Ruler is obvs based on "Flower King," Asgore's shop in deltarune. in this context however, Asgore lives a distance away from everyone else and is raising Ursus there while giving Toriel her space. Chara and Frisk meet up all the time.

For the first couple years after the barrier breaking, Chara would garden with Asgore until their depression hit hard and they began to distance themselves from everyone. Asgore's health declines (hes in his late 50 pre-time skip then ages 2x as fast with 2 boss monster kids) he can't garden out of arthritis and back problems. His garden becomes overgrown and he can't attend to it.

the garden represents a glorified version of childhood. Vibrant, controlled, perfect. Now it's overgrown, forgotten and chaotic. This represents your teenage years, full of change and unpredictablity.

Asgore decides to move closer to Undyne and get a live-in assistant now that Ursus is moving out for culinary school. In doing this, he's selling the land/greenhouse. They're going to tear it apart and replace it, ironically, with a flower shop.

This represents one way to take on adulthood. try to control these new changes through destruction (drugs, alcohol) and through capitalism. (work a shitty job for a shittier boss). Ruler is both destroying the Garden Darkworld to make money and to rule over them with a iron fist. (Or gold, lol!)

So the goal throughout darkworld is to help save the flower workers as well as the land they live in which, even without the construction worker's efforts, was already falling apart from the overgrowth. so we have a mix of flowers, wildlife, disrepaired garden items, and now construction tools. nature vs. heavy machinery vibes.

petunias represent either "anger and resentment" or "spend time with me" depending on the relationship you have with the recipient. In case of ruler, they hate them. with the party, its devotion. black petunias either mean death/bad luck or strength/individuality (fitting for the gloomy workers)

augh. thinking on it, i'm going have to make ruler more Crown/royal looking. better to contrast them with their flower subjects and show they're a force against nature rather than a part of it. that's going to be a toughie to design, as the crown only has 2 colors.

anyway i think it'd be cool to have Ruler represent the royal line and it's greed/corruption and how that connects to adulthood. (still relevant to Suzy as she was raised by snotty political humans) Raine would at first try to work alongside Ruler and convince them to have better policies but will realize it's a lost cause and they need to overthrow them. I'm thinking Monsterkid could act as a Birdly role, someone who isn't part of the party and even acts as an antagonist.

I'm not sure how exactly the darkworld stuff starts or ends tho. obvs Chara stops Asgore from selling the garden and Chara gets the wrong lesson from the journey (let the timeline loop forever). but after the main story the garden becomes a public space thats attended to by the community. uh. maybe Raine takes it over as well, showcasing them as the next true ruler.

The message being you can work alongside with the chaotic changes of life. instead of a small, cultivated greenhouse, you have an outdoor, open garden that accepts the local wild life rather than fighting against it.

That said about the actual characters of the darkworld 😰idk yet. i'm worried for them...

my thoughts on the 100 7x14

yes i’m a day late because i’ve been putting off watching the 100 for the last 24 hours because fuck jroth and my life feels a bit broken ya know?

okay so honestly if last week’s episode hadn’t of happened i would’ve liked a lot of parts in this episode, which honesty pisses me off more

i liked the fact that they were back on earth, its been like 200 years which is strange to think about

THE ALBUM YES. so ive been looking forward to it for literally months, this is actually my first skz album release as a stay (since the last on was 9 months ago) i was sitting there hitting refresh on my spotify the second 6pm kst came around. (speaking of which, how did you do the release? i couldnt decide whether to watch or listen first but i ended up on listening cos there would be more material) okay: so cheese was super cool, very skz ya know? tho i almost wish theyd made domino the title track, tho obv it was a more experimental track and would have been a bit controversial (much like whistle for bp) i looooved domino and thunderous was absolutely impeccable. all the songs were amazing but standouts were- secrets, secrets which lowkey made me tear up idk why, red lights which almost killed me (it did not have to go that hard, but it did) and OT8 WOLFGANG omgggg i wasnt sure if hyunjin was going to be included in it but i was hoping and, ya know people had said hed be in there, but the further i got in, the less i was sure and then BAM hyunjin started what had been jisung's part and i just sat there grinning for about 5 minutes. surfin was absolutely adorable and gone away almost made me cry AGAIN. star lost was so touching, almost a nod to hyunjins little star? silent cry was relatable beyond anything. 10. okay so story time, around the age of 15/16 is when I started to realize I was into kinky stuff. The preference had kinda always been there, but I couldn’t really place a name to it. I had always felt like an outcast among my peers when it came to the way they would talk about romantic and sexual relationships (I was a year ahead, so all my friends were 1-2 years older than me, so they started to do that stuff earlier than I did) because the things they talked about and liked were way different from the stuff I would think/fantasize about, so I always stayed quiet (teenage girls are very vocal about having choking/daddy kinks but that’s definitely indicative of a much larger problem that i will not get into bc that’s a whole other very very long essay that I will definitely write on here one day but not now). So when I found out what gentle femdom was I felt like I had a community that understood me, and everything just clicked. I would lurk on online communities and I lived for the discourse on there but I could never actively participate because every community had a strict “no minors” policy. They would say exactly what you said, “If minors wish to learn, then they should do so by finding articles and books, not by asking people involved in the scene.” I didn’t want to make anyone catch a case and I didn’t want to get targeted by predators so I tried to follow their advice. i found nothing. There honestly just isn’t that much educational stuff for “kinky teenagers”, or at least none that fit me. There was no femdom oriented stuff. I mean sure there was the standard “consent is important especially in bdsm relationships” but like that didn’t really help me. I had so many questions, that I could never feel comfortable asking my mom or a therapist, and especially not my friends. I didn’t know how to express this part of myself. I couldn’t talk to anyone about it and I couldn’t even watch porn like a normal teenager (we all know the state of femdom porn. its bad) so I was this ball incredible frustration and confusion and i didn’t know what to do with it. So I unfortunately turned to twitter. There I made a little like minded friend. he was also 16 so i thought “this is good, a non adult also kinky teenager who I can relate too. what could go wrong :)”(I’m sure you see where this is going) I was so excited to have a new friend, but ofc, our convos soon took a turn. However, since he was the first person to ever show interest in me, and the only person my age who i could talk to who understood me, i started to catch feelings. But he was a teen just like me, just as horny and confused and sooo immature. He started to pressure me into domming him/becoming his domme, but I refused because I wasn’t ready (i saw on one of those online communities I used to lurk in that its not healthy for your first sexual experience to be bdsm and I took that to heart). he ghosted me. needless to say that “friendship” was toxic. i realized too late that he only saw me as a kink dispenser, and didn’t care about me on a personal level. it also made me realize how not “mature for my age” I was. i say all this to say, NO, teenagers should not be participating in kink. they are not mature enough. however education and resources for them are not where they should be. if we want to discourage them from putting themselves in these situations, we need to better provide them with education and healthy ways to relieve these urges/feelings (i eventually took up writing, it helped me a lot). i feel like had i found a healthier and safer way to express/explore that side of myself, I would’ve never gotten in that situation to begin with. That experience has kinda put me off from dipping my toe into the actual community (well that and the lack of diversity but we’ve already talked about that)

ALSO the amount of very young children i’ve seen in the kink “community” on twitter is alarming... you’re not a little you’re 12

I generally prefer second generation??? I think????? I like a bit of all of them tho. but like there is no definitive answer to when each of the generations start and end so like I don't even know??? but most of my fav groups as far as music goes are older around 2nd gen but a fair amount of them are gen 3, I have a really strong love for kpop that was released between 2009-2014.

Tell me a fun childhood story (I’ll start!
