STUDYBLR INTRODUCTION - AMALIASTUDIES

Hey! I hope you are having a wonderful day! I am Amalia and this is my studyblr! I started this blog around a year ago but unfortunately I gave up on it, so as the new school year is coming closer I decided to give it another try because I really enjoy lurking around the studyblr community and would like to contribute to it. What I’m trying to say is that I am going to start posting on here again, hopefully this time I stick to it and I thought I would reintroduce myself to the studyblr community!

+ The basic info:

As I mentioned before, my name is Amalia.

I am 17 (I am going in to my last year of high school) and people have always said I am mature for my age.

I am half Greek/ half English (yes I am bilingual and I love it!)

I get anxious sometimes and find it difficult to start conversation/ making friends but I am trying to get past it and to not let it get the best of me.  

+ My interests:

Photography!!!! I cannot put into words how much I love taking photos and being creative with my camera! I have a photography blog here on tumblr (amaliasphotos)

Youtube… yes I can binge watch my favourite youtubers but that isn’t the only thing I love about it; I actually make videos myself and have developed a passion for videography and video production in general! You can check out my channel here ( I will be making study related videos soon and will be sharing them with you )

Volleyball and sports in general, I love being active and when I don’t have practice a lot of time I don’t know what to do with myself hahaha

Doodling/Calligraphy/ Art

Travel; all I want to do is travel the world, explore new places, meet new people (even though I’m an introvert) and go on adventures!

Stationery… It’s funny how I can get so excited over a pen, a notebook or even the simplest of simple pencils.

Puns really crack me up (if you got any send me some)

Favourite subjects: Mathematics, sciences and French (I love learning new languages)

My first post here on my Photography Blog 💓

This is a picture I took a few weeks ago whilst walking home from my friend’s house! I used a prism to get the blurry effect on the bottom half of the image. I hope you like it, if you do then make sure to follow me for more posts in the near future.
