The fact that my two most popular mdzs posts on this blog are “wwx is a literal genius” and “jc is an abusive uncle” reminds me that the loudest people in a fandom may not actually have the most popular commentary, and also maybe people can separate fanon additions from canon commentary.

#like i really am shocked how well those posts took off #particularly the jc one #and the fact that the jc one specifically took off with all the commentary about jc’s abuse vs. wwx’s care attached?#really shows that the villain stans do not actually dominate this fandom #they’re just loud bullies #not sure if this would have been true even a year ago #but so glad it’s true now #(also this post is true for my posts on the other books too like folks really like the main pairings and characters!)#(you would not know this just looking at some of the loudest bloggers)
