This is something that comes up in self-healing journeys that I think isn't acknowledged enough.
A major part of self-improvement comes face to face and toe to toe with grieving. Grieving opportunities you've lost, relationships that have failed, friends you used to rely on, etc.
For me, personally, I grieve the community I helped build. I used to be a volunteer in a leadership position at a large convention. I ran a department that, when I first started in my mid-teens, was me and one or two other people. By 16, I was the equivalent of an assistant manager for the department, and by 18, I was heading the whole department on my own. Under my leadership, we went from 2 or 3 members to 26 members under me. We were a team. We were all united in our passion for what we were volunteering to do for the event, and it felt like a family.
I still hold dearly onto my last Christmas event with all of them. We all sat and played games for hours. We laughed and joked. We talked about our future plans as a group. It was the happiest I had ever been. It was the safest I had ever felt. Near the end of the night, everyone insisted I sit down in the middle of everyone and close my eyes. I heard them all whispering and laughing and I got nervous when I heard them place something in front of me. Was this some kind of prank? It wouldn't be the first time I had been tricked in a group setting, so I braced for impact. I was told to open my eyes, and I did...only to find a massive gift basket in front of me. My volunteers had all banded together and bought me a Nintendo Switch, some blankets, and some baking tools. I hadn't asked any of them for a gift; they had all opted to and made a point to do it to express thanks. I cried so many tears of joy that day, and I thanked the universe for letting me have the opportunity to create such a safe space for myself and others.
6 months later, I was removed from my position. Someone I had looked to as a mentor and mother figure admitted to my face that she had organized it by setting me up to look incompetent to the owners of the convention. She told me she didn't like that I had a stronger bond with the other volunteers than her. She told me that, when I was younger, she thought she could mold me into the perfect "team player" who would "play my part without stepping out of line". She told me that she "wasn't happy with how I turned out". She even looked me in the eyes and told me that no one would ever believe me if I tried to expose what she had done before removing any and all ways I had to contact any of my volunteers to tell them what had happened to me. The few I've happened to come across have told me they left after I "stepped down" since it wasn't the same without me. Apparently, I had "decided to step down due to differing opinions about where our department was heading". At least, that's what the new leadership my 'mentor' had handpicked to replace me had told everyone.
I felt gutted. I lost enough hair to get diagnosed with alopecia areata. I gained 25 pounds due to stress eating. I had the worst acne of my life. And I cried nightly. I felt like I had lost everything. When I talked to other people...they didn't seem to fully get it. "It was just a position at some convention," they'd say. "Maybe it's for the best that you were removed if you're getting this hysterical about it."
I'm lucky that I have my therapist, because it put it all into perspective for me. I was grieving. I had lost a safe space. I had lost a passion project that I dedicated over 7 years to. I had lost many friends who had no way or idea of how to contact me. I was grieving something that hadn't technically died.
One thing I've learned in my journey to self-acceptance and self-improvement is that one of the first steps is grief. You have to grieve the ghosts of things that haven't passed away and the potential those things had. You have to grieve the ideas and expectations you had for them and for your future. It's a slow, non-linear process. Some days, you'll feel that grief bubble up even though it's been years since it's happened. I mean, this month is the 2-year anniversary of me losing that position and it hit me like a freight train as I was sitting and working on a custom order for a customer.
And that's okay. I'll acknowledge that grief and accept it. A part of me is still grieving. A part of me will probably always be grieving that loss...but after I acknowledge and accept that part of myself, I think of where I am now. I'm a successful business owner with a strong support system, friends across the US, multiple successful social media pages (by my own standards), and I love myself. I used to struggle to get out of bed and with basic hygiene. I struggled to eat. I struggled to get dressed. Now, I have self-discipline and structure. I take care of myself in ways that past me wouldn't have been able to conceptualize.
And once I think of all that...I feel grateful it happened. I feel grateful for every moment I got with those people and in that safe space. I feel grateful for the leadership skills it taught me and the confidence it instilled in me, even if that's what led to a lot of pain. I'm grateful that it happened how it did and when it did because it left me in the right place at the right time to seize opportunities made for me. I think Francis Ward Weller summarizes it pretty well.
"The work of a mature person is to carry grief in one hand and gratitude in the other and to be stretched large by them. How much sorrow can I hold? That's how much gratitude I can give. If I carry only grief, I'll bend toward cynicism and despair. If I have only gratitude, I'll become saccharine and won't develop much compassion for other people's suffering. Grief keeps the heart soft and fluid, which helps make compassion possible."

(pretty long thread rip)
I should be studying for tomorrow but instead I am restless and overthinking and thinking to myself about how there is so much wrong in approaching love from the perspective of trying to be liked and trying to be loved and trying to be good and trying to stick people to yourself with duct tape made of gifts and nice jokes and sweet words because well, it's not only tiring but they will leave in the end anyway, and loving and being loved is supposed to be rest and peace and a sound mind and the more you try the less you achieve any of that! Except I'm my mother's and father's child so I still do it anyway and hang around and try again and cling until it's dead because otherwise it all really hurts but it hurts anyway so
Just dgaf. And if you do then pretend you don't until you convince yourself and restrain your hands so they can't reach out to anyone once they turn their back on you and just. Let people live with their own decisions. I want so hard to be loved that I am making myself disposable like a used rag and for what? It's all gonna be good one day with or without anyone else
#i am perhaps just rambling to myself here#but i am tired of that tendency that was baked into me to try to get anyone to stick around#i remember when my first ex broke up with me i spent literal months clinging to her and trying to negotiate some kind of universe#where we would still talk and be as close as we were before#and she didn't wanna hear#until she did but we eventually distanced and when i moved on she was so upset and i wondered why because? you left me?#and i fought so hard to keep you there but you made your decision and now you're upset at me for moving on?#and the second time around i wasn't any better at it either#and only recently am i realizing that the reason she was so upset at me moving on was because i made myself so reliable#with those stupid promises that I'd be in her life always no matter what happened#and why would I do that? i always cling to people because they matter to me#and they always realize i matter to them once i move on already and am not willingly a part of their life anymore#and like sure i do attract people who tend to be assholes to me but it's on me as well#i am disproportionate in showing my care to people who don't return even 1/5 of it back#and when they get bored i am the one they call weird for that#so i really decided not even to listen to what I need anymore but only to what needs to be done and it's#just letting things go with the flow. i don't have to drag the dead weight of anything i try to keep on my shoulders#do i want to? sure. do i want to be as loved as i never am? i do of course i do#but i am trying too hard. and it's never gonna get me anywhere. because people only ever want me back in their life when i have moved on and#others value themselves more. others don't love anyone blindly so#i don't have to. even though i want. i don't have to#if you gift me a paper I'll gift you a paper. if you want to kiss me I'd want to kiss you too#and if you say you love me I'd love you back and if you forget my birthday I'll forget yours too and#if i hug you but am not hugged back i won't hug you again#i think that's the best way things can go when people are concerned#maybe this is a bit too transactional in a sense but i mean#it wouldnt be fair if it was unequal#if someone does everything for you and you don't return it then you are an asshole to them but#if you give and you aren't given you are a weirdo simply put#it's best if it's equal

— piss her off ‘til she hates me, pt. 1
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
pt. 2, pt. 3
mechanic!sevika x reader. men and minors dni.
synopsis: when the vacant house next to sevika’s finally got new tenants she didn’t think much of it. as long as her new neighbors didn’t cause any trouble, all was well. that is until she found out the neighbor had a young daughter.
word count: 9k words.
tags: age difference, alternate universe, mechanic!sevika, brat!reader, enemies to lovers, oral sex, dom!sevika, sub!reader, pet names, scissoring, hate sex, vaginal fingering.
note: for clarification, reader is 20 years old while sevika is her canon age in this (38-40)
you can check out the fic playlist here.
Tumblr media
sevika wasn’t the buddy-buddy type when it came to her neighbors.
as someone who mostly kept to herself, she preferred to be left to her own devices, granted she wasn’t necessarily unapproachable. if you’d knock on her door to borrow some tools, she’d likely lend you hers. have some problems with your plumbing? on a good day, she’d offer to fix it herself.
she’d even attend the annual neighborhood barbecue sometimes, but she wasn’t the type to knock on doors and welcome the new people who had just moved in with freshly baked cookies. that’s something she left vander to do.
so when the vacant house adjacent to hers finally got some new occupants after the previous tenant moved out 3 months ago (a friendly old woman named babette who she would never admit to missing, she and her homemade lasagna she’d offer sevika for dinner) she didn’t think much of it.
but she was curious, so she peeked through her blinds to get a good look at the new tenants, trying to assess what she had to deal with.
when she looked, she was simply greeted by a man who looked to be in his 50s hauling out boxes - slouched posture, flannel button-up, and leather boots. he had the tiredness in his eyes that indicated he was just an everyday samaritan. she was happy about that because she liked her peace.
but before she was about to close her blinds again, a new figure caught her eye. this one younger, miles younger, who sported beaten up doc martens, ripped black shorts that ridden up too high around the rear area that sevika was quick to avert her gaze when she stared too long, and a loose fitted top that was sliced around one shoulder, leaving it exposed.
with painted black nails and eyelids adorned with dark eye shadow, sevika watched as you got out of the front seat of the moving truck and inspected the house in front of you with an intense gaze. before a small smirk made its way to your face, the kind she knew only meant trouble.
“looks great, dad!”
sevika couldn’t believe this.
𐙚 ˙ ⋆ .˚
it’s not that sevika wasn’t fond of people younger than her.
she was just too old to handle any of their shit. not that being forty-one was geriatric by any means, but she liked her peace, and she couldn’t necessarily have that if she had someone twice younger than her living just down the block. the possibility of house parties being thrown already sending shivers down her spine.
she already had vander’s daughters out of her hair, and even then she heard from him they’re coming back home for their semester break this week so that’s another problem to deal with. you couldn’t be too far from their age range either, probably closer to vander’s eldest, violet. which relieved her in a way.
she hasn’t even spoken to you yet but she dreads the day she’ll ever need to. but it seems as though your father heard her prayers because it didn’t take long after the moving truck drove off when a sudden knock came from her front door, making her raise her eyebrow.
she opened it and just her luck she was greeted by your father, a soft smile on his face as he gave her a gentle wave “hi there, me and my daughter just moved in and I wanted to formally introduce myself.”
sevika gave him a curt nod “I noticed. welcome to the neighborhood.”
again, she wasn’t the type to knock on people’s doors and give them a formal introduction to the whole damn block. the only way she ever got to know people was when word got around about her being the town’s mechanic. she was mostly acquainted with the fathers and uncles, meanwhile the women her age she preferred to sleep with. occasional flings here and there, nothing serious.
the only people she’d consider her friends were vander and silco, and perhaps some of her co-workers back at the mechanic’s shop but they lived elsewhere.
it was hard for her to truly get along with someone, albeit she isn’t opposed to making friends, it’s just something that takes time. she’s a tough cookie.
your father, on the other hand, seemed civil enough. sevika didn’t even notice the container he carried with him until he lifted it “well, my daughter baked some brownies and I thought maybe I’d give you some. wouldn’t hurt to befriend a few folks on the first day, and well, you do live next door.”
she eyed the container while she debated whether to return the gesture or not, and as she thought long and hard about it, she didn’t want to appear like an asshole.
“care for a cup of coffee, then?”
and that’s how she found herself sitting across from your father at her kitchen table, with him sipping his coffee while she chugged her third can of beer of the day.
despite herself, your father was pretty pleasant. thirty minutes of mundane chatting and she’s already gotten to know quite a bit about him - widowed and left to take care of his only daughter, your mother dying while you were only eleven years old. breast cancer. she offered a bit of sympathy which he appreciated.
“never got remarried?” she couldn’t help but ask.
your father laughed softly, shaking his head “no, can’t. when she died a part of me died with her, and I don’t think anybody can truly fill that void. plus I don’t think my daughter would be on board. not that she wouldn’t let me, she never cared but I know she still thinks about her mom a lot.”
sevika let out a hum “I get it. my mom died when I was young too. it never got easier.”
“it doesn’t.” he replied “she’s twenty now. a sophomore in college but sometimes I do feel like she’s clinging onto that part of herself when her mom was still alive. she became a bit rebellious after that. threw herself to drinking at sixteen, I tried to stop her which worked when she finally became eighteen, but her habits still kick in.”
sevika would be lying if she said she didn’t feel bad for the old man. she didn’t have any kids and quite frankly, has no intention of having any in the near future, but she can only imagine how difficult it’d be to see your child spiral like that and have it be out of your control.
“she’s doing a lot better now?” she asked.
your father nodded, although it seemed a bit uncertain “I think so. she’s on her mid-semester break and will be back by the end of the month.”
sevika sighed internally at that, at least she won’t have to worry about you potentially becoming a problem for too long.
her and your dad conversed a bit more after that - about how he decided to move here because he a got new job in town, and how your college was located two hours away, making him think that your visits would be limited given how you don’t like traveling for long hours (again, another win for her) he also asked her about her prosthetic arm ‘bad car crash. got stuck and had to get it amputated’ she explained and he gave a sympathetic look in return.
soon, she led him up to her front door. it was nearing the evening anyway, but she surprisingly appreciated the company.
“sorry if I took up much of your time, sevika.” your father apologized and she smiled. a genuine one.
“it’s no bother. if you ever need help don’t be afraid to ask.” sevika said and she meant it.
your father offered a grateful nod, walking down her driveway and next door to his house. when sevika looked, there you were waiting for him.
you decided to change into something more comfortable since you arrived. a tight-fitted black tank top with thin straps and grey cotton shorts that exposed your legs to the cold air. you didn’t seem to be wearing a bra either and given the weather, she could notice your nipples poking through the fabric even from where she stood.
sevika shook her head. goddammit . she just made friends with your old man and here she was ogling at his daughter. she wasn’t even supposed to like you.
as your father walked up to your front door he sent her one last wave goodbye, which made you finally look at her.
for that brief moment, your eyes locked. she couldn’t decipher that look on your face when you studied her, arms crossed as you cocked your head to side while your father spoke “she’s our next door neighbor, sweetheart. sevika, meet my daughter!” she only smiled awkwardly while you continued staring at her.
suddenly, that same smirk made its way to your face again, opening your mouth to respond “hi sevika,” you said, your voice sultry and sickeningly sweet. sevika hated that it did something to her.
you didn’t give her time to acknowledge your greeting before you turned on your heel and went back inside, and she didn’t even realize her chest tightened the entire time you two made eye contact until you were finally out of sight, making her breathe normally again.

I’ll do anything to make you happy
Summary: You were excited for winter break to start because it meant one thing: spending more time with Lando. But little did you know, that was the one thing you wouldn't be getting.
Reader x Lando Norris
Genre: fluff/angst
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Winter always held a special kind of charm for me.
The frosty mornings, cozy blankets, and steaming cups of cocoa had always made this season my favorite.
But this year, it held a different promise: Lando finally had a break from racing.
After months of hectic schedules, jet-setting across the globe, and stolen moments in between races, I was looking forward to having him all to myself.
At first, it was everything I’d imagined and more.
We spent lazy mornings tangled in bed, with me teasing him about his messy hair while he pulled me closer, claiming I was his personal heater.
Breakfasts turned into brunches because we couldn’t stop talking or joking around.
We watched movies, baked cookies that turned out terrible, and played endless rounds of Mario Kart, which I always managed to win.
“You’re only winning because I’m letting you,” Lando said one evening, his grin teasing as he tossed the controller onto the couch.
“Sure you are,” I replied, laughing as I grabbed my victory snack from the table.
Those first few days felt like we were in our own little world, where nothing else mattered but us.
But soon, reality began creeping in.
Tumblr media
It started innocently enough.
“Babe, Max just called,” Lando said one morning, leaning against the counter with his coffee mug in hand.
“He’s organizing a karting session. Shouldn’t take long.”
I smiled, my heart swelling with pride.
Racing was his passion, and I loved seeing him happy. “Go have fun. Just don’t let him beat you.”
“Never,” he said with a wink, kissing my temple quickly before heading out.
That day, I didn’t mind the quiet. I worked on some projects, caught up with friends, and even took a long bath.
By the time he got home, his cheeks were flushed with cold, and he couldn’t stop talking about how much fun he’d had.
But karting soon turned into golf.
Golf turned into poker nights. And poker nights turned into outings that stretched late into the night.
“I’ll be back soon,” he’d text, always with a heart emoji. But “soon” became later and later each time.
I told myself it was fine. He deserved this break.
He’d worked so hard all year, and if spending time with his friends helped him unwind, who was I to complain?
But as the days wore on, the house began to feel emptier, and so did I.
Tumblr media
One evening, I decided to surprise him with his favorite dinner.
I spent hours in the kitchen, setting the table with candles and dimming the lights for a cozy atmosphere.
When Lando walked through the door, his expression softened as he took in the setup.
“You didn’t have to do all this,” he said, wrapping his arms around me.
“I wanted to,” I replied, smiling up at him.
“You’ve been so busy, and I thought it’d be nice to have a quiet night together.”
“That’s so sweet,” he said, leaning down to kiss me.
“But the guys are waiting for me. I promised I’d meet them for drinks tonight. Let’s rain check this?”
My smile faltered, but I nodded. “Of course.”
He kissed me again and was out the door before I could say anything more.
I sat down at the table, staring at the empty chair across from me.
The candles flickered, their light reflecting off the untouched plates. I took a deep breath, telling myself it was okay.
But deep down, a tiny crack had formed in my heart.
Tumblr media
Days turned into weeks, and the cracks only deepened.
Lando’s absence became more noticeable, and I began to feel like a ghost in our own home.
One evening, after scrolling through endless photos of him with his friends on Instagram, I called Mia, my best friend.
“What’s wrong?” she asked the moment she picked up.
I sighed, the weight of my emotions pressing down on me.
“It’s Lando. He’s been spending so much time with his friends lately, and I feel like I’m… invisible.”
Mia was quiet for a moment before saying, “Y/N, you’re not invisible. But you need to talk to him. He’s not a mind reader.”
“I don’t want to seem clingy,” I admitted, my voice barely above a whisper.
“You’re not clingy. You’re his girlfriend. He should want to spend time with you. Talk to him.”
Her words gave me the push I needed. That night, when Lando came home, I gathered my courage.
“Can we talk?” I asked, my heart pounding in my chest.
“Of course,” he said, sitting down next to me.
I took a deep breath.
“I’ve been feeling… neglected lately. I know you’re enjoying your break, and I want you to have fun, but I miss us. I miss you.”
He frowned, reaching for my hand.
“Babe, I’m sorry if it feels that way. But I’m here now, aren’t I?”
I nodded, but his words didn’t ease the ache in my chest. Before I could say more, he kissed me and stood up.
“Max needs help with something,” he said, grabbing his keys. “Love you!”
And just like that, he was gone. Again.
I tried my best to push away all negative thoughts until I thought about the positive ones.
Our second anniversary was just days away, and I held onto the hope that he’d make it special.
I told myself the late nights didn’t matter. He was probably planning something incredible for our anniversary.
Tumblr media
The next day,
The morning light filtered through the curtains, painting the room in soft golden hues.
I stretched lazily, a content smile curling my lips as I reached across the bed.
My fingers met cold sheets. The space beside me was empty.
I frowned, the giddy excitement I had woken up with faltering.
Today was our second anniversary.
I had imagined waking up wrapped in Lando’s arms, whispering sleepy “Happy anniversary” wishes before sharing breakfast together.
Instead, he was gone.
I also realized that I hadn't heard him come back last night.
He told me he was just helping Max out with something, but he probably went out partying with his friends afterward, again.
I tried to shake off the disappointment as I climbed out of bed, brushing my hair out of my face.
Maybe he had planned a surprise and needed to step out early.
A flutter of hope lifted my spirits as I grabbed my robe and headed toward the kitchen.
The scent of coffee greeted me, but there was no sign of Lando.
Instead, on the counter, I found a note written in his familiar scrawl:
“Gone golfing with the guys. Be back later. Love you.”
My heart sank. Golfing? On our anniversary?
I swallowed the lump rising in my throat, trying to focus on the fact that he had said he’d be back later.
He wouldn’t forget our dinner, right?
We’d planned this evening together weeks ago, and I’d been looking forward to it ever since.
I folded the note and placed it aside, telling myself not to overthink it. He would be back in time.
He promised.
After a quick breakfast, I set to work preparing for the evening.
My heart thudded with a mix of excitement and nervousness as I laid out my plans.
Lando had been so busy lately, and this was my chance to remind him how much I loved him, despite everything.
I spent hours in the kitchen, cooking all his favorite dishes: his go-to pasta, a roasted chicken dish he always requested, and even the dessert I’d failed at three times before finally perfecting.
The smells of herbs, garlic, and chocolate filled the apartment, making it feel warm and inviting.
Between stirring pots and chopping vegetables, I took breaks to set up the dining table.
I draped it with a soft cream tablecloth, adding candles and a scattering of rose petals for a romantic touch.
Fairy lights hung along the walls, casting a cozy glow that made the space feel magical.
On the counter, I carefully placed his gift, a sleek watch he had admired months ago but never bought for himself.
Not forgetting to attach a handwritten note to the box.
With everything ready, I checked the clock.
It was almost evening. So I had to hurry up to get ready.
I slipped into the dress I had chosen weeks ago, a soft, fitted number I knew he loved on me.
My makeup was simple yet elegant, and I added the finishing touch, a spritz of the perfume Lando had gifted me for my last birthday.
I felt beautiful, excited, and nervous all at once as I sat on the couch, watching the clock.
Five minutes passed. Then ten.
By the time twenty minutes had gone by, I grabbed my phone, texting him a quick, “Hey, are you on your way?”
No response.
An hour later, I texted again. Then called. Still nothing.
My excitement turned into a gnawing worry that sat heavy in my chest.
Where was he? Had he forgotten?
Two hours passed.
The candles on the table had burned down halfway, their flickering flames reflecting off the now-cold plates of food.
The fairy lights, once magical, now felt like mockery.
Finally, three hours later, I gave up.
Tears stung my eyes as I blew out the candles, packed away the food, and removed my dress, exchanging it for soft pajamas.
My makeup was smeared with tears by the time I climbed into bed.
I grabbed my phone one last time, and my heart shattered when I saw the Instagram story.
It was one of Lando’s friends, showing a clip of him laughing, drink in hand, surrounded by his friends.
He looked happy. Carefree.
And completely oblivious that tonight was our anniversary.
The tears came faster, hot and uncontrollable. I buried my face in the pillow, the ache in my chest overwhelming.
I had been so sure he’d come back, that he’d remember. But I was wrong.
Tumblr media
Later that night,
The apartment was cloaked in silence when Lando opened the front door, the click of the lock echoing faintly in the stillness.
He stumbled inside the weight of exhaustion and faint traces of guilt tugging at his chest.
The soft glow of the streetlights outside illuminated the darkened space just enough for him to make out his surroundings.
Something felt… off.
He reached for the light switch, and as the room was bathed in warm light, his eyes landed on the dining table across from him.
He froze.
The table was beautifully decorated, candles placed strategically, now melted into small stubs, surrounded by rose petals that had been artfully scattered.
Plates of food were neatly covered with lids to keep them from going bad, but even from a distance, Lando could tell they were his favorites.
He took a tentative step forward, his stomach sinking further with each movement.
Resting near the center of the table was a small, wrapped box with a note attached to it.
The sight made his chest tighten, a creeping realization clawing at the edges of his mind.
His fingers trembled as he picked up the note. Unfolding it carefully, he read the words in her familiar handwriting:
"To my Lando, the best thing that ever happened to me. Thank you for being my partner, my love, my everything. Happy anniversary, baby. Love, Y/N."
The words hit him like a punch to the gut. His heart sank as the full weight of the evening’s significance crashed over him.
Anniversary. He’d forgotten their second anniversary.
Lando stood there, the note still clutched in his hand, his throat tightening as shame washed over him.
He thought back to the past few weeks, to the times he’d brushed you off or come home late without so much as an explanation.
He couldn’t even recall the last time you two spent real, quality time together.
You had tried to talk to him about it, about how you felt neglected, and he had dismissed your concerns every single time.
Now, standing there amidst the evidence of your effort and love, he felt like the worst boyfriend in the world.
Lando exhaled shakily, running a hand through his hair as regret threatened to overwhelm him.
He couldn’t blame anyone but himself.
He glanced around the room, noticing how quiet it was. He knew you were asleep.
His eyes landed on his phone, dead from the night’s events.
With a heavy sigh, he plugged it into the charger, pacing nervously as he waited for it to turn back on.
When it finally lit up, the screen was flooded with notifications, missed calls and unread messages from Y/N.
The time stamps told the story of your evening:
“Hey, are you on your way?” - 8 p.m. “I’m waiting for you… everything’s ready.” -8:30 p.m. “Lando, please call me.” -9 p.m. “Are you okay? I’m starting to worry.” -10 p.m.
The last message was hours old, her tone shifting from hopeful to concerned.
Each notification felt like another jab to his heart, the guilt almost unbearable.
He dropped his phone onto the counter and made his way toward their shared bedroom.
Pushing the door open quietly, he stepped into the dimly lit room.
His gaze immediately found her curled up under the covers, her face half-buried in the pillow.
His breath hitched when he noticed the faint streaks on her cheeks, traces of tears she hadn’t been able to hide.
The sight made his heart clench painfully. She’d cried herself to sleep, and it was his fault.
Lando approached the bed slowly, kneeling beside her as he took in her tear-streaked face.
She looked so peaceful yet so vulnerable, her chest rising and falling softly with each breath.
Guilt swirled in his chest as he reached out, brushing a strand of hair away from her face.
“I’m so sorry, baby,” he whispered, his voice barely audible, thick with regret.
Leaning down, he pressed a gentle kiss to her temple, lingering for a moment as if hoping it could somehow convey all the apologies he couldn’t say while she was awake.
His thumb grazed her cheek, and he sighed deeply.
“You didn’t deserve this,” he murmured, his voice breaking.
“I’ve been such an ass… the worst boyfriend. I’ll make it up to you, I promise. I love you so much.”
She stirred slightly at his touch but didn’t wake.
Lando watched her for a moment longer before standing, his mind racing with plans to fix what he’d broken.
Tomorrow, he vowed, would be all about her.
Tumblr media
The next morning, I woke up with a dull ache in my chest, my body heavy from the night before.
My eyes were sore and puffy from crying myself to sleep.
I glanced at the empty side of the bed, already prepared for the familiar sting of disappointment.
Figured he’d leave again before I woke up, I thought bitterly.
Dragging myself out of bed, I moved to the bathroom to freshen up.
The cold water on my face didn’t do much to wash away the exhaustion or the emotional weight from the previous night.
With a sigh, I tied my hair back and made my way downstairs, expecting another day of hurt to unfold.
Halfway down the stairs, though, something unusual stopped me in my tracks.
The smell of coffee, rich and inviting, wafted through the air.
There was another scent too, pancakes? My brow furrowed in confusion.
"That can’t be right. Lando doesn’t cook... does he? Who am i kidding he can't even boil eggs."
I cautiously descended the rest of the stairs, each step filling me with equal parts curiosity and hesitation.
As I rounded the corner into the kitchen, I froze at the sight before me.
There he was, standing by the stove, flipping a pancake with a focused but slightly clumsy determination.
Plates of food lined the table, croissants, fresh fruit, juice, and what looked like store-bought pastries.
It didn’t take long to figure out most of the spread wasn’t homemade, but the effort was unmistakably his.
“Morning, love,” Lando greeted me, his tone soft and tentative, his lips curling into a nervous smile.
I raised an eyebrow, my arms crossing instinctively. “What’s all this?”
He put the spatula down and stepped closer, wiping his hands on a kitchen towel.
“It’s breakfast... and an apology,” he said, his voice earnest.
My eyes flickered between him and the spread on the table.
I could see he was trying, but the hurt from last night still lingered like a heavy cloud over my chest.
“Come sit,” he said gently, pulling a chair out for me.
I hesitated for a moment before sitting down, my arms still crossed defensively.
Lando grabbed a plate, placing a pancake in front of me before adding a small pile of fruit and a croissant on the side.
I eyed him suspiciously as he poured me a cup of coffee, then sat across from me.
“What are you doing, Lando?” I asked, my voice tinged with a mix of confusion and frustration.
He leaned forward, resting his elbows on the table as he met my gaze.
“I messed up, Y/N. Big time. And I need you to know how sorry I am.” His voice was steady but filled with regret.
I stayed silent, waiting for him to continue.
“Last night,” he began, his brows furrowing,
“I forgot our anniversary. I forgot the one day I should’ve been making you feel like the most important person in the world. And it’s not just last night, I’ve been neglecting you for weeks. You told me how you felt, and I brushed it off like an idiot.”
His voice cracked slightly as he spoke, and I could see the weight of his guilt etched into every line on his face.
“I’ve been selfish, caught up in my own world, and I didn’t see how much I was hurting you. You deserve so much better than that, Y/N. Better than me.”
I felt my throat tighten as his words sank in. The sincerity in his tone chipped away at the walls I’d put up.
“I was so hurt, Lando,” I said, my voice trembling.
“I waited for you all night. I planned everything because I thought… I thought you’d come home and we’d celebrate together. I stayed up, hoping you’d walk through that door with a smile, ready to tell me how much you love me. But you didn’t.”
Tears pricked my eyes as I continued.
“I saw that video of you and your friends. You were laughing and having fun while I sat here, alone, on what was supposed to be our night.”
Lando’s face fell, his hands gripping the edge of the table as if grounding himself from the weight of my words.
“I know,” he whispered.
“And I hate myself for it. Seeing what you did for me last night, the decorations, the food, the note. I realized just how much I’ve been taking you for granted. I never want you to feel that way again, Y/N. You’re the most important thing in my life. I need you to believe that.”
He reached into his pocket and pulled out a small box, sliding it across the table to me.
“What’s this?” I asked, my voice softer now, though my heart still carried the sting of last night.
“Open it,” he urged.
I carefully lifted the lid, revealing a delicate necklace with a sparkling pendant.
The intricate design caught the morning light, making it shimmer.
“Lando…” I trailed off, overwhelmed.
“It’s not enough to make up for what I’ve done,” he said quickly,
“but it’s a start. And today, it’s all about you. Whatever you want to do, wherever you want to go, we’ll do it.”
I stared at the necklace for a moment before meeting his eyes.
“It’s beautiful,” I said, my voice thick with emotion. “Thank you.”
“But,” I added, my tone firm, “this doesn’t mean I’ve fully forgiven you yet.”
“I know,” he said, nodding.
“And I don’t expect you to. But I’ll spend every day proving to you how much I care, how much I love you. I won’t stop until you believe me again.”
The determination in his voice made my chest tighten.
I wanted to hold onto my anger, to make him feel the depth of my hurt, but seeing him now, vulnerable, regretful, and desperate to make things right.
I couldn’t help but feel the smallest crack in my resolve.
As the morning unfolded, Lando’s sincerity shone through.
He insisted on clearing the table and cleaning up, stealing small glances at me as if trying to gauge my mood.
I wasn’t ready to let go of all the hurt just yet, but for the first time in weeks, I felt a glimmer of hope.
Maybe, just maybe, we could find our way back to each other.
Tumblr media
The morning's heartfelt apology set the tone for what became one of the most memorable days Lando and I had spent together in weeks.
While I was still guarded, I couldn’t deny that he was trying, really trying, to make things right.
As I got ready to leave the house, he was already by my side, holding my hand, his other arm slung casually around my shoulder.
“I promised today would be all about you,” he said, giving me that signature soft smile.
“So, where to first?”
We started with a trip to the mall. At first, I felt a little awkward, hesitant to fully enjoy the experience.
But Lando was like a lovesick puppy, following me from store to store, holding my bags, and insisting I buy anything that caught my eye.
“Do you like this dress?” I asked, holding up a flowy sundress against myself.
“I love it,” he said without hesitation. “But I’d probably love anything on you.”
I rolled my eyes at his smooth comment but couldn’t help the blush creeping up my cheeks. “You’re just saying that.”
“Nope,” he replied, grabbing the dress and adding it to the pile of things he’d insisted on buying.
From clothes to accessories, he didn’t say no to anything.
When I protested, saying he was spending too much, he brushed it off.
“I’d spend everything on you, Y/N,” he said with such sincerity it made my heart ache.
Afterward, he took me to my favorite café for lunch.
The cozy little place was one we often went to in the early days of our relationship, and the nostalgia hit me hard as we sat down.
“I missed this,” I admitted as I sipped my coffee.
“Me too,” Lando said, reaching across the table to hold my hand.
“And I’m going to make sure we never lose this again.”
Next, he surprised me with a visit to a local pottery studio.
I couldn’t help but laugh when Lando struggled to shape a vase, the clay slipping through his fingers.
“Okay, you’re supposed to keep your hands steady,” I teased, leaning over to guide him.
“Oh, so now you’re an expert?” he joked, though his grin softened as I showed him how to shape the clay.
It was messy, chaotic, and perfect.
By the end, we both had clay smudged on our faces, and we were laughing like we hadn’t in weeks.
From there, we stopped at a flower shop.
Lando picked out the biggest bouquet of my favorite flowers, holding it out to me with a boyish grin.
“For you,” he said, like it was the most natural thing in the world.
“You’re really pulling out all the stops today, aren’t you?” I teased, though my heart swelled as I buried my nose in the fragrant blooms.
“Only the best for my girl,” he replied, his tone playful but his eyes serious.
For the rest of the day, he didn’t leave my side.
He held my hand as we walked through the streets, his arm draped protectively around me whenever we stopped to rest.
He peppered me with kisses at every opportunity; on my cheek, my forehead, my temple.
“You’re being extra clingy today,” I said with a small laugh as he pulled me into another hug.
“Making up for lost time,” he murmured, his chin resting on the top of my head.
Bit by bit, the walls I’d built around my heart began to crumble.
His efforts felt genuine, and I found myself smiling more easily, the hurt from the night before slowly fading into the background.
By the time we got home, the sun was setting, painting the sky in soft shades of pink and orange.
We were both tired but happy as we curled up on the couch together.
Lando tucked me under his arm, his fingers gently tracing patterns on my shoulder.
“Y/N,” he said after a long moment of silence.
His tone was serious, and I looked up at him curiously.
“Yeah?”
“I need to say this again because you deserve to hear it,” he began, his voice steady but filled with emotion.
“I’m so sorry for everything, for neglecting you, for forgetting our anniversary, for making you feel like you weren’t my priority. You are my priority, Y/N. You’re the best thing in my life, and I hate that I made you feel otherwise.”
His words hit me straight in the chest, and I felt tears pricking at the corners of my eyes.
“I know I hurt you,” he continued, his hand cupping my cheek as he looked into my eyes.
“But I swear, I’ll spend every day proving how much I love you. I’ll never let you feel like that again.”
My heart felt full as I reached up to hold his hand.
“You’ve done a lot for me today, Lando,” I said softly.
“And it’s helped. I can see how much you mean it.”
“So... does that mean you forgive me?” he asked, his tone hopeful but cautious.
I smiled, leaning up to kiss him. “Yeah, I forgive you.”
The relief on his face was almost comical, and he immediately began peppering my face with kisses, my cheeks, my forehead, my nose, even the corners of my lips.
“Thank you, thank you, thank you,” he murmured between kisses, his joy infectious.
Just when I thought the day was over, Lando suddenly sat up.
“Wait, I have one last thing,” he said, standing and disappearing into the other room.
I frowned, confused, as he returned with a small envelope in hand.
“What is this?” I asked as he handed it to me.
“Open it,” he urged, a playful but nervous glint in his eyes.
I carefully tore open the envelope, and my breath caught as I pulled out two plane tickets.
My eyes widened as I read the destination: Maldives.
“Lando… are you serious?” I asked, my voice trembling with disbelief.
He grinned. “You’ve always said you wanted to go. So, I booked us a two-week stay. Just you and me. No distractions.”
Tears welled in my eyes as I looked at him, overwhelmed.
“You didn’t have to do this…”
“Yes, I did,” he said firmly, pulling me into his arms.
“I’ll do anything to make you happy, Y/N. Anything.”
I hugged him tightly, burying my face in his chest.
“Thank you,” I whispered.
“I love you,” he murmured, pressing a kiss to the top of my head.
“I love you too,” I replied, my voice muffled but sincere.
We settled back into the couch, cuddled up together, the weight of the past few weeks finally lifting.
After a long silence, I broke it with a playful smile.
“If you ever neglect me like that again, I’m breaking up with your ass,” I teased.
Lando laughed, his arms tightening around me. “Fair enough. But don’t worry, I won’t. Not ever again.”
And for the first time in weeks, I believed him.

The fire station is just a few steps away now, and you’re already starting to regret this whole thing. Your friends had a wicked sense of humor, and that’s exactly how you ended up here, holding a tin of freshly baked cookies, your heart beating a little too fast.
“It’ll be fun,” they said, giggling over drinks. “Just ring the bell, tell them you brought cookies, and ask for the hottest one. Come on, how hard could it be?”
Apparently, harder than you thought. You’re not even inside yet, and your nerves are threatening to send you running in the opposite direction. But you made a promise—no backing out. So, you muster all your courage, march up to the intercom next to the entrance, and press the button. There’s a brief, crackling silence before a voice comes through.
“Fire Station 7, how can I help you?” The voice is female, warm, and friendly, and you can hear a hint of curiosity, probably because they’re not used to getting unexpected visitors on a lazy afternoon.
“Uh, hi!” you start, sounding way too enthusiastic. You take a deep breath, trying to calm yourself. “I’m here because… um, I brought cookies.”
There’s a pause, then a little laugh on the other end. “Cookies, huh? Well, that’s new. Any particular reason?”
You try to swallow down your embarrassment. “It’s… a dare. From my friends. The cookies are still warm.”
There’s a beat of silence, and then the woman on the intercom bursts out laughing. It’s not unkind; if anything, she sounds delighted. “Well, I can’t say no to that.”
You hear a muffled conversation in the background, but it’s hard to make out the words. After a moment, the voice returns. “Alright, we’re sending someone down. Just wait right there.”
“Can you make sure it’s a hot one?” you blurt out before you can freeze up.
She laughs again and when she speaks again, there’s a slight teasing edge to her tone. “I’ll make sure it’s the hottest one.”
Your stomach flips. Oh no, what did I just sign myself up for?
You stand there, fidgeting with the tin of cookies, glancing nervously around the front of the building. It’s warm out, and you can feel the sun on your skin, but it does nothing to stop the nervous chill running down your spine. This whole thing is ridiculous—what if they laugh at you? What if they—
The door swings open, and you nearly drop the cookies.
Standing in the doorway is a guy who looks like he just stepped off a movie poster. Tall, broad shoulders, dark hair that falls messily over his forehead, and a pair of round glasses that somehow only make him look even more charming. He’s wearing the dark blue uniform of the station, and there’s a slightly amused smile playing on his lips as he looks at you, eyebrows raised.
“So,” he says, his voice smooth and warm, “I hear there are cookies involved.”
You try not to stare, but it’s hard when he’s right there, looking exactly like the kind of guy you’d imagine when someone says “the hottest firefighter.” He’s got a boyish grin, like he’s in on some inside joke, and the way he leans casually against the doorframe makes it seem like this sort of thing happens every day.
“I—yeah, I, um…” You clear your throat, realizing you’ve been gaping at him. “I brought cookies. It was, uh, a dare.” You force a smile, trying to salvage whatever confidence you have left. “They said I had to give them to the hottest firefighter, so… here I am.”
The guy’s smile grows, his eyes twinkling behind his glasses. “Well, I’m glad to know I made the cut.” He steps forward, his gaze flicking down to the tin in your hands. “I’m James, by the way.”
You tell him your name, trying not to stutter. “Nice to meet you.”
He repeats your name under his breath, like he’s testing how it sounds, and there’s something about the way he says it that makes your heart skip. “I’ve got to say, this is the best dare I’ve heard of in a while. Usually, people just come by for a tour or to ask for directions.”
You laugh, a little surprised by how easy it feels. “Well, I like to be original.”
“I can see that.” He takes the tin from you, his fingers brushing against yours for just a second, and you’re pretty sure he doesn’t miss the way you flinch at the contact. “And what kind of cookies are these, exactly?”
“Chocolate chip,” you say, relieved to be talking about something normal. “With a little bit of sea salt on top. It’s supposed to make them taste better.”
“Oh, I’m sold.” He opens the tin, glancing down at the cookies, then back up at you. “You wouldn’t happen to be trying to bribe your way out of a parking ticket, would you? Because if so, I don’t think I have the authority to make that disappear.”
You laugh, shaking your head. “No, no bribing. Just fulfilling a dare and hoping not to make a complete fool of myself.”
James looks at you for a moment, then grins. “Well, if it helps, I’m flattered. And I think I should let you know that my shift ends in about an hour.” He tilts his head slightly, still holding that infuriatingly charming smile. “If you’re around, maybe I could return the favor by grabbing a coffee or something?”
You blink, caught off guard by how casual he sounds. “I—yeah, that sounds… that sounds nice.”
“Great,” he says, and he’s still smiling as he backs up, holding the tin carefully in one hand. “I’ll see you then, love. And thanks for the cookies.”
You stand there, feeling like you’re stuck in some kind of strange dream, and as the door starts to close, you hear someone calling out from inside.
“Oi, Prongs! Who got you all flustered?”
A dark-haired guy with a mischievous grin pokes his head around the doorframe, and James just rolls his eyes, turning to give him a quick shove.
You can’t help but smile as the door closes, blocking out the sound of their banter. Your heart’s still pounding, but for once, it’s not just from nerves. Maybe your friends were onto something after all—maybe a dare was exactly what you needed.

Welcome to the Neighbourhood | Terry Richmond
Tumblr media
pairings: neighbour!terry richmond x neighbour!black reader
warnings: smut 18+, fluff, slow burn (if you squint), slightly rough/dom!terry - lmk if you think i missed anything else
summary: ready to put shelby springs behind him, terry ventures to start afresh - new job and new neighbourhood but the last thing he was expecting was to have an attractive neighbour waltz in and send his head spinning
word count: 5.4K
Tumblr media
Shelby Springs had taken everything from him—his peace, his purpose, his faith in people. But Terrance Richmond wasn’t a man to let the past define him. He had to rebuild, brick by brick, until there was nothing left of the anger, pain, or memories that weighed him down. Once he’d made his peace, routine became his salvation. If there was one thing Terry wasn’t, it was idle.
Standing at 6’2, with muscles that didn’t come from sitting still, he carried himself with the discipline of a former Marine. He threw himself into rebuilding his life with the same focus, which is why the executive protection job posting felt like fate. It was an opportunity to start over. A new job, a new city—it wasn’t nature like he was used to, but he wasn’t about to say no to a clean slate.
The last of the moving boxes sat stacked on his driveway, waiting to be carried inside. As Terry hoisted one of the heavier ones, headlights flashed across his yard, catching his attention. His eyes followed the movements of a woman stepping out of a car, her keys in hand. If his hands hadn’t instinctively tightened around the box, the fine China inside would’ve been in pieces on the pavement.
Damn. She was... striking. The kind of striking that rooted a man to the spot and left his thoughts a tangled mess.
The pantsuit she wore clung to her figure in all the right ways, while soft curls framed her face like a work of art. Then she smiled, and he was done for.
She approached with a confident stride, her voice soft but laced with a teasing edge that only added to her allure. “Hey,” she said, flashing him an easy smile—the kind that could charm just about anyone. “Looks like they finally found someone to take the place. Congrats. I’m in a rush right now, but I get off work at 6. I’ll swing by to properly introduce myself—if that’s cool with you?”
Terry fumbled between a nod and a simple word of agreement, finally managing a quick, “Yeah, sounds good,” before she turned and climbed into her car.
She waved as she drove off, a soft giggle escaping her lips.
She knew she had a wicked flirt game, and today’s outfit choice was clearly the right one. As she headed to the office, an unusually good mood accompanied her. She couldn’t help but think about her new neighbour—broad shoulders, brooding eyes, and a quiet intensity that lingered even in their brief interaction.
Her curiosity burned through the day like a steady flame. Who was he? What was his story? And most importantly, would he be sticking around?
Terry tried to shake her out of his head as he tackled the last of the boxes. But it was no use. Her voice, her smile—they’d already sunk into his mind, leaving him restless and curious. 6 o’clock couldn’t come fast enough.
The sun was just beginning to set, casting a golden hue over the neighbourhood, when YN pulled into her driveway, a sense of anticipation bubbling in her chest. Work had been exhausting, but the thought of properly meeting her new neighbour had been the highlight of her day. She stepped into her house, kicked off her heels, and immediately headed for the shower. The warm water was a welcome relief, washing away the day's tension and leaving her feeling refreshed.
Tumblr media
Dressed in something comfortable yet flattering—because first impressions mattered, even if she wasn’t technically trying—YN made her way into the kitchen. Cooking was a distraction, a way to channel her nerves into something productive. She whipped up a quick but hearty meal, pairing it with some baked goods she’d had stashed away. It was a neighbourly gesture, sure, but she’d also seen him. And let’s just say that the mysterious, rugged man across the street had piqued her curiosity.
Balancing the food containers carefully in her hands, YN walked across to his house. The porch light was on, a warm glow illuminating the otherwise quiet street. She knocked twice, stepping back as she waited.
Inside, Terry had been pacing his living room for the past fifteen minutes, glancing at the clock and then the front door as if he could will someone to show up. He’d told himself it was silly, but the memory of their brief interaction that morning had stayed with him all day. She was charming, poised, and stunning, and the idea of seeing her again had stirred something in him he couldn’t quite name.
When the knock finally came, he opened the door to find her standing there, her smile lighting up the dimming evening. His expression softening into something she could only describe as relief. His eyes flicked down to the food in her hands, then back up to her face, his lips twitching as though he were fighting the urge to smile.
For a split second, neither of them spoke, just taking each other in. Then, at the same time, they both blurted out their names.
"Terrance Richmond." "YN."
The words collided, and they both paused before bursting into laughter.
"No, you go," she said, waving a hand for him to continue.
He shook his head with a small, amused smile. "No, you first. I insist."
She gave in, introducing herself again, this time with a little less fluster. “Sorry about the rush this morning. I was running late for work. I figured I’d make it up to you by bringing some dinner—just thought I’d save you the trouble of cooking or ordering in tonight.”
Terry raised an eyebrow, clearly surprised but not ungrateful. “That’s... really kind of you. Thank you.” He stepped aside, gesturing for her to come in.
YN wasn’t sure what she’d expected—half-packed boxes or chaos, maybe—but his house was already well put together. Everything had its place, and the space looked cosy, even lived-in.
“You’ve been busy,” she remarked, glancing around.
Terry followed her gaze, rubbing the back of his neck sheepishly. “Yeah, I couldn’t keep still. Needed to get everything done.”
The motion of his hand raised the hem of his shirt just enough to reveal a sliver of his abdomen, and her breath hitched involuntarily at the sight. He was... sculpted, to say the least. She tried to keep her expression neutral, but the deep heat rising in her cheeks betrayed her.
Terry noticed—of course, he noticed. His lips quirked into a subtle smirk, his eyes gleaming with amusement. “You okay over there?” he teased, his voice dipping lower.
“Huh? Oh, yeah. Totally fine,” she stammered, mentally cursing herself. Way to keep it together, YN.
“Kitchen’s this way,” he said, leading her further inside.
Tumblr media
In the kitchen, she set the food down on the counter while Terry rummaged through a cabinet for plates and cutlery.
“Wine or whiskey?” he asked, holding up a tumbler in one hand and a wine glass in the other.
She tilted her head, eyeing him playfully. “You strike me as the rough-around-the-edges whiskey type. But I could be wrong.”
He raised an eyebrow, his smirk returning. “And you strike me as the sophisticated wine type. Guess we’re both full of surprises.”
She laughed softly, choosing the wine glass. “Maybe just a little bit of both,” she said, holding up her glass in a mock toast.
Dinner passed with ease, the conversation flowing effortlessly between them. She learned about his time in the Marines, his decision to move to the city, and his plans to settle into a new routine. In turn, he listened intently as she spoke about her work as a lawyer and the challenges that came with it.
“Why executive protection?” she asked, genuinely curious.
He hesitated for a moment, his gaze dropping to his glass. “It seemed like the right move. I needed something to focus on, something to ground me after...I guess I wanted to keep helping people… just without all the…” He gestured vaguely, his voice trailing off.
She nodded, understanding the weight of what he wasn’t saying. “That makes sense. You’re a protector. It suits you.”
Instead, she smiled softly, changing the subject to something lighter. “Well, I think the neighbourhood gossip will be all over you in no time. New guy, good-looking, and clearly handy with a moving box? You’re prime material.”
Terry chuckled, shaking his head. “And here I thought I’d be flying under the radar.”
“Not a chance,” she teased, raising her glass.
The evening passed in a blur of laughter and easy conversation, the initial awkwardness fading into a comfortable rhythm. By the time the food was gone and the wine bottle nearly empty, she realised how late it had gotten.
“I should let you get some rest,” she said, standing and gathering her things.
Terry walked her to the door, his presence warm and steady beside her. “Thanks for coming over. And for dinner. You didn’t have to, but... it means a lot.”
She smiled, the sincerity in his voice catching her off guard. “It’s my turn to host next time,” she said, stepping out onto the porch.
“I’ll hold you to that,” he replied, leaning casually against the doorframe.
As she walked back to her house, she felt his eyes on her, and when she reached her front door, she turned to find him still standing there, waiting. She gave him a small wave before stepping inside, and only then did he close his door.
Back in her kitchen, she leaned against the counter, her thoughts lingering on Terrance Richmond—the man who’d somehow managed to make an ordinary evening feel anything but.
Tumblr media
It had been two months of playful banter, stolen moments, and a rhythm they’d fallen into so effortlessly it felt like second nature. Their evenings were a mix of wholesome exploration and daring escapades—her showing him the city from her unique perspective. Quiet cafés tucked into alleys, her favourite jazz bar that always felt alive no matter the hour, daring rooftop views that made her heart race as much as his lingering glances. Terry soaked it all in, learning her through the places she loved.
And then there were the nights. Nights when she’d invite him into her world, sharing wine and laughter, their knees brushing under the table, their gazes holding just a beat too long. Nights when he’d introduce her to the simplicities he cherished: an old movie, a game of cards, or just sitting on his porch with whiskey and comfortable silence. The friendship that brewed between them was comforting, but the undercurrent of something more was undeniable.
He didn’t mind bending the rules, like ignoring speed limits to race home just to catch her as she pulled into her driveway. There was something magnetic about the sight of her at the end of a long day. The way she’d stride out of her car, hair loosened from its bun, buttons of her blouse slightly undone, her lips still stained with that red lipstick that drove him wild. It was like she carried the day’s fire with her, igniting something in him without even trying. He’d lean against his porch, offering her a nightcap with that low, smooth voice of his, and she’d grin, the tension of her day easing away.
She had never been more grateful that Terry’s job required him to wear a suit. Seeing him waiting for her in all his tall, broad-shouldered glory, tie loosened, dark stormy eyes carrying a story from the day, was a sight she never grew tired of. Her eyes would linger, tracing the outline of his strong frame and sharp jawline. Even the way he held himself—calm, composed—was intoxicating. Their usual routine of “Hey, stranger. Fancy seeing you here,” never got old, but there was something different about today.
She parked her car with noticeably less energy, the weight of her day evident in the slight slump of her shoulders. Terry caught it immediately. He leaned against his porch, the usual playful smirk tugging at his lips, but it faded when she approached.
“Hey, stranger,” he said softly, his voice warm but cautious.
“Fancy seeing you here,” she replied, but her tone lacked its usual spark. Her eyes flickered to his, and though her lips curved into a faint smile, it didn’t quite reach her eyes.
“You okay?” he asked, taking a step closer.
She exhaled, shaking her head lightly. “Rough day. I don’t think I’m up for anything tonight.”
He nodded, though disappointment briefly flickered across his features. “I get it. Let me know if you need anything, okay?”
“Thanks, Terry,” she said, her voice soft as she turned toward her door.
He watched her retreat into her house, resisting the urge to follow. Respecting her space was the right thing to do, but it didn’t stop the lingering ache in his chest. Something felt off, and it wasn’t just her mood—it was the absence of her presence.
Back in his house, Terry tried to distract himself. He pushed through an intense workout in his home gym, the rhythm of his heart pounding in his ears as he lifted, punched, and ran his frustration away. But no amount of sweat could shake the feeling that something wasn’t right.
Showered and changed into a snug grey T-shirt and sweatpants, he found himself pacing his living room. The hours stretched, and the silence grew unbearable. It was stupid—he felt like barely knew her but they had spent so much time together that being apart for the one night felt wrong, and the thought of her being upset made him restless. Finally, he grabbed a bottle of wine and decided to check on her. If nothing else, she deserved someone to talk to.
Terry knocked twice, the bottle balanced in his hand. The sound of footsteps reached him, and when the door swung open, he couldn’t quite believe what he was seeing.
She stood there, framed by the warm glow of her house, wrapped in a silk negligee the colour of deep mauve. The fabric flowed from her shoulders, clinging to her curves in a way that made his breath hitch. It accentuated the fullness of her breasts, the gentle dip of her waist, and the teasing slit that revealed her smooth, toned thigh. Her dark skin shimmered against the luxurious fabric, and her loose hair framed her face like a crown.
He stared, momentarily dumbfounded. “I, uh...” His usual composure failed him.
Her lips twitched, the faintest hint of amusement breaking through the tiredness in her eyes. “Terry,” she said softly, “are you okay?”
He cleared his throat, forcing his gaze to meet hers. “I just... I wanted to check on you. You seemed off earlier.”
Her expression softened, her fingers brushing against the doorframe. “I’m okay. Just needed some time to breathe.”
He held up the bottle. “I figured you might still need that nightcap. But if this is a bad time—”
She stepped aside, a small but genuine smile tugging at her lips. “It’s not.”
He walked in, acutely aware of how close their bodies brushed as he passed her. The faint scent of her perfume—warm, sensual, with a hint of spice—wrapped around him, making it impossible to focus on anything else.
As she closed the door, she turned to face him, her head tilted slightly. “Thanks for checking on me. Most people wouldn’t bother.”
He set the bottle on the counter, turning to face her with a small shrug. “I’m not most people.”
Her smile widened, the tension of her day beginning to unravel. “No, you’re not.”
And there it was again—that spark, that unspoken pull between them. The air felt heavier, charged with something they both knew they couldn’t ignore much longer.
Tumblr media
The room was cloaked in a heady tension that neither of them could escape. She leaned against the counter, her fingers brushing absentmindedly against the cool marble surface as she watched him pour the wine. His tall, commanding frame moved with an easy grace that was almost hypnotic, the tight grey T-shirt clinging to his broad chest and shoulders, highlighting every muscle. His stormy blue-grey eyes caught the light for a fleeting second as he glanced up, and they seemed to darken when they met hers.
"Rough day, huh?" His voice was deep, smooth, and rich, yet there was an edge to it, like he was holding something back.
"Yeah," she murmured, her gaze lingering on the way his big hands gripped the bottle. Those hands. She tried to focus on what he was saying, but her mind betrayed her, wandering to how they might feel against her skin, firm yet gentle, exploring every inch of her.
"You don’t talk about work much," he said, leaning casually against the opposite counter, though there was nothing casual about the way his eyes roamed her figure. His gaze lingered on the curve of her waist, the silk of her negligee clinging to her full breasts and cascading down to her thick thighs. His throat bobbed as he swallowed, but his focus never wavered.
"Work’s work," she replied, her voice quieter than she intended. The usual playfulness in her tone was replaced with something softer, more vulnerable. She could feel the heat rising in her cheeks, but she wasn’t sure if it was from his smouldering gaze or the thoughts racing through her mind.
"That’s fair," he said, his lips curling into a faint smirk, though his voice had dropped an octave. He took a sip of his wine, his sharp jaw flexing slightly as he tilted his head back. She could barely breathe.
The air between them felt thick, electric. Every glance, every subtle movement was charged with an intensity that neither of them could ignore. She wanted to say something, anything, but her eyes kept drifting to his lips, full and smooth, and how easily they curved into that devastatingly charming smile. She wondered what they’d feel like against hers, how they’d taste.
"You seem... distracted," he teased, his voice low and husky.
She huffed a soft laugh, shaking her head. "Says the man who hasn’t stopped staring."
"You’re hard not to stare at," he admitted, his tone serious now.
Her heart skipped a beat, and her fingers tightened around the glass in her hand. "You’re not so bad yourself," she said, her voice steady despite the wild thrum in her chest.
For a moment, neither of them spoke. The silence wasn’t uncomfortable—it was suffocating in the best way. The kind of silence that demanded action, that begged for release.
And then it happened.
He set his glass down with a soft clink and took a step toward her, closing the distance between them. "You don’t know what you do to me," he murmured, his voice rough, raw with restraint. "Seeing you every morning, looking so damn fine, so put together... And then at night, when you come to mine, when you let your guard down and laugh like the world hasn’t put you through hell that day... I’m here, losing my mind over you, woman."
Her breath hitched, her wide eyes searching his stormy gaze. His words were like gasoline to the fire already burning inside her. "Terry..." she started, but the words caught in her throat.
"No," he cut her off gently, his big hands cupping her face, his thumbs brushing along her jaw. "Let me say this. From the first day I saw you, I knew you were gonna ruin me. And you have. I can’t think straight when you’re around, and when you’re not..." He trailed off, his gaze dropping to her lips.
She felt her chest tighten, her own thoughts spinning out of control. "I’ve liked you since day one," she admitted, her voice barely a whisper.
His lips quirked into a soft, almost disbelieving smile. "Yeah?"
She nodded, her cheeks warm. "Yeah."
That was all he needed to hear.
His lips crashed against hers, and everything else melted away. His hands slid down to her waist, pulling her closer until her soft curves were pressed firmly against his muscular frame. She moaned softly into the kiss, her hands exploring the expanse of his chest, feeling the hard planes beneath the fabric of his shirt.
"Terry," she gasped as his lips trailed to her neck, his warm breath sending shivers down her spine.
"You’re perfect," he murmured against her skin, his hands roaming over her thick thighs, her generous hips, memorising every part of her. "So damn perfect."
Her fingers tangled in his short, dark hair as he lifted her effortlessly onto the counter, his lips returning to hers with a fervour that left her breathless. The silk of her negligee rode up, baring more of her dark, supple skin to his touch.
"You have no idea how long I’ve wanted this," he rasped, his stormy eyes locking with hers as his hand slid up her thigh.
"Show me," she whispered, her voice dripping with desire.
And he did. The tension that had been building for months finally erupted, their movements urgent yet unhurried, savouring every touch, every kiss, every moment. It was the turning page they’d both been waiting for, the start of something they both knew would change everything.
Tumblr media
The moment between them burned hotter as they moved upstairs, their lips locked in a fiery kiss that only deepened with each step. Breathless moans filled the spaces where their mouths parted, the sound mingling with the faint creak of the stairs. Terry’s strong arms tightened around her, lifting her effortlessly. Her thighs instinctively clasped around his waist, holding on to him as if her life depended on it. Her fingers found their way under his t-shirt, her fingertips brushing against the hard ridges of his back muscles, revelling in the sheer strength he carried so easily.
His grip on her waist was firm, his large hands branding her as his own, sending a thrilling pulse through her body that promised to linger long after tonight. His touch roamed with purpose, tracing the swell of her thighs and the curve of her hips. When his palm landed on her ass with a sharp slap, followed by a teasing squeeze, she gasped into his mouth, her body arching into him. Terry let out a deep, gravelly chuckle, the sound dripping with satisfaction, as if her every reaction was fuel to the fire raging within him.
With his lips trailing down her jaw, then returning to claim her mouth, he blindly led them toward her bedroom. His back pressed against the door as he maneuvered it open, never breaking their heated connection. Once inside, Terry seated himself at the edge of her bed, pulling her closer onto his lap. She straddled him, her negligee riding higher, teasing them both. Her nails running over his short, dark hair, dragging them just enough to make him groan deeply, the sound vibrating between them. His large hands explored her curves freely now, roaming the softness of her body like a man starved.
As their lips crashed together again, Terry’s control snapped. With an effortless move, he flipped her onto her back, his strength leaving her breathless. The sudden shift made her gasp, her hair splaying out across the sheets as she looked up at him. His body hovered above hers, broad and muscular, his chest rising and falling as he stared down at her. The look on his face—raw, unfiltered desire—sent a thrill through her core. His eyes darkened with lust, his brows knit together in a mixture of longing and determination.
“Terry...” she whispered, her voice trembling under the weight of the moment, her body humming with anticipation.
He lowered himself, his lips brushing the sensitive skin of her collarbone before moving to her ear. His voice, deep and husky, made her shiver. “You don’t know what you do to me, YN,” he repeated. “Not being able to touch you like this.”
Her breath hitched, his confession sending waves of heat coursing through her body. Her hands gripped his biceps, feeling the tension coiled in him, the restraint he had fought for so long finally slipping. "Terry," she whispered again, her voice soft yet laced with her own need.
“You’re perfect, you know that?” he rasped, his gaze trailing over her. “Every damn curve... your thighs, your hips... these gorgeous lips I can’t stop thinking about. You’re driving me insane, YN.”
She grew needier, her dark skin glowing under the low light of the room. Her hands roamed across his back, her nails lightly grazing his skin as she pulled him closer, their bodies pressed together. Every touch, every kiss, every whispered word sent sparks flying between them, a tangible current neither could resist.
“Show what you’ve been wanting to do to me”, she breathlessly said.
That was all the permission Terry needed, he lowered his body down hers stopping at her thighs and slowly pusher lingerie up body signalling for her to raise arms so he could undress her. Eyes taking in every detail and she almost shied under his lustful gaze, but he quietened thoughts as he dipped his head down and his mouth parted to envelope the nipple that called for his attention. He bit, licked, sucked and swirled, teasing that bud and showing the other one the same love – “this is what you were hiding me, angel?” His voice, so many decibels lower she almost didn’t recognise it.
“Out of words already, baby? Don’t worry, I’ve got something that’ll bring that voice back”
YN watched as his hands travelled and worked down her body, lighting a trail of fire in their wake. They moved with such expertise, like he had time to study what made her wet – either that or she was just entirely ready for him. Her panties did nothing to disguise her puffy lips or the slickness that dampened the front, she would’ve been embarrassed if she wasn’t so turned on but this was a long time coming.
Terry's lips worked their way down her body, slow and purposeful, leaving a searing trail of anticipation in their wake. When he reached the apex of her thighs, he spread her legs wider, his firm grip sending shivers through her. His stormy eyes flicked up to meet hers, a silent yet urgent question. She responded by gripping the back of his head, guiding him exactly where she needed him most.
He hungrily obeyed, his tongue moving with an aggressive precision that mirrored her unspoken desire. Every stroke was deliberate, every flick of his tongue a testament to his singular focus on her pleasure. His large hands slid up her thighs, his grip firm and grounding as her body trembled beneath him.
Her nails grazed the smooth skin at the back of his head, her soft cries urging him on, and he fed on every sound she made like it was a reward. The way she arched into him, her breathless gasps and whispered curses, only drove him further. He was relentless, addicted to the way she tasted, the way her body writhed under his control.
“Terry…” she moaned, her voice breaking as he increased the pressure, his tongue and lips working in perfect rhythm. He felt her thighs quake against his shoulders, her body teetering on the edge.
“Come on, YN,” he murmured against her, the vibration of his voice sending her spiraling. “I want to feel it. Let go for me.”
With a cry that echoed through the room, she shattered, her release coursing through her like a wave. Terry didn’t stop, prolonging her pleasure, tasting every part of her as though he couldn’t get enough. And as he finally pulled back, his lips glistening, he looked up at her with a dark, satisfied smirk.
Tumblr media
Terry’s gaze was locked on her, dark and burning with intensity. She was already bare before him, her body glowing in the low light, every curve and line drawing him in like a man possessed. He knelt on the bed, his knees framing hers, and his hand traced the side of her thigh, firm and deliberate.
“I don’t know how I kept control this whole time,” he muttered, his voice laced with restrained desire. Grabbing her wrist, he guided her hand to the thick length straining against the fabric of his sweatpants. Her eyes widened, and her breath hitched as her fingers instinctively wrapped around him. His jaw clenched at the contact, a low groan slipping from his lips.
“I’m ready to put this where it belongs,” he growled, his voice rough, primal. He stood, his movements deliberate as he tugged off his sweatpants and boxers in one swift motion. When he stood before her, completely bare, her mouth went dry, her pulse racing. His body was a perfect balance of strength and masculinity—toned, powerful, and overwhelming in every sense of the word.
She couldn’t stop the breathless moan of his name. “Terry…” she whimpered, her voice a mix of pleading and desperation.
She reached for him, her nails grazing over the hard ridges of his abs, earning a sharp hiss as he captured her wrist again. His other hand gripped her hip, pulling her toward him as he rolled his body against hers, letting her feel every inch of his arousal pressing into her. She gasped, the friction igniting something primal in her.
“Are you ready to take all of me?” his voice sending shivers down her spine.
Before she could respond, he flipped her onto her stomach with ease, his hands tugging her hips back toward him. A surprised gasp escaped her, quickly replaced by a low moan as his lips found the sensitive spot behind her ear, his teeth grazing her skin. One hand pressed into the small of her back, pinning her in place, while the other slid up her thigh, rough and demanding.
She lifted her head slightly, her eyes catching the mirror across the room. The sight of their bodies intertwining—the dominance in his stance, the way her body responded to his every touch—made her breath hitch. Her body trembled beneath him, overwhelmed by the heat and tension building between them.
But just as his fingers trailed higher, grazing her most sensitive spot, he stilled. His lips brushed against the shell of her ear, and his tone softened, though the intensity remained.
“Tell me you want this,” he murmured, his voice low and commanding. “I need to hear it, YN.”
Her body writhed beneath him, every nerve alight with need. “I want this… and you. I need it, T. Please,” she pleaded, her voice desperate, her core weeping and throbbing for him.
That was all he needed. In one smooth, deliberate motion, he thrust into her, filling her completely. She cried out, her fingers clutching the sheets as her body adjusted to the overwhelming sensation. He didn’t give her a moment to recover, his movements relentless and precise, each thrust stealing the breath from her lungs.
“Look at you,” he muttered, his voice low and gravelly. “Taking me so perfectly. You were made for me, weren’t you?”
Her head lolled to the side, her cries and moans echoing in the room. She could barely form a coherent response, her mind clouded with nothing but him. Instead, she let her body speak for her, meeting his movements with equal fervour, the sound of their bodies colliding only heightening the intensity.
As her body tightened around him, the pressure building to an unbearable peak, he slowed. His hand slid around to cup her face, turning her head so he could kiss her. It wasn’t rough like before—it was slow, deep, and tender, a kiss that felt like a promise. Her body trembled, her moan muffled against his lips as her release overtook her, crashing over her in waves.
He followed soon after, a guttural groan escaping him as he buried himself deeper, his grip on her waist tightening. For a moment, the room was filled with nothing but the sound of their laboured breaths and the faint rustle of the sheets.
Finally, he collapsed beside her, pulling her into his arms. His lips pressed against her forehead, the tenderness in the gesture a stark contrast to the passion they’d just shared.
“You okay?” he asked softly, brushing a damp strand of hair from her face.
She nodded, her cheek pressed against his chest as her breathing slowly steadied. “More than okay,” she murmured, a small, satisfied smile tugging at her lips.
He chuckled, the sound rumbling through his chest. “Good,” he said, his voice low but warm. “Because I’m not done with you yet.”
The promise lingered in the air, and she couldn’t help but laugh, the sound light and carefree as she nestled closer to him, feeling completely and utterly content.

I opened the front door of my flat with a loud bang. I was pissed, the shooting was called off last minute and I had travelled for two hours to reach the location.
" Hi, Mum." my little boy greeted me from his bedroom.
It was the middle of the summer and the only thing he had been doing so far was reading and playing video games, I was aware he didn't like to socialize with his peers. I was his only parent, his father left us when he was just born.
" Honey I'll be to you in a second.” I yelled across the house walking to the kitchen to get myself something to drink. I was thirsty and sweaty, even though I had dyed my hair blonde and I was wearing just a top and skirt the heat was unbearable.
I took some cold water from the fridge and drank it at once.
I put the glass back in its place and headed to my son’s room, knocking softly before entering. He looked up from the screen and smiled. "How have you been?" I asked him sitting beside him.
He shrugged. "Alright, just read some manga."
"You need to go out more." I opined, trying not to sound too harsh but concerned about him being stuck at home all day long without seeing anyone else.
He swiftly dodged my gaze and sighed deeply. " Whatever. Why are you home so early today?" he questioned.
I sat on his bed. " My last schedule was cancelled last minute." I explained without giving him too much information.
He was just 12 years old and being told I was one of the most successful, requested and appreciated JAV actresses in Japan wasn't something I would share with him. He knew me as Mina, the kind and loving mother who always cooked delicious dinner for him. Not the one that was an adult film actress.
"Oh, what happened then?" he asked innocently.
I tried to explain my situation without making any reference to the industry I worked for. " The director told me they wanted to postpone it. So I came home."
He nodded. " I see."
I glanced at him, looking him in the eyes. " Hey, do you want to eat something? I'm hungry, let’s prepare something together." I suggested with a smile. He agreed.
We went to the kitchen hand in hand, he was still short and thin for his age. But his blue eyes made up for it. We both loved cooking and baking, especially him since he enjoyed eating sweets, I did my best to make sure he had a balanced diet.
While we were cooking some of the tomato sauce for the spaghetti landed on my clothes, staining both top and skirt.
" Dammit." he cussed. He has stirred the sauce with too much energy causing the little mess on my outfit.
" Do not worry, honey." I reassured him and got off my skirt and top right there in the kitchen. His eyes widened in surprise.
"What are you doing, mum?!" he said, sounding embarrassed.
I giggled and caressed his cheek. " Don’t be silly, this is nothing. You’ve seen my butt many times before." I teased him, bending over to clean the stains from the floor.
My ass was on full display for him and I could feel him staring at my cheeks, so plump and round, my pussy lips covered with just my small panties. It was nothing new for him to see me almost completely nude since I rarely wore anything around the house but his reaction was strange, he looked flushed and nervous.
“ Mum... Are you going to take your underwear off as well?" he stuttered.
I turned around to look at him. " What?! No! Of course not." I laughed nervously. " Unless you asked for it."
He became red as the tomato sauce. " I don't know what you are talking about." he ran out of the kitchen and into the living room.
I sighed and turned off the stove. Slowly I made my way to him, who was sat the sofa fidgeting with his hands on in lap.
" What's wrong baby?" I asked him sitting next to him.
He didn't say anything for a good minute, busy in deep thought. " I do have a problem in my underwear," he affirmed not sparing a glance to me.
"  How come?" I inquired.
" They're wet." he whispered so low I barely heard it. " And it doesn't stop leaking." he continued.
His words sent shivers down my spine, I couldn't believe it.
" Let me see." I gently pulled him to stand and unbuttoned his trousers. His briefs were soaked through with precum.
" This is normal honey. All boys your age leak precum now and then. Especially when they see a hot girl." I told him trying to reassure him. He blushed again.
"It never occurred before." he panicked.
"Well, maybe you liked what you saw earlier." I mused.
" Maybe you liked your mum’s body." I added teasingly.
" That’s ok honey, it’s normal to think your mother is sexy." I encouraged him.
He seemed to relax a bit. " But it’s not appropriate." he complained.
I stood up and cupped his face. " Nothing is wrong, honey. You’re my son, but also a boy." I comforted him, feeling somehow attracted to him.
" Now, if you excuse me I'm going to change. You can stay here or join me." I winked at him. His eyes fixed on mine for a few seconds before nodding in agreement.
As soon as we were inside my bedroom I closed the door and locked it. Then I stripped from my bra and panties. My son looked at me wide-eyed, taking in my naked form.
" Come here." I said walking to him. I felt him tremble as our bodies touched. My hands caressed his back, slowly descending to squeeze his bum.
"Do you like it?" I asked him. He nodded shyly.
I kissed his neck softly, moving my hands to grab his cock through his trousers. He gasped as I stroked him over his pants. " Take it out for me." I commanded him.
He obeyed me pulling out his dick. It was bigger than expected for a boy of his age, yet far from the ones I had to deal with at work. I gave him a few strokes while kissing his neck and biting his earlobes. He moaned in pleasure.
" Mum, my member doesn't get soft." he affirmed worriedly in between moans.
"  It’s ok honey. I'll make it soft." I assured him. I knelt in front of him, licking the tip of his penis. His legs wobbled.
" Mum..." he moaned my name. I took him fully in my mouth sucking and bobbing my head, tasting him for the first time.
I worked shipped his dick for less than 2 minutes and he shuddered in front of me. "I- I'm feeling a warm sensation spreading all over my body." he stated worried. " What is happening?"
I chucked releasing his dick from my mount and enveloping it into my hand. " You are cumming." I explained stroking faster.
" Am I supposed to feel something like this!?" he shouted losing control over himself.
I kept stroking until he exploded all over my breasts, covering them with his load. He fell on the bed exhausted, breathing heavily.
I wiped my chest clean using some tissues and lay next to him. " See, it’s ok baby. There is nothing to be ashamed of." I told him smiling. He nodded still catching his breath.
" Mum can you explain to me what just happened?" he questioned me shyly.
" You see,  honey, you reached orgasm. Your member released semen and it felt good." I explained to him.
His eyes widen in shock. " Does it happen to women as well?"
I laughed at his ingenuity. " It does, you made me  so horny that I want to have sex right now." I confessed.
He blushed but said nothing. Instead, he stared at my breasts. I could tell he wanted me to.
" You want to fuck me, don't you?" I asked bluntly, biting my lower lip.
He looked at me puzzled. " What does it even mean?"
I chuckled. " Let me show you instead."
I climbed on top of him and started grinding against his thighs. He hardened instantly.
I knew I should have gone easy on him. It was his first time and me being used to dealing with men more experienced and older than him was a risk for him, if I did go to ride him the same way I usually did with other cocks he would break in half. But I couldn’t help it, I craved him so much.
I was horny to stop and he looked so cute under me, so innocent. I needed to fuck him, I needed him to fill me and stretch my insides.
I rubbed my slit against his hardness, feeling the head of his dick poking me.
" What are you doing?" he whimpered.
" I'm riding your dick baby." I moaned. I aligned myself perfectly with his member and impaled myself on it. He let out a sharp intake of air as he felt himself inside of me.
The feeling was satisfying, he wasn't big enough to give me any issue stretching my pussy. I started to move my hips up and down, feeling his cock hitting my cervix each time I lowered myself onto him. I was moaning loudly and panting hard.
He was enjoying it as well, he held my waist firmly with his hand. I leaned forward and kissed him, feeling his tongue dancing with mine. Our teeth clicked together as I bounced on him harder and harder.
As I was expecting his member throbbed inside of me after a few minutes. I had to play smart not to make him feel bad about his performance, even though I was enjoying it thoroughly.
" Baby, I can't take it anymore." I lied. " Please cum."
His eyes lit up. " Really?"
I nodded and kept bouncing on him, not letting him stop thrusting into me. " Yes, cum inside of me." I begged.
He gasped at my words and buried his face into my neck as he unloaded himself deep into my womb. His arms wrapped tightly around my back, holding me close to him.
When he finished pumping his seed into me we collapsed on the mattress, panting and sweating profusely. " Did I do a good job?" he asked me shyly. I kissed his forehead. " Perfect."
I couldn't afford to tell him I wanted to keep going all night long." You can sleep here, tonight." I informed him.
He hugged me tightly. " Thank you mum."
I wrapped my arms around him as well, feeling how his heart was still beating fast and strong.
The next few days flew like always, I had been called for a few shootings and my baby kept staying in his room days in and days out.
It was a tiring Friday night, I plopped on the sofa wearing a white top and a matching pair of shorts. I had worked all the afternoon filming different scenes.
Tumblr media
" Baby, I'm back." I called my son.
He came into the living room carrying his laptop, he was dead serious. " We need to talk." his blue eyes made me shiver more than the air conditioner.
" Wha.." I tried to speak, but he cut me off. " Hear me out first."
It was unusual for him to be this cold with me. " I was doing some of my homework today and one of the requests was to look on Google for some information about our relatives and guess what happened as soon as I entered your name?" he was slightly losing his temperament.
"  I don't understand." I said confused.
" All the results were about you and your career as AV Idol!!" he exclaimed. " All those fucking films you've done! And how people call you 'JAV Queen' because you are the most requested actress!"
I stared at him shocked. " Well.."
" Well, what?" he interrupted me again. " You told me while we were fucking that you couldn't take anymore, and yet your last video that hit the charts was you begging a man with an 11 inches dick to keep fucking you and filling your tight pussy!"
My jaw dropped. " Um... I didn't want to lie to you." I stammered. I wanted to hide under the rug.
He shook his head. " Of course, you didn't!" he yelled. His little body was shaking in anger.
" Baby let me explain." I talked in a lower tone.
" Alright." he affirmed. " Explain to me the reason why you lied to me during our first time."
I sighed, hoping for the best. " Because I wanted to make you feel good about yourself."
He glared at me. " If you cared about me you would have told me the truth." he huffed.
" Baby!" I pleaded. " You have seen in my videos how wild I am, I didn't want to break you or to scare you. And I wanted you to have a special time with your mother, no matter the circumstances."
He crossed his arms and pouted. " Is it true you love other men more than me?"
I shook my head. " Absolutely not! I love you more than anything in the world, but I enjoy sex with them."
" I'm well aware of that now, no need to remark it." he spat.
I sighed and walked in front of him. " What do you want me to do to make it up to you?"
I raised his chin defiantly. " Tell me."
He avoided my gaze. " Have you saved enough money?" he questioned.
" More than you and I can spend in a lifetime." I replied honestly. " Why?"
He stared at me dead in the eyes. " I want you to retire, to leave that disgusting industry behind you and be just my mother, the one who is just special to me. Just my mother."
I looked at him, feeling conflicted. " Baby, money aside, how are we gonna deal with the lack of affection I crave for?" I asked him softly.
His eyes flamed. " I crave for you. I'm young and you could mould me as you please to fulfil all you need." his voice was firm.
I smirked widely. "  You do, huh?". " Yes." he nodded.
" Show me then." I challenged him.
And he did, he proved to be more eager and greedy than any other man I had ever met. He ate me out like he was starving, making me scream and squirt in his mouth.
" Bed." I moaned, my legs were trembling from my climax. He took my hand and walked to my bedroom.
" Baby, we are not done yet. You know, right.?" I asked him kneeling in the middle of the mattress.
He nodded and crawled towards me. I reached down and grabbed his dick into my hand.
" I'm gonna make you ready." I stroked his length slowly and licked his head, taking him into my mouth and sucking hungrily. " You taste so sweet, baby." I praised him, feeling his precum leaking on my tongue.
He moaned in delight and grabbed my head with his hands, pushing me down on his cock. I gagged a bit as he fucked my mouth.
After a few minutes, I pushed him away from me and lay down. " Fuck me now, baby." I urged him.
He positioned himself in between my thighs, lining up his member to my pussy and pressing it into me. He filled me, his thickness stretched my inner walls and I screamed in pain and pleasure.
" Harder, baby." I egged him on. His thrusts were slow at the beginning but became rougher as he gained confidence.
He slammed into me furiously and I let out screams of joy. He grabbed my ankles and placed them on his shoulders, pounding me relentlessly.
I felt him pulsing inside of me and squeezed my muscles around him.
" Cum, baby." I demanded.
He let out a strangled cry and released himself into my hole. I felt his hot seed coating my insides and it was glorious, so much so it triggered my orgasm and I climaxed around him. He collapsed on top of me, spent.
" That was great baby." I purred satisfied, stroking his head.
" Can we do it again?" he asked curiously.
" We will. Soon." I promised him. " You’re gonna be the king of this house from now on."
He laughed. " Funny. Are you gonna retire for real?" he questioned.
" I will, but there is one last shot I need to do the day after tomorrow that I cannot cancel so out of the blue." I replied. " But I want you to be on set with me, to see how everything goes." I proposed.
" Ok." he agreed. I cuddled with him and drifted away, thinking of all the dirty things I wanted to do with him.
The day of the shoot arrived and I was nervous but excited at the same time, not only because it would be my last scene but also because my son would be present to watch it.
We drove to the location which was a luxurious mansion, I had shot here a few times already and I knew exactly where I would find my colleagues and the crew.
We reached the dressing room and my son followed me in, watching as I undressed and put on the costume chosen for the occasion. It was a black dress and a pair of high heels.
" It's not bad." he commented as I spun around to check how my dress fit me from behind.
I looked at him amused. " Just not bad?"
He looked on the floor. " You are extremely sexy." he mumbled.
I laughed. " You're such a good boy." I praised him. I leaned down and pecked his forehead, noticing as he blushed.
I cupped his chin. " Remember, this is all for fun, and you need to remember that."
He nodded solemnly. " I promise to behave."
" Good boy." I kissed him again.
The producer of the film came into the room to fetch me. " Hey Mina, we are all ready for you outside. This will be your last scene, do your best.
I grinned. " Of course." I waved at my son and left the dressing room.
I stepped on set and found my partner for the shoot, the famous 11-inch dick named Jax.  He was a tall guy with broad shoulders, dark brown hair and hazel eyes. His cock was so thick that the guys on set used to compare it to a cucumber.
" Hello, Mina." he greeted me with a smile.
I returned it. " Nice to meet you again."
" So, we will be playing as lovers cheating on their spouses and we end up having passionate sex." the producer explained.
" Sounds perfect." I approved, already knowing the script.
" Action!" the director shouted.
The scene began with us dancing and drinking alcohol at the party hosted in the house. It went smoothly until we reached the part where we were meant to kiss passionately and start fooling around.
Everything changed when he slipped his hand into my dress and grabbed my breast. My eyes darted to my son standing behind the camera, he looked surprised by the sudden touch but not upset. He had an odd expression on his face, a mixture of confusion and lust.
The scene proceeds with us groping each other. Jax pinched my nipples and slid his hand up my thigh and to my mound, caressing it through the fabric of my panties. I gasped in pleasure.
I glanced at my son again, he had a hard time hiding his boner and I felt sorry for him. " Sorry honey." I mouthed to him, hoping he could read my lips.
He didn't seem bothered and gestured for me to continue.
We moved to the sofa and the director ordered us to remove our clothes. I obliged stripping out of my dress, leaving me bare apart from my bra and panties. Jax followed my example.
"  Let's try some foreplay, Jax can you eat her out." the director said, addressing my partner.
Jax didn't need to be told twice, he pushed me onto the sofa and settled himself in between my legs.
His tongue was very skilled and had me writhing in pleasure within seconds, he licked my labia and my clit, sucking on my nub greedily. I moaned loudly as I felt myself nearing my release.
My hand pushed him deeper into my folds, urging him to go on. He lapped at me eagerly, sending sparks through my body.
I looked at my son again and found him touching himself through his trousers, his face was red in embarrassment. I felt sorry for putting him in that position, but at the same time, it was arousing to see him so affected by the sight of me getting eaten out.
Jax stopped suddenly and my gaze snapped back on him as he kneeled in front of me, holding his throbbing member. " She tastes wonderful." he complimented.
I spread my legs further inviting him to enter me. He plunged into me, stretching me like a rag doll. I arched my back at the sudden invasion and moaned.
" Mina, you have a tight pussy." he grunted. " I'm not even halfway in."
He began thrusting, slowly at first, allowing me to adjust to his size. Once he was fully seated in my channel he picked up his pace, pounding me fiercely.
I moaned at his ministration, my hands clawed at the cushion of the sofa.
" Oh god!" I shouted in pleasure. " Yes! Fuck me like that." I cried out as he hit my spot, rubbing it repeatedly.
My body trembled as he kept ramming me, I was at his complete mercy. My orgasm came overbearingly, causing me to convulse wildly.
He fucked me through my climax, not stopping in the slightest.
He was proving himself to be one of the best actors in the business. " Change position." the director ordered.
We ended up in a reverse cowgirl. My legs were still trembling from the aftershock of my climax but I managed to sit on him, impaling myself on his cock.
I started to bounce on him, rubbing myself against his pelvis. His hands grabbed my tits from behind and kneaded them roughly.
I was getting close again he rubbed my clit with his big fingers, making me clench around his shaft. " Yes!" I screamed, reaching another orgasm.
I collapsed on him, feeling exhausted from the intensity of my climaxes. He lifted me from his member, causing me to whine from the loss of him.
He pushed me face down on the sofa and entered me doggy style.
His thrusts were savage and violent, he pounded me relentlessly. I loved it, the feeling of being owned by him. My body shook as he slammed into me, my tits jiggling.
His hands gripped my waist, keeping me still and preventing me from escaping his onslaught.
" Fuck yes! Give it all to me." I screamed as he drilled into me.
"You adore my fat dick, don't you slut?" he groaned in my ear. I nodded eagerly.
Suddenly he slowed his thrusts and his member started to twitch inside of me. " Ahhh! Cum inside of me!" I shouted, squeezing him tightly.
He moaned and spurted his load into me, coating my insides with his seed. His movements were becoming slower and slower until he stopped entirely. He pulled out of me leaving me empty.
" Cut!" the director announced.
I felt dizzy from the number of climaxes I had reached and tired from the scene. Jax helped me stand up and I thanked him. My gaze wandered searching for my son, finding him sitting far behind the camera and staring at me with an unreadable expression.
He approached me with hesitant steps, avoiding eye contact. " So, you liked it, huh?" I teased him.
" At first yes, while you were still making eye contact with me." he asserted. " But not at all while you two got lost fucking like animals."
I chuckled and patted his head. " Baby, you gotta understand  that sex is not all about romance, sometimes you just wanna get lost in the act."
He avoided responding to me and walked back to the car. I pitied him, he must have been hurt by the way I acted during the shoot.
I got cleaned and bid my farewell to all the cast, I found my baby boy playing with his phone while leaning on the car. He barely acknowledged my presence when I sat next to him. I drove back home, not daring to ask him how he felt.
" I'll order some dinner and we can watch a movie together, how does it sound?" I proposed as soon as we were in the safety of our house.
He shrugged and kept on his phone. I decided to give him space and not bother him for the rest of the evening.
I woke up to the sound of a knock on the door. " May I come in?" his voice was low and tender.
I sat up and opened the door. " Of course baby, what are you doing here so late?"
He walked into my room and closed the door behind him. I could smell his cologne, a scent so fresh and enticing. " Can I sleep here tonight?" he asked shyly.
" Of course." I welcomed him.
He hesitated not moving a centimetre. " Baby, if you want to be my partner you gotta be more confident within yourself." I began.
" I quit as you requested, now let me show you how good I am." I added signaling him to lie with me on the bed.
He complied and snuggled next to me. I cupped his face. " Don't you want me, baby?" I whispered seductively.
"I do." he confirmed. I kissed his lips, tasting his sweetness.
" Good. Now, let’s take off these pesky clothes." I cooed.
He stripped quickly, showing me his lean body and his hard dick. It was still impressive considering he hadn't hit puberty yet.
I removed my shirt and panties and straddled him. " Show me what you can do." I dared him.
He held my hips and guided me onto his dick, impaling me easily, I squeaked in shock. He moved his hips under me and I bounced on him, my tits swaying wildly as he pumped into me from below.
I leaned forward and kissed his forehead, feeling the sweat droplets forming on his skin. I pressed my chest to his and kissed him passionately as he fucked me.
He reached up and played with my tits, fondling them gently. I moaned at the pleasure of it all. His finger traced circles around my nipple causing me to shudder.
He picked up speed and his thrusts became more intense, slamming into me repeatedly. I cried out in bliss from his ministrations.
" You are gonna came me cum." I told him staring into his eyes.
His eyes darkened. " I know, you are." he affirmed.
" Yes, baby." I moaned. I rubbed myself against him feeling his thickness fill me.
He grasped my waist and rolled us over, putting himself in control. He pinned me beneath him and fucked me savagely, his thrusts powerful and deep.
" Ahhh!" I cried out, my body shivering in ecstasy. " Make me yours." I begged.
He grunted, his expression twisted in pleasure. " Mine." he muttered. " Only mine."
His body tensed and his cock pulsed inside of me. He growled and spilt himself into me, filling my hole with his load.
I orgasmed around him, squeezing his dick and milking him for more.
We stayed connected for a few moments, breathing heavily, sweat dripping on our bodies.
I rolled my hips around his sensitive length. " You did good, baby." I made him moan. " But mommy demands more."
He sighed happily but concern. " I'll do my best." he promised.
" Oh baby, I won't let you do anything less than your best and more." I rolled us once more. " You stay still and let me take care of you."
He nodded. " Whatever you want."
I began to move my hips slowly, rotating and grinding around his semi-erect cock. His breath hitched in response.
"You want my mouth again?" I teased. He nodded vigorously.
I crawled down his body and took him into my mouth, sucking and licking his head and shaft.
His member grew bigger in my mouth as I pleasured it with my tongue. His hips bucked up as I sucked him, eager for more of me.
He gasped and claimed me on him, I aligned him at my entrance and sank onto him, taking his length in one go.
He cursed at the feeling of my inner walls gripping his hardness. His eyes roamed my body, drinking in the view of me on top of him.
I rocked my hips, taking him deep into my core. His hands kneaded my ass as I bounced on his dick.
I leaned down and kissed him, moaning at the feeling of his tongue in my mouth. He sucked my bottom lip and nibbled on my neck.
I moved my hips faster, increasing the pace of our coupling. His hand reached down and rubbed my clit, causing me to moan louder.
" Yes!" I shouted as he rubbed my bud with his fingers. " You know how to make me  feel good."
His hand felt magical on my body, playing my clit. I rode him harder and harder, feeling my orgasm approaching rapidly.
" Baby, try to hold back." I warned him, my body gave in and gushed out a torrent of liquid all over his stomach and cock.
I kept grinding on him through my climax, my muscles clenched around him.
He grunted in pain and pleasure. " Mommy!" he cried out.
I held him still inside of me during my climax.
I leaned in, kissing his lips eagerly. " Bravo, you didn't come yet." I praised him. " Now do all you desire to  me."
His eyes darkened in desire. " Turn around." he demanded. I complied, crawling on my hands and knees in front of him.
" Spread your legs." he ordered. I did as told.
" What a beautiful ass you have." he complimented, slapping my cheeks lightly.
I moaned at the sting. " Harder, baby. Spank it."
He obliged smacking me harder, reddening my skin.
" Now, fuck it." I demanded. He didn't hesitate to plunge into me from behind, driving his cock deep inside of me.
His thrusts were brutal and relentless, he slapped my ass every time he bottomed out into me. My pussy clenched around him in pleasure.
" Ohhh!" I screamed.
His grip on my hip tightened as he fucked me wildly, his balls slapping against my thighs. His grunts were becoming more desperate and loud.
I leaned forward, bracing myself on the headboard. He bent over me and grabbed my tits, fondling and twisting them. His hot breath brushed against my ear.
" You like this?" he panted. " Being fucked by your son?"
"Yes." I breathed out. " More." I pleaded.
His fingers found my clit and rubbed it vigorously. I was close to reaching my climax again.
" Cum with me." I ordered.
He didn't argue. " I'm going to cum!" he shouted and slammed into me one last time before he emptied himself inside of me.
I squeezed his cock as he released his seed, milking him for all his worth. He collapsed on top of me, spent.
We remained there for a few minutes, his weight pressing down on me and his breath on my skin. His member still inside of me.
" That was great baby." I praised him.
He rolled off me and we cuddled in bed. " Thanks." he replied.
" You deserve it." I caressed his cheek. " I love you." I admitted.
"And I love you too, mum." he answered me. His eyes were heavy with exhaustion, his eyelids drooping shut. I watched him fall asleep, lulled by the rhythm of my heartbeat. I wrapped my arms around him and fell asleep too.
I woke up by the tip of his fingers tracing different paths on my body, his eyes looked at me with utter devotion.  " Hi." he greeted me.
We cuddled for a bit, he got more clingy and affectionate than ever. " Baby, you gotta think to find a girlfriend sooner or later." I stated.
He frowned and squeezed my flesh in his hand. " Do not say blasphemous things." he hissed. " I won't leave you alone NEVER."
I smirked. " That's my boy."
Flesh pressed on flesh, as we explored each other’s bodies with carnal abandon. Together we steadily built to a crescendo of ecstasy. Our faces contorted with bliss,  our breaths quickened, and our bodies tensed. We were one being, united in our mutual pleasure.
We crested the wave of rapture together. I cried out, overcome with euphoria, as he filled me with his essence. His cries mingled with mine, creating a symphony of passion.
As our bodies calmed, he collapsed on me. We shared a tender kiss, savouring the remnants of our climax. We basked in the glow of our union, our souls entwined in love.  Our embrace was eternal, a testament to the depth of our bond. We knew that nothing could ever sever the ties that bound us together.
In the silence that followed, we shared a moment of pure understanding. Our connection transcended the boundaries of familial relations, and we were one in spirit and flesh. Our love was pure, untainted by the judgement of others. We had discovered our brand of heaven, right here on earth.
Together, we embarked on a journey of endless exploration, driven by the burning fire of our desires. Every day brought new experiences, fresh adventures that fueled our passion. Our love thrived in the secrecy of our sanctuary, free from the world's prying eyes.
In our hidden paradise, we indulged in a life of hedonistic pleasures, surrendering ourselves to the whims of our hearts. We revelled in the ecstasy of our love, secure in the knowledge that we were truly, madly, deeply in love.

PART 2 OF THE BUCKYxLOKI’S BROTHER PLEASE!! (And thank you)
Tumblr media
He's Cute Pt. 2
pairing: bucky barnes x male reader tags: date night, cute moments between bucky and reader, protective bucky, reader having eyes only for his man, couldn't help myself so we have some jealous bucky
The morning sun cast a warm glow on the bustling New York street as you and Bucky left the Avengers Tower, side by side, for your much-anticipated coffee date. You could practically feel Bucky’s heartbeat thrumming—his energy was a mix of nerves and excitement, hidden behind a carefully maintained cool exterior.
Still, you caught the way he’d sneak glances at you, how he kept a polite but protective distance between you and the street, and how his hand hovered near the small of your back whenever you paused to look in a shop window. If there was one thing you’d learned about James “Bucky” Barnes, it was that beneath the stoic shell, he was a sweet, attentive soul.
When you reached the little coffee shop a few blocks away, the sweet aroma of espresso and baked goods made you inhale appreciatively. Bucky let you step in first, his eyes still straying to you while you gawked at the menu board.
“Wow,” you murmured, half to yourself. “So many options. Mocha latte, flat white, salted caramel… Are these incantations?”
Bucky suppressed a grin, remembering the first time you’d asked that. “No magic, promise,” he said, nudging your shoulder gently. “What are you in the mood for?”
Before you could answer, the barista—a cheerful guy in his mid-twenties with a neat man-bun and bright green apron—leaned over the counter, practically beaming at you. “Hey there! First time, huh? Don’t worry, I can help you pick the perfect drink,” he offered, sliding an elbow onto the counter in a move that was definitely meant to come off as suave.
You blinked, oblivious to the barista’s flirty smile. “That’s kind of you,” you said politely. “I’ve only tried a couple coffees so far.”
“Awesome,” the barista replied, eyes dancing with interest. “You should let me whip up a custom latte just for you. Something sweet, with a little extra foam on top, maybe a heart design…”
Bucky cleared his throat, stepping forward so that his broad shoulder was just enough in the barista’s line of sight to cut off the direct gaze. “He’ll have a caramel macchiato,” Bucky said firmly, voice low in a way that suggested the barista hurry it up. “And I’ll take a black coffee.”
The barista’s smile faltered, eyeing Bucky with a mix of confusion and polite fear. “Sure thing.”
As the barista fiddled with the espresso machine, you turned to Bucky, eyes sparkling. “I didn’t realize there were so many specialized drinks. Custom lattes?”
Bucky’s jaw unclenched, and he mustered a small, reassuring smile for you. “Yeah, they get creative. But trust me, you’ll like the macchiato.”
Once you two collected your drinks, you picked out a cozy table near the window. The morning light bathed you in a soft glow that made your hair look…well, downright ethereal, if Bucky were being honest. And from the corner of his eye, he noticed more than one patron shooting glances your way.
You sipped your caramel macchiato, eyes lighting up at the sweet, creamy flavor. “This is wonderful!”
Bucky felt a surge of pride, as if he’d personally crafted the drink. “Glad you like it,” he said, resisting the urge to reach out and brush his fingers across your knuckles. Before the conversation could deepen, another interruption arrived—this time a fellow customer who lingered by the pastry display, giving you a once-over before sauntering over.
“Good morning,” she said, flipping her hair with a practiced flourish. “I haven't seen you here before."
You, perpetually polite, offered a friendly nod. “Yes, I’m new to Midg—New York. It’s very different from home.”
She giggled, eyes trailing over your features. “Well, if you need a local guide, I live right around the corner.” She lowered her voice, leaning in conspiratorially, “And I know all the best spots.”
Your eyebrows lifted in genuine curiosity. “Really? That sounds interesting.”
Bucky’s grip on his coffee cup tightened until his knuckles turned white. He cleared his throat, but she didn’t budge—she seemed more than happy to ignore him entirely, focusing on you like a hawk. “Yeah,” she continued. “I could show you a real good time. How about—”
“He’s good,” Bucky cut in, voice dangerously soft. He stared her down, his intense blue eyes flicking to her face with a distinct warning.
She blinked, finally noticing the murderously protective glint in his gaze. “Oh—are you two…?”
“Yes,” Bucky said bluntly, not even letting the question hang.
You, still oblivious, looked between them. “We’re on a date,” you added helpfully, as though trying to clarify.
The woman looked between you, Bucky, and his metal arm resting on the table. An awkward laugh escaped her. “My mistake. Enjoy your coffee.” She walked off, adjusting her purse with forced nonchalance.
As soon as she was gone, you turned back to Bucky, your expression perplexed. “She was hitting on me, right? Is that like a phrase, ‘hitting on someone?’ Because you said—”
“Yeah,” Bucky confirmed, irritation still simmering just behind his calm veneer. “She was.”
“Oh,” you murmured, taking another sip of your drink. “Well, that’s not a problem, is it? I mean, people here are friendly…”
Bucky exhaled heavily, some of the tension leaving his shoulders. He reached across the table, lightly brushing the back of your hand. “You’re too nice for your own good,” he said softly. “Just...it gets on my nerves when strangers try to pick you up right in front of me.”
Understanding dawned on you, and your eyes softened. “I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to make you uncomfortable.”
He shook his head, giving a dismissive little shrug. “Not your fault at all. I just…might have a jealous streak, I guess.”
A warm smile curved your lips. “That’s kind of sweet. In a protective way.”
Your words made him relax, and he actually managed a genuine, sheepish grin. “Glad you think so.”
With the interlopers gone, you and Bucky finally got some quieter moments. You asked him about the differences between the 1940s and modern times—he gave you quick anecdotes about old radio shows, dime coffees, and awkward attempts to use smartphones now. In return, you regaled him with tales of Asgard—though you stuck to the less epic parts, not wanting to overshadow the mundane joy of a simple coffee date.
Sometimes Bucky would reach out and tap the rim of your cup with his vibranium fingers, almost like he wanted an excuse to brush against your hand. More than once, your gentle laughter made him forget the rest of the café altogether. That is, until your phone chimed with a text—a reminder from Tony about some meeting in a couple of hours.
“Guess we need to head back soon?” Bucky asked, trying and failing to hide his disappointment.
You nodded regretfully, finishing the last sweet sip of your drink. “Seems so. We can’t exactly ditch the meeting, can we? Tony would… he’d probably show up here with an Iron Man suit,” you joked.
Bucky gave a small smirk. “He’s petty like that.”
With some reluctance, you both stood, disposing of your cups and stepping out into the warm late-morning air. The short walk back to Avengers Tower was surprisingly pleasant, even with the occasional sideways glances from passersby who recognized one of Earth’s Mightiest Heroes. Bucky kept close to you, occasionally brushing his shoulder against yours, as if to remind everyone this is my date.
The moment you stepped through the Tower doors, though, you found yourselves ambushed by the rest of the team loitering in the lobby—clearly waiting. Tony, arms crossed over his chest, grinned like a cat who caught the canary. Steve, Sam, Clint, and Natasha stood behind him in a loose huddle, each wearing various degrees of curiosity and mischief.
“Would you look at that,” Tony drawled, “our resident star-crossed duo has returned.”
Sam smirked. “Didn’t think a simple coffee run would take this long. Or is that code for something else?”
Clint raised an eyebrow suggestively. “‘Coffee run?’ That’s a new one.”
Bucky glowered at them, ears turning pink. “It was just coffee. And we walked.”
“Walked,” Tony echoed, lips twisting in an exaggerated pout. “Uh-huh, I’m sure.”
You, still glowing from the morning’s events, decided to speak up. “There was coffee, yes, and a few people...tried to start a conversation.”
Natasha picked up on your hint of confusion. “Tried to start a conversation? That’s a polite way of saying they were hitting on you in front of Bucky?”
You nodded earnestly, unwittingly dropping the bomb the team was waiting for. “Yes, actually! Twice, in fact. Bucky was not pleased.”
A collective gasp and a few stifled laughs rippled through the group. Sam hooted, patting Bucky’s shoulder. “Oh man, did you go all Winter Soldier on them? Metal arm intimidation?”
Bucky shrugged off Sam’s hand, trying to maintain dignity. “I just told them to buzz off. That’s all.”
Tony snickered. “I can see it now: ‘Move along, buddy, or you’ll be meeting Mr. Vibranium.’”
Steve, at least, tried to look sympathetic. “Glad it went okay, though. The date, I mean.”
“It was nice,” you said, the corners of your mouth lifting in a sincere smile. “Very…sweet.” You turned to Bucky, stepping closer. “Thank you for showing me more of Midgard’s culture.”
Before Bucky could form a reply, you leaned in and planted a quick, affectionate kiss on his cheek. The lobby erupted in whoops and cackles. Sam feigned swooning against Clint, who patted his forehead dramatically. Tony cupped a hand to his ear as though straining to hear wedding bells. Bucky froze, eyes going wide, heat rushing to his face. But the grin that broke out was nothing short of radiant.
“Oh, that’s how it is, huh?” Tony teased, crossing his arms with a smug grin. “Looks like we’re gonna have to start calling you guys ‘Sugar and Spice.’”
Clint made an exaggerated smooching sound. “Or do we call you both ‘Buzz Off!’ and ‘He’s Mine!’”
Bucky grumbled something incoherent, but he still looked over at you with soft eyes that said he didn’t regret a thing.

Your request are open so could you maybe write a Felix neighbor au? I think he has boy next door vibes.
-🍒 anon
Tumblr media
summary: Felix moves in next door and you hit it off immediately due to your shared passion for baking.
genre: fluff, neighbor au
words: 2.4k
The cold was moving through the empty corridors of yn's apartment complex. Winter announced itself with icy temperatures, which were still not enough for snow, and bare trees. It was a lonely, characterized by winter depressions. People wrapped up alone in their sofa blankets and tried to compensate for their problems with cookies and cheesy Christmas movies. Like every year, yn was one of those people. Kevin Alone at Home was her go-to, but just as she was about to start the fourth rerun of her favorite chrismas movie with a slice of freshly baked apple pie, there was a knock at the door.
Groaning, she untangled herself from her pile of blankets and hurried to the door. When she opened it, a handsome young man stood in front of her in the run-down and definitely not heated hallway. however, his broad smile had a warm glow, like hot chocolate with marshmallows, which made up for the lack of heating and immediately captivated her.
"Hey, I'm Felix. It looks like I'm your new neighbor." He beamed at her as if he couldn't imagine anything better than living next door to her, even if yn would have lost a lot of enthusiasm in his place after seeing the cracked walls and broken radiators. That's why she admired him all the more for his positive disposition as he chatted away happily. He was obviously a real social butterfly.
"I moved here for my work. I'm actually from Sydney, but a well-known dance school made me an offer I couldn't refuse, so I traveled halfway around the world for a bit." He laughed, a laugh as warm and hearty as his charisma.
"I really like it here so far. Ah, before I forget! I brought you some brownies. They're my specialty and I thought a welcome gift would go down well with the neighbors. I don't want to make myself unpopular." He laughed again. As if this personification of kindness and joy could ever make himself unpopular, but she was happy to take brownies anyway. She doubted that he could match her own, baking was her specialty after all, but she had to give him a chance.
"Thank you very much for the brownies... don't worry, the people who live on this floor are all grumpy housewives or old businessmen anyway. They hate you with or without brownies... At least I found all my welcome muffins in the trash outside a day later." yn laughed as she looked at Felix's horrified face.
"How can one be so mean?" he asked indignantly. Yn shrugged her shoulders.
"They're all bitter and have to take it out on their fellow human beings I guess..."
"Well then, promise me that at least you'll actually try my brownies. It would be too bad if all of them were thrown away." Yn giggled as she took the plate of still-warm brownies and nodded in response to his request.
"Promise!" He smiled at her from ear to ear and shyly she waved goodbye to him for now, even though as she closed the door she had a feeling that she would see him again sooner than she thought.
~☆~
The warm light from the ceiling lamp, together with the dimmed moonlight, was the only thing that illuminated the small kitchen, which was in the midst of the usual chaos that night-time stress baking brings for yn. Bowls were piled up in the sink, cutlery, any other baking utensils and food such as leftover sugar or eggshells scattered across the worktop.
She carefully weighed the ingredients and mixed them in her bowl. A little sugar, then the butter, but when she added the flour, the scale showed far too low a number. She needed at least twice as much for the amount prescribed in the recipe. However, she had already used up the entire contents of her packet. Sighing, she looked around her kitchen. There was no way this little amout of flour would be enought for the cake she wanted to bake.
But as it was the middle of the night, she didn't really feel like going out into the unsafe streets of her town to look for flour in a Convince store. So she really only had one option. Wait until the next day began and then continue baking. Resigned, she washed her hands and was about to watch her favorite show on the couch for the thousandth time when she thought of another option.
So she hesitantly entered the long hallway that connected her apartment to the others on her floor in her cute dog slippers. Carefully, she headed for her new neighbor's door. Felix had brought her his tasty brownies. That had to mean that there was at least a chance that he had flour at home.
She knocked on his door, barely audibly, before her courage could leave her. At first nothing stirred behind the walls and as she was about to give up and shuffle back to her apartment, she heard footsteps and soft rustling behind the still closed door. She hurriedly ran her hands through her hair, regretting that she had decided to do this, when the door opened.
Felix stood in the doorway. His hair was disheveled and his eyes narrowed. His freckles were clearly visible in the dimmed light of the hallway lamp and played around his soft facial features. But then her gaze wandered a little further down, too far down, because she realized that his top was completely missing. He had obviously forgotten to put on a T-shirt.
Her cheeks burned and she jerked her gaze away, even though she couldn't deny that she would have loved to keep looking at his well-formed six-pack. She covered her eyes with her hand to shield her bright red face from him.
"Oh..." his voice sounded even deeper than during the day, but one could still hear the embarrassment in it.
"I'm incredibly sorry! Give me a second!" He disappeared again and returned shortly afterwards, this time wearing a loose hoodie that completely covered his well-trained upper body.
"Hey!" Despite his tired eyes, he stole a glance at her.
"Hi, um... I was wondering if you had any flour left... i started baking and well... of course i didn't realize until much too late that i didn't have enough flour." Embarrassed, she stuttered her explanation. She desperately tried to banish the image of his body in her mind. Her neighbor laughed and then nodded.
"Of course I've got flour, what do you think of me? After all, my famous brownies don't bake themselves!" She had to giggle at his feigned offense. It made her relax a little again. Yn waited while he disappeared into his apartment to fetch her flour. But when he brought a 10 kilo bag instead of a small package, she was amazed.
"What do you need so much flour for?" she asked in horror.
"Do you think baking is a joke for me?" Felix just laughed and heaved the sack towards her apartment. He carefully put the flour down in her kitchen.
"You can keep the rest. I've got about six of the sacks left." He had to chuckle when she gasped in astonishment. How could one person ever use so much flour?
"Don't ask, it was a housewarming gift from my friends. They thought they had to celebrate my move by making me bake more brownies for them." Felix laughed, obviously reveling in happy memories of his friends. Yn had to giggle too, as this action sounded all too much like something her own friends would do. Her best friend had once told her that she would kill for her cake and she had meant it.
"Thank you for the flour. Are you sure you don't want me to bring you back the rest?"
"No, it's all good. But I would really appreciate a slice of whatever it is you're making." Felix winked at her, which turned her stomach, and the tingling sensation that followed replaced the previously very dominant desire for something sweet. He waved goodbye and Felix had already disappeared from her apartment, but his presence could still be felt in her glowing cheeks and trembling fingers.
~☆~
In the weeks that followed, she saw Felix again and again. She didn't quite understand it yet, but he triggered strange feelings in her that she couldn't interpret. But one thing was certain: she felt drawn to him, wanted to crouch down next to him when he stroked a cat outside her apartment complex, take his hand when he brought her mail up or hug him when he praised her cake.
And obviously this feeling of attraction was mutual, because one day when yn came home from work stressed out, she found a plate of brownies and a card on her doorstep. Curious, she bent down to find a neatly handwritten note from her neighbor.
'Hi, hi, if you have another flour emergency or just want to text, here's my number.
p.s. I hope you like the brownies >3'
She stared perplexedly at the digits that added up to his number. Slowly she typed the them into her phone, double-checking each number. Then she typed a cautious 'hey'
~☆~
Y/n stood on the friendly doormat and knocked on the door diagonally opposite hers with her cake box in hand. She had actually baked a cake because her parents were coming over today, but a few minutes ago they had canceled at short notice and Y/n really didn't feel up to eating a whole cheesecake by herself. So she hoped that Felix would take some of her cake. After all, it wasn't unusual for the two of them to provide each other with homemade baked goods of any kind.
When the door opened, however, she was not greeted by Felix's friendly face but looked directly into the eyes of a young man with a mischievous grin. Yn noticed how round his cheeks were as he shouted over his shoulder:
"Guys! It's Felix's baking girl from next door and he wasn't exaggerating, she really does look like a goddess!" Pure chaos then broke out. Numerous voices could be heard from the apartment, shouting and screaming and, if yn wasn't mistaken, something must have fallen over and broken.
"Jisung! Leave her alone, stop that shit!" Felix could be heard shouting, but the man he was obviously talking to only turned to her and winked. She felt her cheeks grow hot as she watched Felix fight his way down the corridor to the door in record time. He pushed his friend into the apartment and closed the door behind him.
Relieved, he leaned against it, his eyes closed, and yet he felt yn's questioning gaze on him.
"sorry, i'm sooo sorry! My friends can be a bit much. Please tell me you don't hate me, because I could understand thst after Jisung." He looked at her absently and yn started snorting.
"That was fucking weird!" She laughed, which brought a lovesick look to Felix's face that she didn't seem to notice. He didn't know what it was, but he would do anything to see her smile. It sweetened his every day. Felix often heard that he was a ray of sunshine, but he had never seen such a radiance as when she laughed. It fascinated him like nothing else and suddenly he had an infinitely strong desire to hold her close to him. When she had wiped the tears of laughter from her eyes, she held up the cake expectantly.
"I baked a cake, but my visitor canceled. I just wanted to ask if you'd like a slice or two but it looks like you've got a whole horde of people in there so you might as well have the whole thing. " She held the cake out to him expectedly, but instead of taking it, he stared at her lips.
There was a change in the atmosphere, it was full of electricity and tension now. Suddenly she realized how little space there was between them and yet she wanted nothing more than to close the gap. Carefully, she took a step closer to him. Yn studied his face, his brown eyes, the position of his freckles and his rosy lips. Were they as soft as they looked?
There were only a few centimeters separating them. Slowly, as if he wanted to give her the opportunity to run away at any time, he approached her. Every millimeter he bridged made them both smile more. She used her free hand to claw at his top in a desperate attempt to somehow stop herself from floating away in happiness. When they finally pressed their lips together, grinning, it was like biting into a sugary cookie. Her dopamine level continued to rise along with her pulse. She felt his warm, soft lips on hers. They moved together, even if her happy grin made the task more difficult. Their breaths became one as they broke away and Felix smiled gently, resting his forehead on hers.
He felt like he could say this way forever but his plans were interupted as his apartment door, against which he was still leaning, suddenly opened behind him.
A small scream escaped him and he flew to the floor with a thud. His friends, who had opened the door, burst out laughing. Yn recognized Felix's friend jisung, who had also opened the door for her earlier. He rolled on the floor laughing, but when his eyes landed on the cake in her hand, his eyes grew huge.
"Is the cheesecake for us?" he asked between pleading and excitement. Yn laughed and nodded. With a happy smile, he took the cake from yn and whizzed back into Felix's apartment, a few of his friends followed him, others stayed behind with her and Felix, who had meanwhile managed to pull himself up from the floor.
"I'm off then." she said, a little embarrassed and avoided looking Felix directly in the eye, as she could already feel the temperature rising in her cheeks. She hastily turned around and fled to her own apartment, where she would spend the next few hours analyzing the situation with her best friend over the phone but before she closed the door her eyes met his and she shot him a loving grin. A promise that this was not the last kiss.

Y/n wiped her hands, drying off the tiny droplets of water that still clung to her skin like a lifeline after having put away the brownie’s in the oven to bake. Just as she tossed the washcloth towelette back to its shelf, the front door clicked open, the soft sound of keys jingling reaching her ears.
She smiled to herself when her husband called out. "Y/n! I’m back!"
She waddled over to the hallway leading to the door, eyes instantly finding the soft hazel ones that she loved so much. He grinned at her, lifting the bag in his hand.
"Guess what I brought you."
Y/n’s eyes zeroed in on the bag, racking her brain, trying to remember if she had mentioned wanting something as she shuffled closer. "Chocolates?"
He shook his head, following her movements with his eyes.
"Hmm… pastries?"
He shook his head again, and Y/n gave up.
"I don’t know. What is it?"
"Remember you told me last night that you wanted to make brownies? I brought you all the ingredients."
His eyes twinkled as he said the words, a slight shake of excitement in his hands as he analyzed Y/n’s face for her reaction.
Y/n, on the other hand, was trying hard not to burst into laughter as she stepped closer to him. "Oh mother, Az! Thank you so much."
He giggled- giggled- as she took the bag from him, his cheeks tinted red.
Y/n had only just moved in with her husband a month ago, and their relationship had moved fairly quickly. Since the day he had fallen into the river, Y/n could not stop thinking about him, and had met up with him constantly. Before six months were over, Y/n had been married to him and moved in.
Azriel being anything but a spooky shadowsinger still shocked her sometimes.
Y/n only smiled in return to his happy little giggles and took his hand. "My love, why don’t you go take a shower and I’ll get the brownies ready?"
Azriel pouted, but nodded nonetheless as he glanced down at their joined hands.
Y/n watched him go, then hurried into the kitchen and began putting away the things he had brought, cutting packages and emptying them into their respective containers. She needed to be done before he came back down to make it seem like she hadn’t already made the brownies.
So panicked she was hiding everything, she did not hear the almost quiet footsteps approaching her.
"Sweetheart?"
She froze, turning her head slightly to smile awkwardly at Azriel, who stared at her with furrowed brows.
"Hey Azzie."
"What are you doing? I thought you were going to make brownies?"
"I uh… I am!"
"Then why are you putting the groceries away?"
Y/n leaned against the counter, feeling a small bead of sweat rolling down her back. "I- I am not. I’m just putting them in their containers before making he brownies-"
He chuckled, and Y/n’s eyes flew to his face, finding him smirking. "Y/n, you do realise I am the spymaster?"
Y/n swallowed, looking down at her feet like a child being chided.
He stepped closer, pinching her chin between his fingers. "Sweetheart, did you think I’d be upset over something so small?"
Y/n pouted up at him. "I didn’t want you to feel bad or anything."
"Sweetheart, the only thing I’m mad about is that you didn’t let me help you." He laughed, grabbing her shoulders and pulling her into his space. She let him, resting her head on his chest, fiddling with a buckle in her fingers reach as he wrapped his arm around her shoulder. The other one went around her waist, his palm big enough to span a considerable amount of it.
He squeezed her tight, and Y/n circled her own arms around his waist to attempt to be closer to him.
"Azzie-"
"Hush. I don’t want to hear it if it is an apology, which I can tell it is."
Y/n sighed, nuzzling her face into his neck.
"I love you."
He mumbled the words back into her ear, swaying lightly.
"So… when can I eat these infamous brownies?"

Teasing my Orc Neighbour.
Male!Orc x Fem!reader ~ No condoms, oral (fem receiving), fingering, very very mild degradation (use of like once) , small angst??? p in v boinking.
Word Count: just over 3k.
A/N: this was inspired by someones imagine I seen and I cannot for the life of me remember who, and I liked it.. but I like so many things that it's so lost now. if you know who, please tag them?? Pardon any spelling mistakes or tense errors :))
Credit: A very kind person tagged the lovely and very talented @bunnis-monsters and their post for my inspo! Thank you very much to both of you, esp bunni!! check out their work if you haven't already :))
It starts when I move in. When I find myself swamped with boxes and furniture after friends bailed on helping empty the moving truck. A big box in my arms when a large shadow appears beside me. An orc who introduces himself as Varek, gesturing to the house next to mine. He is over a head taller than me, and after I accept his help, he gently takes the boxes from me, and I don’t lift a hand for the rest of the day.
To my delight the hunk is single, and I allow myself to admire him as the sun of a spring morning glimmers on the bulging muscles under his dark green skin. Long shiny black hair braided intricately, with beads decorating some strands. His tusks aren’t terribly large and are chiselled with sigils. His stomach has the perfect paunch, and I wonder dreamily how it would feel as he thrusts his cock inside me.
Well built with wide shoulders I could easily picture my nails digging into. When his eyes connect with mine, I can’t help the sultry little smile that graces my lips. I trail my gaze approvingly up his tall, enticing body in a gesture I hope he takes as an invitation, just to find him blushing and looking away when I catch his eye again. A giggle escapes my throat, he is just so scrumptious and adorable. I can’t wait to get my lips on him.
I just didn’t realize I would wait so long. Well, it felt like an unreasonable amount of time, yet it had only been a few months. It was August now, and I had made a constant effort to get his attention, to push him to a breaking point so that he would fuck me already. Yet he was either blind or uninterested, and I refused to believe it was the latter. Short skirts, revealing shirts. Leaving the curtains up on the side of the house that faced his and walking around in a bra and panties, knowing if he was out in his yard or looked out his window he would catch a glimpse.
Going out for my mail when he did, and dropping something solely to bend over provocatively just to give him a look at what he was missing. Still, when I peeked at him over my shoulder, he would be trying to keep his eyes anywhere but on my body. And after each interaction I swore the bulge in his pants would be more noticeable than when I first approached.
It was a slightly too warm Friday evening when I have enough of the waiting. Freshly baked muffins sit contently in a container on my table, and I stare at myself in the mirror, primping and fussing with my outfit. A pretty sage green sundress that is slightly too short, with a tie up front that reveals my tits quite nicely. My boobs aren’t huge, but the design of the bust on this thing really made them noticeable. I leave my hair down in its natural state, and turn, admiring the curve of my ass. I filled it out perfectly, even my soft jiggly tummy could be seen. I felt hot and eager, like the simplest touch from his giant hands would have me on my hands and knees, presenting my cunt to him.
I smooth the front of my dress down as I walk to the door with muffins in hand. Nervousness floods my body, and I can’t help the anxious look I throw his front door as I walk down my driveway and up his. I take a deep breath before tilting my shoulders back just the right amount before stepping up on his deck and hitting his doorbell.
To my surprise the door opens almost instantly, and the little grin that turns my lips up is genuine. He must have been at the door waiting for me to knock. Or… Intending to leave as I walked up, but a guilty little glance up and down his body shows no sign of his wallet or keys. Dressed in simple jeans and a tee, he appears to be getting ready to wind down for the night.
“Hello Var.”
He seems mildly embarrassed though a small smile does appear on his face, and he shifts his weight from one leg to the other. “Oh uh, hi. How are you?”
So sweet. “I’m well, thank you handsome.” I say with a cheeky wink. “What about you? I brought you some muffins. Freshly baked, too.”
Eyebrows raising in surprise, he takes the container from me and cracks the lid. I watch as he sniffs the air, groans and licks his lips. The tusks on either side also get some tongue action and the heat spilling into my belly is involuntary as I find myself jealous of them. I clear my throat and he jumps, looking back at me.
“Would you like to come inside?” His voice is deep and tempting.
Rather you cum inside me, but oh well. I’d take what I could get, and hopefully by the end of the night, it would be his cock. “I’d love to.”
Not giving him enough time to step back, I squeeze in beside him, hoping he is getting a good look down my dress, and promptly bend over slightly to unbuckle my sandals. There is a cough from behind me and I stand back up, giving him as innocent of a look as I can muster, but it is hard to contain the fiendish glint in my eyes.
His eyes trace my frame, but he slowly shakes his head and starts to lead the way into the house. Being my first time over, I am pleasantly surprised to see that it is warmly decorated, trinkets and small sculptures sit on shelves, with a full book shelf in the corner of his living room. I eye the few pillows on the orc sized extra-large couch and decide that would be a splendid place to ride him into oblivion. Var turns to the right into the kitchen, and I wander over to the couch. Standing at the back, I run my hand over the soft cushioned top, and realize that if he bent me over it, my legs would probably dangle. The idea sends a shiver up my spine, and another wave of arousal courses though my veins.
I hear him enter the room and turn to look. He carries four muffins on a plate, and a pitcher of water in the other.
“Are you thirsty?” He asks sitting them down on the coffee table in front of the couch.
I hum, run my tongue over my lips and in the most seductive voice I can manage, speak. “I’m very thirsty, but not just for water.”
His cheeks burn anew. “Would…” He stumbles, “would you like iced tea then, maybe?”
Shaking my head, I urge him to sit on the couch and wander off into his kitchen to find a couple tall glasses filled with ice cubes on the island. Returning, I place both glasses down and fill them with the pitcher. Taking one, I hand it to him and grab my own, the condensation already beading on the glass and covering the palm of my hand.
“Thank you.” A shy smile causes the corners of his eyes to crease, and I grin up at him as I sit down, our thighs touching as I cross my leg over the other and lean into him, skirt hiked up precariously high. Laying my left hand on his knee, I give it a testing squeeze.
“You’re so shy, darling.” I say softly as I look up at him through my eyelashes. “So shy, you leave a girl wondering if you’re immune to her advances.”
His lovely green cheeks tinge with red, and his eyes fixate on my neck.
“I… You… Well-” He stammers.
Withdrawing, I eye him carefully. “Ever since I moved in, I have barely refrained from throwing myself at your feet and begging you to fuck my brains out.”
Sitting my glass down on the coffee table, I lean forward slightly, imploring him to answer, and return my hands to my lap.
“This whole time you’ve seemed unmoved and almost uninterested, and I desperately need to know if you’re into me like I am you, Var.” I cringe. “I don’t want you to feel pressured either, but I suppose I’ve made a mess of that.”
Our eyes connect, each searching the others face for a sign, and the air feels heavy and tense around us. My heart races and I’m about to stand when he reaches for me, his big hands pushing me back into the couch as he hovers over me, our mouths a breath away. His demeanour changes, and I feel something I never expected from him. Dominance.
“You have driven me wild since you arrived here, little flower. Flaunting that gorgeous body,” He nudges my legs apart, and a deep groan escapes him as my skirt falls away, revealing my unclothed cunt. Settling his hips against my own, I gasp and press my fingers to his shoulders, disbelieving.
“Every moment of the past few months has been filled with thoughts of you, that plump ass and those stunning tits. Your beautiful face and sweet laugh. I want to bury myself between these juicy thighs and feast on your sweet cunt for the rest of my life. Each day I stroke my cock to the thought of you beneath me, above me, owning me and owning you. Filling this pretty pussy with my cock and pulling away to watch my cum drip out of you,” His hips rock against me, the sensation of the jeans over his cock makes my eyes roll back as I whimper. I clench around nothing, and it feels as if my soul begs for him.
His nose runs up my neck, and I tilt my head to the side, shivering as his tusks brush against my delicate skin. “I want to devour you, worship you, lay myself before you and beg for every inch of your being. You have driven me mad from the moment I laid eyes on you, even just the scent of you makes me rock hard.”
My head feels foggy as his lips touch my jaw, and he turns my face toward him. “Will you take me, sweet flower?”
Nodding feverishly, I crash my mouth to his, and the kiss is feral. Months of lust drove to a peak and finally shoved over the edge. I nip and lick at his lips, and our tongues touch, reaching and taking, offering and seeking. We pull apart, breath laboured and his forehead rests against mine. He takes up my half-lidded vision, and it is as if he has already consumed me.
Hooking my ankles together behind his back, I grind up against him and he meets me eagerly with purposeful thrusts, moans escaping us both as we kiss again. He pulls back and I whine, grabbing at his shirt and pulling it up, propping myself up enough that as he takes it off, I can press a kiss to his chest. He pushes me back and I grin up at him as his hands reach for the tie at the front of my dress. The fabric falls away and he gazes at me before taking one in his hand and leaning down, nipping the skin at my collar bone before kissing it and repeating the process as he moves toward my nipple. A little bite and a sweet lick makes my back arch as he turns his attention to my other boob, squeezing and teasing me until I whine loudly and pull him up for a proper kiss.
We part and he hurriedly begins to pull my dress from my body, and as my arms slide free I reach for the button on his pants, fumbling with it before he takes over. I use the few seconds to admire him. His chest is hairy and broad, and the muscles in his arms bulge perfectly. He stands and I watch as he shucks his pants off and my breath catches in my throat at the size of his cock. Thick and long, pre cum already graces the tip and he grips the base, squeezing slightly. I reach for him, eager to take him in hand, but he shakes his head at me and tsks.
“Not yet.” He commands, and I feel myself shiver at the tone.
I settle myself back on the couch, sliding my hands teasingly down my body. Eyes following my movements, he kneels on the couch, gently but firmly taking my shut knees in hand and meeting my eye. I nod my consent and he pushes them apart, sucking in a deep breath as he gazes upon me so intently it makes me squirm. Var drags his hands down the insides of my thighs as he follows them with kisses on the left one. I sigh and watch him through half opened eyes as he closes in on where I want him the most.
Hot breath tickling me, I lace my fingers into his silky black hair and pull him to me completely, unable to wait any longer. His fingers spread me open and his tongue, flat and wide, licks up to my clit eagerly. Teasing me with his fingers, I roll my hips up and a pitiful moan escapes me as he tenderly bites my clit. Tusks framing my pussy as he goes to town, I’m soon lost to the sensation, whimpering and begging for more as he starts to fuck me with his fingers, opening me up for his cock. He braces an arm across my hips and I squeeze my thighs tight around his head as I reach a high that has me trembling and clenching around his fingers.
I stare up at his ceiling, chest heaving as Var crawls up my body, his cock nestling sweetly against my throbbing cunt as he gently strokes my face. I give him a dreamy little grin, returning the gesture but dragging my hand down his neck and caressing his shoulder. His lips meet mine and our kiss is slow and passionate as he rocks his hips against mine slowly.
“You taste so perfect, baby.” He groans. “I can’t wait to feel you stretched out around my cock.”
I shudder and kiss him again. “Then fuck me now.”
He pulls back slightly, and I turn my gaze to where our bodies touch. His dark green skin contrasts against mine perfectly, and I watch as the plump head of his cock drags over my sensitive clit a few times before he notches himself against me. Pushing my one knee down toward my chest and the other to the side, he begins to inch his way inside me. I whine at the stretch, and a breathy grunt leaves his lips. We rock against each other for a while, stretching me out slowly until he fully sinks inside. Tears grace my eyes at the burn and I arch against him as he moans into my neck.
“You feel so good filling me like this.” I sob as he pulls out and thrusts back into me, balls slapping against my ass.
Our movements grow furious and eager, driving me wild and melting me down as I soak his cock. He frees himself and I begin to whine at the loss before he flips me around onto my hands and knees. I arch my back, pushing my plump ass out at him as I wiggle it. His large hand comes down and slaps my ass sharply, though I hear him chuckle deeply as I yelp.
“Asshole.” I mutter as I peer over my shoulder. “Don’t tease.”
His gaze, dark and stuck on my cunt as I wiggle my ass again, does not raise to mine. “You’re a brat, Little Flower. You’ve teased me for months, but you can’t handle it in turn? What a shame.”
I frown, and open my mouth to retort, but he uses a hand to spread my ass cheeks before sliding the tip of his cock over my soaking hole, then sinking inside in one thrust. I swear under my breath and he grunts.
“So fuckin’ tight, baby.” He mutters, watching himself spread me open.
We set a furious pace, his balls smacking against me, though I barely let him pull away before I’m pushing back, his throbbing cock spearing deeper inside my tiny pussy again and again. His breath is heavy in my ear as he leans over my back., so big in every way.
I tremble and gasp as his hand tenderly caresses my plush tummy before arriving at my clit , his finger beginning to make small circles. “I want to feel you cum your pretty little brains out before I fill your slutty cunt up. Come on.”
My eyes roll back into my head on a particularly hard thrust, and I nod feverishly as I clench down around him. “Please, oh my god.” I beg. “Cum inside me.”
I orgasm, shuddering and crying out loudly. Var’s head tilts back and he roars as he cums, hips stuttering as he fills me up. The warmth of him is so overwhelming, I clench down around him as I ride the tail end of my climax, head swimming and face smushed into the cushion. His knees on either side of mine, he pulls me up, leaning back and my full weight causes his cock to push against my cervix. I squirm at the sensation I know shouldn’t feel this good as he turns my head towards him and I whimper into the kiss he places on my lips.
Var kisses down my neck, and I moan softly.
“I’m going to keep this pussy stuffed full for the rest of our lives, Little Flower.” He says darkly. “I’m yours.”
Aching in the best way, I trail my finger over my clit. “And I yours.”

Fluff | Genshin x GN!Reader What Made Them Fall For You?
Xiao, Wanderer/Scaramouche, Diluc
Tumblr media
SUMMARY Headcanons on what makes the genshin pookies fall for you <3
CONTENT Fluff, gender neutral reader, men falling for reader, reader is not traveler but is friends with them, mentions of character's trauma, CHARACTERS ARE 18+
AUTHOUR NOTES I hope to eventually write about all the men >:) it will probably take a while to get to it but I’ll try to keep each one short to encourage myself to finish them all hehe.
Tumblr media
XIAO
I think Xiao would start to fall for you because you see through his tough, mean guy act. You can tell that even though his words are harsh and he’s telling you to leave him alone, he’s just protecting you. You might not see it at first, but as you understand his condition, his karmic debt, you understand him. Your realization makes you feel warm knowing that Xiao is really just an innocent soul who wanted to keep you safe. He wants so badly to never hurt anyone ever again and “repent” in solitude even though he has nothing to really repent for; he was forced to kill by his previous master and his karmic debt only comes from killing the remnants of old gods and absorbing their debt.
You start to hang around him more as a result and, much to Xiao’s dismay, he doesn’t hate it. In fact, he actually enjoys how you reignite the warmth in him, the warmth he hasn’t felt in so long since his fellow Yaksha have passed. But did he want to let you in? Shouldn’t he push you away? He’s been alone for so long, why change that now? He felt like he didn’t deserve to enjoy company again, that he didn’t deserve you and your kindness. But maybe just this time… just once, would he allow it.
WANDERER
I think Wanderer would start to fall for you because you make him feel human emotions like he’s never felt before. He’s always searched for a “heart” in the form of a gnosis, thinking it would make him human and make him feel loved and wanted. But even when he had it, it didn’t feel right. Even now, with his anemo vision, he feels more, but still not what he wants. But with you, it feels perfect. Others would probably describe what he feels as something like “butterflies in my stomach” but since he probably doesn’t really experience physical things like that, being a magical puppet and all, he thinks about how you make his vision glow. When he feels a surge of emotions, it feels like he’s using his vision. It feels powerful, happy, strong, and warm, like how a light breeze feels on a sunny afternoon.
You know about his past, what he did, and how the world wronged him. He’s been so traumatized and can barely comprehend his emotions. So when you reach out to him after he regains his memory and a new anemo vision, you try to help him through his emotions in the gentle way that you do. You’re so soft with him and it makes his vision heart ache. He believes he doesn’t deserve you but you try your best to show him otherwise. As you two get closer, you never really notice, but the wind always picks up just a little bit when he sees you.
DILUC
I think Diluc would start to fall for you because you don’t just see him as “the young and rich son of the Ragnvindr family estate.” You see him for him: Diluc. You see a beautiful soul with a broken heart that has put up walls that he intends to never break down again. Others might think that Diluc is just cold, but you and the others close to him know that no matter how cold he may seem, the pure fire that burns inside him always spreads its warmth to those around him. He’s believed for a while now that barely anyone can see what he’s hiding underneath, that people want him for his money, his property, his material things. But you prove him wrong time and time again. You sweetly say hi to him every time you see him not because you want to put on a facade to get on his good side. You don’t help him break up a fight at the tavern and clean up after because you want a monetary reward. You don’t bake him an adorable strawberry cake for his birthday because you want something back. No, you do it because you care, because you have so much love to give, and Diluc feels so lucky to be a part of your life.
He feels his feelings grow for you as time goes on. He feels you getting closer and he barely hesitates to let you in. You didn’t break down his walls, you politely made a door for yourself to enter and it makes you both laugh to think about it that way. He stays reserved around most others but always holds the door open for you, physically and metaphorically.

AmazingPhil channel marathon musings
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
during a pre-show q&a back in november, in response to a question about what show someone should binge next, dan said they should watch all of the AmazingPhil channel from the start. I was not the person who asked this (nor was I at this show), but regardless I did decide I wanted to take dan’s suggestion seriously. just a few days ago, I finished watching all of AmazingPhil in chronological order. and now i really want to talk about what it was like and why I would recommend marathoning his channel to pretty much anyone—because it was a blast.
I watched all of the 369 currently public AmazingPhil videos over the course of 35 days, which is from my perspective a pretty casual marathon. 369/35 = roughly 11 videos a day, though due to algorithm and monetization policy stuff, phil’s videos became longer in duration around 2015-2016; for many years, most of his videos were around 4 minutes long or less, which for me meant that early on in this marathon I was watching more videos per day, and then later on my pace slowed. phil’s videos with dan are usually pretty long as well, so if I had something like a baking video or wdapteo up next to watch, I might have only watched one or two videos that day.
unsurprisingly, watching all of phil’s videos in order in a relatively short span of time gave me a really cool perspective on how phil has grown as a person and as a YouTuber over the past eighteen years. surprising to me, though, was how I felt like watching his channel in such a linear way felt a bit like coming to know who phil is for the very first time, again. despite having watched his videos for over a decade, i feel like i understand his style and creativity and personality more fully, and in general better, than I did before. watching 2007 phil become 2009 phil become 2011 phil and so on in the span of a few days or a week meant seeing clearly how his sense of humor evolved, how his editing and creativity developed, how his perspectives on life and relationship with his audience shifted. much as when you binge an entire tv or book series and immediately afterwards feel like you’re brimming with information, and have all the context, that’s sort of how I felt. and it was new for me because I’d never done that with phil’s content before—I’d never followed the course of his life the way you might a fictional character’s.
AmazingPhil is also an incredible capsule of 2000s, 2010s, and 2020s Western internet culture, obviously. it’s like an anthropologist from the future with a very hyperspecific thesis topic’s dream treasure horde. what a person can learn about one corner of the world, and one corner of society, from AmazingPhil’s videos is, well, a lot. I see so much cultural value in AmazingPhil, it’s insane. his videos are not sketches, essays, and commentaries on society and life like Dan’s, but I’d make the argument (as I’m sure most of you would) that they’re just as important and critical to helping people understand themselves and the world they live in. and the kind of people they want to be, too, perhaps.
there were also certain videos that stuck with me more than they had in the past. I discovered new favorite videos and videos that I considered more interesting than I previously had. (I tried just now to make a list of some of these but it rapidly got too long, so instead I’ll restrict myself to mentioning only one, a new favorite, from 2021: “I Got Catfished.” - which i think is a fantastic example of phil’s storytelling style). dnp have both said before that they view life as a performance – and phil is without a sliver of doubt a magical and incredible performer. he knows so well how to tell stories with words, pacing, structures, and effects that are hilarious and entertaining; he turns anecdotes from his life into these amazing whimsical pieces of art made in a way no other person has ever made things. YouTube has from the beginning presented him with the perfect way to be creative in a way that suits him. and more than that, i found that it was never even remotely unpleasant to watch his videos every day for over a month. there is simply not an AmazingPhil video that doesn’t bring me joy and make me sit there smiling like a fool. my cheek muscles are probably stronger than they were 35 days ago.
so, to you I say, go: watch all of AmazingPhil, draw your own conclusions from his current oeuvre and deepen your parasocial relationship with Phil Lester in ways you cannot yet comprehend. I really recommend.
(final notes: one side effect of watching all of phil’s videos was being unexpectedly yet thoroughly convinced he does indeed possess psychic talents. even though i don’t believe in magical anything, i do now believe phil lester inherited prescience from his grandmother.)
(also dan is completely right that every time phil changes his hair, he regenerates into an entirely new man.)
(also also I made an AmazingPhil spotify playlist that is highly specific to my music tastes but that anyone is welcome to listen to all the same) ✨🐗💙🥱

A/N: This is my very very late submission for @mercurial-chuckles SMUT-BER fest. This is my first time participating in any contest. This is not beta'd so all mistakes are mine. I'm working on part 2, I can't live with myself if I won't give Steve his happy ending.
@mercurial-chuckles Thankyou for always being so kind and supportive. I appreciate you so much.
Part 1
The smell of freshly baked muffins wafted through the kitchen as Y/n set the breakfast table for her husband and six-year-old son. She heard the soft steps of Liam James Rogers climbing down the stairs as he squealed in excitement and ran into her open arms, “you made muffins, mama...”
“Yes, I did.” She chuckled, peppering kisses on her son’s face. “I pack one muffin in your lunch box as well. I made you an egg sandwich, there’s cheese and cracker and you asked me to put some blueberries, baby finish your lunch, okay?”
“Thank you, mama. You’re the best.” Kissing his forehead, she placed a bowl of cheerio for him on the kitchen island and moved to get her coffee from the counter. She checked the time on her smart watch and shook her head, pouring rest of the coffee in her husband’s travel mug she turned around to holler his name only to found him inches away from her with a smile on his face.
Oh, the way her heart skipped a beat...
Even though his smile wasn’t reaching his eyes, things between them were not exactly great lately, but still her heart yearned for him, for what they used to have.
“Morning, sweetheart.” Steve leaned in and kissed her cheek. He didn’t stay to hear her return his greeting. Dressed in khaki pants and light blue shirt, freshly showered hair and clean-shaven face, Steve looked simply gorgeous. Her heart sank as the unwarranted thoughts made their way in her head again. She saw him eating breakfast with Liam, chatting and laughing with their son and suddenly, she felt like she wasn’t needed there.
Blip wasn’t her fault. She tried her best to prevent it, but it still happened, and she missed five years of Liam’s life, this wasn’t just it... she lost her two best friends, Nat and Tony were more than a family to her. But Steve, she thought she was losing him, slowly, day by day, he was slipping away from her. She couldn’t remember the last time they laughed together, was it before Thanos?
Blinking back the tears she made her way upstairs to their ensuite bathroom. Splashing cold water on her face, she silently sobbed, c’mon Y/n pull yourself together... you were a fucking avenger... get it together...
She kept repeating under her breath, unknowing that Steve saw her running up the stairs and his heart urged him to go after her, but he didn’t. In navy blue silk robe that stopped just an inch above her knee, hair tied in a simple bun, she held the power on all his senses. It took everything in him not to bonk her on that kitchen counter. Gosh, she was his... his best friend, his partner, his wife, his one true love… his all. She possessed his whole world, yet he couldn’t have her the way he wanted. He didn’t even get a chance to tell her how elated he was to have her back in his life. He couldn’t have survived those five agonizing years if Liam James Rogers hadn’t been there. He lived for their son. He had spent every minute of those five infernal years thinking about her, missing her. Liam was just like his mother, her eyes, her hair, her nose and her smile...
“Dad... dad, are you listening?” Liam shook Steve’s hand, pulling him back to the present.
“Yes bubba, did you tell Mrs. Miller that you don’t have a pet?”
“Yes...” Liam pouted, “why can’t we have a pet. All my friends have pets.”
“Morgan does not.”
“She’s getting one.”
Steve sighed, “Okay, I’ll talk to mama... but no promises LJ, only if mama agrees. Also, “He whispered, “if you wana take a round of your cycle before we go to school....”
“Yesss dad, yes yes yes...” Liam joyfully screamed and ran towards the porch.
“Careful LJ, just five minutes buddy.” Steve hollered behind him.
Sighing deeply, he slowly ascended towards their bedroom to check on Y/n and found her standing by the wall sized glass window.
“Watcha doin’ here?” He tried to sound normal, but his voice gave away his concern.
“Oh, just takin’ in the view.” She pointed towards the calmness of the lake surrounded by the huge trees; leaves had started to change color. The mid October air was crisp sending a shiver down her spine. Steve came closer to her, rubbing his hands on her arms he placed a soft kiss on the exposed skin of her neck, breathing in her scent, he kissed the same spot over and over. He couldn’t help himself when it came to her. Gently, he turned her around to face him, cupping her cheeks, he leaned in to capture her lips in his own. It was supposed to be a soft and quick kiss but when she pulled him closer by wrapping her arms around his neck, he tilted his head to the side and deepened the kiss. She moaned in his mouth, tasting the muffin and strawberry jam, he had for breakfast, his hands roaming, feeling the softness of her frame. He groaned when she started to walk them towards the bed, squeezing her butt he pulled back placing his head on her forehead.
“Y/n...” he chuckled breathlessly.
“Yeah...” she placed an open mouth kiss on his neck just below the ear, knowing it would drive him crazy.
“Sweetheart... please.” Steve barely whispered, his hand rubbing the globe of her clothed ass.
The absolute need for each other was evident in the kiss they shared moments ago and the sensation that came crashing through their veins was almost invincible.
“LJ has a play date with Morgan after school...” she whispered in his ear, “... I’ll ask Happy to drop him off...” she pulled back little only to see his cerulean eyes already on her, biting her lip she continued, “I’ll make your favorite dinner, just you and me... come home early?” She looked at him expectantly, waiting for him to say something, anything, but all she saw was a distant look in his eyes as if he was thinking of ways to decline her offer politely. She immediately stepped back, out of his embrace, Steve felt the sudden shift, before he could speak Y/n beat him to it.
“... of course, if you’re not busy or... whatever. I understand you have a schedule and...” she walked past him, “... never mind. Just let me know when you’re available.” She didn’t want to sound harsh, but it came out anyway and Steve picked up on that, he spun around on his heels following her to the staircase, taking her hand in his, bringing it to his lips.
“I’ll be home early tonight.” He gave her a smile, “I just wasn’t expecting that you’d ask. It’s been a while since we... you know sit down and have dinner, just the two of us. I was a little taken aback.”
Y/n returned his smile, she wanted to say that was because you were so distant, that you never had time for me – she wanted to say so much but all that came out was, “I’ll be waiting.” That was all she could say before Liam James came in with a scraped knee. After getting comforted by a hug from his mama and putting a Mickey Mouse band aid on his knee, Steve led them out of the house for school not before kissing her on the lips again.
Closing the door behind her, she sighed deeply as her left hand involuntarily moved to touch her slightly swollen lips now, rather than being gleeful she couldn’t shake the gnawing feeling in her stomach. Her mind drifted to the day when Steve and her invited Bucky and Sam over for lunch, it was when Sam finally accepted the shield and the title of Captain America, and they decided to have a small get-together at their house. Clint with his family, Wanda, Pepper with Morgan and Happy, Rhodey and Bruce Banner – everyone was there to celebrate Sam. Y/n even made sure to invite Sam’s sister Sarah and her two boys. It was a lovely Saturday afternoon; she was elated to have them all over. The void left by the sacrifice Nat and Tony had made was irreplaceable. It took her six months after the final battle to finally make peace with the loss of her two best friends. And the party gave her a reason to gather everyone and appreciate what was left of the team.
She still couldn’t determine what exactly set Steve off during that party because for two days he kept to himself, fully ignoring her presence and when he did talk to her it was bare minimum. It was her trying to get him to say something, but Steve was way deep in his head. She stopped pushing him after some days, his laconic demeanor made her perceive that he might be missing his old life because Steve had told her after they reversed the snap that he saw Peggy when they time travelled to get the stones. He didn’t go into detail, nor did she ask, the pain of losing Nat and Tony in a short span of time was weighing her down but what Steve didn’t know was that telling her about Peggy had opened a whole can of insecurities in her.
Y/n grew up admiring Peggy Carter. She’d always looked up to her and it was one of the many things about her that made Steve open to her. Until Ultron happened, that was when she silently started resenting Peggy Carter. When Wanda got into her head disclosing the fear that Steve would go back to Peggy. She saw them dancing, called for his name and saw a strange look in his eyes for her… it left her completely torn apart, she couldn’t endure the uncouthness in Steve’s eyes and, with fear came the awareness that she couldn’t see herself without Steve. oh, how utterly and irrevocably in love with Steve she was.
With an aching heart, she started prepping for the dinner tonight, taking out the ingredients from the pantry and refrigerator she struggled to bring a semblance of joy into cooking.
~*~
Steve was a mess. In the entirety of his life, he had never been this scared as he was now. The fear of losing Y/n to his best friend – Bucky Barnes, who was more like a brother to him. It all began at the party – that damned party, he had been cursing the time he had concurred to it cause the moment he saw Y/n laughing out loud at something Bucky had said in her ear, he regretted his decision. He didn’t know what took over him – perhaps jealousy, or no he couldn’t be jealous of his best friend, so was it his possessiveness? Yeah, he was possessive of the things he loved, and it was his wife, the love of his life. He had spent five years without her, it was only fair to label the knot in his stomach as acquisitiveness. But it didn’t go away. He put out all the stops to not feel it but as if every time he closed his eyes the scene would flash in slow motion leaving him gasp for air.
Steve knew that he was shutting Y/n out, he knew that he was fracturing one of the touchstones in their relationship by not communicating with her about what had been pestering him. He couldn’t just tell her that he didn’t like it, that he felt like a sixteen-year-old frail, skinny and sickly Steve who couldn’t get the girls, he couldn’t tell her that he was scared that he might lose her again. And she was the only one he couldn’t bow out on. She was the air he breathed. He had told her nth times during their relationship that she was the love of his life, but he couldn’t tell her that in last three weeks when she was in dire need of hearing those sweet words from him.
When Liam started Junior Kindergarten, Steve also began volunteering at his school during lunch hours and one of those days during pickup time he was offered a part time job offer as an art teacher for grade 4 and 5. He was reluctant to accept initially but Natasha pushed him to get a life and do something he used to enjoy. After the battle when everyone came back from the snap, he wanted to quit but when he saw the happiness in Y/n’s eyes upon knowing that he’d been working as an art teacher at their son’s school she told him she couldn’t be prouder of him.
“Dad… would you to talk to mama about having a pet?” Liam shook his forearm gently retreating him back.
“y-yeah! Mama’s called Uncle Happy to pick you up after school. I’ve something to work on… is that okay bubba... and I will talk to your mother, don’t worry about it.” He smiled at his son.
“Ahuh.”
Steve chuckled, grabbing their bags from the back seat, he walked towards the kinder pen with Liam’s hand in his. It’s going to be okay he kept repeating under his breath.
~*~
“Holy shit! Steeeve!” Y/n exclaimed with his mouth full of cheesecake that melted in her mouth. Five months into dating, Steve had brought her down to Brooklyn bridge for their date and they were cozied up in a corner booth of a small diner.
“… this is delicious.” She took another bite of her cheesecake.
“I’m glad you like it.” Steve smiled, looking down at her adoringly. She was licking the spoon.
“I’ve never had a cheesecake this piquant in my entire life. I loved it….” She leaned into him more, resting her head on his chest, his arm came to wrap around her.
“Would you ask them to pack another one for take away as well.”
Steve laughed, kissing her on the forehead, “I already did.”
“What? How’d you know that I’d say it?” She slightly moved to look up at him and gently traced the contours of his face with her thumb.
“Well…” he just shrugged with a smile that made her propped up a bit and placed a kiss on his neck just below his ear. An involuntary growl escaped his lips catching both off guard. Steve’s face reddened, making her smirk grow wider. Avoiding a playful glint in her eyes, he dropped his gaze to his lap and sighed.
“Steve, hey, look at me.” She softly lifted his face towards her and placed her lips onto his pecking him softly. He returned the gesture immediately.
“There’s nothing to be embarrassed about.” her soft eyes looking deeply into his blue orbs, “…at least now I know what to do, you know.” She chuckled lightly, trying to ease him up. Intertwining their fingers, she smiled, adoration for him was crystal clear in her eyes and Steve realized that there was no point in holding back. He’d been feeling way too deeply for her for quite some time but seeing into her beautiful eyes, shining with affection for him, he wanted to open to her.
“I think I’m in love with you, Y/n.”
She was as shocked as he was after blurting out his feelings.
“Say something, please.” He whispered after staring into each other’s eyes for longer than they should have.
“What? Why?” her breath hitched, and she tried to create some distance between them.
“I didn’t mean to scare you… it’s just…” He looked into her eyes again, they were expectant, “… you’re my best friend, Y/n, I don’t have a reason enough to give you as to why I feel what I feel for you. It’s just… my heart fills with happiness when I’m with you, you make me happy.” Steve’s eyes were starting to get moist and so was hers.
“…you give me purpose to be just Steve, not a hero, not an avenger, I’m just me when I’m with you.”
“Steve…” she closed her eyes and in the same moment he pressed his lips on her forehead.
“You don’t have to say anything… It’s okay if you don’t feel the same, and it is also okay if you don’t say it back.” He smiled with teary eyes, “with you, I feel like a twenty-seven-year-old guy who wanted a life, stability, home… a family of his own. This job, and the weight of this title I’ve been carrying around, wouldn’t let me drown in the darkness when you’re with me, Y/n. You’re my daylight!”
He tucked a strand behind her ear, caressing her cheek gently, his smile not leaving his face as if he knew what was going on in her mind. He knew her all too well. Her lips slightly parted, eyes holding disbelief and mind processing his confession – she was breathtakingly gorgeous to him. He knew it was not easy for her to assert her emotions; she had told him before they started dating that falling in love and losing that person was the only thing that scared her the most.
Nick Fury took her under his wing when her parents, also SHIELD agents, were murdered by Hydra. She was only seventeen and had nowhere to go. Her parents left her a hefty amount of money but somehow Tony had influenced her to continue her education at MIT, she was a genius just like her mother. Natasha and Clint became her family, they’d treat her like a younger sibling. Passing their skills on her, she was recruited to Shield at the age of nineteen and She didn’t look back after that, she dealt with her grief by making it her only purpose to avenge the murder of her parents until she met Steve.
She was drawn to him like a moth to a flame. There was an undeniable chemistry between them, they’d finish each other’s sentences. Steve was the first one to make the move, he asked her for something more than a friendship – a relationship. He came clean with what he’d been feeling for her. He told her that he wanted her to be more than a friend, almost freaking her out but the moment he held her hands in his and asked her to trust him and she did. There was something in his cerulean eyes that resolved her stance, and she finally allowed herself to feel all the emotions that had been there in her heart. To her surprise, a flood of all the raw emotions came crashing into her veins and left her speechless. Taking a step forward, she latched her lips onto his in a mind-blowing kiss. Their first kiss.
And snuggled in the corner booth of this small diner in Brooklyn, she was stunned and speechless, no witty or sarcastic response came to her. Heck, she didn’t even know if it was love that she’d been feeling for him. Her heart raced as it dawned on her that this man lounging before the very eyes of her possessed her whole world. Now, she couldn’t envisage herself without him, so she did exactly what she thought was uncomplicated, capturing his lips in a searing kiss. She’d never been good with words, so she poured all her feelings into the kiss. She let him know that she belonged to him and only him.
~*~
Y/n smiled to herself as she set the dining table for the two of them with Steve’s favorite dishes she’d made. Giving one final look to the exquisite spread out, she glanced at her watch and slowly made her way to the ensuite bathroom. After a quick shower she came out in a bath robe and foraged through their closet. She was looking for something comfortable yet alluring but at the same time she wanted to try to look desirable to Steve. It had been almost a month since they’d had sex, the longest they’d gone in normal circumstances. Ever since they’d had sex for the first time, they’d been insatiable for each other. There was a hitch during Steve’s nomad days, at the same time she was pregnant with Liam James, but they still managed to get their way with each other. As she skimmed through her side of the closet, a burgundy cardigan caught her eye, and a bright smile appeared on her lips.
Steve had found her lying on the window alcove in her bedroom. Her eyes were fixed on the screen of her iPad, but a smile appeared on her pretty lips when she heard him coming in.
“There you are.” Steve walked over with a smile and plopped down close to her, placing her feet in his lap. “G’morning, sweetheart!” Steve leaned in pecking her lips softly.
“Mhm… morning Stevie.” She chuckled at his playful frown over his nick name given by her. “How was the run?” she asked with her eyes still fixed on the screen.
“Same…” Steve said, knowing full well that it’d get her attention. She looked up from the screen to see him with a shit eating grin on his face.
“You knew, didn’t you?” Putting away the iPad she launched herself at him, giggling all the while.
“Knew what? I don’t know what you’re taking about.” He asked with faux innocence, as he stretched his arm out to get her accommodated in his side.
“Yeah right! You love getting my attention, Stevie.” She wiggled her eyebrows sprightly.
“That’s because I love you and it’s only fair to have you all for me on quiet day like this.” Honesty in his voice melted her heart and she snuggled into him more as if there was any space left between them. It had only been a couple of days Steve had laid his feelings bare for her and ever since then he had never missed a moment to avow his love for her.
“So, what’s your plan for today? Obviously other than cracking codes…”
A loud gasp escaped her lips in mocked horror as she elbowed him in the ribs, “That’s accusation! I wasn’t doing such a thing.”
He chuckled, “I believe you.” a hint of mirth evident in his voice. She slightly pushed him and got up, but Steve gently pulled her down on his lap, caging her in his arms.
“What’s on your mind, Rogers?” She raised an eyebrow, cheerily.
“You!” He pulled her closer on his lap, so now her core was on his groin. “You’re always on my mind, sweetheart.” Huskiness in his voice sent a chill down her body as her cheeks turned red. Cupping his cheeks softly, she leaned in but just as he closed his eyes and covered the small distance between them, she moved to kiss him on the neck below his ear. Steve groaned and she burst into giggles, “You’re a tease, I see.” Steve chuckled.
“Whatcha gonna do ‘bout it?” She shrugged playfully. Squeezing her hips, Steve nipped at the skin of her neck making her squeal. It was his turn to laugh at her now pouted lips. She shifted on his lap connecting their lips in a kiss, but before he could deepen it, she pulled away with a smile.
“That’s what I had in mind.” Steve placed his forehead on hers with a smile that matched hers.
“So, you wana spend the day making out on the window bench…” She moved to place kisses along his jaw and neck, tilting his head he gave her access as she nipped and grazed the sensitive skin of his neck, leaving dark pink marks. Steve felt himself hardening beneath her, he was definitely turned on by her sweet assault but when was he not. The smallest of things she’d do in her day-to-day life turned him on, made him feel like a horny teenager.
“I’d prefer bed, but if you’re comfy in my lap….” She pinched him in the arm making him laugh harder. She jumped off his lap shaking her head at him and walked towards her closet, Steve hot on his heels, held her hand in his and turned her around to face him and connecting their lips the instant she was face to face with him. Deepening the kiss, he scooped her up and walked towards the bed, laying her down gently on the bed, he hovered above her. With the kiss growing more heated, her hand traveled down his back pulling the hem of his white t-shirt, Steve broke the kiss to take the shirt off. Both breathing heavily, as her hands gently roamed the length of his back, the warm and soft skin of her palms made him shudder under her touch. He put his forehead on hers, still panting slightly.
“I love you…” He whispered, ever so softly.
“I want you, Steve…” She looked up at him, clearly surprised at her own boldness. “… I-If only you want it too, obviously.” The nervousness in her voice and the look on her face made him kiss her one more time before he got off her and off the bed and almost jogged towards the door and locked it from inside. She laughed, looking at him amusingly, her eyes raking over, appreciating the muscles and contours of her shirtless boyfriend. It wasn’t the first time she had seen him without shirt, in almost six months of dating they had made out on the couch, on the bed, on the kitchen counter in tower’s kitchen. He had seen her in just her bra, he had kissed and nibbled the skin of her neck and just above her breast leaving the purple marks she had carried so proudly, making sure to subtly flaunt the hickies he gave her whenever and wherever she could.
“You know, its rude to stare.” He smirked as he flopped down by her on the bed, his hand resting on her stomach as he leaned down to place a kiss on her forehead.
“You know, you could’ve asked JARVIS to lock the door.” She teased him.
“Oh!” Steve smiled bashfully, as his hands moved to lightly touch her sides. Oh, he knew that spot would do.
“Steeeve…” she broke into a fit of laughter as he began tickling her softly. In simple leggings and ruffled knit burgundy cardigan, she was stunning, and Steve was having a hard time keeping his hands off her. She laughed and squirmed beneath his touch, placing her hands on his naked chest and lightly pushed him. He stopped immediately and looked into her eyes, his gaze intense and pupil semi dilated, “I want you too, Y/n… been wanting you for quite a while now.” He whispered, lips brushing the crown, her hair pushed back by his long fingers and tucked gently behind her ears. Heat rose to her face as she placed a palm on his cheek, and he moved closer to her, his chest aching with affection.
She studied his eyes, she was always so taken by the blue in his eyes, touched with a little green, if only she knew he was just as taken by all the minor details of her.
“Why didn’t you say it before?” She traced the corner of his lips with her thumb.
“I didn’t want you to feel pressured. I couldn’t bring my wants before yours, sweetheart.” He smiled, “I wanted you to want me, just as much as I’ve wanted you.”
“Steve…” she mumbled, her eyes moist with the affection and warmth she was feeling in that very moment for him.
“I know, sweetheart, you don’t have to say it, I know.” He connected their lips in a kiss that was just like thunder before a storm. Slow and sultry. Steve moved to hover above her, the kiss crackled like lightning now. Urgent. Consuming. Her soft hands were like fire on his skin, his lips charged on her neck, shoulders and chest. A soft whimper escaped her mouth, and he answered by pressing his need against her tongue and between her thighs. He yanked the hem of her cardigan instead of unbuttoning it, she chuckled at his eagerness and pulled the cardigan over her head. Steve swallowed as he touched her, his big warm hands skating across her skin bringing goosebumps in their wake. She slid her arms around his neck, stared into his eyes and smiled.
“Move your hands up, Steve.”
One eyebrow raising, he did as he was asked, when she nodded for him to keep going. Her cheeks turned crimson when his fingers came to rest at the clasp of her bra, he chuckled quietly, taking hold of the straps and gently yanked it off. Steve let out a long exhale as he stared at her, her eyes slid closed as he moved closer, and a breath caught in her throat.
“You okay, sweetheart?”
Y/n nodded, opening her eyes to see him staring down at her ensuring that she was okay. She smiled, lifting her chin and pressed a kiss on his lips. Steve kissed her back eagerly as he let his palm cup her breast. Her hand reached down to undo his belt and then unbutton his jeans. Steve broke the kiss and moved to rest his forehead against hers as he watched her pulling the zipper down.
With a shaky exhale, he connected their lips again and slid his fingers under the waistband of her leggings, he knelt, and she sucked in a breath as he slowly pulled her leggings down, standing up only to push his jeans off, he stepped out of them. He dipped down to press his lips against the center of her chest as she felt him kiss his way down her body. She trembled when she felt his fingers slide under the waistband of her panties, she lifted her hips to help him take them off.
“Sweetheart… breathe.”
She didn’t know she was holding her breath. She nodded, taking Steve’s hand in hers and lacing their fingers.
“Steve, please.” She whispered, kept a tight hold of his hand, a shocked gasp left her when his tongue slipped through her folds, he did it again only for her to whimper. Lifting her one leg to rest on his shoulder, his perfect nose nudging her clit as he continued his ministrations with his tongue. It was all new for him, he hadn’t done it before but her whispered oh my god was encouraging him to do his best. She tugged her hand in his hair, a soft growl rumbled in his chest, his hand moved to gently grasp her breast.
Oh, he loved fondling her breasts.
“Steve.” She moaned, oh that beautiful sound of hers, a gasp escaped her lips when she felt his tongue in her heat. Her hand tightened in his hair and Steve increased his efforts. She groaned loudly when Steve gently pushed one finger into her, and his fingertip brushed across the spot that made her feel every muscle in her body tighten and bliss filled her veins. Steve closed his eyes as her breathy chants of his name warmed his heart and when the euphoric wave of pleasure jolted her body, he gently moved to hover over her again.
Her eyes wide as she stared into his, and all he could see was love. She loved him, she hadn’t said anything yet, but he knew she did.
“You’re so good, you made me feel so good.”
Steve’s eyes widened, eyebrows raising and she felt her cheeks burning when she realized what had come out of her mouth. They both laughed as she took a hold of his face, bringing it down to connect their lips. Steve settled his body on top of hers and she moaned into his mouth, letting her hands travel down his neck, his shoulders and to his waist. She moved her hips, chuckling when Steve groaned.
Breaking the kiss, Steve nuzzled his face in the crook of her neck, reveling in her warmth as his hips rubbed against hers. She gasped and he opened his eyes to see her grinning.
“You’re making me wait, Steve.”
“My apologies, ma’am.” His smile matched hers as he sat up to take off his boxers. He kneeled between her legs and caught her eye. She nodded with a shy smile, and he hovered over her, again, her arms wove around him as they kissed, she dug her nails as he started to push inside her. She moaned when he pushed in deeper, his groan mixed with hers when he bottomed out. She broke from the kiss just to breathe; he was pressing gentle kisses to her cheek and forehead until she nodded. He groaned loudly when she clenched around him, shaking his head he hissed softly, “Y/n…”
“Move, Steve! move… you’re torturing me.”
“Eager much, eh!” He laughed and started moving slowly. Her moan radiating through him, “I love you, Y/n. God, I love you so much.” He groaned again as her hips worked to meet his.
“You’re perfect, sweetheart.”
“I love you.”
“I adore you.”
Tears came to her eyes as she wrapped her arms around his neck, pulling herself up to kiss him. Steve increased his thrusts and her orgasm taken her by surprise as much as the first one. Steve groaned as she clenched around him so tightly, he could barely move, as he buried his face in her neck, she came undone breathing his name. A deep moan rumbled up from his chest, his hips stilling as he finished himself inside her.
After a minute or two of rest, Steve shifted slightly, his length no longer hard but still buried inside her.
“Sweetheart?”
No answer.
“You with me, Y/n?”
Still no answer.
Steve pushed himself up on his elbow to check on her, only to see her with tearful eyes. Panic surged into his body as he tried to get up, but she wrapped her legs around him, not letting him move.
“You, okay? Y/n? hey, talk to me, sweetheart. A-are you hurt? Did I hurt you? was it too mu – “
“Stevie, stop!” She scolded him, tugging at his blonde locks gently. “I – I’m… I’m so happy and I’ve never been this happy in the last ten years and it’s because of you. You make me happy, Steve.” her voice wavered, Steve leaned down to kiss on her forehead and let her continue, “… and its not because we’ve just had sex… you’ve always made me feel so full of life, and… I don’t know what I’m trying to say here but you’re so precious to me.”
“Hey, I get what you’re sayin’, I’m here with you, I’ll always be here, sweetheart. I love you and I know you love me too,” he grinned, “I know you won’t say it and I won’t push you either but FYI,” he raised one eyebrow, “I’ve known it for quite some time now.”
She pushed him as if he would budge, and that made Steve laugh out loud, she scowled at him, and he leaned down to capture her lips in his. His hands sliding up and down the side of her body, cupping her breasts as he shifted again, she gasped in his mouth when she felt him hardening inside her, her hand slid down to cup his glorious ass as she gave it a gentle squeeze making him moan in return.
The morning stretched into afternoon, and so was their lovemaking, until Tony sent a search party for them since JARVIS was unable to provide the whereabouts of the love birds. Their blissful cocoon was interrupted by the loud banging on her bedroom door and a warning from Nat to get their asses out of the bed and get to the meeting that was supposed to begin four hours ago before Tony would use one of his Repulsor to bust their door open.
Y/n saw the reflection of her in the mirror and smiled softly. She had put on the same burgundy cardigan with black leggings, her hair in beautiful loose curls, she applied mascara on her lashes and lip gloss on her lips all while humming her favorite song. Her simple casual outfit held the most cherishing memory of their first time having sex together, that day she felt completely healed, he made her whole, made her see a future she always wanted but didn’t know she could have it. Steve kept all the promises he made while loving on her that day, he made all her dreams of living a simple life come true, together they built a life outside of the avenging world, they made this house their home, got married, had a kid; well LJ was a little surprise for both.
She glanced at the clock and made her way downstairs into the kitchen. It was quarter to four and Steve would be there any minute. She poured wine into the glasses and took a seat on of the chairs.
~*~
Steve’s thoughts were a whirlwind – guilt, fear, confusion. He couldn’t focus on anything long enough to make sense of it. Everything felt too big, too much and his mind kept spiraling further out of control.
Why did she plan a dinner for just the two of them?
Did she have to say something?
What if she’d ask for a divorce?
Every time she smiled at him, that familiar warmth in her eyes, a wave of guilt hit him. He wanted to reach out, to tell her everything, but how could he? How could he burden her with the weight of his own mess when she’d done nothing but love him?
His temples throbbed with a dull ache, his neck stiff from the tension that had been building for hours. His stomach churned, not from hunger, but from gnawing anxiety that wouldn’t let go. Every time he tried to focus on the good, positive, his thoughts fractured into more questions, more doubts, until the weight of them seemed to crush him. His grip on the steering wheel tightened, his knuckles turning white as he missed the exit on the highway that would have taken him to her, his home.
He drove further into the city, his eyes darted from the chaos outside. The streets of New York were alive, a pulse that vibrated through the steel and concrete like an electrical current. The car jerked forward, then slowed to a crawl, wedged between two delivery trucks. A taxi honked impatiently behind him, but he couldn’t move—there was nowhere to go. Pedestrians darted between vehicles, their feet tapping on the pavement like a staccato beat to the city’s rhythm. Every turn seemed blocked by a sea of cars, their drivers all fighting for a sliver of space in the concrete jungle. He could feel the pulse of the city in every inch of the traffic, the pressure building as the seconds ticked by.
She twisted the ring on her finger again, the movement mindless but comforting. Over and over, her fingers ran over the smooth metal, grounding her in the chaos of her thoughts. She knew she should face him, talk to him, but the thought of saying the words out loud terrified her. So, she stayed silent, focusing on the small, circular motions instead. The sound of the clock ticking on the wall seemed louder than usual, each second an unbearable reminder of how much time he was wasting.

I’ll always be your rock
Summary: Going undercover at your husband’s job is one thing, but going undercover to catch yourself is the last thing you would expect.
Note: I think it's pretty obvious from which episode I got this idea lol. I had my eyes on this episode for a long time and finally decided to turn it into a fic with my own spin. Hope you enjoy it! 🤍
Reader x Tim Bradford
Genre: angst(ish)/ fluff
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Being married to Tim Bradford was an adventure in itself.
Not in the he’s reckless and unpredictable way—no, Tim was as solid as they came.
But being the wife of a man so dedicated to the LAPD meant every day carried a thread of uncertainty.
Long nights waiting for him to come home and phone calls that made my heart race became part of my routine.
Yet, despite the challenges, I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
Because at the end of those long shifts, when he finally walked through the door, everything felt right again.
I could always tell how his day had gone by the way he held me.
Some nights, it was a quick kiss to the temple before he shuffled off to the shower, but other nights, he’d pull me in close like he needed to remind himself that home was real.
I wasn’t exactly the most outgoing person.
More like the shy type like Tim liked to call me.
Social situations weren’t my forte, and I much preferred curling up with a book or baking something in the kitchen.
And yet, his team had unofficially adopted me as one of their own.
Angela looped her arm through mine at station events, Lucy subtly checked in to make sure I wasn’t overwhelmed, and even Nyla once told me,
“You keep him sane. That’s an impressive feat.”
Then there was the teasing—so much teasing.
“How the hell did you convince someone so sweet and quiet to marry you?”
Aaron had once asked, smirking as he nudged Tim’s shoulder.
Tim had just given a slow, confident shrug, his arm casually draped around my waist.
“What can I say? She has excellent taste.”
I’d rolled my eyes, but the warmth in his gaze made my heart stutter. Even with everything unpredictable about his job, I never doubted how deeply he loved me.
It wasn’t always easy, to love a man who belonged to a completely different world than mine.
But in the quiet moments—the way his fingers traced lazy circles on my back, the way he saved the last bite of dessert for me, the way his voice softened when he said my name—I knew.
I was his safe place, just as he was mine.
And that made every uncertain moment worth it.
Tumblr media
That afternoon, I was at home, curled up on the couch with a blanket and a book, enjoying the peace and quiet.
The rain lightly tapped against the windows, creating a soft, rhythmic backdrop to the cozy scene.
I’d spent the morning tidying up the house and making a simple lunch—nothing fancy, just a grilled cheese and a cup of tea—but it was enough to make me feel content. I hadn’t realized how much I’d missed having a quiet day to myself.
The soft hum of the TV played in the background as I turned the page of my book, smiling at a passage that reminded me of Tim.
It was the kind of rare, uninterrupted moment where I didn’t have to worry about him working late or being out in the field.
I heard the distant sound of the wind picking up outside, but I didn’t mind.
It only made the house feel more like a safe, warm refuge from the world.
Then, my phone buzzed on the coffee table.
At first, I ignored it, assuming it was just a notification.
But when it vibrated again, this time with the unmistakable sound of Tim’s custom ringtone, I immediately reached for it.
“Hey,” I answered, settling back against the cushions. “You okay?”
His voice sounded a little distant, like he was concentrating on something.
“Where are you right now?”
“Just at home,” I replied, my brow furrowing slightly.
“Why? What’s going on?”
There was a long pause on the other end, just long enough for my stomach to tighten with unease.
“Stay there. I’m on my way.”
Before I could ask more, the line went dead.
I set my phone down, a knot of worry starting to form.
Tim wasn’t the type to act like this—something was clearly wrong.
Tumblr media
Beforehand,
The bullpen at the LAPD station was buzzing with the usual mid-afternoon energy.
Officers milled around, coffee cups in hand, and chatter filled the air as files were passed back and forth.
Tim was hunched over his desk, a stack of reports in front of him as he scribbled notes.
He’d had a relatively calm morning, but now, the pile of paperwork was a reminder that the job never really let up.
Across the room, Lucy was at her desk, scrolling through the latest security footage from a robbery that had occurred the night before.
It wasn’t until her eyes caught something odd on the screen that the atmosphere in the bullpen shifted.
She leaned in closer, squinting at the grainy image.
“Uh… is it just me, or does that look like Y/n?” she asked, her voice laced with disbelief.
Nyla, who had been sitting nearby, looked up and walked over to Lucy’s desk.
She narrowed her eyes, scanning the screen.
“Bradford… what are the chances?”
Tim, absorbed in his own thoughts, turned at the sound of his wife’s name.
When his eyes landed on the image, his stomach dropped.
The woman on the screen wasn’t just similar to Y/n—she was her.
Same height, same build, even the way she carried her bag over her shoulder.
But it wasn’t her. He knew his wife.
Tim’s grip tightened around the edge of his desk, his jaw clenching.
“Run facial recognition.”
Angela, sitting across the room, was already moving toward the computer.
She tapped a few keys, and within moments, the results came in: Inconclusive.
The suspect had a baseball cap on, obscuring her face enough to prevent a clear match.
Lucy, still staring at the screen, hesitated.
“Tim… should we call Y/n?”
Tim didn’t hesitate. He was already reaching for his phone. “Yeah.”
As the phone rang, he felt his heart rate pick up.
His mind raced, trying to process the situation, but the image on the screen was all he could focus on.
Her voice finally came through, soft and familiar. “Hey. You okay?”
Tim tried to steady his breathing. “Where are you right now?”
“At home. Why? What’s going on?” she replied, the confusion clear in her voice.
“Stay there. I’m on my way.”
Tim hung up the phone without saying anything else, his mind already on his way to her.
He turned to his team, his face taut with concern. “I need to go.”
Angela nodded quickly. “We’ll keep digging.”
Lucy spoke, her voice still laced with disbelief.
“If that’s not Y/n… then who the hell is she?”
Tim didn’t respond, already on his way out the door.
Tumblr media
Meanwhile,
I began pacing the living room, my mind racing through every possible scenario—was he hurt?
Was someone else hurt?
The uncertainty gnawed at me, and I chewed my lip nervously, my heart heavy with dread.
I tried to focus, but each thought seemed to spiral into another until I heard the familiar sound of his truck pulling into the driveway, like a lifeline amidst the chaos in my head.
When the door creaked open, I looked up and saw Tim walk in, his face unreadable.
His sharp, assessing blue eyes immediately scanned me from head to toe, and I could feel the weight of his gaze.
It wasn’t the kind of look that said everything was fine, but the kind that silently assured me he was here—watching, protecting, making sure I was truly safe.
“What’s going on, Tim?” I asked, my voice small and fragile, my hands gripping the hem of my sweater like it might anchor me.
The air felt thick, charged with all the unspoken questions and fears swirling between us.
Tim exhaled through his nose, rubbing his jaw as he seemed to gather his thoughts.
His eyes softened just a fraction when he met my gaze, but the tension was still there.
“There was a robbery last night. We just got an image of the suspect, and—”
He paused for a moment, as though weighing the impact of his next words.
“It looks exactly like you.”
I blinked, trying to process what he was saying, my breath hitching in my throat.
“Excuse me?”
My voice barely rose above a whisper, a rush of unease flooding my chest as my mind tried to catch up.
Tim took a deep breath, pulling out his phone.
He handed it to me gently, his fingers brushing mine, but the contact felt like a reassurance I didn’t know I needed.
When I saw the grainy image, my stomach twisted, the weight of the moment sinking in.
The woman in the photo looked almost identical to me—same face, same posture, even the way she carried her bag over one shoulder.
But it wasn’t me.
I swallowed hard, feeling a tightness in my chest.
“So… do they think it’s me?” I asked, my voice small and shaky, the uncertainty making my words tremble.
Tim shook his head immediately, his brows furrowing as if he wanted to erase any doubt from my mind.
“No one who actually knows you thinks that. But the resemblance is too strong to ignore.”
He reached out and gently touched my arm, his thumb brushing over my skin in a silent gesture of reassurance.
His touch was warm, grounding me even though my mind was still reeling.
I nodded slowly, trying to process his words, my fingers twisting together in my lap.
“This is… really weird.”
I couldn’t help but feel disoriented by the idea of someone else looking so much like me.
It didn’t feel real, but the image in my hand made it impossible to ignore.
Tim sat beside me, his knee bumping gently against mine as he leaned in, his presence a solid comfort beside me.
“We’re working on tracking her down. I just didn’t want you to be blindsided.”
His voice was calm, steady, but I could hear the concern behind it.
I glanced up at him, taking in the way his face softened when he looked at me, the unspoken care in his eyes.
I let out a shaky breath, trying to release the tension that had built up in my shoulders.
“Thanks, Tim. That… that would’ve been a nightmare.
His words were a balm, easing some of the tightness I didn’t even realize I was carrying.
Tim reached over, his hand finding mine in a reassuring squeeze.
His fingers enveloped mine, and the warmth of his touch melted some of the cold fear still hanging in the air.
“It’s gonna be fine, baby. I just need you to stay put for now, okay?”
His words were steady, but there was a softness to them, like a promise that everything would be okay, even if I wasn’t so sure yet.
I nodded, gripping his fingers tightly.
The contact was grounding, and the storm of worry in my chest began to calm, just a little.
With Tim here, I knew I was safe, and that was enough for the moment.
Then, as I looked at the image on his phone once again, a small detail caught my eye.
The suspect had tattoos, visible on her arm, a sharp contrast to my own ink-free skin.
I leaned closer to Tim’s phone.
“She’s got tattoos,” I said softly, pointing to the image.
“I don’t have any.”
Tim’s eyes softened as he looked at the photo again, a small smile tugging at his lips.
“I know, sweetheart. And that’s another reason I don’t think anyone’s actually confused about it being you.”
He gave me another squeeze, his hand warm and steady in mine.
“Because I also for a fact can recognize my own wife.”
I let out a soft laugh, the tension in my chest finally starting to ease.
It felt good to have him so close, his presence reassuring me in a way that no words could.
Tumblr media
Days passed, and the investigation deepened.
Just because the suspect looked like me meant that I was automatically involved in the case.
Security footage continued to roll in, and every angle seemed to show the same thing—the woman in the videos looked exactly like me.
The more we watched, the more I began to wonder if I had an evil twin roaming around causing trouble.
But nothing in the footage could tell us who she was or where she came from.
The tension in the bullpen was growing, especially for Tim.
He’d been working around the clock, watching the same footage over and over again, his frustration building.
It wasn’t just the case—it was the fact that someone out there looked like his wife, and the implications of that hit too close to home.
Days without a plan or strategies passed until—
Then came the suggestion.
“What if Y/n went undercover?”
Lucy’s voice broke the silence, her suggestion hanging in the air like a dare.
I froze, my heart skipping a beat. I wasn’t sure if I had heard her right.
I wasn’t exactly the best at faking confidence, especially not in front of criminals.
But Lucy’s gaze was intense, and Nyla nodded thoughtfully. They both seemed to believe it could work.
Tim’s reaction was immediate, like a reflex.
“Absolutely not,” he said, his voice harsh and protective, making it clear that no part of him was willing to entertain the idea.
“Tim, listen,” Lucy pressed, her hands going up in a placating gesture.
“This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. If she thinks Y/n is her twin, she might open up. We might be able to get the information we need to bring her in without the risk of violence.”
Tim’s jaw clenched. “Or she could see right through it and lash out. No. I’m not putting her in that situation.”
I stayed quiet, my hands twisting in my lap. I knew Tim’s worry wasn’t just about the case—it was about me.
The thought of him losing me in any way made his protective side go into overdrive.
But I couldn’t just sit by while someone else was out there causing havoc.
“Tim, I know it’s dangerous,” I spoke up, my voice quiet but firm.
“But if it means stopping her before someone else gets hurt, I have to try.”
Tim’s gaze snapped to me, and for a moment, it felt like the whole room held its breath.
His blue eyes, usually so calm, were stormy with worry and anger.
“Y/n, this isn’t a game. It’s not a mission I’m willing to risk you on.”
I took a deep breath, feeling my heart pound in my chest.
I knew I wasn’t the obvious choice for something like this, but I couldn’t stand the thought of not doing anything.
“I’m not asking for you to be okay with it, Tim,” I said, my voice steady despite the anxiety building inside me.
“But I can help. I know how to handle myself.”
The room fell quiet, and Tim stood there, his body tense, his gaze never leaving mine.
His protective instincts were strong, and I could see him weighing every possible outcome.
Finally, he exhaled, his shoulders sagging just slightly.
“Fine,” he said, his voice gruff but resigned.
“But I’m keeping an eye on you the entire time. The second things go south, you’re out of there.”
I nodded, the weight of his words hanging over me.
It wasn’t just about the mission anymore. It was about our trust in each other.
And no matter how nervous I was, I knew this was something I had to do.
Tumblr media
A few hours later, the team gathered in the briefing room.
Tim was standing at the front, his face set in that usual grim expression, but his eyes softened whenever they flickered to me.
The plan was already taking shape, and now, it was time to fill in the details.
“Here’s what we’re going to do,” Tim said, his voice cutting through the tension.
“Y/n, you’re going to approach her as though you’re a long-lost twin sister. We’ll feed you enough information to make it believable, but you’re going to need to stay sharp. We know she’s tough, and we know she has connections. This won’t be easy.”
I listened carefully, my mind racing through the logistics.
Tim was giving me a look—one I knew all too well—his eyes searching mine for any sign that I might back out.
But I wasn’t going to do that. I wasn’t going to leave him with that feeling of helplessness.
“I’ll make contact with her,” Lucy chimed in.
“We’ve got her location traced from the security footage. She’s been hanging out at a dive bar on the edge of town. We’ll set up a surveillance perimeter.”
“You’ll be going in alone Y/n,” Nyla added, her voice steady.
“The goal is to gain her trust. She’s never seen you before, but the resemblance is undeniable. Use that. We’ll be in your ear the whole time, listening in on every conversation.”
Tim ran a hand through his hair, his frustration evident.
“You’re going in alone,” he repeated, his gaze flicking to me.
“We can’t risk anyone else tipping her off. But Y/n, you need to be careful. If she even slightly catches on that something’s off—”
“I know,” I interrupted softly, my voice unwavering.
“I’ll be careful. I won’t give her a reason to suspect anything.”
Tim hesitated, then his face softened, even if just for a moment.
“This isn’t like anything we’ve ever done before. You don’t need to prove anything to me. Just… be safe. Please.”
I smiled faintly, understanding the unspoken fear behind his words.
“I’ll be fine,” I said, trying to reassure him.
“You’re not getting rid of me that easily.”
The team looked at each other, nodding, as they began setting the final steps in motion.
The plan was set. All that was left was execution.
And despite the nerves coursing through me, I couldn’t help but feel a sense of purpose settle over me.
Tumblr media
The morning of the mission was tense.
The air felt thick with anticipation, but it was Tim’s worry that weighed on me the most.
We were in the car, parked outside the location where we would begin the operation.
Tim’s knuckles were white as he gripped the steering wheel, his jaw clenched, his focus unwavering, but there was a nervous energy about him that I could feel.
He glanced over at me, his eyes softening just a little, a small flicker of uncertainty in his gaze.
“You don’t have to do this,” he said, his voice almost a whisper.
“If you want out, now’s the time. No one would blame you.”
I could see the worry in his eyes, the deep concern for my safety.
His protective nature had been on overdrive ever since we started this mission, and now that we were on the cusp of it, I knew it was getting harder for him to let go.
I reached over and placed my hand over his. “Tim,” I said, my voice firm but gentle.
“I’ve made up my mind. I’m doing this because it’s the right thing to do. I know the risks, but I trust you, I trust the team, and I trust myself.”
He let out a slow breath, his grip loosening just enough for me to feel his warmth.
He looked at me then, really looked at me, and I saw a flicker of pride mixed with his anxiety.
“Just promise me you’ll stay safe,” he said softly, his thumb brushing over my knuckles.
“I promise,” I whispered back, leaning in to press a soft kiss to his cheek.
“And you’ll be right there with me the whole time.”
He didn’t say anything, but the way he held my gaze told me that, for the first time in a long while, he was allowing himself to feel a little bit of relief.
He knew how dangerous this was, but he also knew how determined I was.
Eventually, the car came to a stop at a discreet location near the target area.
Nyla was already briefing the others, while Lucy was in the process of running final checks.
Inside the SUV, the tension was palpable. I could hear my own heartbeat in my ears as I tried to steady my breathing.
Nyla slid into the backseat beside me, her expression serious but focused.
“Alright, Y/n,” she said, giving me a quick once-over.
“This is the part where you have to stay sharp, okay? The goal is simple—we need to get close enough to the suspect, gain her trust, and get her talking. Once you’re in, don’t push her too hard—play it cool, keep it light, but don’t show any fear.”
I nodded, feeling a mixture of nerves and excitement. I knew the plan by heart, but hearing Nyla go over it again gave me a sense of confidence.
“Got it,” I said, my voice steadier than I felt.
“Keep it cool, get the information, and get out.”
“Exactly,” Nyla said, her eyes glinting with a touch of encouragement.
“You’ve got this. When you approach, make sure you tell her the story we agreed on. You’re her twin, you’ve been looking for her. If she buys it, it’ll help us catch her off-guard. Remember, we’ve got your back.”
I took a deep breath, trying to settle my nerves.
“I’m ready,” I said, forcing a smile, even though my stomach was flipping.
“I’ve got this.”
Tim, who had been quietly listening from the driver’s seat, finally turned around to face me.
His expression softened as he gave me a brief, encouraging nod.
“I’m proud of you, Y/n. Just be careful.”
I could feel his eyes on me as I climbed out of the SUV, the weight of his concern following me like a shadow.
I was about to step into the unknown, but I knew I wasn’t alone. He was with me, even from a distance.
Tumblr media
My mind raced, but I pushed everything out except for the task at hand.
I spotted the suspect across the street, her dark hair falling in waves, the same confident air about her that I’d seen in the footage.
My heart skipped a beat as I took in her appearance—she really did look so much like me.
A small voice in my earpiece crackled to life, and I heard Nyla’s voice.
“Y/n, it’s time. Approach now.”
I swallowed hard, adjusting my bag on my shoulder as I took the first step toward her.
The street was quieter now, the hum of the city a distant murmur as everything seemed to slow down.
As I got closer, I could feel my nerves tightening again, but I kept my posture steady.
This was my chance.
I hesitated for just a moment, then took a deep breath and spoke, my voice steady despite the racing of my pulse.
“Hey, I know this is going to sound crazy, but…” I paused for effect, giving her a moment to meet my eyes.
“We’re twins. I’ve been looking for you.”
Jenna’s gaze flickered over me, studying me with that skeptical look I had seen in the footage.
She tilted her head, narrowing her eyes.
“Twins? You’ve gotta be kidding.”
But there was a glint of curiosity in her voice, the intrigue still there.
I forced myself to smile, trying to appear more confident than I felt.
“No joke,” I said, keeping my voice light.
“I’ve been searching for you for a long time. I think we have a lot in common.”
She didn’t answer immediately, but I could tell she was thinking it over.
I saw how she studied my face realizing that we in fact did look alike.
I kept the conversation going, careful to stay in control and play the part.
I could hear the faint crackle of Nyla’s voice in my ear again, but this time, it wasn’t just advice—it was encouragement.
“You’re doing great, Y/n. Just keep going.”
As the conversation continued, I knew it was just a matter of time before we got the information we needed.
The team was ready, and I could feel their support, even if they weren’t physically close.
Everything was falling into place.

As the conversation with Jenna continued, I could sense her growing skepticism.
Her eyes narrowed as she studied me, like she was trying to figure out if I was telling the truth or not.
“You know,” she said, her tone shifting to something sharper,
“you look like you could be my twin. But I’ve got to admit, I’m not buying this whole ‘looking for me’ story. You think I’m just going to fall for that?”
I could feel my heart race, but I kept my expression neutral. My mind was working overtime, searching for something—anything—that could prove I was who I said I was.
And then it hit me. The one detail that might turn the tide in my favor.
I reached into my bag and pulled out a folded piece of paper, holding it up between us.
“I know this is going to sound crazy, but a few years ago, I found this,” I said, trying to keep my voice steady.
“It’s an old family picture, one I never thought I’d find. But it’s us—this was taken when we were kids.”
It was a photoshopped picture to make everything more believable.
Jenna’s eyes flickered to the photo, then back to me. She looked almost intrigued, but there was still a slight hesitation in her expression.
I quickly added, “I didn’t know about you until recently, but after I found this, I had to track you down. I knew it was fate.”
Her eyes softened slightly as she reached for the photo, her fingers brushing mine.
She studied it for a long moment, almost as if she was hoping the photo would tell her something she hadn’t expected.
Finally, she looked back up at me, a small smirk tugging at her lips.
“Alright,” she said, her tone lightening a little.
“Let’s say I believe you for now. But that doesn’t mean I’m ready to trust you completely. You might still be playing me.”
I took a breath, maintaining my calm exterior despite the racing thoughts in my mind.
I needed to push further and make her believe me.
“Look,” I said, lowering my voice just a bit,
“I know it’s hard to trust someone who just shows up out of nowhere. But I’m not here to hurt you. I’m just trying to find the truth. And you know what?”
I paused, letting the silence linger before continuing.
“I can help you. I can help you get away from this life. You don’t have to keep running.”
The smirk faded from her face as she regarded me seriously now.
“You think you can just walk in and fix everything for me?” she asked, a hint of doubt in her voice.
“You don’t know anything about me. You don’t know what I’ve done.”
I swallowed hard, the weight of her words pressing down on me. But I didn’t back down.
“I don’t know everything. But I know enough to help. I know you’re scared. You don’t have to keep hiding, Jenna. I’m not here to judge you.”
There was a moment of silence, and then her eyes flickered to the ground, her hands trembling slightly.
She seemed to be weighing something in her mind. Then, to my surprise, her voice dropped to a quiet whisper.
“You want to know what I’ve done? Fine. You wanna know why I’ve been running? I’ll tell you. But you’d better not try to stop me when I say this.”
I nodded, urging her on. My stomach twisted with anticipation. This was it.
“I’ve done more than just that robbery,” she began, her voice cold.
“I’ve been part of some dangerous things—more than I can count. I’ve been involved in setting up people, running scams, and doing things I can’t even talk about. Robbing that boutique? That was easy. But that’s nothing compared to the bigger stuff.”
I could hear the tremor in her voice, but there was also a sense of relief, like confessing was something she’d been holding back for far too long.
I was recording every word, making sure I had the evidence we needed.
“There’s a group... and we’ve been working together for years. It’s not just petty crime. We’re talking about things that could ruin people’s lives, and I’ve been a part of it all.”
She paused, her eyes darting to the street around us as if expecting someone to appear.
“But I’m done. I don’t want any more blood on my hands.”
I felt a wave of relief wash over me, knowing that I had gotten her to confess, but I kept my face neutral.
I also knew the whole "I'm done" thing she confessed was a big lie. She probably told me that since she didn't trust me.
“You don’t have to do it anymore, Jenna. You’ve got a chance to make things right.”
The moment Jenna finished confessing, I could feel the tension in the air shift.
Her eyes, wide with the weight of her words, slowly began to narrow.
She was still processing what she had said—admitting to the robberies, the dangerous work, and the people involved.
But as she looked at me, something seemed to change.
“You tricked me,” she spat, taking a small step back.
Her body stiffened, and I could see the realization dawning on her.
“This whole thing was a setup, wasn’t it?”
My heart raced in my chest, but I forced myself to stay calm.
I had to stick to the plan, to remain steady.
I could feel the tiny earpiece buzzing in my ear, Tim’s voice coming through with quiet reassurance.
“Stay calm. You’ve got this.”
Jenna’s eyes flickered around, now more alert, more paranoid.
“I knew something didn’t add up. You can’t trust anyone, not in this game. You’ve been playing me the whole time.”
She stepped back again, her hand brushing the side of her jacket as though she was about to pull something out.
My pulse quickened.
I had to do something, anything, to keep her calm—make her think I wasn’t ready for what was about to happen.
I gave the tiniest of nods, the secret signal that I had to use to alert the team. That was the first sign.
My fingers were trembling, but I kept my hand steady as I subtly tapped the recorder hidden in my sleeve.
Jenna seemed to miss the movement, her gaze still darting around the alley.
“So what now, huh?” she asked, her voice almost too casual.
“You gonna turn me in? Is that how this works?”
I swallowed hard, holding her gaze, my voice barely above a whisper.
“You’ve already turned yourself in, Jenna. This isn’t a game anymore. This is your chance to make it right.”
But before she could respond, I saw the shadow of movement from behind her.
The officers were closing in—carefully, silently, just like we’d planned.
Jenna hadn’t seen them yet, but I could feel it in my gut that we were running out of time.
Her expression shifted again, suspicion creeping in.
“I don’t buy it,” she muttered, shaking her head.
“I don’t trust you. This is too easy.”
I took a deep breath. “I’m not your enemy, Jenna. The only one you’ve been lying to is yourself.”
My words were quiet but firm, and as I spoke them, I could see Jenna’s eyes flicker.
Her hand twitched again, and for a moment, I thought she might bolt.
I could see a shiny object in her pocket and I could immediately recognize it as a knife.
But I couldn't be scared I had to stay calm.
I took another step closer, my movements slow and calculated.
I had to keep her from panicking or doing something that might harm me.
“Look, I’m not here to hurt you. You’ve done what you’ve done, but it doesn’t have to end like this.”
Jenna’s breath hitched, but she didn’t move. She looked at me, searching for something, for a reason to believe.
Then, just as I could feel the officers positioning themselves, I saw Jenna’s hand slowly move away from her jacket.
She seemed to hesitate like she was waiting for a signal.
That was my chance.
I nodded again, just barely enough to be noticed, and the team moved in.
The quiet shuffle of footsteps grew louder as the officers emerged from their positions, surrounding the alley.
Jenna’s eyes widened in panic as she finally realized what was happening.
“What the hell—” she started, but before she could finish, one of the officers stepped forward.
“Jenna Morrow,” the officer called out, his voice firm and commanding.
“You’re under arrest for robbery, conspiracy, and multiple counts of criminal activity. You have the right to remain silent.”
Jenna froze, her breath catching in her throat.
Her eyes darted around, her hands raised defensively as though she could still escape, but it was too late.
The officers had her surrounded. Her body stiffened, but I could see the resignation in her eyes.
She knew the game was up.
“You tricked me,” she repeated, her voice raw with betrayal, but it lacked the same fire it had earlier.
.She looked at me one last time, and I could see the bitter realization sinking in.
“You played me, just like everyone else.”
I met her gaze and shook my head softly.
“No, Jenna. You did this to yourself. I didn’t want it to end this way, but this is the truth.”
As the officers began to secure her hands with the cuffs, she didn’t fight back.
She was too far gone, too tangled in the web she had spun.
Jenna let out a long, defeated breath, her shoulders slumping as she realized there was no way out.
Tim’s voice crackled through my earpiece, warm and full of relief.
“Good job, baby. You were amazing out there.”
I barely had time to respond before the officers led Jenna away, her steps heavy, defeated.
The weight of the mission began to lift off my shoulders, the adrenaline still coursing through my veins, but I felt a quiet sense of accomplishment. It was over.
The team had done it.
And I had done it, too.

Tim was waiting by the SUV when the last of the officers brought Jenna to the car.
His expression softened when he saw me, his eyes scanning me for any signs of distress.
As soon as I approached, he pulled me into his arms, his grip firm and reassuring.
“You did it,” Tim said, his voice low, filled with pride.
I leaned into him, feeling the rush of emotions from the mission finally settle.
“I couldn’t have done it without you,” I whispered, my voice catching slightly.
“I knew you were with me.”
Tim pulled back just enough to cup my face in his hands, his thumbs brushing against my cheeks as he gazed at me with a softness I rarely saw.
“I’m so proud of you, babe,” he said, his voice thick with emotion.
“You were brave out there. You handled it all perfectly.”
I smiled softly, my heart swelling in my chest.
“I couldn’t have done it without you or the team,” I repeated, my voice full of gratitude.
“You were my rock.”
Tim kissed me gently on the forehead, his arms holding me close.
“I’ll always be your rock, sweetheart.”
We stood there for a moment, just holding each other as the sounds of the arrest faded into the background.
The mission was over, and we had won. Together.

Back at the station, the air was thick with relief.
The operation had been a success, and the team was buzzing with excitement, celebrating their hard work.
Laughter and chatter filled the room, but I could feel someone's eyes on me—Tim.
I caught Lucy’s teasing glance as she looked between us, a smirk pulling at the corners of her mouth.
“So, still think your dear wifey shouldn’t have gone undercover?” she asked, her voice playful.
Tim let out a reluctant sigh, though his eyes never left me.
“I still don’t like it and it was a one-time thing for your information Chen,” he muttered, but I could see the softness in his gaze.
I ducked my head, feeling a bit shy under the attention.
“It worked though,” I said quietly, my voice almost a whisper.
Tim groaned, running his hands through his hair in mock frustration.
“I walked right into that one, didn’t I?” His tone was teasing, but I could see the pride behind it.
The team burst into laughter, and I couldn’t help but smile.
I felt Tim’s gaze warm as he watched me, and even though he was still grumbling about my undercover mission, I could feel the pride radiating from him.
He moved closer, wrapping an arm around me and pulling me in, pressing a soft kiss to my temple.
“You’re never going undercover again,” he murmured, his voice low and reassuring.
I tilted my head up to look at him, a playful glint in my eyes.
“Maybe just once more?” I teased, earning another groan from him.
He sighed dramatically, but there was no hiding the fondness in his expression.
“I swear, woman. You’re gonna be the death of me,” he muttered, but I knew he didn’t mean it. Not really.
The team laughed harder, and I leaned into Tim, resting my head on his shoulder.
In that moment, everything felt right.
All the tension, all the danger, melted away. And I knew, no matter what came next, Tim and I would always be in this together.
And most importantly my evil 'twin' is behind closed bars and won't ever give me a bad image again.
The end
