y’all. last night i toasted thick slices of this glorious rosemary sourdough in olive oil and then layered it with porthos solid white tuna, home grown onions and tomatoes, and a cream cheese chive mix and holy shit. beauty. decadence.

THE ANIMALS IS HERE!!!!!!!#i've had the idea for this project for over a year now.... so glad i was able to actually make it happen!! 🥹#this is my first time ever making a diorama like this so it's a little rough in some areas bUT the handmade nature is what i was aiming for#hAD TO DRAW EVERYONE'S HEIGHT DIFFERENCES. ugh it is 8pm i do eventually need to make and eat dinner. should i start on my 1lb of smoked salmon i bought because it was a good deal? use up my 3 week old zucchini before they finish going bad? am i no longer all pasta'd out?

thinking about how fucked up my dad is at cooking. now that i am thinking about it the guy has probably never looked at a recipe. i remember he made aglio e olio one time for my siblings and i when we were younger and it was pasta in like. straight up oil with raw minced garlic in it and that was It. so you can imagine how that scarred me from that dish for years

OH YEA i forgot guacamole is from avocado LOL im allergic to avocados !! but i don't like avocados, i like guacamole tho! I tried avocado and toast and my top lip tingled and swelled and my throat got rashy and bad. I was like, OK, fine, idek like avocados! i was just trying to shake up my toast!
and then I went out and had guacamole and realized I actually Do kinda like avocados, just not alone. It's Like my love of tomato soup with grilled cheese and tomatoes with sugar on them, but i hate tomatoes by themselves and i hate thick tomato sauce bcs it's too overwhelming. It has to be a Rlly light tomato sauce that won't overwhelm the flavor of my pizza /ESPECIALLY pasta
#i love spaghetti with parmesan and meatballs but it must have a very light red sauce#enough to give it some moisture but not enough to overwhelm my noodles#thats a good question anon LOL i forgot avocados existed for a decond bcs im not a fan of them
