There are So many more ways to get more women on the grid without completely othering them.
#here I'll start: 1. any team with 3 people in moto2/3 - one of them has to be a woman#all teams have to run atleast 1 female wildcard a year#get more women in test riding#affirmative action in diff arenas including behind the scenes stuff#like everything- from engineering to photography#and MARKETING#the audience itself is overwhelmingly male- you have to market it to women as well and that's not possible....without women#do not make 1 woman an icon or whatever for all this don't put them on a pedestal all that will happen is unfair pressure on them#just so mad sorry#edit: apparently the bikes will be superbikes just sub in the junior series names lol

I’m confused when for movies they hire handsome people (by hollywood beauty standards) and then go crazy with make up to make them ugly/interesting... just hire actors with non conventional faces??? like
I know asking Hollywood to not hire by their stupid standards is a lost cause but !!!! PEOPLE LIKE THAT ARE ALL OVER???
