A lot of people have been talking abt Arin in DR S2P2 and I guess I'll give my defence of this adorable lil bean
Spoilers ahead, though you probably already know that
Many people have been calling Arin selfish in DR. This whole thing is going on where the world is basically being sliced and diced and stitched back together, and it seems that all Arin cares about is his parents. And guess what? That's perfectly valid.
I don't know about you, but I have a loving relationship with my parents. If the Merge were to happen in real life, of course I'd be worried about them. Arin loves his parents, so is it such a big surprise that he'd be worried?
And yes, he may be being unfair to Lloyd and the other Ninja. But for several months now, his parents have been missing. Lloyd keeps promising that they'll find them, but nothing happens. Arin is getting nowhere when it comes to his parents because the world keeps getting in trouble. And yeah, to be fair, the world comes before one kid's parents. But they were everything to Arin! The two most important things in Arin's life pre-Merge were his obsession with the Ninja and his parents.
Speaking of his obsession with the Ninja, yeah. They were his heroes. He looked up to them so much when he was younger, and still does. It probably isn't helping that one of them is evil now. And then there's the news that the mentor of his heroes caused the Merge. Let me talk about Ras for a second.
Arin has that scene where Ras tells him stuff. First, Ras says that Sora lied and that Arin's object spinjitzu in the P1 finale wasn't him, but Sora using her powers. He tells Arin that Wu caused the Merge. And he says that he knows where Arin's parents are. Yes, this all seems like a bunch of lies, but then he questions Sora.
Sora says yes, she lied. But only because they couldn't afford to lose Nya to Netherspace like they lost Kai. And this hurt. The person that Arin's been friends with for years lied to him because she didn't think that he could do something on his own and that he needed help. She didn't trust him. She didn't believe in him. And that hurt.
It feels like no one cares about Arin. They care about saving the world, not about his parents. They care about guaranteeing success, not about letting him prove himself. And yeah, it's fair to care about that stuff, but to be on the receiving end of this? That has to freaking hurt.
Then Ras comes in. First, he promises that he knows where Arin's parents are. That information is invaluable to Arin. He'd do anything to find out what exactly Ras knows. And then there's the issue with spinjitzu.
Arin has his wonky, homemade spinjitzu that doesn't work like the others. Lloyd is trying to help him get better, but just like with his parents, he's getting nowhere. Then Frak comes along. Arin's best friend from before the Merge, who helped him when he was in trouble. Frak is on Ras' team and shows Arin what Ras has been showing him. With Frak's help, Arin manages to do actual spinjitzu, although this first time he does it, there's a bit of those red shatterspin effects, which is kinda interesting.
Something else that I think is super interesting here is that before training with Frak, Arin was on the fence about whether Ras was actually telling the truth. However, once Ras' teachings actually help him do proper spinjitzu, he seems utterly convinced.
Anyways, Arin's gotten nowhere with Lloyd in terms of progression in his spinjitzu, but one tip from Ras via Frak is enough to bring him a lot farther along than before. This obviously gives Arin more confidence in Ras than in Lloyd and the Ninja.
Ultimately, this results in Arin actually caring a lot to make sure that Ras is not brought to harm in the final battle against Nokt, and he follows his only lead on his parents through a collapsing passage. He no longer cares about the Ninja and only for his parents and a master who it seems actually cares about his wants and needs and is willing to help him. And yeah, Ras is manipulating him, but Arin is in a state where he probably doesn't care. He no longer has the time to care about the world, because, with Ras, he is closer to finding his parents than he ever was before. And if that means leaving behind a friend who lied to him and a group directly related to the catalyst for his parents being lost in the first place, then so be it.
He's gone through so much, and is now looking out for his own needs when no one else is. And that's what makes him such an amazing character. That's what makes his arc such an amazing arc. He hasn't done much when it comes to saving the world anyways, it's always been Sora or the Ninja. They don't even need his help, so he may as well break off and do his own thing.
I love Arin and I will defend him with my life if necessary.
Thank you for coming to my TED talk.

Can I request a romantic-rivalry with yandere Rainbow Dash and yandere Applejack.
Sure! Honestly this was long overdue.... You're all ponies obviously. I struggled more on this than I thought, because you'd think this rivalry makes sense and would be intense? It sort of is... although it mostly came out as childish in this concept 😅
Rainbow Dash's Concept
Applejack's Concept
Yandere! Rainbow Dash vs Applejack
Pairing: Romantic - Rivalry
Possible Trigger Warnings: Gender-Neutral Darling, Jealousy, Manipulation, Clingy behavior, Stalking mention, Violence, Sabotage, Forced/Dubious relationship, Tampering with food.
First, let's compare their yandere behavior to see where we can start.
Rainbow Dash is Obsessive, Competitive, Jealous, Cold, Manipulative, Clingy, and Possessive.
Applejack is Determined/Persistent, Manipulative, Competitive, and Caring.
They share the manipulative and competitive trait according to the yandere tendencies in their concepts.
It's canon in the show that Rainbow Dash and Applejack are competitive.
Rainbow loves racing and Applejack tends to compete in farm games and competitions.
They would compete amongst each other to gain their darlings's attention, too.
Rainbow tends to be a pony who takes up most of her darling's time.
She directs her darling away from others.
She begs and makes you feel horrible for turning her down when she wishes to be around you.
Rainbow also comes off as cold and rude when other ponies try to take up your time with her, regardless of who they are.
Applejack tends to be persistent and determined to have her darling's attention similar to Rainbow.
Although she isn't clingy and takes time to obsess over her darling.
Applejack acts likes she isn't a very intense yandere, for the most part she isn't, although if somepony intentionally tries to pry you away from her...
Applejack doesn't mind stepping up her game.
There's a good chance Rainbow obsesses over you first.
She's the clingier mare and you may meet Applejack through the pegasus.
This order of meeting them would make Rainbow's obsession peak before Applejack's obsession starts.
Although there's always meeting/knowing Applejack first then Rainbow second.
This would give Applejack's obsession a chance to kick in once she realizes Rainbow is spending too much time with you.
The two ponies are still very close friends with each other, even when their friendship starts to rift over you I'm not sure if they could hurt each other that bad.
They're both important members of the Mane Six.
If one of them got rid of the other, it could only cause problems for the future.
Yet due to their competitive nature... they have trouble sharing, too.
Expect foalish name-calling and minor fights to break out between the two mares.
It's surprising, and soon upsetting, to you and the Mane Six when you see the two friends fight.
You have no idea it's because of you.
You start to suspect something when you see them everywhere, however.
Rainbow Dash is often seen over your head, watching you from behind a cloud.
If you catch her she gives you an awkward wave before flying off quickly.
Applejack tends to invite you to the barn often rather than stalking.
It's a less suspicious way to keep an eye on you, yes, until she starts to overuse it.
Rainbow would probably still stalk you even if you were with Applejack.
In fact she's glaring at the other mare the entire time.
Neither of them would do anything drastic like murder each other.
The closest you'd get are some physical fights.
Fights that end with broken bones.
They'd both drag you places but I doubt either could get away with kidnapping without the other one finding out.
Both of them would most likely resort to sabotage in their rivalry.
They want you to only like one of them.
So they'll spread rumors and sabotage the other's affection for you.
As a result this may actually backfire and cause you to grow distant from both of them.
Think of most of the rivalry like this...
Rainbow would prank Applejack to sabotage her from confessing/giving you something.
That, or, Applejack tampers with Rainbow's food one day and takes her out of their little "competition" for a little while.
Compared to other yanderes, who'd want to kill their rival or something similar, their rivalry is a lot of just sabotage.
They'd hurt each other but never get rid of the other completely.
Their goal is to make you like one of them more than the other... and hurt the other's chances of appealing to you.
This can result in their rivalry taking a long time.
At least until one of them succeeds, you get fed up, or Twilight tries to mediate their fighting.
Even if they somehow manage to get you to love one of them, it isn't entirely over.
The other mare would try to get you to at least hang out around her more than the mare you're actually "dating".
This is because, again, attempted murder of one of the Mane Six would probably risk the entirety of Equestria.
Then there's if you catch on and just get sick of it.
Maybe you call them both over and ask them what the hay is going on?
They'd admit their feelings... a bit ashamed... then asking you if you love one of them as much as they love you.
You could say you love one of them, both of them, or neither of them and they'd be upset with the answer.
Your next attempt may be to consult Twilight for help.
Surely there must be a spell that can undo this, right?
Honestly, their rivalry would rage on and on due to how competitive they are.
The only way to solve it is to either find a way to remove their obsession through magic...
... or one actually manages to get rid of the other, despite what that would do to the entirety of Equestria.
Yet the victor may not care about that in the end... all she cares about is obtaining you after all!

If the pandemic and shutdowns hadn't happened, do you think Six would still be at the Arts in London?
I think moving on from the Arts was a smart choice. But I don’t know all the ins and outs of the West End and how changing theaters might work like I know that with Broadway.
If they had had an opportunity to switch, I wouldn’t have been surprised if they did. Choosing the right theater is a big deal for a show. How big or how small a theater is, its’ location, the experience of going to it, can all affect feel or vibe. The size affects how far away audiences might be away from the stage, which affects how designers and creatives design and plan different parts of the show. And the larger the theater the more seats you can fill and the more revenue you can make, but you have to make sure that you can consistently fill up that theater and that it doesn't overwhelm the show (how many seats are filled at every show is a big deal for optics and audience experience!). But those bigger theaters can also be much more expensive to run. The biggest theaters tend to show the biggest, most successful, spectacle-based shows with huge casts that won’t get lost (Wicked is a perfect example of that, and currently plays at both the largest West End theater and the largest Broadway). Medium-sized theaters often host smaller musicals, ones that either need a more intimate feel to be successful OR ones that won't sell as many tickets. The smallest theaters generally only host plays, and often only for very limited runs; the audiences are generally much smaller and a more intimate feel benefits most (but not all) plays in the modern day. The West End does differ a bit from Broadway in some of this, but it’s mostly fairly similar; one of the biggest differences of that they'll still have some musicals at some of their smallest theaters (that really does not happen with Broadway). Some of that comes down to theater ownership, but that’s beyond the scope of this post.
The Arts is the smallest West End theater and only seats 350. It generally tends to show smaller shows for shorter runs (a few weeks, a few months at most). It generally is used more for plays, although they do do short runs of some specific newer musicals. It was a great fit for Six in 2018, when they stopped there from Aug 30 - Oct 14 as part of the 1st UK Tour. The show was still very new, still a little scrappy but buzzy and empowering, and at that point in time it worked in a smaller venue. It did so well there that they decided to have it back in Jan 2019. That was initially just announced as an extended “sit-down” tour stop and that they’d then continue to tour after (yes, that sounds contradictory, but some touring productions do do extended stops, like Aragon Tour in Chicago, that they sometimes bill as a “sit-down” stop; I'm expecting the same from the "Canadian production"). I can’t remember/couldn’t find how long that 2019 stop was initially announced for, but by the time it actually opened in Jan 2019 it had already been extended to mid-September and then again to mid-October, which eventually became their cast change. But of course, the rest is history and Six has been on the West End ever since.
The Arts also has a smaller backstage area. That means smaller dressing rooms and just not as much space as many other theaters have. It’s also not owned by any of the big theater operators, and as a result it may not have the same technical capacity that many other West End theaters have. That can heavily affect what lighting, sets, and sound can look like for any given show.
All that to say, the Arts really isn’t intended to house a huge show like Six long-term! If Six was always expected to become this huge commercial show like they are now, I doubt they would have started their 2019 run there in the first place. For comparison, Six is currently in the Vaudeville, which seats 690. They were also temporarily in the Lyric, which seats 915. For comparison, the Palladium is the West End's biggest theater, with 2,286 seats (it only runs very short term productions). I did see quite a few critiques when Six moved to the Lyric from the Arts that it felt way too big and not as intimate; I didn’t see it in either spot so I can’t personally speak to that, but that wouldn’t be surprising (although worth noting that some of that may just be that the massive size shift was startling to long time fans who were used to the Arts, rather than actually bad).
Obviously I don’t have access to all of the internal records but to me the Vaudeville seems like a good fit. It’s about twice as big as the Arts, and that lets them sell about twice as many tickets. They’re having absolutely no issue with that either - Six is always sold out or nearly sold out under normal conditions; right now, it’s entirely sold out through mid-April. That helps them bring in quite a bit more revenue, and some of the costume updates we’ve seen in recent years are going to be because of that increased budget (there’s a reason alts got principal costumes for first covers not long after the Vaudeville and Lyric runs started). It’s also plenty big enough for all the necessary dressing rooms, hmu, wigs, etc, and with enough room to spare for them to also host incoming cast members at a full cast change seemingly pretty comfortably. But despite the larger size, the Vaudeville is small enough that it will still feel fairly intimate and the (really fairly small) show/cast won’t get lost.
So….considering how popular Six is and the general function of the Arts Theatre, I think they would have made a move at some point. It was definitely in their best interest business-wise to do so. As for if there are any specific rules about switching West End theaters and dictating when/how they could have done that, I don’t know.
And with all that talk of comparing different theater experiences....for people who have seen Six in multiple theaters (WE, Bway, Aus, NCL, tours, or a combo), which was your favorite? How did where you sit affect your experience? How did the size of the theater overall?

☆☮️ Minako and Ami!!!
Alrighty!!!
Ami ☆ - happy headcanon
I think everyone knows Ami has always struggled with understanding people. She loves to learn. She cherishes and strives in environments where applied learning is the one true key to happiness and success. Ami studies, Ami gets a perfect score, Ami sees the perfect score, Ami gets praised. Ami receives praise and knowledge. So, why couldn't it stay that simple?
She had secretly always found excuses. She was meant to be THE top tier student, she has to study, there's no time and she's only human. So when faced with the impossible decision of trying to find a balance for her life, she dove head on. Sleep, Study, Social Life. She convinced herself, that was her happiness.
The harsher truth was, trying to understand others, making friends, and learning how to become more approachable was just not worth it. She tried that once, she gained was a group of 'friends', but Ami wasn't stupid. A few study sessions in, Ami was nose down on a large stack of books, the only one at the table, homework abandoned. Everyone else walking around, chanting, TV blasting, various drinks spilling. That was the last time Ami spoke to those people and the last time they spoke to her, but not the last they spoke about her.
So yeah, those very few experiences had made it even harder for Ami to understand, even harder to care.
But sometimes, the hardest of problems have the most simple of solutions. And her answer came in the form of a simple and sincere smile. For the first time she saw a person smile and truly felt the happiness take a hold of her, before she even knew it, a tender smile growing from her own lips.
The sincerity of Usagi and Mako's friendship, I think, is what finally convinced her that maybe, maybe some people are truly worth it. It's worth to put in the work, because they'll happily and openly show you the results. No trickery, no roundabouts, just straight to the point. I want to make you happy. I can try to make you happy. You look, act and feel happy. It makes me happy.
it was a start, at the very least.
Minako ☆ - happy headcanon
I truly feel like Mina is on a constant high of Ultra Dopamine. Not to say she doesn't have her low moments, but you'll find her dead and buried into her 869th incarnation before she's willingly to openly acknowledge the misery of her own existence. That just ain't Venus, that just ain't Minako Aino.
She has duties, both as the leader and as a friend, but fuck if she isn't gonna find a way to make it fun for herself.
A friend is sick?! Minako 'the sexy nurse' Aino is coming over full throttle and full costume making sure that spotlight doesn't dare to stop tracking her for even one second.
Senshi training tonight?! She's the shot caller, arranging all the set pieces, challenging herself with mixing important senshi duties and important 'I must be entertained, me, Minako Aino duties'. Yes, Mars, 3 more sets of single leg squats, cause of course that is very important. For both duties.
My friends are dating, but they are soo awkward?! Nothing that a Firefly 5 Inch Glow In The Dark Dildo can't solve, all nicely wrapped in a surprise box so graciously gifted during dinner (spoiler: it didn't end well...).
Long story short, if Mina has to do something and that something isn't fun, she'll make it fun. Most times at the cost of whatever victims friends she has brought along.
Although there is one thing that has consistently granted Mina with an almost inexplicable sense of sole contentment: Exercise. Mina loves, loves, loves working out. While I see her as having more a gymnast body type, so preferring more cardio and mobility workout, she's not one to turn down any type of workout; Being for Sailor Business Training or just for herself to experiment.
Where these 2 aspects of her meet the best I think is her love of volleyball. Training her body, mind, hand-eye-coordination and team coordination in a beautiful package that still allows her to snatch that spotlight for herself and make sure the people's eye are glued on her for the rest of the game, if she so wishes.
Minako and Ami ☮ - friendship headcanon
Welp, I've actually written about this before, right here. But, basically out of all the inners I think the MinaAmi friendship is def the weakest.
For the longest time, they just straight out didn't like each other, they just never admitted it out loud, I even have them beating the shit out of each other one time. I hc Ami as autistic and that makes it quite difficult for her to understand Minako's intentions from her lack of a clear response in both expression and tone. Her actions really speak to Ami as bullying behavior and that's not totally off. Mina thrives on getting a reaction, so she's willing to go to places where a lot of people wouldn't, just to get a reaction out of people and the times she does it on Ami, it just ends up making her feel very uncomfortable and quite angry. The others do try to stop this from happening if they catch what Mina is onto fairly early.
TLDR: Ami doesn't like Mina because Mina acts like a bully, has unclear motives on why she acts the way she acts and is very much willing to make people uncomfortable to get a reaction out of them (this last one is quite skewed from Ami's perception, since she sees Mina teasing the others the way she does with her, but never puts together that the others 'most of the time' consent to the teasing and are even willing to bite back playfully). Mina doesn't like Ami 'cause she's boring. Ami is very simple on the outside, and while that can be quite the entertaining show, the well runs dry as soon as Ami stops giving Mina what she's looking for, attention.
All that said, I can see them becoming closer as the years run by and mostly as Ami opens up to new expressions of affection and care. Most of the merit going to Michiru, whom I can see making a genuine effort, in her unique Michiru way, to befriend Ami. And sort of succeeding?! Michiru is in now way direct, every word that departs her lips is carefully refined before being handpicked to form the most enigmatic phrasing any human being could ever hope to comprehend. Her expressions, a total enigma. Never has one seen a smile hiding so much mystery since the Mona Lisa herself. And yet, something grew, they are quite content in calling it a friendship.
Beginning to understand emotion without a direct and clear response was definitely a step forward in understanding the blonde leader, since I never see Minako giving up her teasing I think Ami would grow toward more of a competitive side in their late teens and early adulthood. Minako wants a reaction? My turn. I'll practice this new Sailor V game at the arcade until all the top scores look like this:
Mizuno A
Mizuno A
Mizuno A
Mizuno A
Mizuno A
"Wow, Ami I didn't even know you played this game. You filled up the leaderboard" Usagi gawked with staring at the old arcade screen.
"Oh, I had some spare time yesterday, so I spent a couple of hours playing. The game is quite easy once you understand the enemy AI and get a sense for the tempo of the platforming"
Mina was quiet. The expression of horror plastered on her face. One to rival her encounter with the Galaxy destroyer Warrior Sailor Galaxia. A couple of hours, I REFUSE! ICAN'T BE! Endless afternoons spent sweating money, tears and MORE MONEY, MY MONEY!! on achieving that leaderboard, just for a couple of hours to
… she dared to peek. Out of the corner of her eye she could see a sight of true defiance and treachery.
Sitting on the worn out leather stool. The genius, her teammate, her friend, sparing her a look. A barely perceivable grin.
Truly the start of a miracle friendship.
#sailor moon#headcanon meme#ty for the ask <3#ami mizuno#sailor mercury#minako aino#sailor venus#also i couldn't think of a single happy headcanon for either to save my life#so their happy hc is “their happiness”#still counts#maybe#I do think the MinAmi friendship becomes more than a rivalry between the 2 and they learn to chill and be friends#but they gotta go through some phases first#Did Ami really achieve that leaderboard in a few hours?! or is Ami LYING?!

In Formenos, Feanor is worried that he will be abandoned. Sure, his father came with him, and so did his sons, and a few (a lot of) other people. But his wife didn't. Some of his students didn't. The Valar have forbidden him from going to Tirion, so he can't even ask why.
He needs to be certain he can't be abandoned again. Some of his sons were reluctant to leave the city, or their friends, and may not wish to leave Valinor at all when the time comes. Feanor needs to make sure they stay by his side.
Marriage is unbreakable, for all the ages of the world.
Feanor declares that all of his sons will marry him, to prove their devotion. He means this both sexually and spiritually, though they don't have to consummate it more than once.
This pronouncement results in a long awkward silence.
Amras is the first one to ask a clarifying question. Does Feanor mean like, all at once, or taking turns? Because he really doesn't want to listen to Maglor screaming in pleasure.
Feanor says it will be sequential. He's not even sure you can form multiple marriage bonds in one night; and he doesn't want to make this unpleasant for his sons. But given how the Valar are clearly conspiring against him, it will be best if they can rely on each other, and don't have to worry that one of them has been suborned.
Maedhros doesn't say out loud that this is ridiculous. He knows that Feanor will see that as evidence of him being too sympathetic to Fingon and Nolofinwe. He does point out that marriage bonds are supposedly overwhelming, especially at first. Obviously Feanor is smart and strong enough to handle a total of eight marriage bonds. But Feanor is the crown prince and also the best craftsman in the Noldor, and might find it distracting. Maybe they should try a different plan?
Feanor says fine, he'll think about it.
In a week, Feanor comes back and tells Maedhros that Amras's concern about spacing was reasonable, but they really do need family cohesion. And in order to let the bonds settle in between, Feanor is going to start today.
Maedhros clears his schedule for the afternoon, and the night, and the next day.
There isn't a public wedding between Feanor and his eldest son. But there is a meeting for the eight of them the next day. Maedhros is physically just fine, and makes sure not to show his emotional discomfort. No need for his brothers to think this will be terrible. And maybe he'll be be better able to persuade Feanor against this path, now that he has more insight into his father's mind and is obviously not acting out of selfishness.
Feanor eventually latches onto the idea of his sons marrying each other. With Maedhros married to him, this works out tidily in terms of mathematics, and they'll still have one other person to notice if they're being led astray.
Feanor presents this new idea to his sons. They can do it by order of age: Maglor and Celegorm, Caranthir and Curufin, Amrod and Amras.
Feanor's sons proceed to entirely miss the point and start arguing about the details. Curufin has a wife and child, and although marrying Feanor would obviously be a fealty thing rather than a romance thing he's not sure the same applies to someone his own generation. Maglor says that if he has to marry Celegorm it's going to end in one of them threatening the other at sword point, can't say who yet. Celegorm says there would be no threats, he just acts. Amras flatly refuses to marry his twin. Amrod refuses to let anyone other than his twin know him that intimately, now that it's an option.
All in all, it's several months before they agree on an initial plan. Maglor will marry Caranthir. Curufin will wait a few years to marry his Celegorm, until Celebrimbor is a bit older. Amras will get high for the wedding night with Amrod, once they find an appropriate herb that makes memories fuzzy but doesn't dull the spirit or the mind.
Maglor and Caranthir are the most straightforward. They get married the next year. They refuse to talk about it at all afterwards, and don't get along any better later.
Feanor is called to a festival in Tirion before his other sons have a chance to wed.
__
Marriage requires a vow and an act. The vow is a statement of shared purpose, calling one the Valar or the One in witness, a promise of unity and dedication. The act is typically sex, but anything that involves vulnerability of the spirit, shared intense emotions, and excitement of the body works.
Swearing the Oath does not bind the house of Feanor into one bond.
Killing at Alqulaonde does, with death around them and fear of death in their hearts, their own blood pumping hard in rhythm with each other, ending lives even as it horrifies them because they see no better way towards their single goal.

Prompt #11 ~ Reclaimed Living
♫Overpowered♫
Another cleansing of the soul came with reinvigorated steps loudly revisiting a place of his bearings. His latest and most formidable enemy awakened him from a ghostly remnant he served. He wasn't the same. The last Crew finding them behind his follow weren't the same that collapsed, or buried with his old ship. The rover returned to a rancid pub front-steps. In a dead and remote location, where used to be celebration, came to cease. Now it was just nesting drunken sailors who held no direction. Majority of the Crew that served a Captain were family members, other associates, all drowned and dead brought by his endeavors, curses, afflictions. It was never easy to confront a past, but proper healing cannot begin without it, that's where his wisdom had found of recent date. It was the most despicable and deplorable thing a feeling could present in a leader. The people under your helm perished but the Captain didn't go with his ship and men. Although all held belief he remained deceased, this would be soon uncovered in a twist. He unstrapped his holstered revolver. Swallowed nerves. Then proceeded. Inside were grievers those at the bottom of bottles, they felt too. Sapped of motivation. Chained, jailed, life had no meaning. The peers that died, killed them too. Outsiders didn't come to this enclosed location. So as creaking old planks of wood were heard they drew alert. Until a stoppage. A shadow between the doors. Even in their rancid and intoxicated states they drew arms. The two loose doors flung open as the perished ghost became alive. In a series of insurmountable clicks and aim's hundreds of trained gun's re-positioned. Dirks, brass knuckles, a plethora of last resistance shown. If they were to be raided, they'd go with bangs.
"Minfilia's oversized tits, blimey o' bastard... I don't believe it. Ye chose a poor choice t' ruse us n' appearance." They didn't follow a leader. Each of their voices left were who seized first in their mass. The interloper had them cautiously on standby. "Nay. It b' me." The Seeker discarded his only means of defense and slid a kick over. They had the right to take their shots. Tension was stacked in disbelieving soaring heights. Each still felt a beguile footman who stood at their gate. "Ye inconceivable fool. T'is a reason why, Dead men tell no tales..." Cocking mechanisms of flintlocks surged. Another chimed in when Captain went to peace. "Best ye tell a helluva' tale. Of what ye live..." This served a code, a message in a bottle, but parchment became waterlogged, useless. If there was ever a moment etched within his time, to become unspoken, now was it. He would be a preaching to a choir. Chewing and clacking his gums, he'd lower the tricorne to his heart. A ferocity lit in his hues, rebellious. "From conception we're met with opposition. There ain't a single-choice upon what we calls origins being dealt, whether by some invisible puppeteer, deemed an author, or some putrid sack ov' excuse-spinner." Revving up, "Educated, groomed, taught t' be the same way, that results t' a history never ending but repeats, wondering why we live under th' same shadows ov' all our dated descendants who fell. Constantly wishing or reflecting back, things were simpler, better, desiring do-overs. No-one looks forward t' a clock, only backwards when bloomed." The fulfillment of dreaming in youth, gets devoured, in due age, later when matured. What could've been, spawns. He took brash steps even while being trained on with blunderbusses. "Thrust into environments where eating metal, doing whatever it takes to survive! --- They call us problems." Speaking out to the rebellious that still swelled, "Sentence t' unexplained diseases, festering rot n' us. We start giving into instability, alongside insecurities, it racks us into a trail of bottomless failures, believing we've nothing of importance... Told by our closest endearing whispers, who mutter the same air of our doubting thoughts... It encourages demons, t' vices, to a point, a visit only ov' ferryman can accept us." He registered and conveyed a lot of personal emotion. "Bein' pirate everyone thinks our take ov' freedom means pure unadulterated chaos, anarchy, destruction. To be feared... Truth it means we're standing against what governs us all, growing bone's where they've gone missing." Showing teeth and taking a stand on top of a tavern table between, the disheartened. "Authority, Order! These things are presented as principal things that are required to function, n' keep peace... But it's artificially made-up. Think to yourselves! How many label's have been created to categorize yourself? To try separating you from being an individual, just so someone can stand-out against on a perch! you don't even know how t' stand anymore! ...Thinking by being on your two-legs that's all? You b' so far drowned, you cannot impose those who wear their crowns, cause you accept it as all-purpose... O' if a mass-herd flocks, it's natural to' fall in that line and try to be included at all costs, thinking it'll grant you an audience, notice, give you validation." His speech began boiling up, resonating something in a few, they became domesticated too. "Words, like 'martyr', 'rebel', thrown around. Placed to maintain control, they subjugate, they'll bend rules, whatever it takes! They'll use their fancy speeches t' rile you into a false-sense to stay kneeled over, stating it's a 'we' or 'us', ignoring really they're out their own business." He presented as their so called pirate king was faceless, removed, abandoned all the free-spirited left. That continued with the powers in place. "Same almighty forces that are throwing us into forgotten. Trying to remove us, are the some who were us, once..." The red-coats weren't someone to be all idolized. Innocent's rain rampant on
those, it was not-self sacrificial, they were govern. "Free. Isn't exclusive. It's within us all, a lifestyle, something that any are capable of taking with zero discrimination, no hierarchy, or diversities preventing you at some barrier for entry! Reach down! Battle against your illnesses, wounds, oppressors! Wobble on your soles and fight to stand against what you disagree with, crawl even, gnarl at that hilt! Die fer passion, what makes you feel who, who gives you it! That's what actual breathing looks like! This IS yer rightful treasure, yer CLAIM. Get it back into your hands and you'll know this is a world you own!" Climatically blew through in his renegade passion. The very air he exhaled into these words weren't laced, they came from personal, raw emotion! Casting away not only to his own liberation but his former folks. "This is living's meaning!" Reaching down grabbing a bottle and smashing it against his arm into a tearing cut, bloodied arms formed outwardly, like wings he threw his arms. Drops of resolve and armed weapons fell in unity. 'The Captain ov' the Five Seas' approached them, and said, I am alive, but so are all those who died, they're in me! I haven't lost this War, It's only getting started. Waves, winds, change, so I've adapted. Here, I am.'
The lawless bellowed out an uproar outcry and jolly, shooting their guns into the ceilings. Smashing and slugging each other with haymakers, drinking and thrusting into debauchery, they were free, once again! Label's no more! Defined, never again! Each saw their passion, the moment was seen! What went obscured. Captain leapt into the brawl, of celebration, he was home, alive! The storms were still remaining but he found many places to call shelter when they came.

Innocence
Niragi Suguru × Reader
So, this is something I was very excited to receive a request about!
(Yall... please, the most adorable thing I've ever been requested to write-)
I absolutely loved the idea, as it's something I go through, and a few of my friends go through, although it might be a little different. (My friends as well as I (ooh, exposing myself) have a little space(different from a sub space. It's age regression and not at all sexual or wrong. It's totally OK to do this) , and I usually take care of them and they take care of me through it, so I get the panic attacks and drops! What this person requested is probably quite different from that, so It's not the exact same thing. Also, keep in mind, everyone expiriences panic attacks differently, I'm going off of my personal experience with them.
Warnings: past trauma, panic attacks, swearing, mentions of death, blood, let me know if I missed any!
You had been put into this world. A desolate one. It looked like your home of Tokyo, but it wasn't. There weren't any people, and it was empty. It was like a giant prison... except bigger. In your opinion, it was a prison, and no one was around to judge you, so it was. You had been quite scared waking up, not knowing what was going on. Wandering around the new Tokyo, you felt a feeling of dread. You were alone. How you hated being alone.
At night, however, things changed. One of the advertisement boards in the middle of Tokyo lit up, pointing towards a place and the words 'way to the game arena' sprawled across it. You just followed the light up sign, and ended up at a skating rink.
Your eyes lit up at the sight. There were pretty colors, flashing lights, and popular music was playing in the background. You swayed on your heels, back and forth, unsure of what to do next before seeing a table with phones. On the same table was a sign that read 'One for each player.' What did they mean by player? You didn't know. You picked up a phone, and it turned on. The screen read something about facial recognition. You stared in awe at it, thinking it was cool. You were so immersed with the phone, you didn't notice other people come in. When you did, you were a bit intimidated. You didn't know why you were here. It dawned on you in a moment, and you started to fidget with the edge of your skirt. You saw two people who looked nicer than the rest, and decided to aproach them.
"Hi! Um... I'm sorry to bother you, but do you know what's going on? I just woke up here..." you explained, looking at them. It was a boy and a girl. The girl had short, dark hair, and was wearing black spandex with a colorful pullover that was unzipped a bit to where you could see the black sports bra under. She was so pretty in your eyes. The boy had dark hair, his bangs falling into his face. He was wearing a t-shirt, and shorts. They looked at each other, and back to you. "It's a game," the girl said. You smiled. "A game? I like games what kind of game?" You asked. "It's not... it's not normal games. They're more difficult... and dangerous," the boy explained. You were confused. "My name is (Y/N). What's your's?" You asked. "I'm Arisu and this is Usagi," he introduced. "I like your names," you said cheerfully. The phone pinged, and you jumped slightly.
'Registration closed. 8 players. Difficulty 4 of spades. Game 'Roll Away'. All players will put on the roller skates. They can't be taken off once put on. There will be different challenges in the rink. It might be dodging something, getting chased by something, or other obstacles. Clear Condition: You can not take off the roller skates through the duration of the game. Doing that will result in immediate death. The way to win is to dodge the object or things and pass the challenges. Game start in 10 minutes' (this is the dumbest game concept I've come up with, I apologize in advance)
"Here, stick with us, and we'll try to make sure you don't get hurt, alright?" Usagi said, placing her hand on your shoulder. "Ok! Thank you Usagi-Chan! Thank you Arisu-Kun!" You chirped, bowing your head in gratitude. They smiled to eachother, one thought clear and present in their heads. They had to protect you. Something they didn't say about a lot of people, but something was different about you.
That's how they took you to the beach. At first, you were scared. You didn't know anyone there, there was people staring at you, and there were some that had weapons. Your eyes had so much to focus on, and it was so overwhelming. Your first thought was to focus on something shiny. You liked shiny things. The problem was, there was to many shiny things to focus on. The windows, guns, swords, accents on the wall, hell, everything might as well been shiny. You stayed still, sitting up as straight as you could, playing with the sleeves of the sweatshirt you had on. "So she's basically useless?" One of the people there said. You frowned at the words. "No, no, she's very capable. I think she'd do well in club games. And she doesn't require a high rank right now. Just for a her to be safe," Arisu said, protecting your from their words. "Alright. Just inform her of everything. Niragi, why don't you take her to get a wristband and to her room?" The man, who you had learned to be Hatter suggested, although he knew it was a command. Usagi gripped onto your shoulder softly. "I'll go with. Just because I feel she is my responsibility as well," Usagi said. In reality, she was worried of what he'd do to you. She didn't trust Niragi, and from the short amount of time she had known you, noticed you to be more trusting and innocent than most. You smiled widely, and looked up at Usagi. "Let's go then."
You walked in the middle of both people. Usagi, looking forward most of the time, holding your hand to guide you around, and Niragi. That's what Hatter had called him anyways. He was rather tall, longish hair with half tied back. He had piercing on his nose and brow. Shiny pieces of metal which you found yourself staring at constantly. There was a gun slung over his shoulder, which scared you. "Here we are," he said, opening the door to what you assumed to be a storage room. He handed you a bracelet. You played with the stretchy cord, stretching out and back in, being entertained by it. Usagi grabbed your hand, and gently slid it on. "Don't take it off, ok?" She said softly. You nodded. "What is she? A damn kid?" Niragi scoffed. "No. Be nice. People have different situations, and you have no right to judge," Usagi repremanded him, her tone strong. He rolled his eyes. "Ok, there's three rules at the Beach. 1, you have to wear a bathing suit, 2 all card go to Hatter, 3 death to the traitors," he said. "Mmm... death? What do you mean by that?" You asked. You knew what death was, you just wanted to make sure he wasn't threatening you. "Death means death. We catch you planning to leave, or keeping your cards, you die. Simple as that," Niragi stated. "Ah... oki! Usagi-Chan, I think I'll be ok with out you for now. Thank you!" You chirped. Usagi shook her head. "I'm not leaving you alone with him," she stated, glaring at him. You felt hands grab your waist, and pull you back. It was Niragi. For whatever reason, you felt safe. He was bigger than you, and most likely stronger, and it made you feel safe. You shrunk into him, liking the feeling. "Yeah, Usagi-Chan... Let her have fun," he mocked, sticking out his tongue. Usagi could hear the hidden meaning behind his words. But, to her surprise, you didn't. Were you that innocent? "I'll be fine. Tell Arisu-Kun thank you again for me though... You guys really helped me through that game," you smiled. Usagi nodded her head, and against her better judgement, left. "Ok, just you and me now sweetheart," Niragi sighed, leading you around. You rushed to catch up with him, and grabbed his hand. He flinched, pulling his hand away. "What the hell do you think you're doing?" He asked, scrunching his face in disgust at the contact. " 'M sorry... Didn't want to get lost. I don't like being alone," you apologized, looking down, and swinging your leg back and forth. 'Damn it... She's cute... NOnononono, backtrack, hold up, not cute. She's fucking annoying. There we go. That sounds better. Not at all cute. Annoying.' He sighed, remembering the way Usagi had spoken to you, "It's fine. Just don't go doing that, ok?" You nodded excitedly, walking besides him.
"Ok, and this room is the one Hatter told me to take you to. The two people you were with live on the next floor up. No I don't know what room, neither do I care. They'll tell you, most likely. Bye," he said after leading you to your room door. "Niragi... thank you!" You said, smiling. "What?" He questioned, turning around to face you. "Thank you. Really, I would have gotten lost without you. I hope to see you soon!" You repeated, skipping into your room. He stared at the spot you just stood in, in shock. 'She's odd. But interesting. Is her innocence an act? Or is she just like that?' He thought as he walked off. You hadn't made any sort of shy or disgusted expressions when he talked to you. Especially when he used more risqué remarks. You just smiled or laughed as if you didn't understand the meaning behind his words. You were definitely interesting to say the least.
"We're really sorry we couldn't find another one for you... It's just the rules here, ok?" Arisu apologized. They had to find a swimsuit for you to wear, and they had found a white one. It wasn't horrible, just showed a lot. "You're allowed to wear a cover up though. Or like a sweater," Usage suggested. You nodded, rushing to the bathroom where you had changed. You grabbed the fluffy zip up hoodie you had on before you changed. You slipped it on over your body, and smiled. "Much better," you chirped. They laughed slightly. Arisu couldn't help but feel warm and fuzzy when you were around. Not in a romantic way, but more in a protective way. He didn't want anyone to harm you. Usagi felt the same. "Can I go walk around?" You asked, playing with your hair. They nodded. " You don't have to ask for permission. You can do what you want," Usagi said. You nodded, saying goodbye, and leaving the room.
You hummed as you walked around, looking at all the people walking around. You nodded your head to whatever rythym was going on in your head. There were so many things to focus on, it felt like your head was going to explode. You shut your eyes for a bit and kept walking. Bad idea.
"Oi, you damn brat! Watch where you're going!" Someone shouted at you. You had bumped into them, falling to the ground. " 'M sorry! Didn't mean to!" You squeaked out. You heard them laugh, and you opened your eyes. "Whatever. And stop talking like that. What are you? A ba-" they were cut off by a snicker. "Really? You have the right to say that?" You recognized the voice from earlier. It was Niragi. You looked up to see Niragi pointing his gun at the people bothering you. "What? She talks like a fucking baby. And acts like one. Is she your little play thing?" The person taunted. Niragi scowled. "I'm only letting you go right now because Aguni doesn't let us kill in front of others. Be glad I'm letting you off right now," Niragi threatened. They all rushed away, seeing as their bravery was only for show. Niragi looked down to you on the floor. "You good?" He asked. You nodded, getting yourself off the floor. "Thank you once again, Niragi," you said, your attention on the floor. He couldn't help but notice your nature. You were innocent, childish, and playful. So different from all the other girls here. It was annoying, but also... cute. He was so lost in thought, he almost didn't feel you standing next to him and grabbing his arm. "What are you doing? We talked about this," he stated, trying to pull his arm away, watching as you nuzzled into him. "You're warm... and I like this feeling... I don't know what it is, but it's nice," you muttered. He pulled you around, back to his room, ignoring the stares he was getting.
He opened the door, and walked in, shutting it behind you two. "Where are we?" You asked, looking up at him. "Guess," were his only words. You basically beamed up at him. "Ooh, like a game! Umm... I don't know... tell me?" You chirped, placing a finger on your lip. He sighed, basically throwing himself on his bed. "You're annoying, you know that right?" He said. You frowned, twiddling your fingers. "Don't get offended by that. I have questions I want answered, come here," he stated, the commanding tone in his voice obvious. You stood straighter, and walked over by him. He looked up st you, confused. "Sit,'' was the only word that left his lips. You did so, sitting up straight. "So... is this an act? Your whole innocence thing?" He questioned, motioning to you. You tilted your head in confusion. "No? It's just... me," you responded. He hummed to acknowledge he heard you. Your hands kept looking for something to do, and you impulsively put one of your hands on his head. He moved away, grabbing your wrists, putting them to your body. "Hands to yourself princess," he said, a bored tone present. You shook your head, your hair swaying and bouncing with you. He laughed at the sight as you pouted. "Don't wanna. I like the feeling I get when I touch you or when you touch me," you said, your fingers being able to lightly touch his hand. "What feeling?" He asked. "I don't know what it's called... I just like it," you responded. "Well explain it," he said. "Mm... I feel really warm and protected. And... safe..." you responded, feeling his hands leave your wrists. After feeling his hands leave your wrist, you looked up at him. You crawled next to him squirming from happiness. "Oi, stop it," he scolded, grabbing your shoulders to keep you still. You pouted, looking up at him. "Then can I pet you?" You asked. "What am I? A damn dog?" He spat. "I like dogs. Dogs are cute. You're cute. But you're not a dog. Good boys deserve pets. You're a good boy, so... you deserve pets," you rambled, patting the top of his head softly. He look at you as you did so. He dropped back onto his bed. "I'm tired, so I'm going to sleep before tonight's patrol. Don't kill me," he yawned, closing his eyes, falling asleep almost immediately.
When he woke up, he heard humming. He opened his eyes slowly, and saw you curled up on the end of his bed, humming. "Hello?" He questioned. You turned so fast, he swears you gave yourself whiplash. "Niragi you're up!" You chirped. He sighed. 'Who gave her the right to be so damn cute... this isn't fair on me right now.' He nodded, and got up. He looked into the mirror on the dresser, noticing his hair was tied back. He went to take it out, but soon saw it was braided. "Did you... braid my hair?" He questioned. Now, he wasn't mad, and he didn't hate it. He just wanted to know why. "Yeah. Sorry," you said, looking down. "I- forget it. Why?" He asked. Your eyes lost their spark for a second. "um... uh... I... I just wanted to," you said shakily. "Tell me why. I can see through that lie," he stated, taking his hair out of the braid. "Umm... I... I don't think you'd care, it's nothing," you deflected. "Look, if I'm asking, it means I want to know. So say it," he said, turning to face you. "Ok... I was just alone in my thoughts, and I decided to braid your hair. It made me feel less... anxious. My sister used to always ask for me to braid her hair. So she could look just like our mom... and she did look just like out mom," you explained, tears filling your eyes.
You didn't like talking about your sister because of what had happened to her. Your mother had died when you were 9, your sister was just a baby. She looked exactly like your mom. And due to circumstances, you were never able to be a kid. You had to be an adult at a young age. You never got to be childish. So, you did it more when you grew up. Your sister... Your sister didn't really care all that much. She acted like a kid, and got to be a kid. You made sure of it. Some things just couldn't be helped though. She had died after a car accident. You all went to get some groceries. It had been a great night, and you three had gotten ice cream. On the way back, a drunk driver had hit the car. Your father lived and yourself lived, but he blamed himself for it. He tried, he really really tried to be a good father to you, but it wasn't enough. Somehow, you could never seem to win.
"I'm sorry, I don't really like talking about her, can I talk about something else?" you said, quickly wiping the tears away. He could tell you didn't want to talk about. It made him want know more, but for whatever reason, he left it. "My patrol starts I'm a few minutes. So you'll have to find someone else to bother," he said, fixing his hair again. "But I don't wanna go around anyone else. Wanna be around you," you pouted, walking to his side. He stared down in shock. No one has ever wanted to around him out of their own free will. "Look, just... go to your room, and if I remember to go, I'll go and visit for a bit."
That's how it started. You would constantly be around him, rambling about your newest topic. He didn't respond a lot, just listened, throwing the occasional sigh of you being annoying. It didn't bother you anymore, because something told you if he actually found you annoying, you wouldn't be alive right now.
"Hey hey hey (N/N)!" Kuina greeted with a smile. "Kuina! You're back!" You giggled, running over. She hugged you, spinning you around. "How's my favorite human?" She asked, setting you down. "I'm ok... How was your game?" You asked, walking around with her. She led you down to where all the cars came in. "Hatter put me in charge of checking to make sure no one keeps their cards today. Help me out?" She asked as soon as you got there. You nodded, and stood by her.
All was fine, till one of the last groups came in, speeding. You watched nervously, hoping nothing bad happened. You felt the world around you move in slowmotion, and the air in your lungs get shorter everytime you breathed. You heard the tires screech, and Kuina's voice was somewhere in the background. You felt like you couldn't breath, you felt the cold stone wall behind you and you slid down it. Tears rolled down your face, and you scratched at your arms unknowingly. You felt people trying to touch you, and you kicked or hit them away.
"Someone get help! Arisu, Usagi!" Kuina yelled at them. They had come outside, hearing a commotion. They tried to touch you, or get closer, but you wouldn't let them. Blood came out of the scratches you had made on yourself. "Who else can help her?! Think quick, please!" Arisu panicked. You were crying and scratching at yourself. They could hear you muttering 'no' and 'can't lose them again' over and over under your breath. Anytime someone tried to get close to you, you would kick or hit them. "Get Niragi," Usagi said. "What no I'm not going to-" Kuina started to argue. "Do you have any other ideas?! Go get Niragi before she hurts herself more! Now!" Usagi shouted. The panicky feeling was in everyone. Kuina quickly looked over at you, and nodded. This wasn't about who she did and didn't like. It was about making sure you were ok. Kuina ran off, going to look for Niragi. "Usagi, you go look for him as well. You're faster than me, I'll kept on eye on her," Arisu said. Usagi nodded, running off.
You were still crying, your nails tearing into your skin, crescent marks left behind, and trails of crimson dripping down. People were still trying to help, but we're crowded all around you. You couldn't breath, air couldn't get into your lungs. The people all around you looked like they were closing in around you. A flashback of the moment the other car hit you flooded your brain. Your sister's cut off scream. Her blood soaked shirt, the pieces of glass embedded into her skin. The pain you felt when you called out for her, but she didn't answer.
"Chishiya! Chishiya! Have you seen Niragi?" Kuina yelled after the short boy. He turned around. "Why would I care ab-" Chishiya started. "Chishiya, not now. It's (Y/N). Please, just- do you know or not?" Kuina interrupted, taking in shaky breaths. He shook his head. "Last Boss might know he's over there. If not Aguni," Chishiya said. Kuina nodded, running over to the aforementioned man.
Eventually, she found him on the roof. 'He's always on the damn roof' Kuina thought. "Niragi! Don't ask questions, just come with me!" Kuina yelled at him. He turned with a face that read 'no'. "Why should I-" he started. "It's (Y/N), please just- she- come with me," Kuina stumbled over her words. It had been at least 6 minutes. He tried not to show any emotion, but looked around and nodded. He walked quickly besides her as they made their way back.
"Found him!" Kuina shouted. Arisu turned to them and nodded. "Just go over to her," Arisu said. Niragi walked over, and everyone around you, immediately parted. "Go away," he threatened. Everyone left, and he was able to see what was happening. Your previously white swimsuit was now stained with red. Your arms were marked up with scratches and crescent shaped wounds. "Hey, (Y/N), it's me... calm down... breath," he whispered, so only you could hear. He kneeled in front of you, and got gradually closer. You didn't push him away, nor did you pit up a fight against him. The feeling of being safe and protected that you only got around Niragi appeared. The warm feeling spread over you, making you calm down a bit. You were able to breath a bit now, and you whimpered about something he didn't quite hear. Arisu and Kuina sighed in relief, seeing as he was able to get close to you. He grabbed your hands, taking them away from your arms. You took a shaky breath. "N-niragi?" You questioned. "Mhm... just calm down for now," he said. Arisu and Kuina looked at eachother and nodded, deciding to leave. Niragi had it under control.
You grabbed onto Niragi, and held onto him tightly. He heard you sniffle and say an apology into his neck. "Don't apologize for that. Are you ok-ish now?" He asked. He felt you nod. "Ok, well, we need to clean you up. And you can tell me what happened later, ok?"
He had carried you up to his room, cleaning up the blood on your body. "Sorry... I'm sorry," you apologized again, as he bandaged up your arms. "Stop apologizing, it's pissing me off," he stated. You frowned with a shaky sigh. "I... I didn't mean that. I'm sorry," he apologized, sitting besides you. You snuggled up into him. He was going to scold you, but decided against it, seeing as he rather liked the feeling. He always had. "Niragi... you forgot to do something," you muttered. "And what's that princess?" He asked. "Kiss it better?" You asked, looking at him with the puppy dog eyes. He felt his face get hot, and cursed himself. He rolled his eyes giving in, "Fine." You gave him your arm, and he kissed over the bandages. You giggled slightly. "Tickles," you laughed. He couldn't help but laugh. You smiled, "Niragi... Can I help you feel better?" You asked. "What? I'm not hurt though," he said, confused by your words. "Ok, fine... maybe it's not to make you feel better... just wanna give you a kiss. I really really really like you," you admitted, blushing slightly. He froze up for a second, before smirking. "Go ahead then. I really really really really like you too."
So... how was that? Um...bi may have gone overboard, but I am all for soft Niragi hours even if he's OOC, it's called 'I'm sad, he's my comfort character.' Umm... yeah... cool!

Mystery Monday #1
Today is the first Marcy Monday in the Month of Marcy!
To celebrate this special occasion, I bring you a new theory. I plan on doing this every week this month, and who knows, maybe after that. They won't all be about our best girl, but some will, including next week.
For this week, however, I'm going to be looking into the next episode: specifically, how Anne and the Plantars (and others?) might get back to Amphibia, and what might happen once they're there.
Let's start with who might be involved in this process. We know for sure Anne and the Plantars are going back. I think the most likely people to follow them would be Mr. and Mrs. Boonchuy. Terri has already volunteered to help rebuild the portal. I'm guessing the IT Gals will be there, and although they will probably be more focused on Fixing Frobo, they'll still get along well with Terri and be very impressed by the portal. Dr. Jan might make an appearance, if only to see how they are progressing. Dr. Frakes might find out about the portal and cause some trouble with its construction. And the Boonchuys' Thai friends might appear in this episode, but I doubt it'll be anything more than a cameo. Should any of these people make it through, I suspect that they will join the Plantars in looking for allies.
Now there's one person I purposely left out of that list: Mr. X. This is because he is specifically mentioned in the episode synopsis:
With one shot at getting the Plantars back to Amphibia, Anne and her parents must go up against Mr. X and the FBI.
So that means he will throw everything he has at stopping this portal from opening. Now, after failing twice, and given that the Plantars are about to go back to Amphibia, I think Mr. X may actually succeed in showing the government the portal. If so, (or even if not), he might be the one to follow the Plantars through it. At this point the story would likely take one of three paths:
He lands in Newtopia, meets King Andrias, and bonds over their shared enemies.
He follows Anne and the Plantars, they land in Wartwood (see the next part), and they explain to him what's going on and why they have to stop the King. While I do see Mr. X turning on Andrias once he reveals his true intentions of conquering earth, I don't think it happens this early in the season.
He might not learn anything and go back to earth. If so, it would be the same result as #4:
If Mr. X does NOT go through the portal, and fails a third time to show the government what's going on, he will be left a bitter rival on earth, just waiting to get back at the frog people who outsmarted him three times.
Now, the synopsis of Commander Anne
Anne is made leader of the Wartwood Resistance, even though she's not good at the job.
tells us flat out that Anne and the Plantars will be in Wartwood. But, since Anne, Sasha and Marcy ended up in different places at the start of the series, it's not unlikely that Mr. X would end up in a different place here. Hence my theory about him landing in Newtopia. Or, it's also a remote possibility that Newtopia is at Wartwood right now, since the city was floating when we last saw it.
Now there is one more thing that could throw a wrench in all of this: Matt Braly has stated that he originally wanted to put this episode before Froggy Little Christmas, but he couldn't because of scheduling issues with Disney. If he wanted to put E2A before FLC, it likely means that is the chronological order those episodes go in (not necessarily though, as we learned from The Shut-In!) If chronological order places E2A before FLC, then nobody would be going through the portal in this episode. But we can reasonably infer from the synopses that this is simply not true. Someone WILL be going through a portal in this episode. The excrement WILL collide with the rotating oscillator. This next episode WILL be huge. I can't even figure out why Matt would want to move this episode up in the order. I guess we'll find out.
And that's all for this theory! Come back next week for another one! Topic TBD, but it will involve Marcy. (If you can figure out why, send me an ask or a message and I'll let you know if you're right.)
Thank you for reading!

Where do you get your Loki pins if I may ask please?
ooh boy, lots of places. there aren't very many authentic/licensed Loki pins (although there are way more since the show came out), and those tend to be the cheapest because they're mass-produced by Disney. a lot of the newer ones are currently available pretty cheap at Hot Topic and Box Lunch, especially during a sale like the one they're having right now. other authentic Loki pins can be pretty easily found on sites like Amazon and eBay. limited-edition pins cost more, and those are generally just on places like eBay and Mercari.
as for fantasy pins (i.e., not licensed/authentic), it's a bit trickier, because that type of thing is technically copyright infringement I guess, and sometimes IP holders crack down on those, so an Etsy shop or Instagram account might disappear without warning. a lot of creators have their own shops for that reason, and those are a little harder to find; others try to avoid notice by using euphemistic product names like "horned alligator" or "mischief man," so there are some on Etsy that you won't find unless you get a little creative with your search terms ("trickster" is of course another one that shows up a lot). still, Etsy is probably the best place to start because it's where you're likely to get the widest variety of results just doing a search for "loki pin". most of what's on Etsy is relatively inexpensive, as such things go. plus you're typically supporting creators and small businesses directly, which is cool.
Amazon has a few listings for Loki fantasy pins. eBay really varies; you won't find a huge amount of fantasy pins listed there, and what you do find tends to be somewhat pricier (while also coming from China, which means it takes forever to arrive), but I've found some good ones. plus you can save a search so it emails you every time something new comes up under "loki pin," which is very handy. Mercari is another secondhand market, and it's...fine. I don't know, there are some oddities to it, and I've got a saved search that used to email me regularly but doesn't anymore. it's worth checking, though, in part because you might learn about some creators and discover they're still selling the pin for less on their own site. (also, unless you know something is a great deal and it's likely to disappear on you, don't buy anything the first time you see it; add it to your favorites and see if the price goes down. a lot of Mercari listings have something built in that will gradually step down the price over a few days or offer a discount to people who liked an item.)
Kickstarter isn't a good place to buy pins unless you check regularly or you're lucky enough to come across a campaign that's still running, but it's a good way to find pin creators, because typically people doing Kickstarters will end up with plenty of leftovers that they'll sell for slightly more on Etsy or whatever, sometimes a year or more after the campaign ended. finished campaigns also often have a direct link to wherever the creator is selling those leftovers, and if they don't, it's usually not too hard to find.
AliExpress has...some pins. they tend to be way cheaper than you'll find anywhere else. unfortunately, a) they also come from China, and cheap shipping from China can take a long time and sometimes things get lost, so you have to be patient but also keep an eye on your outstanding orders more than with other sites, and b) the vast majority of the pins sold there (and loads of other things, but we're talking about pins right now) use stolen art. I have zero problems with that when it's art stolen directly from Disney, although sometimes it can be hard to tell, if it's anything but a direct copy of a Disney pin. (sometimes it's not hard! for instance I think everybody should buy this cute-ass pin, because it's a direct rip of one of the Loki emojis that Marvel created and then didn't put on anything you could buy except one limited-edition Ragnarok poster, so in this case the ripoff pin is literally the only way you can get a pin of that adorable emoji! you can also find emoji pins of characters like Steve and Thor that do have authentic versions, but like...there's no obvious difference in quality and Disney already has all the money so like, absolutely buy the cheap ripoff version. the only problem would be if you tried to pass it off to somebody else as an authentic pin.) I have a lot of problems with that when it's some indie creator on Etsy or whatever who puts a ton of work into their small business and then can't do anything about some factory in China stealing their art and pumping out pins that sell for a fraction of the price. I have...an in-between level of problems with this when it's a ripoff of a pin the original artist no longer sells or art they never offered as a pin in the first place, so it's still stolen art but you're not actually taking money from the creator. (when you're pretty sure it's stolen art but you make a good-faith effort to find the original and can't...I dunno, that's also between you and your ethical standards I guess.) however, there's yet another wrinkle to this: if a design was kinda generic to begin with, or it was stolen quite a while ago and it's been circulating long enough, sometimes it's really hard to tell who made the original, because some of what you find on Etsy with the exact same design will be people who bought them cheap from places like AliExpress and are then selling them as their own designs on Etsy for a significant markup. if somebody is selling a ton of different pins, in many different styles, across loads of different fandoms, with generic and nearly identical blurbs on each item and product photos that are also nearly identical to each other, then chances are good this is what they're doing.
that probably covers the most straightforward ways to find Loki pins. doing a general Google search might turn up something, might not. almost everything I've discovered recently, though, came from searching "loki pin" on Instagram and following a bunch of people who've made Loki pins or other Marvel pins. I even followed the ones whose pins were outside my price range, because sometimes people have sales or you can trade pins you already have, and also people in the pin community all tend to follow each other so it's a good way to follow various rabbit trails and find things you can afford. some of these creators sell things directly through Instagram, and others will have links to their shops. creators also typically have lower-grade pins selling for less, which often makes enough of a difference to make it affordable. in theory, A-grade pins are as close to flawless as possible, and anything less than that (usually "seconds," B-grade, or sometimes C-grade) has enough flaws that the seller didn't want to sell it full price. I pretty much always buy lower-grade pins when I have the option, because the price difference is usually significant, and I can almost never tell the difference anyway.
sooooo...that was a lot. uh, let me know if you have more specific questions after this infodump.

*~*~*~*~*~*
Merlin sighed heavily as he hung his coat over the back of his chair, seeing that he was the only one in the lab's office once again. Frustration didn't even begin to cover it, especially when his phone started to ring almost immediately.
Eyeing the most hated piece of technology on his desk critically, Merlin tried to work out telepathically if he could figure out who was calling.
A rap on the partition window between his office and the next made him jump. Gaius was staring directly at him, giving him the Eyebrow of Contempt, a phone to his ear and pointing towards Merlin's, which hadn't ceased it's relentless mating call.
"Welcome to Camelot Labs, this is -"
"- Merlin you fool, it's me."
Merlin looked up to see Gaius run a hand over his face tightly, oh right. Maybe he shouldn't have gone out the evening before.
"Were you at the tavern again last night, are you still drunk?"
Looking heavenward, Merlin finally sat down, booting his computer up and wedging the phone between his ear and shoulder.
"It's called a pub, Gaius, and what do you need, I'm extremely busy." He proceeded to place each of his three coloured pens (blue, black and red) neatly next to his blank notepad, adjusted his takeaway coffee so the pattern on the cup faced him, then picked up the red pen and wrote his name with a flourish on top of the page. The heart over the I, probably the best one he'd ever drawn.
"You're on your own today."
"What?" Merlin yelled, dropping the phone to glare at his boss who just shrugged in return, the Eyebrow suddenly looking a little more friendly in the presence of Merlin's plight. He picked up the god awful device to exclaim hotly, "You can't do that to me! I can't hold the fort down by myself, take all these calls, I'm not a wizard that can magically conjure a second Merlin."
Gaius did not look impressed at his sarcasm, Merlin grumbled some more and took a long pull off his coffee. It ceased to satisfy.
"I'm trying to get one of the boys from marketing down here to help."
"Oh no, no you don't. This is why you're calling me through the window? Isn't it? You're too scared to stand before me and tell me - I'm telling you, you can't send me one of those lunk-heads, those clotpoles who wouldn't know their arse from their -"
"- their what Merlin?"
"Gaius no!" But Merlin was speaking to nothing, Gaius had hung up and was suddenly nowhere to be seen. Gritting his teeth, Merlin spun around to watch Arthur fucking Pendragon walk over and put his bag down at the desk… the desk right. Next. To. Merlin.
He wasn't having it. Arthur was the biggest douche to walk the hallways of Camelot, always pushing Merlin's buttons in meetings, and generally acting like a Prince holding court. It didn't help that his father Uther ran the company.
"And what brings you down to the bowels of the Camelot Labs?" Merlin snarked, then opened up his emails only to see a hundred new ones. Oh god, his day was over and it hasn't even begun.
"Gaius said you needed help, so here I am. I can go if you like."
Merlin gave Arthur the side eye, "can you read reporting figures to let departments know their results?"
Arthur nodded and sat his coffee cup down, seeing that it was from the same place Merlin bought his. Huh, maybe his taste wasn't that awful.
"Can you use the online filing system for collections and batch records?"
The nod came again, while Merlin watched Arthur place two pens either side of his notepad. Rookie. He wouldn't be lending his red pen out, even if Arthur begged. And that was not an image Merlin needed to see in his mind. Arthur on his knees, walking towards him… begging and naked.
"Fuck," Merlin exclaimed, noting how Arthur raised a brow sardonically at him. "Can you use a phone?"
"Can I use a… really? Look, just tell me what you need me to do and I'll do it. And don't be a dick about it."
Scowling, Merlin quickly showed Arthur the phone, the programs and what he needed done. He ignored the crisp, woodsy scent that clung to Arthur's skin as he leant over him, and he most definitely ignored when Arthur's arm brushed against his then left it pressed there, for almost a minute. Not that Merlin was counting.
Yes, Arthur was helping, and it was much better than being there alone, but Merlin, although very vocally did not like Arthur, had always found him unfairly attractive. And that set him on edge, made him feel itchy under his skin, knowing that Arthur, who was basically royalty on the London scene wouldn't even look twice at someone like him. So it was much easier to be an arse.
Four hours into their forced working conditions, Merlin had to admit that Arthur was actually more of a help than a hindrance. And it grated his nerves.
"Maybe next time, you should write the batch into the system before you give out the results."
Arthur's brows were in his hairline as he turned to face Merlin, and he felt a flush rise up his cheeks, it honestly didn't matter the order you did it in, but he had to say something.
"You really don't like me do you?"
The retort died on his tongue when he realised Arthur was serious.
"Err, well, it's not exactly that, I actually think you're -" his phone rang, thankfully halting anything else he might blurt out unintended.
A few minutes later he was off the phone and typing again, lost in calculations and figures when he heard the chair next to him roll over the floor, and it didn't stop.
Startled he looked up into bright blue eyes, eyes that were only a few inches away.
"You were saying?"
Merlin's cheeks filled once more and he couldn't help the small gulp, audible in the quiet lab. Oh god.
"I was saying that I think you're a complete arse, " Arthur's eyes narrowed at his words, "but if you had a red pen, and stopped taking mine, I'd actually admit you've been a huge help today."
Arthur's face transformed into a grin and Merlin couldn't help mirror it, having never been on the receiving end of it before, or had he, and he'd just blocked it out? But Arthur was still too close, within touching distance and as if realising it for the first time as well, Arthur ducked his head, before looking up again.
"Can I buy you a drink after work, Merlin?"
Startled, Merlin floundered for a moment, uncertain what was happening and why Arthur Pendragon was asking a lab tech out.
"With you?"
Arthur's laugh was deep and fond, another anomaly, "yes with me. I thought you were smart?"
"I am, thank you very much, ask anyone and they'll tell you that I can -"
"- no Merlin, I meant I've been flirting with you for months and you've completely missed it, haven't you?"
Merlin's mouth was agape, he knew it, Arthur knew it, and he snapped it shut. Arthur thought he was...? He wanted to go for drinks and...?
"I'm taking that as a yes on both counts."
"My god you're arrogant..." Merlin started but faltered when Arthur grinned broadly at him.
And feeling off balance wasn't something Merlin relished and as Arthur started to wheel his way back to his desk, he reached out, fingers tangling in the collar of Arthur's shirt and yanked him back. The wheels squealing on the floor.
Falling forward he pressed his lips against Arthur's, feeling the shock run through the other man's body, and Merlin smirked until Arthur's hand came up to cup his cheek, thumb running over the skin softly, reverently then pushed forward into the kiss. Oh. He'd not expected the feel of tongue against his, the slip of their lips as they deepened the kiss, nor hear the small unbidden moan falling from Merlin's throat.
It was the sweetest and most perfect first kiss he'd ever received.
"Well that shut you up for a minute."
Well it was until Arthur spoke. "One drink, that's all you get Pendragon."
And with a conceited smirk that hit Merlin directly in the guts, and a push of his chair, Arthur put his headset back on and looked Merlin directly in the eye.
"Perfect, I like my coffee black in the morning, preferably before I get out of bed."
And Merlin could do nothing but snort and shake his head fondly as he answered his phone, greeting the person on the other end brightly, holding Arthur's blue sparkling eyes in his gaze. Maybe it wasn't going to be such a terrible day after all.

Queen live at Colston Hall in Bristol, UK - November 18, 1975
x
The photos could be from either night.
This article from the November 29 issue of Sounds chronicles the second night in Bristol.
Queen triumphant
QUEEN ARE the type of group that make a man want to abandon rock writing. They pose questions and never provide answers. They exist in their own space-time continuum, visible and audible but keeping their secrets to themselves.
On the surface they couldn't be a nicer bunch of people, but they carry English reticence to an epitome. It isn't, as Geoff Barton said two weeks ago, that they're boring, it's just that they're reserved. Or in writer parlance, they don't automatically provide colourful copy. All my instincts as a writer tell me that there is a great story in that band, but after two nights with them I'm hardly any the wiser.
Skin tight
That their insularity has a lot to do with them being one of the most amazing heavy-metal and/or rock bands in Britain - with all the signs that they'll end up monsters on the order of Zep - is fairly obvious, but just how much bearing it has on the matter is hard to say. The enigmas they might pose mightn't even have answers.
Is there any logical reason why they present an image and persona straight out of the Beatles school of interlocking chemistry?
John is reserved, almost nonchalant on stage, as if it's all in a small, personal joke. When asked how he saw himself within the framework of the band he replied, with a small smile, "I'm the bassist".
Roger is his opposite, the cheeky sidekick in a Clint Eastwood movie, and attracting a lot of cheesecake attention in America and Japan.
Freddie is an original - one of the most dynamic singers to tread the boards in quite a few years. His attraction is obvious.
Brian is perhaps the biggest enigma of all. What is this seemingly frail, gaunt astronomer doing on that stage, striding purposefully and blasting diamond-hard rock? They're all equally strong personalities - like the Beatles there's no one major focal point. Ask four fans who their dream Queen is and you'll get four different answers.
Queen have been busy lads these past few months. Having disassociated themselves from their former management and joined with John Reid, the fourth album was seen to. Reid decided that a tight schedule wouldn't cause them undue harm, and figured on two months to record before embarking on this current tour.
Only Queen are driven to better each previous album - which at this stage of the game is obviously producing some excellent results - and 'A Night At The Opera' turned into a saga - culminating in 36-hour mixing sessions in an effort to allow at least a few days for rehearsal. In the end they managed three and a half days at Elstree with four hours off to videotape the promotional film for 'Bohemian Rhapsody'.
Their first few dates had not been without errors and the quartet were still not feeling totally comfortable their second night in Bristol, fourth night of the tour. You'd never know it, though.
Like all other aspects of the group, the stage is sophisticated. A black scrim provides a backdrop bounded by a proscenium of lights both front and rear. At each side the p.a. rises like a mutant marriage of Mammon and Robby the Robot. Amp power is readily evident but the most extraordinary is Brian May's subtle set up: nine Vox boxes stepping back in rows of three. The only packing crate visible is holding a tray of drinks, and you may rest assured that no roadie will rush, crawl or lurk across the stage while the show is in progress unless it's to rescue Freddie's mike from the clawing crowd.
As the auditorium darkens the sound of an orchestra tuning up is heard over the p.a. The conductor taps his baton on the music stand and a slightly effete voice welcomes the audience to A Night At The Opera. The Gilbert & Sullivan portion of 'Bohemian Rhapsody' follows, a brief glimpse of Freddie is allowed, and then in a blast of flares and white smoke the blitzkrieg begins.
Roger is barely visible behind his kit, just his eyes and tousled locks. John is wearing a white suit and playing the-man-who-must-stand-still-or-it-will-all-blow-away. Brian is slightly medieval in his green and white Zandra Rhodes top, while Freddie is...
Around his ankles his satin white pants flare like wings - fleet footed Hermes. Everything north of the knee is skin tight - tighter than skin tight - with a zip-up front open to AA rating. But further south, definitely in X territory, lurks a bulge not unlike the Sunday Telegraph.
There have been sex objects and sex bombs, superstar potency and the arrogant presentation of this all-important area, but never has a man's weaponry been so flagrantly showcased. Fred could jump up on the drum stand and shake his cute arse, leap about and perform all manner of amazing acrobatics, but there it was, this rope in repose, barely leashed tumescence, the Queen's sceptre. Oh to be that hot costume, writhing across the mighty Fred!
Phallic
Freddie is not pretty in the conventional sense of the word; like Mick Jagger of '64, he is his own convention. Also like the Jagger of the time, his stage persona and action is unlike anything else. Although it borrows - like most of the group's plagiarisms - slightly from Zeppelin, in tandem with Freddie's supreme assurance and belief in himself - he always refers to himself as a star - it explodes into something that is a constant delight to watch.
He reacts to his audience almost like an over-emotional actress - Gloria Swanson, say, or perhaps Holly Woodlawn playing Bette Davis. At the climax of the second night in Bristol he paused at the top of the drum stand, looked back over the crowd and with complete, heartfelt emotion placed his delicate fingers to lips and blew a kiss. Any person who can consume themselves so completely in such a clichéd showbiz contrivance deserves to be called a star.
Freddie's real talent, though, is with his mike stand. No Rod Stewart mike stand callisthenics here, just a shortee stick that doubles as a cock, machine gun, ambiguous phallic symbol, and for a fleeting moment an imaginary guitar. He has a neat trick of standing quite still in particularly frantic moments and holding the stand vertically from his crotch up, draw a fragile finger along its length, ever closer to the taunting eyes that survey his audience.
Their show contains lots of bombs and smoke, lots of lights, lots of noise. They fulfil the function of supremely good heavy metal - i.e. you don't get a second to think about what's going on. When they do let up for a few minutes, it's only so you can focus in on the bright blue electric charge crackling between your ears.
Bulldozer
Dominating the sound is Roger's drumming, a bulldozer echo that bounces like an elastic membrane, meshing with your solar plexus so that your body pulses in synch with the thunder. Tuned into that, everything else is just supremely nice icing.
For three days rehearsal, after eight months off the road Bristol was extremely impressive. In speculative mood I quizzed people on how long they thought it would take to headline Madison Square Garden. I was thought a radical at a year and a half. John Reid smilingly assured me it would take a year.
That Queen should end up with John Reid is an entirely logical proceeding. Everything about Queen demands that the world eventually kowtows at their feet in complete acquiescence - so big that bodyguards have to accompany them at every step. Well, no - they found that an annoyance in Japan, but, you know, huge.
Such status demands a Reid or a Peter Grant, and whatever the causes for their leaving Jack Nelson and Trident, an elegant group like Queen is going to look for a man with class. Reid found the idea of managing a group interesting, and having to deal with four strong personalities a challenge. He only concerns himself with their business and ensuring that the year ahead is mapped out. In January they begin a jaunt through the Orient, Australia and America, by which time it's March and they begin preparations for the next album.
Reid's prediction of a year was proven highly credible the next evening in Cardiff. The band had still not paused from the rush up to the tour and spent most of the day relaxing and sleeping - no doubt a factor in their near recumbent profile. Also, unlike most groups, they were keeping their dissatisfaction with the show to themselves.
They stopped off at Harlech TV on the way to see a cassette of the video for 'Bohemian Rhapsody'. The general consensus was quite good for four hours, with much laughter during the operetta. Brian finds film of the group educational - the first time he saw himself was a Mike Mansfield opus for 'Keep Yourself Alive' - "It was 'All right fellows, give it everything you've got but don't move off that spot.' It was terrible." You don't like Mansfield, eh? "Oh, I hate him - we all do... I was horrified when I saw it - I couldn't believe we looked that bad. I looked very static - seeing myself has taught me a lot about stage movement. Some of the things I do are planned for effect, but it's mostly just feeling the audience and communicating that back to them."
Arriving at the motel - several miles out of town - Freddie immediately fell asleep, John held court of a sort, joined later by Brian, while Roger went jogging, a daily event when touring. Tuning in to rock via Bill Haley and Tommy Steele, he became a drummer because he was better at it than guitar. All through school he was in bands; he only went to dental school out of "middle class conditioning, and it was a good way to stay in London without having to work". His mother thought it a bit strange when he opted for a career as a rock star, but she doesn't worry too much now.
The concert starts in much the same manner as the previous night, but there are signs that tonight is work, with posing an afterthought. The endings to most of their songs are magnificent and majestic, especially 'Flick Of The Wrist' and the rapid harmonies of 'Bad Boy Leroy Brown'.
Maniacal
The audience, seeing their faces in town for the first time, are vociferous in their appreciation. Guys know all the words to every song, yelling enthusiastically at every effect and solo. The band picks up, Freddie receiving the crowd beneficently, telling them they’re beautiful.
As the show builds it is obvious that things are gelling more. The previous night Brian had seemed totally out of place, not moving too much, taking solos with the weirdest half blank half possessed stare, talking to himself; cocking ear towards guitar. He was the proverbial stranger in a strange land, one step removed from the plane inhabited by you and me.
Tonight he moves fluidly, the gonzo lead guitarist of a gonzo band. His expressions are just as maniacal, but it only makes him look more demonic. His solo in 'Brighton Rock', an exposition in riffing and echo, is a treat because of his physical response to both music and audience, complete with ham acting. Freddie gets into the same game on 'The Prophet's Song', where he conducts an acapella madrigal with himself. It's a pretty commanding moment.
It’s soon after this that Madison Square seems reasonable. About a minute into 'Stone Cold Crazy' it becomes very obvious that Queen have suddenly Plugged In. Found the metal music machine and Connected. Freddie's movements explode in perfect unison with the music, the lights and surroundings go crazy, and the audience goes berserk.
Freddie asks for requests and receives a roar out of which one can vaguely make 'Liar'. Fred walks along the stage, nodding, agreeing he will do this one and that one while the kids roar on. "I'll tell you what - we'll do them all!"
'Doing Alright' opens slow and portentously. Queen's variation of light and shade is one of the major factors in their popularity, but even so the quiet sections frequently find the audience's mind wandering. One kid starts getting a joint together, totally forgetting it when everything blasts off again; guys talk among themselves, only to instantly leap to their feet, fists flying to the beat.
'Doing Alright' changes into a cha-cha beat, Freddie snapping his fingers, the coolest hipster in town, and then instantly drops into faster-than-light drive - the whole row next to me leaps to their feet as a man, rocking back and forth as Brian roars into a blinding solo.
Two songs later, in 'Seven Seas of Rye', the kids break - very fast - and in five seconds half the audience is a seething mass in front of the stage, climbing on each other in pyramids, sudden openings appearing as a splintering seat sends a few bodies to the floor.
The rest of the show is equally intense, especially for a couple of minutes during 'Liar; where Fred and Brian merge into a tight little triangle with Roger while John stands in front of the bass drum, staring out with his small smile.
Freddie has treated his encores - 'Big Spender' and 'Jailhouse Rock' - differently on successive nights, once appearing in a kimono and in Bristol with rather rude tight white shorts, giving the song title new emphasis. In Cardiff, though, he doesn't bother to change at all. Later it transpired that Brian had twisted his ankle during 'Liar'. While he’s attended to, kids out front pick up chair slivers to keep as mementos.
On the bus back to the hotel Brian sits quietly at the back, chatting with two girls. John sits at the front, as always. Freddie stares out of the window, lost in his own world. Roger bounces around, starts a pillow fight with Brian - which stops as soon as Brian scores a direct hit to the face - then discovers an eight track of 'Sheer Heart Attack', punching it through the channels as he conducts the group. The two hours towards which they have channelled the day's energies are spent.
Ambition
That Queen have become a top attraction through a fair degree of plagiarism is amusing. Stealing is nothing new in rock (or any art for that matter) and mostly Queen use the borrowed material better than the originals. That they would be big I don't think anybody really doubted. All four have immense desire to be successful, and that kind of ambition will keep them slogging until they achieve it.
But there are popular heavy metal bands and there are popular h-m bands. From watching Queen's audience it is apparent that Queen speak for them in a way that bands such as the Who and the Stones and the Beatles spoke (and continue to speak) to their audience. Uriah Heep may be great at what they do, but five years after their demise who'll remember them? Creedence Clearwater Revival demonstrate the same thing - who remembers them? And yet five years ago they were the largest band in the world.
Queen will probably always be remembered, because as their tour is beginning to demonstrate, they have the ability to actualise and encompass the outer limits of their sense of self-importance. Queen and their music, presentation, production - everything about them says that they are more important than any other band you've every heard, and who has there been, so far, who has objected? Certainly not the 150,000 people (plus 20,000 a day) who bought 'Bohemian Rhapsody' in the first 20 days of its release. Certainly not me.
See you at Madison Square Garden.

Could you make a concept for Fluffy AU! Golden Freddy based on the ideas you made with some anons?
Sure! I'll see what I remember for this... my memory is so poor lol. If I forgot something I'm sorry cause I know it was SOMETHING.
There was a whole lot of rambling in this, Sorry if that ruined things but you have more Fluffy AU lore now-
Here's the fic that had some of the ideas in it.
Yandere-ish! Fluffy AU! Golden Freddy/Fredbear Concept
(Mostly just explains his role)
Pairing: Romantic/Platonic
Possible Trigger Warnings: Gender-Neutral Darling, Obsession, Experimentation, Death, Undead animals, Overprotective behavior, Occult themes, Murder, Split personality, Trauma, Implied sadism, Trust issues.
The origin of Fluffy AU! Fredbear and Springbonnie are entwined together.
They were created together and were the first successful attempts in Afton's twisted experiments.
Like his compatriot, Fredbear is very friendly and loves to befriend his handlers.
You are most likely assigned as one of the bear's handlers and that's how you meet him.
Fredbear is very affectionate towards you once he thinks of you as a friend.
He's large and furry, often giving you "bear hugs" to show his affection.
Fredbear is always seen in a purple hat and tie, looking like a living anthropomorphic bear.
He has claws and sharp teeth although would never want to hurt anyone.
Towards his darling he's obsessive and protective.
You often feel the bear nuzzle into you and call you his friend.
You couldn't blame yourself for getting attached.
Fredbear really did begin to feel like your friend after awhile.
You nearly forgot he was meant to be an experiment until Afton announced the next stage of his plan.
Afton now knew how to complete his experiments correctly thanks to Fredbear and Springbonnie.
He already had a new bear, bunny, chicken, and fox planned.
But what was he to do with the prototypes?
Experiments of a different kind... what would happen if you tampered with the undead?
Afton is an ambitious man
When you had left work after hugging Fredbear goodbye for the day, you were alerted he had passed away.
You were never told why.
The whole situation felt strange to you as you thought Fredbear was in perfect health.
You have a feeling Afton is behind it... but it is not your place to ask.
It's after the death of Fredbear that Golden Freddy is "born".
Afton is a man who likes to tinker with the paranormal.
He likes to play god.
His experiments with the killed by undisclosed means deceased Fredbear and Springbonnie are paranormal in nature.
Which results in Golden Freddy gaining supernatural powers.
Powers such as... teleportation.
Golden Freddy used to be friends with the undead rabbit Springtrap.
After a gorey fight between the two due to Springtrap's sudden aggression, that stopped quickly.
Especially when it ended in the golden bear's eyes being gouged by the rabbit.
You're told to stay away from the two prototypes due to the experiments becoming unstable.
You were instead sent to keep an eye on the newer experiments and their growth.
Golden Freddy and Springtrap were locked away in a lab until they could be properly disposed of.
Unfortunately there was no proper way to contain the undead bear.
The isolation from all his supposed friends and his damaged eyesight made Golden Freddy go insane.
He remembers you and misses you... making it a goal to find you.
For the most part Golden Freddy would be overprotective of his darling, scared they'll be hurt too.
But there's another more sadistic persona in him that wants to cause revenge against all that's hurt him.
Which may or may not include you.
Golden Freddy is partially blind.
His eyes have rotted into a seemingly black void... but he can still see due to being enhanced.
When Golden Freddy breaches his containment area due to his newfound powers, he hunts down his darling.
He's not as violent or aggressive as Springtrap, but can retaliate if threatened.
He's missing an ear... making him a bit deaf too.
The reintroduction to Springtrap had damaged him... but he's determined to live.
However... Golden Freddy happens to have a good sense of smell.
When Golden Freddy finds you again he isn't really mad at you.
He blames Afton and his scientists for what's happened to him.
By the time he teleports to your location... he's already singlehandedly thrown the facility into chaos.
Experiments are released and infected... scientists die left and right...
... and the culprit of it all stands in front of you.
Like Springtrap, Golden Freddy reeks of death.
He is no feral animal, however...
Golden Freddy is intelligent and, when it comes to you, merciful.
Golden Freddy has already made his decision when he lets all the experiments out.
Afton will die with his creations and the facility shall fall.
It's like his own little rebellion... but he doesn't stay long.
Golden Freddy would teleport you away from the carnage with him alone.
He wants peace after what he's been subjected to....
Golden Freddy still sees you as his handler once he tastes freedom.
He does not resent you for it.
In fact he still adores you.
Fluffy AU! Golden Freddy as a whole is Overprotective, Manipulative, Caring, Slightly sadistic/Possessive.
His mind is a mess after what he went through and he's just happy he was given the power to get away from it.
He's happy to take you away from it.
The facility is left to rot after this event (Which is kinda where this fic takes place) and most of Golden Freddy's obsession peaks at this point.
He's overprotective and refuses to let you go anywhere that isn't with him.
He can't tell if he wants to love you or hurt you at times.
Golden Freddy acts like a protective guardian over you as he feels he has no other purpose.
Despite how much he cares for you... you know you can't keep him with you.
The smell makes you ill and there's nowhere for you to get home.
Golden Freddy's trust is breached once you decide you have to kill him.
He understands... but part of him doesn't want this.
You may think this'll solve his pain yet it probably won't.
He may just come back.
Golden Freddy can handle your betrayal of him in a few ways.
He could isolate you somewhere far away with no weapons...
He could kill you and make you like him...
Or he could accept his fate for the chance he may stop suffering.
Golden Freddy is a freak of nature who shouldn't even exist.
But the bear persists all due to one man who wished to play god...
You are the only thing that makes it... bear-able-
Golden Freddy himself isn't sure what he wants... yet he knows it involves you.
Whatever his fate may be doesn't matter to him anymore... as long as it has you.

DEGREE OF LOVE
Measuring the degree of love they have for their partner in quiz format. 2 questions that test their relationship and 1 original question for each pair, can they match their answers with each other!? (Interview was done around the 1st 10 days of April)
NAKAMURA REIA x YABANA REI
BEING PIXELATED IN A STREET INTERVIEW?
Yabana: The interview this time is for us pair to match our answers. There are 3 questions in total.
Nakamura: Let us answer after "go". The first question is, "What is the best memory of us two?" Ready, set, go..."my sister..."
Yabana: "Going to an instrument store..." It is clear that we are completely talking about different things (LOL).
Nakamura: Mine is about my sister giving Yabana a jersey. My sister likes Yabana and she gives him advice through me. She gives advice like, "His hair is long, it is better for him to cut it. His hairstyle in summer 2 years ago is good." (LOL).
Yabana: Also, she said, "He always wears shabby sweatshirt," so I received a brand new jersey from her through Reia (LOL). What I was trying to say earlier is the time where the 2 of us went to instrument store to see some bass.
Nakamura: We also did that! After buying the bass, I got it painted by Yabana's father. But, since we both talked about family members, I wonder if this is partially correct (LOL).
Yabana: Let's perfectly match in the 2nd question. "Describe your relationship in one word." Ready, set, go..."a bad companion!"
Nakamura: "Boyfriend-girlfriend!" We didn't match again (LOL).
Yabana: We often talk but we usually endlessly talk about things that won't do any good, right? That is like being bad friends having fun.
Nakamura: We talk about things like our fave musics or fave manga. Our hobbies match.
Yabana: It's just that there is no substance (LOL).
Nakamura: No matter how late at night it is already, Yabana plays with me when I invite him in a game, so I think our relationship is like a boyfriend who cannot refuse to his girlfriend's invites (LOL).
Yabana: I see. Well, playing a game late at night is also a bad thing so this means that this is also partially correct...(LOL).
Nakamura: Right? (LOL). We are at the last question now. "If you are called for another street interview for a television show, are you going to do it?" Ready, set, go..."I won't do it!"
Yabana: "I will do it!"...we didn't match (LOL).
Nakamura: Well, when Yabana appeared in the street interview for 「Getsuyou Kara Yofukashi」, I asked the manager, "Can I also do an interview like that?" And then, I was told, "No, you can't," by the manager.
Yabana: Really? (LOL) I also contacted the manager before the filming just in case, I asked if it's okay to take an interview. And then, since the manager said it's okay, it was a chance to advertise 7 MEN 侍 in a television!
Nakamura: It seems like it is okay for Yabana to do it, but not for me (LOL). But I have a feeling that I want to be on an interview too. Oh, well, next time when the 2 of us got interviewed, I think let's do the interview where I am the only one being pixelated.
Yabana: That's probably suspicious in the contrary! (LOL)
SUGETA RINNE x MOTODAKA KATSUKI
THE PERCENTAGE OF WATCHING EACH OTHER'S TV SHOW APPEARANCES IS?
Motodaka: Our best memory, huh.
Sugeta: Rinne thought of something!
Motodaka: Well, let's say our answers. Ready, set, go!
Sugeta: "When we welcomed Reiwa!"
Motodaka: "Sexy Zone's..." Ah!! Wait, that's my answer too! (LOL)
Sugeta: You're trying to talk about Sexy Zone, right? (LOL) Is it about a concert tour?
Motodaka: Yup. During Sexy Zone's concert tour, only our hotel room was the Cinderella-like (LOL). We were ojousama-like.
Sugeta: That also crossed my mind!
Motodaka: But if we talk about something special, it is definitely the moment where we welcomed Reiwa.
Sugeta: We went to watch a late-night movie, and since it will be Reiwa very soon, we spent time together. When it became 12 midnight, we went," Ye~y, It's Reiwa now~!"
Motodaka: That was special.
Sugeta: I took a screenshot of the time "0:00" that was displayed in my phone.
Motodaka: For me, I recorded the memory of us when it turned 12 midnight that day.
Sugeta: That was nostalgic~!
Motodaka: The next one is to describe in one word our relationship. Shall we it say at once!? Ready, set, go!
Sugeta: "Consultation partner!"
Motodaka: "Comrade!"...Aah (LOL).
Sugeta: When Rinne is not interactive, right? You always try to symphatize with me.
Motodaka: It is a situation where I'll be made to ask, "Did something happen?" You are little bit annoying type of person (LOL).
Sugeta: Fairly, I am easy to understand.
Motodaka: That makes me slightly sullen (LOL).
Sugeta: What do you mean by comrade?
Motodaka: After we each did different projects, we end up in the same unit.
Sugeta: I see. The 3rd question is about how much we watch each other's tv appearances. Let's answer in percentage. Is that good? Let's answer it?
Motodaka: Ready, set, go..."80%"!
Sugeta: "90%"! That was close ~! Rinne records the quiz shows every week. Since I also want to try appearing in tv shows, so I watch shows that I have the possibility to appear in. I almost watch all of the shows where Katsuki appear too.
Motodaka: Me too, more than the shows where I appear, I overwhelmingly watch more shows where Rinne appear than mine. But I can't watch it in real time so I answered "80%".
Sugeta: Rinne watch the shows multiple times because Rinne loves appearing in shows.
Motodaka: I watch shows where I think I did good in recording.
Sugeta: Certainly! I think if I'm not in good shape during the recording, I will not watch it that much. By the way, I still watch my appearance in 「SASUKE」until now (LOL). Everyone watched it during the rehearsal for ARASHI-san's concert, right?
Motodaka: That was exciting~!
Sugeta: I watch with my family Katsuki's appearance in quiz shows. When Rinne got the right answer even though Katsuki didn't, I noisily go, "Why didn't Katsuki got it right?" (LOL).
Motodaka: That's natural for a quiz show. It's tough but that's my fate...
SASAKI TAIKO x KONNO TAIKI
CLEANING AFTER TAIKO CHALLENGE...
Konno: Our best memory, let's say our answers after the go signal! "Fireworks in Odaiba."
Sasaki: "Amusement park!" Ah~that one~ (LOL). The one where we watched fireworks!!
Konno: That was around 4-5 years ago already, right?
Sasaki: That was close to the end of summer.
Konno: Yabana, me, Sakuchan (Sakuma Ryuto) and you (Taiko) were there.
Sasaki: The fireworks were really beautiful. We could see it from the restaurant. Although it is a beautiful memory, it didn't come to my mind~!
Konno: Well, the amusement park is also a good memory. (Takahashi) Yuto and (Iwasaki) Taisho were there too. Everyone went to places like haunted house, it was really fun~(LOL).
Sasaki: There was a collaboration with 「Kurosaki-kun no Iinari ni Nante Naranai」right at that time. I wanted to ride Kurosaki-kun's gondola no matter what so I rode the ferris wheel around 3 times. That was fun~.
Konno: Next, "Describe in one word your relationship." Ready, set, go..."close friends!"
Sasaki: "Consulatation partner!" Well, we said 2 different things but they mean the same thing.
Konno: Yeah. Since we are always together, our trust with each other is not just on the shallow level.
Sasaki: Even the things that I can't tell to other people, I talk about those with Konpi (Konno). I generally give positive advices to Konpi. When he consults to me saying, "I want to try this but...," I reply, "I think that's great." I think that we won't know the result until we try it so it is better to freely do it.
Konno: For the last question, with the theme that's only for us 2, "What is the best Taiko Challenge episode?" Let's match our answers time.
Sasaki: Okay. Ready, set, go!
Konno and Sasaki: "Shampoo!" Ye~y! (High five)
Konno: That is a masterpiece.
Sasaki: It has the most number of likes and plays.
Konno: The one with cola is also good but if it's the best, then it's gotta be the content with shampoo.
Sasaki: The content with cola became known but even I myself think that the content with shampoo is a masterpeiece. I planned that 2 weeks before the filming. I thought that I'll do that on my birthday. And then, Akarui Tonikaku-san did that in the variety show.
Konno: What a timing (LOL).
Sasaki: I was troubled, "Uwa, seriously! It overlaps with my plan!", but since I wanted to do it so I took the risk and did it.
Konno: Well, that is the best. I like the part where you poured the water to yourself, but what happened to your room?
Sasaki: It got wet. In Johnny's stages, when we use water, the water flows into the orchestra pit (a space that is lower than the main stage), but in my house there's no such system like that!
Konno: AHAHAHA!
Sasaki: That's why with a drainer similar to the one used in cleaning the windows, I cleaned the room by making the water flow into the veranda. Cleaning the mess afterwards was miserable (LOL).
RECENT HAPPENINGS
Sugeta Rinne: I can now do 70kg of bench press! I thought of doing a bench press that is about my weight, but I am happy that I was able to do 10 more kilos from my weight. Since I still do 3 reps x 3 sets, so I want to increase the number.
Motodaka Katsuki: There are also 4th year undergraduates in the graduate school seminar. It was my first time meeting them recently, and I feel excited that they're my juniors. Until now, there are seniors that I am close with, but I don't have a junior who is close with me. I wonder if they'll be close with me!?
Nakamura Reia: My dad gave me the latest game console for my birthday. The controller is amazing that the vibration changes when the character is walking in grassy place and when the character is walking in soil. I don't have that much games for it yet but I want to play with it a lot.
Yabana Rei: A little while ago, I went to watch Rinne's 「Hidamari no Ki」(the show ended) in Osaka. I wasn't able to go in Tokyo shows but it was really popular so I really had to see it. I also watched Sexy Zone's concert the next day, it was a fulfilling trip.
Konno Taiki: When I'm at home or when I'm on the move, I only listen to western music. In someway or another, it looks like I have a phase for Japanese music and western music, and now I am into western music. I keep repeating the songs that I like more than broadening the songs that I know. There are a lot of songs by male artists [that I listen to].
Sasaki Taiko: I have fully mastered the stores in the suburbs of Tokyo that sell in large quantities! Depending on the store, the proportion varies and that excites me~. For example, 800 yen for 24 bottles 500 mL of water, there are great deals and it is super fun. I also bought toilet paper that I split with my friend.

Note
The Creatures do work like cleaning to earn money, there's a shop near the very bottom so they can buy stuff
Phineas actually takes care of the whales and other marine life, meanwhile Aurla tries to kill them
Spooky's and Eyth's magic seems to make people stop aging or at least stop aging at a certain age, which explains why Spooky is still 12, 15 years later
Speaking of magic involving Spooky and Eyth, they were brought back to life by the ssme thing (along with Taker), that thing being one of the specimen 1s, that being Jeli
The Demon child was a child that was murdered in the kid's hospital and was brought back by Jeli as a demon, although it seemd she's trying to resist the magic that's trying to make her evil by hiding in a mirror
Some of the kill counts for Specimens are inaccurate as those a few were actually caused by the 1s (E.i, Bab, Jasper, Chomper..)
Phineas / Fin really liked marine life, mainly dolphins, Jeli got an idea and used his magic to make him go wild, causing him to operate on himself, everyone thinks he did it for his love of dolphins but Fin was just mind controlled
Lines' body ends at the end of his torso
Lines' speech tends to get distorted (backwards speech, random muting, glitching)
Paina was AI for sunshine academy but got out via Spec.1 magic, yet she can still be developed further
Subject 5s are named 5 as they are the 5th Specimen 3s, the others died either in testing, having to be exterminated or they just. Dissapeared
Lisa and Bab tend to get along very well due to their shyness
Bekka likes to blast music just to make everyone mad lol
Jaime has honks own dimension, it sometimes goes to it to see how everything is going (the dimension being an abandoned theme park)
They let other Specimens, monsters, dolls and unknowns in to play, although xe makes them leave after a while, claiming that staying for too long is risky
Hooky was a runaway and went to the mansion for security, didn't work out as planned for her
Parry isn't just red, xey can be green and blue too
When Parry has a host, xey are asleep and someone enters xem, the host will have trouble knowing where the person is, only when under xey're control or when xey are awake can the host know exactly where they are
Parry and Stanely are like roommates, they get along sometimes but they fight and annoy each other a lot
Stanely also has a furry coat
When first encountering Parry, xey were a greenhouse, xey kept trying to scare him and lock doors but he just kept pulling through, xey tried getting him attacked by ferocious plants and only let him have a scythe but he still lived, Parry got angry and tried xeir last trick was to turn into a mansion and hang him, and it worked
In some of the crates, Aurla has some things like files, or just random papers, in others there's some beach toys, in others theres drawings Bab made for him, that's another reason he doesn't get on the crates, he doesn't wanna accidentally break them
Lines can travel via electricity (through telephone poles, computers, wires.. obv he can't leave the mansion tho)
Taker and White Face are one of the biggest frenemies, they usually only get along when trying to harm others and most of the time they just argue
Tirsiak used to be extremely cold and mean to everyone besides Kanerek, he wanted nothing to do with anyone fearing they'd hurt him or he'd get attached only to lose them, but after a while of basically forced friendship activities he warmed up to Bab first and then slowly to everyone, hes still a prick but he's doing better
The ones made their own mansion, they only took in monsters that were similar to the creatures from Spooky's or made their own
They were created as back up and to challenge the others. They represent what the originals (reffering to the ones in Spooky's) don't wanna be and their trauma. The ones liked to joke and call some of them coincidences and calk them rip offs
Lisa is welsh and has a bit of an accent
None of the hospital monsters have forgiven Eyth for what xey did, it affected them all and Eyth takes it as a joke, xey constantly make fun of the monsters for being "petty"
Bekka and Jon are the only ones fluent in Japanese but their accent shows sometimes
Bekka has a lot of medical and biology based knowledge but is still a complete dumbass when it comes to almost anything else
Lisa hasn't and never will forgive her ex husband for shooting her. Hell she's happy that he's probably dead
Lisa has frequent aches and pains all around her body
Bekka REALLY likes chocolate
Tirsiak is very good at archery and hunting, as apposed to Kanerek who's pretty mediocre
Tirsiak used a spell to give himself antlers and appear more masc
Tirsiak had died in the past but never realized, his necklace kept him somewhat alive and is what gives him his powers
Bab sometimes cleans his sword, he's dissapointed in himself that it got a bit rusty as that sword used to belong to his dad
Aurla can talk to marine creatures and loves to take care of the landsharks
Jasper was interested in how humans made food so he'd often steal recipe books and try making things himself and when he got to the mansion, Otto helped him out
Jasper doesn't like being viewed as a fast food worker or manager, he just wanted to protect his kin from constantly being used as food
Spooper sees Lisa as his mom because his old parents were abusive and Lisa is the mother he never got to have
This makes Lisa very happy
Kal is like an older brother to Spooper
Bekka's hands are black due to frostbite
Noah is very good at reading people, mainly because of his own experience. He's very good at telling if you're lying, sad, happy, sketchy..
Noah had to be bumped down to a hospital patient due to an incident and Bekka was his nurse
Noah usually has to change his bandages, he thinks he looks hideous but most people think otherwise (especially Jon)
Tirsiak used to be very cold and aggressive towards everyone as stated before, his best friend had died thanks to Ben in the past and he lost his tribe and family. He trusted no one
Once he learned how to speak english better he would learn to cuss out and shoo most people away. He only trusted Kanerek
Bab always tried to be his friend but was regularly pushed away even if all Tirsiak wanted deep down was a friend again, he was just afraid of losing everything again so if there was nothing to love there was hardly anything to lose.
It took a long time of lectures but one day he noticed Bab didn't seem to get the hint. Actually it never seemed like they did. Tirsiak gave in and let Bab just hang around, Tirsiak was surprised to find that he somewhat enjoyed Bab's presence.
He started to be less of an ass, he let Bab just hang out with him.
Maybe having friends again wouldn't be a huge risk?
He decided to be a bit nicer, he's still harsh and agressive but makes an effort to make friends and be nice
He found that he really liked Hooky and Ringu, at first he merely thought they were attractive but now he really does love them
Tirsiak learned english via the others teaching him and him repeating what others said. That's where he got his voice lines from, he stole them from Kanerek (and she ended up changing hers)
Lisa knows sign language
Bab's mom was trying to contact him in the afterlife via the cult and the cult tbought she was mother. One day her grasp and connection was slipping and she told thet cult that Bab was the new mother
Despite this, Bab never planned to be a mother, but then came the landsharks
Bab doesn't mind being their mother figure
Lisa sometimes gets carried away and will write their thoughts or make random doodles on notes made for chases
Lisa likes to listen to music while drawing, Bekka will let her borrow her MP3 and headphones when they're hanging out
Lisa has tourretes and autism and often hums and twitches
They'll flail their hands and tip toe as a happiness stim
Jasper has major sensory issues and the slightest High pitch, weird looking thing, anything that feels uncomfortable, or smells bad or extremely strong it'll will drive him off the walls
Lisa was taken away from the hospital while trying to hide from GLA and when she reunited with the hospital monsters, whenever they sense a GLA is coming they get hostile and if Lisa is over, Bekka won't let go of her until they're gone
The dolls sometimes disobey Spooky and GLA because of how bitter they are about what happened
Hooky tends to drown her sorrows in alcohol and it's become a regular thing for her
Because of how GLA treated him, whenever Charles feels any negative emotion coming on he'll go to sleep, it often results in nightmares but the emotions most of the time go away and he feels better when he wakes up
Frenzy has tried helping them but Husker knows all too well that there's no helping them
Clicky doesn't regret killing her dad, she always knew he was a bad man
She also just doesn't care
She never cared if her mom was unwell, she never cared if her friends were hurt. Sure she has some sympathy for the mansion residents but not much
Clicky likes waking people up with her constant clicking
She can detach herself from walls and walk freely, not very easily but she can still do it
Hooky, despite it being part of the reason she's in the doll, treasures hooks and many slim sharp objects
Although she also has an interest for anchors and morning stars
Frenzy often bakes small things like cookies and cupcakes for people and shares it's recipes with Jasper and Otto
Otto, despite seeming like he'd be a dumbass, does have common sense
He takes no shit from White Face, constantly triea to tell off Tirsiak for being a dumbass, gives Lisa the rudest reassurance and just ignores Spooper and Kal
He's friends with Jasper but even he admits that Jasper isn't very bright
Otto can swim and is warerproof
The pizza he gives you is poisoned, but it usually fails or takes a long ass while to kick in no matter how many times he's tried different poisons
Otto is aware of the whole FNAF thing and hates being seen as some FNAF rip off and being called the names of the animatronics from FNAF
Otto used to be a cook before he died and was stuffed inside of Otto The Otter
Spooper will sometimes change his costume to sort of socialize and copy others (dressing in all black because of Bekka, wolf outfit because of Tirsiak, face paint for Jaime..)
Hooky is drunk when he chases you
Husker is emotionally detached and has no desire to be attached to anyone, it just knows they exist and pays no mind to them
Jaime doesn't like scaring people and admits that she wishes she didn't look so ugly
WF used to be bullied to a breaking point
She gets overly attached and easily falls in love with whoever even tolerates her
She is aware people can die from her game but she just wants literally any fun even if it's for a short while
She loves to wear dresses and likes to appear femminine, and HER is unsurprisingly her favorite form to take
WF constantly picks on everyone due to her past, shyer and weaker people are often her main victims
She loves teasing Lisa all the time and is often super rude to them even though deep down, WF does care about Lisa a little
Bekka has a room saved for Lisa for whenever they come over to visit to the hospital
They love watching movies together and hanging out
They're also super comfortable with each other and will fall asleep together
The deformity wing in the hospital is a psychological torture chamber Eyth made
Some of the residents have tried exploring it but either got lost or got scared and ran out
Lector loves to make sure things are spotless and perfect, if it's body bag gets even the smallest stain it'll be pissed
Taker has a collection of stuffed toys but doesn't tell anyone
He thinks they're cute
Bab found out and hasn't said a word about it to anyone
Bab also thinks plushies are cute and will often help him in his collecting
Taker is surprisingly a good babysitter, the kids adore him
It loves to get into mischief with whoever it's supposed to be babysitting and pull pranks
Tirsiak has a stuffed toy of a wolf that Hooky made for it
It treasures it dearly and doesn't let anyone touch it
It even sleeps with the toy
There's a sewed on heart on it too
Sleeping with it reminds him of Hooky
Ringu and Hooky love cuddling Tirsiak because he's fuzzy and Tirsiak and Ringu Love cuddling Hooky because soft
Ringu is also cuddle material to them
Hooky is good at knitting and making plushies
If anyone tries flirting with the creatures it often times leaves them confused or angry or both
The most common one to take the flirt and possibly flirt back is White Face
Bab used to have a girlfriend but they broke up because her gf was an asshole to others
Fleshy is very good at reading people, they're even better than Noah
Kat can too but is too apathetic to care
Kat forces a smiley face and a good attitude when Fleshy is soon about to chase them to give the victim a false sense of hope
Fleshy often has to calm down or stop Kat from being overly angry
Fleshy can hear the other souls but is also capable of tuning them out
Kat is the spirit of a GLA who was used for testing and nya killed Fleshy out of rage
Kat is capable of giving souls and bodies to fleshy but doesn't want to because xe doesn't care
Kat fucking hates other cats, hell xey hate almost everything
Fleshy on the other hand loves everything but doesn't love some organisms enough to let them live
Fleshy loves to cause trouble and is a general nuisance
Bekka hates wearing pink
Ben loves making and trying on outfits and will willingly wear dresses and anything embarrassing
Goop can be mixed with other substances but it makes him uncomfortable
Goop boils and heats up when he's mad
Two and Three are capable of reproducing asexually, but choose not to because they know not a lot of people wanna deal with mini S3s
Lines is quick to anger and violence
Her body is electrical when she's angry
So
Yeah
That's gotta hurt
Lisa has dyspraxia and autism
Bekka has ADHD
Whoa. (゜o゜;

Ywsterday (sunday february 14th of 2021) there was an election in Catalonia and I feel like talking about it so I'm gonna explain it briefly (a brief explanation, a long post mayne 10 or 15 min read) for my American & international readers out there. (This will have a clear bias, I'm no journalist. That said, I don't belong to any of the parties discussed in this post.)
First, a bit of context for those completely unaware. Catalonia is a historical region of Spain with its own language (which has been marginalized and banned to various degrees during the last 3 centuries, which stirs controbersy to this day) and a separatist movement that has had moments of relevance and irrelevance along the last ~100 years.
Independence as a social movement has had its ups and downs, 25 years ago it wasn't very relevant but in the 2010s it started gainign traction ending in an unsuccessful unilateral declaration of independence in 2017 which resulted in the arrest or exile of most of the government (President Puigdemont is exiled in Waterloo, vice president Junqueras has spent years in prison now).
With that out of the way, to talk about the players in this election first we have to understand how does one get to be president of Catalunya.
Catalunya, as well as Spain as a whole and many other european countries and regions, doesn't have Presidential elections, they only vote for the parliament members: voters choose a party and once the Parliament is made up they vote for the president. In this particular case, the Parliament has 135 seats so if some party gets 68 seats they have an absolute majority and can govern by themselves in most cases (some things require 2/3 majority but to elect a president and to pass most laws it's just half+1).
The thing is, this election the winner didn't get anywhere near 68 seats, they got 33 so whoever ends up governing needs to pact. It's time to know the players:
To start, we're going to talk about the parties in the previous, independentist government:
THE INDEPENEDENTIST FORCES:
Junts per Catalunya (together for Catalunya) is a big, centrist coalition of organisations with left leaning and right leaning sectors. The left sees them as right wing and they're the only catalanist right wingers, so the rest of the right fucking hate their guts. They were in power for decades (under the name Convergència i Unió, the history of this party is convoluted) since the end of the fascist regime and did a lot of work to reestablish the place and institutions of the Catalan language (Franco was infamously against any languages in Spain that weren't Spanish). This is the party that the exiled president Puigdemont belongs to. Of the main 2 parties in power this was the bigger one until last night.
Esquerra Republicana de Catalunya (ERC, Republican Left of Catalunya, republican as in opposed to monarchy): Left wing, cataln nationalist run-of-the-mill european social democrats. They defend the catalan culture and language as JxC has done, they were in power as a part of the "tri partit" (three parties) with other left wing forces from 2003 to 2010 to avoid more years of JxC government. Then, independentist movement started to gain traction, the more conservative faction of JxC left and they (JxC & ERC) formed a government together with the complicit votes of CUP.
CUP (Candidatura d'Unitat Popular, Candidature of Popular Unity) is a far-left, socialist, quasi-anarchist organisation that used to have a few members of local councils but didn't even bother going to Catalan elections, then independence happened and have had a few MPs ever since. Not enough to pass any radical laws, but enough so that the JxC and ERC coalition needs their votes to govern: they vetoed Artur Mas, an infamously corrupt president and actually got what they wanted.
~
ELS COMUNS (the commons?) is neither independentist or unionist, they're a left wing party (less radical than CUP but also with less relevance and votes in the general Catalan panorama, although they have the Mayor of Barcelona). They try to pass progressive left leaning legislature and even though some of them want independence, they don't believe it's a pressing issue for the catalan people. Their Spanish Counterparts, Podemos, are in power as the 2nd, more "radical", left leaning force of a center-left coalition in the Spanish governent with PSOE.
~
THE UNIONISTS:
PSC (Partit dels Socialistes de Catalunya, Socialists' Party of Catalunya) is the Catalun branch of PSOE (socialists etc etc español), a center-left party that is currently in the Spanish government. PSC used to have catalanist sectors and when they were in power in Catalunya (as the 1st force of the Tripartit) they passed laws to defend catalan etc (to this day since the death of Franco no regional government of Catalonia has been against defending Catalan). Those positions towards the language and culture probably remain but now they're explicitly anti independence. They're not super left but if you don't count Comuns as unionists, PSC is the farthest left you can go in the unionist side.
PP: the strong Spanish right wing party since the 90s, where all the francoists ended up after the transition in the 70s, they held the Spanish governent '96-2004 and 2011-2018 and do not want to defend catalan. They won't usually say it out right though, they'll say things like "spanish speakers are oppresed in Catalunya", and that's the same for all anti-independentists. In Catalonia, though, they have very bad results.
Ciudadanos (citizens) is basically a split from PP that formed in 2006 in Catalonia to be explicitly anti-catalanist. For a hot second it seemed like they could be the new strong party of the Spanish right but now the party is crumbling and in Catalunya specifically they've gone from 1st force (they still didn't govern) with 36 seats to second to last with only 6. Rumours say that the party will dissolve before the next election.
Vox is a far right party that likes Donald Trump and fucking hates independence and Catalunya, they're a new party and rn the strongest of the spanish right wing forces in Catalunya in 4th place in the parliament.
Now you know all the players I can explain THE RESULTS:
(the big hemicircle is yesterday's results, the little one is last election's)
PSC has had a slight edge over ERC but they haven't been able to reflect that in more seats. Cs has crumbled from first place to 8th. Vox has appeared out of nowhere, but the rise in unionist seats (26) between PSC and Vox is still smaller than the 30 seats Cs has lost.
In the independentist side, ERC has gained 1 seat, JxC lost 2 and CUP gained 5 for a total gain of 4 seats for the independentists.
Even thoug an explicitly far right force has entered the parliament, this election shows a trend towards left wing forces: unionists towards PSC rather than Cs, and independentist towards ERC and CUP.
Even though the JxC+ERC coalition is a mess, all analysts and journalists agree that ERC's Pere Aragonès has the best chance to become the next President. All evidence points to the fact that CUP will have an easier time voting for a leftist President from ERC than a centrist/right winger from JxC, and some rumours say that ERC could be looking for Comuns' support. They don't want independence but maybe they can be brought in to strengthen the left wing stance of this new government.
The opinions of analysts and the rumours I mention come from last night's TV3 election special.

If you've read the whole thing thank you and I hope this has been useful 😊❤️
