The fact that Cloud and Tifa’s hangout is locked behind Cloud and Aerith’s date tells me the creators want us to compare the two. And it’s really obvious Cloud’s vibing more with Tifa. Aerith’s looking for an energy Cloud can’t match. It feels like she’s looking for Zack — that fun, forward, flirty vibe that he brings. And her attempts to draw that out of Cloud have the opposite effect. It seems especially obvious at the end when it’s time to head back and Aerith says, “This is the part where you’re supposed to blurt out, ‘I don’t want to go back! I want to stay here with you!’ This date’s DOA, otherwise.” And Cloud tells her, “Okay, now you’re just being mean.” And she replies, “I’m not trying to be mean, I… Sorry.” Aerith absolutely deserves someone who is gonna give her that bold, romantic energy. 1. Hera to giants: I need you to help me kill Zeus.

Girl, haven’t you just kind of... done it? Who was that stabbing Zeus in the neck then? Isn’t he already dead? (Who woulda thought gods are so easy to kill) (edit: he wasn’t and it isn’t)

4. I kinda shipped Seraphim with Hera? A little. Also, a side note: Hera should have cheated on Zeus with all of his hot ‘bastard’ children 🤷‍♀️ At least that’d be more pleasant... for her. Lol. (I really really really hate cheating and cheating storylines, but this one may possibly the only one case where I could have overlooked it. Because Zeus is a fuckboy asshole 🤷‍♀️)

5. Hera is kinda psychotic. Thinking that giants will not find a way to go around cauldron powers and that anyone could hold that kind of power position for long? Hilarious and extremely presumptuous. It would have been so funny if her butt was kicked by giants right as she raised them.

6. Solving your marital problems by going into war and involving absolutely everyone around in your shit and dirty laundry? I hated Zeus for a very long time before this tv series, but Hera is honestly not that much better.

7. Hera, darling, is that dick really worth it? I highly doubt it 😒 Pls follow my advice and just find yourself a boy/girltoys and live your life to the full, honey.

8. Justice for Seraphim. Really, the boy got the worst of it. Some may argue and say that Heron got the short end of the stick too and it didn’t turn him into a monster. Please keep in mind that Heron still had his loving mother and support of his father, even if he didn’t know it was him at the time. Seraphim had no one. I have no idea how much has to be done in order to create a believable redemption ark for him, but if they did, that would be the most epic thing ever.

9. If Seraphim is to die, I really wish he just got extremely angry at being a pawn in gods hands and cooperated with Heron crew, cause he saw how completely out of it Hera is. However, I have a feeling we are looking at Kain and Abel situation here and that makes me really sad.

P.S. A couple of episodes back Zeus told this sob story how he grew up without a father (believe me, I know about the Chronos or whatever is his name shit that went down) and how this is why he was never good at being a father. YOU GOT SIX CHILDREN BORN OUT OF WEDLOCK BEFORE HERON EVEN CAME AROUND AND THEN SOME WITH HERA TOO!!! You’ve had more than enough time to practice, you just really didn’t want to. And why is that you were pretty not half bad at parenting when you were pretending to be an old man??? This does not add up, man.

Uhm, haha, to be honest, no! No, I don’t think this year was one for the record. It was one of the harder years I’ve experienced in the past decade, especially the latter half. I’ve said it recently but I haven’t felt right since May/June.

Lost some spring in my step this year. Still trying to find it again.

How old did you turn this year?

I turned 30! Pretty neat, actually, felt super...idk, official? Felt good to be out of my 20′s, anyway.

Do you feel your age?

To be honest, I don’t really know what “30″ is supposed to feel like. I’ve never made a huge deal about my age, I just act how I feel any given moment of any given day.

Did your appearance change in anyway?

I went full mohawk this year, but that was earlier in the year. I’m growing my hair back out, now.

The Mandalorian really surprised the fuck out of me for holding my attention, and though I’ve only seen the first ep, the new Harley Quinn show was really funny.

Oh man, I tried these uhm...Chinese-style pancakes (savory, not sweet) in Chicago and right now I can’t think of what they were called but it made me regret my baby tummy, because I wanted to just sit and eat them until I exploded.

What was one nice thing you did for someone else?

I didn’t have to, but I did. I knew I’d look back on the last year and have this regret and I was right. I kicked ass at the beginning of the year and then I let my environment influence me to give up when I could have, should have, kept going.

If you could have a do over on one thing you did, would you take it?

Yeah, I want a chance to redo this writing thing. Every year I let go without doing anything productive toward my goals of either enjoying my fandoms or working on getting published seems like such a waste to me and I hate it.

I work a job I hate, I’m stuck financially, and the one thing I know I want to do with my life...I’m not doing. It’s so fucking stupid it makes me cross-eyed when I think how often I just shrug and not do shit.

What was the best moment of the year for you?

It’s going to sound stupid, but Captain Marvel was a huge deal for me. I cried watching the red carpet premiere and I cried twice in the theater. I love Carol, I’ve loved Carol for years and years and I never thought the MCU would do well enough for me to get a movie that was all hers. To see her up there, to see Brie Larson portraying her and doing it so well, it was a huge deal to me. It still is.

I still feel that excitement.

What was the worst?

I’m not elaborating anymore than to say May/June was the lowest I’ve been in a long, long time.

I haven’t cut myself this year.

That just when you think you can’t take it anymore, that you’re at the end of the rope...there’s still a little left. You can still go a little further.

Haha, yeah. I understand Steve Rogers more the second read-through of Civil War than I did the first time I went through it.
