So I haven't really pinned down Nico's romance yet because right now he's just going around rizzing up everyone. It's his thing. Flirt first, ask questions later. Something like 70% of his contracts as a Crow were completed through the power of flirting to lower someone's defenses before he poisoned or stabbed them, and it happens like breathing at this point.

He is going to be in over his head when everyone is actually interested in him.
