Au where Izuku hallucinates Tomura's ghost and the first time he sees him he is smiling, Izuku thinking this is just his brain's way of never forgetting Tomura and trying to reason that what he did may have been for the best in the end, that maybe his heart was saved like All Might said, but over time the ghost begins to change until he becomes a visual representation of Izuku's internal guilt from the final war as he truly begins to process what happened now that he is out of it
