what's going on with doja cat ?

Doja Cat is having a rough time mentally/emotionally. Unfortunately she's doing things that will negatively affect her career. I do feel she has some unresolved trauma that has triggered these days - likely a memory that she didn't want to recall yet somehow she has recalled it vividly now. She also has been having terrible sleep or lack of sleep. She hasn't been treating her body well either and uses unhealthy coping mechanisms to dull the pain or try to forget this trauma.

I also feel like she feels upset about her music because what made her so famous is not what she wanted to be as a musician. She feels she has betrayed her own self and feels that she has sold out. She then gets upset and starts to say things to fans because she feels like if her fans are true fans they should realize that this is not really the music she wants to create..

I think it's best she take a vacation where she is connected to nature and away from big cities and get off social media. It's good for her to recharge and relax and to clear her mind. She should also look to therapy/counselling to resolve her trauma.
