• Reader doesn't really remember when she started to gain a crush on the two popular girls. Both of them had always been the two most popular girls in their year so it wasn't as if she had never seen them before. But one day her feelings towards them just up and changed out of nowhere. One day she couldn't care less about them and then the next she was all hot in the face after meeting their eyes in the hallway on the way to class.

•For a while she didn't know how to feel about the whole thing. The feels where so new to her, of course she had crushes on people before. But never on two people at once, and especially not popular girls. The new emotions that bubbled inside her were foreign to any other crush you ever had.

•When Sam notices that something is going on with her and asks about it Reader just kinda blows. In some luck they are over at Sam’s house studying. The words just spew out of her mouth in a cluster. All of her thoughts and feelings just come out in one long statement. Sam listens with wide eyes as Reader goes off. Not once saying a word because she's afraid that the usual quiet girl will immediately clam up again. She just bobs her head in an argument with every word.

•Reader falls back onto Sam’s bed and hides her face with her hands. Moaning she rolls over to face plant into the soft sheets. Sam finally snap a out of it and giggles just a little. Watching the girl get so flustered isnt new but it is a tad bit funny to watch. She pats her should and tells her that is completely normal to have a crush, it doesn't really matter if it's two people at the same time.

Especially when Moon ans Yasmine are poly.

•Reader perks up at the new information. The brunette quickly explains that Moon and Yasmine have been in a relationship for a super long time now. It wasn't long after the two got together that they were secretly, in a friendly conversation, telling Sam that they were open to being in a poly relationship. They just hadn't found the right person is all and they didn't feel like telling everyone about it. Reader suddenly feels a little better about the situation.

•She knows that there is no way that the girls would ever like her like that. They don't even know her at all. But deep down it made her feel a bit better to know that maybe if they knew each other, that they liked her, there might have been a chance. To her, it's a stupid thought but it fills her with a bit of relief. She begs Sam not to say a word to them about anything she said.

•Sam agrees of course while watching Reader fall back into the bed in a pile of her own embarrassment and over all shyness. The whole time just smiles while rolling her eyes.

• The brunette promised to keep her lips zipped tight to her other friends, but that didn't mean she couldn't NOT do something with the confession Reader just unloaded on her. Maybe just maybe she could try her hand and plan something in secret to help the chubby girl reveal her feelings towards the two popular girls at school.

“I’m sorry to hear about what happened at the dance,” you frowned, sitting on your bed.

You and Aisha finally made time for your hang-out. It was agreed between the two of you to go to your place. 

It had been a few days since you and Eli kissed. You both hadn’t talked about it, but it was unspoken between the two of you that it was where you wanted to be. 

While your mind had been distracted by that plus the emotional turmoil that was caused by Yasmine and Moon–it was nice to just be with a friend.

“Don’t worry about it, it sucks, for sure,” she sighed. “But I joined Cobra Kai,” she smiled. “Sensei’s teaching me how to actually kick ass”. 

“Woah, really? I’m happy for you,” you nodded. 

You were happy she joined the dojo. At least one of you is building confidence to stand up against Yasmine. 

“If you want to build strength, join Cobra Kai. We can use more students too,” she suggested. 

“I don’t know, it sounds intense,” you winced. 

You don’t think you’d do well in an aggressive environment such as that. Based on how Miguel talks about his sensei and now Aisha? You don’t think you’d last a day.

“It’s not that bad, honestly,” she reassured. “Before it felt like I didn’t have anything to use to get back at Yasmine, but now I have this confidence, this strength. Something I have that she doesn’t,” she licked her lips. “But you really wanna know the truth?”

You leaned forward, telling her you did.

“I’m doing this to better myself,” she smiled. “I’m the best version of myself I can be and it’s so freeing,” she sighed out. 

“Wow, maybe I’ll put some more thought into it,” you hummed. 

That freedom she was talking about was calling your name and for once in the few weeks you’ve heard of Cobra Kai, you really considered it.

You were reviewing your Calc homework before the big test today at your locker when a familiar voice called your name. You looked to your right, happy to see Eli.

“Hi, oop,” you were taken aback when he greeted you with a kiss. “Hi,” you felt your cheeks warm, your hand clutching your locker door. 

“Was that okay?” his eyes grew worried that he went overboard.

“Yeah,” you sheepishly said, reassuring him. “I’m just still getting used to it,” you giggled. 

And it was true.

Going from best friends to kissing each other was such a huge jump. It wasn't the norm even as excited as you were that you got to kiss the boy you’ve been in love with since you could remember. 

“Does this mean we’re dating now?” you chewed on your lip, closing your notebook.

“I hope so,” he smiled, hiking his shoulders up. 

“Cool,” you nodded, checking your phone for the date to remember it.

“I’ll walk you to class?” he offered and you nodded. 

Your hands became intertwined and for once you felt more than complete. You couldn’t wipe your smile off when you went into class, your mind not even thinking about limits or functions because you had a boyfriend!

You were walking alongside Eli and the boys to your lunch table, happy to see that Aisha was there. 

The whole cafeteria grew silent though when Sam threw a tray onto the floor. Oohs were whispered around. The four of you slowed down as you stayed back and observed.

“You see that billboard with the giant dick? I guess, Sam takes after her dad,” Kyler had a shit-eating grin on his face.

The cafeteria got riled up at the awful comeback.

You saw the way Sam’s eyes coated with anger, her jaw clenched, gaze narrowed. You felt for her, truly. 

She seemed like such a nice person and a good friend, based on what Aisha told you, but you didn’t understand why she was friends with such assholes.

You didn’t know what was going to happen between them until Miguel spoke up. 

“Oh no,” you said under your breath. 

He slammed his tray on the table next to Aisha before approaching Kyler. “Why don’t you shut the hell up and stop being an asshole?” 

“Want another beat down, Rhea?” Kyler shoved him. 

Miguel grunted as he fell back but caught himself on the chair behind him.

“I’m ready for your lame-ass karate this time,” Kyler shoved him again.

“It’s not lame-ass karate,” Miguel gritted just as Kyler went in for a punch but he blocked it, gripping his arm that caused pain to radiate all over his face. “It’s Cobra Kai,” he said before knocking him straight in the teeth.

“Woah,” Eli said. 

Blood spilled from Kyler’s nose, anger coursing through him before he body-slammed Miguel into the table, dragging him by the neck to another. People moved and jumped out of the way as Kyler got him in a headlock, but Miguel elbowed him in the gut, grabbing him by the arm and pulling it behind him, using that leverage to punch him in the cheek and then kicking him.

“No mercy!” Aisha shouted.

So much passion, you thought.

Another guy came behind Miguel but he anticipated it, sweeping him right off his feet. Then two others came but he got them too, kicking one in the stomach and another in the face.

Using his chance to run, Miguel rolled over a table, grabbing onto a tray. He kicked a chair towards an attacker before using the tray to hit Kyler and the blond one. 

He kicked and hit, knocking them down until Kyler charged at him. He jumped onto a table, sweeping his leg behind him, and kicking him before he knocked the corner of the tray right into his face. 

He actually did it. 

He took down at least six guys by himself.

Miguel stared in amazement, at the crowd surrounding him.

You felt so proud of him, being very impressed but his victory was cut short when Counsloer Blatt ordered him to come down.

Eli’s mouth pressed against yours, your hands placed on either side of his face while his hands were on your arms.

It was awkward navigating kissing but it was also the best thing you’ve ever experienced. 

“We should probably get back to homework,” you said, face hot and lips puffy as you pulled away. “Before your mom catches us,” you licked your lips, growing flustered at the thought of being caught.

This was the only way you’d agree to have a make-out session with Eli—at his house, not yours. If your dad found you guys locking lips, that would be the end of Eli. Frankly, you didn’t want that to happen. 

Still, you wanted to keep your fresh relationship under the ropes from your parents.

“Sure,” he nodded sheepishly, grabbing his pen.

You were doing homework at his house today, Demetri declining because he didn’t “want to get in the way of young love”. The thought made you laugh, but there was no denying how grateful you were about it.

“What did you get for problem four?” you asked, your arm and thigh pressed against his.

This time around, you didn’t care that your body was as close to his as possible. You both welcomed it and the butterflies in your tummy fluttered in delight.

“C,” he answered. 

“Damn,” you sucked in a breath, looking over his work to see where you went wrong. “You think it’s too late to drop out of Chemistry?” you wondered.

“I think you’ll be fine,” he reassured. “So what did you think about Miguel today?” he fidgeted with the pen.

“The fight?” you furrowed your brows, copying his work onto your paper. “I thought it was totally badass,” you grinned. “I guess he and Aisha were right, their sensei knows what he’s doing,” you snorted. 

“I think I’m gonna join,” he admitted, chewing on his lip and he averted your gaze.

You paused, a smile appearing on your face. “That’s great, Eli!” you reached over to kiss his cheek.

“I even talked Demetri into joining,” he added. “So I was thinking maybe you should join too,” he shrugged, searching your eyes for any sign of disagreement. 

“Really? You think I could learn to kick ass like that?” you turned to face him.

“I think you could become the best in the entire Valley,” he blushed, mirroring your movements. “So what do you say?” he smiled.

“Let’s do it,” you grinned.

my favorite female character ok in cobra kai (vs miyagi-verse generally) my favourite female character is tory nichols. absolute shocker (generally it's kumiko). she's literally given a whole arc that is soooooooo deserving of better trappings, but i will take it! she shines in this whole affair, she's brash, she's angry, she's definitely a lesbian! i thank cobra kai for giving me tory nichols. honestly, i thank cobra kai for giving me many women i can gnaw on, even though it's all just scraps. it's fine, we'll take it from here!

my favorite male character i think it was as-of s5 i kinda went "alright shockingly i am more interested in the teenagers than the adults officially in this show" and then i got halfway through this sentence and remembered john kreese. unhinged mf'er, the worst man in the world, would be a fantastic exploration of every worst american nationalist hyper-masculine impulse with a fascinating queer undertone, and... that's what he is actually, don't even come at me (i say like i'm not in the unhinged old men fandom) but of the kids, miguel. miguel needs to be saved from this narrative. miguel has nothing good to learn from these people. miguel is daniel larusso's successor in that he's put in these fucking Situations because of other peoples fucking business, and he did have some beautiful growth in terms of almost almost being lured into all of it, but then he got himself out. literally do not think johnny has taught him a single valuable life lesson. not a one. miguel. i see you (if it were all of miyagi-verse, then miyagi!)

a character I’d die defending miguel! sam! daniel! listen, in this fandom, we're all defending someone aren't we, and i respect all of said defences. kenny and shawn payne deserve more screentime, esp in which they're not treated abominably, miguel deserves to have more focused narrative and not have his thematic identity as Literally The Next Karate Kid From Day One distorted, robby.... oh robby..... goodness gracious robby...... you know. if you're in this fandom, you know!!! and of course, the larussos, the eternally Wrong Gender Performers according to straight men across the world. i see you (i also See You 👀 in a gay way) and johnny... i know what the point was with you. i will fistfight the writers for that one. i know this isn't you johnny 😭😭😭

a character I just can’t sympathize with stingray. sry. the actor seemed lovely. and i did kinda like that he ended up slightly (slightly) more serious, but. it should have been a Warning when he was more than in a couple of episodes i also don't hate yasmin and moon, but i think everything interesting about them is fanon

a character I grew to love youknow, i really like the characters of this show? genuinely the thing that keeps me coming back is wanting better narrative for them, because they're actually Interesting (except for above) there's so much in all of the mains that deserves 10000 fics (esp fix-its) not because they're bad, but because things keep getting presented that are Interesting and then dropped immediately. so yeah. i was into them all pretty much from the start

Hi, first of all, I love your blog, especially your art.

I wanted to write as I saw you reblog a gifset of Sam and Robby and put "if we got miyagi-do robby I maintain that we needed cobra sam." I totally agree! and it's something I would like to see in fic or art (I would try to write something if I could figure out the right plotting). sam is the only one who hasn't changed dojos - up until S6, tory was a cobra before switching sides; demetri seems to be miyagi-do only, but he attempted to join cobra kai first - and when she learnt eagle fang style from Johnny, it worked really well for her. I just want to put her in that scenario (cobra kai).

when I saw someone else liked the idea of cobra sam, I wanted to share my thoughts.

a cobra! sam au, where she trains under sensei lawrence - some thoughts and ideas below the cut!

johnny lawrence is living in the dumps. he's got a wimpy little kid as a neighbor, a shitty old car, and an even shittier stepfather who he's kinda glad is cutting him off. samantha larusso is going into her sophomore year of high school and she's already dreading it. dreading the time she has to spend with her new "friends," missing aisha, and feeling the pressure of being her father's little larusso. surely they're not so different.

the car crash happens. in this version of the story, sam is closer to herself - it's the middle of the night, and she doesn't wanna be in the car with two other screaming teenage girls. there's some kind of energy in the old, dimly lit parking lot, pushing her to get out - or maybe it's moon kicking her out of the car to deal with the drunk old white man - but she's suddenly on the curb and staring up at this old guy with a scruffy beard, who looks... some flavor of miserable.

"i've got... money. my dad-"

"i've heard the story a billion times, kid. lived it too." he looks in the direction of yasmine's car, how it left skid marks on the asphalt and stunk up the air between them. "fuck's up with your friends?"

sam bristles. "they're not-" my friends, sam wants to say, but the words are too heavy for her to push out. johnny looks at his dented car and groans - "me and these fucking cars this week. first it's that damn ad, then it's that fuckass billboard-"

"i know what you're talking about," sam sighs. she sets her bag onto the pavement next to where he's sitting on a parking stub, sitting beside him but clutching her keys in slight caution. "my dad is... an embarrassment."

johnny's eyes widen. "shit, kid - what's your name?"

"samantha. but since we're gonna be here for a while, you can call me sam. sam la-"

"russo."

he tosses the bag of alcohol behind him, cleaning himself up with a grin aligning his face and a pathetic sniffle. here's the part where they clean themselves up, where they fear the mention of her father's last name and look at her like she's a rich encino princess.

"johnny. johnny lawrence," he says. "your dad kicked me in the face 33 years ago."

who knows how it goes from here. sam gets to hear the story from a different view, from johnny's side. johnny sees a version of himself from 33 years ago - raised a rich brat, with dismissive parents who thought oh sure, phases came and went. first it was friendship bracelets, then it was scrunchies and makeup and then it was boyfriends and oh, then it was off to college! he knows what it feels like to not want to be your father.

it's a horrible decision. it's the worst decision he'll ever make in his life - well, maybe, going to the beach on that fateful night might contend for number one - but the thought of it sparks some kind of rich flame in his muscles. this sam girl is every ounce of her father's worst traits - hot headed, entitled, and so ready to fight.

she'd make the perfect cobra.

"i scratch your back, you scratch mine," johnny proposes. "what says we forget everything that happened here, and you come to my dojo and train with me? i bet your daddy would go nuts if he saw you in a cobra kai gi."

"you're crazy," sam chuckles, but her grip loosens on her keys. "i have one rule."

"sure you do. you larussos and your rules." johnny raises his eyebrow, amenable.

"you call me sam, and only sam. no miss larusso, no little larusso, all that shit. and in your dojo, that's my name. got it?"

johnny grins. shakes her hand. "you got it. sam."

who knows where the story goes from here. we get to see a darker version of sam, caught between two versions of herself. the impulsive, violent, and hot headed part of herself that johnny feeds - the side that ends up hurting the people she loves, the side that makes her feel powerful, but wrong. the passive, fearful little girl her father wants her to be. the part that lets demetri's arm get broken, that watches all her friends get hurt and the part that loses to that nichols girl. (that nichols girl, oh she's tough. but she's not the best. she can't be the best, because she's the best and if she isn't, she's nothing to nobody and that's even worse than being a pawn.)

and no matter where she goes, she's only a pawn in a man's game; whether that man be johnny, kreese, hell, even her own father. it's a tough time for a girl to find herself in a man's world. how she does it is only up to her - and that can be the scariest decision ever.

A few days later Johnny pulled you out of school for a day of ‘father/kid time,” but you really knew he was trying to get info about Robby. You didn’t really want to go but Demetri encouraged you to get to know you father better. You also knew it would be better for him if you had a better relationship with your father, maybe then he wouldn’t show up at your boyfriends drunk out of his mind again. 

The day went surprisingly well, Johnny took you for lunch and then you went to an amusement park for the afternoon. There was minimal arguing, and minimal insults thrown back and forth. You almost considered telling him where to find Robby, almost .

When you came back to school the next day you saw new writing on Demetri's cast.

“What's this?” you lift up his arm lightly, examining the new additions.

“oh-i uh- it’s nothing,” Demetri stutters as he notices your face become enraged, thinking it was about what Kyler drew

“That bitch,” you state before storming off, headed in the direction for where you knew Yasmine and Moon spent most of their free time, your boyfriend hot on your heels, looking confused.

“Listen here, bitch,” you grab Yasmine by the collar, fury in your eyes, “if you ever think of even looking at my boyfriend again, I’m gonna do worse than a front wedgie, got it?” you say, lifting her off the ground a bit.

Realization crosses Demetri’s face behind you, followed by a sly smirk.

“I wasn-” 

“I said. Got. It.?” you accentuate, grip getting tighter on her shirt.

She nods her head rapidly, a quiet “yeah” leaving her lips before you let her go and stalked off, dragging your boyfriend behind you. 

Demetri let you drag him through the school, still in awe at what you had just done. He stops you when you pass a short secluded hallway, pulling you into it with a gentle tug.

He doesn't wait a second before pulling you into a heated kiss. You kiss him back feverishly, barely pulling away to breathe.

“Demetri?”

“Y/N?” 

You quickly snap out of the kiss at the sound of Miguel and Sams's voices, pulling back a bit.

“Uh, what’s, uh, going on? I thought you two weren't into the whole intense PDA thing?”

Demetri chuckles, “Normally no, but Y/N here,” he pulls you back into him, “ was jealous because of what Yasmine wrote on my cast, and threatened to beat her up,” he finishes in a playful tone. 

Before you could protest Sam spoke up, “What did she write on your cast?” she moved towards you, grabbing Demetri's arm lightly, Miguel following, also curious. A blush rises to your cheeks as your friends read the message. 

“Wow, um, that's, um,” Miguel starts

“I get why you were upset, Y/N,” Sam cuts in.

“Yeah, because you're the only one who gets to love my big dick,” Demetri smirks down at you. You hit him on the chest lightly, as Miguel and Sam laugh while backing away, leaving the two of you alone again. 

You look around before leaning back into Demetri.

“It’s not that I’m the only one who gets to love your big dick…” you start in a sultry tone, “It’s just that, she doesn't even know how big it is… or how well you know how to use it… or how good it makes me feel.. or how-” you whisper in his ear seductively. 

“Okay! I get it!” Demetri interrupts your confession, face flushed, and oh is that what you think it is? you smirk to yourself

“next time…” you continue whispering in his ear, “that you decide to tease me in front of our friends… remember,” you look down between the two of you, where his bulge was growing, “that one of us gets visibly turned on, and one of us doesn't.”

Demetri's eyes go wide as he looks down, “shit,”

“Here,” you say sweetly, pulling a notebook out of your backpack to hand to him. He quickly accepts the item, “I’m gonna need that back though,” you say playfully, dragging him through the halls to the nearest bathroom.

he didn’t know how to react when she was moving his hair to look at his pimple and flinched when she touched it. he asked what she was doing and simply told him that she was looking at his pimple on his forehead. poking it again, made him wince and touched it for himself. she asked if she could move his hair so she could gently pop it. he mumbled something along the lines of "pop it quickly, please" to end this whole thing faster.

would secretly be eyeing his pimple, but make it all the more obvious she's looking when it's a fat and juicy one. she can't help it, so she would ask if she could pop it for him. the majority of his pimples form around his jawline and ear area, and he is definitely squeamish when she reaches for the one’s that are around his ear.

it is very clear to her that he has never had anyone pop his pimples before, so she is really careful when popping them and helped him with a routine to keep them at bay. when he joined Cobra Kai, she wasn’t sure if he kept up with it or not, but she hoped so. (he definitely did keep up with it after he joined, though he had a bit of a struggle to find where she bought the products) she would find it a tiny bit comedic when he would squirm when she popped the ones behind his ear; her fingers were almost always cold when popping them.

he almost never got any pimples on his facial area, because he primarily got them around his clavicle as well as his rib cage. he got a routine from his dermatologist for his back acne. he would wait for the pimple to get all nice and fat for her to pop them. some people, primarily Demetri, found it nasty while she found it enjoyable. she would get all excited to get rid of the fluid.

never thought in his wildest dreams that she would offer to pop his pimple, which he still had after one of his matches, and she had seen it. watching her eyes had lit up at seeing the one on his ear; there was also one on his nose, but he figured that would have been too gross for her to pop. however, she didn't mind popping that one as well if it was bothering him. he gave her the nickname "Poppy" as she continues to pop his pimples. (almost everyone in Miyagi-Do calls her that, confusing the hell out of Cobra Kai, they think it comes from her liking the flower)

had to ask her where her new nickname "Poppy" came from, so Sam explained where it did come from, and she was even more confused. LaRusso told her that it made plenty of sense - she's called Poppy because she pops people's pimples for them, and that she liked the flower too. she offered to pop the one Tory had, for shits and giggles mostly. taken aback by the offer, she wanted to turn her down, but something about her didn't want to. LaRusso was rather gentle when popping her pimple, having laid her head down on her leg felt oddly calming, and Robby was right about her hands being cold. well, at least, they were soft and gentle, so ignoring the cold hands was easy.

Sam and Aisha would often pop each other's pimples if they saw them, but now that Aisha has moved away, they do it less. Sam still occasionally drops by to see what Aisha will be doing and pop her pimples if she sees them - she doesn't even have to ask if it's alright to do so; she just goes right ahead with it. I really like both Miguel and Robby a lot. They’re both really good, upright and kind guys. The only person I can’t stand is Johnny. Ugh. So very unlikable. Wish Terry had k*lled him.

I don’t care for Miguel/Sam or Robby/Tory though. I like SamTory lol. The dynamic is 🔥 On the other hand, I think AxelSam is very cute, but I also really like AxelZara haha. Zara is smoking hot and gives me dark!Cobra Kai!Daniel vibes. Tiny, feisty, flirty and kick ass-y. Axel does give me socially awkward Twig vibes though, on the flip side. Haha.

Yeah, Zara does give Dark! Daniel vibes, if Daniel could never be an influencer (maybe he'd learn and become the bitchiest and most cutthroat one in the world as his shadow self). I do think Terry perceives that as well and why shouldn't Zara try to play with Axel's feelings? Because Axel would have no idea how to deal with that.

Johnny doesn't need to be killed Johnny needs to be allowed to Experience a goddamn Consequence for once. Nobody holds him accountable for anything the whole series and yeah, part of the audience is over that. Miguel wouldn't have had a miracle cure, Robby would not have come back to him after S4, Carmen would have dumped his ass and probably have been smart enough to have a UID or access to plan B or an abortion pill and she would not have incubated a Lawrence baby and Amanda would have fired his ass from LaRusso Auto if Daniel's crush would have been strong enough to hire him in the first place, which I doubt as she probably would have vetoed it. It would have been endlessly more compelling; the only one who seems to, again, have drawn his own conclusions about him, seeing him for the hopeless case he is, is Bobby. He's got his head on straight, same as Shawn. Consequently, both are nowhere to be seen as this show doesn't work when anyone shows a lick of common sense. Both Miguel and Robby deserve better, and of course Tory does too.

And isn't is strange to see a het couple on the show that actually has chemistry? I was so used to the "Yeah, yeah, we must have drama or wish fulfillment ships", none of which make any sense, not Sam/Miguel, not Sam/Robby, not Tory/Miguel or Tory/Robby, and please don't get me started about Demetri/Yasmine or Eli/Moon, that it will hit you in the face when suddenly a teenage het ship has chemistry! No fault to the actors, but it so often doesn't sparkle and this one thankfully does.

Poker Face-themed YasMoon moodboard I made to go with this drabble I wrote a while back!!! I actually made this months ago, but decided to post it this month since it's kinda themed around the S1 Halloween dance, and it fits this month's allvalleyskills prompt surprisingly well???

I've talked about it a little on my other posts, but Yasmine seems to have this detached, apathetic persona in S1. The only feeling she shows openly (prior to 1x09, anyways) is this snide contempt that kinda says "I'm so above all these ridiculous people that they're not worth a single ounce of my emotional energy". Basically the only time all season that we see her start to let her walls down a bit--and the only time she seems genuinely happy--is in the weed-smoking scene in Moon's car. And even then, her Catty Armor is back on immediately after Sam gets in the car! So we know she can let her authentic self out around Moon, but she can also crush it back down at a moment's notice to maintain her Coldhearted Ice Queen image.

I feel like this kind of up-and-down of being warm and sweet and unfiltered around Moon and cruel and ruthless around everyone else would eventually drive Moon crazy, like!!! Moon can't even get Yasmine's walls down herself sometimes, and so much of the time, she has no idea what Yasmine she's going to get: Her loyal, funny best friend, or the controlling queen bee who acts like she only keeps Moon around to maintain appearances.

And then when I layer in my headcanon that they were privately screwing around in S1, well. You can imagine things would get hairy. Poor Moon is down bad--she would do anything to prove herself to Yasmine, and she would follow her girlfriend best friend anywhere. She'd do anything Yasmine says, no matter how vile. And perhaps worst of all, Moon knows that Yasmine can be sweet. Can be an utter delight, even. But she never quite knows if Yasmine's being sincere, or if she's just yanking Moon's feelings around because she can. And Moon can't help but wonder if this whole confusing thing they have is, well...

Just a trick.

Meanwhile Yasmine really does care about Moon--probably more than anyone--but she absolutely will never admit this aloud because EWWWWW ADMITTING YOU GIVE A SHIT ABOUT PEOPLE IS EMBARRASSING SHE WOULD NEVER jalshdkbdfugjku

Also, just a reiteration of what I was rambling about in my OG drabble, but these girls were being outrageously fruity at the S1 Halloween dance??? Like neither of them visibly have a date, despite being popular and conventionally attractive enough to easily get one Sam's going with Kyler, so no logical reason why the alpha bitch and beta bitch of the school wouldn't have hot jocks on their arms. And in the background of some of the Sam-Kyler scenes, they are dancing??? MUCH closer together than they need to be??? Like is this really necessary???

I think so because they're horny lmao these poor home of sexuals cannot control their burning sapphic desire if they tried

And to again paraphrase from my OG drabble post: ANYWAYS I can totally imagine these two sapphic-ass Laker girls jamming out to Poker Face and Moon being like “wait a minute, why is Yasmine singing so passionately about playing with people’s hearts? And why am I hard relating to Lady Gaga’s many jilted lovers??? ...should I be concerned?”

BTW S1 YasMoon gives off huuuuge toxic codependent vibes, and that's what makes it FASCINATING <3 I love fucked up little dynamics!!! I devour them like junk food!!! Don't mind me, I'll be over here doing needlessly deep character studies on S1 Yasmine in all of her awfulness <3 <3 <3

Ah man the "good morning baby" cuddle to an empty bed with no note and no messages is telling I'm sure to Amanda on how Miyagi do isn't just a passing phase anymore.

Amanda is still kinda in denial or at least hopeful since she asked if Daniel was at the dealership already.

They're supposed to have lunch with Anoush. Which, quick reminder, amidst everything Tom Cole came and stole Daniel's staff (cough the way Daniel stole Johnny's students) and they moved Anoush from the dealership he liked working at due to it, and then rather than help out or attend marketing or other meetings Daniel's been at the dojo. And because Daniel didn't tell Johnny where Robby was, Johnny showed up and punched Anoush in the side/stomach even though Anoush tried to defend and keep them safe not aware that Robby is a minor and Daniel hadn't told either of his parents where he was.

Oh and he climbed up to repaint the billboard with Louie rather than Daniel hiring professionals to do it.

It'd be one thing if it was Johnny there to be like hey, I'm sorry about your dojo. But Kreese literally knows Hawk did it.

It's interesting how when someone else confronts Daniel with very specific terminology he says they're kids, not soldiers and it's not war. Yet the mongoose brain is kind of treating it as such.

Kreese asks if Daniel teaches karate or gardening. (Which fair, why's there so many rocks in your dojo?!) and then puts out his cigar in one of the bonsai, which booo bad grandpa, booo don't hurt the plants.

Regards to Mr. Miyagi. What are you going to do Kreese, murder Daniel? Like what does that even mean?????

He's not going to let Johnny lose this time, and thanks for taking our weakest soldiers. Bud. This is not the route Johnny wanted to go. And other than to scare Daniel why were you here? He had no idea that Daniel would be there that early let alone that day at all. Was he hoping to catch Robby?

Yasmine is in France and Moon is no longer hanging out with Aisha and Tory because she broke up with Hawk so now she's back to hanging out with Sam. Moon: Hemp oil is supposed to balance your kinetic energy don't know if it'll get you high though. (Please have her make one of these for everyone else lol)

Moon looks so at home that I didn't realize this is Sam's room. They moved some of her stuff around like her bed.

Miguel tells Johnny he's sorry about his loss. Which means everyone in the dojo and Kreese surely must know that Tommy has passed. Yet Miguel's the only one to talk to him. Johnny went to the funeral before coming back.

Kreese didn't just subtly move things around, because Johnny instantly does a double take upon seeing his desk before he even clocks that Kreese hung up a photo of himself on the wall.

Kreese uses paying bills and doing invoices as an excuse for reorganizing.

I guess Kreese is also a two time champ. Think Silver is too? Kreese also says a buddy of his took that photo. Do you think it's Silver or one of the friends that passed away?

I suppose neither Kreese nor Johnny communicated on their plans for the day. Which is interesting because Johnny must've communicated with someone to say he was going to a funeral and yet he doesn't know the kids are going to the woods and not training in their gi's. Which Kreese shouldn't have permission to take them on a field trip.

They're going to Coyote Creek. Ummm so I've been mapping how far these places they're going are. And I think this is the first, Kreese I hope you got permission slips from tehse kids parents because this is the winner for distance outside of wherever Robby was taken. Coyote Creek is apparently near San Jose and thus nearly 5 and 1/2 hour drive away.

Johnny: I'm not sure they're ready for that.

You think? It's such a long way away. What did they do during that road trip huh? Are there Cobra Kai camp road songs?

Kreese put Johnny in a rough spot there. Told the kids they were going to go do something, got them all excited, but then when Johnny came back made it seem like it was his decision, but of course it'd disappoint all the kids if they don't go. It makes it seem like Johnny's still in charge but instead he's being pressured into doing something he didn't plan to do right after the death of a friend and when he's less likely to fight.

This is my favorite. Demetri and Sam annoying sibling behavior. Which is hilarious because they're not truly that close other than being the og 3 miyagi-do, and even then Demetri's still arguably new.

I think I'm always focused on Demtri's actions that I always missed that she wipes her shoulder off back on his shirt.

We're also missing some students. So either he got some new ones, or some of the actors couldn't make it to this episode.

What's interesting is he says he decided to flip the script Hawk style, but he wasn't there for the speech Johnny gave while Eli was there, and there's know way Kreese repeated it. Kreese could care less.

Okay the student I was looking for and couldn't find was one of the red-headed kids. I remembered each dojo got one.

Do you think Miyagi's house had AC? Probably one of the many advantages to the Cobra Kai dojo is AC. Though I will say very proud of Daniel for doing this out front in the dirt rather than with all the rocks/ where there's no space, though mats again would be better

We're being shown what happened while Johnny was out. Tory and Miguel cat and mouse it with the other student from the other team and are reveling in it, not to mention Tory kicks him and sends him spinning after she's already gotten the head band.

This was probably smart for Kreese. Because the kids are out in the woods without Johnny able to see what they're doing, so he hasn't clocked that his some mercy progress got yanked back into Kreese's no mercy, destroy your enemies and finish it mindset. Instead he's lured into a sense of still in charge and that everything is the way he left it when it's like his office, not how he left it.

Except of course Johnny did witness it. Which is probably horrifying to have realized that if he hadn't witnessed it and just hung out with Kreese he wouldn't have known and that Kreese has relit the fire he'd been trying to put out.

Daniel and Miyagi do swapped from hot training to Kangeiko. Which again, this might not be the smartest. He should've had water and stuff for the kids when out in that heat and in the freezer... some safety precautions I hope are also being taken. Also who does he know that is like oh hey sure Daniel if you want to be in our freezer with a bunch of teens to teach karate sure thing, we're not worried about our meat/food.

Hanging up on Anoush was not good. Ah, their lunch to apologize and help Anoush stay is sandwiches and sides. i was expecting Amanda to spring for something a bit more interesting, but I guess she was expecting to make that choice with Daniel and he forgot.

yeah Hawk, that's not how medal of honors work and you probably shouldn't be wearing it as some trophy.

Amanda has called 5 times. Daniel, this was super important. Like surely you could've scheduled teaching these kids at specific times that didn't conflict with all your other responsibilities.

You would also think that it would be one of the bonus's of eventually merging dojo's. If Johnny works with Daniel, well teaching karate is his full time job, which would theoretically let Daniel return work for most training and allow him to do night or weekend training with Johnny. You'd think that if Daniel mentioned to Amanda they'd merge dojo's she'd be thrilled for that exact reason.

It's also funny because the cobras being out in nature is very Miyagi-do and the Miyagi-do's learning to fight in a meat locker is very Cobra Kai (or at least very Johnny)

Johnny returning to base camp to tell all his kids that they did well and comfort them during their losses. I can't. It's too sweet. He's trying to soften whatever Kreese has been up to.

I do appreciate that despite all of Kreese's work to try and mold them into his version of Cobra Kai while Johnny was out that Miguel still holds fast that trashing Miyagi-do and stealing the medal of honor was not cool.

Eli thinking it's about Sam is really telling of where his mindset is. Like he's fully in John Kreese's version of Cobra Kai. If only Johnny had caught it. Like he was able to catch Miguel and I think to an extent Aisha, but a lot of the other students his attentions kind of split on. And when you have that many students you're not going to catch it. But it would've been nice if he had, and had a heart to heart with Eli.

What I'm learning is I really like Miguel's jackets/hoodies.

They are so pissed at each other and taking that no mercy stuff to the extreme.

The wince when Miguel goes straight into the tree with his back, it's like a preview of what's to come.

This was supposed to be fun. Look what you've done to them Kreese. Johnny's going to be so upset.

I feel like this put a rift in their friendship, which sucks for Hawk because he's already taken an axe to his oldest friendship with Demetri and it knocked Moon out of his life too. He's like on a speedrun to ruining his life in a way Johnny knows super well and you'd think he'd be great at talking about it with him but only Miguel gets one on ones.

Though the finish him with the kick to the face and the way Johnny rushes forward but realizes he's too far away and too late...

Looks like your champ is developing a killer instinct...ugh Kreese...ugh.

Miguel looks like he rushed there. Which again, if Coyote creek is like nearly 6 hours away and he got to the LaRusso's house faster than Daniel got to North Hollywood from wherever he was training...what were you doing Daniel?

It's good on Miguel to return the medal of honor, but did he tell Johnny? Or does Johnny just think that's on his list of screw ups with Daniel? Like somewhere one of his kids stole the medal of honor and he still hasn't found it?

Robby makes a decision here....a pretty intense one.

That's an interesting lighter, you flip open the lid and then still have to click it (safety) and then Kreese spins it around the cigar a few times before holding it the traditional way.

He looks to comfortable in Johnny's chair and office. He made himself right at home.

This is like one of the times where Johnny digs his heels in and stands up for the kids and his plans for teaching them. And he communicates it all rather well. He's speaking softly, he's not yelling or mad, he's just like what you've been teaching this isn't something that works.

He still wants cobra kai to be badass, but he wants honor to be a part of it. Which feels like a very chozen thing.

Johnny was truly hoping to get through that whole conversation without Kreese pulling war into it. He acts like he's heard it a thousand times, which he probably has.

Kreese claiming Johnny's his responsibility is just wild. You haven't seen the guy in 30 or so years.

I am proud of Johnny for catching himself, he realizes he's getting sucked into arguing with Kreese, into a fight and then realizes he doesn't have to fight him, doesn't want to, and can instead just kick him out.

If only it had worked. Kreese also left his photo on the wall, should've sent that out with him.

2. Favorite canon thing about this character?

She doesn't give up on her friends, even when everyone else thinks they're lost causes. Ex: Robby. She also has a strong moral compass and sticks to it!

5. What's the first song that comes to mind when you think about them?

"all-american bitch” is so her…in particular “I’m grateful all the (fucking) time” and “I’m pretty when I cry” like!! The double-standards!! Feeling like she has to be perfect and feeling so inadequate when she’s anything less!! And it calls back to “it’s different when you’re a girl. People don’t think you’re cool or tough…they think you’re crazy.” I’ve always felt like part of her jealousy toward Tory isn’t just “you stole my best friend” but also “you’re so much cooler than me, I want to be you”!!

(And also the love corner/“triangle” bs but I ignore that as much as possible tbh)

“lacy” also reminds me of Sam, in that it’s for sure what Tory thinks when she looks at Sam. “Sweet as puff pastry,” “aren’t you the greatest thing to ever exist”

Mocking her kindness (especially to prop up Tory…I love both, but we don’t need to put one down to uplift the other) and diminishing/making fun of her PTSD

21. If you're a fic writer and have written for this character, what's your favorite thing to do when you're writing for this character? What's something you don't like?

Sam is so badass and fearless, and I love showing that whenever I can! But at the same time, she’s fiercely kind and defensive of her friends—depicting both whenever I write her is important to me

I don’t particularly like writing her being friends with Yasmine (and being complicit in Aisha’s bullying), but…it’s canon, and imo it does contribute to her character arc—we’ve all made a mistake as teenagers, and Sam’s was not being brave enough to stand up to Yasmine because she feared she might lose Yasmine and Moon as friends. And as more time went on, it got harder, because she had less and less guarantee that she’d still have Aisha, Demetri, and Eli* even if she left. That doesn’t make it okay ofc, which is why I don’t particularly like writing it, but it’s important, so I do! Plus, she does apologize in s1, and though it understandably takes some time, Aisha does forgive her.

*Demetri and Eli being her childhood friends in addition to Aisha is my headcanon, not canon. Mostly because I think it adds depth to their friendships within the canon of the show

- SYNOPSIS ᥫ᭡.

Daniella LaRusso had always lived in the shadow of her twin sister, Samantha. Sam was the golden child—perfect, confident, and adored by everyone. On the surface, Daniella seemed to have it all too. She was talented, smart, and beautiful, but underneath, she felt like the one who never truly belonged. She was the girl who always had to pick up the broken pieces of everyone else's lives, but never felt like she was truly seen. But when Daniella found herself drawn to Yasmine and Moon, the popular girls at school, she distanced herself from Eli and Demetri without a second thought. She and Sam joined their new friends and quickly became part of the in-crowd. It was everything she thought she wanted. But as the days passed, Daniella couldn't shake the guilt. She felt like a terrible person for abandoning the only real friends she ever had.

Her biggest regret, though, was Eli. She had always secretly had a crush on him, but now it seemed like there was no way to turn back. She'd burned that bridge, and it hurt more than anything she cared to admit. Just when Daniella thought things couldn't get any more complicated, a new kid showed up in the Valley—someone who would turn her world upside down.

Then Cobra Kai made its return to the Valley, and everything Daniella thought she understood about herself, her friends, and her life was thrown into chaos.

“Why do they have to do this almost every lunch period…” Reader mumbled out as she watched the two boys. She was hidden away in a far corner of the lunch room. Luckily she was sitting with some of her friends, Moon Yasmine and Sam. Sam was usually sitting with the slightly taller nerd but today she was done with dealing with the boy's petty arguments. Demetri could fight his own battles today in the eyes.

Sam rolled her eyes saying “You should know by now that this is just how they deal with each other. If Hawk would drop that lame ass ego and attitude maybe it would stop. The constant picking at Demetri is getting so boring.” Moon nodded at her statement. Yasmine picked at her food as she watched them go at it.

“I’m not doing that lame ass shit for the project! You do it and leave me out of it! Just give me the fucking A+ so I can be done with dealing with you.”

“Don’t don’t act like that Eli! It’s not like I want to be dealing with your crap attitude but we are partners for this assignment! You have to at least try and chip in.”

The two boys spat back and forth over the lunch table. Everyone near them had taken the chance to back off and away from them. Clearly unknown weather they where in the splash zone of a possible fight. Knowing the mohawk haired boy it was a good possibility. Hawk was known to swing first and take a punishment later for his actions.

Reader felt herself start to boil a little from watching the scene in front of her. Growing tired of their fighting. It was Hawk who always seemed to start the petty arguments in the first place. Reader huffed as she stood up, shaking the old table as she did.

The girls looked up at her in a bit of worry, the frown on her face evident. Sam was quick to try and pull the girl down by the bottom of her shirt. Moon did the same and tried to usher the girl back down.

“Reader please don’t go over there-“

“Their not going to stop until someone actually goes over there and says something! I can’t just let Hawk keep borderline bullying poor Demetri like that. It’s just not right!”

Reader huffed and left her seat, she smoothed out her shirt and fixed her tiny skirt. The clanking of her wedges filled the room as she strutted over to the boys. Her body jiggling just a bit as she walked in a hurry over to them. Their face twisted in an angry frown as she got closer to them.

Demetri was the first to see her coming their way. He stopped in his tracks as he shut his mouth tight. His eyes everted from both Hawk and the chubby girl as she made her way closer to their table.

He wished that she would just stop in her tracks and just turn back around and go back to her table. Hoping she wouldn’t try and get into what ever mess Hawk was trying to make out of a stupid class project. Hawk smirked as Demetri shut up for once. Quick to believe he had won this round.

It was only when he felt a tap on his shoulder did he roll his eyes and turn around. His eyes meet Reader’s, her stance was hard and acted as she looked up at him with an angry expression.

He couldn’t stop himself from looking her over.

He would never deny the fact that the girl was hot, she was a bit dim lit at time but that only made her more attractive. Her slightly dumb nature made her that much cuter in his eyes. She was basically like a chubby little puppy at times. The way she acted around her friends was sweet and kind with a bit of stupid mixed in.

Smirking down at her he said “Sup Reader what brings you all the way over here?  Abandoning your little friends to come over here and see me?~” his voice was laced with sarcasm which made Demetri almost gag.

“No I came over here to tell you to stop being such a jerk to Demetri!”

“Awe you want me to stop messing with the fucking whinny ass nerd? Uh no thanks, and he can fight his own little battles. He just fucking sucks at it because he’s a pussy.” Hawk laughed.

Reader gritted her teeth “I’m asking you very nicely to stop messing with him!” She stomped her foot out of frustration. Clenching her fists by her side, her eyes throwing daggers at him. Hawk scratched the tip of his nose as he crossed his arms.

He chuckled before saying “ Ok say I stop messing with him. What do I get for it?” Reader blinked a few times out of shock. She chewed at her lip as she tried to think of something.

“Well I don’t know-“

“How about a kiss?” Hawk grinned at her clearly flustered expression.

Demetri all but jumped over the table when he blurted out “Reader don’t do it! It’s just a really messed up trick-“

“Ok, if you promise to stop bullying Demetri then I’ll let you kiss me.”

“Ok bet, I’ll stop bullying the ner- I mean Demetri.” He uncrossed his arms as he stared down at her.

She played with her fingers as she waited for him to do something. Demetri went pale as he watched Hawk take advantage of the situation and move closer to the girl.

A split second later Hawk was pulling the girl into his chest and kissing her. Reader didn’t know what to say or do as the boy slowly worked her into the kiss. It wasn’t too rough but it wasn’t gentle it was right in the middle.

It made her eyes flutter close after a moment or two. She thought he would only want a quick kiss, not a full make-out session. His lips were warm and slightly rough against hers.

She expected him to be forceful and hard but he was surprising soft and gentle. His lips moved in a nice rhythm against hers, his tongue gently swiped over her bottom lip asking for entrance. She let out a small moan. Her hands gripped at the back of his shirt as she let him in.

Their tongues meeting in the middle, Reader tried her best to keep up with him. She whimpered out which he swallowed up as he kissed her a bit harder.

It felt like forever before the two where harshly separated by the need to breath. They quickly parted, sucking in much needed air. Reader’s poor lips where already glossy and swollen. Hawk groaned a little as he watched her pant out. Her tits rose and fell in her tight little shirt. His eyes didn’t dare to look away from her.

“D-deals a deal right?”

“You got it babe. What ever you want girl.”

So fucking true, people WOULD give Demetri a hard time about how some weird dweeb managed to bag the hottest guy in school (sorry but he IS), and Demetri would be extremely offended that everyone keeps telling him Miguel's out of his league. (He knows they're right, of course, he just doesn't need the constant insecurity that Miguel could drop he ass for someone hotter at any moment.) “you could take her to get tattoos,” hawk suggested, causing you, aisha, and miguel to look at him like he was crazy. “my boy rico hooked me up with this bad boy,” he continued. hawk proceeds to take off his gi and show the three of you his tattoo. “badass,” aisha commented, and you nodded in agreement. “fourteen hours in the chair, totally worth it though,” hawk explains, looking at himself in the mirror.  “do your parents know?” miguel asked him and he shook his head no. “they’re gonna know,” you commented. hawk just gave you a questioning look. “they’re gonna know,” you repeated. “how would they know?” he asked. “because it’s a giant fucking hawk tattoo on your back, and i’m gonna tell your mom,” you respond, smiling sweetly at him. “please don’t,” hawk begged, sitting back down to stretch.

“so that’s why i broke up with hawk,” moon finished telling you why she broke up with hawk. “fair enough,” you said, nodding your head slightly. “that’s all you have to say?” moon asked, a hint of anger in her voice. “i’m a little lost but fair enough,” you answered her question by repeating your previous statement. “how are you a little lost? i literally just explained everything to you!” moon shouted. you rolled your eyes. “moon, you broke up with hawk for being a bully, when you used to stand by and let yasmine bully him,” you said gently. moon’s eyes widened at your statement. “besides he just got a tattoo for you. that would be enough to keep me from leaving,” you added as moon laughed at your words.

“hey tory!” you shouted, waving to the blonde girl. “hey y/n what's up?” she asked as you jogged over to her. “who’s daisy?” you asked. tory’s eyebrows furrowed at your words. “daisy? i don’t know a daisy,” she mumbled, confusion plastered all over her face. you frowned at her words. “then who’s this girl that keeps texting me? she said that you hooked up?” you questioned tory. “what? i swear i don’t know a daisy!” tory defended. “you sure?” you asked, raising your eyebrow at her. “yes!” she shouted back. “daisy me rollin!” you replied, walking forward doing a dice roll. tory glared at you, while you just burst into a fit of laughter.

hawk was currently beating up brucks, who had decided to join cobra kai, and make fun of his scar in the process. you were standing next to tory and doug watching the two of them fight. “you can do it! you can do it! you can do it! you can do this! you can do this! you can do this!” you cheered from your spot, looking at hawk. hawk looked over towards you rolling his eyes. “shut the fuck up!” he yelled, punching brucks in the nose. “i’m just encouraging you!” you shouted back, gesturing to the fight. “no!” he replied, continuing to beat the shit out of the boy.

“you fuckers! you fuckers! you motherfuckers! i will rain hellfire upon you!” you shouted, walking towards sam, demetri, hawk, and miguel. the four of them just looked around, not knowing what you were talking about. you punched miguel’s shoulder. “how dare you not call me the second that fight broke out!” you shouted. “y/n-” sam started, but you pointed at hawk. “and you! why wouldn’t you tell me what tory was planning!! especially since you know how badly i’ve been dying to fight those assholes!” you continued. “y/n it’s fine. we took care of them. and you can’t fight them until the all valley next year,” demetri said calmly, walking you towards your first class of the day.

“okay y/n name something that you might like to have two of on your bed,” demetri said, looking at the family feud card. you, demetri, hawk, sam, and miguel were all playing family feud. “karate boys demetri,” you answered confidently, and rather quickly. “what?” sam asked, a confused look on her face. “i mean look at them!” you said, pointing at miguel and hawk who were sitting on the other side of the table. “tell me you wouldn’t want to come home and find the two of them on your bed?” you continued, looking at sam. “no i would,” she whispered and you nodded, mumbling out an “exactly”. “okay well that’s not on the board. that’s also your third strike. miguel,” demetri said, continuing the game.

“hey sam, how old is your dad?” you asked, opening the door to her bedroom, carrying a plate of food. “what?” she asked, appalled. “no, not like that! well it is, it is like that,” you explained. “how old is he?” you asked again. “why do you care?” sam asked. “because i came in the house and he was like ‘you want to eat?’ so i said, ‘eat what?’” you continued. sam scoffed. “first of all put my plate down, and stop hitting on my dad!” she yelled, grabbing the plate from your hands. “ugh fine!” you sighed, closing the door to her room behind you as you entered. “he is really hot though,” you mumbled, quickly dodging the pillow that sam threw at you.

“i would never let a man spit in my mouth,” you said to tory. “i would,” tory answered confidently. you gagged at her words. “i don’t know why y’all keep saying, ‘oh spit in my mouth!’ that’s fucking nasty!” you shouted looking at tory. “alright y/n whatever you say,” tory replied, shrugging her shoulders. “hey guys!” robby greeted, walking up to you and tory. he was wearing a black denim jacket and his hair was looking on point. “hey robby!” tory greeted, but you were too busy standing there, looking at robby, with your mouth agape. “hey tory,” you whispered. “mhm,” she replied. “forget everything that i just said. i would totally let him spit in my mouth,” you whispered back, subtly gesturing to robby.

you and tory pulled up to hawk’s house, and you beep your horn loudly. hawk came out of his house, and you rolled down tory’s window, shouting, “get in loser we’re going shopping!” tory laughed at your words as hawk flipped you off before climbing into the backseat. together the three of you drove to the mall where you were in fact going to do some shopping.

I hate that the developing friendships in seasons 1 and 2 don’t get enough attention

So Aisha probably got bullied a lot less after she joined CK right? Started standing up for herself and people realized they couldn’t fuck with her the same way anymore.

A lot like Hawk, however, things from her past really fucked her up. 

First time they bumped into some assholes from school the summer after the All Valley tournament, some kid snorts at her and she wants to fight back but she can’t help and feel small again, you know? Just the overweight chick who got made fun of for eating chips at a fucking dance.

Hawk punches the kid right in the nose and suddenly none of his friends are laughing.

Like he didn’t even hesitate. No warning. Just walked up and boom.

The dude’s friends look at Miguel, the kind-of-obvious leader of the group, expecting him to do something about his crazy ass friend

“What, you want me to hit you too?” 

IDC I think Hawk, although he refuses show it, is super fucking protective of Aisha when people try to give her shit. (Bert too)

Miguel is too, but he doesn’t want to start fights in public. Hawk does not give a shit.

Tory was going to transfer into West Valley High the upcoming year, so she didn’t know about any of the Cobra’s school lives

She did not expect Aisha, who took no ones shit, to get bullied

So when Hawk rightfully decked the asshole who thought it was a good idea to make fun of Aisha

Tory knew these people were her home

Which is why it hurt so much when Hawk left

When he broke Demetri’s arm, she took it as a sign of choosing them. He chose her and their broken, angry little family

And then he went crawling back to Demetri

Holy shit she probably hated Demetri for a while

Anyway, Tory didn’t show it but Aisha leaving really fucked her up

And when Aisha’s parent’s caught them video chatting after she moved to Santa Barbara, they grounded her

Tory cried that night, but she understood why she had to let her go. She was bad and she deserved to be alone.

People always talk about Demetri and Sam but what about Demetri and Robby??? THE WAY ROBBY WAS WILLING TO FACE A TON OF CK’S AT MOONS PARTY EVEN THOUGH DEMETRI WAS 100% IN THE WRONG???

 Robby fucking despises Hawk, mostly because the kid dislocated his fucking shoulder and literally cost him the championship

BUT ALSO because he can’t imagine anyone wanting to hurt Demetri 

Like yes, Demetri can be horribly annoying

But he’s also just a big nerd with a big mouth who needs to be taken care of like a child

Demetri’s broken arm was definitely on his mind when he cut Eli’s hair

Because why did Hawk get forgiven for all of his shit while Robby was a social pariah?

At least kicking Miguel off of the second floor was an accident.

Eli actually went out of his way to break Demetri’s arm

Eli wanted to hurt all of the people that he hurt

Anyway, Demetri is the reason that Robby knows anything about comics

He called it lame, but he loved listening to Demetri talk about all of the intricate stories and how the authors tied the horrors of reality into fiction

Guardians of the Galaxy? His favorite. Found family! In desperate search of a dad who just ends up disappointing you? How... peculiar.

As horrible as he feels about it, Demetri missed Robby after he ran away

They were friends! He knew Robby was a good person, but he also knew that he couldn’t express that out loud.

He loved Miguel too, and he was still hurting that Robby did what he did

I am trying to write from their perspectives I am in no way saying that almost killing Miguel is on the same level as breaking Demetri’s arm. 

Moon has a thing for confidence that wears big, loud hair.

She falls for what’s beneath the loudness ofc, but it’s the peacocking that catches her eye

Yasmine would rather die than admit it, but she likes tall scrawny guys

You know, the kind of guy that she can bully but he’d still be completely infatuated and never intimidating

People expect her to like these big tough guys, but they scare her

Once her and Moon saw this giant dude with raven black hair standing in line at a Cinnabon and she made Moon walk around with her to see if his face was cute
