(I mean… technically the victims could argue that’s just canon… 😅)

LOL BUT I understand, and it’s definitely fun to play around with tipping the scales >:3 So I present: Milgram No Nuance 💥🔥🔥💥💯💥 Each prisoner twisted into fully evil villain mastermind! Opposing the fully good and heroic protagonists (some of which twisted from their victims to someone new)!! They have no remorse and no accidents, and 100% plan to commit murder again!!!!

Haruka: Framed from his sister’s point of view. They’d both be fighting for their (kind and loving) mother’s attention. Haruka’s already the favorite, but hates any time his sister pulls the spotlight from him, so he becomes more and more extreme with his methods. He breaks and steal his mother’s things, and harm animals, then blames it on his sister. They’re both young and dependent on the family, so she’s trapped in a tiny house with someone bigger and stronger yet more pitiable to her parents than herself. 

Yuno: From the perspective of one of her clients, he starts off believing Yuno’s cheery outside and becomes a regular. Little by little, he gets peeks into her true self by overhearing phone calls and conversations, or seeing her when she thinks she’s alone. He realizes she’s cold, calculating, and crazy – she doesn’t seem to care about either party’s happiness or safety in their arrangement, looking for a quick thrill no matter the cost.

Fuuta: He’s a bit more hidden online so no one can find him, and he gets fully drunk on the power of doxxing and bringing real harm to “real” wrongdoers. The Killcheroy incident adds to his ego, and he’s emboldened knowing those others followed him to the point of killing for him – he’s like a god. Paranoia sets in for others online, especially his old friends who want out now that he’s taken it too far. Things quickly spill into real life, resulting in hysteria and even more danger.

Muu: From other students’ pov – in this version Muu actually is aware of her manipulation, and does it with perfect calculation. She climbs the social ladder at school, sabotaging and threatening anyone who doesn’t get in her way. Not looking for real friends, she surrounds herself with powerful people in the school with bribery and promises of protection. With access to her parent’s money and influence, she can even make people’s lives miserable far outside of school. Students cowering from her thought that was the worst of her threats, until Rei’s “mysterious” death after she stood up to Muu…

Shidou: This would be from the pov of one of his colleagues at the hospital, noticing things getting more and more suspicious around him. After his whole family is in an accident, they need constant resources and transplants in order to survive. His calm demeanor and reassuring smile hide his cold, deceptive side from patients and doctors alike. Resources start disappearing off the record, but no one thinks to blame him with such a sweet, sad smile. Then really important deliveries start to go missing – organs and blood sent to the hospital for a specific patient. Then, patients themselves disappear. All the while, Shidou’s family just keeps miraculously recovering due to his “incredible skills.” 

Mahiru: You could go with what some of those original theories about her were: stalker/yandere girlfriend who went a little crazy trying to hold onto her lover. However, I like keeping love at her core so she'd never intentionally hurt him even when she's more villainous – so it would be fun to frame from the perspective of a friend/coworker who Mahiru suspects is trying to steal her boyfriend away, or even is his mistress. The lengths she'd go in the name of love would begin with simple slander and develop more and more extreme and unreasonable until this woman's very life was in danger.

Kazui: Could be Hinako at the center, or like the last one it could be someone else since Kazui still wouldn't want to kill her. She starts picking up on her husband’s extensive double life. He lives a perfectly happily married life with her until she starts uncovering the other men he goes to visit and other jobs he has. Although he isn’t afraid to be himself around them, he would keep that secret from his family/the police department no matter the cost. Hinako realizes there have been others who discovered the truth about him, all who have gone missing, with the police reports and paperwork mysteriously covered up after passing through his department – there were quite a bit of “suicides” surrounding him. She wonders how long it will take him to realize she’s onto him, and if it’s even possible to untangle his huge web of lies and deception before he gets to her.

Amane: From the pov of a fellow kid at her school. After the death of the cat, Amane tries (but is prevented) from taking out her vengeance on her mother. Instead, she turns her attention to those around her. She doubles down on the cult’s rules, tattling on others to their parents and teachers for even the most minor issues. Not every adult is as harsh as the ones Amane knows, though, and she is enraged that not everyone is receiving equal punishment – she decides to take matters into her own hands. She’s such a model follower in all areas of her life, no one ever suspects she’s at the source of the worsening injuries and accidents befalling her classmates. 

Mikoto: Like Muu, his biggest change is in awareness/purpose. After seeing the corruption and abuse in the workplace, Mikoto and John work together to remove anyone who’d wronged them. John still takes on the dirty work to save him from the distress, but Mikoto is aware of him and encouraging him to help. They use Mikoto’s status and normalcy to plead ignorance any time anyone gets too close to the truth. They aren’t satisfied, even when the company is cleared of everyone who caused problems. Neighbors and strangers who don’t treat Mikoto with the utmost etiquette also find themselves in danger in the dead of night.

Kotoko: After getting let off for self defense on the canon murder, she’s reassured she’s doing the right thing and her range of victims expands. She no longer compares exactly how bad their offense is with others’, willing to go after even the smallest of infractions. She no longer questions the places she’s getting tips and targets from, taking anyone at their word that someone else is worth hunting down. Her list of cases, which began with solely rescue missions, gradually fills with only surprise attacks and destructive objectives. Eventually, her targets seem to include more average citizens than big, scary criminals.

His lips twitched the bright label that said: Berrylicious scent. Just like a kid.

With only mild frustration, Luffy got it heating up on the stove. There! He could eat this with Zoro after he treated him.

Well, Zoro had survived worse.

Luffy let Zoro open the bottle before taking his arm and examining it. "Let's see, I have to..." he started mumbling under his breath, reaching into the first aid kit and pulling out anti-septic wipes. He stuck his tongue out as he concentrated on cleaning Zoro's array of wounds, having to get up and look at his computer more than once as he went. Everything went more or less smoothly. Until, of course, he had to wrap the wounds. They came out messy, pieces up the white bandage poking out and some areas being too loose while others were too tight. Luffy grinned at Zoro and rubbed the back of his neck. "Shishishi! Sorry, I'm not very good at this part!"

He darted over towards one of his cupboards and pulled out two large bowls, filling up one with a bigger helping of veggies and chicken and placing that one in front of Zoro along with a chunk of bread he tended to eat with the soups Sanji made him. He also went ahead and pulled out a carton of orange juice from the fridge, remembering that whenever he gave blood they gave him some because it...helped replenish what he lost, or something.

Though I don't think it's very good for you to each so fast or too much if you've been hungry for a long time. Sanji told me that! And you can stay here tonight or for however long you need to. I don't mind at all! S'nice having company."

and they fall in love with each other the end.
