(Note: didn't include Mariano, Mina, Miguel, and Bubo's families because either they're too big to fit on the tree or they have bad memories attached. I didn't include Ryder's parents or Honeymaren because the tree was getting too big (also because her and Elsa have kids I can't edit).

Also the bio parents of the adoptive kids aren't included unless they were married into the family at some point.

Casita made this decision to avoid bad memories for the kids: this reason is also why Yanamaria is faded and scratched out.

As for why Alejandra's parents are faded but not removed from the tree or scratched out? Well, she had complicated feelings on them even after Pedro's family took her in but she didn't hate them.

Miranda's first husband is not included for reasons similar to the above).

As for why Bruno's fake wife is on the tree despite not existing? Well, Casita had to cover up the fact the kids were adopted and it would look suspicious if she wasn't on the tree.

Quick encanto oc rundown (pt1, Bruno’s kids)

- Búho Madrigal : Búho is Bruno’s (technically) first child, who came from a magic egg created by Casita for Bruno when it decided he hadn’t carried on the bloodline fast enough. She studies Grima, a columbian fighting style, throughout the whole day when not sleeping. While some say she is training for the battle of a lifetime, she really only uses it to avoid social interaction. Her real talent is at night, when she dawns her owl masks and glides above the village, searching for the most restless sleepers. Her gift is meant for fighting, but not in the normal means. She is a dream hoper, who files above town at night and enter into the villages dream. She protects them from harmful spirits, negative energy, and nightmares of all kind. Her opponents can hurt her physically, but in turn the villagers suffer less mental problems and get way better sleep.

- The Bruno twins, Juan and Alvaro Madrigal : the twins are two balls of chaos and angsty teen hormones. Along with Búho they all carry their father’s illusiveness and general creepy, almost occultish vibe. Unlike Bruno, they lean in on this 100%. They enjoy being the weird kids of the Madrigal family.

Juan can phase between walls and travel underground like a ghost. The only place he can’t phase through is in the other kids bedrooms (minus Mirabel and those without powers).

Alvaro can manifest objects, but only one at a time and depending on the complexity there’s ab a 60/40 chance of working. He can make a pencil and it will work pretty well, but a gun probably won’t work and will just look like a gun.

Búho ages weirdly fast as she is technically not even human. The egg cracked about 4 years after the twins were born, but she grew to seem 4 years older than them quickly. The twins are 14 and Búho is considered 18

Their wife is a girl named Flora, a simple village girl who always recognized that Bruno was just the messenger of fate and admired him for this. When he came back and started doing prophecies again she marched right up to him and admitted her feelings- scared he would disappear again. He almost did a reading on if they got together but then she was like ‘how bout we just choose are own fate’ so they got married it’s very sweet. Too bad they both died in the Earthquake.

The Bruno twins and Bùho are somehow magically connected. All the siblings have completely lucid dreams, no matter what. They are in complete control and can do whatever they want. This gives the twins somewhat telepathic communication with their sister, as when they are asleep they can tap into Bùho’s mind and speak to her directly. Only one may do this at a time, and the twins themselves can only communicate like this when all the Bruno children are present in the dreamscape/asleep.

my random and lost ideas of Encanto fanfics:

(still no name defined) Bruno Madrigal x Fem! Reader

"What do you mean I'm not going to marry Alvaro, but with you, and we're going to have three children?!"

In which, with just a few days to go before your wedding to Alvaro Guzman, you decide to consult the well-known and controversial seer of the Madrigal family, Bruno.
