Y'all getting real angsty on this fine fall day (it's okay I am too) but let's lighten up a lil with uhhhh non AU Makoto and Komaru almost immediately revert to loving sibling bullying and it confuses Togami and Kyoko because they've never really had a relationship like that. They get over it when Komaru starts calling Makoto big mac because someone told her the story and she found it funny.

For real tho yes I really love Naegi sibling bullying because they both describe their relationship as having argued a lot which doesn't sound like the Naegi we know which is adorable. I imagine Naegi is so much pettier and easier to annoy around Komaru and she will use that against him. But they also really love each other sm. I remember reading Makoto Naegi's Worst Day Ever and being so 🥺🥺🥺 when Komaru came in at the end. It was so cute. She was more excited that he was going to HPA then he was because all he could think was "did you to through my mail?"

Imagine how confused Togami especially would he at their relationship. Kirigiri has only child syndrome but TOGAMI oh man his only understanding of sibling relarionships is literally only hardcore fighting and hatred. And then he sees this perfectly normal sweet relationship where they both bully each other but also love each other and is like "???"

Also Komaru is definitely protective of her idiot brother ok. Only SHE is allowed to harass him. She knows he'd forgive anyone so SHE has to hold the petty grudges for him.
