I dont know what it means or how to express it but maybe someone more eloquent or analytical has a theory....

I feel like it is all connectes how in the Map of the Soul Filter performance and vcr we have all of the old tvs stacked up in the background and in Who there are the old tvs again in the video store plus it feeling like jimin is in the tv with the rewinds and fast forwards and the staticy tvs...then jungkook also has tv screens stcked behind him in the I Am Still promo poster. I kind of associated the tvs in jimins filter performamce as an homage to the video game Persona, which fits with filter, but it would be very interesting if they are also tying the persona concept to Who and jungkooks golden.

Idk my thoughts are messy on this but i keep noticing the motif of old tvs and old video store/screens. Its like the idea of surveilence, performance, and nostalgia all rolled together. And them breaking apart in Who is interesting to me when i tie it to filter and persona coming apart. Especially with the billboard falling...almost like he is performing in this bubble but the fourth wall is breaking?

It was also in the mma2019 performance vcr. when they were talking about who they are and who they were and still searching and then it zooms onto jungkooks eye. And in a loose way jungkook walking through the cameras on My Time feels a bit connected to jimin being in surrounded by screens in map of the soul one...

my thoughts as you can see are everywhere on this so im not really connecting anything well but it just keeps standing out to me how the screens/old tvs keep on popping up especially in jimin content.

(can i just say i miss hyyh and wings and analyzing the vcrs and the storytelling/performance art side of bts?!)
