I won't forget again.#They are evil dumbass 4 evil dumbass and I think we are all missing out on the sheer potential of the comedy between these two.#They have way too much power and are using it for the wrong reasons - which makes them truly great villains.#And when things don't go their way they become piles of whining sludge.#Wang Lingjiao is forever fascinating to me even though we only get crumbs about her.#She's a servant girl who's greatest asset is her beauty and her attractiveness.#Meaning she's had a life being in the gaze of people with significant positions of power over her.#I can't help but read her childishness and petty tantrums as someone who has finally been given the chance to not feel powerless.#If she was a more virtuous type we might 'like' her more but honestly...I don't think she would have survived to this point.#WLJ has only known power hierarchies her whole life. Probably accused of seduction before she even understood what that meant.#I love contrasting her with mianmian because they have similar(ish) backgrounds but different approaches to moving forwards #But WLJ's story is about flying too close to the sun and mianmian's is about going too close to the water.#Like the sea mist dragging her down into complacency - all the sect powerplays are mandatory to 'go along with' if she wants to climb-#-the social ladder. Yet she is the cautionary tale (and a foil to JGY as well) she leaves before sacrificing her own morals.#Mianmian flies away with her wings only slightly plucked while those who sacrificed everything to reach for the top crash and burn.

hi .. 😨 so super recently i read this rly neat fic and have had brainworms ever since. basically ever since mephone left, the final 4 have been left to their own devices in the contesting grounds which r actually pretty far from the hotel. they sort of just have to fend for themselves. these doodles r sort of between fic fanart and a little bit of a concept for my own take on the idea ?? but yeah :P

Not doing that #Actually having varied enemy designs!!!! not 2 types of goo creature are we serious bro #What happened to the creative and awesome creature designs from the 28 odd other games!!!!#Heres a better premise for you guys: Mia Winters a morally grey protagonist was abducted while pregnant. Giving birth to eveline #eveline was taken and experimented on becoming E-001 and Mia stays out of obligation and wanting to one day save her daughter #while in transportation shit goes wrong. Eveline escapes. They wash up in the bayou like in the daughters DLC. Mia at this point #Has almost given up on her daughter and tries to warn the bakers before being incapacitated by Evie. This sparks the partnership between her #and Zoe. Mia is infected and a game mechanic has you having to fight the infection with special items like healing but seperate #Clancy and the Deputy have more screentime. Clancy buys Mia escape time when shes found by margarite escaping the main house.#He gets dragged into Lucas' den and found later by her burned to ash a la og events. Mia escapes into Old house and goes to vaccine stuff #Zoe is based in the trailer and acts as a sort of merchant character slash rebecca in re1 where she heals your infection and her own #She gets kidnapped/Lucas part then you find clancy dead/Zoe captured and boss fight Jack. Then choose between zoe and you #Mia choosing Zoe is the good ending and you get rescued by JILL instead of Chris at the end #Hows this sound chat. I can add more details but I think its a better story then the clunky one in 7 that relies #Too much on troupes/fear and not enough on substance

I honestly feel the same when it comes to fics with top Lucifer, I want that bias and anger he has towards sinners. It makes the RadioApple feel like, “ugh he’s the worst kind but I want him” lol. I want to see an exploration of that, especially when it brings not only conflict with Alastor but with the other members of the hotel.

Like what if let’s say Angel Dust starts to open up about his experiences and Lucifer makes an upsetting/insensitive comment that’s offensive or something. This could also put him in hot water with Charlie, especially since her dad is insulting her friends.

Me personally I like switch or don’t mind who’s topping/bottoming because I enjoy the top Alastor bottom Lucifer\top Lucifer bottom Alastor dynamics, because of how talented and creative the author/artists are. It’s basically the two cakes meme situation for me.

However I’ve been craving to read a bad guy/jerk Lucifer fic, like there’s a lot of Alastor in the villain roles but not Lucifer 😔 Lucifer is the strongest being in hell, so having him as a antagonistic role would be so cool, cause how you able to defeat a being like that especially if they are obsessed with you?

EXACTLY!!

I love top!Lucifer with bottom!Alastor, and the added bonus of Lucifer having to come to terms with developing feelings for a Sinner makes it so, so good. Alastor isn't the only one struggling through his own thoughts, bias's, and insecurities.

We already know Lucifer is chock-full of all of those, and I wanna SEE IT. I can see Lucifer making a casual making an insensitive comment. I mean, in the "Dad Beat Dad" episode, he met Angel, Sir Pentious, Husk, and Niffty Charlie's hotel, they didn't do anything to garner any immediate distaste (except maybe Niffty being her creepy lil self LOL), but he still grouped them in his comment that "all Sinners are bad and irdeemable."

I can see him making comments like that, where he casually lumps the Hazbin crew Sinners with all Sinners when he's talking about them negatively. He may not realize he's doing it, but he's doing it all the same, and it can be hurtful.

Gosh, I want a bad guy/jerk Lucifer fic SO badly. You're right that Alastor is the one who usually gets the villain role, which is just...eh.

I mean, he's already made out to be this evil, maniacal, untouchable guy in the show, for the most part. I like it when fics go in the exact opposite direction and lean into his human side. The parts of him that he tries to keep hidden away, but they still bubble to the surface over time, and everyone (him included) is given the startling reminder that he was once, indeed, human.

I do have an idea for a radioapple fic that includes a dark and obsessive Lucifer, it's just a matter of getting around to it T.T

I keep thinking that this Gojo is just like Sukuna. I truly don't see much of a difference between them beyond the human/curse point of view

#If not Sukuna then some other more palatable special degree curses like the one he just killed that talked about the new humanity #It truly looks like that I don't know #Trying to be unbiased about the pretty concepts I take personally #and trying to ignore the silly fact that Sukuna's domain is literally called temple of evil or something (makes one want to ask #so many things like why the hell does he call it such? isn't evil good for you? Isn't a species kind of thing?#Why are you adhering to human notions and conceptualisations if you seem so beyond them and think nothing of them?)#Gojo is quite terrifying from a curse point of view. He is cruel and merciless. He can't be reasoned with and he is playful. He has his fun #His powers are not much different in structure from those of a curse and he said that the power capacity of a sorcerer comes from birth #So it's ontological. It's not just skill. It's an essential differentiation. Just like curses #It's just... I don't know. It's almost as if he were a curse himself. He talks about emotions being the source of curses?#Maybe that's the difference? Was Sukuna born that way too?#I don't know. I keep thinking that he is quite idk monstrous in a very Sukuna way. He isn't terrible like Sukuna is like with the kids #But he is human after all. He does adhere to human categories. Sukuna is something else #And yet Gojo uses the kids. He draws lines and he is caring and gentle and sweet in his way #but he very much uses the kids and is a bit flippant about it. And he is human #I don't know. It seems completely intentional this similarity between Gojo and the curses and Gojo and Sukuna in particular #Sukuna seems interested in Megumi while Gojo seems interested in Itadori and idk I just keep thinking #but I'm not even know about what or how #I find this man very hard to trust haha the parallels are intriguing #I think this piece of worldbuilding has potential as well as their characterisations #I hope the author will do something with all this #I talk too much #Jujutsu Kaisen #Gojo Satoru #Sukuna

Bad news: That joke post about including Reset + Orchid is definitely not canon. (I legit got sad thinking about Reset being in a universe where Orchid isn't- because their stories are so so intertwined- but Nightmare 100% would NOT risk the whole twins exploding Error's soul thing.)

Good news: This means I COULD include Kane (Reset's older brother who usually dies in timelines where Reset is born) and use it to develope his character a bit more! Also! Perhaps a Blue × Dream kiddo is finally in the stars for me to design?

#new age au #really enjoying the idea of Reaper + Geno having an heir at some point (and them sending that heir over to Night's kingdom for #exposure to other places as well as to hang with his third cool knight dad who's hard at work 🙏)#Kane has little to no development besides being a perfect angel (foil to Reset's eventual turn to poor choices) so I'd love to do #to him what I do to every oc of mine. Lust doesn't do much but he's very very #handsome and Cross is super easily flustered and shy around new people and he's awkward and aughhh.#and then he thinks about the interaction for the next month before deciding he's going to ask Ccino to go back there again.#and Lust likes dressing Cross up in new outfits (everyone thinks it's great Cross is loosening up and meeting new friends cuz Lust introduce #s him to people in town) and it takes forever for Cross to get over his worries and ask Lust out to a ride on his horse (romantic. of course #) and Lust agrees because he's charmed.#and the best part would be Cross *actually* manages to keep it a secret. like. no one finds out until one morning Killer bursts into Cross'#room to wake him for surprise training and it's Cross. the weird Dog. and- holy shit did Cross have someone over???#Cross pulls the cool ones frfr 🙏#it's just a casual thing between them with little plot relevance or drama I think. just a chill lil relationship 🙏

#yk bit of a random thought but i think people see Lancer as relatively surface-level character-wise #they see all these other characters like Noelle & Spamton & Ralsei etc #characters who CLEARLY have more to them you would need to be blind to miss it #Noelle is one of the main characters as of Chapter 2 & has obvious struggles #<- notably her father likely passing away later on & her interest in Susie (not a struggle but yk)#Spamton is a secret boss & has a lot of intrigue & mystique to him #<- plus he already has connections to characters like Swatch & the Addisons #Ralsei well yk how it is with him he's literally one of THE main characters #<- & we still don't know much about him & some people likely still think he could be evil as i'm typing this #<- that's how mysterious he is #but Lancer? he rly just seems like the comedic relief yk #<- the goofy sidekick #but no!
