Amazon sucks yet again

Amazon Pay just sent out an email saying that they're going to start withholding payouts according a seller's "refund and dispute rate"

SOOOOO instead of trying to fix the issue of shitty scammers automatically being refunded because you never listen to the seller even when we have proof of customers scamming us, you're going to just withhold our payouts so you don't have to pay as many bank fees when you take our money back to give to the scammers.

As if you guys don't already KNOW which customers are frequently scamming sellers 🙄

Fuck you. Fuck you and your continued quest to squash every fucking small business out there including the ones selling through YOUR service and paying outrageous fees to do so.

Fuck PayPal too while we're at it because they side with customers almost 100% of the time too. Even with proof of scamming.

I'm so mad. I ordered Aida for a blackwork stitching project , and amazon delivered it 2 hours early so someone stole it. I love the convenience of fast delivery times, I just wish that they were accurate???

I was so excited to get started on the project when I woke up, I thought I could get a cute little coffee and breakfast then have my package delivered and start but apparently I have to reorder 25$ of fucking craft supplies because Amazon can't be assed to tell me it's gonna show up while I'm still asleep.

Now not only am I upset because what I ordered (two items) was delivered to someone else, but I’m also practically betting against the odds that the people it went to will bring it to me so yet again I’m gonna have to chat with customer service. Guys be careful if you do a return on Amazon make sure to keep your receipt and watch your credit card because my mom and I both got recharged for things we returned almost 2 months ago and had to fight Amazon to actually get refunded

Idk if this is a thing that’s happening to a lot of people but be really careful with returns

Yeah.. I'm probably gonna close my amazon prime account now that they're getting rid of amazonsmile -_-

Their reason for it is so stupid too. It didn't have "as big of an impact" as they had hoped, so they are gonna focus their efforts on other avenues like building affordable housing etc. But why can't they do both? I liked it when a portion of my purchase went to the charity of my choosing, it made my day feel a bit nicer knowing some blind kitties benefitted by me buying bullshit on amazon.
