ES-TU COUPABLE D’IGNORER DIEU?

Tous les chrétiens savent que Dieu ne réside pas dans des bâtiments ou des temples faits de mains d’hommes. Notre Seigneur a choisi de vivre dans des vases humains – c’est-à-dire, dans le cœur et le corps des membres de Son peuple. Chaque croyant peut se vanter avec assurance en disant : 'Dieu vit en moi.' Bien-sûr, le Seigneur est partout, mais d’après Sa parole, un cœur lavé par le sang de Jésus est son lieu de résidence permanent.

Quand Dieu commence-t-Il à résider en nous ? Quand nous donnons notre cœur à Jésus pour la première fois. A ce moment, la présence de Christ remplit notre être. Il atteste : 'Je suis en mon Père,... vous êtes en moi, et... je suis en vous… Si quelqu’un m’aime, il gardera ma parole, et mon Père l’aimera ; nous viendrons à lui, et nous ferons notre demeure chez lui' (Jean 14:20,23).

Te souviens-tu du jour où tu as été sauvé ? Te souviens-tu de ce que tu as ressenti et expérimenté - des promesses que tu as faites à Jésus, de rejeter tous les autres et de Le suivre ? Jésus avait vu ces choses se produire il y a bien longtemps dans l’éternité – et Il se réjouissait en toi. Il savait que tu allais Le recevoir, avant même que tu ne sois formé dans le ventre de ta mère.

'Quand je n’étais qu’une masse informe, tes yeux me voyaient ; et sur ton livre étaient tous inscrits les jours qui m’étaient destinés, avant qu’aucun d’eux existât' (Psaumes 139:16).

Avant que tu ne sois une semence, Dieu savait tout de toi et Son Fils, Jésus, se réjouissait de savoir que tu grandirais pour devenir son lieu d’habitation. Il se réjouissait à l’idée de te dévoiler Sa Parole : 'mais je vous ai appelés amis, parce que je vous ai fait connaître tout ce que j’ai appris de mon Père' (Jean 15:15).

Est-ce que tu es à la hauteur de Ses attentes quand Il espérait vivre toute la vie avec toi ? Est-ce que ton intimité avec Lui croît ou es-tu coupable de L’ignorer ? Dieu se languit de toi et Il a des plans pour toi. Laisse le Seigneur faire de ce jour un nouveau commencement pour toi.

Je tiens à #remercier #chaleureusement cette personne pour son #aide généreuse. Je suis également #reconnaissant envers ce jeune papa qui m'a rappelé de #respecter les #lieux en ramassant mes détritus avant de partir.

Malheureusement, la batterie 🔋 de mon téléphone était à plat et j'aurais aimé prendre des photos du reste de la journée.

Après cet événement, j'ai eu droit à la grande gentillesse d'une femme très gentille accompagnée de sa nièce qui m'a pris en stop. Je devais simplement retourner chez mon ami à #Mataia pour prendre le bus le lendemain, mais finalement, elles m'ont aidé à récupérer mes affaires et m'ont ramené directement chez moi à #Mahina.

Arrivée à Mahina, la conductrice s'arrêta à #Champion_Mahina pour prendre quelques goûters pour mon #fils de 3 ans 🥲❤️🙏.

Ces gestes de gentillesse et de respect sont précieux et inspirants. 😊🙏
