About your anons on Princess Park, I don't think Harry did have to live with someone else for legal reasons or anything. I've known quite a few people who went to uni at 17 including my sister who wasn't 18 until 5 months after she started. It seems the main issue is signing a lease as they can't be held liable, but as the other anon said if Syco held the lease that wouldn't be a problem. Also wasn't Niall 17 too when they moved in?
