also a quick note on all da verse interactions! unless i'm writing with a HoF, i default primarily to @higheverlost's ellis cousland, who is astoria's husband by the time inquisition rolls around. if we are keeping a thread open to shipping, or we'll need to write the HoF doing something specific, i default to my own favorite warden over on my multi (@sacraementals), alix tabris. her primary choices are as follows, and in order:

seeks out the mages at the circle tower to save connor from the demon.

saves mages, and refuses cullen's request.

does not desecrate the ashes.

kills valendrian to break the curse, mostly at alistair's urging.

destroys the anvil of the void and crowns bhelen.

tells alistair about the dark ritual. **it is possible for alistair to complete the ritual without having to persuade him. she gives him all the information and leaves the decision to him.

allows alistair to execute loghain.

anora rules alone.

makes shianni bann of the alienage.

kills both the mother and the architect.

sacrifices vigil's keep to protect the city.

romances alistair.

my default hawke, unless writing with a hawke, is my own from my multi, amara hawke:

warrior. mix of red & blue. values order, and resists joining the conflict between mages and templars for as long as she can, though she eventually supports the mages in the final battle.

serves as a mercenary.

fights the arishok after isabela does not return.

leaves bertrand alive.

kills danarius.

gives merrill the arulin'holm.

refuses to kill anders.

intended to marry sebastian and return to starkhaven; however, her refusal to kill anders leads to the end of their relationship, and sebastian leaves, while amara fights alongside the mages.

the warden contact, then, is either ellis' sister or alistair, and amara is the champion of kirkwall, traveling with him. astoria, who considers alistair a friend, sacrifices amara without a second thought. if you have your own preferred HoF or hawke, let me know, and we can chat !! astoria will, however, always choose to sacrifice hawke.

Her design has remained pretty consistent! She’s just a lot more buff, alt, and ginger now lmao. She’s a pretty young oc so there’s no that much change 

Azariah Tabris: September 2016; December 2021

yeah this is just. time and improvement lmao. 15 year old me wasn’t great at drawing without reference. Overall Azzy’s face has changed a lot and I’m way less concerned with her looking stereotypically pretty. I think the biggest change with Azzy is how grizzled she’s gotten.

Kirnet Cavira: April 2019; October 2021

oh baby. 2019 was a dark time apparently. Her design is pretty much unchanged but I have a much better grasp of how her nose and eyes work. Again, there’s not a huge change to her character, but now there’s just way more layers bc I’m thinking abt her constantly.

Halrebe Mothma/ Revan: April 2019; July 2021

Hal’s first design was ripped pretty much straight from the in-game model but I’ve been able to turn that into more of my own thing. Again, just lots of technical improvement. Also Hal used to be named Halin but I ripped that and gave it to the previous Halin, along with some of the design elements. Their personality has changed a lot too; now whenever I replay k1 I’m usually in the gray instead of light. Hal is ultimately doing things for the greater good, but they are still kind of in that dark-sided mentality of how to go about it.

Raiden Mare: September 2019; December 2021

Ya know I can’t even be too mad about how weird the first one looks bc I was really going outside of my comfort zone and trying new things (that’s a piece I plan on redrawing this winter). The newest one is from a ref sheet I’m doing for him. Raiden has a face claim now and has a way bigger part in Actium than just “benny’s bf” now so that’s fun

I thought I had a more recent thing of Benny?? But I think they’re all unfinished sketches rip. Benny has definitely beefed up a lot but a lot of her design notes are pretty similar. Not a whole lot to say about that except just general improvement and more work done on her story

I can’t fucking find my sketches of Halin and Amara and the rest??? so unfortunately they will be missing for now :( I am working on a illustration with the entire crew so everyone will be together soon!
