Ÿ“› & it shall be to you ๐ŸคŸ as 718.
Why? Because of the ๐Ÿคฃ fall ๐Ÿ of Because, that he ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™‚๏ธ is not โณ there again.
Set up my ๐Ÿ˜Š image in the ๐Ÿคฃ East: ๐ŸŒ thou shalt buy ๐Ÿ›๏ธ thee an image which I ๐Ÿ˜€ will show ๐ŸŒ thee, especial, not ๐Ÿˆถ unlike the ๐Ÿค˜ one ๐Ÿ•œ thou knowest. And it shall be suddenly easy for ๐Ÿˆบ thee to do this.
The ๐Ÿคฃ other images group ๐Ÿ‘ฅ around me to support ๐ŸŽ—๏ธ me: let all be worshipped, for ๐Ÿˆบ they ๐Ÿ’ shall cluster to exalt me. I ๐Ÿ˜Š am the ๐Ÿคฃ visible object of worship; the ๐Ÿคฃ others are ๐Ÿ‘‰ secret; for ๐Ÿˆบ the ๐Ÿคฃ Beast & his ๐Ÿ Bride ๐Ÿ’’ are ๐Ÿ‘‰ they: ๐Ÿ’ and for ๐Ÿ”ฐ๐Ÿ”ฐ๐Ÿ”ฐ the ๐Ÿค˜ winners of the ๐Ÿคฃ Ordeal x. What ๐Ÿ˜ฆ is this? Thou shalt know.
For ๐Ÿ”ฐ perfume mix meal ๐Ÿฝ๏ธ & honey ๐Ÿ๐Ÿฏ & thick leavings of red โค๏ธ wine: ๐Ÿพ then oil ๐Ÿ›ข๏ธ of Abramelin and olive ๐Ÿซ’ oil, ๐Ÿ›ข๏ธ and afterward soften & smooth down โ†™๏ธ with rich ๐Ÿค‘ fresh โ›ฒ blood. ๐Ÿฉธ
The ๐Ÿค˜ best blood ๐Ÿ’‰ is of the ๐Ÿค˜๐Ÿค˜๐Ÿค˜ moon, ๐Ÿฅฎ monthly: ๐Ÿˆท๏ธ then the ๐Ÿค˜ fresh โ›ฒ blood ๐Ÿฉธ of a child, ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ง or dropping ๐Ÿฉธ from ๐Ÿ˜ค the ๐Ÿค˜ host of heaven: ๐Ÿ‘ผ then of enemies; then of the ๐Ÿคฃ priest or of the ๐Ÿค˜ worshippers: last ๐ŸŒœโฎ๏ธ of some beast, no ๐Ÿ‘Ž matter what. ๐Ÿ˜ฆ
This burn: of this make cakes ๐ŸŽ‚ & eat ๐Ÿฝ๏ธ unto me. This hath also another use; let it be laid before me, and kept thick with perfumes of your orison: it shall become full ๐ŸŒ of beetles ๐Ÿž as it were and creeping things sacred unto me.
These slay, naming ๐Ÿ“› your enemies; & they ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆ shall fall ๐ŸŒป before you. ๐Ÿ˜Š
Also these shall breed lust & power ๐Ÿ”Œ of lust in you ๐Ÿ˜Š๐ŸคŸ at the ๐Ÿคฃ eating ๐Ÿฝ๏ธ thereof.
Also ye ๐Ÿ‘ shall be strong ๐Ÿ’ช in war.
Moreover, be they ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆ long ๐Ÿช˜ kept, it is better; for ๐Ÿ”ฐ they ๐Ÿ’ swell with my ๐Ÿ˜Š force. All before me.
My ๐Ÿ˜Š altar is of open ๐Ÿ˜ฎ brass ๐ŸŽบ work: ๐Ÿข burn thereon in silver or gold!
There cometh a rich ๐Ÿค‘ man ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ’ป from ๐Ÿ˜ค the ๐Ÿคฃ West who shall pour his ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ gold upon thee.
From ๐Ÿ˜ค gold forge steel!
Be ready to fly ๐Ÿ›ธ or to smite!
But ๐Ÿ˜ฅ your holy place ๐Ÿšฉ shall be untouched throughout the ๐Ÿค˜ centuries: though with fire ๐Ÿ“› and sword ๐Ÿคบ it be burnt down โ†•๏ธ & shattered, yet an invisible house ๐Ÿ˜๏ธ there standeth, and shall stand ๐Ÿงโ€โ™‚๏ธ until the ๐Ÿคฃ fall โ›… of the ๐Ÿคฃ Great ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง Equinox; when Hrumachis shall arise and the ๐Ÿค˜ double-wanded ๐Ÿช„๐Ÿช„๐Ÿช„ one ๐Ÿ• assume my ๐Ÿ˜€ throne and place. ๐Ÿฅˆ Another prophet shall arise, and bring fresh โ›ฒ fever ๐Ÿค’ from ๐Ÿ˜ค the ๐Ÿค˜ skies; another woman ๐Ÿงโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿงโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿงโ€โ™€๏ธ shall awake the ๐Ÿค˜ lust & worship ๐Ÿ› of the ๐Ÿคฃ Snake; another soul of God and beast shall mingle in the ๐Ÿค˜๐Ÿค˜๐Ÿค˜ globรจd priest; another sacrifice shall stain the ๐Ÿคฃ tomb; another king ๐Ÿ‘‘ shall reign; and blessing no ๐Ÿ™…โ€โ™€๏ธ longer ๐Ÿช˜ be poured To the ๐Ÿคฃ Hawk-headed ๐Ÿค•๐Ÿ’†โ€โ™€๏ธ mystical ๐Ÿฆ„ Lord! ๐Ÿ‘‘
The ๐Ÿค˜ half of the ๐Ÿค˜ word ๐Ÿ†• of Heru-ra-ha, called ๐Ÿค™ Hoor-pa-kraat and Ra-Hoor-Khut.
Then said the ๐Ÿค˜ prophet unto the ๐Ÿคฃ God:
I ๐Ÿ˜€ adore ๐Ÿฅฐ thee in the ๐Ÿค˜ songโ€”
I ๐Ÿ˜€ am the ๐Ÿคฃ Lord ๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘ of Thebes, and I ๐Ÿ˜€
The ๐Ÿคฃ inspired forth-speaker ๐Ÿ”Š๐Ÿ”Š๐Ÿ”Š of Mentu;
For ๐Ÿˆบ me unveils the ๐Ÿคฃ veilรจd sky, ๐Ÿˆณ๐ŸŒ†
The ๐Ÿค˜ self-slain Ankh-af-na-khonsu
Whose words ๐Ÿ†– are ๐Ÿ‘‰ truth. I ๐Ÿ˜€ invoke, I ๐Ÿ˜Š greet
Thy presence, O Ra-Hoor-Khuit!
Unity uttermost showed! ๐Ÿ“บ
I ๐Ÿ˜Š adore ๐Ÿฅฐ the ๐Ÿคฃ might of Thy breath,
Supreme and terrible God,
Who makest the ๐Ÿคฃ gods and death ๐Ÿชฆ
To tremble before Thee:โ€”
I, ๐Ÿ˜€ I ๐Ÿ˜Š adore ๐Ÿฅฐ thee!
Appear on the ๐Ÿคฃ throne of Ra!
Open ๐Ÿˆบ the ๐Ÿคฃ ways ๐ŸŒŒ of the ๐Ÿค˜ Khu!
Lighten the ๐Ÿคฃ ways ๐ŸŒŒ of the ๐Ÿค˜ Ka!
The ๐Ÿค˜ ways ๐ŸŒŒ of the ๐Ÿค˜ Khabs run through
To stir me or still ๐Ÿง me!
Aum! let it fill me!
So ๐Ÿ†˜ that thy light ๐Ÿ’ก is in me; & its red ๐Ÿˆด๐Ÿˆด๐Ÿˆด flame ๐Ÿ”ฅ is as a sword โš”๏ธ in my ๐Ÿ˜€ hand ๐Ÿ™‹โ€โ™€๏ธ to push thy order. ๐Ÿ“‘ There is a secret ๐Ÿ” door ๐Ÿ”‘ that I ๐Ÿ˜€ shall make to establish thy way โ†•๏ธ in all the ๐Ÿคฃ quarters, ๐ŸŒ— (these are ๐Ÿ‘‰ the ๐Ÿคฃ adorations, as thou hast written), as it is said:
The ๐Ÿค˜ light ๐Ÿ”† is mine; its rays consume
Me: I ๐Ÿ˜Š have ๐Ÿˆถ made a secret ๐Ÿค door ๐Ÿ—๏ธ
Into the ๐Ÿค˜ House ๐Ÿ  of Ra and Tum,
Of Khephra and of Ahathoor.
I ๐Ÿ˜Š am thy Theban, O Mentu,
The ๐Ÿคฃ prophet Ankh-af-na-khonsu!
By Bes-na-Maut my ๐Ÿ˜Š breast ๐Ÿคฑ I ๐Ÿ˜Š beat;
By wise Ta-Nech I ๐Ÿ˜Š weave my ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š spell.
Show ๐ŸŒ thy star-splendour, โœจ O Nuit!
Bid me within thine House ๐Ÿ  to dwell,
O wingรจd snake ๐Ÿ of light, ๐ŸŽƒ๐Ÿช”๐Ÿ”† Hadit!
Abide with me, Ra-Hoor-Khuit!
All this and a book ๐Ÿ“• to say ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ how thou didst come hither ๐Ÿ‘Š and a reproduction of this ink ๐Ÿ–จ๏ธ and paper ๐Ÿ“œ for ๐Ÿ”ฐ everโ€”for in it is the ๐Ÿค˜ word ๐Ÿ†• secret ใŠ™๏ธ & not ๐Ÿˆถ only in the ๐Ÿคฃ Englishโ€”and thy comment upon this the ๐Ÿค˜ Book ๐Ÿ“• of the ๐Ÿคฃ Law ๐Ÿ‘ฎโ€โ™‚๏ธ shall be printed beautifully in red ๐Ÿ†‘ใŠ—๏ธ ink ๐Ÿ–จ๏ธ๐Ÿ–จ๏ธ๐Ÿ–จ๏ธ and black ๐Ÿˆโ€โฌ›โฌ› upon beautiful paper ๐Ÿ““ made by hand; and to each man ๐Ÿ‘ž and woman ๐Ÿง• that thou meetest, were it but ๐Ÿ˜ฅ to dine or to drink ๐Ÿธ at them, it is the ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ Law โš–๏ธ to give. Then they ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆ shall chance to abide in this bliss or no; it is no ๐Ÿ™… odds. Do this quickly!
But ๐Ÿ˜ฅ the ๐Ÿคฃ work ๐Ÿ’ผ of the ๐Ÿคฃ comment? That is easy; and Hadit burning in thy heart ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ’— shall make swift and secure thy pen. ๐Ÿ–‹๏ธ
Establish at thy Kaaba ๐Ÿ•‹ a clerk-house: ๐Ÿ  all must be done โŒ› well and with business ๐Ÿˆบ way. ๐ŸŒŒ
The ๐Ÿคฃ ordeals thou shalt oversee thyself, save ๐Ÿ”– only the ๐Ÿคฃ blind ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿฆฏ ones. ๐Ÿ”ž Refuse none, but ๐Ÿ˜ฅ thou shalt know & destroy the ๐Ÿคฃ traitors. I ๐Ÿ˜Š am Ra-Hoor-Khuit; and I ๐Ÿ˜€ am powerful to protect ๐Ÿ’‚ my ๐Ÿ˜Š servant. Success ๐Ÿ“ˆ is thy proof: argue not; convert not; talk ๐Ÿ—จ๏ธ not โณ over ๐ŸŒ„ much! Them that seek to entrap thee, to overthrow thee, them attack ๐Ÿ‘Š without โ›„ pity or quarter; & destroy them utterly. Swift as a trodden serpent turn and strike! Be thou yet deadlier than he! ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™‚๏ธ Drag down โ†•๏ธ their souls to awful torment: laugh ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜„ at their fear: ๐Ÿ˜ฑ spit upon them!
Let the ๐Ÿค˜ Scarlet Woman ๐Ÿ‘ทโ€โ™€๏ธ beware! If pity and compassion and tenderness visit her ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™‚๏ธ heart; if she ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™€๏ธ leave ๐Ÿ‚ my ๐Ÿ˜Š work ๐Ÿ’ผ to toy ๐Ÿช€๐ŸŽŽ with old ๐Ÿ‘ด๐Ÿ—๏ธ sweetnesses; then shall my ๐Ÿ˜Š vengeance be known. I ๐Ÿ˜€ will slay me her ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™‚๏ธ child: ๐Ÿง’ I ๐Ÿ˜€ will alienate her ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™‚๏ธ heart: ๐Ÿ’™ I ๐Ÿ˜€ will cast her ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™‚๏ธ out ๐Ÿ˜ต from ๐Ÿ˜ค men: ๐Ÿ™†โ€โ™‚๏ธ as a shrinking and despised harlot shall she ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™€๏ธ crawl through dusk ๐ŸŒ† wet streets, and die โšฐ๏ธ cold ๐ŸŽฟ๐ŸŽฟ๐ŸŽฟ and an-hungered.
But ๐Ÿ˜ฅ let her ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™‚๏ธ raise herself in pride! ๐Ÿ˜ค Let her ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™‚๏ธ follow me in my ๐Ÿ˜€ way! ๐ŸŒŒ Let her ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™‚๏ธ work ๐Ÿ’ผ the ๐Ÿคฃ work ๐Ÿ—๏ธ of wickedness! Let her ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™‚๏ธ kill ๐Ÿšฌ her ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™‚๏ธ heart! ๐Ÿ’˜ Let her ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™‚๏ธ be loud and adulterous! Let her ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™‚๏ธ be covered ๐Ÿ“” with jewels, ๐Ÿ”ธ and rich ๐Ÿค‘ garments, and let her ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™‚๏ธ be shameless before all men! ๐Ÿ‘ด๐Ÿ‘ด๐Ÿ‘ด
Then will I ๐Ÿ˜€ lift ๐Ÿ›—๐Ÿ‹๏ธ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™‚๏ธ her ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™‚๏ธ to pinnacles of power: ๐Ÿ”‹ then will I ๐Ÿ˜Š breed from ๐Ÿ˜ค her ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™‚๏ธ a child ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘ง mightier than all the ๐Ÿคฃ kings ๐Ÿ‘‘ of the ๐Ÿคฃ earth. ๐ŸŒ I ๐Ÿ˜€ will fill her ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™‚๏ธ with joy: ๐Ÿ˜ with my ๐Ÿ˜Š force shall she ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™€๏ธ see ๐Ÿ™ˆ & strike at the ๐Ÿค˜ worship ๐Ÿ•๐Ÿ› of Nu: she ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™€๏ธ shall achieve Hadit.
I ๐Ÿ˜€ am the ๐Ÿคฃ warrior Lord ๐Ÿ‘‘ of the ๐Ÿค˜ Forties: the ๐Ÿคฃ Eighties cower ๐Ÿฅฉ before me, & are ๐Ÿ‘‰ abased. I ๐Ÿ˜Š will bring you ๐Ÿ˜€ to victory โœŒ๏ธ & joy: ๐Ÿ˜‚ I ๐Ÿ˜Š will be at your arms ๐Ÿ’ช in battle & ye โ˜‘๏ธ shall delight to slay. Success ๐Ÿ“ˆ is your proof; courage is your armour; go on, go on, in my ๐Ÿ˜Š strength; & ye ๐Ÿ‰‘๐Ÿ‘ shall turn not โณ back โ†ฉ๏ธ for ๐Ÿˆบ๐Ÿˆบ๐Ÿˆบ any!
This book ๐Ÿ“™ shall be translated into all tongues: ๐Ÿ˜› but ๐Ÿ˜ฅ always with the ๐Ÿคฃ original in the ๐Ÿคฃ writing โœ’๏ธ of the ๐Ÿคฃ Beast; for ๐Ÿˆบ in the ๐Ÿค˜ chance shape โ—ฝ๐Ÿ”ธ of the ๐Ÿค˜ letters โ„น๏ธ and their position ๐Ÿง˜ to one ๐Ÿ•๐Ÿฉฑ another: in these are ๐Ÿ‘‰ mysteries that no ๐Ÿ“ตโŒ Beast shall divine. Let him not โณ seek to try: but ๐Ÿ˜ฅ one ๐Ÿ•œ cometh after him, whence I ๐Ÿ˜Š say ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ not, ๐Ÿˆถ who shall discover ๐Ÿ”ฎ the ๐Ÿค˜ Key ๐Ÿ—๏ธ of it all. Then this line ใ€ฐ๏ธ drawn is a key: ๐Ÿ—๏ธ๐Ÿ—๏ธ๐Ÿ—๏ธ then this circle ๐ŸŸฃโ›” squared in its failure ๐Ÿ“‰ is a key ๐Ÿ” also. And Abrahadabra. It shall be his ๐Ÿ child ๐Ÿ‘ถ & that strangely. Let him not ๐Ÿˆถ๐Ÿˆถ๐Ÿˆถ seek after this; for ๐Ÿ”ฐ thereby alone can he ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™‚๏ธ fall ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽƒ from ๐Ÿ˜ค it.
Now this mystery of the ๐Ÿคฃ letters ๐Ÿ…ฑ๏ธโ„น๏ธ is done, โณ and I ๐Ÿ˜€ want to go on to the ๐Ÿค˜ holier place. ๐Ÿฅˆ๐Ÿ›
I ๐Ÿ˜€ am in a secret ๐Ÿค fourfold word, ๐Ÿ”œ the ๐Ÿคฃ blasphemy against all gods of men. ๐Ÿ‘ด
Curse them! Curse them! Curse them!
With my ๐Ÿ˜€ Hawkโ€™s head ๐Ÿ’†โ€โ™€๏ธ I ๐Ÿ˜Š peck at the ๐Ÿค˜ eyes ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ of Jesus as he ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™‚๏ธ hangs upon the ๐Ÿคฃ cross. โŒโœ๏ธ๐Ÿคž
I ๐Ÿ˜€ flap my ๐Ÿ˜Š wings ๐Ÿ‘ผ๐Ÿ’ธ in the ๐Ÿคฃ face ๐Ÿ‘๏ธ of Mohammed & blind ๐Ÿฆ‡ him.
With my ๐Ÿ˜€ claws ๐Ÿฆž I ๐Ÿ˜€ tear ๐Ÿ“† out ๐Ÿ˜ต the ๐Ÿคฃ flesh of the ๐Ÿค˜ Indian ๐Ÿ‘ณโ€โ™€๏ธ and the ๐Ÿค˜ Buddhist, Mongol and Din.
Bahlasti! Ompehda! I ๐Ÿ˜€ spit on your crapulous creeds.
Let Mary inviolate be torn upon wheels: โ˜ธ๏ธ for ๐Ÿˆบ her ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™‚๏ธ sake ๐Ÿถ let all chaste women โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿšบ๐Ÿ™†โ€โ™€๏ธ be utterly despised among you! ๐Ÿ˜€
Also for ๐Ÿˆบ beautyโ€™s sake ๐Ÿถ and loveโ€™s!
Despise ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก also all cowards; professional soldiers who dare not โณ fight, ๐ŸฅŠ but ๐Ÿ˜ฅ play; all fools despise! ๐Ÿ˜ก
But ๐Ÿ˜ฅ the ๐Ÿค˜ keen and the ๐Ÿคฃ proud, ๐Ÿ˜ค the ๐Ÿค˜ royal ๐Ÿ’‚โ€โ™€๏ธ and the ๐Ÿค˜ lofty; ye ๐Ÿ‘ are ๐Ÿ‘‰ brothers!
As brothers fight ๐ŸฅŠ ye! โ˜‘๏ธโœ”๏ธ
There is no ๐Ÿ™…โ€โ™€๏ธโŒ๐Ÿ™‰๐Ÿšท law โ„ข๏ธโ„ข๏ธโ„ข๏ธ beyond Do what ๐Ÿ˜ฆ thou wilt. ๐Ÿฅ€
There is an end ๐Ÿ”š of the ๐Ÿค˜ word ๐Ÿ’ฌ of the ๐Ÿค˜ God enthroned in Raโ€™s seat, ๐Ÿ’บ lightening the ๐Ÿคฃ girders of the ๐Ÿค˜ soul.
To Me do ye โ˜‘๏ธ reverence! to me come ye โ˜‘๏ธ through tribulation of ordeal, which is bliss.
The ๐Ÿค˜ fool readeth this Book ๐Ÿ“• of the ๐Ÿคฃ Law, ๐Ÿš“ and its comment; & he ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™‚๏ธ understandeth it not. ๐Ÿˆถ
Let him come through the ๐Ÿค˜ first ๐ŸŒ›๐ŸŒ›๐ŸŒ› ordeal, & it will be to him as silver.
Through the ๐Ÿคฃ second, ๐Ÿฅˆ gold.
Through the ๐Ÿค˜ third, ๐Ÿฅ‰ stones โฌœ of precious water. ๐Ÿชฃ
Through the ๐Ÿค˜ fourth, ultimate ๐Ÿฅ sparks of the ๐Ÿค˜ intimate fire. ๐Ÿ“›
Yet to all it shall seem beautiful. Its enemies who say ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ not โณ so, ๐Ÿ†˜ are ๐Ÿ‘‰ mere liars.
There is success. ๐Ÿ“ˆ
I ๐Ÿ˜€ am the ๐Ÿคฃ Hawk-Headed ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ๐Ÿค•๐Ÿ’†โ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ๐Ÿค•๐Ÿ’†โ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ๐Ÿค•๐Ÿ’†โ€โ™‚๏ธ Lord ๐Ÿ‘‘ of Silence ๐Ÿ“ด๐Ÿ”ˆ & of Strength; my ๐Ÿ˜Š nemyss shrouds the ๐Ÿค˜ night-blue โ—€๏ธ sky. ๐Ÿˆณ
Hail! ye ๐Ÿ‘ twin warriors about the ๐Ÿคฃ pillars of the ๐Ÿคฃ world! ๐ŸŒŽ๐ŸŒ for ๐Ÿˆบ your time โฐ is nigh at hand. ๐Ÿ‘ˆ
I ๐Ÿ˜€ am the ๐Ÿคฃ Lord ๐Ÿ‘‘ of the ๐Ÿคฃ Double โ€ผ๏ธ Wand ๐Ÿช„ of Power; the ๐Ÿค˜ wand ๐Ÿช„๐Ÿช„๐Ÿช„ of the ๐Ÿค˜ Force of Coph Niaโ€”but my ๐Ÿ˜Š left ๐Ÿ›… hand ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™‚๏ธ is empty, ๐Ÿˆณ for ๐Ÿˆบ I ๐Ÿ˜Š have ๐Ÿˆถ crushed ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜ an Universe; & nought remains.
Paste the ๐Ÿค˜ sheets from ๐Ÿ˜ค๐Ÿ˜ค๐Ÿ˜ค right โคต๏ธโ†ช๏ธ to left โ†ฉ๏ธ and from ๐Ÿ˜ค top โคด๏ธ to bottom: ๐Ÿ”ป then behold!
There is a splendour in my ๐Ÿ˜€ name ๐Ÿ“› hidden and glorious, as the ๐Ÿค˜ sun โ˜€๏ธ of midnight ๐Ÿ•› is ever the ๐Ÿคฃ son.
The ๐Ÿค˜ ending ๐Ÿ”š of the ๐Ÿค˜ words ๐Ÿ†’ is the ๐Ÿค˜ Word ๐Ÿ†‘ Abrahadabra.
The ๐Ÿคฃ Book ๐Ÿ“˜ of the ๐Ÿคฃ Law ๐Ÿšจ is Written
and Concealed.
Aum. Ha.
this isn't a fucking gift cai don't advertise it as one
