Alright, colouring book test!

These should both be transparent so you can either print them out or save and open them in your art program of choice, put a layer underneath and colour away! :D

Since the poll was pretty close, I have one with the eye and nose sockets pre-coloured and one with them still blank so you can have your choice. It wasn't that hard to do both so if I make more I'll probably do one of each for variety. Let me know if you come across any problems with them and I'll try and find a way to fix it!

Also I printed it earlier to test and tried colouring it in so I'll put that under the cut lol

Najma was certain there was a special someone in Jamil's life. Of course, he would not admit such a thing, but it was obvious from the way he'd smile while looking at his phone sometimes.

No way would her brother smile like that just for memes.

Jamil may have played at being a brick wall, but he wasn’t as hard to read as he tried to be. And Najma was sure she’d be able to poke and prod until she’d get her answer.

First step: Jamil’s social media accounts. Sure, Jamil wasn’t one to post a lot, and Najma suspected that a fair bit of his posts were private, or at least locked away from Najma’s prying eyes. But she could still see some of the friends Jamil had added, the posts they had tagged Jamil in.

Najma turned to Jamil, sitting next to her on the couch, and showed him a picture she’d found in her search.

“So, who’s this?” she asked, brimming with false innocence.

When he does, he realizes a whole lot of feelings that he didn't know were stirring inside of him and he realizes just how much he wants to be in Lister's embrace. Unfortunately, Rimmer can't just tell Lister that outright, Lister has to figure it out for himself.

While spending the night in their "cells" after meeting Legion, Rimmer gets overwhelmed by his new hard-light status, and scared of losing it and being alone, he seeks out Lister to simply hold him and keep him from drifting away.

I gave myself a writing challenge and I am fascinated by it

So basically I put the robins in a randomizer to give them a new order/role (because I just...kinda wanted to see what would happen + I like role-reversal AUs) and got results that are giving me a fucking brain blast.

Stephanie, the first sidekick who defines the role

Tim, the sidekick who dies and comes back wrong

Dick, the sidekick who saves Batman from himself

Damian, the sidekick who was never supposed to be a sidekick but would go on to prove everyone wrong

Jason, the youngest sidekick who is still the Kid Wonder

...So this is fucking wild. I've got some ideas and several of these fit perfectly (Dick's role is pretty similar to his one in canon), but some of these are fucking INCREDIBLE to explore (Steph being the first Robin is something I never even considered but tbh I kinda love it).

I probably won't write a fic or anything because tbh I don't like publishing my writing that much, but I might expand this into a full AU and post about it. I might randomize other stuff too (ie, stuff that I cannot change vs stuff that I cannot keep the same) but this fucking rules as a starting point.

I'm gonna not post anything for linktober today or probably tomorrow bc I'm waiting on the right equipment- all my shiny things are dull and I also need new safety gloves- and the last time I cut myself cutting glass it got infected so. On one hand like. I'm pleasantly surprised to see a new set-up! The new intro seems intriguing, with little things like Earth being more robotic-formal and Lunar not knowing how to work their own systems, just like. I may be getting too fixated on useless details but little focuses on them being robots so far Does catch my eye LOL

I do also think the new models are cute! The new Lunar model does seem 2 match more what Davis is doing w/ Lunar tbh so while I was violently caught off guard by it at first HDJSHDJD I think! It's befitting for that case.

Commaaaaa...... I'm. just a bit confused? At several meta things, tbh. Like. Kat was the first to step back from tlaes, but now she's back w/ Davis? Tlaes is,,, still called tlaes? So how are we meant to differentiate between the two tlaeses?? Like, I know now the reason they did the name changes was so we can tag "tsams cosmos" bc now "tlaes lunar" is,, no longer our expected Lunar! But I'm. still gunna be tagging Cosmos as Lunar. So now we're in a weird area!

But the show, it's. it's still tlaes!! So it is like, what. tlaes 2025? tlaes 2? new tlaes? neo-tlaes? there's!! different versions of tlaes now!! which is gunna be a nightmare for tagging!!!! And i'm not gunna bother w/ changing how I tag tbh djjshfjdhfjf

But. idk. taps cheek. I saw someone say the Terra and Cosmos name probably shoulda been given to the new Lunar and Earth and I suuuper super agree. I also can tell that, between tsams and neo-tlaes (I'm calling it that. I need to make a distinction somehow hdksndjd), u can kinda tell now that this is. the writers finally cutting out the astrals and star power plotlines HDJSHDKDJF

WHICH I DO ALSO GET. I KNOW THET HATED NAVIGATING THAT. But it's also like dhsjhdjsjd god damn. I know the reason the show wrapped uo so abruptly was due to both VAs stepping back but,,, it kinda sucks that they hated the astral elements so hard that they just. doomed Lunar to astralhood and made a new Lunar who likely isn't gunna ever deal w/ that 😭

Cuz that now makes tsams and neo-tlaes both more "grounded' yeah? Current tsams problems have nothing to do with magic, only lingering dimensional problems, so that'll likely be the most that neo-tlaes deals w/ too (if even, they might spare them the dimensional travel aspect ahsjabdjdn) so.

BWAHHH idk idk I think with the way I've ranted, I'm against it smth but I'm not really? I'm glad for the folks involved getting to pick up the new story! I'm glad they're getting that trash start, but. Idkkk. It coulda been approached differently and I'm still worried about there being behind-the-scenes nonsense from the company so. Complicated feelings!! Messy messy torn feelings.
