So much has contributed to who we are. It's profound to contemplate the incredible support we have from our well ancestors, their many wishes for us to cease carrying the wounds and baggage from the lives that came before us. When we heal, we heal both backwards and forwards, 7 generations according to Indigenous wisdom. That's a lot of incentive. And our ancestors are there cheering us on, supporting us, loving us the whole way. • • • • • • • One powerful way to stay in right relationship with your ancestors is to research your geneology. Then, create an altar with pictures and/or names. Add candles, incense, flowers, and other offerings.
