Aah First my beloved blorbo! I haven’t gotten to talk about him in a bit

Okay so headcanons…

I’ve made a few posts already that you can find under my #first meets the chain au tag but here’s some more (sorry if any of them are repetitive)

First’s parents died when he was very young and Orville’s family took him in. The two are like brothers to each other

First has always been fascinated with flight. When Hylia first takes him with her on her loftwing he gets almost giddy (something Hylia finds adorable)

His body never truly recovers from his imprisonment and subsequent demise. He always struggles to keep up his strength and energy, and suffers from chronic pain and migraines. The other Links do their best to alleviate his discomfort in any way they can. They know what that pain feels like, after all

He is a very sensitive person despite hiding it better than some of the other Links do. First was known to save any injured animals he came upon as a kid. He’d also stick up for anyone being bullied…even if he ended up paying for it

He has an acute sense of different magics. Like he can tell something is off about Time and his masks, that Twilight embodies something that is neither dark nor light, that Four’s magic is divided. Being able to feel those different energies overwhelms him sometimes

He became a soldier as soon as it was physically possible. He wanted to both protect Hyrule and help support Orville’s family (who were never terribly well off)

He met Hylia not long after he became a captain and it was love at first sight (he was also mortally wounded and dying at the time)

He shares Hylia’s love of hiding little gifts for the people he cares about. But he’ll deny it til he’s blue in the face (he had a poker face to rival Time’s so the Chain is never truly sure it’s him who’s concealing gifts beneath their bedmats and beside their pouches)

ok so i was listening to this song like a week ago and i saw this animation clear as day in my mind and i knew i had to try and storyboard it out while i was thinking of it. i wanna do the full song at some point because it is So Very Them-coded but i do not have the time rn and will not for a while (i barely had the time to make this) so for now i just made sure i got the really complicated part out of the way. figured i'd post it because. why not lol

anyway. this is for my Darkest Desire AU story!! it's called Glitching Fates!! i am so normal about it and i have been for years now. it is. so far removed from the source material but i do not care it is very special to me :]

as a sort of summary for what's going on here, the night guard and Will used to be really good friends but they both ended up getting busy with their own lives so they couldn't interact as much, and then the whole Glitchtrap possession thing happens which reunites them but also drives a wedge between them since Will is blindly following Glitchtrap while the night guard is trying to find a way to stop Glitchtrap.

How do you organize/store your stickers? :o

My friend. You have opened a whole Can of Worms*. I shall gladly answer your question, sorry it took so long I had to figure out how to do it with a ten picture limit asdfghjkl

*Worms would be located under "Wild Animals -> Bugs" or alternatively "Individuals -> Mostly Wild Animals -> Non-Butterfly Bugs"

So first off.

The sticker bins themselves are mostly kept in my closet, though the ones I use the most (Individuals, Domestic Animals, and Food/Garden) are kept under my bed for easy access.

I have 14 bins of stickers total (though I'll be honest some of them are getting Very Full and I probably need to get some more). Each bin has its own category, though many have subcategories. And they're all approximately shoebox sized.

Early Year Holidays/Seasons (New Year's, Winter, Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Spring, Fourth of July, and Summer)

Late Year Holidays/Seasons (Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Fall)

Latest Year Holidays/Seasons (Christmas and Christian stickers)

Shapes/Patterns (Hearts, Stars, Smiley faces, Other Shapes™, Borders, and Words and Affirmations)

Wild Animals (Sea Creatures, Bugs, Woodland Creatures, Other Creatures™, Bears, and Dinosaurs. Admittedly the subcategories for this one are kinda wack)

Domestic Animals (Dogs, Cats, Bunnies, Rodents, and Farm Animals)

Miscellaneous (...I have a different diagram to explain the subcategories here)

This includes sticker mods, stickers off a roll, sticker flakes, anything cut out of a larger sheets, water bottle/laptop stickers, and just. Small sticker sheets.

I, apparently, have 20 main snack bags, each with several subcategories (though there's enough of them that I'll leave most of them to your imagination rather than list them all XD). Most of them mirror the categories of the big totes, but some are unique.

**Zoo Animals is different than Wild Animals in that "Zoo Animals" means the sticker has one particular animal instead of an assortment of different animals (which falls under "Wild Animals".) Yes it's very arbitrary. All the animal distinctions are tbh.

Of course, putting the stickers under my bed and in my closet means I don't get to admire them very often. To counteract this I have a display board I put some new/seasonal/favorite stickers on.

Currently on display I have a Discowing sticker, a summer sticker mod, and a sticker sheet from my penpal when she visited (plus some bonus sticky notes from the penpal as well).

Since I'm sure you're wondering, the stuffed rabbits are named, from left to right, Blueberry (made by a friend!), Snorb (also made by a friend!), Mocha, Mellie, York, and Spotty.

Of course not every sticker I get is fortunate enough to have a backing. Sometimes I'll get stickers from the supermarket or I'll peel them off a package and I know they'd never survive in the bins, so they go in the Hello Kitty sticker book!

I've had this thing since I was like 4. I'm a little bit obsessed if I'm being honest. She's never let me down.

And that's the important stuff for stickers! Though I wanted to show off my other stationary, too.

I keep all my miscellaneous scrapbooking materials/stationary in a Batman lunch tin. All of my letters and envelopes are in an old shoebox. Both are stationed at the end of my comic book shelf! The tin and the assorted letter sets are hidden behind the two Batman stuffies :P

I see them as nonbinary and someone who goes by they/them, because despite being an y/n they are actually pretty much just an oc I've had for almost 2 years now

That being said, I always joke with my friends about them having all the gender and none at all at the same time

I won't stop people for projecting into them or anything, that's just how I write them

But I have to warn you, this is going to be a looooooong answer because there's no real reason. For me it's always stats speak for themselves and he's always one of the best. So it doesn't make sense to me, but I'll try to summarize my observations. This is just my opinion, so if anyone has other reasons, feel free to let me know.

It started at the beginning of this year, when things weren't going so well at Bayern, that the media focused on him a bit. On one hand, they love to cause unrest in Bayern, because articles about FCB simply gets the most clicks and comments. You always read about rumors about them here. Sportbild in particular is at the forefront of coming up with things. Most of them aren't true, but that doesn't matter. As long as people get upset in the comments. And they do! They really don't learn, it's ridiculous… On the other hand, they seem to have a problem with leaders here. They did that with Leon, Manu, Lewi when he dared to not score a goal for one or two games and now Joshi. This was strange since he was almost always the best player, even in games that didn't go well. But for the media he wasn't as good as he was a few years ago and then it doesn't matter if he's still better than the rest.

Then it's a little bit a German thing to always focus on the negative. As a German, I can't understand this in the media or among many fans. As soon as we don't beat supposedly weaker teams 4-0 or something like that, it was a bad game for them and people immediately ask what was going on. That was the case with Germany against Algeria in 2014. As if we weren't in the round of 16 at a World Cup...

And the gap between non-Bayern fans and Bayern players is growing. I used to read comments like: I don't like Bayern, but he's really a great player! as soon as it came to the DFB team. When it came to die Mannschaft, the clubs didn’t matter. That's no longer the case for some fans. Today I read comments like: All Bayern players should be kicked out! (it doesn't matter whether they were good or not) So you have the media that starts to report badly about Bayern, the fans that hate Bayern more and more and that was very interesting for me to watch. I hate it, but it's still interesting. Kimmich's character hasn't changed. But what was once called passion is now suddenly aggressive. When he used to cry when we lost at the DFB, it was said: At least someone fought! At least one person seems to be interested! Now they call him crybaby. Everything just becomes negative. Then of course many non-Bayern fans write in the comments on Instagram or Twitter and just hate on him (or other players). So it also seems as if a lot of Bayern fans are suddenly against him, which in turn is a great target for the media. And so the spiral continues downwards…

So yes, it's unbelievable what Joshi has had to put up with here for about half a year. But as someone who is constantly at home games and public training, I can say that his name is always shouted the most and loudest along with Müller and Kane. He is still as loved here as ever and is a crowd favorite and that at least comforts me a little….

Ehi, there is something I wanna ask about your "Monarchy Restoration", now that Dream is back to George's side (in the future), what it means for Dream's alliance with Technoblade? Is the Syndicate going to be a problem in the future? And, what about The Plan? Is Dream going to follow his plan anyway?

I do want to tackle both of these at some point, hopefully by the end of the year (at least one of them anyways)

his alliance with Techno is strained to begin with - much like in canon, Techno told him to hand the armour back and get lost, so we can't exactly speak of close allyship or regular cooperation. that being said, there is no hostility between the two either, and I really want to do a comic where Techno comes investigate Kinoko Kingdom and their activities (rivalsduo banter included) - it's why I did the concept art of MR!Techno a couple months back to begin with, I was working out some stuff around their meeting at the time

Techno's visit might be prompted by Niki who's a neighbour to Kinoko (which would mean I have to design Niki for this AU and the mere idea excites me) and there might be a comic about a syndicate meeting? it would certainly be an interesting one to draw, though straying a bit from following just the Dream Team, which is who the AU is centered around. maybe I could just do a singular painting and give it some flavour text lmao

as of some spoilers: Techno promises to stay out of the way as long as Dream promises to behave and keep an eye out on George and his kingly ambitions. for now they're chill though and Techno makes sure to tell Dream that he's proud that he finally got himself a house

as of The Plan! that will be tackled only way, Way later. for now Dream needs to recover, and despite what he wants to do, George and especially Sapnap are keeping a close eye on him so he can't do much until he wins them over, or until he figures out how to remove them (which is a lot easier said than done. the dethronement was already difficult.) the end result, though, will be George and Sapnap teaming up with Dream and Punz and things get put in motion, with a few adjustments to accomodate for the very particular relationship each member of the dream team has with DXD - that is, Sapnap revealing the death book, and George is far from free of XD's influence (which, again, needs a bit more screentime)

given that Punz's introduction won the comic polls, this part of the story should be introduced soon, though it will come in multiple parts and might drag a little bit

and well, all things said are tightly tied to Dream restoring George's kingship, which is something you can look forward to, too :)

Where do you READ! Cause like, I now have a job! (Money!) And I would like to not pirate these anymore. Also cause reading them on my phone is really hard. My phone is too small. :(. For backreading, I’m one of the idiots who got sucked into DC Universe (Infinite? Now??? Idk The App™️) when it first dropped as an all-in-one reading/streaming app. Now it exclusively is a catalog/archive. Which is cool!! And they’re constantly trying to expand it & they include ‘new’ releases on a slight delay (abt a month after so if I wanna be Completely caught up with certain runs I’ll 🏴‍☠️that shit if I need/want to) I use it on both mobile & on my tablet/laptop. It’s VERY nice although the bat-bias is pretty obvious on it, there’s some runs/minis that I can’t find bc they haven’t archived them fully/at all yet 😭 Batfam is p much all there tho from what I recall so if that’s your starting pt you’ve got a lot to get thru! 👍

For physical issues/trades, I’m a buy local/in-person believer but this is where i split! For trades, I’ll make a trip usually to the city where there’s more shops to choose from & either buy or order thru them. For single issues I actually love the thrill of Hunting for them thru thrift shops/antique stores/garage/estate sales. I call the place I live a Big-Small town so there’s always Somewhere nearby that I can hunt & usually at least Encounter A Comic even if it’s not one I’m looking for 😂 it’s a lot of fun!!! Just flipping thru them even!!! (& most of the time ppl offloading them have no idea what they’ve got, which is lucky for me lol)

My last resort: getting friends & fam to order online for me lol (the birthday/xmas gift route haha) I don’t like ordering things online if I can absolutely help it! It’s a dumb principle considering how much more convenient it would be (& how much cheaper sometimes) but it’s one I try to stick to as much as possible nonetheless!!! My friends esp let me rant & rave to them abt my favs & diff things I’m reading. It’s not too often, but I cherish each of my trades that were gifted to me so so so much 😭
