hi i love you're art and i'm also a fan of creepypastas too. i would love to be friends with you, but that's only if you want too, i'm sorry if you don't. Hope you have a good day or night.
Hello!
You seem like a new Tumblr user! I am ok with being acquaintances but I would like to know a few things for your safety and my own.
I see you do not have a posted age or something to signify that! ie: a tag line that says [__ years old] or [Minor] or [Not a Minor]. I would like to know whether or not you are a Minor so I can keep my topics age appropriate. I do not want to accidentally traumatize a 14 year old or something.
You have no pronouns or preferred name listed! What is your preferred name and how should I address you?
I do not tolerate Transphobia, Pedophilia or Racism! I also feel strongly about mental health as someone who has had experiences with several issues AND is studying psychology. Please Respect People.
If you have triggers please let me know so I can avoid them
No Amrican politics. I'm American and Everything with politics Sucks.
Mary-Gary Sues/Sparkly Dog Ocs kinda annoy me. They're cool I suppose, but I also like the realism of people not having god powers
Creepypasta specific: I don't do the Whole TOBY LIKES WAFFLES and MASKY LIKES CHEESECAKE thing. I find it annoying. ALSO: I categorize Marble Hornets as not technically creepypasta, but it was adopted by the creepypasta fandom.
I have next to no ability to read social interactions and have trouble with understanding things sometimes. If I seem passive aggressive or rude, I am probably not intentionally being that way. If I ask you to say something differently, please understand that my brain is not processing the way that you previously said it.
I HAVE forgotten that people exist. Please Don't feel offended if I don't respond to you for a while, I probably forgot and may need a reminder. General rule of thumb is a reminder after 72 hours.
If you are mad, tell me. If you hate me, block me. I don't do the he said she said stuff. It irritates me and I'm done with social media smear campaigns. I've dealt with that and refuse to deal with it again.
If you are an older person: NO, I am not interested in onlyfans, having a sugar mommy/daddy or whatever. Do not contact me about hook ups or pictures or anything of the sort! I find people being attracted to me mildly disturbing, actually.
TL:DR I am bad at socializing, I don't wanna tramatize you (Please tell me if you are a Minor; you have no age posted), and please Respect people and don't be horrible/ support horrible stuff!
#askbox#YOU SEEM REALLY NEW AND YOUNG#I WANT TO ENCOURAGE THE SOCIALIZING#BUT ALSO LIKE#IF YOU'RE A MINOR I DONT WANT TO DESCRIBE IN DETAIL HOW IT FEELS TO HAVE YOUR TOENAIL RIPPED OFF OR SOMETHING?!#Please add an age to your blog bro#young people scare be tbh#like fr im terrified i dont know how childs act#will it bite me??? idk it might?!

Doing some landscape art installation for a show that opens October 16th. Just having an absolutely normal time with this figure I was literally sewing moss to in the forest.
its at the top of a set of 100 feet of stairs that just vanish into the woods. just absolutely bonkers looking.
The plants around it are amrican wisteria, so those will be partially wrapped around it as well so it will be consumed that way as well.

Amazing Alternative Movie Posters by Peter Majarich
Sydney based artist challenges himself to create a movie poster each day of the year.
Peter Majarich uses their storyline and various elements to depict the movie of his choice, his style as a graphic designer being a chameleon to suit the plot of the film. While the concept of illustrating one poster a day for 365 days sound fun, it also reflects his dedication and commitment for the task, along with his impeccable time management skills. And his series has a little something for everyone, starting from cheesy romantic comedies to the thrillers, from sci-fi to animated films, Majarich has covered thm all.
Catch his creations on Tumblr and try to guess the name of the movie just by seeing their alternative posters.

WELCOME TO MONLEON:
FULL NAME: Rebecca Ayumi Fukunaga
OCCUPATION: Merrick Art Museum Curator
AGE & D.O.B.: 29 years old; November 15
RESIDENCE: Merrick Village
ORIGINALLY FROM: Tokyo, Japan
HOW LONG THEY’VE BEEN IN TOWN: On and off her whole life
BIOGRAPHY:
TW: cancer.
Rebecca has always existed in two distinctly different worlds - the warmth and all-Amrican ease of her mother’s native Florida, and the sleek, towering Tokyo skyline, where tradition moves in harmony with modernism. Her mother, Catherine, traveled to Japan as an adventurous youth, seeking to teach English to Japanese children. Blonde, foreign and chipper, Hideo Fukunaga drifted to her at the bar - a whirlwind romance, and a slightly controversial marriage, followed suit. Catherine and Hideo’s families could not understand either’s choice in partner (though both would warm, once grand children were born). Catherine, though terribly attached to her Merrick Village, agreed to reside in Tokyo; whilst Hideo loved his American bride, he would have Japanese children. Rebecca was born to great love, and bestowed her American-mantle of Rebecca in honor of her grandmother, who continues to waver between adoration of her grandchildren, and confusion over their existence. Rebecca has spent a majority of her life in Japan, spending summers and the occasional school term in her mother’s native Florida.
. The youngest of three - the first, her brother, left for America early, while her sister Megumi mainly rejected the West to remain in Japan. Her sister preferred to be Japanese- a difficulty, given their obvious biracial status. The kids were not entirely ostracised, attending an international school with a variety of students, but always suffered a degree of separation from peers and classmates. Rebecca distinguished herself at an early age for being two things: too emotional for her own good, and incredibly artistic.Rebecca grew up to symbolize the two worlds that had produced her - as her Japanese grandmother often said “Western name, Japanese face”. She learned how to play into the side of herself that was most palpable for who she was with - an all-American girl as best as she could, when back in Florida- and vice versa, in the company of Japanese.
Their older brother was always distant, but Rebecca and her sister share an unparalleled bond - their personalities perfectly compliment one another, and because there are few who understand the feeling of never truly belonging, no matter where you are. While Rebecca has always been reserved and traditional, her sister was bubbly, exhaustingly social and setting out from an early age, to have a family and children.
Rebecca excelled in school, finding herself most drawn to art and history. After finishing highschool, Rebecca came to the States for schooling, majoring in Art History at Barnard. She’d never lived in America for so long, or in a city so unlike her mother’s Florida town. For the first time, Rebecca found herself incredibly attracted to American life, even finding an All-American boyfriend to call her own. But she graduated, the boy she was with couldn’t bring her home to his white family, and American life became an improbable dream once more. She left for Europe, seeking her masters amongst the cobbled streets and of Paris.
Rebecca came back to Japan, home sick and eager to immerse herself in the old life she’d abandoned . She settled into adulthood easily, drifting to work at a museum, collecting friends and lovers. Life marched on, unexceptional, but pleasant, nonetheless. It was her namesake reaching out, which shook Rebecca from her coasting - pancreatic cancer, with a prognosis of two years (at best) left. Rebecca wanted her grandchildren to come home, if only for a little while, before she passed away. Rebecca’s brother remained distant in his California life, and her sister now married, feigned ignorance to any American relations. She hadn’t spent much time in Monleon since the summer before her senior year of highschool; her connections are sparse and feelings are still complicated by the scars of childhood memories. But filial piety and duty is ingrained in her core - whilst they do not share many features, beyond the curve of their ears and a name, Rebecca cannot deny the request to be by her grandmother’s side.
Boxes and suitcases still litter Rebecca’s new home - down the street from her ailing grandmother, who insists on independence but closeness - as she attempts to integrate into her new life. She drifts between delight in spending days by the water, bike riding on streets that feel like home, and sickness for Japan, where she knows her place, and the streets of Tokyo, like the back of her hand. The Merrick Art Museum happily hired Rebecca as it’s Chief curator - allotting her a position that allows her proximity to her truest love, art.
If Rebecca is deemed aloof, it is due to shyness - she’s always been deemed too sensitive, but it is the depth of her empathy, that led her back here. She maintains Japanese and American citizenship through a loophole, involving applying for your Japanese passport when you’re nineteen. But in two years, Rebecca will have to pick a passport - per Japanese law, you are either Japanese, or you forfeit your citizenship. Part of why she’s drifted back to the States, is to decide if American is worth her walk away from the place she’s treasured as home.
REBECCA FUKUNAGA is portrayed by SONOYA MIZUNO and written by RORY.

Just because you as an individual don’t understand the horns being antisemetic doesn’t mean it’s not antisemetic ?? Many Jewish people are uncomfortable with it and for you to act so immature over people expressing their uncomfort is really just appalling,,, they weren’t even going after you or freaking out?? You obviously can’t take criticism at all. Pretty art but you need to be more considerate!
Hahaha that's so cute. You're telling a jewish person how they should feel about jewish matters.
Imagine you were a black person and some white dude would have told you you should feel x about y matter.
This is what you're doing.
I'm sorry. I am not an amrican and i have been raised to never be scared about who i am.
Jewish, lesbian, woman.
"Many jewish people" is a term people use to justify their own opinion. Which is cool, but don't come after me cause as a jew, let me tell you - you're seen stuff that aren't there.
If you really feel uncomfortable you should just unfollow me.
I am a jewish individual, which makes me actually eligable at telling antisemitism from just cool art.
Horns on characters is just an AU i had in my mind. You can't intimidate me into believing somethint that isn't true.
Shalom ✌🏼

Today...
....My 4 year old learned a tough but very important lesson that every girl needs to know.
We were taking our morning walk through our neighborhood; my 6 month old dozing on my chest in her wrap and my precocious 4 year old taking in the sights of suburban nature and stopping often to collect little treasures. When I turned around to look behind us, a habit I have kept since I was a teenager, I saw a figure maybe 50-60 yards back.
One fact you may not know about me is I have extensive training in Martial Arts that includes a 2nd degree black belt in Amrican Fighting Systems, Close Quarters Combat training (where several Marines were my partners/teachers), weapons training, Self defense, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and even ranked nationally in kickboxing with the IKF. I am quite capable of defending myself but more importantly, know how to and the importance of avoiding any such situation entirely.
I told my daughter to quicken her pace and to leave the twigs, flowers and pinecones. The figure didn't seem to speed up but did make the same 3 turns we did. Something about their gait made me very uneasy.
Once we rounded the last straightaway before turning to our street - we RAN. I did not want the stranger to have a vantage point of where we lived before he too came around the corner.
Once we were safely inside I peeked out the window to see the man stop and look around before continuing on. I then had to explain to my young child how when we are out walking, we always check behind us on a regular basis, and that I wasn't trying to scare her but it is an important safety habit, like looking both ways when you cross the street or always wearing your seatbelt. It broke my heart to see her innocent little face look at me when I had to explain such ugly realities. It's possible the man had no ill intentions. Perhaps he too was on a leisurely walk. But I take no chances, especially with my children. We have fought the odds game many times already and lost.
It was a profound moment. This girl has learned at a young age -too young- how to fight for her life, and I'm confident she will be able to in any way that is required of her for her whole life. It was a moment of growth and change for me to realize she is not so little anymore and capable of so much - not the doom and gloom of the realities of our world, but the blossoming of righteous strength upholding all the good that exists.
What we focus on matters. Be grateful for it all. Today I am grateful for my training. Utilize the proximity alert protocol at all times, ladies.

Fortnum & Mason, London
This store is not only a touristic destination but a real monument of English taste. Besides the obvious cheap and distracting souvenirs there is a real selection of great products and a superb celebration of British pottery. The tea pots offer is simply beautiful and worth a visit. Some of the porcelain is so nice that could be considered a piece of art. Not only traditional styles but also modern ones.
The available food choice is huge going from the nice chocolate and biscuit selection to the meats and cheeses in the underground floor.
The idea is to be in one of the temples of good food like Hediard in Paris or Peck in Milan where you can find a broad selection of the finest food and drinks.
Less nice the tea room that moved from the ground floor in Jermyn street to a small place on the first floor giving on the main road. The decor is not in line with the rest of the store and reminds an Amrican diner of the 50's.
The decor of the store is quintessential English and worth a visit.
