Q: how long will it take for you to complete a request?

A: requests are my favourite things to do so usually i’ll stop working on whatever i’m doing to focus on it. depending on how long it is, it may take me a from a day to a week or more. however, i often lose interest and motivation if a fic takes too long for me so apologies in advance if i give up on your request. 𑁍

Q: does anyone help you run this account?

A: it’s just me. though sometimes, with gruelling tasks such as reworking the texting parts of my old fics, my sister (8 yrs old) will help me out. she’s a very nice kid. 𑁍

Q: do you have an upload schedule?

A: i post whenever i have a completed fic and want to post it. usually, I’ll post 1-2 times every week. though, this is not always consistent. usually i’ll post twice back to back and then leave for a while. and especially since the school year is starting soon, this upload schedule may be even more inconsistent. i struggle a lot with burn out and have abandoned many projects. 𑁍

Q: what are your hobbies?

A: i like doing creative things. drawing, writing, etc. i also like to read and i’m learning to play the flute! i’m hoping to apply for a local school art program for singing and visual arts when i reach high school. 𑁍

Q: what languages do you read and speak?

A: i’m most fluent in english as i was born in canada. i can speak vietnamese pretty well but i have difficulty understanding dialects and accents. i’m also not very good at reading it either. (hong kong) cantonese i can hold a conversation in (mostly) but i have a lot of difficulty with it and can’t read most characters, since i only speak it with my dad. 𑁍

Anyways positive stuff. Kinda obsessed w the coffin of andy and leyley and oh I will not go into that tag again. I couldn't care less if you ship em I find it more funny how so many really think people purely ship toxic ships bc they think it's healthy. These people love to forget nuance is a thing that exists just to feel moral superior. Andy and leyley's relationship is toxic as fuck I don't think anyone interested in the game doesn't know that. Also while yes most ship em romantic does ship not equal romantic. Had to learn that one myself from more older fandom veterans.

Anyhow I am obsessed w ashley in a potential kin kinda way since part 1 (maybe she also just reminds me of how possessive I got. minus the uh murder. also other toxic manners I hopefully left mostly in the past. never said I was pure.) and had to make a new twt icon a bit ago and this one took way more hours than I would like to admit. Got the sprites from a discord. (Also in other news finally changed my twt @ so it's the same as everywhere else. didn't do it prior bc I feared random suspension but tested on another which showed it was fine to do). Also kinda reminds me of my oc zoe w her murder lust and smugness which also just adds to me liking her. Obsessed w the artstyle too I love it sm.

Primarily took so long bc no idea for bg and then I wanted it to match that header (same on my horror sideblog bc I love it sm) and searched pexels too long and then I wanted the shade to match the header one (kinda gave up it was almost 6am when I finished). Also since how I changed the sprite made some lines purple did I change that. I just slapped the blood on a black background to test what pic I could use as header (testing layout fits on ibispaint before I actually update them) and almost wanted to just use that. Ig if anyone wants it.

I want to make her my icon on here so badly too but I worked hard on the current halloween one,,,

At least got her on whatsapp too but w a different sprite and bg. Maybe discord once halloween is over I just need to come up w a layout and a fitting "_ rose" display name.

Hi!! Thank you for reaching out! And yeah, I feel like some ppl just like to send anon hate cause they’re bored? Like what is the end game here? You’re not gonna be the person with the last laugh cause your ask is either gonna be deleted or responded to in a post. And like, if you think there’s other writers who post the same type of fics, then why don’t you just focus on them? People need to realize that writing fics and drawing art is a skill, and that the creator puts in a lot of time and effort into perfecting it for the audience. I just don’t get why some ppl act mean online, when they don’t have that same persona irl?? Like why act like an internet thug??

Yes, I was also intrigued when I saw how op was working on a ShouheixYata fic! Like I know some bits and pieces of how they’d interact as friends, but as romantic partners? I’ve seen some EricxYata and and ChitosexYata, but never a ShouheixYata. I’m sooo curious cause Yata is terribly shy when it comes to romance, while Shouhei is charismatic and nicer than the other abc boys. Like is Shouhei going to be all flirty and try to charm him?? Does Yata develop a crush on Shouhei which he tries to hide but miserably fails at it??

And I do!! So to start off, I’ll be honest and say that I’m not really fond of romantic!banshou. Its weird cause i have other ships with similar dynamics, and i also adore both characters individually, but im not the biggest fan of them as a ship. I think its probably bc i dont like how its portrayed by the very few fans they have, and how a lot of things about shouhei, end up revolving around bandou’s inferiority complex towards him (which really sucks as a shouhei’s girl who wants to learn more about him).

But despite being in my y/n feels for shouhei, i do have a few ships for him! I don’t think it’s as obvious as it was when i first created this blog, but shouhei/eric is the closest to an otp i have for this fandom. Its probably bc theyre my top two faves, but i do think they have strong potential to be a sweet and interesting ship, and the few interactions they have are so cute 🥺 the fact that shouhei is the only person Eric refers to by their first name other than Anna 🥹🥹 (although i do think its probably cause everyone refers to shouhei by his first name lol. If im not wrong, i think eric refers to fuji by his last name despite being very close). I also do think they’d look really good together! Despite Eric being unkempt and not into fashion, he is objectively very good looking and i think his sharp and cool features are a good contrast against shouhei’s softer and warm features. I genuinely do think shouhei is the second person eric is comfortable with, after fujishima. I also ship shouhei with chitose and akiyama! I think i started shipping shouhei with chitose sometime last year and honestly? I think they’d be a fun and hot pair. I can’t really see them being them in a serious and committed relationship, but i do think they would probably hook up here and there (or even just be really good friends, since theyre pretty similar to each other except for some differences). Akiyama/Shouhei is always going to be that one opposites attract/enemies to lovers ship for me lol. I wish their fight scenes from s1 were longer, im so curious on what the dialogue would have been like.

Yata was my first ever fave character/crush when i first got into K back in 2012, but unfortunately that died out. But i do think ericxyata is such a cute and funny pair! I remember reading this really old fic on them in which yata learns english just so he can finally respond to eric’s taunts, only to have the story end with eric kissing him on the cheek 💞 i don’t remember being sold that quick on a ship like i did with that fic lmaoo. They’re like my second favorite pair, but theres sooooo little content on them :/ thats what i hate about k. Most content are on the popular/designated ships, you barely see anything on different pairings/dynamics. Yata and Kamamoto are seen as platonic for the most part, but i can see some potential for it to turn romantic! Kamamoto is a ride and die for yata. Like if theres ever a rare chance that yata decides to leave homra (unlikely, i know), i do feel like kamamoto would probably join him idk. the loyalty there is really strong. I think yata and chitose would be interesting since chitose is a playboy while yata is a virgin, but its probably gonna end with a nasty heartbreak on both sides 😬

FINALLY ANSWERING THIS JFC- i don't have a good reason for taking this long, i just got really mentally ill again. BUT WE'RE HERE NOW!!!

so fun fact, most of those ship names were kinda on the spot LMAO. the only one i was sure of going in was "handsome devils." and maybe "it's a wizard thing." the others were me spitballing about Themes n shit

but i wanna share a bit of writing with them that i think captures a big theme with these two:

something i've been thinking about a lot with these two is that i want, like... the "love as religious devotion" trope but with a (queer)platonic relationship. eden and gale aren't interested in each other romantically, but they have an immense amount of devotion for each other that borders on worship.

is it unhealthy? perhaps. but it works for them <3

AND FOR EDEN AND THE KNIGHT.... gonna put that under the cut :3c

so eden and the knight, aka my latest doomed yaoi, are two characters who have History that isn't *really* History.

the knight is a creature created from the death of kader al-masri, eden's childhood best friend and first love. and i phrase it like that bc... the knight is not kader, but it has his memories. and as a result, it has his memories of eden.

the knight is infatuated with eden because it doesn't have much of a sense of self, because individuality isn't something it was ever allowed to have. it knows it isn't kader, but it wants to be him, it wants the memories it has to be its own. and that includes eden. the knight very much idolizes him as a representation of the personhood and the individuality that it craves.

AND ON EDEN'S SIDE... he's very conflicted because he knows the knight isn't kader, but it's all he has of him now. made evwn more complicated by the fact that eden *doesn't* remember much of his past. the knight remembers more than he does. so to him, the knight is a representation of the past he's struggling to hold onto, even if he *knows* logicallt that this past is gone forever.

the knight remembers a relationship it was never in and eden has forgotten a relationship that defined much of who he is.

or: TRAGEDY ENJOYERS, COME GET Y'ALL'S JUICE

(i'm imagining that the knight's arc centers a lot around finding its own personhood and moving past its infatuation with eden, defining who it is on its own terms, and eden has to let go and let it do this for both of their sakes.)

take this w/ a grain of salt bc I'm a pretty romance neutral/positive aroace but man the qjaiden discourse is so ??? On like, both sides. because yes, you can ship qjaiden, she's aroace, some aroace people can and enjoy being in relationships, and yes, cc!jaiden is aroace and as far as we know she has no interest in romantic relationships at all. but the way people have been repeating, constantly, "aroace people CAN be in relationships!" It just feels so much like, "how dare you want the aroace character to be completely uninvolved with romance. that's a horrible stereotype" and it's like no??? some people are completely averse to having any romantic relationship at all. why is it bad people are headcanoning q!jaiden like that? Why are people saying "characters can be shipped outside of their cc sexualities" like? Yes??? and I know a lot of people have been assuming about her preferences which is the real problem. if jaiden wants to rp a romantic relationship then she can, because she knows what she's comfortable with. if she doesn't, that's great too. Acting like not wanting to ship her with anyone is somehow arophobic, or misogynist, or whatever is just?? and then the cop-out of "ok but qpr" in this fandom esp is like. with the exception of parrotduo, I think this fandom is really... weird about qprs? Like, ship what you want but some ppl treat qprs as "romantic relationship... LITE" like qpps can act romantic but some don't? and qprs aren't just a "not shipping" thing either. like "I'm not shipping them, it's a qpr" and like technically? but if someone just doesn't want anyone to have a romantic relationship or a QPR with someone then it's like "but soulmates/everyone feels love/everyone's family" like it's so determined to put a label on every relationship. like THIS is romantic, THIS is queerplatonic, THIS is familial, and just a weird obsession with relationship dynamics. obviously my examples aren't EVERYONE, I've seen people who are great with this and I can't see every opinion but I think people just need to be more normal about people who are apathetic/averse to relationships as a whole in media

anon please know every word you said here is literally what ive been saying this whole time and its fucking CRAZY how few people get it. its about how people need to fucking justify being aroace and especially being aromantic. so many people both in and out of our community expect us to defend ourselves, to defend the ways so many of us refuse to engage in what is expected of people. we must still want some sort of intimacy, and sometimes it still isnt enough. even when qjaiden already has someone she considers a partner in a nontraditional matter with roier still you get people who just wont settle with letting aroace people and characters just.. not engage with amatonormativity. even aroallo people are told theyre disgusting and weird BY OTHER ASPEC PEOPLE for experiencing sexual attraction without the romance and its awful!!

and like i said at some point it stops even really being about the characters because im fully aware that qsmp is a media thats very focused on defined relationships. its one big family and theres a whole web of people in romantic and sexual and queerplatonic and simply platonic relationships alike and i wont fault the ccs for having fun because uh. its their characters. theyre not at fault for people being weird about them

but never are people allowed to just Be. i get judged for wanting qprs to be tagged as shipping, to still not want to see characters making out or being intimate just because it isnt romantic. actively harassed for it, even! because people didnt want to acknowledge such, because people got so hung up on the fact that i mentioned cc boundaries and wanting people to recognize kristin that they tunneled in on all that and completely left any genuine discussion in the dust, even actively smearing my name for it to the point where i saw people who were agreeing with me thinking that they were dissenting and they were right while i was wrong as if we werent on the same side

at that point.. its not actually about the characters, really, is it? and its not actually about the characters or boundaries here either. because even when i tried to come up with defenses so i wouldnt be mocked and not taken seriously for simply saying "this still touches on repulsion. i wish people saw qprs as shipping especially when theyre actively depicting them as intimate. i wish people recognized that queerplatonic and platonic are two different things. (isnt it weird, how it had to be marriage, how two friends couldnt care about each other more than nearly anyone else and still simply be friends, nothing else? isnt it weird how it just replaces amatonormative romance with something else, because you arent allowed to be close unless youre something other than "just friends"?)"....

people still got upset. people still were awful about it. to me, to those who stood by me, to the subject as a whole. and i wouldnt be surprised if theres people out there who are like how i was, feeling like they have to justify being uncomfortable. feeling like they have to justify being unapologetically aromantic and romance repulsed and nonpartnering and whatever else. feeling like they have to justify wanting qjaiden's aroaceness to be recognized as a reason to just let her be, no romance required.

at some point the constant chant of "aroace people can still love! aro people can still get into relationships!" stops being validation and starts going from "can" into "do" into "must". and then we're back at the beginning, and all the naughty naughty aspecs who still deviate from the norm fall right back into the cracks. because never, never, are you allowed to just exist if it isnt in a way that all the people on all these sites that still prattle on about how "love is what makes us human!" can approve of

claire monreau: wednesday self insert, shipped with tyler bc im insane about him <3 claire is a student at nevermore ofc, she is a werewolf and has probably been attending for like a year before wednesdays arrival at the school. they dye their hair a lot but their staple is usually a dark red color. she's mixed race (filipino/white), kinda short, bisexual demigirl she/they user and a leo. they're like. an aggressive mom friend tbh. always making sure their friends dont get into serious trouble but also threatening them for being stupid in public. her and tyler r lovesick and gross bc i said so

james "jack" dixon: twd oc who is (once again) the love interest of isak's oc, farren. also related to daryl and merle dixon if the last name didnt make it obvious. he's a tall, dirty white boy with long hair brown hair, he/they bisexual. total hot head but also a hopeless romantic, will cry if you genuinely praise him. does a lot of taxidermy, cooking, skinning animals for food + tanning hydes and other unhinged malewife things.

so i just finished 55:15 and wanted to scream about my feelings and searched the tag just to find your posts <3 and gosh omg the last episode made me a complete mess and rightfully so! bomb and jenny really set the bar for a good agegap ships and paul made me weep like anything with the letter and the quote! thep really could disappear at any point in the story and i would have cared less!! jaya had the MOST growth and im here for her Diva journey lol. all in all 8/10

Hello!!! Really quick want to say how much I adore your writing!!! Also, I have had a question since reading why and how you ship Breach and Sova!! What are the chances for sometime in the future for them to become as close to a thing as nanobomb? From what I seen riot likes to listen to the fans but then also riot doesn't put voice lines like that for fun. Specially with breach being a flirt (I know he doesn't do it only to sova. There is phoenix reyna and viper maybe???) Also Breach and sova started on completely different ends than Killjoy and Raze (I think), and from what I am see is that Sage and Sova are more in the foreground to even become something romantic in the future. (From that line by sova. I'm not sure about sage) The idea of character development between the two could happen I can see it, but realistically speaking what are the chances? I know it is probably soon still to say anything but I think its interesting to think about!! Sorry my first language isn't english thank you for your work!!!!!

I respond to the Sage/Sova stuff first, since you brought it up, but to answer your question kinda directly, no. I don't think Breach/Sova will ever be as close to canon as nanobomb is. The essay as to why I think this will continue to be fan-sided is under the keep reading lol. Once again just reminding ppl I don't work for Riot so like, there's every chance they do something I didn't see coming.

But my thoughts on Sage/Sova stuff is kinda where I'm at for most other ships in the sense that I don't think there will be another ship hinted at until we get at least another year into Valorant's lifespan, and when we do, my guess is that it has something to do with Phoneix. Whether its with Yoru or Jett, I don't know but his character's in the spotlight as one of the originals, and most used in cinematics and stuff.

Breach/Sova is a ship that has some basis in how relationships can start and develop. However, despite the lines and the foundation that you mention as well in the voice lines, I would say that it will never get as cannon as nanobomb. This is because of three main points, namely, it's not popular enough among fans, I don't think too many "canon" ships are good for a fandom, and their creative vision.

So you mentioned that Riot does listen to fans, which is correct to some extent. For nerfs/buffs/skin lines and battlepass stuff, they will listen to fans for sure (lore stuff is a little touch and go bc it's a diff team and they already have a vision, which I'll go into later). But there are simply not enough fans behind Breach/Sova. Sage, Viper, Omen, and Cypher with Sova all have more numbers behind them, so if, say a popularity vote happened with the team planning to follow them and implement a new ship, then Breach/Sova wouldn't even be on the ballot. I think you can count the number of Breach/Sova content creators on just your fingers - maybe just the ones on one hand... if you look at that tag on AO3 a lot of it is me and a user called forresearchpurposes. By word count, it's mostly me. In terms of art, which reaches more people to start with, I've seen three regular artists who draw the ship: ninadrawsstuff, nomegusta, and moth. I saw cameos of it here and there but it was not the main focus, and people don't really notice it lol. Unless Riot already has the long game plan to push Sova and Breach together on the road from rivals to lovers, they won't be influenced to do so by fans. (unless my writing is just that effective *hair flip*. jkjk, i know my limits)

To a certain extent, I don't think "confirming" ships is great for a fandom like Valorant. There is no end story. There will be arcs and there will be development, but Valorant is not an rpg or anything where the story will have an end and the game ends there. Nanobomb was great imo because it was the gay representation in a major game that a lot of people wanted, and I think it's cute and fun. They still won't 100% confirm it because by confirming a ship you take the fun out of the guessing of fans. By keeping all ships possible (despite the "no fraternization rule" which really should come up soon in relation to KJ and Raze if we want this to be cannon), you generate more interest. People feel more free to ship who they want rather than following one ship "because it's canon". Canon ships don't stop people from shipping characters with other ones, but it discourages it. The writers would know this just as well as anyone, so they will always spill hints here and there, but nothing will be confirmed, and they may change their minds.

Lastly, the writers, and Nottingham (idk if I got his name right or wrong) in particular have mentioned repeatedly that they have some sort of creative vision in place, and while its flexible depending on actual game development, they generally have an idea of where they want to go. And maybe it's gut feeling but the lead mentioned that he generally takes the story very seriously, and was against the dancing Brimstone gif at first. Do I agree w him on the seriousness, no. But I do understand where he's coming from. You have this vision that you're trying to convey, and it's being misconstrued or whatever. There's a lot to be said about publishing art of any form and thus releasing it to people's interpretation, but I'm sure they do want to support the no fraternization rule in canon even if the fandom treats it like it doesn't exist. But my gut feelings remains. They aren't thinking about how to make the next ship cannon. Characters will flirt, they will tease but nothing will come as close to nanobomb for some time.

So, that answer's kinda bleak, but I love the ship and I'll keep writing my enemies to lovers things, even if Sova gets put w someone else.

ALSO, if Riot makes me eat my words and ever makes tremorbolt canon or whatever version of canon that nanobomb is... idk I'll literally work for them for free for a couple weeks. 60 hours of straight writing, outline, screenplay, anything they want from me, I'll fly to their HQ to make them coffee idk.

But yeah, that's my answer. I hope it answers your question, and I'm sorry if it's not what you wanted to hear.

But seriously, if K—nler is endgame, is this really the writers’ idea of romance? Barely any buildup, BOOM they have sex, then these awkward, forced ‘moments’ between them? *deep sigh* Idk, maybe I’m being harsh, but I guess I feel like the least they could do (if they won’t give us Lizzington) is give us something decent to watch. Hello, dear anon!! ❤️ Firstly, omg, I know!! All the “Hey, Keen.” and “What, Ressler?” is so intensely romantic 🙄🙄🙄 The thought of Red calling Liz just “Keen” is so laughable to me. As you so rightly say, he at least calls her by her full name, which is much more telling imo than any robotic surname crap. (Plus, he would never call her “Keen” bc it’s her fake name from her fake marriage to her fake husband, but I digress.) Regardless of whether it’s Lizzie or Elizabeth or Agent Keen, it still sounds like music coming out of Red’s mouth. Whether that music is a funeral march or a symphonic poem... well, it varies 😒

ANYWAY you make such a good point!! If we’re striving to be objective (which is a pretty unobtainable goal for me at this point), there is n o t h i n g inherently romantic about K**nler. I’m sorry, but to me - no matter which way you slice it - there’s been absolutely NO romantic coding with these two over SEVEN SEASONS, really only a handful of scenes together at all that mostly consist of “STOP! FBI!”, and very few personal/meaningful moments. And of those VERY FEW moments, they all appear to me as platonic/work friends/colleagues. And listen, I’ve always liked Ressler and Liz as BFFs. Liz always offered a listening ear and a shoulder to cry on about Audrey in the good ol’ days and Ressler did the same about T*m, plus I’ve always loved how Ressler offered to “rough him up” in that gruff, brotherly way. There was never any jealousy between them at their respective romantic partners, like there always is with those Will They/Won’t They ships. And I think pilot!Ressler hating Liz’s guts gradually morphing into them being best buds over the ensuing seasons is super cute. But it’s never screamed “romance” to me. There’s been no anticipation, no build-up, no close calls, no nothing. My prime ship example for that sort of thing is Caskett from Castle. They spent 4 seasons building those two up with plenty of close calls and jealousy keeping them apart for as long as they physically could before they finally came together with fireworks. There has been zero of that with K**nler. (Lizzington on the other hand? Yes. Not to mention all the Lizzington suggestions FROM RESSLER: ”Sounds like someone’s jealous Uncle Red’s got a new crush”, “You in the dog house or something?” - but I’m slipping into my Lizzington googles, so I’ll stop there.) Not to mention I’ve never really liked Ressler as a character. Sorry, no shade to Diego, but it’s not exactly a dynamic character. And TPTB have a marvelous reputation of tabling characters until their designated plot lines and episodes, with no measurable growth or continuity in between, so it always feels forced to me. To just throw a long forgotten character - whose only role in the past 11 episodes has been driving around and answering phone calls to catch the weekly blacklister - in my face once a season and say, “LOOK, WE THOUGHT OF SOMETHING FOR THIS DUDE, REMEMBER HE CAN TALK?!” and expecting me to feel invested is wildly unrealistic imo.

In conclusion, anon, I don’t think you’re being harsh at all, rest assured that I have been much harsher in tags, DMs, and especially my own head about this so-called “romance”. I think you’re definitely correct that they could at least give us something decent to watch with time, a true romantic build-up, and a satisfying culmination. I mean, I know this is primarily an FBI-mystery-mythology-government-action-procedural-show but... AS SOMEONE ONCE RIGHTLY SAID, “I think it’s a love story.” and babe? ..... this ain’t it. I’m sorry, Lizzington remains the only pairing on this show that has had a veritable phone book of romantic tropes written for them, including - but certainly not limited to - tense undercover operations, dancing, jealousy at other partners, killing for each other, actual DECLARATIONS of LOVE, T H E L I S T G O E S O N, not to mention I’m of the steadfast opinion that they were the initial endgame for the show, and that’s a hill I am prepared to die on. I HAVE and WILL go down with this doomed ship until the end of my days. Amen.

As for my thoughts/theories on this mess, I am flattered that you’re interested enough to ask, and I think I probably gave you way more than you bargained for in the ^above^ rage!typing 😂 The only things I would venture to add are: 1) K**nler is a barely a ship by my admittedly high standards and, if it is indeed intended to be The Great Romance™ of the show, TPTB did a piss poor job of making it AT ALL satisfying 2) The current “plot line” is an inconsistently written, infuriating, OOC across the board, “twists” pulled out of a hat, PIECE OF CRAP mess, and I’m so over it and 3) I have genuinely no idea how they plan on digging themselves out of the sizable RED VS. LIZ hole CRATER they’ve dug themselves into and, if they plan on having even a mildly successful season 9, they had better claw their way out soon bc, by all accounts, pretty much nobody likes pathetically-evil!Liz and most are rooting for heart-of-gold-&-incredibly-sympathetic!Red in every single way. Sooooo... idk. I’m really bored by the whole RuSsIaN oPeRaTiVe arc and I wish we could fast-forward to the season finale to see if they plan on making any effort at all to improve the core relationship of the show, or if they have indeed given Liz up to mannequin-man and revenge-filled-rage-induced-mentally-unstable-out-of-left-field-evil-Kaplan-hallucinations and Red over to simply sad-lonely-romantic-tired-puppy-dog-who-deserves-better.

At any rate, thank you dearly for this ask, anon, it turns out I had a lot of negative feelings (surprise, surprise) that needed an outlet and I hope it wasn’t too painful to slog through!! Dominoes of a Dance: In which everyone ships Shirbert and they finally get their acts together.

When Trouble Comes Knocking: We love a Jerry and Anne sibling story!!! I’m a sucker for the sheer found family vibes in this.

It's All So Quick and I Feel Sick: I’m right there with Anne feeling her “hope and warmth... and longing.” Post dance feels comin’ right up!

In Which Minnie May Spills the Tea: If Diana hadn’t ripped Gil a new one on the train, THIS is what I would’ve wanted. Perfection.

Could This Be the Moment: This is one of those end of season 3 fics that made watching Gilbert be an idiot a bit more bearable. The ending is so satisfying, ahhhh. <3

The Subtle Distinction Between Jealousy and Envy: When I tell you I did not know the difference between jealousy and envy until this fic. Anne and Gil have a good conversation in this one. (Though Jack, if you wanted to add a second chapter, I would not object. The suspense!)

A Bright and Shining Future: Deserves every kudos it has. Another interesting take on the Gil/Winnie/Anne situation.

As the Seasons Pass: A sequel to the last one! Except hotter and heavier (Jack’s words, not mine).

Down to the Wire: Marilla said #AnneRights! And then upon further reflection, realizes that shirbert rights are Anne rights. Very satisfying though bc there is some COMMUNICATION.

A Shattering of Expectations: Another 3x09 fix it fic that saved my life after I watched Gilbert trample all over Anne’s note.

Moments Unseen: I would’ve killed to see Anne and Winnie’s conversation, but thanks to this story, I don’t have to! Bonus Diana + Gilbert closure too.

Better Late Than Never: A surprise Miss Stacy comes in and plots away. I like the Miss Stacy and Bash vibes in this, something we didn’t get to see.

Words From the Heart: I know for a fact y’all like post season 3 fics, so this one is for you. Twenty chapters of wonderfulness.

Now and Always: REUNITED AND IT FEELS SO GOOD. Thorough kisses and fluff, ahoy!

To Live a Life With No Regrets: In addition to cutting the Winnie drama early, this story sends some much deserved love to my girl Ka’kwet. Overall, just so sweet and wonderful.

A Friendly Favor: I know we’re all about missing moments from the end of season 3, but the beginning is just as important. That’s what this story does!

That'll Be a "Yes": A sweet look into shirbert talking about their future. Something good to read if you’re having a rough day and needs some good feels.

Inflection Points: My personal favorite! When this was being updated I waited for it daily. 10 missing moments from Season 3 that you definitely wanted to see.

Locked In: Think 7 Minutes in Heaven, late victorian edition. Yep, it’s just as wonderful as you expect. This is also the one Jack tried to show me just how fluffy and amazing she can be. I was thoroughly impressed, but not surprised in the slightest.

In Which Feelings Start to Bloom: An Inflection Points Continuation: Exactly what it sounds like. *Insert hallelujah chorus*.

Moonlit, Starstruck: Rated E for married love makin. In my professional shirbert opinion, there isn’t enough of this type of intimacy in shirbert fic. Very romantic, 10/10.

In Which Gilbert Makes the Decision He Damn Well Should Have: In which all of our frustrations cease because Gilbert is just...decent and sweet in this one. Thank God!! 3x08 gilbert who??

Burning Like a Fire Gone Wild: THE DRAMA. We love a good hurt/comfort/happy ending story. I loved every word of this one especially.

To Be Your Last Good Night and Your First Good Day: I’m not usually a modern AU type gal, but this one has me changin my mind.

Nobody Loves Me Like You Love Me: Modern AU’s that made Tessa change her mind, part 2!!

We All Need Someone To Hold: Lovely sequel to the train accident fic (see two bullets up!) Read that one first for sure! Thank me later.

The Wolves Came and Went and We're Still Standing: Modern AUs that made Tessa change her mind, Wedding Edition!! The gettin’ is good, fam!

Like a Heartbeat Skip, Like an Open Page: Jack is a master at canon compliant moments and if you don’t believe me, look no further, just click the heckin’ link.

Skating Lessons: Another fic to read if you’re unbearably hot this summer! A snowy, fluffy, shirbert dream of a fic!

Dressed Up/Dressed Down: Another E fic. I know most of y’all got a thing for shirbert in each other’s clothes so make sure you thank Jack personally for this one.

A Most Unexpected Remedy: When Jack delivers, she REALLY delivers. Another fic diving into Anne and Winnie’s conversation. Her and I were both mad about Winnie’s characterization, and so Jack fixed it up real nice!

Over the Sky: This is the soiree reunion fic I wanted like NONE OTHER. 3.3k words of dreams come true!

As the New Era Dawns: This story took my heart in its hands and squeezed it. Different than a lot of her other works, but so so so beautiful just the same. I have a soft spot for this one.

In Which Diana Yells at Gilbert an Episode Early: AS SHE SHOULD!!!! In Jack’s words, “The title speaks for itself, folks.”

Somniferous: Smoochin’ and sleepin’ to the MAX, fam. A 5+1 fic that stole my heart away.

The Relentless Persistence of Destiny: Lastly, the (currently) unfinished AU that peeks into what would’ve happened if Anne and Gilbert would’ve met in college. Gotta tell you, this story is refreshing for very clear reasons (mostly, it doesn’t make a reality show out of two very sweet, human people.) Bookmark this one so you have something happy to read when you’ve got the sads.

To you, the reader, I hope you enjoy these works as much as I have. Again, if you do, be sure to let Jack know.
