I have now finally seen the Mario movie. It was Pretty Good. Here are my wordy thoughts on it. (I am going to spoil the entire movie. Duh.)
In many ways, the Mario movie does what I wish the first Sonic movie had done. They just took the characters and the premise and the world from the games, and made it a straightforward animated adventure movie. It's bright and colorful and remixes things JUST enough to include fun elements from multiple games, and it doesn't make Mario get adopted by James Marsden or whatever. It even has the music!
That's all you really need, right? Right...?
I'll get this out of the way up front. Chris Pratt was fine. He's fine
If anything, it really feels like they did the movie a disservice by letting us hear so little of the Mario voice in the previews. It took one scene for Pratt to disappear into the role for me. It was totally fine. If anything, I found Charlie Day's normal voice coming out of Luigi WAY more distracting, even if I did like him in the role.
Everyone else was pretty good, for the most part. Jack Black was obviously very good as Bowser, but I'm biased. Seth Rogen does the Seth Rogen laughs as Donkey Kong, but I thought DK was fun, too. (I liked his little rivalry with Mario where he was just constantly giving him shit.) The only casting choice I truly hated was Fred Armisen as Cranky Kong. I hated every line that came out of his mouth. He sounds atrocious. Just the worst. I swear to fucking god if they do a DKC movie and we have to hear him for 90 minutes
I did think Peach was lacking, but that was on the script, not Anya Taylor-Joy's performance. It's cool to see Peach fight, but it's one of those all too common instances where the writers put so much effort into making the main girl kick ass and be an effortlessly confident girlboss that they forgot to give her an actual personality. Not that I'd point to Super Princess Peach and its mood swing superpowers as positive representation or anything, but there's a happy middle ground, surely. Shrek was 22 years ago, just having the princess do flying kung fu kicks isn't enough.
Okay. With the voices out of the way, let's talk about the big picture:
It's way better than the words "Illumination Mario movie" implied, and I mostly enjoyed my time with it. The spirit of Mario is there 100%. But I'd also describe it as "ruthlessly efficient."
This was perhaps the main complaint critics had, and they were absolutely right. People have responded to these totally average reviews with "Well, what did you expect? Shakespeare?! It's MARIO!!" Like, yes, I would prefer it if the movie I paid to see had writing that was good instead of bad. What a shocker. My issue isn't that it's not "high-brow" enough. The problem is that it feels mercenary. It feels like an editor went through and deleted almost every line of dialogue that isn't some form of exposition, at the expense of the pacing. Any scene that's not a montage or some sort of action is kept as short as they could make it, with barely any room for embellishment, character interaction, or anything other than the bare minimum word count to hit all the typical Save the Cat Hollywood screenwriting 101 story beats to the letter. There aren't even as many jokes as you might think (and the ones that are there are extremely hit or miss, including a lot of the slapstick with Mario himself).
Mario and Peach's little arc together in the front half of the film is probably the worst example of this pacing. Even having read reviews that complained about how fast Peach goes from meeting Mario (by her admission the first other human she's ever met) to deciding to train him as the new savior of the Mushroom Kingdom, I was SHOCKED at how fast it was. They don't even lampshade it.
Peach takes Mario straight into the big training sequence where he learns how to use mushrooms and jump over platforming obstacles. Peach is apparently already a hypercompetent platforming pro and a great fighter, so there's no clear reason why she's taking the time to train this random guy to be half as good as her when the world is in danger. Then they set off on their adventure, Toad joins them, and we get a VERY brief travel montage. It's about thirty seconds total - just long enough to give Peach a line about how she wants to protect this beautiful world of hers to try and give her some stakes. We get the genre-mandated nighttime campfire heart to heart, which is exactly long enough to have Mario say he misses Luigi and to have Peach give the two sentence summary of her origin story and not a second longer. Then they reach the Kongs, and their big journey is complete. (They barely interact for the rest of the movie.) So much of the movie is like this - always ready to get on to the next scene as soon as a new one starts.
I'm not criticizing the script because I expect The Super Mario Bros. Movie to be a prestige drama - although there are certainly halfhearted attempts at a dramatic arc. The stuff with Mario's family was a fun enough idea, but again, ruthless efficiency. We get one quick scene with them at the start to give Mario some pathos, because I guess Save the Cat said he's gotta have some pathos. And then Mario gets his dad's approval amidst the action of the final battle in Brooklyn to resolve his arc, just so the movie can end as quickly as possible once Bowser is defeated. (Despite now having the approval of their family and their community back in Brooklyn, Mario and Luigi move to the Mushroom Kingdom off-screen without a single word dedicated to this decision, because that's where they live in the games.)
Look. I am not comparing it to The Godfather. Don't give me that shit. I am not asking for an extra half hour to explore Mario and Luigi's childhood trauma. I am not asking for the complex inner workings of the Mushroom Kingdom monarchy. I know this is gonna be a basic Hero's Journey adventure for kids. It just feels like it's turning down so many opportunities to have a little fun with the characters, to let them interact and play off of each other, to let there be some adventure on this adventure. This is the first time we've gotten to see these characters interact with fully voiced dialogue in a very, very long time! "Yeah, it's not High Art, but it's FUN!" Stories are fun! Character interactions are fun! The script could be having so much more fun!! It is adamantly against making the Story parts of this story-driven movie any more Fun than they functionally need to be!!!
Mario, Peach, and Toad's journey to find the Kongs is shorter than the training montage that precedes it. After the opening, Bowser mostly just sits in his castle and waits for the third act to start. Luigi's there, too, but he only gets one scene with Bowser and then the movie mostly forgets he exists until the climax. He doesn't even get to try and sneak out of Bowser's castle and get up to hijinx. He's just there to be a motivation for Mario, so he sits in a cage for half the movie. It's the bare outline of a script with action scenes added in.
Aside from the fact that it's Jack Black singing as Bowser, I feel like this overly-efficient script might be part of the reason why the "Peaches" scene stands out so much. It's a moment that didn't strictly need to be there to keep the plot moving or to provide an action setpiece. It's not even a reference to another Mario thing. It's just a fun and memorable little character moment that's there for its own sake. That's what the movie needed more of. To stop and smell the roses more often. To play in the space.
To be clear, this isn't a unique problem with this movie. Critics have been noting for years that second acts are disappearing from big Hollywood movies in favor of the Act I plot setup and the Act III action, even though Act II is supposed to be where you get to explore your actual premise. And lots of animated movies give me this exact same vibe of being too "screenwriterly," or feeling like they had an executive breathing down their necks and demanding changes based on focus testing. But these common issues are why I come away mostly feeling like the movie is on the better end of "average," rather than totally blowing my mind. You have seen this movie many times before, just not with Mario in it.
And, of course, there's the music. The score by Brian Tyler based on various classic Mario and Donkey Kong tunes (frustratingly all attributed to Koji Kondo) is absolutely beautiful, but it's unfortunately frequently overshadowed by the licensed music. Everyone already complained about things like the use of Take On Me in place of a lovingly arranged DKC medley, but it feels illustrative of the tug of war the movie is caught in the middle of, between wanting to be a lavishly faithful Mario movie and wanting to be a generic tentpole animated adventure movie. Every single licensed song used is the most obvious, overused song they could have picked for the scene. It reeks of cynical executive meddling and it took me out of the movie every time.
But there really was a lot of care and love put into this movie - more than probably any other video game movie ever made, not that that's a high bar. I don't want to underplay that too much amidst all my complaints spurred by the absolutely insane response to the reviews.
Aside from the countless background references that people will be picking apart for years, touches like the Captain Toad tune playing in the background of Toad's introduction or the Mario Kart 8 menu music playing in the kart garage really help bring it to another level of authenticity. I also enjoyed seeing some more obscure Mario enemies that felt like they were picked more for being fun to animate than for being nostalgic and marketable. No matter how many times I sarcastically pointed to the screen and deadpanned "reference. reference." I am not immune to noticing these things and smiling. I am not immune to the DK Rap. These alone don't make the movie good, but it's nice to have a video game movie that feels like it was made by people who like video games.
Most importantly, the animation is great throughout. It's leaps and bounds ahead of other Illumination work, and it's the best the Mario cast has ever looked. They even made Donkey Kong handsome, somehow. They're all so squishy and expressive, and they move so fluidly - especially in the action scenes. I particularly liked the more kinetic ones like the aerial Banzai Bill chase and the Mario Kart sequence. Truly, the Mad Max-inspired car battle on Rainbow Road where Mario literally does the speedrun shortcut is this movie firing on all cylinders.
Other, more hand-to-hand fights nail the Popeye-esque vibe Mario should be going for. He's an underdog who gets the shit kicked out of him by bigger, stronger opponents until he gets his signature powerup and turns the tables on them. My favorite animation of all probably came from the use of Cat Mario to turn the tide in the DK fight. They had so much fun making Mario move like a cat. Again, it feels like a choice made because it'd be fun to animate rather than just a nostalgia move.
It's that animation and that attention to detail that carry the film, really. They elevate it from mediocrity into being a fun watch for a fan like me, albeit one I couldn't help but pick apart with Anthony as we watched it at home. I'm glad I saw it, but there's a lot of room to improve with the inevitable sequel. I hope they do. I can't deny that I had fun with the movie, but I hope next time that fun is partially because of the script instead of in spite of it.
Stray thoughts:
Overall, I would say I enjoyed the movie a lot more than Sonic 1, but probably not as much as Sonic 2. Not that these movies need to be pitted against each other.
I hated the Luma. I hated how hilarious they clearly thought the Luma was. They have the fucking Luma break the fourth wall to end the movie and start the credits. This is going to be a deep cut for fans of bad animated films, but the whole time I was just thinking of the little fish from Romeo & Juliet: Sealed With A Kiss who's just the director's kid saying random nonsense. You know I'm right
I rolled my eyes at the "our princess is in another castle" joke and several other jokes that would have been dated in a gamer webcomic 20 years ago but I guess they had to be there
How much of Brooklyn did Bowser's giant floating castle take out? We know 9/11 happened in this universe because the Freedom Tower is there, hasn't New York been through enough
I can't believe there's a Diskun easter egg
The dog is the most Illumination character design in the movie. It felt like it wandered on set from The Secret Life of Pets
Mario being a gamer and playing Kid Icarus of all things just made me remember this tweet:
Yes Anthony did get mad at me for being thirsty for Bowser

honeycakes and sweetened words
NavigationâMain MasterlistâRequests
Pairing: Kaz Brekker x gn!Reader
A/N: I started this fic like one and a half months ago and completely forgot about it. But then I reread it, and I figured that I actually quite liked the idea, so I decided to continue it. Btw, the recipe is from Game of Thrones if anyone wants to know how I link my fandoms lmao. Also, I'm only missing one follower until I reach 100 omg help.
Summary: After a failed job, the reader decides to bake something to cheer the team up, not expecting anything in return. What if Kaz gives them the one thing they expected the least?
Genre: Fluff, and very slight angst
Word Count: 4.4K
Warnings: Mention of food, not eating, dead family, and a lot of feelings talk
The journey back to the Slat was completely silent. The only noise being the clanking of Kazâs cane, Jesperâs annoyed breaths and your irregular steps on the wet cobblestone.
It was supposed to be a simple mission. You go in, acquire the shipment plans, and then you leave again. But much against your bossâ plan, the security measures had been drastically increased, making the team fall right into the trap.
Now, all six of his Crows were either utterly exhausted or hurt. Because of his incompetence. He shouldâve done more. He shouldâve been more careful. He shouldâve been better. But he wasnât. The only thing he could do now was avoiding the pitiful gazes of his friends, that still managed to bore inside the back of his head, as he staggered towards the Slat.
You walked next to Inej, cautiously keeping her upright to not put too much pressure on the gash that graced her side. It wasnât life-threatening, but in a shithole such as the Barrel, you thought it was best to keep it from getting infected. Jesper and Wylan walked right beside you, huffing and puffing about the botched plan, even though no one dared to say a word. Nina and Matthias trailed behind you, occasionally shooting icy glances towards Kaz, who hadnât spoken himself since you scrambled out of the building.
Arriving at the Slat was your saving grace. Finally, you could take a breath without having to worry about getting your head blown off in the next few minutes - unless Jesper would decide to take his obvious frustration out on Kaz and miss.
âGet yourself cleaned up and go to bed. Weâll try again tomorrow.â he said sternly, not looking at anyone, as he stood at the bottom of the stairs, bracing himself for the distinctively painful ascend.
âKaz, I think we should-â you began, instantly being silenced by his head whipping around.
His eyes glared at you. But there was something distinct in his eyes. Behind the bitterness over a failed mission, there was a particular sense of worry. He would never admit it, but he did care for you - all of you that is. You saw it in the way his gaze travelled over you after a mission, checking for injuries and pausing to examine the severity of the ones he found. Or in the way that he made sure that the whole team was back on time, never daring to leave anyone behind. He was your friend, even though you sometimes wished that he was more than that. Unbeknownst to you, he felt a similar way.
However, care wasnât something of use in the Barrel. It slowed him down, so he did his best to push it down.
âThat wasnât a suggestion, Y/N.â he snapped, not wasting another word before limping up the stairs, his bad leg giving him way more trouble than usual.
âThat wasnât a suggestion my ass.â Jesper grumbled after hearing the door to Kazâs office click shut.
âHe can be such a dick sometimes.â his boyfriend agreed, poorly wiping the leftover soot from his face.
âInej, letâs get you up to the couch. Iâll fix you up quickly.â Nina sighed, followed by a quick nod coming from the girl you were still trying to hold upright.
You thanked the Saints when Matthias offered to help getting her upstairs. It wouldnât have been impossible, but you were growing painfully aware of the bruises forming on your own body.
âY/N? How about you? Joining us? Or are you too busy sulking over our grumpy loner upstairs?â the Heartrender smirked.
âLet him brood. It was his fault after all.â Matthias added, whilst he led Inej up the creaky stairs.
âIâm not sulking over Kaz.â you snorted, trying - and failing - to sound convincing.
âOh sure. But your heartbeat would suggest otherwise.â
âWait, Y/N has a crush on Kaz?â Jesper giggled, staring at you dumbfounded.
âCongratulations! Youâre the last to find out. Well, second-last. Kaz is also strong in the game.â Wylan retorted playfully, giving you a sly wink.
âHa ha ha, very funny guys.â you shook your head, following the others up the stairs.
After everyone managed to clean themselves up, Nina skilfully healing wounds and scrapes, you realized something. Most of you hadnât eaten today. It was made painfully obvious when you heard the low growl coming from your own stomach.
While your friends started bickering about the plan, opening a fresh bottle of rum, you slipped away silently, making your way into the kitchen. Normally, the team would just go out and get something to eat, but it was late. Way too late for any serious pub or street vendor to still have open doors. So you decided that it was on you to take care of that.
Nina and Inej would scold you for that later. They hated when you played the role of the caring parent, doing your best to make sure that they were properly cleaned up, fed and safe. It wasnât that they disliked being taken care of, but they knew that you would sacrifice your own comfort for every single one of them - even the people that didnât even give you a word of gratitude back.
When you opened the pantry, you scoffed. Jesper and Wylan were supposed to run to the shops tomorrow, leaving the storeroom pretty sparse of anything useful. However, you remembered the stash of ingredients that you kept stowed away in your compartment. You always had a few things hidden away, just in case you grew homesick.
The recipe you had stored with them was scribbled on a browning piece of parchment paper. If you hadn't made it a hundred times before, you probably wouldnât be able to read the messy handwriting properly. Honeycakes were one of your grandmotherâs favourite sweets, that she always used to make for you when you visited her in the countryside of Novokribirsk. The recipe was one of the few things you had left of her after the destruction of the city, so you were very thoughtful whilst making them.
With determined hand movements, you began preparing the dough. It almost felt like a ritual, by the way your body moved on its own accord. Flour, honey, sugar, ale, yeast, salt and almonds found their way into your mixing bowl quickly, as you followed the mental steps thoroughly. You let the balls of dough sit for a while, giving them time to rise while you prepared a lemon glacé to pour over them later. After they were done rising, you swiftly pushed them into the preheated oven until their colour changed into a golden hue. Using a small paring knife, you cut out a tiny hole, careful to not completely pierce them. The holes were filled with a bit of honey and an ounce of cinnamon.
âWhat smells so good in here?â Jesper inquired, as he popped his head inside the cluttered kitchen area, where you were currently cleaning up your supplies.
His sudden presence startled you momentarily, but you broke out into a laugh, as you saw him immediately eying the plates stacked with sweets.
âWhat is that?â he chuckled, moving forward, trying to grab one of the buns.
You quickly swatted away his hand with a towel, giving him a cheeky grin.
âCanât you wait?â you giggled, picking up a few of the plates you had already filled, âThese are honeycakes. I made some for all of you since we didnât really have the privilege of eating today.â
âY/N, youâre Saint! Should I help you with the other ones?â he offered eagerly, pointing at the remaining plates.
You nodded, carefully balancing your own ones whilst walking towards the living room. All of the Crows were still lounging inside, the same constellation that you left earlier, just slightly tipsier. Their heads turned as you and Jesper waltzed with the cakes, surprisingly, all of the plates were still intact.
âSo thatâs what you went off to do!â Wylan exclaimed happily, as you set his plate in front of him, âWe thought you went up to-â
âMerchling, donât test it.â you said, a puckish grin on your lips.
âWhy didnât you say anything? We couldâve helped you.â Inej asked, seemingly being the only one that hadnât had one too many glasses of rum.
âItâs alright, really. The recipe isnât too difficult, so I wouldnât have needed much help anyway.â you answered, giving her a comforting nod.
âWhoâs that plate for?â Nina inquired, pointing at the seventh dish that stood on the edge of the side table.
You felt your cheeks flush red. You especially set one aside for Kaz. No matter how much of an asshole he might be, he still deserved to eat something. But because of Jesperâs hasty appearance, you forgot to put it out of reach so that you could secretly bring it up to him later. And of course, Nina knew exactly who it was for. The teasing tone in her voice told you what her real intention was.
âItâs for Kaz. He probably ate just as much as we did.â you replied, setting down the last plate in front of Matthias, who gave you a thankful smile - which was rare for the usually tight-lipped Fjerdan.
âI doubt that heâs coming down anytime soon.â he commented, a hint of annoyance in his voice.
âIâm aware. Iâm going to bring it up to him really quick.â
âDo you really think he deserves that?â Jesper cocked a brow, âAfter the way he talked to you earlier, I wouldnât have even considered it.â
âJes, itâs alright. Heâs still my friend after all, and Iâd dislike having him starve. Iâll just drop them off and leave again.â
âGood luck with that. Iâll try to stop Jesper from stealing stuff off your plate.â Wylan smiled back at you, giving his boyfriend a gentle jab to the ribs before anything else could leave his mouth.
âI would never!â Jesper exclaimed, giving the redhead next to him an offended push.
âIâll be back in just a few, feel free to already start eating.â
With that, you picked up Kazâs share, leaving the room as quickly as you could. The stairs seemed to be especially creaky today, probably announcing your ascend before you would even be able to knock.
âI donât want your benevolence, Wraith.â his voice rasped through the thick wood of the door, as your knuckles rapped against it.
Even though he sounded utterly annoyed, you still decided to enter his office. The familiar scent of long-forgotten coffee and varnished wood bit your nose immediately. As usual, he sat at his desk, at least three different blueprints sprawled out in front of him. Your eyes darted over to the notebook he used to plan out his heists. The notes were messy and probably not that useful, judging by the dishevelled look on his face.
âI just said-â he stopped himself when he saw you standing in the door frame, balancing a plate in your hand and giving him a concerned glance.
âDidnât I make myself clear? I told you that you should go to bed. We still have a lot of work to do tomorrow.â he said, his voice a bit softer than before, but still visibly irritated.
âYou made yourself perfectly clear. I just decided not to listen.â you shot back, walking towards his desk, and putting down the plate right on top of his plans, âAnd Iâd also suggest that you should practice what you preach. You look terrible.â
âWhat is that?â he questioned, his face contorted into a frown, as he eyed the cakes suspiciously.
âFood. You didnât eat anything the whole day. Donât try to deny it. It may not be the most nutritional option, but it does the job.â you said, already preparing to leave again.
âYou can take it with you again. I wonât eat it whatever that is.â he retorted dryly.
You sighed, not being able to suppress the slight feeling of hurt that crept in on you after his harsh comment. Kaz was easily one of the most stubborn people you knew, and his constant broodiness managed to drive you mad.
âI wonât.â you stated bluntly, âWhether you like it or not, I donât particularly enjoy watching you ruin yourself. The mission went to shit, we didnât find what we were looking for and some of us got hurt. I understand that this is gnawing at you, but you canât do anything about that anymore, can you? No matter whose fault that was, you still need to take care of yourself, Brekker. Iâm not doing all of that to annoy you, even though that is what you want to believe. Iâm doing it because I care.â
Kaz opened his mouth as if he tried to scold you for speaking to him like that, but he closed it quickly after, only giving you a look you did not recognize. You werenât even sure if you wanted him to say something. A thank you wasnât in his vocabulary, so you didnât expect it, however, you did expect him to say something.
âEat it or donât. Itâs your choice. Iâm not going to sit here and wait for you to figure yourself out. Just make sure to bring down the plate tomorrow, I donât want it to grow mould.â you declared, turning on your heels, and walking out of the room.
âY/N, wait.â he croaked out, but the door was already shut before the words even left his mouth.
âSomeone looks elated.â Nina joked, her expression souring as she saw the scowl on your face, âIs he still acting like an asshole?â
âOf course he is.â you mumbled, flopping down on the empty couch, whilst picking up your own plate.
âWhat did he do this time?â Inej rolled her eyes, nibbling at the last one of her honeycakes.
âSo little and so much at the same time.â you groaned, finally being able to eat something yourself, âHeâs just so difficult sometimes.â
âAnd still youâre putting up with him.â the Sharpshooter sitting across from you cooed.
âNot helpful.â you grunted.
âHeâll come around someday.â Inej tried futilely.
This seemed to ring true sooner than you had hoped for.
Before you could voice your dismay about her statement, the whole group went silent. Heavy steps accompanied by the regular clicking of a cane made their way down the stairs. You just assumed that he would go to the kitchen to get rid of the plate, so you tried to ignore him. But he didnât seem to take that route.
Not wanting to allow the awkward silence to settle, Wylan started a random conversation, trying to engage every person in the room. It worked for a bit until the steps approached your room. Kaz entered the room wordlessly, holding the plate in his hand, his cane in the other. His eyes travelled over the six of you, landing on the empty spot next to you. With a heavy sigh, he limped towards the couch you were sitting on, letting himself settle down right beside you. You felt your heart pick up and secretly hoped that Nina wasnât trying to be sneaky by listening to it. He was way too close to you, you thought, making you scoot a bit closer to the armrest.
Slowly, the conversation picked back up again. You didnât even really know what they were currently talking about, but you still tried to give some random input. You were made painfully aware of his presence every time he shifted or took an especially loud breath. Much to your surprise, he had taken off one of his gloves, using his bare hand to eat the cakes he had on his plate. He probably only came down to show you that he didnât throw them away, but the fact that he was eating what you made, gave you a small flash of pride. The tension between the two of you only increased the longer the conversation went on. He didnât speak or indulge in the little chit-chat his friends had going on. He only ate silently, occasionally glancing over at you, assuming that you wouldnât notice. But you did. Because you did the exact same.
âDamn, Y/N, I didnât know that you could bake. These are amazing!â Jesper spoke, his voice muffled by the residue of the honeycakes still in his mouth.
âThank you, Jes.â you smiled back, relaxing a bit at being included in the conversation, âItâs an old family recipe.â
âItâs Ravkan, isnât it? I didnât know that you have family there.â Nina asked, âWe used to get them on special occasions when I still was at the orphanage, but none of them were as good as these.â
âI had family there.â you corrected, feeling Kaz stiffen next to you, âMy motherâs side of the family used to live in Novokribirsk. My grandmother always made these when I came to visit them, so it feels like eating a piece of home. Sometimes, when I start to miss them again, I go down to the kitchen and make a batch. An admittedly smaller one though. And I have to admit that my baking skills have increased drastically since I started making them.â
Kaz was one of the few people that knew about the fate of your family. However, he had never known about your occasional baking tours. He almost felt guilty about never noticing when you grew homesick.
âItâs a pretty neat skill.â Wylan smiled, wiping some crumbs off of his boyfriendâs lips with his sleeve.
âProbably one of your best skills when youâre living with us.â Nina snorted, earning an offended gasp from you.
âIâd have to disagree with that.â Kazâs voice almost gave you a heart attack.
Everyone looked at him, as he realized how that sounded.
âAre you calling my baking trash, Mr Brekker?â you asked, trying your best to not sound too hurt.
âNo. Quite the opposite actually. Iâm saying that you have other skills that I do value a bit more.â
Again, it dawned on him that this last statement could be interpreted horribly. Especially by someone with as dirty minds as Jesper or Nina. Who, judging by the look on their faces, thought about exactly that.
âAlright,â you began, a faint blush rising to your cheeks, âThat was fun. For like a minute. But I really think I should get back to cleaning that mess up.â
âWe can do that tomorrow.â Inej smiled, not being able to hide the exhaustion that had washed over her body.
âInej, as much as I would love to agree with you, itâs the middle of the summer. I donât want us to have a fly infestation in the kitchen. Iâll take care of it, donât worry.â
âAt least let us help you.â Wylan suggested, already trying to sit up.
âGuys, stop. Iâm perfectly able to do that on my own. As much as I appreciate your enthusiasm, Iâll get it done quicker on my own.â
All of them gave you a light-hearted smile, watching you pick up the empty plates. Kaz and Mathiasâ plates were the only ones that still had some scraps on them, so you decided to let him keep them.
âNext time weâll bake something for you.â Nina said determinedly.
âOf course, Iâm waiting for it.â you laughed, knowing about the Crowâs dire history when it came to baking.
The kitchen wasnât as chaotic as you had expected it, but it wasnât necessarily clean either, so you decided to get to work quickly, scrubbing all the leftover dough or honey off of the kitchen tiles. It shouldnât take long to clean the counters.
You were pulled from your thoughts as the door opened.
âJust put the plates on the table, Matthias.â you mused, currently rinsing out your mixing bowl.
When you heard a cane hit the floor, you immediately started to tense up. You turned your head, looking back at Kaz, who had just silently closed the door behind him.
âOh, sorry.â you muttered quickly, wanting to get back to your dishes as fast as you could.
âI can help you.â he offered, suddenly standing almost right behind you, the two empty plates still in his hand.
âItâs fine. You donât need to.â you replied coldly, the memories of his attitude earlier coming back to you.
You heard him let out a harsh breath, as he placed the plates on the counter next to him with a clank. He walked up next to you, forcing you to look at him.
âListen,â he started, trying to meet your gaze as best as he could, âI didnât mean what I said earlier. I was frustrated, and I didnât want you to pity me again. Iâm sorry.â
âI donât pity you, Kaz.â
âWell, it sure feels like it.â
âBut I donât. Wanting you to take better care of yourself has nothing to do with pity.â you said bluntly, picking up a tea towel to dry the wet bowl.
He paused, trying to register what you had just said. You were right. You never had that distinct look of pity in your eyes, whenever he complained about his leg or came back from a failed job. Instead, youâd rather give him a gentle look of sympathy, whilst making sure that he was alright. It was a custom that he appreciated tremendously.
âDo you need something else?â you continued, grabbing the plates he had put down earlier.
âI didnât mean to insinuate that your food was bad, I hope you know that. It was actually veryâŠnice.â
You snorted at that, making his heart skip a beat as he listened to your laugh. It was the first time he heard you laugh, or even chuckle today, and it felt like finally coming home.
âWhat? An apology and a compliment coming from the Kaz Brekker? Someone tell Jes to shoot me, because this canât be real.â you joked, head thrown back as you stared back at him with a smile.
Maybe I should compliment them more often, he thought.
Or maybe I shouldnât, the memory of his little mishap earlier crept back.
âAlso,â you commenced, turning sideways with one hand on your hip and the other on the edge of the sink, âwhat did you mean by saying that I have other skills you value more? That came out pretty wrong, you know.â
âYou do have other skills, donât you?â he asked back, trying to play off the inherent awkwardness.
âI know that I do, but Iâd be interested in what kind of skills you findâŠvaluable.â you smirked, a sudden rush of boldness going through you.
His breath hitched in his throat. Suddenly, he was painfully aware of how close you were standing next to each other. If he wanted to - if heâd be able to - he could just move forward a bit to touch you. But he knew that he couldnât. He could, however, start being honest.
âI appreciate your kindness.â these words felt strange tumbling out of his mouth, âThe Barrel has ruined so many, but you? You never stopped being kind. I see it in the way you tend to Jesper whenever he has gotten into a fight again, or the way you watch out for Nina when you know that she has overworked herself.â
A blush began to form on your cheeks. Hearing him be this honest wasnât something that you knew how to deal with.
âYouâre also pretty fucking smart. And cunning. I like that. Even though itâs also one of your rather annoying traits.â he continued, âYou manage to put things together, that I wouldnât have thought of in the first place. If you hadn't caught that there was an explosive hidden, and then tried your best to berate me to leave, things wouldâve looked quite grim for all of us.â
You tried to say something, an attempt at slowing down your heart rate, but Kaz was quicker.
âEven though I might not look like the person to appreciate it, I value that you care about us. About me. I donât recall ever thanking you properly for what you do for u- me. Itâs not necessarily easy for me to accept that, but Iâll promise to try.â
âKaz, what are you trying to say?â you asked him, careful to not push him too much.
âI guess Iâm saying that I⊠I value you.â he stated cautiously.
âI am one of your most valuable investments after all.â
âNo, Y/N. I mean, you are, but youâre more than that.â he fumbled for fitting words, but you already seemed to have figured out what he was trying to tell you.
âDo you have feelings for me, Kaz?â you whispered, trying to hide the immediate shame that followed.
What if he didnât?
âI do.â he admitted, not daring to look you in the eyes, even as your lips curled upwards into a wide smile.
Now it was your turn to look for the right words to say. Like, what do you say when the closed-off, overdramatic gang leader, you had a crush on for years confesses his feelings for you? Thank you?
Your answer apparently took too long to form, since before you were even able to open your mouth, he began to shake his head, pushing himself away from the counter he had been leaning against.
âI apologize,â he huffed, âthis isnât right. Iâm sorry for making things weird. This is utterly unprofessional, and I shouldâve known better-â
âKaz-â
âSaints, that was stupid. Can we please just forget that-â
âKaz, stop.â you interjected, a bit louder this time, causing him to pause, âItâs mutual.â
It took him a second to process your words properly. Did you just say that you loved him back, or was he just interpreting way too much into the whole situation?
âWhat?â was the only thing he could muster.
âI have feelings for you too, Kaz.â you said slowly, watching his mouth fall just slightly agape.
âOh.â he felt his heart leap out of his chest after you said these words.
You laughed again, this time, because of his absolute flabbergasted reaction. Even his lips managed to quirk up into a barely visible smile.
âAt least one person in here is about to die from a heart attack, what is going on.â Ninaâs voice called out right before she threw open the door, effectively startling both of you.
âOh?â she beamed, seeing the situation you were in, âAm I interrupting something?â
âNo.â you started.
âYes, Zenik. You are.â Kaz said quickly, a crooked grin on his lips.

For your 100 follower requests: "More please" first kiss scenario with Tovar or Whiskey. WRITER'S CHOICE.
Alright this turned into something way bigger than I had planned. This sits at 2.7k. Don't ask me where the actual idea came from, I have no idea.
Also, I want you to know, I wrote the ENTIRE SCENE with the goats and then went "...I should make sure she likes goats."
Jack Daniels x f!reader. Meet cute at a county fair. No warnings, this is all cute fluff with kissing.
Without further ado, I present to you:
She Moves Through the Fair
You were standing off to the side of the crowds, by the animal housing. Your friend was 20 minutes late so far, which wasnât like her. Youâd texted her ten minutes ago to check in.
Finally, your phone buzzed.
Hey so sorry I forgot we were supposed to go today I canât make it
You groaned out loud at that. Great. So now you were on your own at the county fair. Youâd already paid the entrance fee, so you might as well stay now. This was not how youâd expected your day to go.
âEverything alright?â
You jumped, turning towards the voice. A man had come up behind you, hands stuck in the pockets of his jeans. He was wearing a black Stetson. Your lips twitched against your will.
âIâm fine,â you told him. âJust a change of plans, is all.â
âYou need any help?â The man offered you a little smile, brown eyes warm.
âNo, thank you. I think Iâm going to go pet some goats and⊠figure something out.â You shrugged.
His eyebrows shot up his forehead. âFigure something out? Are you here alone?â
âYes,â you answered reluctantly.
âWell, Iâd say Iâm sorry, but this means I get a chance to escort a pretty lady today.â He smiled at you. âMy own company found someone else to run around with, so I seem to be unattached for the day.â
You narrowed your eyes at him. He didnât flinch, just waiting patiently. Well, he was handsome, that was for sure. Seemed to have manners. And if needed, you could definitely get away from him â this was a county fair, not a private event. There was security around. And if you kicked up a fuss, youâd get bystander support.
âSure,â you agreed. âWhy not. You might get bored, though.â
âIâll be bored on my own, so if that happens, at least Iâll be bored in lovely company.â He winked at you, almost over the top, and smiled when you giggled. âIâm Jack, by the way.â
You gave him your name and shook his hand, amused.
âI believe you said something about goats?â Jack grinned at you, motioning you to go first. You nodded and headed for the nearest animal housing area, perking up a bit. Sheep over here. That was fine. You patted every sheep that came up to the fence, saying hi to each one. Jack kept pace with you and, to your surprise, he also chatted easily with the sheep. Mostly he snuck sly little comments about the âbeautiful ladyâ he was with, making you grin every time.
âYouâre quite a flirt,â you told him once the two of you finally reached the goats. âI think these guys will appreciate it more than the sheep, though.â
Jack threw his head back and laughed at that, bright and full-bellied. âYou think so, huh?â
âWell, the goats are more active, usually,â you pointed out, as one headbutted your hand for attention. âAlthough if I were you Iâd save the sweet talking for the pygmy goats, those things are too damn cute.â
âFavorites of yours, I take it?â Jack asked, leaning down a bit to pet a lazy goat who bleated at him without actually getting up.
âIf I could, I would have like three of those,â you told him. âTheyâre so cute. And theyâre a more manageable size than regular goats.â
âLooks like thereâs some pygmies up there,â Jack pointed out, nodding to the end of the row.
âDonât rush me, Iâm getting there,â you shot back playfully. Jack just chuckled at you. âSo, what brought you here today? You said you got ditched?â
âPromised a friend Iâd come,â Jack told you with an easy shrug. âHe wanted some help picking something out. âCourse, soon as weâd done that, he got a call from another buddy of his and abandoned me to meet up with that group.â He shot you a flirty smile. âMy gain, though.â
You chuckled. âWell, I dunno about that,â you murmured.
âI do.â
You felt your cheeks heat with blood and you ducked your head, momentarily flustered by his outright flirting. Then you smiled. âWell, weâve got the rest of the day,â you pointed out. âI have no plans.â
âNo?â Jack smiled. âLetâs see if I canât change that.â He stepped around you, getting ahead of you, and winked before he sauntered off to the end of the row to the pygmy goats. He started chatting with an older gentleman on the other side of the fence, nodding back your direction once. You kept half your attention on him, curious what he was doing. But not quite curious enough to go butt in on the conversation. Instead you kept going down the row, petting goats.
At least until Jack trotted back over to you, looking smug as the cat that ate the canary. âCome on,â he told you, holding out a hand to you.
âWhat?â
âCome on!â Jack smiled, beckoning you again. You took his hand, and he promptly tugged you along over to the pygmy goats. The gentleman behind the fence opened up a section of fencing for you, ushering you both inside, and then efficiently herded you both into the pen with the pygmy goats.
âOh my god,â you breathed, eyes huge. There were five goats and three kids. The kids were teeny tiny, and promptly ran over to investigate the two of you.
âSit,â Jack encouraged you. âTheyâll nibble a bit, so watch your stuff.â He gently pushed one kid away from nibbling on the hem of his jeans.
You sat, eyes still huge, and let the kids and the mamas sniff you and climb on you. They were adorable and friendly, and you were having a blast. Definitely needed to get like three of these little guys. Someday.
âHow did youâŠ?â You finally asked Jack several minutes later, after the kids had worn themselves out a bit. One of them had fallen asleep with its head on your foot, and you were loathe to move.
âJust had a friendly chat,â Jack told you, a mischievous twinkle in his eyes.
âYouâre incredible,â you told him with a blinding smile. âI canât believe you did this for me.â
Jackâs smile turned a little softer, almost shy. âWell, why not?â he countered. âYou got stood up, looks like, might as well make the best of your day now.â
You had no words for that, so you just smiled helplessly at him and scratched one of the mama goats when she wandered over to you.
You could have happily stayed there all day, but you did eventually get up. Mostly because your stomach was rumbling, and Jack insisted the two of you eat. So you got up, said goodbye to the goats (and thanked the owner), and made your way outside to a hand washing station.
âBright,â you grumbled as soon as you were outside, squinting. âIt was not this bright earlier.â
âYou didnât bring a hat?â Jack asked, tutting at you.
âForgot it,â you admitted. You looked at him, reached up, and stole his hat, plonking it on your head with a cheeky grin. âThisâll work.â
Jackâs jaw dropped for a moment, and then he swallowed hard, looking you up and down. âLooks good on you,â he croaked.
âThanks.â You flashed him a grin and reached out for his hand. âFoodâs this way, come on.â He followed behind you easily, letting you lead the way.
The food area was, as usual, crowded and large. There were at least a dozen different vendors, all with different types of food, everything from pizza and hot dogs to turkey legs to gyros.
âWhat are you in the mood for?â you asked Jack, stepping out of the way and scanning the different offerings. âAnd if you say anything with fried dough before lunch, Iâm walking away.â
Jack laughed at that, slinging an easy arm around your shoulders. You didnât flinch at the touch, a little surprised at yourself. âNah, Iâm pretty easy to please. I usually go for a hot dog, or a sausage to start.â He winked at you, and you choked and spluttered for a moment.
âGo, Iâll meet you at a table,â you told him, waving him on. He hesitated for only a moment before he nodded, releasing you and striding off to get in line. You took a few moments to admire the view as he walked away. Mmm. Those jeans did great things for him from this angle. (From any angle, really, if you were being honest with yourself.)
You did tear your gaze away from him so you could trot off to get in line for your own food. Fortunately, things went quickly, and by the time you had your food and turned to look for Jack, he was flagging you down from an empty table. A smile stretched your lips â he was squinting at you. You still had his hat on. Your heart fluttered, just a little.
âYou can have it back, if you want,â you told him, touching two fingers to the brim of his hat as you sat down next to him.
Jack smiled, slow and sweet as molasses. âNah,â he said. âLooks good on you. Keep it.â
You returned the smile, and the two of you settled in to eat lunch. You finally learned a bit more about him â he worked at a distillery. Not one youâd heard of, though you absolutely did not claim to be a connoisseur of whiskey. In return, you told him a bit about your own job, and the friend whoâd cancelled on you today.
âWe come once a year,â you told him as the two of you cleaned up. âWell. She sometimes comes more often, but the two of us always come. We usually do a bit of early holiday shopping. Eat junk food. Stuff like that.â
âWell, weâve eaten some junk food,â Jack said, glancing at your empty plates. âWeâll get to more of that later. Havenât done any shopping, though.â
âIâm not dragging you through the vendor buildings,â you protested.
âWho says youâll be dragging me, darlinâ?â Jack shot back with an easy grin. âIâll tell you if I get bored, promise. Now câmon.â He grabbed your hand, towing you along with him. The crowds parted easily for him, and you couldnât help a little huff of jealousy. Of course heâd get from point A to point B without being elbowed half a dozen times.
To your surprise, Jack was just as enthusiastic about shopping as your friend was. He had an eye for quality, charmed the vendors into giving you better deals, and ended up with multiple purchases of his own. He stopped and bought beef jerky in a variety of flavors. He sampled local honey with you. He even somehow ended up in a half hour discussion with a local vintner talking about barrels, of all things. That one you mostly just watched, perplexed, only half following the conversation. Watching Jack was far more interesting, anyway. He was a social chameleon, able to fit in at any and every booth he stopped at. Honestly, it was fascinating to watch.
Jack carried half of your bags for you, ignoring your protests, until you huffed and gave in.
The two of you zig-zagged back and forth through the vendor buildings for a solid few hours, until you cried mercy and Jack insisted on a snack break. He parked you at a quiet out of the way table, away from the main hustle and bustle of the fair, and vanished with promises to return with sustenance. You sat backwards on the bench so you could lean back against the edge of the table, smiling. Your day had certainly turned out much better than you would have guessed.
Jack came striding back with a funnel cake, and you couldnât help but laugh.
âI havenât had one of these in years,â you told him, amused as you took one of the forks.
âIt is a fair,â he told you with a wink. âHaveta get something fried here, darlinâ.â
âFair enough.â You smiled at him, sitting closer than was strictly necessary on the bench to share the funnel cake with him. The quiet was easy between the two of you, comfortable and relaxed. The fair noises were a little quieter here, and nobody even passed by your table.
âYouâve got a little somethinâ,â Jack said, pointing to his own cheek to demonstrate. You swiped at your cheek, and he shook his head. âNope, still there.â After watching you wipe your cheek again, he chuckled. âMay I?â
âOkay,â you agreed, heart tripping and then slamming into double time. Jack reached over slowly, giving you plenty of time to move, and his thumb swiped across your cheek, then again. You leaned into the touch, and his hand cupped your cheek instead.
âCan I kiss you, darlinâ?â he asked, voice low and quiet.
âYes.â
Jack leaned forward and pressed a gentle kiss to your lips. His moustache tickled a little, making you smile into the kiss. His hand was warm against your cheek as he held you there, pulling back a little.
âMore, please,â you murmured, still smiling at him.
âWith pleasure.â Jack kissed you again, a series of gentle kisses that slowly became less chaste until he finally pulled back. Your eyes fluttered open â when had you closed them? Jack was smiling, his thumb sweeping across your cheek again.
âI think we can safely say you rescued the day,â you murmured, smiling.
âItâs my pleasure, darlinâ,â Jack assured you. He kissed you one more time, apparently unable to resist, and then sat back. âWhat else is on your agenda for the day?â
You pulled out your phone for the first time in hours to check the time and make sure you hadnât missed any actually important messages. Nothing important. And it was getting later than youâd realized.
âI should probably head home soon,â you said regretfully. âI donât usually stay for the music stuff. Too loud.â
âI understand.â Jack smiled. âWell, then, darlinâ, you say the word and Iâll help you to your car.â
âYou donât have to,â you protested, already knowing it was useless and unable to hide your smile.
âI insist,â Jack told you with a grin of his own. âMy mamaâd box me âround the ears if I didnât.â
You giggled at that and shook your head. âCome on, one more walk down the main road, just in case anything catches our attention.â
The two of you stood, Jack once again stealing most of the bags (although you had to admit he had them stacked and set inside each other to make things easier), and then you were off. You were at the far end of the fair, so you had a nice stroll towards the front. It was just about the point at which the type of crowd changed â the families with children were leaving, and the teenagers and young adults were starting to swarm in for the musician of the night.
Honestly, you were loathe for the night to end, but you needed to get home.
âThank you for today,â you told Jack as the two of you walked back to your car. âReally.â
âIt was my pleasure, darlinâ,â Jack told you. He set down your bags in your car and then boxed you in against the side of your car, tipping his hat (which was still on your head) up so he could kiss you again. And again. And again. Finally he stepped back, lips shining and red, eyes dark. âIâll see you again soon, darlinâ.â
âYour hat,â you started.
âIâll get it next time.â Jack gave you one last lingering kiss before he took two big steps backwards. âGo on home. Check your bags. Weâll talk soon.â He winked you and turned, walking away.
It took every ounce of willpower you had not to either go after him or immediately dig through your bags to find out what he was talking about. Instead you drove home as calmly as you could, the hat placed safely on the passenger seat. As soon as you were parked, you were gathering up the bags and the hat and bolting inside to find whatever he had left you.
A small bag that you didnât recognize was tucked into one of the bigger bags. Inside was a pair of earrings you had talked yourself out of buying, citing that they were out of your price range, and a business card. The business card had two numbers: office and cell. Jack Daniels. The simple note written on it made your heart soar.
Call me anytime, darlinâ. Iâll see you soon.

đđđđđđđ đ¶âđđđ//đđđđđđ đđĄ 4
Masterlist // child reader ML //
Sapnap x reader !p !child reader
Pronouns used: none specified!
Warnings: swearing, mentions of death, casinos
âłâłâłâłâłâââ»âââłâłâłâłâł
đđąđ§đŒđ€đŒ đ°đĄđđ đ§đŒđ°??
Quackity was telling you all of his plans
He rambled on for hours of his ideas for casinos and how he was going to marry Karl and sapnap
It sounded great
He had his whole plan set up! He even had Sam helping him with the building
But then he left
Just like everyone else
But that was fine! You were just with sapnap
Before Karl came running over rambling on about needed to move his library
He had a library?
â[Redacted] you need to stay close, pleaseâ
You looked at him weirdly
Who the fuck was [redacted]
âKarl my names Y/n you idiotâ âflame..â âsorryâ
He didnât even notice it and then you had to spend the next couple days hauling over 100 books
âOo hey what are these! The covers look really weirdâ
You had found his time travel books
Woops
That man raced over and in the kindest way possible, snatched it from your hands
âDonât touch those, they are my special booksâ
You just shrugged and let him be, he freaks you out enough
So you all traveled to this area in the spruce forest and built a really ugly mushroom hut
But hey itâs fine! Foolish thankfully came around later that day and made everything better
So you stuck around
Maybe you needed this, this new start
Oh but prime knows that wouldnt last long
Karl started forgetting
At first it was simple things as just forgetting where he was or little stumbles with names
But eventually he was going away longer and longer
He started calling you by these strange names, some that sound Victorian and western and others that are unlike you
One day he didnât call you by your name at all
You were hanging around the Sakura trees and the big yin Yang pond waiting for sapnap to come back with George
Then you saw Karl exit the library, running up to him for a hug
Itâs been two months since youâve seen him
You fucking hated it but you couldnât help but consider him another parental figure
He loved it
But he just stood there as you wrapped your arms around him
Expecting the usual â[reda]- Y/n, Iâve missed you so much my sweet flame!â
But there was nothing just a sad one sided hug
âHello? Iâm sorry but do I know you?â
You were ready to cry
âIâm sorry, I uh mustâve mistaken you for the wrong personâ âNo thatâs fine! Hugs are nice?â
So you left and ran into the library
Scouring throughout all of the books until you found them
The same 8 books you shrugged away
You read through all of them along with Karlâs other journals
You didnât like going through his stuff especially, a whole invasion of privacy
The more you read the worse it got
What were you gonna tell Sapnap?
Who the hell is James, and [redacted]?
And why couldnât he stop
Itâs no use anymore
You were simply just forgotten
đđŒđ§đ đđ°đđąđđđ đŻđąđŹđąđđŹ
The closer you got to the large building, the sicker you got
Kinoko Kingdom was supposed to be your free pass
But somehow you always end up here
You called for Sam on the comms waiting for the beep
The inside looked great to say the least
âWhat are your past relationships with the prisoner?â âNo answer.â
âWhere are you currently resided?â âNo answerâ
âDo you believe the prisoner deserves his sentence?â âMaybeâ
You put all your shit in the locker and followed him through all the safety checks
âIâm glad you didnât bring anything with youâ
You stood on the platform heart racing as the lava went down
It was like a ticking time bomb
The small squeaks and scratches of the hovering bridge
He just stared at you
That sick stupid mask was broken by tommy that day in the black stone room
So you had to look into his face
Lets just say he looks good in Orange
âBarrier up or down?â âDownâ
He backed up into the corner as you stepped in
Smiling
Once the lava cascaded down your smile turned into a sick frown
âHelloâ is that all he had to fucking say?
âScrew you. Fuck you. Damn youâ
He just looked you a small chuckle escaping from his lips
âThose all mean the same thing.â âWell Iâve been living in cinnamon town for the past couple months, and Iâm ready to fucking burn some bunsâ
Yeah he just laughed
âIâve missed you Hot shotâ
âYou ruined our damn life!â
Someone went quiet
âIf you didnât have to have a petty little war, or criminalize children we couldâve been fine! It couldâve just been you, dad, me, and George.â
You were pissed, everyone just kept leaving you.
Tommy and Tubbo, Quackity, Karl, Dream, and hell even Wilbur
âYou come and visit me, after not having seen me for months and you just yell? Not a hello or âhow are you dream?â âHowâs prison dreamâ âhow can I help you get out of this damn placeâ â
You just sat down ready to just walk out into the lava
âIâve been stuck here for months! None of you even cared enough to visit me, hell even Tommy came around.â
You might have felt a little bad after leaving him
The prison was cold even tho lava was flowing right there
âWhy would you leave the discs alone..â âBecause I had to end it.â
What were you doing here
What were you planning on saying?
âSo, what do you do in prisonâ
âI have a clock.â
You got up to go look at the pretty clock
Then threw it at his face
âOwâ âdeal with it bitchâ
The longer you stayed the worse the feeling in your stomach got
so you buzzed for Sam waving goodbye
âWait.. Do they miss me?â âCanât say, but I think this may be for the best.â
He wanted his best friends
But he just got the annoying teenager
Oh but that wouldnât be the last
đđđŹ đđđŻđđđđŹ
You got a letter in the mail one day
Who the hell uses letters??
You were shocked to see the address and the small post card
âCome around some timeâ-Quackity
Ans on the back it had the cords
Oh well what did you have to loose? Sapnap was focused on Karl
and well Karl didnât even know you
So you set off
It took you a couple hours travel by horse to get to the desert area
The large sign blaring in the red text
You gotta admit the place looked beautiful
There was a giant dick and different shops
You were shocked to see this random un human like guy
âHello, I am Charlie a totally human guy!â
Yeah totally not slime
âIâm uh, Y/n?â He reached out for a handshake sort of thing
âDap me up!â âAnother time Charlieâ
Maybe when you had hand sanitizer
âOhh so your Y/n! Mister Quackity talks about you all the time, come on in!â
You were skeptical but followed anyways
Stopping in your tracks when you saw Fundy
âFurry?â âFire shit?â
You went over to give him a side hug, ruffling his fur
âWhat the hell are you doing here ginger boy!â âOh you know, just escaping nightmaresâ
You were confused then just let him be
You walked to the entry way of the place
A beautiful pond with flowers and an arch
âDid what the place where Mr. Quackity was going to propose!â
Going to?
You shrugged it off following inside
You hated to admit it, but you were excited to see him
Yeah you really needed a parental figure in your life at the moment
So when you saw him, he immediately pick you up in a hug
You didnât fail to notice his change in appearance
That beanie stayed the same tho
Thank god
âHey hey! Let me show you around the place, we can also go for lunch and talk.â
The casino looked great to say the least
Loud music booming from the speakers, along with the live jazz band on the side
Slot machines were going off every minute
âHave a chip, something to remember this byâ
He handed you a red poker chip
It was a cool one tho, in the middle has a blocky sort of smile
Creepy and dopey.. sick!
So you put it around a spare silver chain
âSo how have you been kid? âTs been a while hasnât it.â âCould be better..â
You both walked around the city in silence, offering to go in the super model shop
âNoâ âwhy notâ âkeep walkingâ
On your way to lunch you had to squint at what you were seeing
âOh my goodness youâre still alive?!â âYouâre alive!?â
You and revivebur just stared at one another
âYeah he came back after I died!â âyou what now-â
You just stared at Tommy and back to Wilbur
Oh god those shrooms were messing with your head
You shouldâve gotten out of there a while ago
Quackity came over placing his hands on your shoulders
âDo I have to execute you both? Get off my damn propertyâ
âSorry Q. Say, Y/n wanna join Lmanburg 2.0?â
You back away holding your hands up
âI denied that offer once, and Iâll do it again. Fucking zombie freaksâ
You obviously muttered the last part
Why the fuck did dream revive those two shits??
When did Tommy even die??
Your visit here has just gotten weirder and weirder
đđŒđŻđąđ§đ đ„đđ§đđŹ
Quackity got you away from the brits as quick as he could
So he brought you over to his office
âSo kid, howâs your dad..â
Ah you expected this question
âHow the fuck am I supposed to know. Heâs living his life, Karlâs time traveling! Oh yeah did I mention he doesnât even remember me.â
He looked at you with wide eyes
âSo Iâm not the only one they forgot..â
You slammed you hands on the fable dramatizing the situation
âHow would you feel about moving here? I mean you could work for me in the casino!â
You thought about it for a second
You have two options
1. Live in shroom town with bubbles
2. Move to las Nevadaâs with Quackity
You were sure Sapnap wouldnât mind
I mean would he even care?
He hasnât for the past couple months!
âYou feel abandoned there, over here there are hundreds of people. Youâll have the time of your lifeâ
You thought about it for a sec
âAlright hand me a contractâ
So you signed
Making deals with the devil huh
Little did you know it would cost you your life
Devils little soul
âłâłâłâłâłâââ»âââłâłâłâłâł
and this is the finale! I will take requests for sapnaps child, and Iâll do some shit with Quackity and the casino and go in more depth if wanted!
As always request and ask anything! And ask if you want to be on a taglist (child reader or general)

____
The saying âdesperate times call for desperate measuresâ was truer than youâd ever imagined and you found out the hard way. Life had hit you hard last year. You had watched your mother succumb very quickly to cancer. A cold that just wouldnât go away turned into a doctorâs visit turned into three months left to live. Having no one else in her life, the cost of her funeral and medical bills fell to you. The bills outweighing the inheritance you had no choice but to drop out of school.
One year later you were hanging on by threads to keep yourself off the streets without turning to a loan shark or selling yourself. Stocking shelves at a bougie grocery store in Soho by day and bartending in Tribeca by night had you working six days a week. What free time you had you were too exhausted to do anything with. Something had to give or you were going to collapse from the stress, you just didnât know what.
A couple weeks ago you had been casually venting about how broke you were with a coworker when she jokingly suggested signing up for one of those Sugar Daddy sites. You laughed along with her but it sounded better than getting a third job. You had quietly asked one of your roommates to borrow their laptop saying you needed to look at job postings only half a lie, really and locked yourself in your room.
You were just gonna check out the website, maybe sign up and poke around, it didnât mean you were committing to anything, just looking. You remembered first looking at the website once your shitty wifi loaded it, promising âbeautiful and successful people making mutually beneficial connectionsâ. You balked after reading that but you couldnât look at any profiles without making one yourself so you had set to work.
After making your profile you hadnât gotten any hits in about a week so you shrugged it off. You couldnât keep hogging your roommateâs computer anyways so you set off back to work. Your days at the store wore on into endless nights at the bar and you wondered what other options you really had when you had no degree and no experience in any relevant field.
___
6 oâclock on a Thursday night, the typical after work crowd begins to roll in. The bar you work in is upscale, classy. Definitely trying to lure in the businessmen that worked in the area and their wallets. It annoyed you to deal with the same type of customers you did at the store all over again but with the high end crowd came good tips so you couldn't complain too much.
It was busier than usual when a group of men in suits walked in together asking for a booth. You saw a lot of business meetings take place over whiskey sours in this place so you didnât think much of it. You tried your best to keep tending to your regulars when a pair from the group came over.
One of the men had deep brown eyes and a sly grin that when split gave you the perfect view of the gap between his teeth. He was confident but he had a kind look to him. His friend had dirty blond hair and a beard that clung to his perfect jawline and youâd be lying if you said you hadnât snuck a second look. You turned your back and continued filling orders to distract yourself when one of them cleared their throat behind you.
As you turned to face them you found it was the blond calling after you. His face held a hint of surprise but it was quickly replaced by a look of amusement as he smirked and one brow lifted, like he knew something you didnât. He was like any other typical customer for you, professional and handsome, probably over-confident in himself. You returned his smirk and prepared your best charming banter. Time to earn those tips.
âSomething to drink for you, gentleman?â You offered.
âWeâd like a round of scotch for the table over there. You donât mind bringing it over, do you sweetheart?â the brown-eyed man asked.
âOf course notâ you answered. Pricks.
âGood girlâ the blond said with a wink. Creep. A hot creep but still. Before you could ask he took his card out of his wallet and put it on the counter for the tab.
____
A round had come and passed, soon theyâd asked for another but this time it was just the blond that approached you. You lifted your eyebrows in anticipation of an order.
âYou here often?â he asked. Ugh, not even a good pick up line.
âAm I here at my job often?â You retorted with a playful smile.
The manâs shoulders shook as he chuckled. âSorry you just uh, you look familiar thatâs all. Whatâs your name?â
You supplied him with it and asked him if he wanted another round of scotch. He nodded.
âSmart girl, Iâm Steve by the way.â He laid down his business card which you picked up with a look of challenging curiosity. Steve Rogers, CEO of Shield inc.
Oh. You didnât recognize the name but you definitely knew the company. It felt like a quarter of their employees stopped in for a drink throughout the week and it was prominent enough of a company that you read about it weekly. Play it cool, these types want to feel like an every-man at the bar but still wanna feel important.
You raised your eyebrows again in recognition. âNice to meet you, Steve, Iâll have your round right out.â
âGood Girlâ he winked again at you. Okay so itâs hot, but heâs a total stranger and you donât even know him. Stay on your game.
___
10 oâclock came around and things were thinning out slightly, regulars made their way out, awkward Tinder dates and rowdy young 20-somethings made their way in. The party of businessmen was still around but they were hopefully wrapping up after the 2 more rounds theyâd had. Steve approached the bar once more and you preemptively picked up the bottle of scotch.
âWhoa, easy, girl! Iâm here to pick up the tabâ He said, taking out his wallet.
âWhatâs the name on the tab?â You decided to play dumb but based off the grin on his face he knew you were playing with him.
âSteve. Rogers.â He replied, his tone was stern but his eyes told you he was in on the joke.
You cashed him out and left him to sign his receipt so you could make more drinks. You saw him move in your peripheral and turned your head to see his face.
âHave a good night, sweetheart. Iâll be seeinâ yaâ he promised.
âTake care!â You smiled back.
A few minutes later you circled back to collect his receipt and found three $100 bills staring back at you. You blinked dumbly in disbelief, who the hell leaves a 200% tip? Looking around to see if Steve was still here he was nowhere to be found. You had no choice but to pocket the money.
____
Another week went by and left you wondering how much energy and concentration it would take for you to just evaporate, since that seemed easier than going to work today. Sadly still in solid form, you punched in at the store and stowed your things in your locker.
Your upscale customer base was a mostly pretentious and successful group of yuppies so even though you were grateful to not be on the streets you were constantly reminded of the professional success you couldnât help but feel that you were missing out on. Stuck instead to listen to incessant whining âis this organic? I wonât eat it unless itâs organicâ.
The upside of this job was that the time went by quickly because you always had so much to do. Plus with how monotonous the work was it was easy enough to zone out. So much so that you hadnât heard someone calling your name and approaching you. A hand softly touching your shoulder snapped you into the present.
You looked up, startled to find a pair of blue eyes staring back into yours. You took a step back and processed who it was. âCEO guy?â Steve?
ââCEO guy?â I thought I recognized you, âbarmaidâ or should I say⊠âstock girl?ââ He joked using his fingers to make quotations.
Now that you thought about it, the store isnât that far at all from the bar, it would make sense if heâs in the area. You smiled and tapped your nametag in response.
âI just came in on my lunch to grab a few groceriesâ looking down at his basket it held some protein powder, some eggs, and one lonely banana. âClearly, Iâm single. But youâd know that already, wouldnât you?â
Your brows twinged together in confusion. What is that supposed to mean?
âExcuse me?â
He edged a little closer to you and lowered his voice âSeekingConnection.com?â
Your eyes widened in shock. The fucking Sugar Daddy site! I forgot about that! Surprise was quickly replaced with humiliation. You looked down and away as you felt your cheeks heat up.
âI donât mean to embarrass youâ Steve placated, âBut I gotta say, Iâm pretty hurt you never responded to me. I sent that message weeks ago and letâs just say Iâm not used to rejection.â He kept his tone light, letting you know he wasnât mad.
âI-I um, Iâm sorry, I donât have a computer and they donât have an app, I was using my roommatesâ computer and I guess I forgot about itâŠâ You admitted.
Steve nodded in acknowledgement. Please say something to salvage this conversation. Please.
âWell,â Steve rummaged in his pocket for another business card. âYou got a pen on you?â
You dug around in your apron and came up with one. Handing it to him you watched as he wrote on the back of the card. He held the card and the pen out to you.
âThatâs my number, Iâd ask for yours but I donât wanna make you uncomfortable, you already look like you wanna sink through the floorâ Not helping, but I do. You took them from him and tucked them away in the pocket of your apron.
âYou do have a phone right?â You only glared at him in response. âWell, if you check your profile, you wouldâve seen I asked you out to lunch, offer still stands. Just text me when youâre freeâ
Should I even say yes? I mean, the winking the other night was weird but heâs good looking and at least somewhat considerate. I mean, itâs not like I had any other intention when I signed up for that site. What the hell. right?
âI⊠usually work mid shifts so I donât know if lunch is doable, they only give me half an hour but, maybe we could do coffee? Iâve got tomorrow off from the bar I could meet youâ you suggested.
If Steve felt pity for you he hid it well behind the wide smile he made when you offered coffee instead.
âThereâs a place around the corner from here, just up a block, you know it? Iâm off tomorrow at 6, why donât you meet me there?â
âSounds like a plan.â He winked at you again and started walking away. What the hell just happened?
____
You did end up borrowing your roommateâs computer once again when you got home to look up Steveâs DM. Sure enough, there he had been in all his internet glory. âSteve, 33, CEO. likes: art, conversation, whiskey. Digging around further on his profile you found that he owned several houses here and in Europe, he had a dog that was cuter than he was, and that he was âSeeking deeper connectionâ. All of these things piqued your interest.
âHey, Doll. Saw your profile and I had to ask, whatâs a girl like you doing in a place like this? Kidding, of course. But maybe youâd care to tell me your story over lunch? Your profile says weâre both in New York. - Steveâ Sent three weeks ago. Fuck.
You had texted him earlier to confirm, which is how you found yourself walking up the sidewalk towards the shop with a mind running rampant with nervous thoughts. What if he just wants to feel big about himself in comparison to me? What would I even really have to offer the relationship? A college dropout working two dead-end jobs with no social life. You needed to snap yourself out of it. You were just meeting for coffee doesnât mean anything.
Pushing open the door you found Steve waving at you from a quiet corner. He was still in a suit, presumably coming from work himself. Even the buttons on his shirt looked expensive. You were wearing dirty jeans and a worn pair of work boots paired with a flannel. You couldnât have looked more different if you tried.
âI waited for you to order,â He said. You smiled up at him, only now realizing how tall he was in comparison to you. He ushered you both towards the counter where you both placed your orders. You moved to take your wallet from your purse but he had already beat you there.
âReally? As if Iâd let the lady pay, and on the first date no less?â He said playfully.
âOh, so this is a date now, is it?â You kidded.
Steve shoved his hands in his pockets and gave you that boyish grin and a shrug. The pair of you made your way back to the table and waited for your drinks to be brought over.
âHow was work?â You asked, âWhat exactly is it that your company does?â
âWe offer security and surveillance software domestically as well as international. Stadiums, airports, other government buildings. Things of that nature. And work was fine, thank you for askingâ Steve said with a genuine smile. âHow was your day, doll?â
âOh, my day was fine, more of the same but yâknow,â You answered half-heartedly.
âYou know, you never answered me, whatâs a funny, pretty gal like you doing on a site like that?â
Embarrassment hit you again, this time maybe accompanied with a hint of shame. You were saved momentarily by your drinks being delivered. He seemed truly interested and since he was paying you supposed you owed him an answer.
âI was going to Columbia and I had a pretty good internship when my mom got diagnosed with cancer. She died three months later and since it was only always just the two of us I ended up footing the bill. I was on partial scholarship but between the hospital and the funeral I canât really afford the rest of tuition on top of working for free so here I amâ you explained, âOh my god, Iâm sorry Iâm totally oversharing arenât I? You probably donât wanna hear about a bummer like this, sorryâ
You tried to laugh to ease the tension you thought youâd created. Braving a look at Steve, he looked thoughtful and only a little bit like he pitied you. You could live with that.
âIâm really sorry about your mom, mine also got really sick before she died, I know it mustâve been hard. What were you in school for?â
___
You and Steve talked for hours, trading anecdotes of childhood and talking about each otherâs interests. You had a similar sense in humour so you got on swimmingly. The evening seemed to be coming to a close as the night sky sent in through the window.
Being with Steve was probably the most relaxed youâd felt since before your mom was diagnosed. It became difficult to focus on anything but your financial situation and even though thatâs what brought you here in the first place you had managed to forget all about it.
âSo look, us getting together wasnât exactly the most conventional on meet-cutes but to put it bluntly,â He said, âThe CEO life makes it hard to meet real people and it gets kinda lonely, I mean, you saw my grocery basketâ You both laughed at that. âYou need money and I need company, I feel like we could help each other out. Whadâya say? Think you could put up with me?â
You knew what this was but hearing it put so plainly was a little surprising. At least he was to the point.
âSo if I said yes what does that mean, exactly?â you inquired.
âWell,â he started, âWe take care of each other. Let me cover some of your bills at the very least, make it so youâd be comfortable quitting at least one of your jobs. And youâd keep me company, we go on dates, maybe you could come over, thereâs the occasional work event or charity gala Iâd need you on my arm for. Thoughts?â
God I canât even imagine what itâs like to work only one job anymore. Maybe I could even save up and go back to school. Heâs cute and he seems sensible, why not?
âCould we maybe take things slow? What you describe is something Iâm down for but I donât want to make myself completely dependent on you. But Iâd love to be there for you, and I have to admit, the thought of only working one full time job is pretty crazy to meâ You laughed.
Steve swallowed and placed one of his large, warm hands over yours.
âI can do things the old fashioned way, if thatâs what youâd feel good with. I gotta say though, with looks like that itâs not gonna be easyâ he jested.
You smiled shyly and looked away. You both stood to leave and he held the door open for you.
âIâve already got your number from when you texted me earlier but Iâll talk to my assistant about my schedule and maybe I could take you out to dinner this weekend?â
âI um, Iâd really like that. Itâs a dateâ You stated.
âOh, so you think this is a date now?â He jested.
You lightly punched him in the arm and he took the opportunity to pull you closer to him. You looked up to find his face inches from yours. You could smell his aftershave and his deep voice gave you goosebumps when he spoke next.
âI kinda want to kiss you goodnight, would that be okay?â
You could only nod as he shut his eyes and closed in. Your lips met in one perfect, chaste kiss. You sighed and leaned into his hand as it briefly cupped your face.
You broke apart and made promises to see each other soon. You felt like you couldâve floated home as you boarded the subway, caught up in the swarm of newly forming feelings.
_____
You sat in the break room when your phone buzzed to life, âSaturday at 7?â
You were about to type out a yes when you forgot you worked closing at the bar. Your thumbs moved quickly to tap out the reply âWorking, sorry :/ the pitfalls of bartending. Sunday at 7?â
You were nervous telling him no and asking to change plans. You hated not being able to make things work but you only just met the man and the weekend tips were killer, itâs not like you could turn the shift down.
âAh yes, almost forgot. Sunday works too, Iâll text you the details. Whatâs your address? Iâll pick you upâ
Oh, God. Steve canât see my building! His cufflinks probably cost more than my rent!
âIâll just meet you there, donât worry about itâ
âNot a chance, doll. Just tell me where and Iâll come get youâ
You let out a worried sigh but knew you had to let it go. You sent him your address and went back to work.
____
Saturday was maybe the longest day in your entire week, in fact you loathed it. Mornings at the store followed by running immediately to the bar. Last call in New York was 4am so itâs a good thing you didnât try to make brunch plans with Steve for Sunday. But ultimately both your shifts passed without major incident and now it was Sunday and you tried to ready yourself the best you could.
The place Steve mentioned was fancy, you knew that much from a quick search. Panicking instantly upon realizing you donât really have any nice clothes you turned to your most fashionable roommate for help. She loaned you a cocktail dress that was revealing enough to draw interest without giving everything away. You just hoped Steve would like it.
âDownstairs, doll. Silver BMWâ you exhaled. Hoo boy, here we go.
____
Steve handed his keys to the valet and rushed around to open your door for you. You held his hand and you clambered onto the sidewalk in your heels. His warm hand on the small of your back as he steered you towards the doors was a comforting weight.
Dinner has been lovely so far, he chose a place that wasnât completely white-glove but was upscale enough to make you feel only a little underdressed.
You joked back and forth with him over the course of the meal, talked about your lives, and even found out you both have a guilty pleasure for cheesy rom-coms. It wasnât until dessert and your third glass of wine came that you realized how much time had passed. You frowned slightly thinking of the early morning ahead of you followed by a long night at the bar.
âWhatâs wrong, doll?â
âOh, nothing I just didnât realize how late it was, Iâve got both jobs tomorrow itâll just be a long day thatâs allâ you tried to wave it off but Steve frowned in response.
âQuit the barâ he stated.
âWhat?â
âQuit the bar. This is your card, Iâve already loaded $3000 on there. Put me in touch with your landlord and Iâll get you taken care of.â He slid the card across the table to you. Your name printed on the front. This got real very quickly.
âSteve, thatâs.â You were in shock, a loss for words almost âthatâs too much, I donât know what to say.â You felt embarrassed taking the money. You knew that was the essence of your arrangement but actually taking his money had you feeling uneasy.
âHoney, this is what Iâm here for. Let me take care of you. Give up your late nights. I wanna take you out on the weekends and youâll need to be available for events. You can stay at the store if you want but quit the bar, you donât need it.â
You took a deep sigh. He did say he wanted you to be comfortable quitting one of your jobs; it's just making the change that scares you. But something about Steve felt safe so you nodded and looked up to him.
âIâll put in my two weeksâ
âGood girlâ he patted your knee and you involuntarily clenched your thighs. He smirked at that but let it go.
____
A few months had come and gone since that night and your time with Steve had been great. Only working the one job gave you so much more free time. You'd spent a good chunk of it just trying to form a normal sleep schedule but all the time you spent with Steve made it difficult. Not that you minded especially since your allowance was monthly but heâd showered you with gifts here and there.
They started off small, perfume, chocolates and flowers, or a simple pair of white gold hoops that reminded him of you. They gradually became pricier and more elaborate. Youâd felt guilty accepting it all at first but he was insistent you deserve the best. He had even mentioned you moving out maybe finding a better place but you reminded him you needed to go slow.
Heâd also been nothing short of a gentleman. Out in public at least, youâd learned the hard way that he was an absolute animal in bed. It was becoming increasingly difficult to keep your hands off of him.
Something you had appreciated about Steve is that he never made you feel bad or less than for being broke. Never held his money over your head like leverage. Youâd felt equal to him in all aspects, understanding you had just as much say as he did.
Still, there was a small nagging voice in the back of your head that reminded you Steve is not your boyfriend. This isn't a relationship and he's looking to get something out of just like you are. But if you were being honest you were catching feelings, it was hard not to when the man was giving you the fantasy. You decided to push that voice aside whenever it came up and let yourself be swept away. Maybe that would bite you in the ass but for now you were happy.
____
You were buzzed into Steveâs building and on the elevator ride up to his penthouse your phone buzzed. âI have to make a quick call- Iâve got a present waiting for you in the living room.â You couldnât help but feel giddy.
The doors opened and Steve was nowhere in sight but as you entered the living room a bag from Chanel and the Apple Store sat on the table. Oh god, what this time? I swear this man is too much.
You opened the smaller bag from Chanel first and found a beautiful black and white evening bag. It was sleek and simple, very much to your tastes. You were nervous to open the Apple bag, Steve always went overboard. Shakily removing the paper you pulled out the slim case in disbelief. A MacBook Air and a pair of AirPod Pros. The man well and truly spoiled you.
âYou said you didnât have a computer.â His voice came from behind you and startled you.
âSteve, this is too much. Youâre too much.â You swung your arms around his neck and kissed him.
âNothinâs too much for you, doll.â He kissed the top of your head.
âThink you could take a couple days off of work? I just got off the phone and confirmed plans for my house in Nice.â
A trip? France?? Oh my god. How is this my life? You felt so overwhelmed that you grabbed Steve by the collar and brought his face down to meet you in a kiss. His tongue swiped your lips and you granted him entrance. Moaning into his mouth your hands traveled up into his hair, pulling softly and coaxing a groan out of him.
He guided you to sit on the couch and brought you down into his lap. You ground down onto him and felt his hard-on through his slacks. Your hand moved slowly to undo the buttons of his shirt as he kissed down your jaw towards your neck. You sighed softly when he found your sweet spot and started sucking.
He helped you take off his shirt while you got started on his belt and undid his pants. He lifted himself off the couch slightly to move them down to his knees, taking his briefs with them. His cock stood proud and an angry red, leaking at the tip.
âI wanna ride you, I canât wait.â You pouted as you writhed against him in need.
Steve tutted at you âthatâs no way to get what you want. Ask me nicely, baby. Beg to ride my cock,â
You ground down even harder and whined. âPlease, sir, please let me ride your cock. I need to feel you, I canât wait any longer please.â
âGood Girlâ Steve's hands flipped up your skirt and found your panties, ripping them to shreds. They were La Perla and had cost a pretty penny but he didnât care.
He lined himself up and brought you down harshly gripping your hips. You moaned loudly in surprise and satisfaction and wasted no time moving back and forth. Steve made you feel so close and connected to him whenever he fucked you but he still made you feel sordid and dirty. You couldnât get enough of the feeling, youâd gladly chase it.
His eyes were hooded as watched you chase your own pleasure and giving him some in return. His hands kneaded your ass and smacked it just to get a gasp out of you. He grabbed the back of your head and brought you in for a searing kiss that was all teeth and tongue. Heâd nip at you and lick the pain away.
His hips met yours, finding your rhythm and speeding you both up when he gripped your hips.
âCanât wait to have me, you had to fuck me on the couch huh?â Steve panted, âmy dirty girl. So fuckinâ gorgeous.â
You put your forehead against his and went harder, pushing your clit to grind against the muscles of his abs.
âOnly yours, sir.â Your orgasm was building. Steve was a pretty relaxed dom but you still needed permission.
âSir, please let me cum I canât wait any longerâ you tried your best to slow your movements a bit.
âI think you can hold it baby, I wanna enjoy you a little longerâ.
You could only whine in response and tried to slow your pace but his grip on your hips and his own movements pushed you further and further towards the edge. You tried to squirm out of his grasp but his hands only tightened. It felt like forever until Steve finally gave you permission.
âGo on baby, cum for me you earned it. Fuck your self on my cock and cum all over meâ
Your movements were frantic, desperate to chase your orgasm when finally the perfect angle of his cock inside you and your clit against him set you free. You cried out above him and dug your nails in deep.
Steve held you firmly in place and started slamming into you from below, finally letting himself think about cumming. All you could do was hold on for mercy. Moments later he brought you down onto him one final slam as he came inside of you with a cry.
The only sound in the room was both of you trying to catch your breath. You sighed again and collapsed against him, nuzzling your face into his neck. He kissed the side of your face and let you make yourself at home while he caressed your back.
____
One shower and two more orgasms later you were both clean and made your way to the kitchen. Steve was gathering the ingredients for dinner when you hugged him from behind. Your head resting against his back. Steve twisted around and hugged you in full. You both stayed like that for a moment until you looked up at him.
You were so content. Moments like this where you were just domestic were some of the best between you. It wasnât about money or material, it was just the two of you making dinner and enjoying each other, no barriers.
âAre you really going to take me to France?â Your voice came out muffled against his chest.
âOf course, doll. After dinner I want you to use your new laptop to buy some outfits for the trip. I left my card in your new purse.â
You lifted onto your tiptoes and kissed his nose.
âYou really do think of everything, donât you?â
âWhat can I say? Iâm a plannerâ he retorted.
You didnât know it yet but Steve was going to ask you to become official while you were there. He wasnât worried in the slightest. In fact heâd never been so sure about something in his life.

(A/N): This was requested by an anon, I had so much fun writing it so I hope you like it :)
Summary: What does Spencer's daughter do while she waits in the car?
Warnings: Mentions of heart attack (just a dramatic teenager đ) and mentions of road rage
Wordcount: 0.9k
âšMasterlistâš ______________________________
Spencer was really nervous about his daughter getting her driverâs permit and later her license. All kinds of statistics about crashes, injuries related to car crashes came to his mind and didn't get him started on the numbers of deaths.
But (Y/N) was adamant that she wanted to be able to travel without being dependent on the metro or her father. So after several discussions and (fake) tears, he gave in and took the time to teach her how to drive a vehicle safely. Her godfather Derek was there for every minute, sometimes chanting for her in the backseat or giving directions sitting in the passengerâs seat.
A few weeks ago the teenager got her license and ever since she loves to play cab driver for her father. Before school she drops him off at work and picks him up after her last class, under the condition they donât have or get a case. Sometimes (Y/N) goes up to the bullpen to see (annoy) the team, when she is extra early there.
But not today. Itâs Saturday afternoon and the BAU was on a case in Georgia, the plane landed an hour ago. And being the good daughter she is, (Y/N) volunteered to drive out to Quantico to meet her father there to get dinner in a diner together, spending some relaxing daddy-daughter-time after an exhausting case.
Usually the teenager is a calm person, some describe her as shy and innocent. Oh boy, there isnât anything left of that when she gets on the streets. (Y/N) got a severe case of road rage and if it is a bad day, she gets out of the car with a hoarse voice. Knowing her father doesnât like her screaming at other people, who 100% canât hear her, she tries to keep it at a minimum when he is with her.
But when (Y/N) is alone she transforms into a murderous animal. Especially today.
The streets are jammed. Every second turn feels like itâs being dragged on because of road work (put the vine here). Suddenly, every single driver forgot how to operate a car. After all, the teenager gets cut off every now and then. She uses her horn more often than in the last month since she has her license.
Fortunately (Y/N) makes it to Quantico without a scratch, though she had to pull several somewhat risky moves to avoid a crash. And there her father says she is an aggressive driver. If she is aggressive on the road, the girl clearly would have insisted on her right. But she is a responsible one, obviously.
As she parks, (Y/N) canât spot her father. Thatâs why she kills the engine and tries to listen to calm music in order to slow her pulse. She soon realizes that this is not the type of music that could help her right now.
Quickly she switches her playlist and puts on some rap. A smile spreads on the girlâs face when she hears the familiar tune of Doja Catâs âBest Friendâ.
Without missing a beat (Y/N) begins to rap along. Her group of friends are really into her songs and since she hears them on a nearly basis she knows all the lyrics. The teenager may or may not also have watched several videos about breathing techniques and pronunciation methods when rapping, because a certain musical about a founding father caught her interest on that subject. She is nearly as fast as the fastest rapped lyrics on Broadway.
Now with her being invested in getting her work at hand on the spot, (Y/N) doesnât notice her father and godfather standing next to the car while the music is blasting loud enough for them to hear it. From an outer perspective it looks like she is trying to chase a fly away with her hands.
Uncertain Spencer knocks at the driverâs window. Not expecting it, (Y/N) lets her phone glide out of her hand while she places her hand on her heart. Upon seeing him and Derek, she lowers the volume and unlocks the car.
âJesus dad, just tell me you donât want me anymore. I thought I died of a heart attackâ, the teenager gasps dramatically. âOh shut it, Baby Wonder. It wouldnât matter what we did, you were way too engrossed in your one woman show to see us. Are you preparing for your big show?â Derek asks as he sits down in the back.
Confused (Y/N) turns to her father. âAre we taking him with us?â Spencer smiles apologetically. âI may or may not have mentioned our plans to Derek and now he wants to follow us like he doesnât have anything better to do. Maybe he raps with you. I heard Eminem wrote good ones.â A proud smirk appears on his face, knowing he for once said something right on that subject.
âOh shut it. I think Iâll have to put Beethoven on for you. After all, Iâm driving a grandpaâs carâ, she retorts while exiting the parking lot.
âHey, just because itâs old doesnât mean it isnât good!â âSpeak for yourself, old man.â

Unrequited
azriel (acotar) x reader
Summary: takes place during acofas, you and Azriel are mates but he doesnât know it yet, angst, fluff, and everything in between
*Also this is my first imagine ever so I'm sorry if it sucks lol! There will be a part 2 to this, but I am still working on it!!
word count: 3927
---------------------------------
The winter solstice was in a few days and you werenât sure what to get some of the inner circle. You walked briskly down the streets of the Rainbow, chilled to the bone due to the wind. You had made the dumb mistake of rushing out of the townhouse - to avoid any questions of where you were going - without taking your scarf. Your current outfit, which was a chunky knit blue sweater with leggings and boots, wasnât enough to keep the chill away. But the cold wasnât the most important thing on your mind. You had already bought presents for Rhys, Feyre, Amren, and Elain, but that left Cassian, Mor, and Azriel. Mor and Cass would be pretty easy to buy for, but you put it off knowing they would look through your room trying to find their solstice gift. But Azriel, that would be much harder.
Every waking hour, the shadowsinger haunted your thoughts. Something you had come to conclude was unrequited.
You had realized the mating bond between you two before he did.
It had clicked a few months ago while on a diplomatic mission. The aftermath of Hybern had left things chaotic, and if you were being honest, it still was. Rhys decided to send Cassian, Mor, Azriel, and you to travel to some of the other courts to bring back reports on the recovery after the war. However, traveling did have some dangers. While you were on your way back to Velaris from the Winter Court, your group was ambushed by a group of Hybern soldiers who had been hiding out in the mountains. Had it not been for Azrielâs wings shielding you from the initial arrows, you wouldâve surely been dead, and thatâs when it clicked for you. But like an idiot, you didnât say anything.
You had thought if the bond had clicked for you, it would've clicked for Azriel too. You realized your mistake when Azriel hadnât acknowledged any change between you two. You hoped that he would figure it out in the coming weeks, but he didnât. You knew the same sort of situation happened with feyre and rhys so you still held out some hope. But as the months went by, and you realized the bond still hadnât clicked for Azriel and it felt too late to tell him.
At least that was the excuse you made up. Truly, you were also afraid of the rejection that could have followed. You werenât a fool, you knew him and Elain had some sort of connection, and that shattered your dreams even more. The possibility that he wouldnât accept the mating bond to be with the fair skinned, doe eyed fae. Everytime Azriel was in the same room as Elain, she was the only thing he would pay attention to. During gatherings, you would plaster on a smile and act as if you were happy, but Cassian and Mor, your best friends, could sense your discomfort. They tried to ask you about it, but seeing as you would shut down anything they said, they decided not to pry too much. Amren ended up figuring out the source of your discomfort had to do with Azriel, but kept your secret until you would be ready to share it.
You came to the conclusion that distancing yourself from him would be the best option, so that's what you did.
You walked down the street till you got to one of the finest seamstresses is Velaris. Since you were an artist like Feyre, you decided to draw out a dress and have it made for Mor. The color was blood red, her signature. It was a silk slip dress that would come down to her mid-lower calf and it would be embroidered with a brilliant gold thread. You drew out a pattern of the sun, stars, and moon, which you hoped she would like. To go along with Morâs dress, you got a jeweler to make a custom necklace and bracelet set to go with it. You designed more dainty jewelry that had gold stars with diamonds, since she was a dreamer.
You decided to design Cassianâs gift as well, creating a beautiful silver and black dagger with a moonstone on the hilt. It was a beautiful dagger, but you also made sure it was usable, because you would hate for it to go to waste. To add onto the combat theme, you also decided to buy him new fighting leathers with touches of red embroidery to match his siphons. Lastly, you bought Cassian a bottle of fae wine, which definitely wouldn't last long.
The last thing you got for all three of you was a friendship necklace. Although that sounds corny, the two of them had become such a positive force in your life and you couldnât imagine life without them. Keeping with the celestial theme for the friendship necklaces, you bought a sun, a moon, and a star. The sun for Cassian, the moon for Mor, and the star for you. Although they are opposites in some ways, all three need each other, just like the three of you needed each other.
Now that you had gotten Morâs and Cassianâs solstice gifts figured out, it was onto Azrielâs gift. You honestly had no clue what to get him. Due to distancing yourself, you werenât sure if there was something that he wanted. You were positively stumped. Lucky for you though, you ended up spotting Mor in another shop a few stores down from where you were, most likely getting the rest of her solstice gifts. You decided to sneak up on her as a friendly prank. Grabbing her shoulders, you yelled in her ear, making her jump.
âOh mother above, itâs just you, y/n! You scared the life out of meâ Mor said.
âDoing some last minute shopping?â you asked. âI could ask you the same thingâ. Giving her a playful smack on the arm, the corners of your mouth curled upward, even the simplest remark from her could make you smile.
The two of you were currently standing in front of a jewelry shop, looking at the collections of necklaces and earrings through the window. âWowâ you breathed out âThese are all so beautifulâ
âIndeed they are, although theyâre quite priceyâ
âHow pricey is pricey?â
She whispered the amount in your ear and you stopped breathing for a second, âHoly Mother wow, that is quite the price tag. At least we can admire it from a farâ, you laughed out. Even though you got a very generous salary from Rhys, you still felt guilty spending so much money on materialistic things.
After a moment you said, âActually, since youâre here, I do need help finding a solstice gift for Azrielâ, softening your voice at the end, âAny ideas?â you asked, drawing out the syllables.
âWell, I always get Azriel some cool towels, clothing, or a dagger!â Mor said. A small scoff came out of my mouth as I shook my head and raised my eyebrows. âFine!â she exclaimed, âI may have overheard him needing a new leather sheath for Truth Teller.â grumbling towards the end. âOh that sounds great, thank you for the help! Now letâs go off to the closest leather goods store and find a sheath!â.
ây/n! I still have shopping to doâ a scowl appearing on her face. âFine, I guess Iâll just call Cassian, cause his judgement might be better than yours, when it comes to knife related things of courseâ you said, baiting her.
âUgh, I hate you y/nâ
âI hate you too Morâ
âFine, let's get going before I change my mindâ she grumbled. Then we took off down the streets of the Rainbow to find a sheath.
The task was easier said than done, for you at least. Being indecisive and a major over thinker, you had looked through close to 100 sheaths, but none of them seemed good enough to hold the blade that Azriel never let anyone else touch. Except Elain.
While you were lost in your thoughts, you laid your y/c eyes on the perfect sheath. It had a bright cobalt blue stitching to match Azâs siphons. Along the tip and lining the top of the leather was a thin coat of silver plating with little sapphires embedded in the metal. You quickly snatched it up and paid a hefty price for it, but it was perfect.
âThank god you finally picked one, it felt like we were in that store for centuriesâ. Mor sighed, probably a sigh of relief for getting out of the store, âBut y/n, itâs perfect, I know Azriel will love itâ
âDo you really think so? I just want it to be the perfect gift and Iâm scared he wonât like it because what if itâs too simplistic and what if-â
âHey! It's perfect! Donât stress too much y/n. And for the record, I think that youâre an amazing gift giver - the amount of thought you put into gifts make it all the better.â
You could feel a blush creeping up your cheeks and mumbled a small thank you.
âAnyway while weâre here do you need to get anything to go with your solstice outfit?â
âOh Actually, I was so stressed about getting everyoneâs solstice gift that I forgot to buy my dressâ your voice falling off at the end. You felt yourself being yanked to a harsh stop and the saw Morâs face staring at yours, mouth gaping and eyes wide.
âAre you crazy?? Solstice is in 3 days and you still donât have anything??? Oh honey, our shopping isnât done yet.â And with that statement you found yourself being pulled into the nearest dress shop. After trying on nearly 20 dresses you finally found the perfect one, which Mor approved. It was a light blue silk dress that was more fitted at the top but flared down at your waist. It had a cowl neckline, a slit going up the side to the mid upper thigh, and accentuates your curves beautifully and has a slight shimmer to it. You looked ethereal in it
---------------------------------
After your exhausting day of shopping, you couldnât wait to get out of the cold. You swiftly walked back to the townhouse. Once inside you made your way to your room to set down the gifts, change your clothes, and grab your book. Then you quietly headed down to the kitchen to make yourself a cup of tea and sat on the couch to read. The house was quiet since all of the others decided to go to Ritaâs tonight. You decided to stay home for some much needed relaxation. You opened your book and started reading. After a few hours, you felt your eyes drooping and eventually, sleep consumed you.
The loud noise of the front door caused you to stir and your eyes fluttered open. You were too exhausted to look so you just laid your head back down and tried to go to sleep. You could hear Mor whispering something and then felt yourself being lifted off the couch and being held close to a chest with your blanket still draped on you.
âCass?â you whispered hoarsely along with a string of incoherent words
You heard a slight laugh âNot Cass but Itâs ok, go back to sleepâ. Then you felt yourself being gently placed on your bed and the sleep hit you before you could mutter a thank you.
---------------------------------
The sun was setting towards the sea as you sat in the sitting room of the town house. You were in your blue silk dress with a glass of wine in your hand. Rhys and Feyre were by the mantel, quietly talking while Mor and Amren were across the room. Near the window I saw Elain, and from the corner of my eye I could see Azriel making his way towards her. My face fell but I quickly plastered on a smile, not wanting to concern anyone. Especially since today was also Feyreâs birthday and we had planned a surprise for her. Feyre thought she could slip her birthday past us, but we hadnât forgotten. After a few minutes, Cassian made his way from the kitchen with the enormous cake.
You floated towards Feyre and gave her arm a light squeeze. âHappy Birthday, make a wish before the candles melt!â
She blew out the candles and then we ate cake before opening up the presents.
---------------------------------
Rhys snapped his fingers and piles of brightly wrapped bags and boxes filled up the sitting room. Amren was the first to open her presents. Naturally, everyone got her something jewelry related. Amren opened mine and you saw a wide smile set across her face, she picked up the diamond necklace and nodded a âthank youâ your way. You returned the gesture back, a small smile forming on your face.
Next, Cassian handed Mor her present from him and she pulled out a-. You couldnât believe what you were seeing. He bought her red lingerie. Your face turned slightly red, but the Mor said âDonât let him fool you: he couldnât think of a damn thing to get me, so he gave up and asked me outright. I gave him precise orders. For once in his life, he obeyed them.â
Then, you heard one sharp knock at the door.
Nesta.
You saw Cassian tense up a bit. Nesta walked in, linking arms with Elain. She got a glass of wine before heading to sit in a chair in the back of the room. The silence was deafening. Finally Varian started talking and the present opening resumed.
From Amren, you received a new calligraphy set. It was so beautiful and you loved it. From Rhys, you got some books. It was perfect since you loved to read, and they were ones that you had been wanting to read for a long time. From Feyre, you received a painting as well as a new paint brush kit.
Cassian made his way to you and set a gift down in your lap. You opened the dark blue box that Cassian had placed in your lap. He had gotten you a sky blue hardbound journal with a gold embossed star on it. You desperately needed a new one, and this was perfect. You walked over and gave him a hug, whispered âThank you, I love it.â.
Next you opened Morâs present. You nearly choked when you saw what she got you and your whole face heated up. She got you a matching navy blue lingerie set like the one Cassian bought her.
âYeah, I wasnât too sure what to get you so I thought we could twinâ. You looked around the room and saw the others holding in their laughs. You couldâve sworn you saw a tinge of red on Azrielâs ears. You just smiled and mouthed a silent âIâm going to kill you, but thank youâ at her.
There wasnât anything from Azriel. Your heart twinged. Had you not been important enough? It was just a present you reminded yourself, fixing your composure before handing Cassian his present.
He ripped it open like an animal, squealing when he saw it. A promising reaction given the amount of thought you put into it.
âDid you design these? They look amazing!â
âYeah, Iâm glad you like it. It took a long time to figure out what to get for your dumb assâ
âYou mean my cute assâ, you smacked his arm and then got up to give Mor her present.
You closely watched her reaction as she opened her dress and jewelry, a large smile spreading across her face.
âYou really buy the perfect presents y/n, I love itâ.
âOh Cass, Mor. One more thing.â You pulled out the small boxes with the friendship necklaces and bracelets handing it to them. âThis was just a little something extra I thought of, I hope you like itâ. You knew you would have started stuttering and crying if you had said the meaning to them, so you just handed them notes instead. They read over them, eyes glossing over, and pulled you into a hug.
âThis is the only time Iâll wear jewelryâ Cass stated, causing you to chuckle
Then Mor said, âI am never taking this offâ causing you to laugh again.
Finally, Azriel opened up his presents. He had opened up all the others. All that was left was yours and Elainâs gift to him. He found his way to your present first, opening it.
âA new sheath for Truth Teller. I heard you needed a new oneâ you quietly said.
He held your gaze and smiled, âThank you, it's greatâ. Suddenly feeling exposed, you quickly gave him a nod.
Then he went to open Elainâs gift. âItâs a powder to mix in with any drink.â she said.
Silence.
Elain bit her lip and then smiled sheepishly. âItâs for the headaches everyone always gives you. Since you rub your temples so often.â
Silence again.
Then Azriel tipped his head back and laughed.
You hadnât heard him laugh before, and mother above it was gorgeous. You had never heard a sound so deep and joyous, a sound which made your heart clench. A part of you wished you were the reason he was laughing. You forced on a smile and spent the rest of the night drinking away the slight pain in your chest.
You were exhausted by the end of the night, sitting on the couch with Cassian and Mor, Azriel and Rhys seated on the opposite side of you.
Out of the corner of your eye, you saw movement towards the door, and craned your head to see what was going on. It was Nesta making her way to the door. You felt the couch lift next to you.
Cassian. He had swiftly pushed past Feyre and went after Nesta. This wouldnât end well.
---------------------------------
Cassian had come back quiet and brooding, walking straight to the kitchen to pour himself a glass of liquor. You got up off the couch and followed him straight into the kitchen.
âCass, letâs take a walk, yeah?â
âI just took a walkâ
âIt wasnât a questionâ. You grabbed a white shawl and his hand and led him outside. âWhat happened?â
âWhatâs there to talk about? It was like all the other times. Why did I have to fall in love with someone who doesn't even love me back. Who looks at me like the Illyrian born bastard I am. Who hates the idea of being in the same room as me.â
You grabbed Cassâ hand, lightly squeezing it. âDonât say that. Nesta, she,â your voice stopping for a second âSheâs different. The way she handles pain and copes is different. Give her time. She just needs time. I know how much that may pain you, but you canât rush healingâ
You pulled him into a hug
âAnd for the record, I know the feeling more than you knowâ you quietly said âunrequited loveâ, head pointed at the ground.
Cassian tilted his head down to look at you, his face painted with confusion. You could tell he wanted to know more, but didnât want to pry too much.
You hesitated before continuing, not sure if you wanted to reveal your closely guarded secret. âI-â your voice faltering, âI found my mateâ. The words seemed to have rushed out of your mouth and tears pricked your eyes as you said that. After months of hiding it, you had finally gotten it off your chest.
Cassian stood shocked, staring at you. âYou found your mate? And you didnât think to tell any of us? How long ago was thisâ
âI-, I found out who he was around the same time Rhys sent us on that diplomatic mission. And I didnât tell anyone because he doesnât even know yet.â
âThat was almost 6 months ago, and you didnât say anything?â.
The tears had started flowing at this point, âI thought he would figure it out. But by the time I realized he wasnât going to figure it out, it was too late. He had already set his eyes on someone else. And I know I could never compete with Elain, even if I am his mate.â the last part slipped out without you realizing.
âElain? What does she-â his eyes widening âDoes that mean Az is-â
You slowly nodded, tears welled up, threatening to spill out.
âOh, motherâŠâ, he pulled you into a tighter hug and thatâs when the gates broke. You couldnât hold back your tears as you sobbed into Cassian's chest, his hand stroking your back.
you must have been there for 15 minutes before you realized the other might start getting suspicious. Regaining your composure, you dried your tears and tried, to the best of your ability, to hide that you had been crying.
Looking back at Cassian, you gave him a slight smile before muttering, âThank you. Iâm sorry for dumping that on you, but please promise me you wonât tell anyone. Please.â
âOf course y/n, and donât apologize, if it makes you feel better, it helped to take my mind off of Nesta and my own problems, which I desperately neededâ he chuckled out.
With the smile still on your face, you linked arms with Cassian before saying, âOh mother above itâs freezing, letâs get back inside before we turn into popsicles!â
He let out another laugh before the two of you made your way back into the house.
---------------------------------
You walked into the house and your sliver of happiness was crushed as you saw Az and Elain sitting at the table smiling and laughing quietly to themselves. Elain had her sketchbook out, showing Az her plans for the garden.
Your distraught had been clear to anyone who saw your face, and you were too tired to realize you werenât able to hide it fast enough. Not being able to view the scene anymore, you quickly got up, muttered happy solstice, and grabbed your coat and purse before heading out the door to your apartment.
While walking home, you were consumed by your thoughts. You hated the pangs of jealousy that coursed through you. You often found yourself jealous of her soft spokenness and kindness. You also found yourself jealous of her effortless beauty. It was something that kept you up at night. She was so likeable and easily approachable, something you wished you were.
You were so drowned in your own thoughts that you hadnât noticed a male following you till it was too late. One of his hands clamped on your mouth while the other grabbed your waist and pushed you into the nearest alleyway.
The male pulled out a knife and your tears started to fall. You were terrified about what he would do to you. This could be the last time you would have seen your family. You were struggling and kicking against him but it was no use. Your senses were groggy from the alcohol and drowsiness.
You had been so stupid to walk home alone at 2 in the morning. No matter how angry you were, you shouldâve just stayed at the town house.
Before you could realize what was happening, you felt a sharp pain shoot through your side.
The sound of a clatter.
Receding footsteps.
A crimson stain blooming.
Your body crumpled to the ground and your vision started blacked out. This was it. Nobody could hear you and nobody could save you.

âą you quickly picked up the stuffed soonie, and handed it to him. âi canât believe i just did that,â you muttered to yourself.
âą (heâs totally whipped already, but whoâs keeping track?)
âą âi think you owe me now, after dropping my car of courseâ he panned. quirking an eyebrow, his statement puzzled you.
âą âto replace the pain youâve inflicted upon this stuffed soonie, i think you should come meet the real soonie and give him all the pets he deserves.â
âą deciding to go along, you nodded your head, â i definitely think i should, to apologize.â grabbing your phone from your hand, minho put in his address.
âą âbe there by 6, donât be late.â he gave you a smirk and sent you down to meet the rest of the members.
Changbin:
âą we are all aware how this man is a s o f t i e as soon as he saw you in the crowd his face would immediately light up.
âą he could not keep his eyes off of you (lowkey jealous when you were talking to the other members)
âą but oh boy, as soon as you reached him, he would turn into a big baby, and probably tease you about not coming to him first. not like you had a choice
âą he would grab your hands and pretend cry into them, which made your face turn bright red. this man knows what heâs doing to you btw.
âą he would be so smiley, and makes sure to show off his famous aegyo, bc he wants to to fall for him
:((( even though you already have smh

âą when chan said no, he went đ đ đ
âąpouty baby bc he just wanted to talk you first:(((
âą when you finally got to him, he flashed his always amazing eye smile. you noticed he had some makeup covering his mole under his eye, and you told him about how much you loved it.
âą he:(((( wiped:(((( off:(((( the:(((( makeup:((((
âą like when felix did it to his freckles in that one interview? yeah thatâs what hyunjin did
âą he is also a lowkey highkey flirt with you, constantly touching your hair, hands, face, basically anything he can within reason
âą he got so sad when you had to leave, almost to the point where he got so caught up in pouting that he nearly forgot to ask for your number till you were already walking away.
âą this boy did not care if anybody else saw, or what the staff was gonna say. he jumped out of his chair and quickly ran to you.
âą gaining your attention, he grabbed your wrist and pulled you out of sight of all the other impatient stays wanting to see their precious hyunjin.
âą thatâs where he asked for your number, and went on a little rant about how heâs sorry he made a scene.
âą itâs safe to say you guys went for food right after the fan sign
Jisung:
âą when he saw you walk in, he knew. like he KNEW that he wanted to talk to you, hang out with you, etc.

âąjisung swore could swear that when he made you laugh for the first time, angels descended from the heavens.
âą he didnât want to stop talking with you, he just wanted to take you back to dorm right then and there, and just hang.
âą you best bet this boy talked to you until finally the staff had to intervene to get the line moving again. he handed you a piece of paper, and told you to wait until you got out of line to open it.
âą once you finished going through the line, you found a empty area near the exit and opened the little piece of paper.
âą wrote in a messy scribe from writing fast, the paper said âmeet me behind the building @ 4, if anybody bugs you tell them your with me. ;)â
Felix:
âą he saw you as soon as the fan sign started he basically started bouncing in his seat. (yk the vibrating thing he does? he did that out of happiness.)

the Wifilcon and the Winter Router
Pairing: Bucky Barnes x OC/Reader Summary: When Bucky learns that his neighbor has been stealing his wifi for months. Warnings:Â None A/N: I'm not a fanfic writer at all, this, like all my stories, are adaptations to fanfics. My original stories are not written in english, so this is also a translation. please do not repost my work
For an instant, Bucky thought that the knocking he was hearing was coming directly from his head, I mean, it wouldn't be the first time his mind played tricks on him, but he realized that the sound was actually coming, unluckily for him, from his apartment door. Oh no no no no no no no, I just got back from putting up with Sam for almost 6 full weeks, I don't need interaction with more people for now.
Bucky thought for a minute to ignore the sound, to wait for the person to give up and leave, anyway he didn't spend many days on this apartment, almost no one had seen him leave or enter the building and he had no contact with the neighbors, only with the lady on the 7th floor who once lost one of her cats, which ended up in Bucky's apartment, accidentally. Not that I found the cat in the alley and actually brought him to my apartment, it doesn't mean that I stole the cat, he was in the street by himself, I rescued him.
When the banging on the door stopped and Bucky thought he could breathe calmly again, a voice between altered and annoyed was heard all the way to the living room where he was sitting trying to overcome his third panic attack and fourth existential crisis of the day .
-"I know you're in there! I saw you coming in a few hours ago! I've been waiting for days for you to come back!"-
More out of instinct than anything else, Bucky pulled out the knife hidden in his right boot as he slowly backed away from the door. Do I really have a spy as a neighbor? Should I call Sam? Is he in danger too? Never mind now, you need an escape route Bucky, concentrate, third floor, window to the alley, 2 minutes max, the bike is parked far away, I'll have to run, but to where, rendezvous point, safe place, think....
- "for God's sake, open the door, I need you to pay for your fucking internet plan, I'm in the last season of my series and I need to know if Carolina died or not!"-
- "The internet?"- Between the andrenaline from escaping and the shock of not understanding what was happening Bucky spoke louder than an assassin, with over 60 years of experience, should have spoken. Oh, shoot.
-"Yes! Your wifi, I need it to finish watching my series"-
Whispering "wifi" to himself, Bucky tries to remember where he has heard that word before, this is what I get for never listening to Sam when he talks to me. But before he can continue his mental analysis of all the conversations with Sam about such stupid things as his favorite American Football team, the New Orleans Saints, that I remember, to how Antonio could possibly leave MarĂa on the last episode of the 6 o'clock telenovela of which Sam is a fan, his apparent "neighbor" spoke up again:
-"Jesus Christ, can you open the door? So we can resolve this like adults"-
Bucky resigned to the fact that he has given his position to the "enemy", walks to the door and opens it waiting for his death. Well at least if I die I won't have to listen to Sam again talking about Antonio and MarĂa. But on the other side of the door, there was a woman, who in her pajamas, very unthreatening but cute, was watching him as if he were a ghost but still with defiance in her eyes, in one breath she introduced herself and continued her speech about her complaint to Bucky:
-"As I was saying, I need you to pay for your internet"-
-"I'm sorry, but I'm not sure I understand what you mean"- mumbled Bucky.
- "Good Lord"- To Bucky's surprise his neighbor, pushes him and enters his home, well not so much a home home, more like the headquarters of his secret club, of which he is the president, vice president and only member, the point is that it is his place, where he can (and wants to be alone), as she lives here. This must be a dream, maybe I hit my head too hard in the last mission and I am unconscious in the hospital.
Crossing the room, Bucky's unwanted visitor looks around searching for something while whispering the words "I see you are quite minimalist, but maybe this is too much, someone urgently needs to look for some inspiration on Pinterest". She stops abruptly in front of the shelf where, in theory, a TV should go, while shouting: "EUREKA", she bends down and picks up a white device which has two antennas and like a million little blinking lights, damn, that looks like something out of a spaceship, I'm being watched by aliens? I'm being spied on by Kree?
-"This is your router, this is where the internet signal comes from, which I need you to pay for so I can finish watching my series"-.
Bucky, still in shock for the third time in less than 15 minutes, as he processes the idea that perhaps Thanos' unknowing twin is spying on him for a second invasion of earth and revenge for his brother's death. He can only nod to his now more relaxed and happy neighbor.
-"Perfect, thanks! I need to check the food I left in the oven, I'll talk to you later"- and as quickly as she came she left through the same door, leaving Bucky with more doubts than answers, peeking down the hallway, he realizes that she is the neighbor who lives next door, to his right. When Bucky comes out of his initial stupor, still not fully understanding what is going on, he decides to take his cell phone out of his pocket and call his own personal Google to solve his doubts about this century: Sam Wilson.
-"Hey Buck! What's up?"-how does he always manage to sound so happy? focus Buck.
-"What the hell is a router and why do I have one in my house?"- somehow Bucky manages to formulate, although maybe his voice cracked a little on the last words.
-"That thing's been there for at least two months and you didn't even notice it? Have you even paid the bill?"-
-"You put this in here? Without telling me????"- maybe Sam is also a Kree? Who can I trust now? It's all a trap?
Listening to Bucky's accelerated breathing, Sam tries to explain to him slowly, that in this century life without internet is not life, but obviously as Bucky does not even know how to set the alarm on his own cell phone, he was in charge of buying the router and creating the contract with the company so that, the 106 year old man could have his personal network at home. He had given it the name but he had not given it a password so that Bucky himself could set it up later. "I am an excellent friend, I mean co-worker, if I may say so"
-"Sorry man, after all that happened, we got called for a mission and I forgot to tell you, do you have your laptop over there? I'll help you set up a password, so your neighbors won't steal your internet anymore"- and with that comment everything started to make sense in Bucky's slightly screwed up but functional mind about the events with his seemingly non-spy and harmless neighbor.
Meanwhile Bucky was trying to remember his own password to unlock the laptop in front of him, also courtesy of Sam. "Bucky, when you learn about online banking and that you can pay your rent, electricity, phone and everything with a click of your computer, you will thank me". It should be noted that Bucky hasn't used that laptop once, like a good 100 year old grandpa he goes to the bank to make his deposits and pay his debts, which obviously consisted only of electricity, water, gas and phone because the man had no idea that there was a device in his house that spit out internet, apparently only his next door neighbor knew this. Buck tells Sam how he thought his router was an alien device and how he thought his neighbor was a KGB agent coming to kill him. "Relax Buck we all have undesirable neighbors that steal our internet signal sometimes", well undesirable is not the word I would use to describe her but ok.
When Sam finally explains to him how to connect his computer to the internet, Bucky can finally see the name that his wonderful co-worker, not friend, because he could never be friends with someone so stupid as to think that the name "THE WIFILCON AND THE WINTER ROUTER" was a good name.
- "my god Sam, you're such an asshole!"-
-"HEY! That's a great name!"- Sam responds with as much indignation as possible, he's the best at naming everything from dogs to wifis.
- "I can't believe you're Captain America, I can't believe we're even friends"- Bucky really can't understand his luck to have friends, well, co-workers whatever.
- "Well excuse me but we're co-workers..."-
- "Well, take this call as my formal resignation, bye"-
-"Wait a minute Buck..."- Bucky ended the call, to finish -his self-imposed- punishment of listening to Sam Wilson talk for over an hour. At least I asked him how to use the bank's website to pay for the internet. Suddenly, without warning and without explanation, the memory of his neighbor is lodged in his head, her hair in a ponytail, her reading glasses, pink shorts, her sweater from some university of which he can't even remember the name because he was watching out for other things... that she wouldn't kill me obviously, he was watching out that she wouldn't pull a knife out of her back and kill me right there. The message on his laptop indicating that he can now set a new name and password to his wifi distracts him enough to stop thinking about his sweet and cute non-spy neighbor and how she would look with her hair down and her glasses off.
Still with the sweet feeling in his chest and the desire to see her again he writes as the new name of the wifi, while laughing:
"If you want free internet, you owe me at least one free dinner"
After paying the internet debt and closing the laptop, Bucky gets up hoping to find something edible in the kitchen, while leaning over to look inside his fridge and analyzing how bad it would be to eat a fried egg with pasta and sriracha, he hears again a knock on the door, but this time it does not cause Bucky the anguish and anxiety that caused him the first time, but quite the opposite.
-"Open the door Winter Router! I prepared chicken pot pie for dinner"-.

I 100% blame @kagrenacs entirely for this. This is your fault. You gave me Ideas.
Also, @tortilla-of-courage I promised Iâd tag you in this. Hereâs that crack fic I talked about where Mario is Malonâs step-father.
Behold, a crack fic.
----------------------
Link had been dating Malon officially for about three months when the letter came.
Link had arrived at the ranch about the same time as the postman left, having just got back home from another adventure trying to help clear out a temple that had been invaded by monsters that the regular soldiers were struggling with. He went so Sheik wouldnât, as apparently Zelda was needed at the castle for something else.
Malon was waving goodbye at the postman as Link and Epona trotted up, the boy leaning to the side of the saddle to blink at his girlfriend.
Epona snorted and nudged Malonâs head to get her attention.
âOh what, Epona!â Malon laughed, reaching up to stroke her hand along the mareâs face. âAnd that means,â
Link waved at her with a smile.
âLink!â Malon grinned, coming around Eponaâs side to meet him. âYouâre home!â
Link nodded as he leaned down to kiss her hello, feeling much better now that he was back at the ranch, even if he was still bruised and achy and very possibly bleeding. Malon almost made him feel the way the forest did, like he was home.
He swung over and dismounted the horse, smiling as Malon pulled him into a hug.
Malon then pushed him away and spun him around. Link was confused for about one second before,
âAre you bleeding?â
Link shrugged, not entirely sure himself.
Malon made a strangled noise and then she was dragging him inside. âHonestly, Link. What part of âbe carefulâ do you not understand? You know, Iâd appreciate it if you didnât show up here bleeding sometimes,â
Link just smiled at the back of her head, not affected by her berating in the least. Sheâd lectured him on this before, and would do so again in the future, and he knew she wasnât as mad as she pretended to be. At this point her yelling was as much standard fare as her patching him up was.
Link hopped up to sit on the kitchen table, watching as Malon dropped the letter on the table next to him before digging out the first aid kit she kept stocked in the room.
In lieu of anything else to look at, Link glanced down at the letter next to him. There was a red seal on the back, not dissimilar to the ones Zelda used when writing letters, though instead of the Hylian crest this seal had the image of a mushroom on it. Flipping it over saw words in neat curling letters in an alphabet Link didnât recognize. This wasnât surprising, as up until a year or so ago he still struggled with written Hylian. He set the letter down when he heard a door open in a different part of the house.
âMalon!â Talon shouted through the house. âDid you know Epona was out front? I thought Link had taken her,â he stopped when he turned into the kitchen and saw his daughter standing up with a first aid kit and the mentioned adventurer on his table. Link waved. âLink! Youâre back!â
Link nodded, smiling at Talon as Malon opened the first aid kit on the table and started sorting through the contents.
âLink just got back a minute ago,â Malon informed her father as she had Link pull off his tunic. âHeâs bleeding still, so Iâm going to patch him up before he fills us in on his latest adventure,â she paused, then picked up the letter that sheâd received when Link arrived. âOh, and we got a letter from mom,â
She handed over the letter to her dad, Link watching the paper with curiosity. Malonâs mother? Sheâd never mentioned her mother to him before, and heâd never pried. He assumed her mother was dead, since she wasnât around and no one talked about her, but he was also pretty sure dead people didnât send letters. Pretty sure, not totally sure. Considering what heâd already seen on his adventures, he wasnât ruling it out as a possibility.
Talon grumbled as he opened it, Malon pulling Linkâs attention to her as she went about patching him up as best she could. A few minutes passed, Link occasionally hissing as Malon applied a disinfectant, and then Malon declared him patched up, wandering over to look at the letter over her fatherâs shoulder.
âWhat does it say?â She asked, crowding him as Link shrugged back into his tunic.
âItâs an invitation,â Talon handed it to her to read herself. âSome kind of Star Carnival or something, happens every couple of years. Sheâs invited us to come,âÂ
Link slowly raised his hand, then waved when he noticed no one was paying attention to him. Talon looked up, then nudged Malon to get her attention. Link waved his hands at the letter then at the two of them, then threw his hands up in confusion. True, he could have signed, but he only thought of that afterwards.
âOh, right,â Malon bounced over to sit next to him to hold the letter where he could see it. He looked at it, then at her. Malon scoffed. âItâs an invitation from my mother to come to the Star Carnival in the Mushroom Kingdom,â
Link blinked, then sighed âMushroom Kingdomâ back at her with his face twisted up in confusion.
Malon blinked at him, then snapped her fingers. âOh right, I never told you about my mother, did I? She lives in a neighboring kingdom off to the west, and her and dad had a bit of a falling out a few years after I was born. Dad and Ingo moved to Hyrule, and mom remarried. I have a half sister over there now,â
Link nodded slowly, then waved at the letter again.
âOh, mom will occasionally invite us back for festivals and stuff. Itâs her way of keeping up with us, while respecting that dad moved away for a reason,â she paused, then her head snapped up and turned to him so quickly he had to lean back in order to not get hit. âYou should come with us!â
Malon blinked at him, wide eyed and grinning. Link couldnât possibly say no. He nodded.
Malon made a giddy sound and wrapped Link in a hug, then slid off the table to hand the letter to her father. She came back to grab his hands and pull him off the table too.
âOh, youâll love it, Link! The Star Carnival is great, thereâs all sorts of games, and events, and everyone comes out for it,â Malon chatteled off, dragging Link with her so she could keep talking at him while she finished up her chores.
Link completely forgot he was supposed to tell Zelda about the temple.
About a week later Link found himself next to Malon in an oddly mushroom shaped carriage her mother sent to collect them for the carnival. Apparently this was normal for these trips, but the fact the carriage had nothing to pull it but still moved confused Link. According to Malon this was how most things worked, but he wasnât convinced he liked that.
The trip was uneventful, except how Link kept jumping every time the carriage bumped. The little mushroom person (âHeâs a Toad, theyâre the race that makes up most of the Mushroom Kingdomâs people,â Malon told him) kept up a steady stream of talk, pointing out everything he saw. Link was very glad heâd managed to convince Malon to let him take one of his swords and the mirror shield with him, he felt much more comfortable armed.
His discomfort was overshadowed, however, when the site of the carnival came into view. A big red and white striped tent, with booths and stalls set up throughout the whole grounds. There were people streaming all through the area, humans, toads and some other things as well. Link found it incredible, and Malon had to pull him back into the carriage before he fell out the window.
Eventually, the carriage came to a stop at the entrance to the grounds and the three Hyruleans stepped out. There were a few long moments as Link looked around in awe, and confusion, at some of the things he was seeing. There were moving paintings positioned around the grounds showing some guy who was mostly hat and blaring his voice across the area. Malon called these moving paintings âvideo screensâ, and that they were looking at something happening in a different part of the carnival. Link didnât understand that, but they were moving along fast enough that he didnât linger on it.
He was snapped out of looking at some star shaped pastries at a loud squeal, head snapping up and on alert. He relaxed when Malon laughed and waved in response.
âMalon!â A higher pitched voice called, belonging to a taller woman with bright blonde hair wearing a very big pink dress and long white gloves. She had a crown on her head. âYou made it!â
âOf course I made it,â Malon laughed as she hugged the other woman. âWhy would I miss this?â
Malon then switched to hugging and greeting another woman closer to her age, also wearing a crown but dressed in blue, her hair covering her right eye. A little chubby star creature floated next to her and waved.
Link blinked and watched the exchange, hovering off to the side.
âOh!â Malon abruptly remembered him and turned to tug him up. âLink, I want you to meet my mother, Queen Peach, and my half sister Rosalina. Mom, Rosy, this is my boyfriend Link,â
Link managed to get himself out of his âMalonâs mom is queen???!?â confusion loop long enough to bow, trying to be polite.
âOh no, please donât. No one has bowed to me in a very long time, and itâs weird to see now,â Queen Peach giggled lightly as Link straightened up, the tips of his ears turning red. âYou didnât mention you had a boyfriend,â
âUh, surprise!â Malon waved her hands as she gave her mother and sister a sheepish grin. âI have a boyfriend! His name is Link,âÂ
âItâs a pleasure to meet you,â Rosalina extended her hand, and Link took it to shake.Â
Link nodded and grinned, then signed back âitâs nice to meet you tooâ at her when she dropped his hand. Both women blinked at him and for a second he thought heâd done something wrong. He slowly lowered his hands and blinked at them too. Maybe they didnât speak Hylian sign? Heâd never encountered someone who couldnât understand him, but outside of Hyrule it wasnât impossible.
âOh,â Malon jumped in, waving at him. âLink is mute, so he uses sign to talk. I should have mentioned that,â
âOh,â Queen Peach brightened up again. âOf course. Well, itâs very nice to meet you, Link. I hope you enjoy the carnival,â she signed as she spoke, and Link blinked at her, then matched her grin.
Link nodded happily, letting her know it wasnât like anything heâd encountered before, but that he was enjoying things so far.Â
Queen Peach offered to show them around, which Malon accepted for them, and they went about walking through the grounds while the queen pointed out different attractions. Most of these involved events she called minigames, though a few featured other attractions. Apparently minigames were part of a big event called a Party, which was a competition people could compete in for prizes. Malon had very quietly dissuaded him from participating, as apparently she was worried a few of the minigames might mess with his trauma if he were to play them. Also, apparently Hylians werenât as durable as the people of the Mushroom Kingdom.
âOh!â Queen Peach bounced over to one of the video screens and grinned. âIt looks like a Party is starting!â
Wandering up to join the toadstool queen, Link blinked up at the moving paintings on the screen, still confused as to how that worked. The man who was mostly hat introduced a group of four, a stout man in red with blue overalls with a very big mustache named Mario, a brunette woman in a yellow dress named Daisy, a stal-like creature that resembled the creatures Malon told him were koopahs who was introduced as Dry Bones, and a tall lanky man in purple who introduced himself as Waluigi. Queen Peach was grinning, and Malon was laughing a little at this.
Link tapped Malonâs shoulder and asked her who those people were.
âOh, well Mario is momâs husband, and Daisy is his brotherâs wife. Dry Bones is a friend, I think, and Waluigi just shows up for events like this,â Malon explained to him, pointing as she did. âIt can be hard to keep track of whoâs friendly and who isnât all the time, things change so often,â
âThey donât change often,â Queen Peach giggled. âThe only time anything changes is when Bowser kidnaps me, then weâre briefly enemies, but we go back to being friends when Mario comes to rescue me,â
Link blinked at her, face scrunched up. She talked like this was normal. Apparently, this was quickly explained to him, it was. It was just the relationship those three had. Link wasnât sure heâd ever understand that concept, but was willing to push it aside for the moment.
They stood and watched the Party, and Link was glad Malon had encouraged him not to try any of the minigames. She was right about a few of them not meshing well with his trauma. Heâd actually had to turn away during one because of how much it reminded him of fighting Volvagia in the Fire Temple. It was pretty easy for Malon to work him down again, and he was ever so grateful for her and her patience with him, but they didnât turn back until after the minigame was over.
Once the Party was over, Queen Peach eagerly dragged them over to something called a warp pad in order to greet her husband when he got there. Apparently, she wasnât the only one.
Already waiting at the pad was a very large individual. He looked vaguely like a koopah, but was much bigger, and his shell was studded with spikes. Helpfully, Linkâs mind supplied him with the theory that the koopah might be like the Zora, with the ruler being much bigger than the rest of their people, and so this might be their king.
He was right, heâd soon learn.
What had him stopping dead was the man next to him. Almost eight feet tall, bright red hair, black armor. The man was distinctly Gerudo, and looked identical to Ganondorf. Link reached out and grabbed Malonâs arm, pointing out the man to her and signing as fast as she could keep up. Malon had his shoulders in her hands, and was trying to talk to him slowly, the same way she did when working him down from a panic attack or a spike in anxiety. Maybe he was freaking out, he certainly didnât feel calm. But Ganondorf shouldnât be here, Zeldaâs father had him executed. He shouldnât be alive, let alone here.
âIs something wrong?â Queen Peach popped up in Linkâs peripheral vision, but he was too busy trying not to panic to respond to her.
Thankfully, he had Malon.
âKind of, Linkâs had some, uh, adventures that have messed with his head a little. Bowserâs friend over there happens to look like a man named Ganondorf who tried to kill him more than once, with quite a bit of effort,â Malon rubbed Linkâs arms as she spoke, glancing back at him every once in a while. âHeâs a little freaked out to see someone who looks so similar, even if this canât be Ganondorf, since Queen Zeldaâs father, the late king, had him executed for trying to kill the royal family and steal Hyruleâs crown about ten or so years ago.â
âOh, I hadnât realized,â Queen Peach paused, glancing back at Bowser and maybe-Ganondorf, then back to the two of them. âIf youâll give me a moment,â
She ducked out, and in the meantime Link managed to wrangle his breathing under control. Eventually, he felt confident enough in himself to not immediately try to stab maybe-Ganondorf, but he did pull the mirror shield onto his arm. He felt better when he had it out.
Link specifically kept his shield between himself and maybe-Ganondorf as they approached, Malon keeping a hand on his arm. The conversation petered out as they made it up.
Maybe-Ganondorf clapped his hands together, which had Link pulling up the shield and tensing. The maybe-Ganondorf paused, then spread his hands.
âI understand that someone who looked like me tried to hurt you in the past?â The man, who even sounded like Ganondorf, asked. Link was then hit again with the fact that in this timeline Ganondorf never actually tried to kill him, and even when he had it was both his past and future for a while. He nodded, not willing to dwell on the details of his seven year sleep and subsequent return to childhood. The man grimaced. âI am truly sorry then. My name is Greg, I am a good, friend, of Bowserâs, and I can assure you I am not the same man who wanted to see you come to harm,â
Link narrowed his eyes, but did peek a little further over his shield.
There was a long, tense moment where Link just looked over Greg, trying to decide how he felt about him. After several heartbeats where Link found nothing but honesty, he nodded and lowered the shield some. He didnât put it away however.
Greg grinned, nodding back.
âYou can probably put the shield away now,â Queen Peach offered gently.
Link just tightened his grip on the reflective defense and pulled it closer to himself.
âI donât think thatâs happening,â Malon said gently, squeezing his arm some. âItâs just, well, Iâm sure it just makes him feel a little better, what with the situation and all. I wouldnât be surprised if he never got better around male Gerudo,â she tried to laugh.
âWhatâs a Gerudo?â Greg asked.
Link dropped the shield to his side and made a face.
(---)
The rest of the day was spent being introduced to a few others of Queen Peachâs friends, and then later avoiding Greg as best he could, and even watching Malon play some of the minigames with her sister.
Link felt a little bad about avoiding Greg, but he looked so much like Ganondorf that he really didnât trust himself not to hurt the man. Better to just avoid him.
They were invited to spend the night at Peachâs castle, after which theyâd return to the carnival the next day.
Somehow, between meeting Mario and crashing for the night, the plumber convinced him to agree to a race.
Link didnât know how to use any of the racing machines they had.
He spent a great deal of time, at length, bemoaning his impulsivity to Malon, who eventually got tired enough with him to track down her stepfather and get him to teach Link to use one of the machines. Mario, to his credit, was surprisingly understanding and more than helpful.
It didnât take long to decide Link would do better on a bike than in a kart.
Link also needed to help repair a wall later.
These are related.
âAlright,â Mario rubbed his hands together as he coached Link through the basics. âThis-a thing here? Thatâs-a the brakes. You pull on-a those to slow down. This-a piece you twist, and that makes-a you go! You see?â
Link nodded slowly, pulling on the lever for the brakes and twisting the handle.
âOkay, letâs-a do one lap around the track, and-a see how you do,â Mario nodded back waving at the track. âLetâs-a go!â
Link gave a sharp nod, taking a deep breath as he did. This would be his fifth try at this.
Malon gave him a pair of thumbs up from the sidelines, grinning at him. He was glad she was more confident in him than he was.
He slowly twisted the handle, the machine puttering to life (a phrase Link was distinctly uncomfortable with) and eased forward gently. After a few moments he was increasing speed around the oval track, getting more comfortable with using the bike. He avoided the jumps he could, but managed to not wipe out on the ones he couldnât. Slowing to a stop in front of Malon and Mario, he felt distinctly proud of himself for not crashing.
Malon jumped up from where she was sitting, clapping happily as she bounced over to hug him.
âYou didnât crash that time!â She grinned. âYouâre getting better!â
âI am,â Link grinned back, a group of bees set loose in his chest alongside the happiness.
âYouâre-a doing so much better! Now, letâs-a maybe think about getting better with the jumps, hm?â Mario clapped as he approached.
Link nodded, signing his response slowly. Mario knew Mushroom Kingdom Sign, but not Hylian Sign, and the two had some differences. This meant communication was slow going, which was partly why Malon was there.
They spent a few more hours, and a lot more crashing, practicing the jumps. Apparently there were a lot of jumps in these races.
By the time they decided to take a break for lunch, Link was covered in bruises but could also reasonably be trusted to not crash every time he attempted a jump, which was much better than he was when they started.
âOh my! What happened to you?â Peach gasped, looking over the group as they arrived to join the queen and the rest of the family for lunch.
âLearned the jumps,â Link signed at her, grinning maybe a bit wider than he needed to.
âThe bruises were self-inflicted,â Malon told everyone, dragging Link over to sit between Talon and Rosalina with her. âHeâs gotten very good at crashing. And at not crashing, but that skillâs taking longer,â
Rosalina started giggling. âWell, it seems we all have a type,â
Link looked at her in confusion while he let Malon set up plates for them.
âWhat do you mean?â Peach asked.
Rosalina pointed at her mother. âYou married dad, who is prone to extreme spots. And turns sports that arenât extreme sports into extreme sports. I have never seen someone make golf a full contact sport other than him,â she turned her finger to Malon. âMalon has brought home a boy who is firstly more than willing to participate in said extreme sports, and, Mal you said he works for your Queen, right?â
Malon nodded. âHeâs technically part of the royal guard, but really heâs just sent out to go deal with monsters when Her Majesty canât do it herself. He comes back bleeding a lot,â she sent him a halfhearted glare. He smiled innocently in response.
âRight,â Rosalina nodded. âHeâs prone to come back bleeding. And the last time I saw Sammy, she was also bleeding and bruised because she got in a fight with a robot that nearly kicked her, erm, butt,â she cleared her throat and paused until she got a nod from her mother, then continued. âRight, so, my point is we have a type, and itâs the same one,â
âAnd that type is?â Malon asked.
âPeople who are prone to getting hurt,â
Link felt mildly like he should be offended by that, but Malon was just nodding along so he decided to drop it. It wasnât like he could argue, after all.
âOh, is your girlfriend coming?â Malon asked, handing Link a plate but focusing on her sister.
Link didnât know what some of the things on his plate were, and lightly poked at one of the mushrooms. This is why he decided to let Malon grab food for him.
âShe should be, she told me sheâd try at least,â Rosalina nodded. âBut, well, you know how busy she can be sometimes. Her job doesnât allow her a lot of free time,â
Malon nodded. âI get that. It can be hard dating someone who spends so much time away getting in fights,â
She gave Link a side eye and he paused halfway into a bite. Was she mad at him? Or was this one of those joking jab things? He couldnât quite tell the difference yet. She didnât seem like she was mad at him. Maybe she was trying to relate to her sister? Wait, what did her sisterâs girlfriend do that heâd be a comparison?
He figured heâd ask.
Apparently Sammy was a mercenary (âShe fights things for money,â Malon told him. âKind of like you do, but you work for the Queen and she works for herself,â), and that meant she spent a lot of time away and then coming back injured. Like Link did.
âYouâd probably get along with her really well,â Malon offered, subtly adding more of the thing heâd already cleared off his plate to his portion. âYou can bond over killing things and getting hurt and worrying your girlfriends about the fact that youâre out killing things and getting hurt all alone,â
Link frowned at her and narrowed his eyes. The worst part was that he couldnât even argue, she was right. He did spend a lot of time killing things and getting hurt and worrying her, and he did do most of it alone.
That thought sort of made his chest ache. He wouldnât be alone if he still had Navi, but he hadnât been able to find her yet. He didnât want to sour the atmosphere though, so he pushed that thought to the side and shoved Malonâs shoulder in retaliation.
Malon shoved him back, laughing, and Link didnât bother fighting the grin on his face. It was moments like this that made the trauma and the longing easier to deal with.
They spent some more time practicing the jumps for the race Link had gotten himself roped into and introducing him to the âpower upsâ, and then wandered around the festival grounds until dinner, where they retired to the castle. Link found out quickly that the power ups were made with people way more durable than him in mind. A conversation started about finding an item or something that might help protect him a bit.
Malon had pulled out a health potion she insisted Link drink to heal up the bruises heâd acquired when they heard the, whirring? Link didnât know what to make of that sound, but he did know he should figure it out.
Which is how Link ended up carefully crossing the entryway of the castle, eyes on the front door, Malon frustrated and following behind him.
Rosalina came barrelling down a stairwell just as Link got to the door, startling him.
âDonât mind Link,â Malon rolled her eyes. âHeâs just never heard the sound of a ship landing before,â
Ship?
âSo that was her ship I saw!â Rosalina pushed past Link, who made a strangled noise as she did, and ran out the door.
Link followed, hand on his sword, just in case, and froze.
Someone was standing on the bridge to the castle, wearing dark orange armor and standing easily as tall as a gerudo, maybe taller. Link couldnât make out much more from that, since the armor covered them head to toe, and their helmet covered their entire head and face. It also looked shinier than any armor heâd ever seen before.
This person caught Rosalina when she threw herself at them, lifting her up and spinning them both around. A sort of mechanical laugh came from the armored person.
Link turned to Malon.
âThatâs Samus, Rosyâs girlfriend,â Malon explained. âCome on, letâs go say hi!â
Malon headed down the bridge to where Samus had set Rosalina down. Link stayed where he was, the Luma that followed Rosalina around coming up to float next to him. Luma yawned, and Link offered it a small smile. They must have been getting ready for bed when Samus arrived.
âLink!â He turned at Malonâs shout, seeing her wave at him. âCome meet Samus!â
Samus had pulled off her helmet, revealing tied back blonde hair and pale skin. So, not gerudo, just tall.
He offered Luma a sympathetic shrug and wandered over.
âLink, this is Samus,â Malon waved between them as Link came up. âSamus, this is my boyfriend, Link. Heâs mute, so he speaks using sign, but he can hear you just fine,â
âHello, Link,â Samus offered him a smile, signing in very choppy Hylian Sign as she spoke, and then offered her hand to shake. âItâs nice to meet you,â
Link signed slowly as he replied, figuring Samus might appreciate it, and then accepted her handshake.
They didnât stay standing there for long since it was already getting quite dark. Link offered to help Samus move in some of her things, since she was apparently staying for a few weeks between jobs, which is how he found himself pulling on his golden gauntlets to pick up a very heavy suitcase to carry inside. Samus had the other very heavy case, and Malon and Rosalina helped carry in the rest of it.
Once Samus was settled Malon resumed her crusade to get Link to drink the rest of the health potion.
(---)
The next time Link ran into Samus was right before his race. They hadnât found something to help with the power ups yet, though he did receive a racing suit to wear in case he crashed.
He stopped mid-sign as something heavy dropped round his neck.
He turned to look down at the item, some kind of medallion on a chain. There was some kind of bird on it, and some kind of writing he couldnât read, though he didnât expect to be able to. It didnât feel magical, but it did sort of, hum in his hands.
He turned around to blink up at the person who dropped in on him. Which turned out to be Samus.
She wasnât wearing the armor, instead wearing just a skin-tight blue outfit that showed off her abs and the muscles in her arms. She had a lot of muscle. Link started doubting his conclusion that she wasnât somehow part gerudo.
âI heard you were worried about being durable enough to compete,â Samus explained when Link made a confused motion at the medallion. âThat should help,â
âHow?â Link asked.
âItâs an old bit of tech I picked up but havenât needed in a long while,â Samus explained.
Link spent a moment finger spelling out that word and trying to remember where he heard it before.
âItâs like magic, but not magic,â Rosalina appeared to lean behind Samus, who towered over her even when she was standing straight. âSammy you need to remember they donât even have video screens in Hyrule, youâre going to confuse him,â
âOh,â Samus blinked, looking between them. âUh, sorry,â
Link waved her off and assured her it was fine, and then asked for more clarification on the item she just gave him.
âI figured it would solve your durability issue,â Samus explained. âFor the race,â
Link nodded, turning it over in his hands for a minute. He tucked it under the suit, the metal oddly warm despite having only just put it on, and thanked Samus for the help.
She promised to be cheering him on, which was met by a huff and light shove from Rosalina, who was also racing.
The medallion did help. It didnât quite put him on par with the native residents of the Mushroom Kingdom, but it did keep him from getting seriously hurt by some of the more extreme power ups.
Seriously, some of them were just insane.
He didnât win, but he did come about middle of the pack, which he was quite proud of.
Samus let him keep the medallion, since he could probably get more use out of it than she would, and then Rosalina dragged them all out to get some star pastries to celebrate the fact she won.
Samus ended up far more confident in her Hylian Sign by the end of the day, mostly due to her and Link being dragged about the faire by their girlfriends as they competed in a few minigames. Samus had asked for some help practicing when she noticed Link was a bit uncomfortable with some of the minigames.
Link decided he liked Samus.
He especially liked it when their girlfriends got back and Rosalina had fake-whispered to Malon âOh no, theyâre teaming up!â and all four of them started laughing.
They stayed for a week, the length of the carnival, but they did have to get back to Hyrule. It didnât help that Sheik had likely tried dealing with everything himself, and as such the kingdom had to deal with the Queen slipping out to fight things.
Once theyâd said goodbye, with promises to write between Malon and her family, they climbed back into the little carriage thing theyâd arrived in and Link turned to Malon immediately.
âYouâll bring me with you next time too, right?â
Malon laughed, and agreed to bring him with the next time they were invited.
Neither of them had fully expected Link to get a letter a few weeks after they got home, but sure enough, it was his name written in the alphabet used by the Mushroom Kingdom.
It was decided that they should probably teach him how to read that alphabet after that.
The small package he received from Rosalina a few years later with her and Malonâs grandmotherâs engagement ring after heâd proposed with a little note that the ring heâd found was way too flashy was probably to be expected. Even he and Malon had agreed on that the day before. They did switch out the rings, and though the old Queenâs ring was still a bit fancy for a farm girl, it wasnât going to accidentally blind someone.
He figured heâd pass off Queen Peachâs offer to plan their wedding to Zelda, who had also already decided she wanted to plan it.
Let people who actually knew what they were doing plan it, heâd focus on making sure he was mostly uninjured come the day of. Heâd just help with the invitation list.
This, he learned later, was a very smart call.

on the rebound | jeong jaehyun social media!au | part 8
âł In an attempt to finally move on from his ex-girlfriend, basketball star Jeong Jaehyun reaches out to Y/N, who he knows has a crush on him.
prev | next || masterlist
a/n: i wasnât gonna include a written part, but here we are
word count: ~3k
This... feels strange, you thought mindlessly to yourself, as your gaze fixed on the boy seated next to you. He was busy on his phone taking photos of the fading sunset that he barely noticed you staring, which you were quite thankful for because it allowed you to take a look at him just a little longer.
There was no denying that Jaehyun was attractive. To be honest, his beautiful features slightly intimidated you. When his perfectly shaped brows raised in surprise. Or when his dreamy dark brown eyes looked like he was trying to figure someone out. You especially liked it when Jaehyun smiled or laughed. You were confident Jaehyunâs dimples were the culprits of stealing many peopleâs hearts; those cheek indentations were truly fatal. However, for you, it was simply the occasional, cute nose scrunch. Unlike the dimples, the latter came and went quickly, but it still had an impact all the same.
Despite having been on few casual dates with Jaehyun in the past week, it was difficult to wrap your head around the time spent together, especially since the past two years consisted of you pining over him, after missing the opportunity to act on your feelings and confess to him.
Two Years Ago (First year of college)
"We should rent an apartment and be roommates next semester!â
Your eyes widened at Sujinâs suggestion. âAll four of us?â you asked, swiftly spinning your finger once to point at yourself as well as the group seated around you. It was a clear day, so after class, you had a picnic with your friends at the university quad. âMy parents helped me pay for campus room and board this year. I donât know if my part-time job at the fitness center can afford rent.â
After meeting Sujin at the freshman orientation and running into Ten and Johnny in line at a food stand during the school organizations event, you had never had more fun nor felt more comfortable with anyone than you did with them. You remembered studying for hours often with Sujin since you both were biology majors and shared some courses. There was also the time when you attended the university dance teamâs fall show and watched Tenâs first solo performance. Of course, though you almost always refrained from physical altercation, you could never forget the day you confronted Johnnyâs ex-girlfriend at a party after she cheated on him and showed no remorse, which resulted in hair-pulling as well as Sujin and Ten dragging you out before further troubles. With what you all had gotten through together, there was no doubt that you considered the three to be your closest friends.
âArenât you going to apply for the research position with Dr. Kim? Iâm sure it pays more,â Sujin said before taking a bite out of her sandwich.
âThatâs the plan, but she hasnât opened applications yet, so I just have to wait,â you sighed, laying down Johnnyâs lap. âI think itâll be fun to live together though!â
âIâve actually been thinking about living off campus, too,â Ten said, grinning, âso youâd all be saving me from looking for roommates. Iâm in.â
âJohnny?â you asked in a sing-song voice, looking up at the handsome male, waiting for his response. You opened your mouth as Johnny fed you a grape and then he leaned back, probably considering the idea.
âHm... if I say yes, can I bring people over to spend the night?â
You grimaced at him before sitting back up right away while Johnny let out a laugh due to your reaction. âNo thanks for the image,â you deadpanned, âthough I guess itâd be cruel to deprive you of sex. Weâll all need to obviously talk more about housing and details later...â
âY/N, behind you! Heâs here.â
You instantly froze after Sujinâs announcement. âHeâs here?â you mouthed, heart rate picking up, and Sujin confirmed with an eager nod. Pushing the conversation with your friends to the side, your ears were now focused on the sounds behind you. Multiple shoes against pavement. A ball dribbling. Familiar as well as unfamiliar voices chattering. When you tried to discreetly turn around, you found some members of the basketball team on the open court. You immediately spotted Jeong Jaehyun, casually wearing a black hoodie and maroon basketball shorts, playfully shoving a teammate after a teasing remark.
âOh my god, how did he get even hotter after Spring Break?!â you muttered before turning back to your friends.
Johnny scoffed jokingly. âHey, hey, keep it in your pants.â
âAlso, arenât you forgetting something?â Ten asked you, nudging his head back to the basketball court.
Oh. Right.
The actual reason you coincidentally (not) picked this day for a picnic at the same time Jaehyun and his friends played basketball.
You and Jaehyun took a Calculus class together the previous semester, and in a room with a little more than 100 seats, you ended up sitting next to Jaehyun. The two of you barely exchanged much words other than when one of you had questions about assignments, but you could not help but be drawn to him anyway. And although he did not have to talk to you outside of class, you always appreciated his greetings whenever you ran into each other at parties or after his basketball games. You thought your feelings were just a temporary infatuation, but your crush only seemed to grow after months, so you made a vow. After Spring Break, you would ask Jaehyun out.
However, now that you saw Jaehyun standing a few feet across from you, you felt like you were going to throw up. You wanted to back out. Abort. âOh, look at the time!â you laughed nervously, pointing at your wrist that was definitely not wearing a watch. âI forgot I have to study for an exam tomorrow.â
You started to stand up, but Ten yanked you back down to the ground right away, causing you to land on your butt. âNuh-uh. Donât think so. Hey, Yuta!â
You shot a look at Ten, sending a quick telepathic message along the lines of Are you fucking serious? before turning back to everyone on the court. Almost all of the guys faced the direction of your group after hearing Yutaâs name called. You found Yuta who waved once he spotted you and your friends. I guess Iâm doing this, you thought to yourself, breathing deeply and then mustering the biggest smile you could in that moment.
âGood luck, babe,â Sujin cheered as soon as you stood up and started to walk towards Yuta. The group had already dispersed to different parts of the court, ready to start a game.
âIs there a reason why you texted me if I would be out at the quad today?â Yuta asked as you ran into his arms for a quick hug.
You pulled away and then playfully punched his arm. âMaybe thereâs just something about you playing basketball that makes me swoon,â you said, batting your eyelashes at him.
Yuta rolled his eyes, punching your arm back lightly. âPlease. I can assure you that from middle to high school, when your parents worked, you had to wait after my practices so my dad could take us home. Youâve definitely used the word miserable to describe it.â
âOkay, but itâs obvious that my presence at your practices have made you into who you are today, right? This university has to thank me for their best shooting guard.â
Yuta grinned. âAlright, just tell me what you want.â
You hummed, rocking back and forth on your feet as you glanced around for the one who has been on your mind. âI actually wanted to talk to Jaehyun.â
âJeong Jaehyun?â
You nodded your head. Yuta leaned closer, eyes narrowing as if he was trying to assess you. After a second, your friend straightened back up and called for his teammate. âJaehyun!â
Jaehyun stopped his conversation with another player and turned his attention to you and Yuta, slightly confused, but he walked over to you both. âWhatâs up?â Jaehyun questioned, catching a quick glimpse of you.
âY/N wanted to talk to you, so Iâll leave you two to it,â Yuta explained, ruffling your hair as a goodbye before he left you alone with Jaehyun.
You let out a nervous laugh, fixing your hair. It was now or never. With the close distance between you two, you got a whiff of Jaehyunâs cologneâwood, also kind of spicy. âHey, Y/N. Sucks we donât have a class together this semester.â
âYeah, sucks. How was your break?â
Jaehyun shrugged. âI went to Cabo.â
You paused. âOh.â The wealthy be different. âCabo. Mustâve been a hell of a time. I thought Haeunâs pool party was something. Not even close.â
"Yeah, Cabo was a great time. So... what did you need to tell me?â
âWhat?â
âUm, you said you wanted to talk?â
âOh!â you exclaimed, feeling shy after remembering why you were there in the first place. Your eyes shifted to your shoes, unable to keep eye contact with the boy in front of you. Nervousness as well as excitement rushed through you, and your body felt like it was tingling. It kind of scared you what his reaction would be, but it was what it was. The worse he could say was no. âAbout that. Iââ
âJaehyun!â
Suddenly, a feminine voice called out his name. You whipped your head around to find a girl with a black long bob and bangs waving excitedly to Jaehyun and then running straight into his open arms. You took a minute to process what was happening. Your first thought was that she was very pretty. Her makeup suited her, especially the burgundy red lip tint. Her body also fitted well in her white tank top and black skinny jeans.
âHey, babe. Whatâre you doing here? I thought you were working on your journalism project,â Jaehyun said, happiness evident through the way his face lit up, smiling in a way you had never seen Jaehyun smile before. Arms still around the girl, Jaehyun leaned down to give her a peck on the lips. You quickly averted your eyes, feeling as if you were intruding on the intimate moment.
âYeah, but I missed you, so I decided to take a break and hang out with you,â the girl answered in the sweetest tone as she pulled away from Jaehyun. She then looked over at you as if she noticed you for the first time. âWhoâs this?â
âThis isââ
âI was just leaving,â you interrupted.
Jaehyun brows furrowed. âWait, I thoughtââ
âAh, donât worry about it,â you said a little too quickly, waving your hand dismissively. âIt was nothing important. I had a question, but the answer just popped into my head, haha. I, uh, actually have a thing, so Iâm gonna go now. Yeah. Thanks, Jaehyun. And nice meeting youââ
âHyejin.â
âHyejin. Nice meeting you, Hyejin. Okay, bye!â
You spun around, and your feet picked up pace as you walked away from the basketball court, out the quad, towards the direction of the dorm. Your phone vibrated in your back pocket, likely a call from one of your friends, but you could not help but feel slightly embarrassed after the incident. The last thing you wanted to do was talk about it.
Babe. Definitely way worse than being rejected.
End of Flashback
When you snapped out of your thoughts, you realized that Jaehyun was now staring back at you, with those captivating eyes that sought for answers. âY/N?â he called out softly.
You felt your cheeks grow warm, slightly flustered that you zoned out while looking at him. âY-Yeah?â Shit, you cursed to yourself after you choked on the reply, and you cleared your throat before answering more clearly. âYeah?â
Jaehyun leaned back and chuckled. âI just wanted to let you know I really appreciate you coming to the basketball games again. Itâs nice seeing your face in the crowd.â
You smiled. âOf course. None of my roomies except Ten really enjoy watching basketball, but heâs been busy and itâs been fun attending with Mark and Lucas. Also, donât tell Yuta but I think I gradually started to like basketball because of him. Watching him for so many years, I canât help but get into it when I see him find so much delight in the sport. Heâs insane on the court.â
When you caught Jaehyunâs pout, you let out a laugh. He wanted his ego fed for sure. âI mean, obviously, heâs nothing compared to you, Captain. Come on now.â
âObviously,â Jaehyun replied, giving you a smug look. Then for some reason, in a few seconds, you caught his expression when his smirk fell. âYou know, my ex,â Jaehyun started, absentmindedly grasping at the sand under his hand and letting them fall through his fingers, âshe never really attended my games.â
As the sun was about to fully disappear, you heard the sound of thunder rumble in the sky. Looking up, you noticed that dark clouds started to roll in. Was it supposed to rain today, you wondered. âHyejin?â you asked, returning your attention to Jaehyun. He nodded. Since he brought her up, you might as well have asked your questions and got them over with now. âIf itâs okay, can I ask what happened between you two?â
Silence settled between you and Jaehyun when he did not answer right away, which made you feel bad because you did not want to open those wounds again. Another wave of thunder roared. You two would have to return back home soon. You were about to try and change the topic, but Jaehyun spoke first. âShe said that the way I loved her bored her. I donât know. Something about how I always agreed with her and that I never confronted other guys when I felt jealous. Or when I didnât argue with her, it felt like I didnât care at all.â
âOh. Iâm sorry.â You did not know what else to say. Breakups were hard. Before you realized, your hand reached over to Jaehyunâs, and you placed yours over his, squeezing it softly. âItâs not place to say... but she didnât deserve you.â
Jaehyun turned his hand over so that his palm held yours, squeezing back. His lips stretched into a small smile. âThank you, Y/N.â
You then felt a droplet of water tap on your leg. Then the top of your head. Then your cheek. Suddenly, the pitter patter of the rain became louder as it hit the sand and water. You and Jaehyun looked at each, mouth opened in awe at such misfortune, before the both of you bursted into a fit of laughter. âWait, did you not check the weather before planning this?!â you exclaimed to Jaehyun with a huge grin on your face as you jumped up, barely covering yourself with your hands above your head.
âListen,â Jaehyun explained as he also stood up, grabbing the jacket that he brought with him. âdid you not check the weather?â
You were not sure if the rush your body felt was due to the unforeseen weather or the way Jaehyun stared at you like he was waiting for you to make a move. With your adrenaline and curiosity, you stepped closer to him. âAre you seriously trying to blame this on your date right now, Jeong Jaehyun?â
Jaehyun leaned closer to your face. You sucked in a breath, aware of the lack of space between you two. Jaehyun took his jacket and covered the top of your head to protect as best as he could from the rain. You grabbed the outerwear, but Jaehyunâs grasp was also still on the jacket. Despite the rain drenching Jaehyun from head to toe, a smile remained on his face. âIâm sorry. Youâre right. This was my bad. How can I make it up to you?â Jaehyun asked as his eyes fell onto your lips before looking up to read your eyes. His lips pressed together, and his next question almost turned you into a puddle. âCan I kiss you?â
âYes.â It was all Jaehyun needed to hear to release his hold on the jacket and moved his hands to cup your face. Jaehyunâs lips brushed against yours. Soft. His lips were soft. You smelled the familiar scent of his cologne, and it made you even dizzier as you continued to kiss Jaehyun, letting the blossoming warmth consume you. You could not help but smile into the kiss, and when his tongue pressed between your lips, you started to part your lips for him until a loud crack of thunder struck in the sky, prompting you both to pull away from each other.
âAs much as Iâd like to keep going, I think I should get you home before you catch a cold,â Jaehyun said with a chuckle.
Like a gentleman, Jaehyun walked you all the way to your front door. Though you offered Jaehyun shelter from the rain inside your apartment, he declined, assuring you that his fraternity house was not too far from your place. âReally sorry we couldnât get that fancy dinner,â Jaehyun apologized. âI knew you were looking forward to that the most.â
You shook your head, reassuring him with a smile. âNo worries. I had such an amazing time, Jae.â
He leaned in to give you a quick peck on the lips. âNext time. Now get inside and change into some dry clothes. Iâll text you later.â
âDrive safe,â you told him, and he nodded. As soon as Jaehyun walked away from you, you grabbed your key and unlocked the door to your apartment, calling out to your roommates. âIâm home!â
Sujin was the first one to greet you in the living room. Her eyes widened when she spotted you in your wet clothes, droplets of water dripping from your hair to the tiled floor. âGeez, Y/N! I thought you two were just going to watch the sunset, not get into the water fully clothed.â
You playfully rolled your eyes and passed by Sujin to get to your room. After you closed the door, you ran to your bed and plopped on the mattress, not even bothering to change out of your clothes right away. You unlocked your phone and opened Instagram to view the most recent photos of you and Jaehyun from today, recalling the event that occurred hours ago. Today really happened. Jaehyun kissed me.

A Promise Under the Stars | Irene x F!Reader
Genre: fluff, idol au-ish but not really(?), romance is not extremely explicit
Summary: When you get to meet Joohyun again, you think back about a promise you two made long ago.
Word Count: 1.8k
A/N: Whew. First Irene writing that Iâm posting as a stand-alone rather than a part of a series. Also can I say thank you for two of my posts reaching 100 notes within the same week? My very first fic, âSecond Placeâ and âTroublemakerâ seem to be very popular, thank you so much fhksadjhfk,
Date: 2/19/21
You collapse on the ground, all your energy expended during several hours of practice. Lying down you can feel the wooden floor under you, your heart pounding as loud as your breathing. As much as you physically feel pain, there was a greater pain building in your heart and mind. Will you ever make it? You've been waiting so long now, how much longer?
With nobody around tears threaten to emerge from your eyes, but the moment is lost when you hear a soft creak. Quickly, you compose yourself just enough to make sure no tears fall. You don't bother turning your head to look at who it was, instead staring at the ceiling as you hear footsteps growing nearer and nearer to your body. Finally, a familiar face emerges from the corner of your eyes. The girl leans over your face, smiling at the sight of you exhausted and sweaty.
"I figured you'd be here." She says teasingly.
"When am I not?" You say as your breathing starts to become steady again.
The girl offers you her small hands and you accept. She helps you on your feet, and when you're finally standing up on your own she doesn't let one of your hands go.
"Wanna cool down with a walk?" She asks you. You lazily nod your head, following behind as your friend, Joohyun.
She takes you outside the building, continuing to walk hand in hand on the sidewalk. You don't know where you're going, but frankly you don't care. Joohyun's mere presence is enough for you to calm down, to feel comfortable and safe. So you take the time to enjoy the feeling of her hand in yours, the night air passing by your skin, and the sound of your footsteps against the pavement. The silence between the two of you making you feel happy.
Eventually the two of you reach a swing set. She let's go of your hand and sits on one, tilting her head to tell you to sit on the one next to her. You go ahead and sit down, gently kicking the ground to create a soft sway. Joohyun does the same with her two hands holding onto the chains holding up the seat. You stare at your feet until Joohyun speaks up again.
"Look up at the sky. It's beautiful, isn't it?" You listen to her command and turn your head up.
You're quite literally star-struck for a moment, a smile appearing on your face as you admire the sky. You've seen the sky and the stars nearly every day of your life. It's the same sky as always, yet somehow on this night it stir something inside you.
"Sometimes I forget how good it is to be living, I let all the beautiful things pass me by." You admit to your friend. You stop looking at the sky, instead turning to face Joohyun. Your eyes follow the outline her side profile as you admire the amazement glazing over her eyes, the curve of her nose, the way her lips pursed together. The nighttime casts her in darkness but the moon gives her an ethereal glow. She stops looking at the stars to give you a smile similar to yours, a smile filled with endearment.
"It's nice isn't it? I come here a lot, just to recollect myself most of the time. It's my space. One where I can exist without worry, without trying to change myself." She says it as she recalls the many nights where she wanted to cry, the nights where she found herself walking here without thinking about it. "I wanted to share it with you though. You seem more stressed recently..." Her soft voice suddenly became laced with worry. You sigh before you start talking again.
"I guess I'm getting bad at hiding it." You try to joke. "I've been training for so long, you know? I've seen so many people leave. So many switch companies, so many debut. Sometimes I wonder if the last several years have been a waste. I don't wanna grow up with this kind of regret." Joohyun looks down dejectedly for a bit at your response.
"I know." She whispers. "I've been feeling the same thing. Sometimes I doubt I even belong. I don't know if this dream is achievable anymore."
You look down, not quite sure what you could possibly say to comfort the both of you. As another wave of silence envelopes the conversation, you kick a nearby pebble, watching it skid as you begin to launch yourself off the ground harder. You feel weightless as you get higher and higher, a little free even, from this restrictive life you live.
Joohyun sticks to the ground, not enjoying the idea of being at such a high height. Still, she begins to smile at the sight of you having at least some sort of fun. Things continue like this, the both of you contemplating different things in the silence under the same worries.
"Hey Y/N." Joohyun breaks the silence by calling for you. You're still staring at the stars as you swing in the air.
"What?"
"Slow down for a minute." You listen to your friend and start to slow down your momentum. When you're finally settled, Joohyun leans over from her swing with her hand out. She has her pinky finger raised while you look at her in confusion. "How about we do it?"
"Do what?"
"Let's complete our dreams. Together." You chuckle a bit at her sudden childish-ness that was different from her mature nature. Despite how out of character it was though, you couldn't help but feel appreciative for the act anyways. You stick out your hand and wrap your pinky around hers.
"Alright. Our little promise, between just the two of us."
"I know I can do it if I have you by my side." A pink hue paints itself on Joohyun's cheeks, complimenting the adorable smirk she gave you. Your heart pounds a little and you laugh at her.
"Since when were you so childish and greasy?"
"I don't know, since whenever it could make you smile like that?" You look away, feeling warmth flood your face.
"Whatever." You scoff light-heartedly.
For the past several weeks you felt like you were in a rut. Motivation draining away from you. Your promise with Joohyun though, her words, her loving voice, everything about her made you want to stay. Perhaps now you can complete your dream.
*
*
You're waiting in line, a smile is plastered on your face that you can't seem to wipe off. Finally, you can see her again.
You can still remember the day she told you she would debut. There was a part of your heart that hurt, but otherwise you were ecstatic for her. Of course out of consideration she tried not to talk about it much, but you assured her it was something that was worth celebrating. That it was an event and feeling you wanted to share between the two of you.
Things didn't turn out as planned. You kept training, but seeing Joohyun debut with seemingly no results for another year was disheartening enough to make you quit. It also didn't help that as Joohyun got busier, the two of you got to talk and hang out less and less. Everyday you would compulsively check your phone, only to be gifted a response on a rare occasion.
After your trainee years you moved on in your life, getting a higher education and joining a career that you found pleasure in. As you focused on your career though, you also found yourself with less and less time. It seemed like at some point Joohyun changed her number and forgot to tell you. For some reason it left you feeling a bit heartbroken. Although she wasn't really a part of your life anymore your memories with her graced your thoughts often.
Now though, as time has passed, your work life has settled down more. You've earned some money and took some vacation time to attend a very, very important event.
The person in front of you finally moves and you're face to face with Yerim, a girl you spent a lot of time with under the same company. She looks up at you with a smile and a face filled with both surprise and recognition. She signs your album before gently nudging the member next to her.
You move on in the line to meet Seulgi. She's happy that Yerim caught her attention to tell her you were here. She gives you a familiar smile and thanks you for coming to see the group. You get your album signed by her and two other members who you didn't get acquainted with during training until you reach the end of the table.
There she was, Bae Joohyun, the person you were closest with during those grueling years training. As soon as you're standing in front of her your heart threatens to jump out of your throat. When your eyes meet you almost feel like crying.
"Hey." You barely get the word to leave your mouth. The sound could hardly escape the tightening of your throat. Judging by the look on her face, it seemed like Joohyun was overwhelmed with feelings too, nearly wanting to cry. Instead she gives a light laugh.
"I've missed you." She says. Maybe it's in your imagination, but she's staring at you so dreamily. You don't know what to say, so you decide to just be honest.
"I've missed you too. I've been waiting for this day." You pause for a second before continuing. "I'm sorry I didn't make it." Joohyun shakes her head at your apology.
"Don't be. As long as you're happy with where you are now then I'm happy too." She gives you her signature smile that had always managed to comfort you.
"Let's make a new promise." Once again she sticks out her pinky finger at you. You take it without hesitation. "Let's talk. Like old times." Even though you haven't talked to each other properly in years, the feeling of her pinky and yours made you feel just as close as you were back in those days.
The staff are ushering you to go, the moment the two of you were sharing was holding up the line for too long. Quickly, Joohyun signs your album and you notice that she opens it and scribbles something inside. Could she have possibly written a message for you?
When go arrive home you admire the album with signatures strewn across it. The question that you had for the entire day though was what Joohyun wrote inside of it. Within the privacy of your home you finally felt safe to open and check.

Drunk confessions
Pairing: Levi x reader
Warning: language, fluff, drunk
Summary: Playing a game the impossible happens Levi gets drunk and confessions to many things including to loving (y/n). Now heâs got to deal with his confession in the morning
How could this possible happen, he tolerance was suppose to be extra fucking high, it was extra fucking high. How did this happen? It all started with a drinking game, never have I ever.
It started out fun and everyone was there the questions were silly and everyone was drunk. Hanji had suggested the game.
âCome on it will be fun itâs a gameâ Hanji said as she held up a bottle of alcohol
â how do you playâ Jean asked as he held out his glass letting Hanji poor some of the burning liquid in everyone else did the same.
âNever have I ever. This is how you play you say ânever have I everâ and continue on if someone has done it theyâll drink if they havenât they donât. For example never have I ever kissed a girl. If youâve kissed a girl drinkâ All the boys drank.
âoh I get it. My turnâ Sasha raised her hand ânever have I ever kissed a boyâ all the girls, except Christa and Sasha, drank. Levi also drank but he was so far of in the corner that no one noticed. No one but (y/n) she raised her eyebrow as Levi shrugged and brought the cup to his lips.
The game continued on the questions were silly but most of everybody was getting drunk. Mikasa  was the first one passed out after her three drink  Armin was still up but his words were now so slurred no one knew what he was saying Eren the soberest between three helped the other two to bed. Sasha was giggling her ass off at absolutely nothing just giggling just because Connie was a clinging drunk and held on to Sasha or Reiner. Reiner seemed to be a quiet drink only talking a little bit mostly lost in his own head Bertholdt was lucky enough to drag all three of them to bed. Ymir was an angry drunk and was dragged of to bed by Christa right after Mikasa. Jean passed out on the floor Hanji had volunteer to drag him to bed.
Now only Levi and (y/n) were left as much as the two drank they only seemed to be tipsy, Levi more tipsy than (y/n).Moving the two now both sat silently in front of each other.
â never have I ever âŠ. met my motherâ (y/n) said Levi drank.
âwhat happen?â
âdied during birth lived with my old man and my aunt. Turns out he was screwing her during my moms pregnancyâ
âNever have I ever meet my fatherâ (y/n) drank âhe was one of my mom âClientsâ never meet him donât even know who he isâ Truth be told Levi did actually look and ask question when he was younger but after a while he gave up. He was a prostitutes baby he had no father.
âNever have I ever had planned to be in the survey cropâ Â neither drank
âErwin found me in the under ground brought me. I became a soldier against my will.â
âMy father and  aunt were both soldier they forced me to join then died by the time I graduated.â It was true both her father and her aunt were high ranging soldiers in the military she was suppose to be just like them and join the military branch and she was going to until Trost fell. That day she witnessed her cowardly father run away from battle and her aunt beg forgiven in the jaws of a titan (Y/N) felt no emotions.
âNever have I ever ⊠killed anybodyâ neither of them drank
âI use to be a thug in the underground I killed a few people. I almost killed Erwin.â He was a thug he ran the underground of course a few bodies dropped dead around him. Thought he did valued human life he had no problem taking it.
âI was out late in a place I shouldnât have been I was 11 years oldâ She had gone to far from home and the sun was down before she could make it back. In the dark a group of three men came out she listened as they followed her and spoke of selling her off on the black market. With a pocket knife she stole from her father she killed two and injured one she was 11 years old.
ânever have I ever blacked out drunkâ Levi drank (y/n) smiled
ânever have I everâŠ.played and instrumentâ  (y/n) drank Levi smirked.
The game picked up again and they were in a lighter mood now. Levi was drinking more and more (y/n) had a cup or two but it didnât really get her drunk. But then again seeing as her drinks were watered down she wouldnât really get drunk. Also she had read his file and knew what questions to ask to get him drinking.
A little after mid-night and Levi was wasted (y/n) had stopped drinking a long time ago and was just enjoying the show now. For the past few hours she had been asking questions she would get really interesting answers  some funny some sad and die serious. She had learned a lot from drunk Levi.
When he first arrived he had a crush on Hanji but later grew out of it and they became bestfriends. How Petra had a crush on him and he was well aware of it but choose to ignore it and now after her death regretted his actions. He even, briefly, spoke of his bother who he loved very much. But now he was on a new topic of someone he was sure he was 100% in love with.
It broke (y/n) heart to hear this she had been loving him from a far. As brave as she was on the field and against Titans she could not find that same courage to confess her feeling to Levi. Even though it wasnât her she wanted to know who was this girl that got a spot in her Captainâs heart and make sure she was good enough for him. Even though  it hurt she was going to make sure this girl was good for him and then help him get her.
âWho is this girlâ it pained her to asked as she clenched her chest
âsheâs so beautiful I actually begged Erwin to put her on my team.â
He begged for her.
âsheâs smart to even though she doesnât talk much she is very smart. Sometimes I have her do my paperwork her hand writing is prettyâ
â whatâs her name?â
âshe hangs with those brats Eren and his friends all the time. I hate seeing that brat all over herâ
âwhat does she look likeâ (y/n) voice cracked Levi didnât noticed
âshe beautiful, gorgeous, stunning, I canât find the right word but sheâs one of a kindâ
she was beautiful.
â I⊠I love herâ
Oh god he loved her.
âI love her I love (y/n)â
oh no he loved (y/n)⊠wait Iâm (y/n).
âyou love meâ
âbut donât tell her Iâm not ready to tell her yet. I donât think she loves meâ (y/n) smiled and laughed as she continued to listen to tell her not to tell her that he loved her. It was very confusing if you forgot he was drunk. After spending another 30 minutes of listening to him talk about how much he loved her she decided it was time for him to go to bed.
â This way Captainâ (y/n) said as she lead Levi to his room he was all over the place rambling on about nonsense and someone named Kenny. (y/n) tried her best to keep him quite and get him to his room without an incident. âhere we areâ (y/n) said as she opened Leviâs door and he fell in âoopsâ he said as he started falling a sleep on the floor. âNope bedâs this wayâ (y/n) dragged him to bed removing his straps, jacket, shirt, shoes, and socks she tucked Levi into bed.
âgoodnightâ hesitated at first she placed a kiss on him,  thought to be sleeping, forehead then tried to leave. âwaitâŠ. please donât leave me. Donât leave me again.â Levi gripped her wrist preventing her from leaving (y/n) eyes wide in shock but she spoke âI would never captainâ.
She removed her shoes and coat climbing into bed with Levi. Sheâd probably get in trouble when he woke up in the morning but that would okay at least she got to spend the night with him. Levi spooned her as they slept his breath giving her comfort as it fans on the back of her neck. His arms giving her warmth. Sheâd loose this in the morning and have stall duty for a month maybe two. But right now she was going to savor this moment and sleep in his arms.
The next morning (y/n) woke up in a shock she was in Leviâs bed, Why was she in Leviâs bed? Everything for the night before rushed back to her. âoh shit, oh shit, oh shit â she mumbled as she picked up her coat and shoes. While pulling on her jacket the bathroom door opened out stepped a cleaned and showered Levi.
âwhat..â he sighed â what did we do last? youâre dressed so no sex but youâre in my bed so Iâve got to ask.â Levi had a low hanging towel around his waist. (y/n) was very distracted by his god like body it was dripping wet.
âumâŠ.you got drunkâŠ. asked me to stay⊠so I did. But Iâll leave now I wonât say anything.â (y/n) gather her coat and shoes and tried to leave but Levi stopped her again.
â did I say anythingâ he asked hesitantly
â yesâ
âwhat did I sayâ
âYou told me thingsâŠ.. you said you âŠ..you loved me. But you were drunk so itâs okay if you didnât mean itâ (y/n) began to leave again.
âWhat if I did, mean it I mean. what if I meant it â (y/n) was half way out the door as she heard Levi.
Turning around she said â well since youâre sober now I would say⊠I love you tooâ and with that she shut the door leaving Levi with a shocked expression and a raging hangover.

GOT Loads (Jackson Wang / GOT7 x Male!Reader)
Pairing: Jackson Wang/GOT7 x Cis!Male!Reader  Rating: Explicit Words: 2016 Summary: Your boyfriend Jackson is a good lad and shares you with his fellow members.... itâs a GOT7 gangbang. Note: Forgive me father fore I have sinned. Also this is 100% based on the headcanons I found on Tumblr, because I donât actually know these guys, aside from that they make good music. This was a request and I aim to please. Tags: Gangbang, breeding, multiple creampies, multiple orgasms, facefucking, praise, cum eating, edging, degradation, rough sex, voyeurism, fingering, oral, god this is filthy, no beta we die like menÂ
EDIT: There is now also a sequel
Three fingers grazed your insides, stretching your ass open for all the cock it would have to take later. You were on the bed, supported by pillows with a sight that some people would kill for. Wherever you looked, hard cocks were stroked right before your eyes, making your mouth water and your ass feel very empty. You let out a whine when your boyfriend removed his slick fingers, making your ass gape.Â
âYouâre ready, baby?â Jackson cooed as he rubbed the head of his cock over your open and exposed hole. You nodded, muttering pleads to be filled with your boyfriendâs cock while his co-members stroked theirs in front of you, waiting their turn. You did not know how he got them all to do this, but you didnât care. Being stuffed full of cum had always been a fantasy of yours and tonight it was going to happen.Â
Jackson eased you into it, cock slick and pumping as fast as it could with the resistance it met. Even after being stretched to three fingers, you still had a tight grip on Jacksonâs dick, the girth sending you to a plane of pleasure. âThatâs my good boy,â Jackson mused as he thrusted steadily into you, âremember you can cum whenever you want, but we will not stop until we all have cum into this pretty ass.â Jackson squeezed your bottom, his thrusts becoming more forceful, after he added more lube and found the glide to be easier.Â
He worked you up to a fast pace, the sound of skin slapping joining the pants and slight moans of the men around you. You cried a little from the mixture of pain and pleasure, whining as he fucked you just right. âPlease slow down, Iâm gonna cum,â you whimpered, but he did not slow down. You came on the pillows, before he even finished. Jackson pistoned his hips into yours through your orgasm, bringing you more tears and more pleasure. He finished inside you, as promised.Â
âYoungjae, come on, before it starts to drip out of him.â You had your eyes still closed as you felt your boyfriend pull out. You clenched around nothing to keep him cum in, but relaxed when you felt another manâs cock press against the ring of muscle. He was slick with lube and slipped right in, fucking you almost as hard as Jackson had not even a minute ago. You were overstimulated, moaning pathetically while feeling like you were being used and you loved that idea.Â
âYouâre gonna be a good cumdump for us, arenât you?â You heard Youngjae speak into your ear. You hummed, not really able to form words. He lifted your head by pulling your hair. Jackson was right in front of you, cock semi-hard and smirking at you. âYouâre such a good slut, agreeing on being used by your boyfriendâs friends while he watches. Iâm impressed.â
Youngjae had slowed down enough for you to become painfully aware of what you must look like and what you agreed to. You had Jacksonâs, your boyfriendâs, seed inside you, being fucked deeper inside by one of his friends, your friends. They all could hear you moan at whichever cock entered you, see you being turned on by being used and filled. Your cock jerked against the pillows, nothing coming out, but wanting to cum again.Â
Youngjae filled you before you even realised he was close, your mind too occupied by the situation you were in. You only realised the switch when he pulled out and you desperately clenched your ass to keep all the cum inside. Whoever was next removed the pillows, easily slipped inside you and held your upper body up by your hair. His cock was a little smaller than the ones you had before, but fucked you a lot faster as well. âYou donât get to hide your face or your cock anymore,â BamBam hissed in your ear. You whined, feeling exposed. Your cock was still hard, twitching as it tried to cum again, without any stimulus. Not touching yourself had been a rule. If you wanted your cock to be touched, you needed to ask someone else to do it.Â
Your sweaty body was on display, cock bouncing with each rough trust. âHeâs drooling for cock in his mouth,â BamBam teasingly proclaimed as the hand in your hair found your chin, holding you there for leverage.Â
âI can help with that.â You placed your hands on the bed when you were pulled down by your hair, Jaebumâs cock pressing against your lips. You opened your mouth, letting him in. The two men bounced your between them, one roughly fucking your ass, while you other forced his length further and further down your throat. You choked, but Jaebum didnât seem to care, spreading the saliva over your face with his cock, before attempting to thrust deeper.Â
âLook at yourself, both holes filled with dick. I think this is the best use of you, donât you agree?â You tried to nod in response to BamBam, but Jaebum held your head in place, fucking your mouth in a similar way BamBam was fucking your ass.Â
âRemember the rule is to cum in his ass,â your boyfriend oh-so helpfully reminded the man facefucking you. Jaebum reassured him that he would hold back until he could shoot his load into your ass. Your mouth watered at the promise, your face covered in your own saliva. BamBam granted you the third load of that night and was almost immediately shoved aside by Jaebum, who was incredibly close from throatfucking you and reached orgasm with just a few thrusts into your ass, filling it with both semen and your own saliva. Jaebum was the first to be unrestrainedly vocal about his orgasm.Â
âWish it couldâve been your throat, but maybe we make that the rule next time,â he chuckled as he slowly slipped out of you. You tilted your hips, clenching your ass to keep the seed inside until the next cock was circling your hole. You were too focused on keeping everything inside, that you forgot to unclench when you felt the pressure of another dick.Â
A loud slap echoed through the room, leaving a sting on your ass. âCome on, let me in, pretty boy,â Jinyoung whispered in your ear. You took a deep breath, relaxing your muscles on the exhale. Jinyoung was gentle, very aware of the beating your hole had endured all night. His fingers dug into your ass, leaving bruises as he slowly dragged his length in and out of your heat. The sensual roll of his hips drove you crazy, but he kept you on your toes with the occasional spank.Â
âThatâs right, pretty, relax,â he whispered, his breath growing heavier as your ass got redder. You were always a fan of rougher sex, but somehow the slow pace brought you close to your second orgasm. You whined, tears falling from your eyes as your hard dick humped air. You were almost there, when Jinyoung came before you did and pulled out to the head. You begged for release, while he lazily milked his cock inside you. âYou still got two more to go,â he cooed, before giving you one last hard slap on your cheeks, âso I would hold it in if I were you.âÂ
You begged to be touched, ass clenching automatically when Jinyoung pulled out. Your requests remained unanswered as you were flipped onto your sore and stinging ass, a slick cock entering you. Your eyes went wide at the sudden intrusion, locking with those of Yugyeom. âAww are you a little sore?â He teased, setting a medium pace that felt like being hammered already, but you knew he was building up to it and you werenât sure if you could handle it.Â
You shook your head in reply. âNo, very,â you groaned, your ass painful, but your insides feeling full and pleasured. He chuckled and took a hold of your cock. You cried out. It felt good; so, so good and you begged him to stroke you. He just held your hard dick in his grasp, hips rolling against yours and going faster. âPlease, please, I just wanna cum,â you cried out, vision getting distorted from pleasure, your body jerking.Â
âYou will⊠eventually.â He smirked in your face, thrusting roughly into you, but not going too fast. The force of this thrusts moved his hand a little over your cock, but it wasnât enough. You let your head fall, looking at your boyfriend, upside down with pleading eyes.Â
âAww heâs been such a good boy. Let him. It feels good when he comes and youâre inside him,â Jackson mused as he swatted Yugyeomâs hand away and took a hold of your cock. You moaned at the relief, thanking him through gritted teeth and loud moans. Jackson leaned down, giving your ear a lick. âCome on, baby, cum for me,â he spoke into your ear, voice a little raspy and oh so sexy. You screamed as you followed his command, staining your own chest and his hand.Â
You could hear Yugyeom moan, but you werenât focused on him, but the fingers Jackson pushed into your mouth. He fed you your own cum, praising you as your sore cock pushed out a little more. When you finally had swallowed all of your own cum, you realised it was no longer Yugyeom fucking you. When your eyes left your boyfriendâs handsome face, you locked eyes with Mark. He looked red in the face and was sweating a little. âYouâve done well, just one more,â he whispered for only you to hear. You were grateful for his slow pace, but by judging his face it was for himself as well. âI know youâre sore, but you can take it, right?â You nodded, relaxing in his embrace as he slow-fucked into you. His cock felt like it was on fire inside you, but it was no longer the stretch that caused the burning sensation. In fact, you were pretty certain that your ass was so open, Jackson and his massive cock would meet no resistance.Â
âPlease cum in me, Mark,â you whispered back, needing his load as much as you needed it to be over. You loved this, but you came twice and your ass was sore. Mark was gentle, praising you for how well you were holding up and how good you had been all night. Your head was swimming, you mouth opening on instinct when you felt another cock against it. You opened your eyes, moaning when you saw Jackson. He fucked your mouth, shallowly, the head of his cock pushing against your cheek. You tried to suck on it as much as you could, but it was hard to focus with the slow drag of Markâs cock against your insides.Â
Jackson pulled out, rubbing his cock right over your face. âThe⊠ruleâŠâ You muttered, hoping he would get it. The wolfish grin on his face told you he did. He told Mark to speed it up, but as soon as he did, he came inside you. He stayed like that for a little, coming down from finally having an orgasm after edging himself all night. Jackson pushed the head of his cock in after Mark pulled out, giving you one last load for that night.Â
While Jackson was taking some pictures of your ass for you to enjoy later, Mark put your head in his lap, stroking your hair. âWell done,â you sighed as you smiled at him, whimpering when Youngjae and Jinyeong spread your ass apart, so Jackson could record their cum dripping out of you. You pushed, putting your last strength into putting on a show for the camera. You could hear the liquid leave your ass, the pressure inside dissipating.Â
The boys helped getting you and the bed all cleaned up. Being bathed and dressed went by in a blur and your eyes finally closed when you were back in bed, clean and resting in the arms of the man you loved.Â

Whatâs Your Biggest Fear? (Carlisle x Reader)
Requested by anon. Sorry Iâve been a bit inconsistent with my writing I had some boy drama (tell me if you want some story time cause iâll gladly share the tea) in the meantime I hope you enjoy!
It was a well known thing around her friend group that (y/n) did not like thunderstorms, it was loud, it was usually at night and 90% of the horror movies she had watched was about someone being alone in their house during a thunderstorm.
However she was kind of shy to tell Carlisle about her fear, here he was being a powerful supernatural creature that has lived through generations, how could she say she was just a marketing college student scared of thunders? what if he found her weak or made fun of her? he would never make fun of her she knew that much but the âwhat ifâsâ never left her mind.
As soon as she saw the weather forecast she had to come up with a plan, which she eventually created to perfection.
âHey dear, iâm on my break everything all right?â
âYeah I just wanted to ask you, since there is a thunderstorm coming if you want to come over to my house. We have never gone through a thunderstorm togetherâ
âYou are a hopeless romantic, of course I will join you at our thunderstorm festivities. I will come as soon as I finish my shift how does that sound?â
Now you may ask why (y/n) chose her house to get through the thunder. Good question, Edward can read thoughts, Jasper feels other peoples emotions, so one minute in that house and her cover would be blown and as much as she loved Emmett she wanted to be spared of any teasing.
As the hours passed she decided to make some soup while she still had electricity, she set candles to every room of her apartment and and matches or lighters next to them and kept a flashlight in her pocket, so she can be 100% prepared if the light goes out before Carlisle comes back.
As she laid on her bed she recalled the first time she met Carlisle. She had gone in hospital after she fainted, turns out dehydration is really a thing, when she opened her eyes the first thing she saw was a bright light but the first thing she heard was Carlisleâs melodic voice, explaining to your friends who had brought you to the hospital what happened.
Then she saw him, she was so left speechless, she also couldnât really speak since her throat felt dry and scratchy. She could swear she was in heaven looking at an angel, his blonde hair, bone structure sculpted by God himself, pale porcelain skin, not even a sign of a mark or anything in his face and though perfect lips.Â
She didnât even realizing how foolishly she was smiling and how her eyes had pretty much turned into hearts, but after he left her friends let her know how dumb she looked when he talked to her, teasing her about becoming misses Cullen.
She drifted off to sleep while recalling those sweet sweet memories. The problem was she woke up abruptly by the crack of a lighting, which was deafening especially if you were passed out for a couple of hours, as she jolted up she lost balance and found herself off the bed and on to the floor, face first and the thud she made when coming into contact was maybe as loud as her scream. The room was pitch black and as she kind of regained herself she tried to reach for the light, which come to find out was not willing to shed light in the room
âWonderfulâ
As she reached for her pocket, she also found out her flashlight was not there. Panic was starting to kick in, her knee was hurting from the clumsy fall, there was no power and the flashlight had decided to take a stroll around the apartment.
(Y/n) got back up and wobbled over to where she had left the candle and lighter. The lighter however decided to be a pain in the ass and struggle with producing fire
âCome onâ
Then it slipped right off her grip and landed to the floor like she had done a few minutes ago. She groaned loudly, she just couldnât get a break today, everything had to be difficult
âFor fucks sakeâ
She mumbled as she bend down to grab it. She froze when she heard someone or something playing with the lock on the door, an intruder? a murderer? a vampire coming to get her? She had heard the Volturi were very displeased with another human finding out their existence.
âFuck,shit,fuck,fuckâ
She tried to light the candle as fast as she could and again wobbled to the door with the candle on her hand-couldnât really do much damage but maybe she could light them on fire?- as she approached her door with her hand extended forward she realized how much she was shaking, so much for bravery and confidence.
The door swung open and the first instinct was for her to let out one of the best horror movie worthy scream.
â(Y/n) itâs me, relax darlingâ
She was about to throw herself into his arm when he stopped her and took the candle from her hand carefully before setting it aside.
âAre you okay sweetheart?â
âNo, not reallyâ
âAwww come hereâ
She felt protected in his embrace, like nobody could harm her. It was nice to feel this way after those annoying little events that had occurred prior to his arrival. As he stroked her hair, he took a quick look around the house, candles everywhere, a flashlight on the floor along with the bed sheets and a frighten (y/n) in the verge of tears.
âIf you had told me you were scared I would have come here quickerâ
âI wasnât scaredâ
She protested. Which the only thing that little back talk did was make him smile in a sweet manner, sometimes he forgot how people can get scared, especially his little (y/n), who has a record of overthinking making herself sick with different scenarios.
âItâs okay to be frightened my love, it makes us humanâ
âUs?â
âAs a matter of fact I got some fears as wellâ
He let her go for a quick second just so he can shut the door, take off his coat and and scarf and proceed into taking off his shoes. (y/n) now felt completely comfortable staying in the dark, it was like all her fears went out the window when Carlisle came through the door.
âReally? Whatâs your biggest fear?â
âLosing youâ
It was like someone had mistaken her heart strings with a harp, tugging them lightly all together. She hugged him tightly once again, nuzzling her face in his neck at a desperate attempt to get as close to him as humanly possible, it didnât matter if his cold skin clash with her warmth, she felt complete.
âNow, letâs light some candles and get to bedâ
âCan we do anything else why are on the bed?â
âohhh look who is getting mischievous now, you better behave young ladyâ
âOr what?â
âYou are playing a dangerous game now, you know thatâ
