Beginner Class - Energy Manipulation Introduction
Energy Manipulation Introduction
___
By KB [AncientCraft]
Tumblr media
Introduction
We all know energy is everywhere, constantly surrounding us. It is everywhere and makes up everything. Energy Manipulation is the act of moving and transforming energy inside and around yourself in order to accommodate your purposes. You must have a good understanding of your personal energy in order to successfully work with other energies.
How Can I Use It?
Well, before you even begin to use it you must know how to sense the energy. Remember to clear your mind of any negativity as it will be much easier to get a feel of the energy this way.
Technique 1
Sit in a comfortable position in a quiet space. Take a few deep breaths, relaxing every muscle with each exhale until you are fully relaxed. *toes, feet, knees, legs, hips, belly, chest, neck, face, eyebrows. Relax it all. Let all the tension go with your breath.*
Place your hands close enough together that you could place a dime between them and hold it up. Now, still keeping your breathing rhythm, concentrate on the small dime sized space between your hands.
This could take a few minutes, as everyone is different. You should begin to feel a sensation between your hands. *tingles, heat, cold, magnetics*. When you can confidently identify the sensation and become comfortable in it, you should realize that this is your personal energy!
Technique 2
This technique follows the first two steps of technique one, although this technique requires visualization.
After the first two steps have been completed, picture a small ball of any color in between your hands in your minds eye. Visualize it until you can almost feel it, taste it, and smell it.
Concentrate on this feeling between your hands. You should also feel the same sensations as listed above.
Grounding
We will be getting into this more in depth later on, but for the purpose of this lesson, we will be focusing on a basic grounding technique using personal energy.
Sit however you like, but on the ground in some position will be best for this exercise. Start by closing your eyes and being present in the moment.
Listen to the breeze, feel it on your face, feel the sensation as it interacts with your hair on your head and arms. Now, we will add another layer, feel the light (sun or moon) on your skin. Resonate in the power you feel emanating from them. How do they make you feel? Feel the cool ground underneath you. Place your hands on the ground. How does it make you feel?
Send your energy to your finger tips. Feel the energy of the earth meeting your personal energy. It should feel kind of like when you sit on your arm in a funny position and it gets tingly. That tingly feeling will be in your fingertips and below them.
In your minds eye, picture a root going from the top of your head all the way to the bottom of your spine. Once it gets to the base of the spine, continue the root going through the ground and going deep into the earth, spreading the roots out.
Visualize the energy from the earth being absorbed by the roots and flowing into your body.
This is personally how I like to ground. ♡
Moving Energy Through the Body
This is a skill that will come in handy with more advanced skills on down the line.
Technique 1
Repeat the first 3 steps in the Grounding section.
Visualize this energy, picture the energy in your hands moving to another body part. Visualize this until you can feel the energy in that body part.
Technique 2
Repeat the last 3 steps of the previous technique.
Assign one hand as giving and the other one as receiving. In your minds eye, visualize your receiving hand as an energy magnet.
Now with your still charged giving hand, move the receiving hand up your arm, allowing this energy to flow through to your palms.
Psi Ball
This is one of the first constructs you will make. A construct is an object you make out of energy. It will require some form of visualization and being able to feel your energy before hand.
Technique 1
Repeat the same first 3 steps in the above section.
Hold your hands at baseball width apart. In your minds eye, visualize the energy in your hand forming until a dense ball. Do this until you can feel it in your hands.
Toss the ball back and forth between your hands.
Now visualize the ball moving between each of your hands.
⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯
Don't be upset if you're not able to detect your energy right away. This serves as a very basic introduction to energy exercises, as it helps you gain a sense of control over your own energy. Practicing these exercises is the only way you'll be able to achieve more advanced workings such as energy shields, reiki healing, and most spell work.

The saree is one of the world’s oldest and perhaps the only surviving unstitched garment from the past. Over the millennia, it has not only become a sensuous, glamorous all-time-wear for women, but also the ‘canvas’ for weavers and printers to create artistic weaves, prints and jewelled or gold-silver embellishments! Drakkar (wood carving) - 150$
Material: oak Diameter - 25 cm (9,84 inch.) The name 'Viking' comes from the word 'Vikingr' (Old Norse) meaning 'pirate raid'. The Norse people were said to be 'going Viking' when they set sail to explore and loot and their sea vessels were 'horses of the waves' symbolic of speed and power. During the period 850-1000 AD, the Vikings explored many countries including The United Kingdom, France, Spain, Italy as well as North Africa. They also discovered Iceland, Greenland and Newfoundland. The Viking people were amazing ship builders and their most famous ship, the longship was the most powerful vessel. On average, a Viking longship measured approximately 25-30 metres could hold up to 60 men. They also commonly used boats called Knarrs and Karves. The Viking boats were also used in funerals and were symbolic of safe passage to the afterlife.
The Viking longboat was the key to the Vikings success in travelling. The various classes of boat employed by the Vikings would of course have grown over time. Larger boats like the Skeid and the Busse would have been built as the results of successful initial raids. These larger ships would have allowed the Vikings to travel in larger parties, over larger oceans, of course helping them obtain their valued treasures.

BEGINNER CLASS - Session 2
What Is Witchcraft?
By KB[AncientCraft]
Tumblr media
Introduction
Hello again everyone! Welcome back to class ♡ Before we actually get in to any work, I really wanted to address what witchcraft really is and what it most certainly is not. In this section, we'll have a small breakdown of a few terms as well as explaining a few things in hopes you will have a better understanding on what witchcraft truly is. Let's get started!
Pagan .vs. Wicca .vs Witchcraft
Pagan
Paganism is an umbrella term that is used to describe any religion outside of the "main world religions". This typically includes being polytheistic or animistic. Although it is true that many Pagan religions have a lot of focus on nature, this is not always the case. Paganism is also commonly used to describe Neo-Paganism/Contemporary Paganism movements as well. Paganus, which originally meant "rustic" and then "civilian," is where the English word "pagan" comes from. During the fall of the Roman Empire, Christians used this phrase to describe non-Christians who embraced polytheism—that is, worshiped numerous gods and goddesses—and were thus not Christians. In the past, the name "Pagan" was applied in this context in a derogatory manner, implying that non-Christian polytheists were uncultured, simple country folk who followed an inferior form of religion. It wasn't until the modern era that pagans began using this term to refer to themselves or their religious rituals. It's important to remember that not all pagans are witches, nor do they all practice witchcraft.
Wicca
Wicca is a New-Age religion that falls under the umbrella term of Paganism. Gerald Gardner popularized wicca after it was created in England in the 1940s and 1950s. The pre-Christian religious and witchcraft traditions of northern and western Europe are heavily emphasized, as is the natural world. Notably, Gardner and his earliest supporters never referred to their religion as "Wicca"; instead, they called it the "witch cult" or the "old religion." The name of this religious movement was modified to "Wicca" later in the 1960s. The Goddess and the God are the two main deities that Wiccans worship. They play a significant part in the Wiccan Wheel of the Year and are the deities responsible for the cycles of life and death on Earth. On the Sabbats and Esbats rituals and deity worship frequently take place. These practices may be mystical. A chalice, candles, a pentacle, an athame (ceremonial sword), and other objects may be used in a Wiccan ritual. The Wiccan religion has several branches now, each with its own fundamental principles and activities, most of which have been borrowed from older religions. As controversial as it may seem, not everyone who is Wiccan is a witch, either.
Witchcraft
Witchcraft is the practice of metaphysics and energy manipulation, often with occultic ties. Witchcraft is not a religion or belief system, therefore it is extremely widespread and encompasses a variety of practices, traditions, and cultures. In the simplest way possible, witchcraft is the act of harnessing and controlling energies around you in order to obtain a certain outcome. The main difference in being a witch and practicing witchcraft is that witches often use other tools and outside sources to help boost their energies during metaphysical workings. You do not have to convert religions in order to practice witchcraft. There is no certain belief system or initiation you have to partake in to practice witchcraft.
Please, remember to be kind and patient with yourself. We are all here to learn, and some may be able to grasp some concept and experiences at a quicker pace than others. This does not mean you are inferior. This isn't a race ~ it's a leisurely journey ♡
