Had a dream where I accidentally went into the men's bathroom but nobody in there even looked twice at me bc I was presenting masc for some reason and. I liked it. I liked people assuming I was a guy.
I've never felt that way irl, and I quite like being a woman, so this is very odd. Maybe it's a sign a should try out a more masculine style?
#also I'm pretty sure this has something to do with the new dnd game I've been binging#specifically bc one of the characters is actually two characters#one who had the body originally (and is incredibly sweet actually I love him)#and one who is the spirit of a sorcerer who somehow ended up in his body after she was burned for witchcraft (she's a badass)#and they basically switch off every time the other falls asleep or gets knocked out#and the body I was in in the dream looked at lot like this character#so#yeah#thereallyreallylatebird#dreams

Love Troops Suitable For JJK Men Part 1.
a/n: who should I write next?
part 2
gojo Satoru:
Enemies to Lovers.
Being the two strongest sorcerers always leads to heated arguments. Bickering over and over again over the slightest things and getting over the higher-ups nerves.
“Your techniques are rustle and old fashioned y/n you sure you can win?”
“Shut up Satoru or I'll beat your ass”
“Come one stop being a weakling, wait are you cryin?”
Secretly admires your techniques and strength.
But during a rough mission, you ended up getting badly injured and it revealed his true feelings towards you.
“y/n are you okay? Does it hurt? I'll take care of you I promise.. slowly..yeah lean on me princess”.
Toji Fushiguro:
Arranged Marriage.
You'd be set up to marry this man. You had feelings for him from the beginning but he didn't reciprocate. It was more like a deal to strengthen the relations between the two clans. He would ignore you, and tell you that he'll never love you, or consider you as a wife.
“Not because we're married means that you can start acting like my wife. I don't love you and I'll never will”
“Know your limits and don't come near me or get into my business y/n”.
You were too heartbroken, and you had to move on. so you started going out with someone else in order to forget Toji. And here you light up the flame of jealousy in him making him realize how much he wants you for himself only.
“Whos that?”
“None of your business Toji”
“Oh it is my business, I'm your fucking husband y/n”
“Oh I thought we had a deal and you know it's not a real marriage after all”
“from now on, it will be... you're mine”.
Megumi Fushiguro:
Opposites Attract
His calm demeanor met your lively spirit. You brought laugher and spontaneity and he brought quiet and peace. Like the moon and the sun.You were too expressive but he was always silent. He found your whole personality annoying at first, he wants to enjoy the tranquility but you've always had to interrupt it somehow.
“Can you lower your voice? it's annoying me!!”.
“Ugh you talk too much y/n, I can't focus”.
It was always that way untill you chose to go mute and never bother him again. Being an observer, he would notice your unusual quietness. He would miss the way you talk with passion about things you love or even stupid things. He would miss the way you try to annoy him for fun. He would miss your loud sweet laugh.
“Hey y/n, is everything okay? you'be been quiet for too long”
“mm”
“come on don't ignore me, I m-miss your l-laugh”.

My work amount has finally lessened, so here I am.
Imagine being MILF/DILF and the different sorcerers and curses are obsessed with you.
Aged up characters, reader is in their 40s, because when I say milf/dilf, I mean it.
This is more of an introduction, let me know if you want something more about a specific character.
Imagine living in a small house you got for cheap, and on accident near the Jujutsu campus. You aren't a curse user, but you respect the spirits because you grew up with a superstitious parent or grandparent. And because you're hot and have a nice personality, the curses tend to leave you alone.
Maybe they just end up hanging around your place, because who wouldn't wanna stick around to watch a hot milf/dilf walking around in nothing but a pair of shorts and a too tight t-shirt.
After moving into your home, cursed energy started getting concentrated around your home, much to the worry of the sorcerers at the campus. They might assume you are an illegal curse user or somehow summoning curses. Imagine their surprise when Gojo and Nanami pull up to see curses clustered around the window, being peeping toms.
The curses are easy to get rid of, as it's nothing too extreme. Gojo being Gojo would want to see what they were so distracted by, and he almost ends up pulling his blindfold up to get a good look, because there you are. Walking around your home in a pair of way too small shorts and what was probably once a band t-shirt. It's so washed out that the print is gone, and the fabric is way too thin.
Nanami would grumble and be annoyed about Gojo being a creep, until he meets you too one day when you are bringing groceries in. Being the gentleman he is, he helps you carry it all inside, and he can't explain why he gets so red afterwards after you squeezed his bicep and complimented his muscles.
You don't really understand why these two handsome younger men, because they are much younger than you, keep hanging around your place. In your own eyes you don't think you are too attractive, if at all, maybe you're divorced, or you lost your last spouse somehow. Your kids are all grown up and out doing their own thing. You aren't as fit as you once were, having kids does that to a person.
If you're a dilf, maybe you have the blessed dad strength and dad bod, maybe you've worked a physically taxing job for most of your life, so now your body is worn down enough that you have to do something else. The muscle still lays there though, under the layer of chub on top.
If you're a milf, you would have given birth to your kids once upon a time, and the baby weight never truly went away. The stretch marks and other signs of age are one of the things you feel insecure about, but little do you know, it only makes you more attractive in the eyes of your admirers.
That is to say, in your own eyes, you aren't a catch. So you don't understand why Nanami shows up on your specified shopping days or gardening days, or why Gojo shows up almost begging for your attention. You end up just assuming they are being nice, and since your kids don't visit you much anymore, you let them(mainly Gojo) invade your home.
Imagine meeting their students, most likely a result of Gojo dragging them along. They're younger than your own kids, so you can't help but find yourself caring about them. When Yuji starts stuttering and sputtering when you hug him, or when Megumi goes bright red when you place a hand on his forehead to check it he has a cold, you fear you may have overstepped your boundaries.
In reality it's because when you hug Yuji, your breasts/pecs press up against him, especially if you are somehow taller than him and he ends up with his face in-between your chest. For Megumi it's because when you lean down, the collar of your shirt has a tendency of sliding down, showing off more cleavage than you realize.
When Todo gets dragged along you assume he's just another friendly young man, as he's going out of his way to be so helpful. You don't notice the way the other students glare when Todo shows you how to stretch your shoulders and legs because your muscles have been acting up.
If it's when Yuji still had Sukuna sealed inside him, poor Yuji won't hear the end of it. Sukuna would be saying the most lewd things about you, claiming you are teasing them on purpose with the clothes you wear or how you act. Yuji's had to grip his own wrist when Sukun tried to take over to grope you when you were bent over grabbing something.
If you end up meeting Choso, you immediately find yourself caring for him. He barely has to be introduced before you pull him inside, place him on your couch, wrap him in a blanket and bring him snacks. He just looks so sad and like he needs to be loved on. He wouldn't completely understand the deep attraction he has for you in the beginning, and it's only after he gets help from others that he understands. They all just sigh and pat him on the back all "welcome to the club brother"
I could go on, but this is already long.

Coke in the Midas Touch
UPDATED: 10/1/24
This is my first ever attempt at writing for the JJK fandom, specifically for my favorite 7:3 ratio sorcerer, Nanami. So, I hope I did the character justice. (This is also my first attempt at writing smut after having many years of reading it, so please be nice).
Summary description: Nanami Kento, after having left the Jujutsu society in exchange for a normal job as a salaryman, encounters the new hire at work who slowly becomes the object of his affections the more that she becomes the office scapegoat; Villain!Nanami.
Disclaimer: Please keep in mind that I am not Japanese, nor am I an expert in Japanese work culture. So, if there are some things wrong, or inaccurately portrayed, I do apologize.
Content warning: use of Y/N, reader insert is afab and referred to as such, sexual themes, sex between characters, violence between characters, adults being overgrown children and should behave better at their grown ages but they don't, toxic work culture, pawa-hara culture.
WC: 12.7 K (it's a novel, I'm sorry)
Minors Do Not Interact
When Nanami Kento first laid eyes on her, he thought that she was unassuming.
On her very first day of work, he remembers that she was stood at the front of the office with the associate manager of the sales department, making the standard introduction of any new hire.
“Hello! It’s a pleasure to meet you all! My name is Y/N! I will try to do my best! Please take care of me!” Which was then followed by a full 45 degree bow at the waist.
He noted that her eyes were bright and filled with some semblance of hope. Nanami also cynically wondered how quick it would be for the corporate overlords, demanding deadlines, and lack of work-life balance to crush her spirit.
He had only been at this company for the past two, almost three, years, but he was already jaded to begin with.
She was assigned to be under his supervision for the training period, which Nanami found to be somewhat irritating. It wasn’t anything against her, he just knew that he wasn’t exactly the nicest person in the office, nor did he have the patience to deal with new hires. Somehow, they always ended up under his direct supervision for training purposes. Maybe it was his superior’s way of tormenting him given the fact that he refused to engage in the locker room talk that the male employees would have about the female staff or that he didn’t partake in the after work get-togethers at the local bars where they would all drink themselves silly. Or maybe it was his superior's way of letting him know that he was doing a “great job” by giving him more tasks, because they knew that they could count on Nanami to do proper work.
Nanami would like to think that it was the latter. However, he knew better than that.
“Your desk is located over here, by Nanami-san. He’ll be the one that will assist you with your orientation period.” She’s led over by the associate manager to the empty desk that sits beside Nanami. “If you have any questions, refer to him. He’s been at the company for the past several years and has done a fine job of it.”
Nanami gets up from his desk to greet them as they approach. “You speak too highly of me, Akiyama-buchou,” Nanami rebukes, attempting to remain humble. His eyes fall from associate manager Akiyama to the new hire. “Nanami Kento. Pleased to meet you.” He bows.
She bows, holding a box of items. “Pleased to meet you!” her voice chipper.
“Now, before I leave, do you have any questions for me?” Akiyama asks her.
She shakes her head. “No, sir.”
“Alright, well, I’ll leave you to it, then.” He promptly turns away, heading to his desk that was sectioned off in his own private office, leaving both Nanami and the new hire.
Alone. Somewhat.
Together.
She turns to face Nanami, placing the box of personal belongings on her desk, a small smile still on her face. “So…what should we get started on first?”
And thus, began a somewhat tentatively professional relationship between Nanami and the new hire. Every time she saw him first thing in the morning when the both of them were coming into the office, she would be quick to greet him with a cheerful: “Good morning, senpai!” that would be followed with vigorous waving. She always attempted to make conversation with him whenever she could, included him in small talk with other coworkers around the office, got him coffee whenever it was her turn to do the coffee runs even when he didn’t request anything or want anything in particular (and she wouldn’t allow him to pay her back for going out of her way). When the days would end, if she were to cross paths with Nanami while on they’re way out, she would give him that same vigorous wave while saying: “Have a good night, senpai! Get home safely!”
Nanami wasn’t entirely too sure if she wanted something out of him or if she was just this nice all the time. Given, however, his previous experience with seeing the worst out of humanity and in the dealings of curses and cursed energy by proxy as a jujutsu sorcerer, could one really blame him?
Then again. Would it be too terrible for him to consider that maybe, just maybe… that out of all the shitty people in this world… that there was at least one good person that existed to make up for it?
Maybe he was getting ahead of himself.
~
“Good morning, senpai!” Nanami was greeted by her in the break room while he was getting a cup of coffee from the communal coffee machine.
Nanami glances over his shoulder to look at her. “Good morning.” He keeps his responses short.
There’s a small silence that follows between the two of them, the only sounds being the steady drip of the coffee machine and the whirring of the employee communal refrigerator. For Nanami, the silence wasn’t uncomfortable. It was actually welcome.
“Nanami-senpai.”
He turns to face her, holding the cup of coffee in his hand, staring at her quizzically.
“There was talk…about wanting to go out after work for drinks, and I was wondering if-”
“No, thank you. I’m not interested.” Nanami’s response is immediate, as if he doesn’t have to think twice about it. He’s beyond accustomed to rejecting the offers to spend time with his co-workers outside of work.
The next words die in her throat as soon as she hears Nanami’s dismissal. A sinking feeling of dejection fills her chest as Nanami rejects her offer, but she’s quick to push the feelings aside, trying to not let them deter her mood.
“May I ask you something?” Nanami can sense the hesitancy in the question, almost as if she were afraid to ask it.
“Sure.”
“Forgive me if this is too forward, but why is it that you never care to partake in festivities outside of the professional setting? I mean, I’ve seen you reject offers from other colleagues around the office, higher-ups like Akiyama-buchou, and even offers from Fumiko-senpai! And she’s one of the prettiest women in the office!”
Nanami squints his eyes in confusion. Wait, how did you hear about that?”
“She talked about it one morning while she was at the copier with Aiko-senpai. I was within earshot of their conversation. She seemed pretty upset by it.”
I would have thought that she would have taken the hint by now, given the fact that this is the fourth time that she’s asked me out, and it’s my fourth time rejecting her, Nanami thought sullenly to himself. Nonetheless, he answers her question. “Listen to me, Y/N-chan, I’m not here to mix my personal life with my professional life. I’m simply here to clock in, do what’s expected of me for my role in this company, and clock out so I can earn enough money to make at least a decent living in this hellscape of a society. Nothing more, nothing less.”
She shrinks back just a tiny bit as he speaks, fearing that she may have crossed an unspoken boundary that he had set for himself. She continues with her questioning. “And… What about what the superiors think? Doesn’t their opinion of you matter in the long run of your employment here? I mean… don’t you want to move up in the ranks?”
“To be frank, I could care less about what they think. They already take up enough of my time here, they don’t need to take up anymore outside of my working hours. I hate overtime.” He turns to leave the break room, realizing how much time he’s wasted there in the breakroom, talking to her. He needs to get back to his desk.
“Nanami-senpai,” she says, almost bewildered. There was a hint of admiration behind it though. To her, he had a backbone that she could only dream of.
He pauses at the door, his hand on the knob. He glances up at her over his shoulder, a somewhat cynical glint to his eyes. “To put it lightly, Y/N-chan, there are worse things out there than upset higher-ups simply because you told them ‘no’.” His mind flashes back to seeing the bodies of his dead friends on cold metal examination tables in the morgue room of Jujutsu Tech. The wails of curses and dying humans echo in his ears as he reminisces on his times as an up and coming Jujutsu sorcerer, but he doesn’t dare falter.
She nods, her gaze landing on her hands that were intertwined together, digesting what he had to say. “I understand, senpai.”
There’s a pregnant pause before he faces the door again, his hand turning the knob on the door.
“No… no, I don’t think you do, Y/N-chan.”
He opens the door to see Fumiko outside. He gives her a small polite smile and a nod before making his way around her to get back to his desk.
Fumiko watches as he leaves, a look of longing on her face. She turns to look at Y/N and a surly look crosses her face. She enters the breakroom, heading to the coffee machine with an empty mug in her hands.
The tension in the air was thick enough that either one of them could cut it with a knife.
Fumiko didn’t say a word to her, but Y/N knew that in her heart of hearts that she’s done something terribly wrong to grossly piss one of her seniors off.
~
At first, it started off small.
Her orders were conveniently forgotten when the coffee runs or lunch runs were being made. Other office workers started to hand off their assignments to her, making her workload three times what it originally was supposed to be, making late nights a near constant for her. Anytime something went wrong in the office, to miniscule things like if if the copier ran out of ink and it wasn’t replaced as quickly as possible, to major things like if certain papers or documents weren’t delivered to another department in a timely manner, then she would be a scapegoat for the blame.
She didn’t say a word about it to anyone, however. It’s not like she was in a position to be complaining about it. She knew that if she were to say anything, then she would be called “ungrateful”, “lazy”, and that “she should be lucky that any job decided to hire her on”.
Nanami noticed fairly quickly what was going on and found himself to be disgusted by the behavior of his co-workers. This wasn’t the first time that a stunt like this was pulled on the new hires. There was an old mentality that still existed of newcomers needing to “prove themselves” or “earn their place amongst their peers”. He honestly thought that this kind of stuff would have ended the moment that he graduated from secondary school and entered into the workforce, thinking that full fledged adults would learn how to properly behave and conduct themselves in a mature manner.
Needless to say, he was dead wrong about that. Some of them get even worse with old age.
Though he's learned to separate his professional feelings from his personal feelings, it would be untruthful to say that the current behavior towards Y/N-chan didn’t bother him in the slightest.
He minded. He minded a great deal, actually.
She was good. She was kind to others. She certainly didn’t deserve this kind of treatment. Frankly, no one ever deserved that kind of treatment no matter who they were.
Nanami strolls into work bright and early one morning to find her hunched forward on her desk, completely passed out. He notes that there were papers that were scattered across the surface and that there was a pen still lodged in her hand. She must have spent the night here.
He set his stuff down on his desk before turning to her and placing a hand on her shoulder to gently rock her awake.
“Y/N-chan, you need to wake up,” he says softly.
He goes to stand behind her chair and places his other hand on her forehead to help sit her up, hoping that the motion and change in position will help stir her awake.
“Y/N-chan, Akiyama-buchou will be in shortly, you need to wake up so you don’t end up in trouble.”
There’s a solid minute that passes before Nanami hears a groggy: “Mmm… senpai?”
He lets out a chuckle before stepping back to sit at his desk. “Did you spend the night here last night?”
“Mmhmm,” she yawns as she stretches out her arms well above her head and leans up against her chair. “I had to finish up the final reports for the department quarterly review. They’re due at the end of this week.”
Nanami pauses, then his eyes narrow. “I thought that was Kakuta-san’s responsibility to take care of that,” he says, his voice a tad stern.
“Yeah, well… he asked me to do it.”
“He shouldn’t have.”
Y/N is silent for a moment before she starts to organize the papers on her desk into a more orderly fashion. The next words that come out are small and downtrodden. “It’s not like I can say no to my superiors, Nanami-senpai.”
“Kakuta-san is not your superior, he’s your co-worker. He shouldn’t be passing off his assigned work tasks onto you. Matter of fact, none of these people in this office should be passing off their assigned tasks onto you.” He had a much more choice word to use for his colleagues but he bit his tongue.
At this point, Nanami felt like he was scolding his own child rather than his junior.
You try telling them that, Y/N thought snidely to herself. She let his comments roll off her back. “Look, I’m almost finished with the report, senpai. It’s really not that big of a deal.”
His gaze is hard. “You’re sure?”
Y/N matches his demeanor, getting a little annoyed with his constant chastising. Her eyebrows slightly furrow as she sits up a tad taller, looking Nanami square in the eye. “I’m fine. You don’t need to worry about me. I can handle it,” Y/N snaps. “Now, if you’ll excuse me, I need to get back to work. I’ve already wasted enough time here.”
He watches as she busies herself with the paperwork on her desk, a sour taste remaining in his mouth, making him purse his lips together into a tight line. Nanami briskly turns away, not wanting to add further dissension to their discourse.
~
Things went from bad to worse.
On the days that she was supposed to have off, she would be called into the office to work grueling hours, usually from seven in the morning until midnight, leaving her with little to no free time. Interactions with her co-workers and her superiors became more and more hostile. The shift of blame became a near constant everytime that she was in office, the accusations becoming increased in severity, some of which would have Akiyama-buchou screaming at her in front of the entire office staff which, at times, would reduce her to tears.
The mental and emotional stress was starting to take a physical toll on Y/N. The bags underneath her eyes were becoming darker, she had no appetite to eat anything, thus making some of her clothes start to fit a little looser. Her hair was starting to slowly come out in clumps and sleepless nights were starting to become the norm.
The anxiety and fear was starting to eat her alive, and Y/N was exhausted.
Nanami was silently noticing the events unfolding before him, and found the actions of his colleagues to be reprehensible. He’s grown to care for Y/N-chan. More than he would like to admit, but somehow she’s managed to worm her way into his heart.
He tried finding little ways to combat the workplace harassment that Y/N-chan was facing. Tiny things, nothing too grand or extravagant that would draw attention.
When Y/N-chan found herself swamped with work (realistically speaking, the work of others that they, continuously, passed onto her) and unable to leave her desk, not even to take a lunch break, Nanami would stop by the vending machines, leaving extra snacks on her desk when she wasn’t paying attention to the world around her. The mornings that he would find her passed out cold on her desk from pulling an all-nighter at the office, he would visit the little coffee shop across the street and “accidentally” order two cups of coffee instead of one. Just like the vending machine snacks, he would leave the cup at the corner of Y/N-chan’s desk for her to wake up to. When she would ask him about it, noticing that they were both from the same place, he would always say the same thing to her: “They accidentally gave me two. Rather than waste the extra on me, I figured that you would need it a bit more than I do.” which was then quickly followed by a “no, you don’t need to pay me back”. The times that Y/N would find herself alone in the office during the lunch breaks that the staff would take, Nanami would stay behind at his desk beside hers and silently eat his lunch. The days that he noticed she hadn’t brought any food with her, he would offer part of his lunch. It was second nature at this point, but she would always refuse, saying that she wasn’t hungry.
Whenever Y/N felt her emotions get the better of her, she would hide in the supply closet and take a moment to try and recollect herself. As a grounding point, she would try to think that her family and friends (what little she had of them) love and care about her, and other times, she would think of the small acts of kindness that Nanami would show towards her.
She would be forever grateful for him. Even if she wouldn’t verbally say it out loud to him.
At some point, though, the tension reached a head, and Nanami couldn’t idly stand by anymore.
One afternoon, Nanami was leaving a meeting room with the other department leaders when he heard a loud cry ring out in the office, ripping him out of his reverie. He whips his head up to see Y/N barge out of the staff break room and rush past him, tears welling up in her eyes, and a large brown stain covered the front of her white blouse that she was wearing. Alarmed, he watches as she runs to the women's restroom, the door slamming behind her.
What caught his attention next was the sound of laughter that came from the break room. A sinking feeling of dread sat in his chest, before the subtle burn of anger began to ignite in his heart.
His eyes narrow as he saunters towards the breakroom, finding both Fumiko and Aiko standing there, giddy as school girls. They became deers in the headlights as soon as they saw Nanami.
He noticed that Fumiko was holding an empty mug with coffee dribbling down the side of it.
“I saw Y/N-chan run out of here. She seemed upset,” he muses. “What happened?”
The two women stare at him like gaping fish, neither one of them saying a word.
A beat of silence passes before he speaks again, his eyes locked onto them. “Something clearly happened.”
The sound of the coffee machine brewing in the corner of the room catches his attention. Nanami glances at Fumiko and Aiko from the corner of his eyes, his gaze disapproving, before walking over to the coffee machine. The smell of a freshly brewed pot assaults his senses as he approaches. He raises a hand and gently presses two fingers to the side of the pot.
It’s hot. Scalding hot, actually.
“Judging by the behavior of you two, I’m going to assume that you intentionally spilled hot coffee on Y/N-chan’s front,” Nanami muses, as if he were speaking to himself. He turns to face them, leaning up against the counter. “Am I wrong?”
Silence.
Nanami knows that neither Aiko or Fumiko don’t have to say anything to explain themselves.
He lets out a loud sigh and raises a hand to pinch at the bridge of his nose. “That’s what I thought.”
After finally getting the answers that he needed, Nanami pushes off the counter, wasting no time to grab the first-aid kit as he exits the breakroom, heading towards the women's restroom.
Y/N is sitting on the toilet, her blouse pulled open as she applies wet tissues of toilet paper to the large burn on her chest in order to find some relief from the pain.
She’s stopped crying, but now the feelings of embarrassment and shame are starting to set in.
Leaning forward to hold her head in her hands with her elbows resting on her knees, all of the emotions that Y/N has been holding in for the past several months begins to boil over and comes to the forefront of her mind. The mistreatment from her colleagues and her superiors, the sleepless nights, the constant overtime (overtime that she was not adequately paid for, by the way), the endless workloads, etc. was laid out in front of her.
Y/N never considered herself to be a downtrodden person, but having since been in this job, it was as if every single day she woke up with dread filling her chest. She tried to be a good sport about it, by trying to give herself some grace and the people that she worked with the benefit of doubt, and tried to rationalize their behaviors towards her. However, it was difficult to ignore the persistent hostility and how quick she was to be sold down the river whenever things went horribly wrong.
A lump rose in the back of her throat and tears began to well up in her eyes again. Her mind was beginning to create a snowball effect of everything that has happened ever since she started at this job. Her face crumbled, and the tears spilled over.
A knock at the door brings her out of her mental turmoil. “Y/N-chan?”
Nanami.
“I have some burn ointment for you. I know it’s not much… but I hope that it will help with the pain.”
Y/N grabs some extra toilet paper to wipe away at her face, and throws away the wet toilet paper that was stuck to her chest, before buttoning her blouse back up. She stands up and looks into the mirror, making sure that she was… somewhat presentable to her senpai.
She cracks open the door and pokes her head out to see Nanami standing there with several packets of burn ointment presented in an open palm.
“Thank you,” Y/N murmurs, reaching out to take the packets from him.
“I’ll talk to Akiyama-buchou to see if you can get the rest of the day off,” Nanami says, letting his hand fall back to his side. “You clearly need it.”
She looks up at him in worry. “N-no! That’s not-!”
“Y/N-chan. You’re injured. You’re overworked. You need rest. I assure you that the office will not burn to the ground because you’re not in. I promise.” There was a tone of finality to his words. It was clear that there was no room for argument with him as Nanami had clearly made up his mind.
A passive look forms on Y/N’s features before she nods once and disappears back into the restroom.
What follows next are tense interactions and conversations had with others around the office as Nanami forcibly returned work assignments to those that had pawned off their work to Y/N. Those that protested were quickly met with an icy glare that shut them up immediately.
The conversation with Akiyama left Nanami in a rather foul mood than he already was.
He straight up laughed in Nanami’s face when he said that Y/N would be taking the rest of the day off.
“You can’t be serious! Since when do you actually give a shit about that little brat?” he guffaws. He looks like he’s about to start crying from laughing as if he’s been told the funniest joke in his life.
Nanami doesn’t falter. His gaze is as hard as stone as he stoically answers, “The same way in which you fail to do your due diligence as a member of upper level management to ensure that the work environment that you create isn’t a hostile one. You’ve got the vindictiveness of a fourteen year old child. You’re pathetic, really.”
Akiyama’s smug look quickly fades as Nanami speaks his piece, his face turning into a shade of dark red from being flustered and embarassed.
Nanami has held in his emotions for the entirety of his professional career, but now he could give a damn. The floodgates have opened and now he’s speaking his mind.
“Now, listen here-”
“Frankly, I don’t care what you have to say. You’re the most incompetent man that I’ve ever encountered and I’ve seen a fair amount of them. The immaturity, the lack of consideration on both a professional and personal level, the harassment that you feed your employees if they don’t meet your standards by even the most minute level. It’s despicable.”
“Nanami Kento-!”
“You’ve lost my respect… though, I never really had that much respect to give you in the first place.”
The weight lifts off of his shoulders as he finishes speaking, though, the responsibility of getting you home safe and sound is still on his mind.
“I’ll be escorting her home. Don’t expect to see me the rest of the day.”
“Nanami-!”
He briskly turns away before Akiyama can say anything to him, leaving the office and letting the door slam behind him. He stops by Y/N’s desk, gathering all of her belongings and putting them in her bag that hung on the back of her chair.
“Y/N-chan? Are you ready?” Nanami asks, standing outside of the women's restroom.
“Um… I don’t think I’m really…presentable to leave the restroom…”
She poked her head out again, Nanami catching some glimpses of her white blouse with the large coffee stain on it. She looks a bit more put together, the puffiness in her face has somewhat dwindled.
Nanami pauses, before setting down both his and her items and shrugging out of his suit jacket. He gently nudges the door open a bit wider with his foot so they’re both face to face with each other as he tenderly places his suit jacket over Y/N’s shoulders, giving her a bit more coverage and allowing her to pull the sides of the jacket over the gigantic brown stain.
A blush began to creep over her cheeks as she dropped her gaze from his, suddenly feeling bashful.
“Thank you.”
The two of them left, feeling all the eyes of the office workers on them as they departed. Akiyama came barging out of his office, screaming at the top of his lungs at their backsides.
Y/N startles, going to look over her shoulder at him, but Nanami stops her by putting an arm around her shoulders, forcing her to look forward.
For the remainder of their trip back to Y/N’s apartment, he doesn’t remove his arm from around her shoulders. Nanami doesn’t know why he didn’t want to remove it from around her. Not a word is spoken between them… but for the both of them, it wasn’t uncomfortable.
They were given strange looks by onlookers on the streets of Tokyo, but the pair were somewhat comfortable in their own little world.
“You didn’t… have to do this, you know?” Y/N shyly says, risking a glance at him from the corner of her eyes. They’re now on the train, moving from the district of Shinjuku to Koto, where Y/N’s apartment was located.
“I know I didn’t,” Nanami responds, looking down to meet her gaze. “I wanted to.”
After some time, they eventually reach their desired train station in Koto. From there on, it’s a twenty minute walk to the apartment.
“Will you come inside? I feel like I should make you a cup of tea or something…” Y/N says, shrugging off Nanami’s suit jacket to give back to him as they stand in front of the entrance to Y/N’s apartment.
“That’s not necessary, Y/N-chan-”
“Please? It’s the least I can do. Especially after everything that you’ve done for me.”
He ponders on it, before giving her a single nod with a small smile starting to grace his features. “If you insist, I suppose it wouldn’t do any harm. A cup of tea made by you sounds lovely.”
She gives him a wide smile as she fishes into her purse to find her keys to let them into the apartment.
It was tiny, but that was to be expected. Slightly messy with various items strewn around the den and the kitchen areas, but nothing too egregious that Nanami couldn’t overlook.
“I’ll put the kettle on if you’d like to have a seat. I’ll just be a moment,” Y/N says as she shuffles out of her high heels in the entryway. Trying to be sly, she immediately picks up the discarded clothes so that Nanami wouldn’t notice as she retreats into her bedroom so she can change out of the stained blouse and into a clean shirt. In a quick glance in a mirror that she has in her bedroom, she sees a rather large, angry red patch mark her chest where the coffee branded her.
A flash of humiliation strikes through her core, but Y/N does her best to not dwell on it. Even if her chest is still throbbing from her injury, regardless of the ointment that Nanami was so kind to give to her.
Nanami silently makes his way to the den and sits at the kotatsu table in the center of the room, letting the futon cover his lap, waiting patiently for Y/N to exit her room.
She comes out of the bedroom, changed into a fresh set of casual clothes, and wastes no time getting started on the tea that she promised Nanami.
“I hope you don’t mind my appearance,” Y/N calls out, glancing over her shoulder to look at him. “I don’t think I could stand to be in that stained blouse another minute.”
“Please don’t think I’m offended, Y/N-chan, I’m a guest in your home. I’d rather you be comfortable.”
Y/N gives him a toothy smile as she fills up the electric kettle with water.
“I have sencha tea. Is that okay with you?”
A singular nod. “Yes, that sounds lovely.”
To Y/N, it felt strange to have her senpai in her home, sitting at her little kotatsu table that he seemed rather too large for. She stole a look at him while he wasn’t paying attention and fought back a giggle, thinking of him as a bull in a china shop in her microscopic apartment.
From the corner of his eye, Nanami noticed a pile of vinyl records leaned up against a record player.
“Do you listen to vinyl, Y/N-chan?”
“I do, actually. I enjoy collecting records whenever I can.”
“Any particular genre?”
“Hmm…my father was always big on music from the 50’s and the 60’s. I remember listening to a lot of cassette tapes and vinyls from those eras. He said that there was a certain romantic aspect that just couldn’t be replicated in today’s music.” Y/N comes into the den with two steaming mugs of tea, setting them both down onto the kotatsu. “However, he could be just a bit biased because that’s the music that he grew up on.”
Nanami chuckles. “Just a bit. Thank you for the tea and hospitality, by the way, Y/N-chan. You didn’t have to do this.” He gently grips the handle of the mug and brings it to his lips, taking in a small sip.
Y/N softly sighs, letting her shoulders slump the tiniest degree. “I felt like I needed to.”
“Y/N-chan-”
“Senpai, I just…” She starts to wring her hands in front of her, suddenly nervous. “I just wanted to show my appreciation for all that you did for me when I was struggling. The snacks and coffees that you would leave at my desk, offering to share part of your lunch with me… All sorts of things that you went out of your way to do for me, when you really had nothing to gain from it. I don’t know why you did it to begin with, but… I’ll be forever thankful to you that you did.”
Seeing her be so open and candid with everything that had happened within the past several months, made Nanami reminisce on his old secondary school classmate, Yu Haibara. Perhaps that’s why he had such a fondness for Y/N. She shared a lot of characteristics that Haibara had.
Happiness. Genuine kindness. A fondness for life and living.
Maybe that’s why Nanami was doing his damndest to try and help her.
Protect her.
In a way that he wasn’t able to do for Haibara.
Y/N notices Nanami’s silent reverie. “What are you thinking about?”
“Hm? Oh… nothing in particular.”
Unconvinced, she prods a tiny bit more. “Are you sure? You look like you’re deep in thought about something.”
Nanami quickly changes the subject. “How’s your burn doing? It’s not hurting you too much, is it?”
At the mention of her injury, a flare of a dull ache makes its way to the front of her mind. She brings a hand up to her chest to rub at it.
“It’s manageable.”
He gives her a knowing look before getting up from the kotatsu and goes into the kitchen, grabbing a handful of paper towels and running them under cold water.
“Here, this should help.” He offers her the wet paper towels, but she simply stares at his hand.
Y/N glances at his hand and back up to his face, before she reaches out to grip his wrist and uses his arm as leverage to pull herself up into a standing position. She doesn’t let go of his wrist.
“I hope… that you’ll allow me to thank you. Properly,” Y/N says, peering up at Nanami, a certain… emotion displayed that he wasn’t able to place his finger on. She takes a step closer to him, decreasing the distance between them.
All Nanami could focus on in that moment was the sound of his own heartbeat in his ears and the sudden warmth that flushed into his cheeks, all of which led to one question in his mind: Where was she going with this?
“Seeing as how we’re being personal and open with one another, would it be silly of me to admit I sort of… developed a little bit of a crush on you?” Her eyes drift down from his for a moment, maybe due to embarrassment, before raising her eyes to meet his, a slight blush starting to color her cheeks. “I didn’t want to say anything at first, especially considering how you always preached about how you always separated your personal life with your professional life… but now feels like a good time to come clean.” She reaches up and gently places a hand on his cheek, feeling the warmth that his skin offered as her thumb tenderly stroked his cheekbone.
Nanami’s heart feels like it's in his throat, unintentionally tensing up at the feeling of her hand on the side of his face. “Y/N-chan.”
Why was he so nervous all of a sudden? This wasn’t the first time that a woman tried to be physically close to him, and all those other times he was able to gently reject their advances with ease.
Why was she suddenly the exception to this rule?
“Are you… uncomfortable with this?” she asks, unable to gauge his current state of mind due to his stunned silence. The last thing that Y/N wanted to do was encroach on his boundaries.
Nanami remains silent, his eyes still locked onto her face.
Y/N takes that as a sign to halt her advances. She begins to pull away.
“I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to make things awkward-” she begins to apologize, but finds herself cut short by the feeling of another mouth covering hers.
Nanami, finally snapping out of his trance, allows himself to feel something for the first time in a long time. Gripping both sides of her face, he bends down and pulls her into a rather heated kiss, their teeth accidentally clacking against each other from the force of impact.
Y/N, startled at first, melts into the kiss, reaching up to wrap her arms around his neck to try and pull him closer to her, his hands sliding from her cheeks to thread his fingers through her hair, allowing him just a bit more grip on her. Y/N’s chest aches at her burn site at the friction of Nanami’s body against hers, but she could care less about it in the current moment.
With her lungs screaming for oxygen, she pulls away, gasping. “Nanami-senpai!”
“I’m sorry. I don’t know what came over me,” he gasps out, trying to catch his breath.
“Don’t be.”
They remain still for a moment, just taking in their presence.
Nanami leans down to press his forehead against Y/N’s, closing his eyes. “It’s no secret that I’ve come to care for you, Y/N-chan. Perhaps, a bit more than I initially let on.”
A breathy chuckle escapes from her. “Is that so?”
He gives a small nod, a gentle smile forming on his face. “Yes.”
One of his hands, still entangled in her hair, falls from her head to softly grip the side of her neck, his thumb gently rubbing alongside her jawline.
“I should have asked you this properly, before I got physical with you,” Nanami whispers. “Is this something that you would want to pursue, Y/N-chan? A relationship… with me?”
A slight pause as Y/N digests his proposal, before she smiles and nods. “If you’ll have me.”
“I’ll always have you, so long as you put up with me and my broody behavior.”
“You’re not broody.” She reaches up to softly push back several strands of hair that had fallen in his eyes. “Matter of fact, I find you to be very kind and considerate. I have all of the ‘extra coffees’ and vending machine snacks to thank you for.”
Y/N grabs at the hand that’s on the side of her neck and guides it down so that Nanami is now cupping one of her breasts through her shirt. She glances up at him, sucking in her bottom lip between her teeth, waiting to see what his next move will be.
Filled with new found lust, and a rush of heat down to his groin, Nanami closes the gap between the two of them, pressing his lips to hers once more, allowing his tongue to slip past his lips and into her mouth, massaging hers with his own. There’s urgency to their motions now, their exhaled breaths coming out much harsher and heavier than before.
Nanami’s hands slip underneath her shirt to fully cup her breasts, allowing him to roll her nipples between his fingers and thumbs.
Y/N lets out a little squeak at the sensation, but takes it all in stride. She grabs at his clothes, attempting to undo his tie and the buttons to his shirt, but struggles at the Windsor knot on his tie, unsure how to loosen it. Nanami, lost in the moment, comes to at the sensation of her prying hands and quickly undoes his two piece suit at a much faster rate than Y/N ever could, stripping down to be completely bare and vulnerable in front of her.
Y/N truly began to appreciate what a fine specimen Nanami was. He’s toned. He’s muscular. He’s built like a Greek god, if she was being totally honest with herself.
She looks down at Nanami’s cock, sucking in a sharp breath when she notices how girthy it was. It wasn’t fully erect, but Y/N remembers some of her old friends from university going on about how some men are “growers”. Their words, not hers.
“Can…can I?” she stutters out, her eyes locked onto his growing erection.
“God, yes, please.”
She sinks to her knees in front of him, coming face to face with his cock. The sight alone makes Nanami’s respiration become labored.
With gentle hands, she reaches out and grasps him at the base and points him upright. Her eyes glance up at him, trying to gauge his reaction, before pressing a kiss to the head. One hand goes to stroke the length as the other falls to massage his testicles. With a deep breath, and a whole lot of fraudulent courage, she sinks her head onto him, trying to take him in as much as she could without activating her gag reflex.
“Y/N-chan…” Nanami gasps out, the warm, wet sensation of her mouth sending shockwaves through his core. His hands twitch by his sides, wanting to bury his fingers into the crown of her head, but he restrains himself, not wanting to rush her into things.
Slowly, Y/N finds her rhythm. She begins to bob her head up and down his length with added vigor, her hand stroking the parts that her mouth cannot reach. Saliva begins to dribble from her mouth and down her chin, the more that she bobs her head. The sound of squelching fills the room as Y/N continues her assault on Nanami.
Nanami’s head had fallen back and his eyes were closed in ecstasy. “Fuck, Y/N-chan,” he gasps out, foregoing his original plan of self control and reaching one of his hands to grasp at the back of Y/N’s head, desperate to try and hold onto something. He begins to move his hips, just enough to thrust forward to meet her mouth. Through heavy-lidded eyes, he tilts head forward to look down at Y/N to see her eyes locked onto his face as she persisted with her movements. She pulls off his length, but with the tip still in her mouth, she wraps her tongue around the tip and simply sucks.
Nanami’s vision goes white for just a moment, and he swears that he had died and gone to heaven in that second.
Y/N pops off his member, strings of saliva attaching from her mouth to Nanami, gasping for breath. He stands fully erect now, his cock now slapping against his abdomen the moment that Y/N lets go of him, and the tip begins to ooze with pre-ejaculate. She offers him a cheeky smile, meeting his wanton gaze with playfulness. “Is this to your liking, Nanami Kento?”
She leans forward and suckles one of his testicles into her mouth, her eyes never leaving his face. Something inside Nanami snaps, and he can no longer hold himself back anymore.
“You little minx,” he rasps out, reaching down to push her shoulders back, putting some distance between the two of them. He pulls her up into a standing position, before reaching down to grasp at her hips. He pulls her into a feverish kiss, his lips entangling with hers. He lifts her up into the air, allowing her to wrap her legs around his waist, giving him the freedom to blindly make his way from her living room to her bedroom. He gently sets her down on the edge of the bed, pulling away from the kiss.
“Can I take your clothes off, Y/N-chan?” His hands grab at the hem of her shirt, waiting for her approval to do so.
She nods, lifting her arms up over her head, making it easier for Nanami to pull her shirt off, leaving her bare-chested in front of him. The cool air hits her skin, making goosebumps start to rise throughout her trunk.
Nanami takes in everything that she has to offer. Every curve, contour, stretch mark, including the large burn on her chest. A flash of anger flares up in his chest at the sight of it, but he does his best to extinguish it. He doesn’t want to sour the mood with a foul mood.
Feeling his eyes on her, Y/N can’t help but become self conscious in his observant gaze as she instinctively raises her arms to cover her chest to make herself as small as possible. Nanami, however, notices her attempts to cover herself up and catches both of her wrists in his large hands, stopping her from doing so.
“Stop. You don’t need to hide yourself in front of me,” he says, nearly chastising her as he forces her arms back down to their sides. “I want to see all of you, as you have seen all of me.” He sinks to his knees in front of her and leans forward to press gentle kisses to her chest, making sure to linger his lips on her injury. “Will you allow me to make you feel good, Y/N-chan?” he asks, peering up at her with tender eyes.
Y/N gives him a soft smile, threading her fingers through his hair. “I’d like that.”
He returns the smile, before he presses his lips to hers once again, only this time it’s not as rushed and frenzied as before. It’s slow and reposeful, as if they don’t want to rush the moment to its end.
Nanami, still on his knees, reaches up with both hands to cup her jaw, his thumbs smoothing at her cheek bones as he continues to kiss her. He begins to gently guide her back further onto the mattress, allowing her to lay down and for him more room to explore her body. He lets his hands trail from the sides of her face down to the hems of both the bottoms that she was wearing and her underwear. He pulls away just a fraction of an inch from her lips, looking into her eyes as he gets more of a hold on the clothing, silently asking her permission to remove the rest of her clothes.
Y/N instinctually lifts her hips up, giving Nanami the freedom to remove the rest of the barriers, leaving her totally bare in front of him.
He sits between her legs, his eyes narrowing down on her center, before glancing back up to meet her gaze. “May I taste you?”
She nods, watching with heavy anticipation as he changes position so that he’s now flat on his stomach, now faced with the most intimate part of Y/N. It wasn’t an understatement to say that she was incredibly nervous. It had been some time since she last had sex with another man.
Noting her silence and her tense position, Nanami asks her, “Are you alright?”
His question pulls her out of her silent dilemma, realizing that he was locked in on her face.
She nods, not trusting her voice right now.
His eyes are quizzical, but he doesn’t push it any further. “You’ll tell me if you’re uncomfortable, yeah?”
She nods again.
“I think I’m gonna need a little more confirmation than that, Y/N-chan. I need you to actually say something.”
A flush of heat makes its way towards her core at his command, arousing her a bit more than she would like to admit. “I… yes. I promise I’ll say something,” she says, her voice barely above a whisper.
He gives her a smirk. “Good girl.”
He hooks his arms around her thighs, pulling her closer to him, his face now just mere nanometers away from her center. Maintaining eye contact with her, he flattens his tongue on her clit, massaging it with smooth, languid strokes.
Y/N lets out a gasp at the sensation of his tongue on her, her head falling backwards on the pillow, letting the pleasure build from her core and flow throughout her body.
Nanami starts out slow, letting her adjust to the stimulation before he begins to flick her clit at a rapid pace, trying to build on her satisfaction. His eyes never leave her face as he continues with his movements. Reaching further around, he uses his hands to spread her lips wide open and sucks her clit between his lips.
“My god, Nana-mi-senpai,” she moans, her toes curling at the feeling of him sucking her in. Unable to make sense of what to do with herself, her hands fly to her chest grabbing at her breasts. She begins to pant now, the pleasure beginning to build upon itself as Nanami’s tongue continues to ravish her. The waves are crashing over each other now, and the familiar coil within Y/N’s abdomen starts to tighten, alerting her of her impending orgasm.
Switching tactics, Nanami diverts his attention to her opening. Replacing his tongue with this thumb on her clit, he gently prods his tongue through, thrusting it in and out.
“Nanami!” Y/N cries out, jerking at the sensation. She squirms and twists at his ministrations, unable to maintain her composure anymore, before he uses his other hand to flatten it on her abdomen, in an effort to hold her still. She glances down at him to see his eyebrows furrowed in concentration, his fingers splayed out on her abdomen, a warning look in his eyes, as if to say don’t move. He brings his mouth back up to her clit and presses a single kiss to the sensitive nub before, for lack of a better word, devouring her. He engulfs her entire clit into his mouth before suckling on it and his tongue furiously stroking her, trying to fully push her over the edge and bring her to orgasm.
The coil within Y/N tightens further and further the more Nanami’s mouth works her, the pressure within herself mounting to an almost uncomfortable point. Her hands fly down to grab at Nanami’s hair, desperately trying to anchor herself to something, but she’s quickly getting swept up into shockwaves of ecstasy.
With one final suck, the coil snaps and Y/N is rendered completely helpless as her orgasm comes crashing over her in waves. She lets out a loud cry as her abdomen clamps down on itself, her body shaking with each pulse of her core, her hands becoming a vice grip in his hair.
Nanami’s moans at the feeling of her hands in his hair, releasing her core free from the confines of his lips, panting out several breaths before going in with his tongue again to lap at her release. Y/N jerks at the sensation, slowly becoming overwhelmed with the constant stimulation.
As Y/N comes down from her high, she looks down to Nanami giving him a weak, breathy chuckle, gently untangling her fingers from his hair. “I didn’t hurt you, did I?”
He leans away from her, flashing her a relaxed grin. He kisses his way up her abdomen, gently pressing his lips to her skin as he makes his way to her face. Once he reaches his intended destination, he captures her lips into an all-consuming kiss, wrapping his arms around her waist in an effort to pull her as close to him as humanly possible. In response, her legs go to encircle his hips, pressing her lubricated center to his leaking cock.
Nanami lets out a hiss at the contact, a flash of pleasure striking through him, making him almost recoil from Y/N’s body.
She looks at him, concerned. “Are you alright?”
“Yes, I just… I’m a little more sensitive than I initially thought,” he reassures, leaning up to press a kiss to her forehead.
“Well… I’m yours for the taking.” She spreads her legs open, sending the message to him wide and clear.
A sinking realization dawns on Nanami as he looks down at his bare self, now just coming to terms that he’s missing a very key component to this whole encounter. “Y/N-chan, I… I’m sorry, but I don’t have any protection on me,” he whispers. “I don’t want to end this moment with you… but I don’t want to risk you getting pregnant for my own selfish desires, either.”
Y/N props herself up on her elbows, leaning over to the nightstand beside the bed and opens the drawer, pulling out several packages of condoms, making Nanami do a double-take. “An old friend of mine from university gave them to me as a gag gift for my birthday before I started to work at the office. I really haven’t had the opportunity to use them… well, up until now at least,” she explains, a bit of a sheepish grin gracing her face as she hands them to Nanami.
“Some friends you have,” he says, ripping a package open, grabbing the plastic wrapping before placing it on his tip and rolling it down his length. He doesn’t question it, he’s just thankful that he doesn’t have to stop. He positions himself between Y/N’s legs, sitting back on his haunches, as he grabs hold of his length and guides his tip to her slit. “Are you ready for me, Y/N-chan?”
She inhales a deep breath. “Yes. I’m ready, Nanami-senpai.”
He lets out a chuckle. “Kento.”
“Hmm?” She looks at him, confused.
“I think we’re way beyond the point of just acknowledging each other by our surnames, Y/N-chan. All things considered.”
“I suppose you’re right… Kento.”
With one hand, grabs hold of her hip, while with the other, he slowly guides his tip into her entrance. When he has the assurance that it won’t slip out, he pauses his motions. “You’ll tell me if it gets to be too much, yeah?”
She nods. “Yes.”
“Good.”
He softly guides his hips forward, pushing his cock past her opening and letting him be enveloped by her warm, wet walls. He almost has to stop himself from getting ahead of himself and snapping his hips in. A thin layer of perspiration begins to form on his forehead as he concentrates all of his will power into not burying her into the mattress and pounding into her in that moment. Nanami looks to her, trying to gauge where she was at in terms of comfort after fully sheathing himself in her.
Y/N was in a bit of pain, to say the least. With the stretch of Nanami as he penetrated into her, came the uncomfortable burning sensation of almost being split open. She lets out a hiss and closes her eyes, immediately tensing herself up. Nanami was not small, by any means necessary. Matter of fact, he was much more well endowed than any of Y/N’s previous partners or one night stands, leaving her uncomfortably full with areas that Nanami was touching that had initially been left undisturbed. She could feel the tip of his member twitch inside of her, causing her to unintentionally clamp down on him.
Nanami stutters out a groan, nearly throwing his head back in pure, unadulterated pleasure, but he forces himself to hold steadfast. He knows that she needs to adjust to him, and he would not move until she gave him the say so.
The seconds that pass feel like years to Nanami as he remains stagnant. His selfish desire is eating away at his restraint, but he deliberately ignores it, instead focusing all of his attention on her. Gritting his teeth, he gently squeezes her hips, trying to draw her back into the current moment. “Are you alright, Y/N-chan?”
With her eyes still closed, she nods her head. She reaches down and grabs at one of his hands on her hips, relocating it to her center, with his thumb just barely brushing up against her clit. He slowly begins to swipe at it, hopeful that the stimulation of it would overcome the pain. She repositions herself now, letting her legs interlock around his hips with her ankles linking together, giving him the nonverbal permission that he so desperately required.
Slowly, with careful precision, he begins to roll his hips forward, each time burying himself to the hilt of her. Her warm, velvet walls encasing his cock made his vision nearly go white every time that she clamped around him, whether if it was intentional or not.
Y/N goes slack jawed, the motions painful at first, but the more he pistoned his hips against her, the constant pulsing of his cock within her, the warmth that he offered her, and the haphazard stroking of her clit with his fingers, the more she began to enjoy herself. Her arousal slicked her walls, further lubricating her, loosening her up as Nanami continued with his assault on her. Some of it began to seep out and dampen his pelvis where it met hers, with strings of her connecting them to each other in more ways than one.
He could have cried right there, if he wanted to.
Nanami’s hips pick up the pace, now slapping against her, filling the room with body parts colliding with one another and uneven breathing and soft moans, and the aroma of sex beginning to flood the enclosed space. Wisps of his hair fall into his eyes, somewhat blocking his view on her as she falls apart underneath him, slowly becoming a pile of jelly and limbs.
“Y/N-chan, Y/N-channn…” he cries out, his hips now slamming against her, his hands gripping her in a vice grip as he chases the high that he so desperately craves. The motions cause the bed frame to shake and rattle with the headboard starting to bash against the wall. His eyes are locked on her, watching her as she is completely lost to the pleasure that he’s feeding her. Her eyes are closed with her eyebrows furrowed as if she were concentrating on something, her body jerking with each thrust that he plows into her, her breasts even more so, and her hands are white-knuckling the bedsheets.
It’s a sight truly to behold in his eyes.
The tension in his abdomen is building to an uncomfortable tightness, the coil close to snapping as his orgasm nears. His hips start to buck into now, the pace almost inhuman.
“Y/N-chan…I’m close. I’m so close, I can’t…ha…I can’t hold back anymore…Y/N-chan!”
“On me…I want it on me…” she moans out, looking at him through heavy-lidded eyes in a lustful gaze. The corner of her mouth turned upward into a small smirk.
His brain nearly short-circuits at the thought of his seed painting her abdomen and chest and face.
It takes everything within Nanami to stop what he’s doing and pull his cock out of her. He rips the condom off, replacing it with his hand as he starts to vigorously stroke his hand up and down his length, a piss poor replacement for her warmth. He leans over her, putting his free hand by her head, locking eyes with her as he continued to masturbate, the sound of her wetness filling the room as he rapidly stroked up and down his length. She, in a heated second, wraps her arms around his neck and pulls him down to press her lips to his, eager to feel his mouth on her again. He doesn’t stop his movements, as he slips his tongue into her mouth, eager to explore her mouth once again.
The coil in his abdomen snaps, causing warmth to flood through him in waves throughout his entire core, with his seed finally spurting out of his red, angry tip. He has to stop, pulling away for just a moment as a gasping moan slips out of his mouth.
Y/N startles at the feeling of his heated droplets as they spray onto her abdomen and chest, some of them going as far onto her neck, but quickly relishes in the feeling of it. The majority of it pooling onto her abdomen as it flows from his tip. Nanami stutters out a groan as he slows his hand down, sitting back on his haunches, looking at the canvas that he painted on Y/N’s body, his slowly deflating cock twitching at the sight of it.
Feeling mischievous, Y/N props herself up on her elbows as scoops up a glob of his seed off of her body. In her post-coital gaze, she maintains eye contact with him as she sticks her tongue out of her mouth, bringing the dollop of seed up to her mouth and places it onto her tongue. Nanami’s eyes nearly dilate to the size of quarters as she pulls her tongue back into her mouth, as this may be one of the most erotic things he’s ever encountered in all of his years.
Y/N lets out a squeak as Nanami grabs hold of her hips and roughly pulls her down the mattress, fully placing her core against his length.
“If I remember correctly, I don’t think you came around me as we fucked, did you Y/N-chan?”
Stunned at the sudden motion, all Y/N can really say is: “I, it’s fine Kento, I-”
“Bullshit.”
“You made me come with your mouth, it’s fine-”
He shoots her a glare. “Let me do this for you. I want to make sure you feel good.”
He reaches up past her to grab a pillow at the head of the bed. “Lift your hips up for me,” he instructs. She follows his command wordlessly and he stuffs the pillow underneath her, placing her pelvis at a bit of an upward angle.
He leans forward over her, placing his hands on either side of her, and places his cock straight onto her clit, and begins to thrust upward, using the external stimulation of his member to rub on her, trying to get her to orgasm once more for him.
Y/N lets out a soft moan at the feeling of him on her, the filthy sound of her slickness filling the room as Nanami thrusts up on her. She grabs onto her breasts and squeezes them against her chest, desperately trying to ground herself in the moment, but with Nanami’s relentless assault, she finds herself drifting further and further away into the pleasure of it all.
“I want you to come for me, Y/N-chan,” he growls out, his eyes animalistic and unflinching. “I want you to come undone on my cock. I want you. In every sense. In every way.”
Y/N, once again rendered to a helpless pile of mush, finds herself unable to respond. The feeling of Nanami’s cock on her clit begins to tighten her abdomen once again, causing white hot sensations to build within her. Her toes curl, she grasps onto Nanami’s forearms with her nails digging into his skin. He lets out a hiss, but he doesn’t stop. He doesn’t dare.
“Come for me, darling. I want you to come for me. Can you do that for me? Be my good girl and come for me?”
His words send her into overdrive with flushes of heat making their way directly to her core, more slickness slowly oozing out of her and dampening Nanami’s cock the more he moved against her. He can feel himself hardening again, but he couldn’t care less.
The more the heat and tension built within Y/N, the more that she squirmed and thrashed into the mattress. All of it mounting up to the point that Nanami was desperately trying to get her towards. He maintained his pace, but he leaned down onto her, smearing his seed on his chest, his lips right at her ear now. “You’re almost there, aren’t you?”
“Kento, I… Oh my fucking… Christ!” Y/N cries out, wrapping both her arms and legs around Nanami’s trunk. “Please! Please, god! I can’t take it anymore!”
He teasingly licks the outer shell of her ear. “No one’s stopping you, Y/N-chan. Come for me.”
As if her body were waiting for verbal permission from him, even though he had given it to her several times before, her abdomen collapses on itself, making her vision go white and her ears ring. She loudly cries out, her body jerking with each pulse of her orgasm. He can feel it on his length, and he swears he could have orgasmed once again just as he was.
He pulls away from her ear and looks at her blissed out face, her eyes closed as she tries to regain control of her breathing. He reaches up and gently cups the side of her face, tenderly brushing the sweat-dampened strands of hairs from her face behind her ears. “Are you okay?” he quietly asks.
She nods, her eyes still closed.
“Look at me, Y/N-chan.”
She tiredly opens her eyes, looking at him blearily.
He offers a warm smile, before pressing a kiss to the center of her forehead before kissing his way down to her mouth, carefully tender pecks to where he could place his lips. He leans his forehead down, resting it upon hers. “I want you to stay home from work tomorrow.”
She looks at him in confusion, her eyebrows furrowing. “What? Why?”
“There are some things that I need to take care of in the office. I would rather you not be there to witness them. I’m not asking you, I’m telling you, Y/N-chan.” His eyes are unfaltering, his tone absolute. There was no room for argument with him.
She hesitates, trying to digest what he’s telling her, a sinking feeling of unease starting to fill her abdomen. She trusts him, though.
And against her better judgment, she nods, a frown forming on her face.
“Will I see you later then, after work?” she asks, almost timidly.
He leans down and presses another kiss to her lips. “I’ll do my best to see you, that is, if Akiyama doesn’t have my head on a silver platter,” he jokes, trying to lighten the mood.
There were people that still needed to be dealt with.
~
He left her apartment early in the morning, while Y/N was dead asleep to the world. A sense of longing fills him as he looks upon her sleeping form, not wanting to leave her only for her to wake up alone, however, there was urgent business that needed attending to.
On the elevator ride to the floor where the office was located, his briefcase weighed a bit heavier than it normally did. As soon as he stepped into the common area where all of the other employees were, the majority of them did double-takes at him, all their gazes locked on him as he slowly stalked his way to Akiyama’s office. He didn’t bother to knock on the door or wait for any notion that it was okay for him to enter into the enclosed space, he simply barged in, catching Akiyama off guard as he sat at his desk, tapping away at his computer.
“Nanami-san!” He jumps, startled at the sudden intrusion, before a rather sour look crosses over his face as the memories of the day prior begin to flash through his mind. He regains control of himself, and puts on a rather tight expression on his face. “Have a seat. We need to have a discussion about your petulant behavior yesterday.”
“I don’t think I will. I’ll remain standing for the rest of this conversation,” Nanami cooly responds. He knows that it’s not going to last long.
“Fine. Stand for all I care.”
Akiyama then goes on a tirade about how Nanami’s behavior yesterday was inexcusable, how it’s totally unprofessional for him to speak to his superior in the manner that he did, and how he has grounds to fire Nanami and Y/N for abandoning their work duties with unexcused work absences, and so on, so forth.
The more Akiyama ranted, the more Nanami’s hearing started to drown out due to a loud whistling sound in his ears. Red, hot anger was flooding in his chest, making both his heart rate and respiration rate increase in rhythm.
Though Akiyama can’t see it, the blue glow of cursed energy started to fully envelope Nanami’s body the more that his anger grew. He wasn’t on overtime, but his emotions were getting the better of him, not allowing him to think clearly and making him tap into his excess cursed energy that he stored within himself.
Akiyama, clearly not paying attention, continues on, now going on about something that Nanami can’t hear due to the whistling in his ears. His eyes analytically looked at Akiyama’s face, the invisible ratio line starting to form on his center, beginning from the base of his jaw to the tip of his receding widow’s peak. The increment markings began to form, and the seventh ratio line formed at his glabella, the point in between his eyebrows and just above his nasal bone.
Nanami sets his briefcase down on one of the chairs.
Akiyama can’t make it to another point as Nanami’s fist connects to the glabella and smashes his face and skull inward.
The impact of the blow is fatal.
Incident Log # 207
Multiple casualties were reported on the seventh floor of the Fujimoto Office Complex in the ward of Shinjuku, in the prefecture of Tokyo. Thirty two bodies were accounted for out of thirty four employees. Seventeen men, and fifteen women. The nature of injuries closely correlate to that of a sorcerer instead of a cursed entity. Residuals of cursed energy left behind strongly indicate that of former Tokyo Metropolitan Curse Technical College student and graduate Nanami Kento. Nanami Kento is an employee at the Fujimoto office and has been missing since the attack occurred. The only other survivor is Y/L Y/N, as she had not been reported to be at the location when the incident transpired.
Special Grade Sorcerer Gojo Satoru is assigned to the case.
The natures and causes of death are reported as followed:
Akiyama Hinata, aged fifty seven, nature of injuries: concave trauma to the frontal lobe of cranium. Cause of death: blunt force trauma to the head.
Fumiko Asami, aged thirty one, nature of injuries: body sliced in half at the anterior inferior iliac spine of pelvis, causing bilateral femoral arteries to be cut open and massive blood loss to occur. Cause of death: blood loss and hypovolemic shock.
Aiko Marina, aged thirty, nature of injuries…
Y/N can’t even stomach her way through the rest of the report and she throws it onto the table in front of her. She’s sitting in an interrogation room with a silver haired man that sports a blindfold over his eyes. He’s introduced himself as Gojo Satoru, the main investigator on this case and she’s been presented with pictures of the crime scene and surveillance footage of the office as the attack went down. She watched as Nanami, for lack of a better word, butchered the entire office as he wielded a giant blunt knife that was wrapped in a white cloth with black spots all over it that was secretly concealed within his briefcase that he brought in that morning.
She wants to vomit.
“Is there anything else that you might be able to tell me involving this incident?” Gojo pries, as he leans back into the chair, placing his feet on the edge of the table. “It was reported that Nanami Kento did have a bit of a soft spot for you leading up to the attack. Is there any chance that he might have mentioned something to you about it?”
Y/N shakes her head, her eyes locked onto two pictures of Nanami that lay on the table. One of him when he was a student, with his long, sandy blonde hair that swooped over both of his eyes to one side, and the other looking as if it had been taken yesterday, with his hair in a professional side part, dressed in his regular two piece attire. “He didn’t mention anything like this. To be frank, I didn’t even know that he contained such power within himself.” Which, to be fair, wasn’t a total lie. Y/N didn’ know that he was a jujutsu sorcerer to begin with. “He was very big on keeping his personal life separate from his professional life.”
She doesn’t dare tell them of the intimate moments that she shared with him the night before. She doesn’t tell them of the note that Nanami left her in her apartment that morning that sits in the back pocket of her pants. To her, in that moment, it feels as if it weighs over a thousand pounds.
It’s the last thing that she has of Nanami. She won’t give it up. Not now, not ever.
Gojo sighs, before taking his feet off the edge of the table, letting his chair lean forward back into its normal position. He digs into one of his pockets and offers her a contact card. “If you remember anything at all, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me. I’d be more than happy to meet you in a different place than this dreary old place.”
He tries to make her laugh, but it’s futile.
“Am I free to leave?”
He nods. “You were never imprisoned here to begin with.”
She gets up, does a 45 degree bow at the waist, and quickly takes her leave, eager to be off the campus of the Jujutsu Technical College campus. There’s a sense of unease that fills her the more time that she spends there.
On the train ride back to her apartment, she pulls the note out of her pocket and reads it through, like it’s the first time. His handwriting is scribbled onto the paper, his characters completely lacking the neat and orderly fashion that she’s so accustomed to seeing from him.
Dearest Y/N,
By the time that you’re reading this, I have no doubt in my mind that the news stations will be reporting on what I’ve done to our co-workers. Or should I say “former”.
I’m sorry that it took me so long to stand up to the rest of them, especially for the sake of what they were doing to you on a daily basis. You didn’t deserve to be treated like you were nothing. You didn’t deserve to be humiliated and bullied by them. I will always be forever regretful that I allowed it to continue on for such a long period of time. I wanted to make things better for you, Y/N.
I’m sorry that this is the way things have to end between the two of us, even though our relationship had only just barely begun. You are the first woman that I’ve encountered in my life that made me want to better myself. Be kinder. More tender with my actions and how I interacted with the world and the people in it.
It’s a shame that I’m reduced to such callous actions on my part.
I’m a coward for running away. I know I am. I know that they’ll be looking for me. They most likely will try to interrogate you, coerce information out of you. I won’t begrudge you if you did. You would be doing the right thing, of course. With the actions I’m about to commit, it surely would be the only way.
I love you.
I should be saying this directly to you, and softly caressing your face while I do so, but this is the next best option. I love you. Granted, we only spent so much time together, but as I’ve said previously before, I’ve grown to care for you. Much more than I initially let on.
I can only hope to see you in the near future, but I don’t know if that will ever come to fruition or not.
Please take care of yourself, Y/N-chan.
-Nanami Kento

You were endlessly fascinating to him. Though he had little interest in humans outside of his experiments, he couldn’t help but be enamored by your every move. You had cursed energy, so no doubt you were aware of his presence everywhere you went. And yet you never looked at him. Never spoke to him. You merely kept pressing on. Why? Was he not interesting enough for you? Surely someone such as himself was far more intriguing than any other human you came across day after day. He stood out, he could tell you that for free. Blue hair and covered in patchwork skin? What human looked like that!
Mahito had only existed for a short few months. Though he held incredible intellect he was still much like a child. Still growing, learning. Everyday was something new, something fascinating. Learning how to use his cursed technique, interact, manipulate. All things that would aid him in his end goal of creating a world without humans.
So one day when he was simply people watching - looking for a new playmate to experiment on no doubt, he couldn’t remember - he saw you. Helpless, innocent you. Walking along with your bag of convenience store goods in hand, and with a small gaggle of low level curses parading behind you. Though they weren’t stalking you. No.. They were following you willingly. Mahito watched from his perch up high on a residential building. How when you walked, they followed. How when you stopped at a crosswalk a flyhead landed on your shoulder. And you smiled at it! You weren’t a sorcerer, he could tell from where he sat. Your energy level was far too low. And yet, you somehow commanded those curses. How could it be so?
He had followed you home that day. Thanks to the quick mastery of his own technique, he was able to contort and morph himself into a Fly Head. Well, as close as he could manage. He joined your little parade and followed all the way to your small single bedroom apartment. You paid no mind to the extra curse in your home, simply going about your chores. Mahito watched with the other curses. Had you perhaps used some kind of technique to bribe them? Maybe some kind of cursed spirit manipulation? Finally you sat at your little coffee table and pulled out something from your convenience store bag. Ice cream. Those ones that came in cones, prepackaged and ready to go. You had four, and laid three of them out in front of you and the curses.
“Go ahead,” You said with a gentle smile, “These ones are for you guys.” Once they had your go ahead, the spirits began eating your offering. Mahito was.. Shocked. Low levels like these couldn’t think for themselves like this. Let alone eat! And yet he buzzed there as the curses who looked like bugs and mutants and grotesque little things nibbled away. Making happy little sounds all the while. You ate your own treat with this.. Stupidly sweet genuine smile on your face. Then you saw him. The odd Fly Head who hadn’t moved. Your head tilted, so did Mahito’s. Then the other way, and he followed. And then you smiled at him, as sweet and genuine as it had been to the others. And something rippled inside him.
“Haven’t seen you before! I didn’t know you all came in different colours!” You laughed, holding out your own ice cream in his direction, “Well welcome. You’re safe here with me. Do you want some? C’mon!” You jiggled your hand in his direction as if you tempt him like a cat you found on the street. Mahito didn’t quite know what he was feeling. Why were you.. Being so kind? To this trash? These low level curses that hardly had brains! Were you stupid? Not knowing these creatures around you could suck you dry, weigh you down, make you miserable? It was overwhelming for Mahito. So he simply gave in and played along. He sampled the treat you offered. It was sweet. And he liked it.
Ever since that encounter Mahito had followed you everywhere you went. To work, the shops, out on excursions. Sometimes in the form of another creature, sometimes lagging behind as just himself. Having studied you up close he’d confirmed none of the lower grades were under your control in some way. Everything they did they were doing willingly. Why? Why did they do it? What did you offer these things that they could not obtain from just being curses? What did you have that he just couldn’t understand? What had you made him feel that day, and every day since?
He was pondering these thoughts at a park on his lonesome one day. He had tired of waiting for you to come out for your lunch break so he’d wandered off. He lazily swung back and forth on a swing, mind putting along as your methods all but tortured him. And then he heard your voice.
“Hello.” He leaned back in his swing, looking at you upside down. You took a few steps back to make room for him, though you did not run away. “You’re the one who keeps following me right?” You asked, folding your hands in front of you. So you had noticed him! And here he thought himself invisible! Mahito rose his feet as he began to swing again.
“Perhaps,” He mused, “Who’s asking?” Despite being curious, Mahito was still in many ways a childish being. Straight-forward answers were not in his wheelhouse.
He heard you step around him and take a seat in the swing to his left, “The person you’ve been following for four weeks.” Your tone was still soft and your voice was like honey on his ears. Why had he waited for you to make contact? “I wasn’t sure if you were human or one of my little friends. You’re not like them.”
“You mean those curses?” Mahito asked, pointing past you. You glanced to see your ‘friends,’ all huddled together underneath a jungle gym. Smart enough to hide from Mahito. His energy was enough to scare them. He had grown that much in a mere four weeks..
“Curses?” Your brows quirked up, “I wouldn’t call them curses. They’re harmless once you get to know them.” You looked back at him. Mahito felt his own innocence being reflected in your eyes. You truly had no clue what kind of company you kept. Those sweet little things you so cherished were the bane of many peoples' existences. And yet you looked at them like puppies and kittens. What did you see him as then? What was he in the eyes of someone uninformed on the world of curses? What was he?
“If you knew I was there why didn’t you talk to me?” Mahito asked. You for once let your smile drop. You looked contemplative. Did you yourself not understand your odd mutual fixation? Perhaps two strangers forever caught in one anothers orbit?
“Because,” You spoke but stopped. Your tongue dragged over your lips and Mahito watched so closely. Every movement, every blink, every twitch. The breaths you took, the pulse of your heart, the vibration of your very atoms. “Because I didn’t want to scare you. You looked so.. Lonely.” That word. Lonely. Mahito knew of loneliness. It often came with the very emotion that birthed him. And he had never once thought he was lonely. He was content wasn’t he? Doing his experiments on his own, finding other intelligent spirits to aid in his end goal. He was not lonely, he was never alone. So why did your eyes hurt him? Why did he once again feel compelled to run? Why was your kindness so terrifying?
“Thats the pot calling the kettle black huh?” Mahito jabbed back, dragging his feet until his swing stopped. “All these weeks I haven’t seen you interact with a single person outside of work! All you do is hang around with weak inferior spirits!” He stood as the words erupted from him. Once again, unequipped to handle these sudden emotions. So he did what children did in these situations. He threw a misdirected tantrum.
“I am not lonely. Why would I ever be lonely? I have friends! People to talk to, play with, show my work to! You’re the lonely one! Too scared to talk to me for weeks on end! God you’re- You’re so pathetic!” Hate was something Mahito knew. He knew how to hurt people. And the look on your face said it all. Never had your unending kindness been met with such aggression. And part of Mahito loved that look on you. But another part of him wept for you. Love was his opposite. Something Mahito knew he could never comprehend. Not truly. He could pretend. Replicate it. Make copy after copy. But never could he match your wavering, unending love.
He left before you could reply. He could have killed you. Make you into something cruel and grotesque. But the last shred of curiosity he had for you prevented him. Old sentiment. The first bout of it in his short existence. You were left in that park. And though you had just been verbally abused, your heart cried for the blue haired man. How could he not see how badly he was hurting? You could. You saw it in everyone. Everything. Every past failure, every hurt feeling, you could see it. Feel it. Even in those spirits you loved so much. Even in him. He radiated it. And right now all you could do was hope maybe one day, you could speak to him again. And maybe he wouldn’t be so cruel.
Mahito couldn’t forget you though. Despite how he tried to bury his feelings. He knew you two were polar opposites. One born from hate, and one born to love. You were his foil. And he couldn’t move on. Not until he learned what it felt like. He was in his nature. He needed to know, to feel, to experiment. So after a few days of respite, he began following you again. Farther away this time, but he was there. Watching. And you kept walking. Waiting.

Fated Divergence, Ch. 3 // Yandere! Suguru Geto X Non-Sorcerer Darling
AO3 (+ prev. chapter)
When Satoru examined the parking deck, he sensed a surge of overactivity from low grade curses. Many which he could exorcise himself in practically nanoseconds. He recognized a few—and he knew that Geto had visited here, after all.
Hospitals were already a breeding ground for curses, but there had to be some other trick of Geto’s sleeve. There needn’t any reason to add more chaos here.
When he saw him with you, he wondered what Suguru could want, because on the surface, you didn’t seem like anyone who stood out.
Until he met you the other day, of course, because even he couldn’t deny, he sensed some kind of power dormant within you. Not cursed energy, or anything of the sort… in fact he didn’t have a word for it. The power coming from you felt like a purity, something untouched, untainted even from the horrors you must face as a nurse here and in general as a human being. Perhaps Geto sensed that as well, because above all nothing got the guy’s dick harder than a powerful tool.
Somehow he doubted Geto wanted you for a tool, though; it didn’t seem so.
Maybe not in the traditional sense.
“What’s your game, Suguru?” he mused out loud as he exorcised a demon just before him, one that Geto unleashed himself. He paused, glancing over at a car that he recognized had severe damage to the rear-end of it. Tilting his head, he inched closer.
That didn’t look like damage from a typical accident… upon further inspection, the bumper had some indentations, like something bit it.
…and then he noticed a cursed spirit attached to the roof of the car, inside.
Grumbling, he managed to absorb that one as well.
“Gojo?”
He turned on his heel, and found you, with a dumbfounded expression on your face.
“Uh, yeah, we still don’t know who did that.” You gestured to the damage to your car. “I’m taking it to the shop tomorrow to get it repaired.”
So, it was your car then.
“Ah. Sorry, I guess I let curiosity get the better of me,” Satoru replied, adjusting his blindfold. “You already done for the day?”
You shook your head. “Nah, I’m just on break.”
Satoru grinned, resting his hand against your car like he owned it. “Oh, yeah? So, what do you do on break? Surely not to chat it up with beautiful men like me?”
Oh, he hoped you bought into the act. He knew how to play it cool when necessary.
You eyed him with a hint of confusion before glancing down at what you held in your hands.
“Hide in my car from people and eat my lunch…”
He glanced at your bento box, and then back at the car, and then back at you, who looked drained as hell from a tough shift that wasn’t even over yet for you. His face fell.
He could take a hint!
Sort of…
“Oh, well then pardon me for intruding on your alone time. I was just exploring.”
“Right,” you remarked, your tone incredulous while taking out a slip of paper and scribbling something down. “If you wanted my number, you could just ask instead of doing all of this extra shit.”
He stared for a moment, a little befuddled. Did he expect more resistance? Maybe a tad.
Well, he did need your number, but not for the reasons you were possibly thinking.
Even if you were beautiful. He knew better than to do anything. Even now, he wasn’t about to meddle in his ex best friend’s love life.
Not unless he had to save you from a gruesome fate—being in Suguru’s radar was already a prescription (heh, he couldn’t help it) for disaster.
He felt a certain responsibility toward you, just like he still felt a responsibility for Suguru. Suguru wasn’t himself anymore by a longshot—even what he preached now didn’t align with what he believed in once before.
It was almost like putting young teenagers on the front lines to do an adult’s job was damaging to a young brain. Now Suguru became a shell of himself, a slave to the negative emotions he consumed from humans.
Realizing he was still staring at you, he adjusted himself. No need to make this situation more awkward for either you or him than it already became.
“Sorry,” he replied with a bashful smile, rubbing the back of his head as he accepted the slip with his free hand. “Well, that was easier than I thought it was going to be. You don’t seem like the type of lovely lady who impresses easy.”
You snorted. “You thought correct. I was half expecting you to reject me because you were taking so long to say something.”
“No! Of course not. Who could pass someone like you up?” He waved as he gave you some space. “Well, stay safe, alright?”
Stay safe? Seriously? He berated himself in his mind as he retreated, refraining from wanting to smash his head into something. Wouldn’t that just spike her anxiety up even more…?
-- -- -- -- --
Peaceful sleep didn’t come to you that night.
You woke up in cold sweats, panting as you tried to remember you were safe then. Whatever you dreamed about, it couldn’t hurt you. But what you saw… it felt too real, yet you didn’t want to believe in this spiritual whoo-whoo shit. Not until you had enough evidence, because you weren’t about to fall for this shit.
Still…
It felt like numerous eyes from a monster glared back at you, and while you tried to sleep, it felt like hands roamed all over your body, exploring your most intimate parts.
Sleep paralysis? This didn’t feel like sleep paralysis at all.
But somehow you still didn’t believe in whatever horse shit Suguru Geto and the sort of people he attracted believed in.
You sighed, laying back in bed, pondering your options.
Then incessant buzzing of your phone had you jump in your spot.
At this hour? You glanced at the time on your lock screen. It’s 3AM…
Gojo: Hey. It’s Satoru Gojo.
Oh, right. You’d given him his number. Maybe you were hoping for something to come out of this, but you doubted anything would. You idly wondered what he looked like without his blindfold on—he seemed full of it when it came to his appearance, so he better be able to back up those claims.
Smiling in spite of everything, you texted him back.
You: Hey, Gojo. Can’t sleep?
Gojo: eh, my bedtime’s not for another hour
You did a double take at the time.
You: you sleep at 4AM?
Gojo: and get up at 7 🫡
You: you in the military or something?
Gojo: in a way, but no
Gojo: hey listen, be careful around suguru
You quirked an eyebrow at that. Again with the cryptic bullshit? You had little patience for it but decided not to pry.
You: I don’t really trust the guy anyway?
Gojo: good. He’s more dangerous than you think, alright? If you need anything, call me
You: thanks, gojo
You eventually managed to get some sleep.
You decided you’d endure those nightmarish ghouls for now.

“Your patient died,” Mei announced as you entered the clinic the next day. The toll last night’s broken sleep took on you was evident—deeper set bags under your eyes, your face looked pale, like you’d just seen explicit horrors you couldn’t describe. Which wasn’t far off.
You glanced up at her, perking an eyebrow.
“Which one? I treat every patient on this floor,” you reminded her.
She froze, unsure of how to approach the matter, clearly.
“The young girl, Asuka Tanaka. The one who was supposed to be discharged today.”
Your eyes widened as the realization dawned on you, and you wanted to deny it.
“She was perfectly healthy!” you reasoned, and you tried to shake off the emotion from your tone, but you couldn’t. Why that little girl and not any of your patients on the verge of dying, anyway? That would have been at least easier news to break to their families, but how would their parents react to their perfectly healthy daughter dying when she was suppsoed to go home?
“We know,” she sighed. “We don’t understand what happened. One of our other nurses found her… and it was…”
“What happened to her?” you demanded.
“We don’t understand. Not fully,” she replied, tone steady and careful. “But it looked like someone came to…”
You felt tears welling up in your eyes, unable to listen or even make out what Mei was telling you, but you knew better than to get too emotional in the workplace. You had no choice. You always delivered this type of news to patients and patients’ familiies every damn day, but why did this feel so sudden to you?
“Do her parents already know?” you found yourself asking, as your lower liip quivered. That poor girl was barely 6 years old.
“Yes, they came in this morning to pick her up…”
“Oh God,” you sighed, trying to steel yourself from these emotions. You had a shift to finish first before you could fully process what happened. This was just part of it all, unfortunately.
“We’ll have dinner soon this week, yeah? On me.”
You smiled, having turned off your emotions for now. Came with the profession. “Sounds good. Thanks.”
“So wait,” Mei began, and you paused, becknoning her to continue. “Who was that guy you spoke to the other day?”
“Still so invested in my love life? At a time like this?”
Mei couldn’t help but sigh.
“Listen! Mine is nonexistent so I’m living vicariously through yours. Forgive the abrupt change of topic, but I just wanted to know, and perhaps it’ll serve as a distraction for you too.”
You pursed your lips. Typical Mei, all about the gossip.
“He was just asking me about Crazy Cult Man.”
“Is he a wanted man, or something? Well… in some cases, that’s true,” Mei hummed, “Lots of people joined that cult just because he’s hot.”
You shrugged. “Like Hell if I know. That guy just kept warning me away from him, but it’s not like I’m interested.”
“Damn, if you’re not, do you mind sharing with me?”
You groaned at her antics, rubbing your temples. Way too early for this shit!
“Mei!”
“Can you blame a girl for trying?” she pouted those pretty red lips of hers. If Mei had a little more confidence, she could get any guy she ever wanted.
“You’re impossible.”
She shrugged. “You love me anyway.”
“Alright, you doofus. I’ll see you later.”
You had to put on your big girl pants and finish the rest of this goddamn shift. You had some new patients come in from last night, something about a lot of vomitting and nausea and a whole other plethora of symptoms that didn’t point to anything untreatable, at the very least.
What you didn’t expect to find as some new patients was two twin girls sharing a room, having fallen ill. Those two girls whose caretaker happened to be—
“—Suguru? What a…surprise to see you here.” No, you weren’t all that surprised. But you were surprised to find that he really did take care of twin girls, and it wasn’t just an act.
“Ah, I didn’t think I’d run into you again so soon,” Suguru replied. “It seems that my girls got some food poisoning from that bakery, so we had to take them here.”
Those two girls didn’t look too pleased to be here from their expressions. They looked fearful, but you figured that was expected. Nobody liked being in the hospital, even for something as typical as food poisoning. That and they still seemed young, teenagers at most, and everything about the hospital seemed scary.
“I’m sorry to hear that,” you replied, surprised that you could keep an even tone. “The doctor will be here soon, but judging by the severity of the food poisoning, it looks like your girls are going to be here for a few days.”
The twin with the brown hair glanced at Suguru. “That bites…”
“I told you not to eat too many of those Danishes,” he chastisted like a stressed out father would. You would smile at the scene if you didn’t know what sort of person Suguru was. Which you only had an idea, but that was enough to go off of for you.
“They were too good to pass up, Geto!” The other twin, who had blonde hair, replied.
“We’re sorry, Geto,” the blonde twin added.
“It’s alright, Nanako. I just hope you’ve learned your lesson this time around. We can’t keep losing money to things like this.”
Hospital bills definitely aren’t a joke, you mused to yourself. Even for someone as rich as Geto.
“So you already know this person, Geto?”
“Yes, Mimiko. She’s also fond of those Dansihes you both like so much.” It sounded like he was trying to sell them on the idea of you. Suguru glanced at you while he was speaking to his twins, and you felt something churn in your stomach. You swore you wanted to vomit yourself right then; something about his presence overwhelmed you, overstimulated you in the worst way.
He frowned, sensing your discomfort. With an all knowing glint in his eyes, he spoke up.
“Having nightmares lately, my dear?”
You froze.
“How did…?” you trailed off, feearing the answer.
“You look exhausted fighting it off,” he explained. He observed what was around you, the same way Gojo did when you met him. So there were things going on around you? You didn’t believe in this stuff, but if it was going to help you…
“You felt like numerous eyes were looking upon you. You woke up in cold sweats. Do you want me to help?”
You stared blankly at him. “Are you saying you can do something about this?”
“I can put it all to rest. Just leave it to me.” He glanced at the twins. “Watch closely, my loves.”
Within seconds, you felt your exhaustion vanish into thin air as he acted as though he absorbed something from you.
“Let me know if you sleep better tonight.”
You didn’t know how to react.
“Alright. Well, let’s focus on your twins’ recovery.”
You glanced out the door to find the doctor down the hall.
“She’s almost here,” you continued. “I’ll step out for her.”
“I must get going, my loves,” Suguru announced, planting a kiss to the crowns of both of their heads. “Be nice to those treating you. Should everything go well, you’ll be back home by tomorrow at the earliest.”
He followed you out the door as the doctor stepped into that room.
You turned around. “Yes?”
“I’d very much enjoy if you stopped by the temple sometime. The girls are eager to get to know you. I saw it on their faces.”
“Th-that’s very kind of you to offer, Suguru, but—!”
He raised a hand to stop you, and you knew better than to test his patience.
“I insist, darling. I’d love for you to come after the girls feel all better from your clinic’s top-notch treatment. Them getting sick felt like the perfect opportunity to take them here even if I could treat them at home.”
“I don’t recommend that at all. If it was a mild case of food poisoning, then perhaps, but—!”
“—I believe you’re just the nurse here, darling. We’ll see what the doctor orders.”
No man alive was ever allowed to talk to you like that. You swore you felt a nerve snap, but you refrained from showing too much emotion. You doubted you could do much to deter or intimdate him, anyway.
“Might I have your phone for a moment?”
You knew better than to reject him. You offered your phone with a new contact page open for him to enter.
“Thank you, my dear. I sent a text to myself so I got yours as well.” He flashed his own phone.
Fantastic… you thought, biting back a sigh.
“We'll see you tomorrow, then."
“Very well. Until tomorrow, darling.
-- -- -- -- --
The night fell silent. You relaxed in your bed, focusing on your breath work. It was part of a therapy exercise you learned some time ago, something to help calm your nerves and help you sleep.
Something you so desperately needed.
Unfortunately, your quiet time was interrupted by your text message notification.
Groaning, you swiped your phone from the nightstand and saw who it was from.
Gojo: hey, just checking in
You: hey. I could be better for sure
Gojo: what’s up?
You: we lost a young patient today. No more than 6 years old.
Gojo: god, that’s terrible. What happened?
You: no one really knows, honestly.
Gojo began to call. You answered with a defeated sigh.
“Hey. Figured hearing a voice would be better than measly text,” he greeted over the line.
You giggled, your voice dripping in sarcasm. “My hero.”
“Feel free to call me that all you want!”
You giggled again. He was actually kind of funny.
“Are you going to be okay?” His tone seemed genuinely concerned.
“I will be. I’m just so sad for her.”
“You never get used to it, huh? The loss.”
“Not at all,” you replied. “Doesn’t matter what anyone says about professions like these.”
“I can definitely understand. Hey, like I said, I’m a call away.”
“Hey, wait, Gojo…” You bit your lip. Should you say anything at all?
“What’s up?”
“Geto came by the hospital today too.”
A pause. A long, uncomfortable pause. That same churning feeling in your stomach returned. Weren’t you supposed to say something?
“He did?”
“Yeah, his twins got sick with food poisoning,” you explained. “They’re still there.”
“Thanks for telling me.”
Should you keep going?
“He… he kept inviting me to his temple.”
“Don’t go,” he replied a little too quickly. You paused this time. Of course not. Why the hell would you ever want to go there?
“I know,” you assured him, sighing. “But… if he really is as dangerous as you say, what if he tries something?”
“I’m here,” he told you, tone gentle and confident—like he appeared to be. “Don’t worry.”
“You’re laying it on real thick, Gojo,” you found yourself saying while chuckling.
“Hey, I’m just happy to help those in need.”
You couldn’t help the smile on your face.
“Thanks for checking on me, Gojo. But enough about me. How are you?”
You spoke on the phone for a bit, before Gojo had to hang up—something urgent with his job came up, he mentioned, and that he would check up on you later in the week. You fell back in your bed, staring up at the ceiling. He seemed like a genuine guy, but you doubted anything would escalate.
That night, in spite of the terrible day, you slept like a baby. Completely out like a light. No nightmares, no eyes, no creatures, no cold sweats… nothing. It still didn’t mean you believed in any of this; perhaps it was just coincidence. Nothing beyond that.
You weren’t going to seek Geto’s help for anything.
You knew much, much better than that.
-- -- -- --
“Hello, Nanako, Mimiko,” you greeted the next day when it was time to check their vitals.
“Hello,” Mimiko responded in a robotic tone.
“Are we set to go home yet?” Nanako asked, “Hospital stays are so boring!”
You chuckled, “We’ll see if the doctor says you’re ready to go.”
“Awwww,” Nanako huffed.
“You’re so dramatic, Nanako,” Mimiko quipped, “Geto influences you too much with those theatrics of his.”
“Speaking of, did he come to see you today?”
“He’s on his way,” Mimiko responded with a nod. “Geto looks like he really likes you, ma’am.”
“If Geto likes you then we have to like you,” Nanako piped in with an animated expression. “He has great judge of character.”
“Does he now?” you inquired, but you didn’t expect anyone to answer that—mostly talking to yourself.
“Ah! Hello, my loves,” Suguru waltzed in with some bouquets of flowers. “I have bought these for my girls, and a bouquet for you, my love. You seemed like the daisy type?”
Of course he was right about that.
You accepted the bouquet graciously, never mind the tightness you felt in your chest. “That’s kind of you, Suguru.”
You were definitely planning on tossing those straight in the trash.
You set them aside.
“Have you considered my offer, my dear?” Suguru asked, and you froze. You weren’t looking forward to answering this because you weren’t sure how he would handle rejection. You had to do this… smoothly.
As delicately as possible, like you were handling some fine China.
“I’m afraid there’s no room in my schedule right now to visit any time soon.”
“Ah, that is a shame,” Suguru replied with a click of his tongue. “We’ll work things out, I’m sure. The girls are eager to know you more after you treated them. Isn’t that right, my loves?”
The two twins nodded.
“She’s nice,” Mimiko stated. Suguru petted her head.
“Indeed.”
Using his twins as leverage over you? Oh, that was just diabolical.
Once you took the twin’s vitals, you stepped out of their room with your new bouquet in hand, taking it to your office to dump it into the trash. Your heart pounded out of your chest. At the very least, it didn’t seem likely that Suguru would cause any havoc in this setting. But now he had other means to torment you, and he hadn’t tried just yet.
You feared for the worst—and a part of you feared for your life.

The Takada-Chan Meet and Greet
Pairing: Aoi Todo x f!reader
Rating: Mature
Word Count: ~3.1k
cw: explicit language, suggestive dialogue, switching POVs (reader is in 2nd person, Todo is in 3rd)
Summary: Your first Todo-free Takada-Chan event! Or so you think.
Author's Notes: Here’s Chapter 3! Thank you for supporting this series so far. In this story, Todo lives in Tokyo; he moved after graduating from Kyoto Jujutsu High School, in case you want some background info. Divider credit to @/saradika.
Previous Chapter | Masterlist | Next Chapter
Todo hates being late to Takada-Chan events. Absolutely despises it. However, his duties as a Jujutsu Sorcerer always come first; that’s the vow he committed to. Being a grade 1 sorcerer involves responsibilities that even the pop idol can’t supersede, much to his dismay.
The Saturday of Takada-Chan’s Meet and Greet, he is assigned a mission to exorcise an unregistered special grade cursed spirit outside of Tokyo. He convinces his brother, Yuji, to team up with him to knock this out as soon as possible. They successfully eliminate it, but it ends up taking them the entire morning, leaving Todo to rush back home to get ready. He’s scratched up a bit; nothing that a hot shower, moisturizer, and deodorant won’t fix. Still, he’s exhausted. It doesn’t matter, though; he will push through the pain for Takada-Chan!
As he changes, he recalls the most recent Handshake event he attended. It somehow became the best Takada-Chan experience, all thanks to that girl, his rival. The chick who gets under his skin, always challenging him, and calling him an idiot. They only received special treatment because the pop idol assumed they were a couple. How ridiculous. As if Aoi Todo could ever be with anyone besides Takada-Chan.
However, he is still a man. There’s no denying that he checked this girl out while she stood in line in front of him. He always makes it a point to observe a person, especially women. It’s for scientific data, of course, or at least that’s what he tells himself to justify it. In all honestly, he finds her cute; she has a nice smile, even though it’s never directed at him. And sure, maybe his eyes have drifted further south, mostly out of curiosity. Even he can admit to himself that she has a nice butt. He can’t help but acknowledge a beautiful ass when he sees one.
Personality-wise, he can’t straight up say he hates her. She’s annoying for trying to compete with him to be Takada-Chan’s #1 fan. She’s his rival when it comes to that. But deep down, he respects how she doesn’t back down from him. She challenges him, which he doesn’t mind since he loves competition. It keeps things interesting. It’s amusing how fired up she gets over all the stupid shit he says. And he says a lot of stupid shit.
He doesn’t like how she calls him an idiot, considering he has the highest IQ possible. But he can’t completely blame her either, given what an asshole he’s been to her so far. She probably hates him.
Well, it doesn’t matter. The only woman for him is Takada-Chan. He doesn’t have to waste his time trying to get other women to like him. Especially her, his enemy. That’s all she’ll ever be to him anyways.
~~~
The morning of Takada-Chan’s Meet and Greet, you are busy helping Sara prepare for a private party at her family’s restaurant. As much as you would have preferred to arrive at the event early to secure a good spot in line, your best friend asked for help and you couldn’t deny her of that. She deals with plenty of your ridiculous requests, so offering her a hand is the least you could do.
As you lay out new tablecloths, Sara asks, “So, think you’ll see that himbo again today?”
“Todo? I don’t know, I hope not,” you reply.
She sets a centerpiece down in the middle of the table. “You might want to reconsider your stance on pretending you two are a couple. I know you said you wouldn’t go along with it again, but what if you keep getting special treatment? This might be your best option.”
You look at her, eyebrows furrowed. “You’re not seriously suggesting that my best option is to pretend that egotistical gorilla is my boyfriend, are you?”
She shrugs. “What’s there to lose?”
“Hmm, I don’t know. My pride. My dignity. My self-respect!”
She snickers. “Oh honey, that went out the window as soon as you started screaming Love Gem at each other.”
You give her a playful shove as you move on to the other tables, not responding to her little jab. Smirking, she adds, “Yuji said that Todo is actually really nice once you get to know him.”
“I’ve met this guy twice already and he’s been everything but nice. And since when are you and his friend on a first name basis?”
“Oh, we’ve been texting ever since we exchanged numbers at the Handshake Event. He’s super funny,” she explains, nonchalant. “Anyways, my point is, maybe you should try to play nice with Todo. There might be some benefits you can get out of this odd relationship you two have. Also, he’s hot. Maybe you can have angry hate sex with each other. How great would that be?!”
“Sara!” you exclaim, scandalized.
She giggles, giving you a sly look. “Oh please, don’t tell me you haven’t thought about it! He’s totally your type and you know it.”
You stay quiet because it’s true. It’s not like you’ve thought about doing it with him. But he is your type, there’s no denying it. Ripped, tall, that low gruff he has in his voice. That mysterious and alluring scar on his face. What’s the story behind that?
He has an awful personality, though. Just awful. Cocky, arrogant, overbearing, irritating. A straight up asshat.
Is it a tad bit cute how smitten he gets around Takada-Chan? Yeah, maybe. Just a tad. The tiniest morsel of cuteness. Other than that, there are no redeeming qualities about him. Zero, nada, zilch. And you’re convinced that there’s nothing he can do that will change your feelings about him.
After helping at the restaurant, you board the bus to the familiar convention center. The Meet and Greet starts in an hour at 1 PM, so as expected, there are already hundreds of fans in line. Many are already inside, so the sheer volume of fanatics outside has you assuming the worst. Today is going to be a long day of waiting for your turn with Takada-Chan. You scan the line of people ahead of you to see any familiar face, specifically Todo. He’s probably first, gloating to whoever would listen about how he’s #1. Ugh. At least this will be the first Takada-Chan event uninterrupted by him. You’re not sure why you’re even thinking of him in the first place, you need to enjoy this moment of being Todo-free.
People continue to fall in line behind you. You chat with some fans next to you, sharing your favorite songs and iconic concert moments. From the corner of your eye, you notice a familiar figure approaching slowly from the across the street. To your surprise, it’s Todo. He’s walking with a small, but noticeable limp towards the front door of the convention center, hands in his pockets. He looks through the doors, then down the line of people wrapped around the building. His whole body heightens as he takes a deep sigh and makes his way to the back, looking defeated with his head down, staring at his feet, clearly frustrated. You can’t help but feel sorry for the guy.
Once he’s within earshot, you call out to him, “Hey Todo!”
He lifts his head to glance at you with a neutral expression, waiting for you to say something else.
You’re not even sure why you call out to him. What are you supposed to say? Do you want to be a little shit and boast? He would probably do the same to you, in fact you’re certain he would. But something about his expression in this moment is pitiful. You’re not that much of a cold-hearted bitch to kick him while he’s down, right?
“I guess we were both too busy today to claim our rightful spots. We’ll get it next time.” You give him a tight-lipped smile.
He lets out a small laugh. “Yeah, sure.” Then he drags his feet towards the end of the long line.
Why did you say something so unnecessary and useless? As if saying anything can make him feel better. And why do you care about making him feel better? This guy is nothing to you. It’s not like the two of you are friends.
You look back to see if you can still see him, but by now, he’s disappeared into the throng of people.
By 12:30 PM, the crowd is buzzing. Takada-Chan will be arriving any moment. There’s a chance that she will walk through the front entrance to greet her fans. Right on cue, a stretch limo appears on the street and the pop idol steps out, surrounded by security guards. She’s wearing an off-the-shoulder cropped blouse paired with a checkered mini skirt, strutting towards the fans in black platform heels, so stylish and cool as always. She starts near the rear, waving and smiling. Your heart races with excitement as she gets closer and closer to you. As she passes by, you wave enthusiastically. She smiles and continues, but then does a double take. “Hey! I recognize you! You were at my handshake event just a few weeks ago! One half of the couple! What’s your name again?”
Stuttering, you say your name. “Y-Y-Yes! That’s me!” You can’t believe that she recognizes you!
The idol gives you an adorable pout, asking, “Where is your other half?”
What should you do? You told yourself you wouldn’t continue along with this lie. You’re supposed to hate this man. He is your sworn enemy, arch-nemesis, your rival. On the other hand, Takada-Chan is standing right here, talking to you! Would you even be in this situation if it wasn’t for this huge misunderstanding? At the same time, you can’t get his sad face out of your mind. He’s probably still wallowing in self-pity.
Thinking on your feet, you quickly blurt out, “He’s way in the back of the line! He had work earlier today, so he came late. He didn’t feel right getting in line with me since there were already so many other fans lined up, so he just went to the back, that’s why we aren’t together.” You manage to put on your most convincing frowny face, praying to the Idol gods that this little fib is convincing enough.
She nods, not saying anything at first. Then, she gives you a mischievous grin. “Well, we can’t have that can we? Let’s go get your boyfriend.” Your eyes widen as she holds your hand and drags you out of line towards the back. You’re at a complete loss for words, no idea what is happening. When you reach Todo, his sullen face instantly changes as soon as he sees Takada-Chan. He gives you a quick glance and his expression changes from delight to confusion.
With a bright smile, the pop idol says, “Hello! Your girlfriend told me all about your situation. Follow me!” With her free hand, she grabs Todo’s wrist and leads the two of you into the convention center, security guards surrounding you. There are gasps and excited cheers from the others as you all make your way further into the building.
Todo, currently transfixed by her grip on his wrist, manages to whisper to you, “What’s going on?”
As quietly as you can, you respond, “I’ll explain later, just play along.” He nods, continuing to focus on Takada-Chan’s grip, blushing the whole way.
She leads you past the Meet and Greet table, through a door in the back that turns into a hallway. Most of the guards stay behind, leaving you with just the pop idol and the same guard who handed you the posters at the Handshake Event. She releases her grips on both of you, facing you, still smiling brightly. Her hand rests on the doorknob as she announces, “Welcome to my dressing room!” The door swings open, like the pearly gates of heaven. You can’t believe you’re about to enter Takada-Chan’s dressing room! What’s more unbelievable is that Takada-Chan herself has invited you!
You and Todo gasp as you walk in, taking in this behind-the-scenes glimpse into the pop idol’s life. Takada plops down on the couch, twirling one of her pigtails with her fingers. “We still have a few minutes before the Meet and Greet starts. I wanted to give my favorite couple a very exclusive experience!” She pats the space next to her on the couch, motioning for you to sit down, specifically you. From your peripheral, you see Todo’s eyes widen, green with envy. Oh, how you wish you could take a picture of this and remember it forever. He’s so jealous of you. This is a feeling you can get used to.
For some reason, you don’t sit down. Instead, you smile at Todo, putting on this fake girlfriend act. “Todo, sweetie, you go ahead and sit. You’ve been working hard all morning.”
Why did you do this? You don’t owe this guy anything. Well, maybe you do. If it weren’t for him, you wouldn’t even be here right now. And Todo is so in love with Takada-Chan, you feel bad taking this rare opportunity away from him. After all, he did look rough today. Maybe you have just a microscopic soft spot for him. Maybe.
His mouth opens in shock as Takada-Chan squeals and exclaims, “Oh my gosh, you two are soooooo cute! I can’t!” She scoots over to the edge of the couch to accommodate Todo’s very large body. He looks nervous, giddy, and baffled all at the same time.
Sensing that Todo is too thrilled to speak, you initiate conversation with Takada-Chan, thanking her first for this very intimate Meet and Greet, and asking her questions about being a pop idol, which she kindly answers. She asks you about your “relationship” with Todo, which you do a lot of quick thinking and lying to answer. Basically, the story is that you’ve been together for four years, first meeting at a university party. You were attracted to his huge muscles and “quiet” personality, he was attracted to your quick wit and charm. He got into Takada-Chan only because of you and often praises you for being her #1 fan. Now you both live in studio apartment together in Tokyo with a pet turtle named Nobu.
If you are going to lie your ass off, you might as well milk it for all it’s worth.
When it gets closer to 1 PM, Takada gets up and goes over to her dresser. She signs a poster with both yours and Todo’s name on it, and writes, “To my favorite couple! Can’t wait to see you both at the next event!” She finishes it with a giant heart and her signature.
“Let’s take a picture before you two leave!” Takada-Chan stands in the center as you and Todo squeeze on either side of her. She puts up a peace sign, to which you both follow. Todo, who hasn’t said a word this whole time, holds out his arm with his phone in hand and takes the picture. It turns out to be a very cute photo.
You say your goodbyes, Todo blushing and still unable to speak, then the security guard walks you out through the back exit. You lead him towards the same bench area you found at the last event and sit down, still buzzing with excitement. You just spent twenty minutes alone with Takada-Chan. It’s like a dream come true!
The sound of his voice startles you. “That was crazy.”
You giggle, turning to face him. “She knows our names.” You unravel the rolled-up poster that she signed and stare at the message she wrote. It’s so surreal!
You’re both quiet for a few moments until Todo clears his throat. “Thanks. For doing all that. I don’t know exactly what you said to her, but whatever it was, it worked.” He pauses before asking, “Why did you do that?”
You shrug your shoulders and reply, “She asked where my boyfriend was, and I just came up with something. I don’t think she would let me into her dressing room alone. Unfortunately, we’re a packaged deal now.”
He chuckles. “I guess so. I just can’t believe I sat next to her. Our knees touched!”
“Why didn’t you say anything? She was sitting right next to you; I feel like I did all the talking.”
“I was so nervous. I couldn’t believe we were in her dressing room. I didn’t know what to say. You really held it down for us.” He looks at you, smiling. It wasn’t the shit-eating grin or cocky smirk you’ve seen from him before. It’s a friendly smile. A genuine smile.
It catches you off guard. This might be the first time you and Todo aren’t bickering with each other. The first time he’s not being a cocky asshole to you. You stare down at the poster in your hands, debating in your head. Deciding, you hand it over to him. He doesn’t take it, he only gives you a curious look and says, “What are you doing? You should keep it.”
“No, it’s okay. I shamelessly used you today. Doesn’t feel right to keep it.”
“I don’t mind if you use me,” he says in that low voice. And there’s that smirk again.
Rolling your eyes, you say, “Just take it, okay? I’ve already made up my mind.”
He continues to look at you oddly. “Seriously, why are you doing this?”
“Does it matter? Take the poster. It’s really not a big deal. Just send me that picture and we’ll call it even.”
“Fine, give me your number then.”
You recite your phone number to him. After a few seconds, you feel the vibration of your phone. There it is, the picture. And his phone number. For some reason, you feel nervous having his phone number. Like a line has been crossed. There’s a noticeable difference in the energy between you two now. It’s weirdly peaceful.
After a few moments of silence, Todo huffs and cross his arms in front of his chest. “This doesn’t change anything, just so you know. I’m still her #1 fan.”
Never mind. Hostile energy is back.
“Aww, and just when I thought we could be friends,” you retort, rolling your eyes.
He looks at you with an eyebrow raised and grins. In his low voice, he says, “I don’t think we’ll ever be friends.”
You watch him as he walks away, signed poster in hand. His words seem harsh, but you can’t help but feel like there is a hidden meaning behind what he just said.
I have a JJK x Naruto Crossover I think you'd like
So it's in the Naruto world, but curses and cursed energy exist as a separate thing from chakra. Jujutsu schools are scattered across the Nations, working together to keep the curses from destroying the world.
Shinobi and sorcerers really do not like each other. The shinobi hate how uncertain they are of the sorcerers loyalty as sorcerers consider themselves to be loyal to each other rather than any of the countries they are in. They often refuse to let sorcerers into the villages. The only reason they haven't all been killed is because although chackra can't kill a curse they can see them and seal them like bijuu. Sorcerers hate shinobi because while they're sacrificing their lives to protect the world the shinobi are actively creating more curses with their warfare and preventing the sorcerers from killing the curses in the villages. Also shinobi sometimes use sealed curses as weapons, which is stupid and bad.
Sidenote real fast, Hoshigaki Kisame isn't part of the Akatsuki here because Gojo was like, "hmm. I need a teacher to teach my students shinobi things so they don't get assassinated. I think this weird shark guy would be great!" So Kisame is living his best life getting to be a nice, loyal guy and is one of the only shinobi that sorcerers tolerate.
The main plot of this AU is related to the bijuu. You know how in Naruto the bijuu have the ability to sense malice and sometimes go out of their way to kill evil humans? Well in this AU what they are actually sensing is cursed energy and their job is to disperse large build ups of cursed energy to keep the formation of cursed spirits down. They are deeply venerated and respected by sorcerers for this. So guess who was absolutely furious when the shinobi started sealing them?
The only reason the sorcerers haven't gone to war over the whole thing is because without the bijuu, they're being stretched thinner and thinner as they try to keep the cursed spirit population down. Death rates among sorcerers have easily doubled or tripled, as, even if there's still very few special grades, there's just so many of the weaker ones.
This whole thing makes Geto even worse than in canon.
So in the midst of all this tension, Team Seven runs into Gojo's first year students on some kind of mission involving missing nin creating curses on purpose. Between Naruto's naruto-ness and Itadori's friendliness, they actually manage to work together and are a little friendly by the end of it.
And then it somehow comes out that Naruto is the ninetales jinchuuriki and the jjk kids lose their shit. Even Sukuna's upset, he just found out about the whole thing and his belief in humanity somehow dropped further into the negatives than it already was.
Like, they are genuinely ready to kill Naruto over this, and team seven is so confused because they were friendly a second ago, and then both their teachers show up and everything gets worse.
And the thing is, most shinobi don't know about the bujuu-sorcerer connection. The general run of the mill shinobi barely knows anything about sorcerers, and team seven actually learned more than their teachers ever told them on this mission. And it would be so confusing and stressful for them to realize that the monster that they all fear is a respected colleague to these people, and the bijuus loss is genuinely killing the sorcerers.
Just the idea that the monster sealed inside of him isn't a monster, that it was sealed wrongfully, would break Naruto a little bit.
I don't know where this would end up going. Having Kenjaku and Madara/Obito pulling shit at the same time would be a nightmare. I just really like the idea of sorcerers and shinobi having to deal with each other, and of the ninja having to think about the fact that sealing a living being and using them as a battery and weapon for a century is really fucked up, and it's no wonder they try to kill you every time they get out.
This is absolutely delightful and I need 100k of it stat
Lie 'Till Its The Truth
Summary: On Yujis birthday, your life takes an unexpected turn. By not listening and just assuming, you have to make a split-second decision to either accept the lie as the truth or continue living a lie at the expense of everything you know and love. Unsurprisingly, you settle for the first.
Pairing Fem! reader x Yuji Itadori ( hint at fem!reader x Maki) Sweetober prompt 4: Lying WC: 1.6 K Warnings: Cursing, light angst, hint at LGBTQ+ content (female x female) and presence of heteronormative societal expectations/pressure.
Maki was a beautiful woman. Not conventionally beautiful, not the breathtaking model on long Bambi legs and a pancake of make-up. But not a ‘natural beauty’ who rolled out of bed all perfect either. Rather, something in between. The hardworking girl-next-door and queen-of-the-world combined. Something familiar and inspiring yet somehow foreign and unique. Or maybe it was the breathtaking power and confidence that radiated through her every move; the strengths she expressed as she raised her spear towards Panda.
Unafraid but not cocky.
She fascinated you. The way she couldn’t even see cursed spirits without her glasses and yet she never hesitated to jump straight into battle.
Maki was an anomaly.
“Hey Y/N, do you… can I.. is there maybe?” You tore your eyes away from Maki and shifted your focus to Yuji. You had to stifle a laugh. His usual ‘day off’ bright yellow hoodie was covered in marker markings, doodles and text. Looking closer, you realised these weren’t just random but rather ‘happy birthday’ congratulations; ‘ Happy Birthday, idiot’ ‘ Now you’re one year older and maybe smarter’ ‘ Happy Birthday’ as if that wasn’t clue enough that your classmate and fellow jujutsu sorcerer was a little older, then the pink birthday hat peeking out from his pocket was another obvious clue. Not to mention his normally put-together hair was messy and a bit flattened, as if he had thrown off the birthday hat and stuffed it in his pocket seconds before approaching you.
“Oh it’s your birthday Yuji. Happy Birthday!” You stepped closer to the nervous teen-turned-adult and wrapped your arms around his neck in a close hug. Yuji froze in place, and you could practically feel the bright red flush on his face and chuckle to yourself.
God, he was as innocent as he was adorable.
But not as adorable as Maki. Though you weren’t sure whether ‘adorable’ and Maki really could be placed in the same sentence. She seemed too good for that definition. Yes, Maki was a captivating woman.
The kind that stole your attention away. Even as you hugged Yuji, your eyes trailed her movements, the way she trained a distance away; how she jumped out of Panda’s way. Ducked, dodged, then dropped.
Unbothered, confident in herself.
Yuji wrapped an arm around your waist and briefly returned the hug before pulling back first. The action confused you. Usually, you couldn’t pry him off yourself; now, he was quick to put distance between you. His head bowed as if it would somehow hide his bright red cheeks. His hands were back in his pockets, and you could hear the soft scrunching of the party hat being gripped a little too tightly. “Huh? Something the matter Yuji?” You asked, concerned that you had somehow offended him. And on his big day no less.
His answer came out as a rushed, jumbled mess of quietly whispered words you didn’t quite understand. The only thing you caught was the end of the sentence; “-out with me”
You blinked for a second, wondering if you could decipher any of the earlier words. When that failed, you merely smiled. Yuji was Yuji, an innocent little puppy dog. You doubted he said anything too obscene, even with how nervous, bright red and rigid he got. It probably had to do with his birthday- probably one of those ‘I’m an adult-adult now so I want to try adult things- please show me’ requests “‘Course, I’d love to!”
The words didn’t even leave your lips before Yuji picked you up and spun you around a few times as if you had gifted him the world on a silver platter. “Y-yuji hey!” you called out as bubbly laughter passed your lips. “You’ll make me dizzy, stop!”
“Oh, right, sorry?” Yuji coughed awkwardly as he stopped spinning you for a moment and just held you, arms outstretched, your feet barely touching the ground. It wasn’t until another ‘Yuji’ that sounded like a growl passed your lips that he finally set you back down on the ground.
You stumbled a little, and Yuji instantly steadied you. His hand, eager fingers, moved from your arm to your waist.
You barely noticed Yuji; your eyes returned back to the green-haired women as she was violently thrown into the ground by Panda. It fascinated you how she could smack into the ground and jump right back up again like nothing hurt.
Maki would get hit and pull herself back together.
A punch, that she dodged, a hit that landed square in her face and then another dodge. The split as she landed on the ground, legs flat against the grass, skirt hiked up just enough to see a glimpse of her stripy butt huggers made breath hitch in your throat.
“Ehem I-I’m sorry? Isn’t this how, you know a boyfriend’s supposed to hold his girl?” Yuji asked his hand flew away from your waist, and he was in front of you in an apologetic bow, his face an even darker shade of red. “So sorry Y/N!” He declared in an almost military yell.
You froze for a moment, your mind processed his words, his bow, his nervousness and the dark red blush on his cheeks. The question you couldn’t hear, the ever-darkening face, ‘girlfriend’? Oh. Oh
Fuck you should have paid attention to what he said or asked him to repeat himself before you foolishly guessed with a stupid “‘Course, I’d love to!” No wonder he became so happy when you said yes… You felt your cheeks flush, your mind considered how you should get yourself out of this awkward situation. Your eyes drifted back towards Maki. Her training was over and she was wiping off the sweat from her body with a handtowel while also sharing playful banter with Yuta and Panda.
No, Maki was a stunning woman. The kind that would intimidate any man but the right one. The kind that would never settle for anything that her heart didn’t want. However, she was also, inherently, a traditional woman who obeyed the conventional way of life.
Even if she rejected the Zenin clan, she was a sorcerer through and through. She carved her own paths but as you stared at her, you realized that Maki’s chosen path wasn’t that much different from the type of life she’d led under Zenin. Fight for as long as she had value, then birth children to continue the bloodline.
You did not doubt in your mind that Maki would eventually follow that calling. Find a man she found worthy and then make her future husband very happy.
Maki was a predictable anomaly to you, and as much as you craved her, stared at her, admired her figure and wished she’d take you in her arms and cover you in kisses, you also knew those were just invasive thoughts not meant for the sorcerer society.
Turning back to Yuji, you felt a lump in your throat as you looked at him, grovelling before you for misreading your body language as discomfort at his actions. Discomfort because of him. You felt something in your heart stir, shatter, and grow numb, but it also settled a certain calm over you—an icy chill. You had no doubt in your mind that Yuji would treat you with utmost respect and love, that he’d treat you like the apple of his eye.
Your eyes trailed the happy birthday congratulations all over his shirt and you were earnestly forced to think of every positive attribute he had—everything about him that resembled Maki, everything that made you like him.
“Don’t worry about it, Yuji” You stretched your hand towards his bowing form, a silent request for him to take it. “ It will just take time to learn.. You know.. How to love.”
“Oh right! So, like each other's love-language right? I read somewhere that it’s really important.” Yuji was ranting and rambling, grinning like a fool while blushing fifty shades of red, and his clammy hand made it over yours and squeezed tightly.
You squeezed his hand back. Lingered, let him pull you towards the exit of the training grounds, no doubt to find his friends and celebrate the rest of his birthday. You looked back to see if Maki and the others noticed you and Yuji. They hadn’t, and their conversation and banter were as loud as usual. It almost stung, but you turned away before the sight could ruin your mood and shattered your fake smile.
Maki was a beautiful woman. Conventionally unconventional and strong. The type of woman you'd give everything for.
But the world was cruel and the mentality of those around you was different. To lust for another women would only lead to ostrazation and further fights -as if either of you hadn't had enough of those.
Maybe in your next life youd learn to be as beautiful and strong as Maki. However, in this life, you’d settle for a convenient lie with Yuji while you denied the inevitable truth.
No, in this life you'd lead a lie until it became the truth and truth became the lie.
Because you weren't as strong, or pretty or determined, because you couldn't handle a beating that life would give you if you chose the truth.
Because you weren't Maki. You weren't desired by Maki. So a lie was all you had left.
Well what's something sweet without a little tartness, and what's a sweetober without a little hurt/comfort? Was I mean? A little. Was I also trying to highlight the struggle of LGBTQ+ individuals? Also yes. Because quite frankly, even if you don't get executed or prosecuted for love, sometimes other things in society make you pick the more accepted route.. even if it will hurt yourself and your partner in the process. Poor Yuji (if) he finds out the truth..
in cursed twin AU, how does Satoru react towards Yuta, since he has a cursed spirit of his own? albeit Shiki is a bit of a different situation and is well-behaved compared to Rika, and has more clarity than Rika
it could also be argued that - putting aside that no one except Suguru has lived to tell the secret - Satoru is comparatively more fucked up than Yuta in this regard because he’s willingly housing Shiki for an unforeseen future inside his body, and that’s considered messed up in the head, kind of? because imagine you have the option of putting Shiki to rest somehow, letting her die in peace, but no — for one, Shiki is well behaved and there’s no problems so far in their situation, so there’s no reason for Satoru to just up and do that. shiki isn’t suffering, isn’t too insane, and by possessing him she can eat and see and experience things for her own (even though shes a bloodthirsty little thing)
so gg Satoru be the first one to delete people who denies his sister this second chance (and he already did lmao)
for two, why should Shiki be the one to die? when it was the fault of fucking Gojo Clan and their father that she ended up like this? it’s not fair, his sister died because of some fucktards deciding she wasn’t worth anything and she has to be the one to pay the price, to give up in this lifetime, to die in order her to be in peace? Shiki deserves to live and have a chance to look at and experience this world, and Satoru is making sure of it even if it has to be through using him
In a way, Gojo Satoru really does love Shiki, and I want to see how a Satoru who has someone he loves to the point of, well, housing them inside his body for almost all his life like in Cursed Twins AU, reacts to seeing Yuta and Rika.
Footsteps sound clearly upon the cold stone ground, growing closer and closer, but Yuta can't find the strength to raise his head. Instead, he curls inwards, shrinking into himself where he's sitting on the uncomfortable wooden chair in his prison.
And, there's no doubt that this is a prison; ofuda seals cover the entirety of the enclosed chamber, and the only source of light is from the flicker of yellow lanterns scattered across the ground, arranged in a strange pattern. Yuta does not recognize any of it, as strange and scary as everything is, but instinct tells him that this is a trap, a cage.
... Good. He deserves it. He deserves to be locked up like this forever, because he-
"All of this is a bit overkill for just a kid, isn't it?"
"This was the best I could argue for, while you were still out of the country. It was either this, or immediate execution." Oh. Oh, Yuta recognizes this voice. "Hello, Okkotsu-kun. Have you been well?"
It's only polite to look at the person who's speaking to you. Yuta doggedly manages to summon up the strength to raise his head.
"... Hello, Geto-san," he whispers. The man who'd subdued Rika-chan and brought him in without any further bloodshed offers him a reassuring smile, then gestures towards his companion.
"Okkotsu-kun, this is my friend, Gojo Satoru. He's the one I mentioned before, who I think might be able to offer a unique insight into your situation. Satoru, this is-"
The white-haired man makes a clearly disgusted sound. Yuta automatically flinches, because there's no doubt that it's directed towards him.
"A master-servant bond, really?" he says, obviously disapproving. Yuta has no idea what the man is talking about.
"Okkotsu-kun is not a sorcerer," Geto-san says sharply. "He's lived a civilian life all this time, Satoru. Remember what I told you? He and Orimoto-chan are childhood sweethearts who accidentally cursed each other; neither had any idea of what they were doing-"
"No, the boy's the one who did all the cursing here, Suguru." There's a strange flicker in the white-haired man's striking blue eyes, crystalline blue shifting to abyssal darkness and back again. But it must be a trick of the light. Human eyes don't work that way. "But for something that was unintentional... hmm..."
Geto-san sighs tiredly. "Your recommendation, then?"
"... You're asking for my opinion? I think... ultimately, it depends on what the two of them want out of their relationship," Gojo-san shrugs. "Although that might be a little difficult to hammer out on the girl's side, given her current state."
Geto-san frowns lightly, a hand coming up to rest on his chin in thought. "Is there a way to make her lucid again?"
"Well, it's not like there's a documented process for this or anything, but with the circumstances being what they are, I think we might have a few ideas," Gojo-san gives him a sharp grin. Then, he turns towards Yuta. "Hey, so. If it turns out that there's no helping your Rika-chan anyways and we can't actually improve her state any, then what are you going to do?"
"What am I...?" Yuta blinks, confused. It's precisely because he doesn't know what to do, because he doesn't want Rika-chan to hurt anyone anymore, that he's sitting here in this prison cell unresistingly. That he's accepted the fact that he's going to be executed, because otherwise... otherwise...
The white-haired man shoots him a distinctly unimpressed look. "It's not that complicated a question, kid."
"I..." Yuta swallows roughly. "I don't... I don't want Rika-chan to hurt anyone."
"Cute, but that's not what I asked," Gojo-san says. "Are you just going to try and kill yourself again?"
"Satoru, that's not-!"
"Let him answer the question, Suguru."
The scary man's eyes flick downwards briefly towards where a deformed hand-knife is hidden behind Yuta's chair. A knife that Rika-chan had destroyed when Yuta had attempted to... wait, how does he even know that?
But the question he'd asked... Yuta doesn't...
...
Yuta doesn't want to hurt anyone. And, he doesn't want Rika-chan to hurt anyone, either. The guilt of living like this, causing nothing but death and destruction wherever he goes, accomplishing nothing but bringing pain to other people's lives... that's not okay, and it makes bile rise in the back of his throat just thinking about it.
"You're the one who cursed her, even if it was accidental," Gojo-san tells him mercilessly. "So what is it that you want to do?"
Let's get married when we're older, Yuta.
We'll be together forever and ever!
That's a promise.
...
"I... I want to help Rika-chan."
"And if you can't?"
Yuta's hands clench into fists. "You said... you said that you might have a way. And, if it's my fault that Rika-chan is like this, then I... I have to do something about it."
"Because it's your responsibility?"
"Because I care about Rika-chan!"
The heavy imposing pressure in the air suddenly lifts; Yuta falls forward, gasping. He hadn't even noticed it creeping up on him-
Geto-san clicks his tongue. "You went a little overboard here, Satoru."
"Yeah, we'll take him on," the white-haired man ignores the comment and grins. "Help me draw up the papers? I know that Maki and the others will be just thrilled to have a new student joining them."
"... Draw them up yourself, I'm not your secretary."
"Aww, don't be like that, Suguru-"
Hey, could I request platonic headcanons with Young Gojo and Geto with a 5-year-old curse vessel? When the child was younger, their parents took them to a doctor who diagnosed the child with a “terminal illness” and needed to be kept under the supervision of doctors. Of course, the parents complied, worrying for their child’s health. Little did they know that those “doctors” were ex-jujutsu sorcerers looking to revive a curse and got potential vessels by deceiving individuals. One thing led to another and the child was somehow compatible with the curse and stayed with the doctors for further testing. Once Jujutsu tech found out about a group of sorcerers experimenting with normal people, they needed to stop it. So, they sent in a bunch of sorcerers to put an end to the shit they had going on only to find many patients, among which was a young child crying. Shoko probably had to check up on every person there to make sure they could return to the world of non-sorcerers with minimal issues when she noticed something wrong with the child. She couldn't quite place her finger on the feeling so she began, gently, asking questions only to find out that the experiment the researchers ran on them resulted in “a strange voice” which was later revealed to be a curse. Obviously, everyone was concerned and, for good reason, felt bad about the idea of killing a child so the higher-ups allowed the cursed vessel to live until they caused a serious problem. Luckily for the kid, and probably everyone else, the curse actually likes them and isn't too upset about the current situation. Sure they’re upset about being stuck in a child’s body, but at the same time, they can't exactly go running around, taking their anger out since it would likely kill their vessel and it would be more troublesome to wait for God knows how long to find a new vessel than to behave until the kid grows up and gets stronger
Sorry that this is really long! I’ve just had this idea stuck in my head for a while 😔
ℂ𝕙𝕚𝕝𝕕 ℂ𝕦𝕣𝕤𝕖 𝕍𝕖𝕤𝕤𝕖𝕝
platonic, gn! reader, fluff
Characters: Satoru Gojo and Suguru Geto
Note: Holy shit that's a lot… Also, since you didn't mention the parents again I went off the assumption that they aren't in the picture anymore.
Gojo was likely the one who found them in the first place.
That being said, he never would've guessed that the crying child he found was actually the vessel to a cursed spirit.
Seeing as this is before the main timeline, he was likely confused. Sure, he'd heard that curses could use humans as vessels if they were strong and they’re lucky enough, but he had never seen it happen before.
When he was told that he had to be one of the people to look after the kid, since he’s a special-grade sorcerer, he wasn't happy. He’s insistent that he has better things to do than look after a kid.
However, when the principal did budge he still wasn't happy, but eventually accepted the position of a guardian.
Despite how reluctant he initially was to take care of them, he does everything he can to make sure they’re happy and healthy.
Since the kid’s always stuck inside the school he goes into town to take the kid shopping. Sure, it isn't often but at least he gets to relax and gets to see the kid’s smile when he.
Whenever he leaves for a mission, he promises to bring back some stuff for them, so they have something to look forward to once he returns.
Gojo’s relieved that the curse isn't dumb enough to start anything because, as much as he hates to admit it, he’s started caring for the kid.
┉ˏ͛ ༝̩̩̥͙ ⑅͚˚ ҉ ⑅͚˚ ͛༝̩̩̥͙ ˎ┉
Unlike Gojo, he wasn't as vocal about his distaste for taking care of a child. That doesn't mean that he was thrilled but he warmed up to them much faster.
Taking care of them is the break he needs to detach himself from the world of sorcerers. There's something about separating himself from all of the issues that come with fighting curses and just taking time to care for them that is calming for him.
On a similar note, he would do anything to make sure they were safe and sound once he warmed up to them.
He cooks the kid’s favorite foods. It doesn't matter if he doesn't already know a good recipe, he’ll learn it.
Get doesn't like leaving jujutsu tech with them, worrying that a curse would attack and end up injuring the kid. So, instead, he’ll take walks around the school with them so they aren't stuck in the dorms all day. However, with enough begging from the kid, he’ll cave and go into the city with them, but they aren't allowed out of his sight.
When he left jujutsu high, he felt bad about leaving them behind but didn't want to worry about them getting injured because of him.
Not only that but if they got caught by sorcerers, they would undoubtedly be killed due to being a vessel and on the enemy’s side
As long as the curse inside of them doesn't cause any issues, he’s fine with it, though he does worry at times.
Nanami, it’s time [JJK fanfic]
Chapter Title: Time to go Word Count: 1,960 Synopsis: We all know that moment when Kento Nanami gets torched by Jogo, and you know what comes next… well I know we all want to turn back time and undo that moment. This is a retelling of that part in the story, with something different added to it. Nanami has a wife (you!) who is also a Jujutsu Sorcerer with a unique power, and they both want out of the Jujutsu Society forever. Pairing: Kento Nanami x Reader Content Warning: none YET, but in the succeeding chapters, there WILL be smut, I’m warning you all because I’m writing this while I’m ovulating lol horny JJK fans unite Notes: I had help from ChatGPT to generate a unique JJK-verse Cursed Technique without it being too OP or copying from an existing character, so thank you chatgpt lol, see the end part for a detailed explanation of the technique
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
NANAMI’S POV
A minute ago, I, Naobito Zenin, Megumi Fushiguro, and Maki Zenin were all standing on a beach, the domain of the Cursed Spirit Dagon, watching the new arrival of a strong, frenzied man who had zero Cursed Energy, who was beating the daylights out of the domain owner.
The next thing I knew, we were back in the station at Shibuya, staring at the lifeless body of the octopus creature whose domain obviously crumbled upon his death at the hand of the man in the sweatshirt.
The same man who is now walking towards us with a glint of madness in his eye.
“Is he on our side...?” I thought, mentally preparing myself to battle this man in case he wasn’t.
Suddenly, two things simultaneously happened.
The man wearing a sweatshirt suddenly dragged Fushiguro-kun and flung him out the window, and another Cursed Spirit with an insane amount of Cursed Energy appeared without warning next to the corpse of Dagon.
He looked odd, almost comical, with the shape of his head looking like a volcano, complete with the top billowing off small amounts of steam. But we all knew he was dangerous.
“Dagon, I’ll take it from here. Leave the rest to me, we’ll meet again in the wastelands, one hundred years from now. Now then…” the Cursed Spirit said, turning to face all of us.
In a split second, he was by my side, touching my abdomen and glaring at me.
I barely had time to register what was happening when suddenly, I felt the familiar presence of a Cursed Energy, one whose presence I had not wanted to be in this place at all, not especially in this moment.
Time seemed to slow down as I saw my wife running towards me, worry evident in her light brown eyes.
“Y/N, my love, why are you here? Weren’t you supposed to be in Osaka? It’s dangerous here!” is what I willed my mouth to speak, but the words aren’t coming out.
Everything seemed to happen in slow motion. My mind can’t process it that quickly, but somewhere, somehow, I knew this was the power of her Cursed Technique, Chrono-Warping.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
READER’S POV
I read and reread Principal Yaga’s text message to me, sent about an hour ago.
Y/N, you should come to Shibuya as soon as you can. It seems we will need all hands on deck to handle the Special Grade curses wreaking havoc. You may join your husband in the rescue mission to retrieve Gojo, who was sealed in Prison Realm. Resume your current mission once this crisis is averted.
I willed the bullet train to go even faster, bouncing my knee up and down in a nervous tic as I run a hand through my hair.
“Knowing Kento, he’ll probably do his best to protect the students and his kohai, Ino. He might even get hurt from that chivalrous attitude of his.” I muttered under my breath.
Which is one of the things I love and hate about Kento Nanami.
It’s not that I don’t trust his abilities to get him through the battle at Shibuya. It’s that I know how overprotective he is of the younger Jujutsu Sorcerers (and of me), he’ll always go above and beyond to protect them at the risk of his own life.
The next stop, Shibuya.
“Fucking finally. I’m gonna age from waiting in this damn train.” I said, apparently rather loudly, since the couple seated in front of me turned to look at me with their eyebrows raised.
“Eh, who cares what they think. I’m used to the stares and the discrimination.” I thought.
I was a foreigner, half Japanese, half (your nationality), in fact. Despite my living here for almost three decades and speaking Japanese with a perfect accent, my features will never be Japanese enough for me to be treated the same as the “locals”.
It was one of the things that brought me closer to my husband, in fact. Standing 6 feet tall and with obvious Western features, he certainly stood out in the crowd. The locals here do not like individuals who stand out, so we both experienced discrimination of sorts, even within the Jujutsu society.
While I wait for the train to arrive at the station, I let my mind wander at a conversation Kento and I had before we were married.
“How does it not bother you, Kento. That old man was just downright rude to you!”
“I remind myself that they do not personally know me and that anything they say or do to me is based on a prejudice they have preconceived in their minds. Since they do not know the real me, nor do they have any special meaning to me, I do not let their words and actions affect me. It’s a waste of time.”
That man is wise beyond his years. His words back then struck a chord in me, as someone who’s always let other people dictate my mood and let their words affect me. I’ve always been like a sponge that just absorbs all the positive and negative things around me. Kento has taught me so much, both as a jujutsu sorcerer and as a person.
Due to an unexpected issue at our next station, the train will now be stopping. All passengers are requested to leave the wagon with their personal belongings and follow the station superintendent, who will guide you to the nearest emergency exit. I repeat… due to…
This is bad, bad enough that the Shibuya station is closed.
Once the train doors were opened, I jumped out and ran as fast as I could, ignoring the gasps of the people as they saw me jump down and run onto the train tracks.
“Please be safe, please be safe, oh gods please be safe.” I said as I ran, clinging onto these words like a lifeline.
I sensed so many powerful Cursed Spirits and Cursed Energy in the station ahead. Willing myself to concentrate on the one Cursed Energy that I’m very much familiar with, I stopped running and closed my eyes.
There he is! A few hundred meters below me.
I hurried towards the emergency escape ladder and onto the B2 level of the train station platform. Then I saw them. The Cursed Spirit standing over the body of another Cursed Spirit, my husband, Naobito-san, and two Jujutsu High students.
“Chrono-Warping Technique: Temporal Manipulation!”
Time slowed for everyone else, except for me. I only have a few minutes until my body gets taxed from using this technique, or until I accidentally create a time loop, so I have to make good use of it.
The volcano head Cursed Spirit moved too fast; in fact, it was already in front of my husband by the time I got there. I’m not a Cursed Tool user, so I don’t have any weapons, but I think my hands are enough.
I grabbed the volcano head spirit and flung him together with that man who was holding onto one of the students by the collar.
Quickly switching their positions, I half carry, half dragged back the kid to the position where the Cursed Spirit was, and snapped my fingers to let the regular flow of time back.
NANAMI’S POV
Blinking, I stared down at Megumi Fushiguro in confusion, who was looking just as confused as I was.
“Nanami-san…?” Megumi asked dazedly.
“Kento!”
Her voice is like breathing in fresh air after staying in the sewers for a long time, or like seeing the ocean stretch endlessly over the horizon at dawn after a long year without vacation.
She was a force of nature, this woman. My radiant sanctuary that keeps me anchored, a beacon of love and resilience in this unforgiving world of curses, her presence a soothing balm to my battle-weary soul.
“My love, what are you doing here? Weren’t you – ” I trailed off, unable to finish my sentence as I rest my cheek on her head, breathing in her scent and wrapping my arms around her body.
“Principal Yaga briefed me on what was going on here. He said all hands on deck were needed. Of course I had to come here, love.” she murmured. Her hands were patting my back gently, but then she broke off the hug to look at me sternly.
“Look at you, your favorite shirt was ripped. These cuts, I can’t…” She reached for her pocket and brought out a small handkerchief, wiping the cut on my forehead as her brow wrinkled into a frown.
“It’s nothing, look, love, we all aren’t safe here yet.” I said, trying to appease her worry by making light of my current physical state.
A loud AHEM startles us both.
“Yes, ahem, well, if you both are quite finished being lovey-dovey, I should very much like to leave this station and get my arm treated by Dr. Shoko.” Naobito said gruffly.
We turned to look at the others, who were all averting their gazes from us, looking shy and embarrassed to witness our moment.
I cleared my throat as well, feeling the heat rush to my cheeks as my wife gently tended to my injuries, ignoring everyone else stoically.
“We won’t do much good to anyone, much less rescue Gojo and all the non-sorcerers here in Shibuya, if we’re injured. Let’s go find Ieri-san and get treatment for our wounds.” I said in a deadpan tone.
I could feel a different energy radiate from my wife, and I felt a sweat drop from my brow.
“Is she mad that I got this much injured? Is she scared? What is it?”
No matter how many years we’ve been married, I’m not sure I’ll ever fully understand how my wife’s mind works.
Chrono-Warping
A rare and balanced ability known as "Chrono-Warping" surfaces. This power enables its possessor to manipulate the flow of time in localized pockets, introducing a unique set of advantages and challenges.
Key Features:
Temporal Manipulation: The user can temporarily accelerate or decelerate time within a specific area. This can be employed defensively to evade attacks, strategically to gain an advantage in combat, or to provide brief moments of respite amid chaotic battles.
Time Echo: The ability to create echoes of the immediate past or future within the user's perception. These echoes offer glimpses of upcoming events or recent occurrences, granting the user enhanced foresight and the ability to react more effectively.
Temporal Distortion Fields: By creating localized distortion fields, the user can disrupt the normal flow of time for themselves or others. This may result in altered perceptions, making it challenging for opponents to predict the user's movements or react appropriately.
Chrono-Infusion: The user can infuse their cursed techniques or physical strikes with controlled bursts of temporal energy. This adds an element of unpredictability and surprise to their attacks, as opponents struggle to anticipate the timing and impact of each strike.
Limitations:
Temporal Strain: Manipulating time is mentally and physically taxing. Prolonged or frequent use of Chrono-Warping can lead to fatigue, disorientation, or even unintended consequences such as momentary time loops.
Temporal Anchoring: The user cannot manipulate time on a large scale, and the effects are limited to specific areas or targets. Attempting to alter significant events or manipulate time across vast distances is beyond the scope of this power.
Vulnerability During Temporal Manipulation: While manipulating time, the user is vulnerable to attacks. Distorting the temporal field requires focus, and disruptions can leave the user momentarily defenseless.
Hope you like this first chapter! Not much fun but I personally had fun retelling this part of the Shibuya Incident. Stay tuned for more!
Jujutsu Kaisen Fanfiction- Chapter 12
"Are you sure?"
You nod at Gojo's question.
"I thought it was going to attack him, but it came after me and he just stood there..like he knew it. Like they were friends."
Those words hurt to say. Geto is your friend.
"No..."
He was your friend.
"This is a shock."
Both men were sitting, listening attentively to all you were saying.
"I want to tell Principal Yaga, but I don't know who I can trust anymore."
Nanami folds his arms, turning to Gojo.
"Were you aware of this?"
Gojo shakes his head.
"I came to the conclusion that it had to be someone on the inside, but I didn't put it together."
A part of you wishes you didn't know.
"Something else happened."
This next part is a bit hard for you to fully explain, you didn't understand it yourself.
"Something else?" Nanami asked.
"Yes I'm not really sure how to put it."
You look down at your hand. Gojo is fully focused.
"That special grade came right at me, I barely had a chance to react, much less defend but somehow I managed to subdue it. It was only for a moment but..for a second I could have sworn that everything around me slowed down."
Gojo placed his hand under his chin.
"You manipulated time."
"I don't know. That's never happened before. Even when I went against both of you, I was struggling. I could hardly keep up with Nanami, and it was so easy for you to land attacks on me, Gojo. "
"It's possible that your cursed energy surfaced for a moment. This is intriguing. "
He moved closer, leaning in, just watching you.
"W-What?"
"Your body, it's learned to differentiate between practice and battle."
"T-That's crazy, you make it seem like I have no control over it."
"In a sense you don't."
He stands upright with that stupid knowing grin on his face.
"We all react to danger differently, but the one constant is fight or flight. Humans, animals, even spirits possess this. What you do in a time of crisis is important, and your body knows that, so does your cursed energy. This entire time I've been trying to forcefully get you to manifest your full power, but I don't have to. You already know what to do. "
It's weird how he knows your body better than you. But this was Gojo after all. You should be relieved that at least you're not useless in the battle to come. But still, you can feel that ache that wouldn't leave.
The weight that's hanging on your chest. Nanami pays close attention to your crestfallen expression.
"Your reaction to Suguru Geto, there seemed to be something stronger behind it."
Leave it to Nanami to notice that. Your smile is a bit forced.
"I..used to have feelings for him, back when we started out."
You were much like Nanami in a sense when it came to your view on sorcerers. A part of you was so put off by him at the start because you could relate. That's the reason you had not met him before, or any of Gojo's students.
You'd left three weeks into your training. The lack of your abilities scared you, and you thought you could just go back to a domestic life if you just put it all behind. But in the end you came back. It took years, but you came back. Now you have to watch someone you care about try to tear the world apart with this war that would follow.
"I met him before I joined Jujutsu Tech. He helped me a couple times when the kids in my class were being a nuisance. He was a little older so naturally I admired him, cared for him, even though it was obvious he'd never return those feelings."
This confession leaves a bitter taste in your mouth.
"He is a fool."
You don't expect that from Nanami.
You glance at him, and Gojo smiles.
"Not only for the side that he's chosen, but for letting you slip by. He never was very good at those things."
Gojo waves his wrist back and forth casually. You giggle, despite yourself. They both look a little more relaxed, and now so do you.
"So how about I keep you company tonight (Y/N)-chan. I don't feel right leaving you here all to your lonesome."
Gojo pulls you into his chest as you blush.
A pulse rises on Nanami's head.
"You're shameless." Nanami comments.
"She isn't complaining."
You just heave out a sigh.
"What am I going to do with these two?"
So, my novella fell flat on its face. It was not the right storyline and I’m not ready for a novella yet. It was actually supposed to be the basis for my senior writing project, but I did pretty poorly in most of my classes due to mental health and it destroyed my project. But my professor likes me and is giving me a winter break extension to write this 25 page project for a full grade. So this means I can start fresh. I have until January 19th to complete it.
I need help though. Well I’d like to thank @janeuary-month for doing the Janeuary event because I’ve had an idea for day 22, which covers the plot estate. It has to be about an estate in some way, and follows the guidelines as well.
The title is called Woodward Park and it’s about a haunted estate. Here I go again making things spooky. I’m just stumped on the overall story. I’m thinking about basing it on Pride and Prejudice but I’m unsure which version I should do.
Version 1: MC (who’s basically a fusion of myself and Elizabeth Bennet, sort of but she plays Lizzie’s role) travels to England and stumbles upon this handsome young man but she’s not interested in him at all. But as time goes on she does fall in love with him and discovers the secrets of his estate, Woodward Park, and that he’s a vampire. He’s essentially vampire Mr. Darcy in the modern day in a Pride and Prejudice retelling.
Version 2: MC travels to England and meets a young woman who becomes friends with her. She goes to her estate and discovers that the house is indeed haunted. The ghosts start talking to her and tells her that the mistress is evil and she must get out. She may or may not fall for one of the pesky spirits. This is the least Austen-esque story of the bunch, but there will still be hints of regency. It’s also very similar to my old novella plot but with some signifiant tweaks.
Version 3: It is set in a fantasy dimension and MC must team up somehow with my Mr. Darcy character. It follows a similar plot line to Pride and Prejudice but also combines my mysterious manor idea and loosely inspired by Margaret Rogerson’s Sorcery of Thorns. I am unsure if there will be ghosts, sorcerers, or vampires yet, but I’ll get there. The setting is fantastical, but is set in the regency era of that dimension. Sorcery of Thorns was set in like 1813 in their dimension and the aesthetic was regency (ish).
Version 4: MC is now a young man and Darcy is a woman. It is set in the fantasy dimension again with a similar plot, but with a twist. MC is not interested in fem!Darcy at first, but slowly goes crazy for her to the point of obsession. She traps him in her estate and he slowly discovers that things are not all they seem. The ghosts try to warn him that things are sinister and he finds out Darcy is a witch who’s centuries old and has trapped all these men in her manor to serve her forever and to steal their souls. This is the most similar to my original novella plot except changing things from 18th century in colonial Massachusetts (the Salem obsession still rages strong) but to a fantastical regency-esque universe.
I’m unsure which idea to go ahead and start, so I need your feedback. Plot idea 2 seems the least Jane Austen so I am apprehensive about it because the event is Austen related. But, I could end up scrapping doing this day for the event if my thoughts go elsewhere. I hope not. I’ve been thinking about doing a Jane Austen inspired called Woodward Park for months.
Heyy just saw your post on how many angsty themed requests you get and I hope your doing well, and please don't push yourself too hard and take care of your mental well-being!!
I also have a JJK request, so I was thinking of a platonic Sukuna x fem! teen reader (if you're not comfortable with fem then they/them is fine) and I was thinking of following kind of a fem! teen reader looking up to Sukuna but Sukuna obv being a terrible example. Also could the time period be like already future like with yuuji and jujutsu tech. Like the reader being a student in yuuji's class. Like honestly, idk if this makes any sense and I'm not sure if this is too vague.
Thank you in advancee
A/N: I decided to do teacher!Sukuna, even though that’s not really what you asked for, but I felt it was the easiest way to do this. He’s still pretty unhinged but not really as murderous as he is in canon. Sukuna is semi young in this, not the ancient relic he actually is, so something like 35 maybe? I went with HCs, since that allows me to put many different situations in the same post. I was kinda considering changing this into its own post and not the answer to this ask, but ehhh decided not to. I ended up really liking the whole teacher!Sukuna thing so I’m probably going to write some scenarios for this too… eventually
•Sukuna isn’t actually interested in being a teacher, but it was a sort of punishment by the higher-ups for one of his numerous “excessive force” incidents when catching a curse user
•So he was put on a sort of probationary period at Jujutsu High, to be a teacher for a year
•So that’s how he met you, Yuji, Megumi and Nobara, and by god you four are a pain in his ass
•Yuji being the most annoying in his opinion, there’s just something about this kid that rubs him the wrong way
•Yuji and Sukuna have a bit of a rocky relationship, Sukuna is actively trying to make Yuji’s life as miserable as he possibly can while still being at least remotely teacher-ish
•Opposite to that, Sukuna doesn’t even really see you, you’re not incredibly skilled, nor do you have an amazing cursed technique like him, Megumi or Gojo
•You’re pretty average as a sorcerer, not weak but not really strong either, Sukuna on the other hand is a special grade
•He doesn’t want any of you brats to die on his watch, not really because he cares but because he’s tired of hearing the higher-ups crap about his recklessness and negligence of students
•Sukuna very much believes in the survival of the fittest, weaklings are no good for being jujutsu sorcerers
•You were assigned to observe Sukuna on one of his missions that was supposed to be an easy one for him
•It was, but one of the cursed spirits somehow slipped past him and tried to attack you
•Sukuna grabbed you by the back of your jacket and just pulled you out of his way, as he slashed the cursed spirit to nice little cubes
•He didn’t even realize he was still holding you under his arm, before you were like “Mmm excuse me?”
•It took him a second to realize where the voice was coming from, but when he did, he let go of you, which caused you to fall on your ass on the ground
•”Ow!” you exclaimed as you hit the ground
•You got up and stretched a little, before following Sukuna, who was already leaving
•”Thank you sensei” you said to him as you caught up with him
•”Don’t thank me brat. You should’ve been able to handle that on your own, or at least you should’ve been able to dodge” he said with an irritated eye roll
•You were already disappointed in yourself for the fraction of a second freezing that had occurred, so you knew he was right about the whole dodging bit
•”You honestly think I should’ve been able to handle a grade one cursed spirit on my own? I’m a grade three sorcerer”
•”Then stop whining about it and get stronger, I probably won’t be there to save your ass next time, so if you end up dead, that’s going to be your own fault”
•That was kind of a wake up moment for you and while you had looked up to Sukuna for a while now, it was like he was even cooler now
•You started working harder and you asked to go on more missions with Sukuna, which he wasn’t excited about, he doesn’t have time to babysit you
•Sometimes you got to go with him, but it was always made very clear to you that he didn’t have time to keep an eye on you
•He always did though, and he saved your ass on multiple occasions, complaining about it every single time
•He just doesn’t want to get another lecture from those old farts at the headquarters for letting a student die
•It’s not like Sukuna hates you students, (except maybe Yuji) but he really doesn’t have the patience for this whole teaching bullshit
•Sukuna is absolutely not the kind of person you want to be, but you do admire his skills and his strength, so you put up with his asshole personality in hopes he will actually teach you something one day
In the office building au, would Solomon also be a demon? Or would he still be just a sorcerer going about this day wondering how this one business got haunted?
Also just picturing Luke as an intern at Celestial Law going to drop off court documents or something, seeing IK flatten her hand to open a door from the inside because they needed a broom but didn’t have a key to the janitors closet. Just. Turn around, they can get those documents tomorrow, maybe. It could be an email.
ooo okay, so either:
1. solomon's a higher-up demon who's basically like a supervisor, who's sort of taken ik under his wing - and she gets away with constantly wandering off to the human world because he has a soft spot for her
2. OR solomon is a non-magic regular guy - just a guy with a degree in biochem, who's taken up investigative journalism and was looking into to diavolo's dad's prior to his death. he's been convinced of and determined to expose his cult stuff for years, and now that diavolo's taken over the company he's turned his attention to him instead
i think i like journalist-solomon best, tbh the main reason i have demon-boss-solomon in my head is just because i think it'd be cute if he referred to ik as his protege, even though she doesn't really put enough malice into her mischief to earn the title of "hell's littlest grand duke"
journalist solomon has like. looney-tunes level antics going on with ik, who he's CONVINCED is an evil spirit, but ik just constantly manages to evade his tests for demonic entities (sometimes because they just don't work anyway)
he tries to call question to the fact that there's a mysterious disappearing-reappearing child skulking around the office building, and diavolo says on an impulse "oh that's just my daughter" and it makes the public love him. young handsome businessman working hard to reinstate and repair his corrupt father's business, and he's a single dad? he's practically an idol now. this frustrates solomon to no end
also luke with the gag that he is the only character (who doesn't know ik's true nature) who ever witnesses her self-inflicted cartoon violence, but solomon doesn't ever get to use this as evidence because luke just thinks she's Like That somehow
#answering asks#anon asks#jtta aus#this au feels both like a character drama and a sitcom and i'm loving it#also there's still a bunch of religious trauma involved with the celestial realm stuff#but instead of being angels they're just catholic#the office demon au
