Thinking about Drift and Ratchet swapping pregnancy duties and it's Drift's turn to get knocked up. Ratchet puts that good, stout medic build to good use and just pistons his spike in and out of Drift like a fuck machine. Holding on and fucking him through overload after overload until he's got the start of a little belly just from the sheer amount of transfluid in his tank.
