I would stab a man to be able to breath right now and I'm not even kidding. I don't know what it is about commuting and the city that triggers this but it's been a couple days now of feeling like I can't get enough air.

I went to the ER and urgent care about this several times before the pandemic and they told me my oxygen saturation was fine, my lung functionality was fine, my chest x-ray was clear, my ecg was clear, and concluded that it must be anxiety. I've been anxious every damn day of my life but I can usually breathe! But fuck it, maybe they're right. So I'm trying to relax. I'm trying to calm down and take slow breaths. Do you know what makes it really fucking hard to do that?? Not being able to breath! It's kind of all I can think about.

I can't leave work because this is only my second week and I already submitted my timesheet for today so I just have to stick it out for 4 more hours. In the meantime, my chest hurts, every muscle in my upper body is so incredibly tense, my fingers are tingly, I get lightheaded when I stand up, and I can't fucking breathe.
