Mabaki doesn't really like the talkative/rambling type, and Caira is exactly that, hah. He used to get annoyed with her when she kept rambling on and on when they first met. Well, at this point he's starting to get used to it and is actually enjoying listening to her and finds her... even cuter... So on instinct he just does this...

And no, their relationship isn't clearly defined at all in this stage, and it doesn't really happen for a while....

There's a few things I only started catching on in hindsight while making this piece. I did a basic plan for it, yes, but as I started to clean it, I added and changed some things as it went. Unfortunately, I ended up drawing the same face angle for Caira 5 times and it only really clicked with me once I started adding flats (talk about taking long to realize)

Next time I try something like this, I want to try and do different angles to make it more interesting... bah, unfortunate, but for next time!

And if only Mbk wasn't fighting me on that 1 face panel yeah man i redrew that shit 8 times i think he is so alkjsdfkljjskdjfslLKJSDF I HATE HIM i love him fuck you Mabaki LMAO

Hot chocolate with brioche-style sweets has been very common in the Catalan Countries since the late 1600s. Nowadays, it's still popular to have it with family or friends over breakfast or berenar (mid-afternoon snack).

I have friends from the USA and from England, and they were surprised when they had hot chocolate here because it's thick. I was also surprised in the USA and England, because what they call "hot chocolate" is what I would call a "chocolate milkshake" (Cacaolat, Cola-cao, etc).

For this reason, I am curious. In your countries, is hot chocolate a completely liquid drink, or is it a thick drink you can both drink directly or with a spoon? Let me know in the tags or comments!

shoutout to the people who are far too warm. every one of my coworkers has the worst circulation and they're all so cold all the time shivering with hoodies + long tees and the heater on meanwhile I am dying if I am not standing directly in front of the fan with a tshirt on with that thang going full blast. thanks to it being 30°F outside I can finally wear leather chokers again without That overheating me and being a sensory nightmare in the store as well.

The ultimate dogboy in Dunmeshi to me isn’t Laios, Lycion or even Kuro. It’s Mickbell.

Little dog man’s never had enough. Little dog man has someone in his hands already but it’s not all that he’s wanted and craved. He’s hungered for so long and now he doesn’t know what can quench it. When you’ve been hungry, once you have something it’s hard to not binge eat it because you never know when you’ll lose it. He wants more from them, more of them, more to chew, more safely locked within his teeth, more to taste on his tongue. Hungry greedy unkempt misbehaved. I think he loves like a dog I think he slobbers and digs his teeth in because he doesn’t want to let his bone go and he’s hungry and starved.

And he’s not like Laios he’s not like Kuro he’s not like Lycion, calling him a dog in any way would be the greatest offense to him but also it’s true. Sorry. Dogboy against your consent. You better be ready to unpack a lot of stuff you don’t like hearing about yourself!!!! The unwilling dogboy analogies are the most interesting ones get out Laios and Lycion. Mick doesn’t want to be a dog, it’s dehumanizing, demeaning, but he is, he loves like a dog.

Feeling dehumanized and demeaned by loving so much, by being walked on a leash by your feelings until your body acts on instinct like it’s primal and animalistic, for feelings you cannot control, and you’re drooling you’re drooling you’re clawing teeth snapping but you’re on hands and knees begging for scraps and treats. Just a dog picking up crumbs of a fine meal from where it’s dropped on the floor, affection from coerced hands, peanuts of self-esteem from judging others, anything to soothe while surviving.

Had another Disneyland day yesterday! Mainly did a lot of picture taking and went on a couple rides. I also had a fun impromptu pic with a First Order stormtrooper in Batuu as I was taking another photo. It was super cool, and I’ve never experienced that before! Definitely one of those “Disney magic” moments haha Overall it was a wonderful day!
