1. love pre-teen evil genuis bestie getting worse. love that he sux, love that he's angry

2. love that he betrayed everyone and he's the biggest threat and the villain spotlight is on someone that isnt eggman IT'S SO DELICIOUS it's so drama that he's wearing tails' face to torment sonic wow the sonic series is so good when it gets fucked up like this and makes sonic have a crisis <3

3. love that shadow was being such a grouchy and protective and maybe also jealous bitch with sonic??? like my theory of him being hurt and frustrated that sonic keeps trying to save his friends he cant save when shadow's right there supporting him and can still be saved is so. oof. crushing when u view it that way. like telling nine sonic is not alone bc hes there and making sure he didnt get to use sonic and saving him is yes practical to get their home back but shadow can't go back home if he's you know Dead??? even he cant beat the grim robots plus the prism alone but he still chooses sonic over himself. like ow okay u really are down bad huh

4. shadow is so cool, they do him so right he better not be a backseat this season AGAIN and get ppl to watch by putting him in the first episode and then doing nothing with him til the last. i dont trust but i can hope >;p

5. animation good. always good. love love love

6. would love an emotional sonadow moment for whenever sonic is fucked or whatever he was in that trailer. like not even necessarily romantic (but i wouldn't hate that <3) but just shadow getting emotional over sonic. all tears and rage and destruction

7. shadow initiating physical affection with sonic when he's revived bc he's so relieved or bc theyve saved the world and he just wants to hold him ✊️😭

8. im too stupid to know whatll happen during this season bc if all the dimensions are slurped into the prism what is sonic going to be doing?? RESCUING SHADOW??!!!! AAAAAAAAAAA

9. nine redemption. nine gets loved. shadow and him make-up

i have SOOOOOO many thoughts!

firstly, always like in the first ep or couple eps we get a heavy sonadow episode!! this is that my guys!! and it's perfect in general bc it's a good balance of sonadow interactions, action, WORKING TOGETHER GOD I COULD DIEEEE, nine and his plans (i love seeing tails be the bad guy it's so fucking kickass dude yes), and VERY. LITTLE. EGG FAMILY CONTENT. THANK FUCk

so. if the rest of the season is anything like this, including some more good sonic having fits/breakdowns about the betrayal/loss of his friends, i think it'll be a fucking dope season. i hate how little they can show sonic crying, but they never said he couldnt have a panic attack and be comforted....>:) would love some shadow tears too

i love this episode being an episode of sonadow working together, but it showing shadow having to support sonic again and now be his rock throughout. not just pushing him out of the way, talking him down and also bolstering him, but showing them visually during combat being in sync (shadow mostly leading) and them escaping with shadow pushing sonic ahead, launching him closer to the rift with his own body and coming to his rescue throughout combat....THEN SAVING HIM BY SHOOTING HIM INTO SPACE SO NINE CANT FUCKING SUCK HIM DRY OF HIS PRISM ENERGY???
