I shouldn't have to pay for a subscription to access something that I have already paid for. Like what's the point of buying a book on my kindle if I have to pay a monthly subscription to read it? Or why buy an audio book if I can't listen to it without a subscription?

I have beef with Amazon. That's my boomer complaint.

Holding an indie movie release hostage and demanding that a show the creator was just an acting job in stay in the top 10 for 30 days is bad enough, but they 1) didn't get contracts to let it be released outside the usa and 2) They didn't advertise it properly and 3) They made him sign NDA's so he couldnt properly advertise it himself is some of the most heinous bullshit and i hate that this doesn't even rank in the top ten worst things Amazon has done

I'm never doing a pre-order from Amazon again. It said it was suppose to be delivered today. It's coming through to USPS (I know there is bad weather) they had the package since yesterday night did delivers today and now it's not coming till thursday. My mom works for the post office and I get it. I pre-order this book over a year ago when they announced it and now I won't get it till the end of the week. I'm freaking pissed and really disappointed. I checked every where near me and no one has any copies. This so frustrating.

Amazon sucks yet again

Amazon Pay just sent out an email saying that they're going to start withholding payouts according a seller's "refund and dispute rate"

SOOOOO instead of trying to fix the issue of shitty scammers automatically being refunded because you never listen to the seller even when we have proof of customers scamming us, you're going to just withhold our payouts so you don't have to pay as many bank fees when you take our money back to give to the scammers.

As if you guys don't already KNOW which customers are frequently scamming sellers 🙄

Fuck you. Fuck you and your continued quest to squash every fucking small business out there including the ones selling through YOUR service and paying outrageous fees to do so.

Fuck PayPal too while we're at it because they side with customers almost 100% of the time too. Even with proof of scamming.

Day 2 of trying to prove to Amazon that I'm the fucking card owner. Sent them more private info than I'm comfortable to send on the internet. Like we can see how often data breaches happen (even to big companies like Amazon), I don't want my identity stolen. WHY. DO. YOU. NEED. IT. WITH. UNREDACTED. INFORMATION.

Hate this so much, maybe it wasn't worth it to switch to amazon coins for Love Nikki purchases after all... Even if it saves me hundreds of dollars (since they don't have a set currency conversion that's adding one fifth extra for no reason other than Google being money hungry and liking to be predatory toward countries with much weaker economies)

I literally cry and have panic attacks over it (and doesn't help that I found out my ID is no longer valid and I can't get a new one during holidays), AND I CAN'T EVEN CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT TO ASK WHAT THE HELL DO THEY NEED ALL OF THIS FOR AND WHAT WILL THEY DO WITH IT AFTERWARDS. I feel so powerless, I'm confused and have so many questions but there's no email I could send them to. Can't even find anything online, and what people think about this system Amazon has (other than a few old Reddit posts)

I know it’s slightly veering from the topic, but during the height of the pandemic, my mom’s balloon business was hired to put up some different balloon decorations within the local Amazon warehouses. In the warehouses, they had several cameras in place that detected how close two people were. They told us if the cameras detected we were within 6 feet of each other, even during set up, the system would ding the warehouse and the manager who hired us would get in trouble, as well as security.

Amazon and cameras are fucking terrifying. It’s like Big Brother.

I have a hate-hate relationship with Amazon. Seriously, every time I try to order something, my email gets banned and all sorts of crap happens... ok... I will swear. I have Tourettes. Big whoop! So, made a new rather not fantastic email with my ISP. So, yeah... I'm not going there not going to f up again. Not this time bc frankly Amazon can go straight to Tophet. :)
