Outdoor landscape installation at Jim Felice Studio in Bethel, CT.
Climb up and up and up into the woods on some ancient stairs and find a large ring structure in the woods and a moss covered figure.
Will you leave it a name?

Doing some landscape art installation for a show that opens October 16th. Just having an absolutely normal time with this figure I was literally sewing moss to in the forest.
its at the top of a set of 100 feet of stairs that just vanish into the woods. just absolutely bonkers looking.
The plants around it are amrican wisteria, so those will be partially wrapped around it as well so it will be consumed that way as well.

STARMAKER
Sculpture of snake Crowley, pre-fall as a starmaker. These are his protostars and he will nurture them into beautiful constellation!
Fic to go with it by @inexplicable-void for the @do-it-with-style-events Reverse Bang. Go cry over space snake’s fall!
Starmaker is just under 3 feet tall and hangs by his tail. He’s done in papermache, joint compound, acrylic paint, black light reactive tempura, laundry detergent (yes, really!), and glow in the dark glitter glue. A pretty, shiny, sparkly boi!
He’ll shortly be hanging up at @rainydaypaperback with similar true form Aziraphale sculpture if you want to boop his snake snoot in person.

I was supposed to be rooting these for an Eath Day event but obviously that is not happening. Beautiful roots!
But I don't need 40 willows.
I'm going to use them for an arbosculpture as these are flexible enough to braid and will just fuse together as they grow as they're clones from same parent.
Also friend wanted some kind of monster for grounds of their new studio.
So braid these plus some additional ones I can root, add some glass inclusions so this bastard will light up by flashlight.

Piggies by fenrislorsrai
older art
Four shots of a very small sculpture of two collared peccaries cuddling. They're also known as javelinas and are native to the American Southwest. I did this as a quick break piece in two days before heading back to another project that was giving me trouble. It was inspired by a netsuke of a boar which was far too cute for words. Whole sculpture is only 4 inches long. It'll fit on a playing card. Done in ApoxieSculpt. painted in acrylic. SOLD

OMG giant roach by fenrislorsrai
OLD ART.
Oh my god, it's a roach the size of New Jersey! It's WORSE. It's a computer mouse that has been resculpted to LOOK like a giant cockroach. Yes, it still works. the cord is held in the fron mandibles. You click the carapace to use the buttons (it is a 2 button mouse). The bump in the middle is a scroll wheel. It's a full 7.5 inches of buggy terror. (a normal mouse is about 5") It frightened the neighbor, who wouldn't come within three feet of it since it looks so much like a a real live roach grown to monstrous size. Normal giant hissing cockroachs (the model for this) top out at 4". This guy is almost twice that size. Keeping the material and paint out of the innards was the tricky part, but I did test it out after I was done and it still works. It takes a little more force than usual to operate, but should be fine once new owner adjusts to the feel of it. ApoxieSculpt over standard two button mouse with scrollwheel. Standard mouse PS/2 plug. SOLD

work in progress shot through the finished version of this 3 foot tall monster.
The opossum-pede was based on a friend saying one of their favorite pieces was “Nude Descending a Staircase”.  This doesn’t look quite like that, but that was genesis for the idea.  The first photo is also the reference photo I took!
