2.5 Why don't you go out?
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Written Part Below the Cut
After the last race, which Xiao won of course, though Heizuo was a close 2nd, you all decide to go to the pasta place together. You manage to squeeze the 5 of you plus Kazuha in your suv, and Childe took everyone else in his suv. Somehow Kazuha got shotgun, while Lumine and Scara got the next row, while Xiao and Aether were all the way in the back. You didn’t ask too much, as the other two pairs seemed happy just talking to their respective other. You look back a few times in the rearview mirror, smiling happily, confirming your suspicion between Lumine and Scara. At one of the red lights, just after looking in the rearview, you hear Kazuha pipe up.
“You seem happier than before.” As the light turns green, you stare at the road ahead, smiling. “Yeah, I'm just happy for the 4 of them. I'm the oldest out of all of them, and I know of each of their respective problems when it comes to falling in love. I've always put their happiness first, though I know it is not a good thing. But I've always worried for them.” When you finally stop at the pasta place, you unbuckle yourself and look at him. “I guess I'm a sucker for seeing other people happy, even when I can't find my own.”
You hadn’t realized everyone else in the car had stopped talking and was looking at you. You couldn't see their faces, but they all reflected the same sadness towards you. Your selflessness was both the best and worst part about you. The 4 of them knew that. But they knew that getting you to open up and trust someone after the last guy was going to be what makes or breaks if Kazuha was going to get through.
As the 11 of you, Heizuo couldn't come, tumble into the restaurant, rambunctious laughter coming from all of you, having heard of how the others' car ride went. “Jesus Childe, were you trying to race Y/n,” Yoimiya basically yells, waving her arms frantically. “Dude, I was trying to keep up with her, the map app was acting weird!” He defends arms waving even more frantically, “we got stopped at a light while they went through and I was scared!” You all continue laughing at the two of them, while you sit down at the table, wells tables that the servers had managed to smash together for you all.
The setting went as follows: you, Scara, Lumine, Aether, Xiao, Childe (who pouted because he could not sit next to Scara), Yoimiya, Albedo, Yanfei, Hu Tao, and then Kazuha, who is sitting next to you. You all managed to get your drinks and appetizers before the conversation turned to one central point. “So Kazuha, you performing at the battle of the bands next month?” Childe asks, swiping a breadstick from Yoimiya, and eating it before she notices. This causes her to tear off half and eat it, causing Childe to scowl and everyone else laugh. “Yes, I am, after the bands perform and a winner is announced, I'm going to be the closing party. Im super excited, it's been a minute since I performed in front of a crowd that big!” Kazuha had a happy gleam in his eyes, as he leaned back in his chair, resting one of his arms on the back corner of your chair, not necessarily intruding on your space, but being right beside it.
“Ooooooooooooo,” Hu Tao says, “does that mean we're gonna be getting free tickets to it?” Yanfei shakes her head at her girlfriend, “I'm sure he only can get a certain amount of tickets Hu.” “Actually,” Kazuha interjects, looking around at everyone before his eyes fall on you, “I can get as many as I want, since I'm the closing act and all.” “Oooooooo, if you could, we all would like to come, we haven't been to a concert in awhile,” says Lumine’s eyes lighting up, hands clasped together. “Yeah,” says Aether, “That would be totally awesome. I remember when Y/n took us to our first concert, it was amazing!” You shake your head, chuckling, “I dragged you along because both Scara and Xiao were busy. Besides, it was 5 Finger Death Punch, I didn't think you guys liked it that much.” “Hell no,” Aether replies loudly, hands on the table, almost standing up, if it wasn't for Xiao's crossed legs over his. “That was awesome, I've never seen you excited to be somewhere before. It's not often you look like that!” “Yeah, and besides, you got us those matching t-shirts while we were there!” Lumine says, hands clapping together, which you just now noticed her wearing that exact shirt.
“Well, I didn't know! I mean I dragged Xiao and Scara to a Starset concert. I sure thought I had bored the blueberry over here!” You shrugged. You had looked down and stirred your drink, before being smacked in the head by said blueberry harried man. The smack shocked you and slightly sent you into Kazuha, but you didn't notice really, you were too busy glaring at Scara, who had a slight smirk on his face. After a few seconds of glaring, you put your shoe right on his seat and pushed him, squeaking the chair slightly and sending him into Lumine. As you straighten yourself up, a triumphant smirk on your face, looking at the two of them fumbling trying to get off each other, blushing madly. Everyone else was dying at your antics, especially the other group, not used to you all.
“We did enjoy it very much, I hope you know that.” Xiao replies, taking a drink of his, his arm across the back of the Aethers chair. You shook your head at those two before going back to your drink. “We should all go together then,” Yoimiya says, “It would be fun!” “Yeah, and we could make a whole day out of it” Yanfei exclaims, her hands on the table, arms linked with Hu Tao. At this point the server comes and takes all of your guys orders and refills your drinks. Childe motions to the waiter, and you swore you heard him tell her that he would pay for everyone.
“It's in a month right?” you ask, looking at Kazuha now. He nods, a bright smile across his face. Your face droops slightly, “well I can try, but I'm not sure if I'm even going to be able to go, with work and all. I’ve got to work as much as possible to pay rent.” “Oh, you've been able to before, I don't know why you wouldn’t,” Scara replies, looking at you quizzically. You bite your lip nervously, and it takes you a moment before you reply. “Well, there's a really big project coming up. I'm hoping I get to do so I can expand my portfolio even more. And besides, I've already done a lot this year.” Your foot was tapping right next to Kazuha, going up and down rapidly. “This isn't about your anxiety?” Scara asks you pointedly, looking at you the same. At this point, you're stirring your drink frequently.
“Anxiety?” asks Childe, a confused look on his face. You bite your tongue, mouth slightly open, before Lumine speaks up. “Yeah, Y/n has severe anxiety, so she has to watch how much she does and if her mental health is ok.” “Oh, I'm so sorry,” says Yanfei, “It must be rough.” You just shrug, replying, “I've dealt with it most of my life, it's why I practically dash home to play video games to get out of my mind.” The table was slightly somber at this point, everyone from the other group looking at you sadly. Your group has a look of worry across each of their faces, seeing you shut into yourself. You look up and see everyone like this, and your brain starts to shut down.
“I have to go to the bathroom, I’ll be right back.” You say hurriedly, getting up and quickly walking away. Kazuha’s eyes watch your retreating form, a sad look across his face. At this point Xiao pipes in, “She’ll be fine, her anxiety is just worse whenever she's like this.” “That's still terrible,” Kazuha replies, looking at everyone, “What made her like that?” At this point, the 4 of them came with a look at each other before Lumine nodded and starts talking.

It’s always a treat being able to go to the movies with your pal Jungkook
Tumblr media
word count: 1.9k genre:  fluff
author’s note: A little idea about some platonic friendship, because you can truly love your friend without feeling any romantic attachments to them.
music: Apollo - The Lost Twenties
“That’s 35,450 won please,” the cashier said in her customer voice. Funny how people's voices change so drastically depending on who they're around. I can tell her real voice is a lower pitch than the one she just used. I tap my phone on the machine reader whilst the device scans my fingerprint. God bless contactless payment.
The cashier hands me a large bucket of popcorn, a cup holder with 2 sodas and a packet of kitkats. “Enjoy the movie!” Her voice was a bit too enthusiastic, either she's new or she hates her job. “Thanks,” I reply with half as much gusto.
I sit on the sofa that's nearest the entrance to the cinema and check my phone. My lock screen shows nothing new, so I turn my data on to check for any online updates. Again, nothing new. I turn my data off and open up my messages, when I feel a chill creep in from the entrance. From my peripheral vision, I can see that this breeze was accompanied by the person I was expecting. Even with his low beanie and black face mask, his posture immediately reveals who he was.
“I thought you'd stand me up again,” I note, my voice an octave lower than normal. I can see he's cocked his head towards my voice, his eyebrows raised as if he's surprised. His eyes were big and brown, but I could see the faint red veins and drooping eyelids.
“You look like crap, when was the last time you slept?”
“Um… yesterday?”
“Jungkook, you didn't have to come if you were tired. We can watch the Avengers film later when you're feeling up to it.”
“No, I want to watch it today. I won't have any time other than tonight, besides I'd promised to watch a film with you.”
He was right. Jungkook was always so busy, even finding a slot in his schedule to meet up for coffee near impossible. He's here now, and if he says he wants to watch the movie, we'll watch the movie.
“Fine, but if you fall asleep, you're paying me back for your ticket!” I get up and shove the food into his arms.
“So,” Jungkook begins as he stuffs some popcorn into his mouth, “what's the plot so far with this film?”
I'm putting in my reservation code at the online booking kiosk. “Well…” I explain the storyline as I open up my Android Pay app, “so they all hate each other but not really. Why did you ask about the story, haven't you seen Civil War?”
“No.”
My thumb is hovering over my phone's home button, millimeters away from authorizing the payment of 2 adult cinema tickets. I close the app and cancel my reservation. Jungkook is about to ask what I was doing.
“Change of plans,” I say with a strong voice, cutting him off completely, “when do I have to drop you off by?”
“Um… I told Jin Hyung I'd be home for dinner”
I glance at my phone's screen, 16:56. He ate dinner quite late, around 9 o'clock. A sneaky idea started to form in my mind.
“Tell Kim Seokjin-ssi that you're having dinner with me and I'll drop you off by 10pm.” I take the sodas and kitkats from him, and motioned him to follow me. I start walking briskly to my car, in an attempt to somehow warm up in this winter weather. I can hear soft thuds behind me, obviously he's wearing Timberlands. I reach for my keys when I'm close, when another thought strikes me.
“Jungkook-ssi when was the last time you drove a car?” I get my keys out and unlock the car.
“I haven't really driven a car since I got my license,” he looked so shy and adorable. “Jin-hyung let me drive the car to the studio a couple of times but that's only a 5 minute drive.”
“Well,” I start while putting the keys back into my pocket, “then you can definitely drive for 2 minutes using navigation right?”
“Yeah, but why?”
I walk to the passenger side and open the door with my free hand. “Jungkook-ssi you'll be driving to my apartment.” I slide inside and close the door next to me. I put the sodas in the cup holders next to me and open the kitkat packet. “Aren't you going to get in?” I ask with a stern voice. While I'm focused on my kitkat piece, I hear the driver side door open. I take the popcorn from Jungkook while he slides into the seat. The seat is too forward for him, so he moves it backwards and adjusts the rear view mirror to his height. The sat nav on my dash showed the approximate time it would take to get to mine, and calculated the most appropriate route to avoid the heavy parts of traffic. An easy 10 minutes route.
“Are you going to be ok driving?” I ask him. I did pretty much thrust the task of driving onto him out of nowhere. I was never this spontaneous, I always stuck to a plan.
“I'll be just fine.” He took off his mask and beanie, Lord I'd forgotten how good he looked. He presses the engine on button and the car roars into life. He starts slowly peeling away from the parked space and onto the main road.
Looking at him now, I still can’t believe it’s been all these years since we became friends. It’s so weird how we just ended up talking about G Dragon at a random cafe, only because my crappy headphones were bleeding out Niliria. Well, also because I was killing the rap on Missy’s part. Oh, how much we’ve both grown since that fateful event. He’s successful in his idol group and I’m the head at this small, private tech firm. He grew like bamboo while I got stuck at 163cm. Life was good, and I was grateful for every minute of time on this Earth.
“Ah, Y/N-ssi? Where do I park?”
I had gotten so lost in my thoughts, I didn’t even realise when he’d driven to my apartment’s underground parking. The ride was so smooth… Jungkook-ssi can really drive well.
“Um… number 78, 3rd floor parking.” I watch him, curious. I pay attention to his hand movements as he turns the steering wheel. His hands. Damn. His fingernails were well trimmed and cuticles groomed. I’m pretty sure he’s been using Jin’s hand cream again. I see my number ahead and point it out to him. The car pulls up to the spot, and Jungkook parks it without a hitch. Hmm, he parks better than me. I take the sodas and popcorn in my hand and exit the car, the remaining pieces of the kitkat are tucked away in my pocket. I walk over to the driver side, where I see Jungkook-ssi come out. I hand him back the popcorn and lock the car.
“We have to take the elevator now to my apartment,” I explain to him. “Your beanie and mask are in my car, remember to take them with you when I drop you off!”
Jungkook just looks at the ground and smiles. “Yes, noona!”
I roll my eyes at his response and head to the elevators. Soft thuds behind me again, goddamn his Timberlands, he sounds like a puppy tapping the floor every time he follows me. “What do you want to eat?” I ask as we step inside.
“You pick.”
“Pizza?”
“I ate pizza for lunch.”
“Fried chicken?”
“I'm trying to avoid deep fried food.”
“Curry?”
“No…”
“Jesus you're so picky!” I exclaim as we exit the elevator, “Will you be ok eating roast lamb?”
“Yes that's fine.”
I walk towards my door and punch in my lock code. I let him enter first, then follow.
“Wow, your apartment is quite big, and clean!” Jungkook said while looking towards my living room.
Damn, I should’ve cleaned up. My half eaten lunch is still on the breakfast counter, the laundry is drying on the radiator in the corner, and my laptop is still playing YouTube videos on autoplay. Shit. I was watching BTS crack videos before I left for the cinema. I put the sodas on my kitchen counter and sprint to the laptop. Fire had just started to play when I close my laptop lid.
“Wow, I thought you didn't listen to our songs!”
“Well, I wanted to get myself up to date on your music.”
“Sure thing,” he took his shoes off and made his way to the couch. I walk over to him and airplay Civil War from my tablet.
I get my blanket from the closet and drape it over him, although he's still got his oversized coat on. I can hear him shuffling his coat open when I make my way to the fridge. I take out the marinated lamb leg and put it in the oven to roast, with a timer set for an hour later, that's when I have to put the potatoes on boil.
As I walk back to the couch, I hear the faint crunching of popcorn. “Jungkook-ssi,” I start. Damn. Both his cheeks are stuffed with popcorn, and he's all wrapped up in my blanket, he looks like ET. Adorable child. “I'm just going to get changed into something more comfortable, if you need anything just knock.”
I swiftly make my way to my bedroom and get out of my winter wear. I slip into my soft pink oversized pyjamas and head back to the living room.
He's glaring at me as if there's a ghost behind me. Not to mention, he's red as a tomato. Jesus, what happened while I was gone for 5 minutes?
Did he break my tv? Did he spoil my lamb? Oh my god, did he open my laptop and look at my search history?
I'm worried so I just blurt out, “Jungkook-ssi did you do something?” He just shakes his head and tries to focus on the film again. I ask again, more stern this time, “Jeon Jungkook, if you have something to say… spit it out.”
“Well… uh,” his tone is shaky “you invited me to your place for dinner, and when you said you're gonna wear something more comfortable… I thought you were trying to seduce me. I know it's a crazy thought…” he rambles on further about how ridiculous he is to even think of that but I just let out a relieved sigh.
Is this boy attentive or just plain stupid? Either way, it was adorable how flustered he got. I joined him on the couch. “Jungkook-ssi you're not my type. Simple as that. Besides, it's way more fun with you being my friend, you're like a little brother to me,” with that I pat his head before snuggling up to the other side of the sofa, where there was more leg room.
“Oh yeah, by the way, are you older than me or not?” He asks.
“Hmmm... I'm not telling you that, but please keep calling me noona, it's quite cute.”
“Ok but it's awkward if you're younger than me.”
“Well then, would you rather I called you oppa?” I raise one eyebrow at him in a questioning manner.
Silence. He focuses back on the movie again.
Truthfully, I'm younger than him but only by a few days. He hates being called oppa unnecessarily, so I just avoid it. It's quite weird actually, now that I think about it.
We're both invested in the movie right up to the heart wrenching climax. I put on ‘Saw’ straight away, because I'm in the mood for some horror, and I'm curious to see how much gore the boy can take.
BRRRRRRR
Shit, the lamb!

June 2019
“Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance you must keep moving.”
A (very) sunny day in London. Seeing a seal in the Thames, right under the Tower Bridge. Walking through St. James’s Park, eating ice-cream. Taking a beautiful picture of Laura in Covent Garden. Finally getting out of the underground. A tiny rainbow reflection in the sky over Greenwich.
Playing badminton in the evening with Frank. Sitting by the river, making new friends (duckies).
Micha. Meeting in Thalkirchen after I had just seen a half dead mouse. Walking along the river, finding a nice spot across from the zoo with a bunch of musical hippies playing the drums on the other bank. We got drunk on Toro Loco and Grasovka in ice hockey cups until he kissed me in the middle of a sentence. It took quite a while until I noticed I was just kissing my first man with a tongue piercing. At some point I re-erected a knocked over portable toilet (does drunk me have superhuman powers?) and we walked to the subway together. Such a gentle weirdo.
Making breakfast for someone other than me. Sharing an apple. Eating out of the same bowl.
IKEA has veggie hot dogs now. Excellent. I also got a new cutting board. And that’s ALL I got. I’m virtually patting myself on the shoulder right now.
Christoph and Lauren’s wedding was pretty chill. We squeezed into a car, went up a very steep hill to attend the ceremony and spent the rest of the day around a camp fire drinking gin and tonics or dancing to very bad music. I loved getting to know Michael’s boyfriend of 4 years. I always received gay vibes from him… good to know that my gaydar isn’t broken.
Taking polaroid pictures in the beautiful afternoon light. I also loved Christian’s outtakes of the theme music quiz. One of them honestly looks as if I’d just won a beauty pageant - we have a host, two ladies with jealous side glances and me, all excited, open mouth, in front of the mic, waiting for her tiara…
Spending a few hours in my mum’s garden. Doing dangerous yoga exercises in the grass. Walking barefoot. Marveling at the lush roses everywhere. Watching a blackbird taking a bath under the cherry tree. Very entertaining.
I want to learn Spanish and this video gives me hope - apparently I can heavily rely on my French vocabulary.
Why the men I like usually look the same.
Hanging out with Martina, Tobi and Diego the dog at the Thalkirchen campsite. Watching the rafts go by (horrible music), driving them home with their car right before the apocalyptic thunderstorm.
The perfect dessert: berries or peaches with fresh cream. The perfect dinner: Truffle pasta.
The concept of eclecticism.
Spending the afternoon with Franzi at Maria Einsiedel. Meeting baby Elise for the first time. Hopping into the Eiskanal, turning my body into a freezer for five minutes. Eating tiny lemon ice-cream and galia melon.
Meeting Catrin and Andreas at Brillengalerie in Altheim. Really good cappuccino (he’s an optician AND a latte artist). I loved trying on those gorgeous glasses and talking to Catrin about the Latte Art championships and rude customers.
Our trip to the Bavarian Forest to make a cake tree for the wedding. We visited Lena’s uncle who turned a tree trunk into a three-tiered cake stand with his chainsaw. We helped. I really want to get a chainsaw license now.
Once again: roses. They are incredibly lush this year. I don’t know why exactly but climate change seems to have one tiny upside.
Drawing. Portrait practice. Filling my sketchbook from idee. Polychromos coloured pencils.
Using Instagram’s story feature for the first time. I love editing pictures and adding gifs and colours. Immature and tacky but fun.
Looking trough old analogue pictures. Finding lots of my dad looking like the perfect Millennial. 90s fashion really IS back. I still loathe fanny packs though.
I found someone who’s coming to India with me!! I’m going to travel with Bibi this summer. So excited!
Unfortunately: the Solitaire app on my phone. Unhealthy obsession. You know you’ve got a problem when you’re getting REALLY good…
The smell of dill pickles reminds evokes vivid memories of my grandma. She used to make them herself, in heavy stoneware next to the wash room in the cellar.
Spending the evening with Bibi at Kulturdachgarten (having Ginger Spritz as a sundowner in the late afternoon sun), eating Israeli mezze at NANA in Haidhausen and seeing Rocketman at Rio cinema. My colleague works there so we got discount tickets and free ice-cream. Taron Egerton is a fabulous actor. If I had to describe the film in one word it’d be flamboyant. Also, I’d have loved to be the costume designer for this.
Iglo veggie love frozen meals. With Hela curry ketchup. Nom.
Extremely cute new rockery plants (who will have to do with regular potting soil I’m afraid).
Meeting Andre at Thalkirchen. Spending the evening on an Isar gravel bank, drinking the beer Martina brought from Croatia. Joining the… eh, what’s the Mile High Club for people who prefer water to air travel? Catching the last train home. Taking dinky photobooth pictures because we still had ten minutes to spare. That fake photo strip makes me happy instantly whenever I look at it.
Getting better at asking for what I want.
The character Moe in the Netflix series Trinkets. To me, she’s so much more attractive than Tabitha. And I love her attitude. And her hookup in episode seven. What a pretty man.
Manu making me realise how much I look like my dad. “At least jawwise!”
Spending the evening with Tom. Pre-theatre Spritz, Melancholia at Kammerspiele, Isar-beer near Müllersches Volksbad. Talking about our insights and issues.
It’s fascinating to see the lupin in front of my balcony door open it’s blossoms gradually from bottom to top. This plant has such an interesting structure and geometry.
Salad season. Somehow I only like salads in the summer but then I eat them passionately. With strawberries, Black Forest tofu, peaches, blueberries, mangoes, olives. Those nice, firm Roma tomatoes you only get during the summer months. I made a huge bowl of Tabouleh the other day and had it for breakfast, lunch an dinner.
Going home in the morning, smelling of another person.
Booking flights to India. 5 weeks. I’ve never been gone for so long and then I chose India of all places… I feel a mild panic attack coming but I’m also super excited.
Artificial cherry flavour.
A day trip with Lexi. She brought crisps and a fun Mexican dice game which we played on the train. Spending the whole afternoon soaking in the warm water at Therme Bad Aibling. Discovering the amazing acoustics in the various domes. Making a new duckie friend. Weird mirror selfies with hairdryers. Dinner at a Bavarian restaurant in Rosenheim. Teaching le Sash some obscure Bavarian words.
The word obscure, come to think of it. Uncanny is a close second.
Jupiter being so bright in the night sky. I always notice it first as soon as it’s dark.
Librarians are secretly the funnest people alive.
So many things, really. I’m feeling quite happy at the moment. My only problem is that I keep gaining weight. Somehow enjoying myself is adverse to the strict regime I need in order to stay perfectly healthy.
Random things: Schweppes Fruity citrus and orange lemonade. Tomato sandwiches with fresh basil on olive ciabatta. That squirrel running over the garage roof in the morning. Dreaming of ferry rides through US rivers. And intercourse with a panther. The Garner Ambre Soleil natural bronzer spray with coconut oil. Nice colour, good smell, minimal chipmunk effect. And of course me regular Garnier sun oil. It’s the bottled essence of summer.
Filling in for someone in the Natural 20s pub quiz team. Being invited to a pen and paper round with feline characters only. Meeting Sophia who, I realised later, played Rosencrantz (or Guildenstern?) at Entity Theatre’s production of Hamlet last year.
My complete and utter obsession with Phil Collins’ version of You Can’t Hurry Love. I think it’s going to be my next karaoke song.
A desire and drive to be creative. Making collages out of dried leftover paint. Drawing on the window panes. Getting out gouache, pastel chalks, oil pastels, those weird 3-in-1 coloured pencils which create such a nice texture. Drawing first thing in the morning. Spending hours drawing owls for the coffee roasters. Using coloured pencils to draw portraits of all the cool girls of Instagram.
Oh, speaking of art. I don’t want to jinx it but I might get the chance to write a book soon! I met an editor who works at a publishing house for lifestyle books and needs someone to make a book about portrait drawing/painting for her. So. Excited. They’re also looking for a trainee in the graphic design department. I really hope I get to collaborate with them in one way or another.
Cute summer outfits. Good colour combinations. Accessorizing. Wearing pretty clothes with a creative twist. Actually putting some thought into putting together an outfit can be a lot of fun. After all it’s just another way of making a collage.
Polarized sunglasses providing me with the bluest skies and rainbow-tinted tram windows.
The Croatian man who sat down next to a visibly pregnant Bavarian woman on the subway and started telling her about his daughter Persephone and the abduction myth connected with her. I keep reading and hearing about Demeter and Persephone lately, for example about Baubo and the vulva presentations / Demeter worship.
Carmen Rohrbach’s Unterwegs sein ist mein Leben. I was very impressed by how much she has seen and experienced. How much she knows about nature and animals. I mean, she’s a biologist, too. Reading this book made my days a little more special because it gave me a sense of how much more there is to discover on this planet.
Eating vegan ice-cream (pumpkin seed and ginger-turmeric) with Micha. Sitting on the balustrade in front of the Art Academy. Staring into these insanely pretty blue eyes all the time. Looking for the toilets, roaming through the hallways. I love the architecture of that building.
A ladybug escaping the subway train through an open door. Freedom!
I love how the characters resemble each other so much in the different generations in the TV-series Dark. Uncanny. And they feature very nice colour contrasts, too. I guess I like their production designer / cinematographer.
Late-night Isar strolls. Drinking red wine, lying down, watching the stars surrounded by fireflies! (which are quite rare where I live so I was lucky - the strangest thing is that I had drawn a firefly into my sketchbook earlier that day, feels like I manifested it)
Tollwood gin and tonics, forgetting to go home, ending up in a gay club at 3am. Nice Thursday.
Making up for the lack of sleep on Friday afternoon. Waking up late. Releasing my inner Julia Child at 2am by making sushi rolls, taboulé and Bergsteigerbrot, something like super tasty vegan granola bars with lots of nuts and honey.
A little bike tour with Frank along the river. Pseudo-meditating on a log, eating some snacks I brought. Floating with the current. His alliterations (“further fodder for future followers”).
