I saw these outfits and I immediatly thought of Fai and Kurogane attending a very important event in the name of Princess Tomoyo.

"In regard to myth, although there does not exist a female equivalent of the well-known loves between a god and a young mortal (e.g., Apollo and Hyacinthus), a motif of interest appears in the story of Callisto: according to one variation, attested by scholia on Hesiod and Aratos, Zeus adopts the guise of Artemis in order to engage in a sexual relationship with the goddess’s preferred companion." This first surviving mention that Zeus disguised himself as Artemis in order to approach Kallisto is (quite upsettingly) from a lost comedy by Amphis (4th C. BC), where the butt of the joke is that a naive Kallisto accuses Artemis of having gotten her pregnant:

"But as Amphis, writer of comedies, says, Zeus, assuming the form of Artemis, followed the girl as if to aid her in hunting, and embraced her when out of sight of the rest. Questioned by Artemis as to the reason for her swollen form, she replied that it was the goddess' fault, and because of this reply, Artemis changed her into the shape we mentioned above [bear]." (Amphis fr. 47 Kock, as quoted in Hyginus Astronomica 2.1.2)

Whether Zeus' disguise was invented by Amphis for "comedic effect" or was part of an earlier tradition is a matter of conjecture, but it is certainly well attested later on and by roman times it had become the most popular variant.

~Artistic sources for Kallisto's transformation are very sparse, which I think is kind of a pity considering how hauntingly beautiful and awesome surviving images are (in order):

The Magical Empress - Fai Flourite

So, I really love Tarot Cards, and Kurofai Olympics was amazing but there wasn't an Empress prompt, so I made my own (Fai is the reversed Magician but at the end of the series he is the Empress). This was inspired by my ficlet "Vestido de amor incondicional", Home prompt for the Tsubasa Chronicle Month of the current year, its gonna be translated it in english soon.

Yeah, im obsessed. And this is obviously kurofai.

Hi thank you so much for looking at my art and characters! I appreciate it greatly :D

Amphy is a fun guy indeed let me share some facts and lore about him too:

Amphy is an anthropomorphous being of liquid, he is a part of a species of alien who are liquids who can solidify and liquefy at will. I haven't decided on what sort of liquid he is specifically but he's supposed to resemble something like water/soda due to his blue color and bubbles beneath the surface.

Amphy is a fun-loving guy, he seems to be friendly with everyone around him and sees all people in good faith. He's always quick on his feet, doesn't like to sit still much at all. He goes about a mile a minute in everything he does (which results in him leaving some messes behind lol he is working on that)

He loves high energy folk, any activity is a fun activity so long as everyone is in good mood and spirits. Amphy is also the type of character to help someone in need without reward.

He always reminds people to stay hydrated! His favorite vegetables are cucumbers and his favorite food to eat is fried shrimps.

Originally he was going to be an escaped science experiment! His name 'Amphy' came from Amplifier, the idea was the science lab he was developed in was beneath a club and he wanted to escape and experience the energy and BPM. He still keeps his love of music despite his lore change, his gloves are CD players hahah

He hangs out with a group of others of his species and they like to participate in friendly races! The group consisting of these other characters I made. From left to right:

Rana , Cathy , Astrodiesel, and Rollo

They're all semi-cybernetic but can all become into liquid form.

I don't have too much to share, but if I ever want to draw a loosely designed character with high energy he's very fun for me haha
