been having a bad week and to top it off today i dropped off my car for a routine oil change and when i went to pick it up i got told i need a $650 repair and quite frankly i think i deserve an award for not screaming out loud

Met a cute guy today, said goodbye and ik we wont ever see each other again but its okay

#his name is fernando #he's getting his masters in forestry engineering #we talked a bit before my classes started #then before i left he said 'good class'#to which i responded 'good.... food? snack? touching grass?'#and he laughed #i had turned already and started walking when he called me again and asked what my name was #'julia.' him: julia. 'yeah. yours?' him: fernando 'fernando.' him: yeah. 'bye then'#just a little context that i just realized may be needed #he had just left a 4h exam #i was about to have a class about drones #the guy who'd give the class was there as well and asked him (fernando) to join #then fernando said that he didnt know about it before #and that he needed to eat first and get outside a little after spending the last 4h straight writing #that's why i said 'good food' which yes #it does sound as awkward in portuguese as it sounds in english #im not the best with words okay i am an awkward person gimme a break

Keep seeing that post where OP starts like 'Thinking about...grieving the undead' and then adds on about like. Real life situations where people have not died but have left your life and you would have reason to grieve them.

All respect, that's an important concept, but that is not what I am thinking about when I read 'grieving the undead'.

If you saw me agreeing with being annoyed about wasted helium in a fictional context and were like "I bet she has some more helium based anger in her life" good news LAPD fucked up a raid on a medical facility they thought was a pot farm and flat out ruined thousands of gallons of the stuff.

#Back in the day the lab I worked in went through the stuff at a hell of a rate #But that was to actually do something at least #It's also fucking humiliating that a SF paper gets to write up our cops being dipshits #I am so fucking mad about both these aspects the wasted helium and that SF gets to laugh at us #I wrote a very very angry email to my city councilor but I do that like twice a week and I don't think he reads them or anything #So I suspect this one will also not move much

it is forever hilarious to me that in 2x05 when armand and louis are fighting louis takes just about 5 business days to process the fact that armand claimed to be "picking lint off the sofa" waiting for him and just reacted with such abject confusion as soon as he did

like just his face
