now we’re up to the Lumity Moments (tm), i’m gonna start listening to all the languages, cause why not:

french amity calls luz ‘loose’ and her ‘of course it’s you’ thing is somehow even more awkward than in english, while french luz calls amity ‘a meaty’

german amity says ‘i’ve been talking for too long’ way louder than in english and how german luz says ‘the star captain of the grudgby team’ is so extra it’s amazing

in the european spanish dub, spanish amity calls luz ‘luth’ and says that whole word salad ridiculously fast besides the ‘with me’ bit, plus i really hate to say this but spanish luz reminds me a little of spanish cartman in the sense that she sounds like she’s always scheming. meanwhile, latin american spanish amity is a really fast talker except when she’s confused about something, and luz calls her ‘amiteey’ (ig she’s ameteest’s spanish cousin)

european portugese amity is somehow even faster-talking than any other, and luz calls her ‘amytea’ and boscha ‘abortion’, but despite that she is still adorable. amity’s just as fast in brazilian portugese, and it sounds like she’s saying boscha is annoying willow and ‘winning gay’. ig even though they lose the grudgby game at the end, they did succeed in winning gay

italian luz calls amity ‘aamity’ and amity’s ‘i’ve been talking for too long’ is so fast and quiet you can hardly understand it, plus luz calling boscha ‘the star captain of the grudgby team’ somehow manages to be more extra than in german

in dutch amity is ‘armourty’, she calls luz ‘loosh’ and i’m 99% sure that they rolled ‘the star captain of the grudgby team’ into one word because dutch

norwegian luz calls amity ‘ammaty’ and for some reason my brain went to imma be. plus luz actually really understates ‘the star captain of the grudgby team’ in norwegian for some reason

in swedish amity is ‘ammatay’ and her ‘i’ll help!’ is really fast. swedish luz really made up for how much norwegian luz underplayed ‘the star captain of the grudgby team’ too

finally, and i swear to god i’m not making this up, the danish dub seems to call amity ‘sega’ and luz ‘lucia’. i can’t even comment on their dialogue because i can’t believe they’re calling each other that
