it’s actually so crazy that James could literally be manipulating EVERYONE rn?!?
like pretending to be Wardens right hand, but what if he orchestrated the whole thing from the very start?
what if he gave orders to the people who killed Terra, Elias’s mum (his SISTER) to do so at Fresno (like gave them a way in and everything) what if he made it so Warden was away at that time and wouldn’t be able to save her - maybe it was an accident that Elias survived and that’s why he’s trying so hard to convince Warden to not make Elias the leader next? YKIWIM???
but imagine if the Barista was also a spy… and they were working TOGETHER? like when James was threatening them it was almost like an inside joke or smt because they are working together to fool everybody…
or maybe Barista is a spy but not with James, that would make him wayyyy more suspicious bcs ‘i’m the only double agent here right?… then who are they and what are they doing here?’
maybe James would want to find out if they were really a spy but by doing so it would expose himself, and obviously he can’t trust a stranger - especially one who is there to gain trust only to use it for their selfish advantage.
or maybe he would make a deal with them to work together? join forces?
maybe the Barista would agree, but then change their mind or be working against him from the start, only to expose him and save everybody else. would they expose themself as well or act like he was the only spy to gain even more trust and manipulate everybody? - James would try to expose them too but people wouldn’t believe him right? maybe people would believe James and not Barista? (most likely) thinking that Barista was trying to make them turn against James, one of their own, in order to save themselves.
maybe Barista as a spy would have a change of heart and suddenly run away in the middle of the night, only leaving a scribbled note of all the information you knew and an apology in the hopes that the Wraiths wouldn’t try to track you down and kill you - hoping that the insider information about your boss would help the Wraiths take them down or avoid a planned attack that Barista knew about but wanted to warn them about because it would’ve hurt people and maybe even killed Elias, the whole ‘spy falls in love with the person they were supposed to kill’ and then ‘goes against everything they’ve ever worked for in order to save others’ ASHSHSHDFDKDNDNSNSHDJ
sorry for the yap 😔

Major Akuma Kun (2023) spoilers, warning you rn
Yk what gets me about this show is that it would've been really easy to make Strophaia a big bad evil villain who simply uses Ichiro and manipulates him for his own gain. But they don't. They make a point to show that Ichiro loves Strophaia, and that Strophaia loves him, too. That's why Strophaia wants to release everyone's light, I think- or at least, a big part of the reason. He wants to free Ichiro, to have him by his side- and to do that, he needs to have Ichiro be like him.
Unless Ichiro has some special powers aside from being Akuma Kun, he's really just some normal boy. Strophaia was surprised that he had some hidden destiny. This tells me that Ichiro specifically wasn't needed to free the woman in chains. But Strophaia wanted him to do it. He didn't want anyone else to do it, he wanted Ichiro to be the one to choose to free himself and everyone. And he would have, if Shingo and Mephisto II didn't take Ichiro.
Strophaia feels as though his loved one was taken from him, was stolen. That's why he wants to torture Shingo, even after the man is near death already. He didn't care to torture Mephisto III- he was honestly just a casualty in this whole thing. Something to push Ichiro to the edge of grief so the flute would finally break. In his eyes, his beloved Aeshma was stolen and forced into a role he never wanted to have. And honestly? He's not too off the mark. Ichiro had a lot of trouble dealing with this destiny that was thrown onto him, who wouldn't?
It's Strophaia's love that pushes him to do what he does. He's older than almost everyone in the show, save for Satan. But he loves this human. This seemingly random human who was abandoned by his kind.
It's Ichiro's love that both causes Strophaia to almost win, and also the thing that defeats him. For now.
It's just... idk. In a lot of shows they have the protagonist go up against someone they hate, someone who's harmed them or their loved ones and seemingly has no good qualities. But when shows make the motivation love? Ourgh. Ourgh. It's so good. I don't even mean romantic love here. Platonic, familial, any kind of love. Love isn't this pure thing that will solve everything. Love is messy. Love is hard. And I really like how they show that. All the people Ichiro loves hurt him in some way, and he hurts them back, too. Not out of maliciousness- simply out of being human. Despite, yk, a good portion of the cast being demons. But I digress.
I really hope season two takes a closer look at all the.... conflicted feelings Ichiro definitely has. Strophaia is most likely returning, considering they didn't use that scroll. I want to see where their relationship heads. Honestly, I can see a redemption or a double down from Strophaia.
Another thing I wanna point out is how desperate Strophaia was to stop Ichiro from using the flute. He shields himself with his wings, he looks downright terrified. He's begging, repeating "Aeshma" over and over as his voice cracks. It's just. So gripping. Strophaia had all the confidence in the world that Ichiro would come back to him, and not only did Ichiro not do that- he aimed to kill him. Like. Ourgh. Obviously Strophaia needed to be defeated, man's was hurting people, but. Imagine the betrayal. Heck, how Ichiro feels. He's doing the same thing he did all those years ago, what accidentally separated him and Strophaia in the first place- what started the cracks in the flute!!! It's just!!!! Ourgh!!!!!!!!!

ok so pnat theory: the "power" that's "sleeping" in mayview is or was literally BL/sandman, and the true nature of her dream-manipulation power is full-on godlike reality warping that just so happens to be localized to dreams as long as she's by herself w/o a "host", because she's literally sleeping at the bottom of the lake in the waking world. the entire consortium is a cover she's created to try and prevent people from claiming her power bc she clearly feels awful about the incident (i think it's pretty safe to assume she's being genuine there- it wouldn't make sense to apologize to gwen after everybody else vamoosed otherwise, i don't think), and the incident 13 years ago was the result of the closest anyone ever got and may or may not have been some sort of Harmonic Convergence-esque event
...what i'm trying to piece together is if "13 years ago" lines up with when davy might have gained his own reality warping powers, and also when dimitri met peekaboo, bc i'd bet that the could both be "fragments" of BL/Sandman since they deal in such pure reality-warping and peekaboo is so weirdly mysterious
dimitri says he remembers meeting peekaboo right after preschool
preschool is around ages, like... 3-5, right? ten years ago, ed was 3, so he would have been just born when the incident happened
is dimitri the same age as max/ed/isabel? or isaac? idk if we know, but... its, like, a couple years off >:/c
i guess there's no reason to say that peekaboo couldn't have floated around for a while before finding a medium... or, well, hang on, maybe peekaboo was possessing dimitri for some time without dimitri awakening, like forge in johnny rn. i could see that, especially if dimitri was, like. an infant.
ooh, y'know, maybe that's why VP was so outraged that she didn't get a name from the sphinx of truth-- she needs to figure out who's holding the fragments in order to piece them together to claim the power
(maybe the freaky shadow spirit could be another fragment too? idk, shadow manipulation... it seems like kind of a stretch but it definitely appeared around the same time)
CH. 8 PG. 61 EDIT: OKAy okay the LOCKER.
"Indeed, he was drawing more and more power from it with each passing day" that's GOTTA be the source of his reality warping ability as seen in his encounter with Hijack
"Davy sympathized with the poor thing, really, having sprung free from a prison they once shared", also:
Tumblr media
OKay okay OKAY, so. Sealed away to rot? The [grudge] that let him go? Like... "this grudge" that Gwen and BL have "nursed" for years? "Locked" it in nighmares? The locker has a sticky note with "ZZZ" on it. Sleeping.
Davy was part of the Consortium. He was trapped, the same way as Gwen. He escaped by cutting off part of the spirit that was holding him there... and the piece came with him.
Is it possible... hmm. Is it possible that the power might turn humans into Monsters? I wouldn't be that surprised honestly, like... we see with Isaac that mediums tend to take after their sprits physically in some manner. Prolonged contact with a (Great?) Wight might have even more dire consequences.
Also the locker's got vampire and werewolf stickers on it. So. Also a ghost! And... a bur--? WAIT A BURGER
THE LOCKER HAS A *B U R G E R* ON IT

𝗥𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗱𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗦𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗛𝗼𝗴𝘄𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲𝘀
Tumblr media
This was soooo fun, but also really difficult! All the characters at some point, display attributes from all the houses. Everyone has moments of immense bravery, they’re all loyal to someone(s), they all have their own creative or intellectual abilities, and they display ambition or determination in what they do.
The trick was for me to decide which traits I thought defined them the MOST. And who knows, maybe I’ll change my mind one day, but rn, I think I’m happy with these decisions.
As always, let me know what YOUR opinion is if you want. This is by no means an expert opinion. Just my own thoughts. ✌️
- ᴀʀᴄʜɪᴇ: ɢʀʏꜰꜰɪɴᴅᴏʀ (ᴡɪᴛʜ ꜱᴛʀᴏɴɢ ʜɪɴᴛꜱ ᴏꜰ ʜᴜꜰꜰʟᴇᴘᴜꜰꜰ)
Tumblr media
I think the biggest thing that pushes him into Gryffindor is his reckless chivalry. He doesn’t think about the consequences before doing something and is unable to acknowledge the affect of those decisions long-term (his vigilantism, for example). He’s constantly making choices that are completely reactionary and not ever really thought-out, sometimes to his own detriment. But it’s almost always for the right reason, at least in his eyes. His loyalty to the people he loves is a strong motivator, but so is his need to do the right thing. His moral compass is incredibly strong and not only dictates the decisions he makes (which can be misguided for sure… GRUNDY) but also the friends he keeps and people he associates with. He is very passionate about everything he does, especially music/poetry and football, which can fully encompass his entire being when he’s locked into them. There is a big piece of Hufflepuff in him, with his strong determination, loyalty to his friends, and hard-working mindset, mainly thanks to his father Fred. But I do think his recklessly brave, honest, and trusting personality just leans more heavily towards Gryffindor.
- ᴠᴇʀᴏɴɪᴄᴀ: ꜱʟʏᴛʜᴇʀɪɴ (ᴡɪᴛʜ ꜱᴛʀᴏɴɢ ʜɪɴᴛꜱ ᴏꜰ ʀᴀᴠᴇɴᴄʟᴀᴡ)
Tumblr media
Veronica is VERY ambitious and cunning, confident and self-reliant in almost everything she does. When she cares for people she cares for them HARD! But not everyone is deserving of that loyalty from her. Her resourcefulness and cleverness, which go hand in hand, is unmatched, even without her parents money. She’s always scheming and thinking on her feet (thus the Ravenclaw aspects: wise, analytical, and idealistic) especially when dealing with her father, which happens soooo much. BUT, her schemes are almost always motivated by a desire to do the right thing by those she loves. She’s ruthless (tho not in the same hard, flippant way Cheryl can be) because she is DRIVEN to always succeed at everything she sets her mind to, it’s how she was raised for better or for worse. Her tendency for success is greatly aided by her resilience, charm, and clever nature. She’s a Slytherin for sure, but more open-minded, accepting, and meticulous than stereotypes about Slytherin’s might say.
- ʙᴇᴛᴛʏ: ʜᴜꜰꜰʟᴇᴘᴜꜰꜰ (ᴡɪᴛʜ ᴠᴇʀʏ ꜱᴛʀᴏɴɢ ʜɪɴᴛꜱ ᴏꜰ ꜱʟʏᴛʜᴇʀɪɴ)
Tumblr media
Betty was kinda tough for me. She feels so different throughout every season. When it comes down to it though, I think her most defining attributes are how hard working she is, how fiercely she loves (even to a dangerous degree), and determined she is. She has a hunger for justice and finding the truth, TENACIOUS. She’s passionate about everything she sets her mind on doing and will see things through to the end. She’s smart like a Ravenclaw & sometimes reckless like a Gryffindor, but those don’t feel like defining characteristics for me. She could, however also be strongly considered for Slytherin as that hunger for justice can be seen as driven and determined, sometimes leading her to make ruthless decisions that hurt other people for her own gain or for the gain of her mission. Depending on the season, she does have a tendency to be very judgemental and deceptively manipulative or cruel. In the end tho, I think she is really just a workaholic, someone who just wants to do the right thing and see that people get what the deserve, an eye-for-an-eye sort of thing. She will do anything for the people she loves, ANYTHING. Fairness. Justice. Determination.
- ᴊᴜɢʜᴇᴀᴅ: ʀᴀᴠᴇɴᴄʟᴀᴡ (ᴡɪᴛʜ ꜱᴛʀᴏɴɢ ʜɪɴᴛꜱ ᴏꜰ ꜱʟʏᴛʜᴇʀɪɴ)
Tumblr media
Jughead is ECCENTRIC. He’s weird, he’s a weirdo. He doesn’t fit in, and he doesn’t want to fit in. He’s very much an introspective wall-flower, who is not only quite intelligent, but also wildly creative. He’s a writer, tortured soul, he’s cynical. An inquisitive mind if there ever was one! This can sometimes lead him down a dangerous and condescending path where he holds himself and others to too high of standards, and gets upset when they fall short. He can be vain and maybe a little pretentious sometimes because he’s passionate about what he does. He seeks justice through truth and observation, often for the greater good. Like a Slytherin tho, he uses his intelligence to achieve his goals and is VERY determined, to the point where he can sometimes lose himself in the mystery and let relationships fall to the wayside. He’s incredibly ambitious and self-reliant, but that is by far overshadowed by his curious and creative nature that often makes him the driving force for the shows’ entire narrative.
- ᴄʜᴇʀʏʟ: ꜱʟʏᴛʜᴇʀɪɴ (ᴡɪᴛʜ ꜱᴛʀᴏɴɢ ʜɪɴᴛꜱ ᴏꜰ ɢʀʏꜰꜰɪɴᴅᴏʀ)
Tumblr media
This one feels like kind of a no-brainer, because it’s what everyone says, but I actually think she’s more complicated than JUST being a Slytherin. Cheryl is confident! She’s ambitious and resilient, calculating, and can be very manipulative. Like Veronica, she’s a schemer. But her loyalty is INCREDIBLY selective. She trusts very few people in her life, but those she does, she gives her ALL to (see Toni & Jason) and she desperately wants to take care of them and be loved by them. She follows her own path, constantly trying to break out of her families’ dark, dark shadow. She is big on self-preservation and that can lead her to make selfish decisions that hurt others. BUT, I also think she has a major creative bone in her body that shines in the later seasons (she’s literally an artist). And I think a very strong case can be made for Gryffindor. She’s rebellious (especially against her family!), is stubborn as hell, proud to a fault, and can be quite boastful and arrogant. She IS red, it’s her aesthetic! In S6 & S7, she’s more reserved and kinder too, willing to give her life for the town. But in the end, her ambition, confidence, and ruthlessness to achieve her goals make her a Slytherin imo.
- ᴛᴏɴɪ: ʜᴜꜰꜰʟᴇᴘᴜꜰꜰ (ᴡɪᴛʜ ꜱᴛʀᴏɴɢ ʜɪɴᴛꜱ ᴏꜰ ɢʀʏꜰꜰɪɴᴅᴏʀ)
Tumblr media
This girl is LOYAL. Damn, is she loyal and patient and dependable. Toni is basically the textbook definition of a Hufflepuff. She has a crazy strong work ethic that stems from a prideful and practical personality. She may be one of the most responsible people on the show (forgetting about S6 and how they made her a bad mom). She’s giving and compassionate. She’s HONEST, not just to others, but with herself. She knows who she is and she’s doesn’t let anyone tell her otherwise. Her loyalty and kindness can sometimes get her into trouble tho, because she often lets people dictate or make decisions FOR her because she thinks it’s what they need (Cheryl & Anthony!). But I also think the Gryffindor in her is VERY overwhelming too. She’s rebellious, has a strong moral compass, is incredibly chivalrous, and very passionate about her hobbies and the people she loves. As a serpent, she is PROUD, overwhelmingly so. She takes pride in who she is and what she and the serpents stand for. I just believe her undying loyalty, patience, and dependability are what really makes her who she is.
- ʀᴇɢɢɪᴇ: ɢʀʏꜰꜰɪɴᴅᴏʀ (ᴡɪᴛʜ ꜱᴛʀᴏɴɢ ʜɪɴᴛꜱ ᴏꜰ ꜱʟʏᴛʜᴇʀɪɴ)
Tumblr media
Reggie is extremely proud, reckless and is not one to think before he acts. Emphasis on RECKLESS. He’s loud and boisterous, every bit the stereotypical jock, especially in the beginning. Like Cheryl, he’s part of a family legacy and grew up conceited, with all the wealth and power at his disposal. It made him cocky and made him THINK he could do whatever he wants (arrogance). He’s playful and likes to crack jokes and keep things light, sometimes not even on purpose. Like typical Slytherin’s, he’s confident and charming, finding ways to achieve his goals at any cost. However, unlike a Slytherin, I don’t think he is often shown to be very cunning or self-reliant. He’s not particularly clever or calculating, and is usually more of a follower than a leader. BUT, I think he’s very protective of those he loves, chivalrous, one might say. He’s stubborn and refuses to back down from the choices he and his friends make, even if it puts him in physical harm.
- ᴋᴇᴠɪɴ: ʜᴜꜰꜰʟᴇᴘᴜꜰꜰ (ᴡɪᴛʜ ꜱᴛʀᴏɴɢ ʜɪɴᴛꜱ ᴏꜰ ʀᴀᴠᴇɴᴄʟᴀᴡ)
Tumblr media
Another tough one for me. I think his open-mindedness and kindness are what defines who he is and how he interacts with the people around him. His tolerance is motivated by his own life, by the way he’s grown up knowing he was gay and wanting to ensure nobody felt uncomfortable in who they are. Similar to Toni, he KNOWS who he is and is not ashamed to be that person. He’s often the moral support for his friends and just loves being around the people he cares about. He is proud, but not in a cocky way, like a Gryffindor would’ve. He has a full-fledged confidence in himself and the choices he makes, which can lend itself to being a Ravenclaw, as does his blindly accepting and loquacious nature. But his loyalty and unprejudiced outlook on life make him a definite Hufflepuff to me!

Hi Arcadekitten!!! I recently played ‘Sweet No Death’ and I absolutely LOVED it!!! The art was amazing, and It was like a perfect balance of cuteness and horror, and was also kinda…. Deep, in a way? Anyhow, I really enjoyed it :) and Ruuuby was my favorite <3
I have a few questions and headcanons about the game, as well! May I ask you some questions, please?
1) Does Stella like Lambchop back? Or rather… CAN she like him back? In the game it doesn’t seem that she had any sort of attraction to him whatsoever, but is the potential there? Their relationship is complicated, but it’s also really cute in a way :)
2) Where did Stella come from? We know that she arrived on a shooting star, but is there a chance that she came from the original Noisrevverse (did I spell it right? Idk) as well? If so, I have a lot of theories…
3) How did Stella obtain her god-savior complex, anyways? Was she always like this, or did some event in her past that made her this way? Also, how did she get so powerful? Stella is arguably the most powerful Noisrevian (again, did I spell it right?) by far… was she just naturally that powerful or did she have to work her way up to be?
4) Why was Lambchop the only one to gain self-awareness while the others were just… blind? I know that you said he became ‘disillusioned…’ but why was he the only one who thought “Hey, this is kinda freaky??? What the heck??? While no one else did? Is there some kind of symbolism in this, or…
5) Okay, this is technically not a question and more of an observation, but while I was playing Sweet No Death I kept drawing parallels to Venna the Witch from your other game, Crowscare. Her extreme power and controlling, manipulative nature resembling Stella’s, and her love for blood and meat resembling Lambchop’s. Also, the true ending of Sweet No Death (where Stella covers the whole town in fake blood and guts) reminds me of the Blood Moon ending in Crowscare… not to mention the whole ‘shaping the world into my own image’ thing that they both have going on… Was this intentional? If so, that’s pretty cool! :)
6) Relating to the last question, would Venna, Stella and Lambchop ever get along if they met? I personally feel that Stella and Venna would make an unlikely, but close friendship (Opposites attract, but platonicly!) trading potion recipes, talking about their plans for world domination, things like that… though Stella may have to restrain Venna from murdering her friends 😅 As for Lambchop… well, I’ll leave that up to you!
7)And finally… why DOES Lambchop still love Stella, anyways? Hmm….🤔
Thank you so much for reading my questions (even though idk if you’ll actually answer ‘em… I don’t blame you, lol. It is A LOT.) and once again, thank you for creating such an awesome game!! I look forward to playing more of your awesome games as well! :D Have a good day/night/whatever time zone you’re in rn :)
I'm so happy to hear you like it, thank you so much!! ♡ I'll try to answer these to the best of my ability!!
I'd say the potential is definitely there! She may already like him like that without even knowing it herself. I mean, look at the gifts in her room and how differently she describes Lambchop's gift from Ruuuby and Raj's. ---
I don't think she came from like any sort of "more proper Noisrev" or anything like that. She did come FROM the stars! Y'know how everyone says people are made of stardust? Well this girl is like, almost concentrated stardust, y'know? ---
Stella is naturally this powerful!! And if you have this kind of power, wouldn't you try to use it to help others? ---
¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ---
Nothing intentional! Kinda just seems like natural similarities between their stories especially being the genre they are. ---
I mean, Stella might be able to get along talking about magic and whatever, but if she found out that Venna was an abusive mother I'm not sure if Stella would be able to stomach her a second longer. She already feels bad for what her friends are going through (even if she helps them after), I don't think she'd be comfortable with the idea of a child having gone through such traumatic experiences with no "out". Also I DEFINITELY wouldn't say that Stella is planning for "world domination". I think some of you villainize Stella a bit too much! Lambchop likes blood and gore. Enough said. ---
Why wouldn't he love Stella? She's a dreamboat! She's adorable! But for real, while Stella is very adorable, Lambchop loves Stella because she makes him feel alive.

NOW i may be drunk butjjk is actually so well written like everyone (that i can think off rn) who has a ct or fighting style complements them so good. pls feel free to add, critique or do anything to this id love jt
⚠️⚠️JJK MANGA SPOILERS BELOW⚠️⚠️
starting with this, the new sorcerers of today having ct’s complementing and supporting their personalities might be proof of this, including junpei who was a “man made” sorcerer
gojo is obvious with his infinity symbolising his strength, separating him from both those closest to him and everyone around him (some by his own doing after his bf dumped him infront of kfc loser shoko has been there 24/7). this was the biggest learning moment for him, noticing the signs after everything went wrong and using it to protect the youth and innocence of sorcerers of today
geto had to consume “evil” on a daily. his mental health rapidly declining with his hope and the increase of cursed spirits he had to exorcise and consume, over and over until he broke. after freeing himself of the burden of protecting the weak non-sorcerers unknowing, unthankful and also undeserving, defending into darkness (which started with toji folding him like a lawnchair) he lost everything and gained everything with nanako and mimiko, two children suffering at the hands of those who he spent EVERYTHING protecting, solidifying his plan of speeding up natural selection to build a world without darkness where children like them can thrive and live happily
itadori was thrown into the world of sorcerers r doomed to consume sukuna (ironic bc of my sukuna bit later) and die, his divergent fist is mostly reliant on his own pure strength alone and how his body adapts and gets stronger after every gruelling battle
nobara has an inherited technique from her grandmother that she’s sorta revamped for the modern era? coming from the country side (older) to the big city (newer) looking to explore have fun and grow - esp with her resonance targeting the soul, her black flash and getting stronger as a sorcerer
megumi’s holds his shikigami incredibly close to him, even getting sad when one has died and left just like his parents. they’re also made using shadows (darkness) as a medium, foreshadowing sukuna using darkness to smother him to use and “consume” him for his own gain
nanami is a straightforward guy who voices his ideals, who split his path into 2 pieces and went for the lesser evil to him (business where he uses his skill to fuck people’s stocks over for money for already super rich people, or being a sorcerer and using his skill to help and protect others, especially children like when he left due to haibara’s death and came back after helping a kind person like him working at that bakery). this makes gojo hold him in high regard as he sees the potential of youth and wishes to protect their innocence until their ready, to guide them and help them grow slowly so they can handle the mental toll of being a sorcerer
mei mei and her manipulation of youth is the opposite of nanami, the protector of youth. she doesn’t just see through her crows, she controls them at the cost of their own lives with bird strike (where she makes them give up their lives in a binding vow for a hideously strong attack). she does the same with everyone and everything around her, choosing who she sides with being the best “gain” for her. she also uses uiui in the same way who can only use jujutsu when she allows due to a binding vow (someone get him therapy i beg)
mechamaru is similar, he observed and bided his time to get what he so desperately needed while also protecting those closest to him using his puppets as spies. he both invaded the privacy of those closest (miwa and copying her simple domain) and furthest (mahito and pseudo geto’s strengths and weaknesses) all to protect those he loved
choso/kamo both have blood manipulation, hating their fathers/family who use blood relatives for their own gain, and holding their mothers (and siblings for choso) to the highest standard possible becoming stronger for them and them alone
toji and maki are both beings who escaped their fate, their downfall with the zenin clan (and makis bad omen as a twin) and free to affect fate with their own actions at no cost (toji breaking fate, of the 6 eyes user and star plasma vessel during tengens merger)
sukuna and his ego consumes everything around him to get stronger, shown by his chef like ct cutting and dismembering anything to bite sized pieces to grow stronger and have fun. this also supports the theory of him being a conjoint twin, either being or “consuming” the twin with a heavenly restriction improving their physical capabilities to the point he has. ironically yuuji’s fate was to consume him and die taking him to the grave completely.
kenjaku is similar, he uses everything and does anything for his plans which are ultimately to fulfill his own curiosity. highjacking the bodies of people useful to him and using it to hurt those closest while also carefully and patiently waiting out every move and persons he’s manipulated using his time by switching bodies and avoiding death to do so with no consequence
ok this might be the end but KNOW i will be adding onto this everytime i think of something new

Just wondering, there’s one chapter left (+patreon alt ending), will there be a short epilogue at the end of it or do you have any plans of writing an epilogue chapter or maybe write an epilogue chapter later on? Or are you getting ready to finish jj fully and move on? Either way, nervous/excited for the ending. Still team gyu all the way ofc. I’ll probably reread the whole thing in the future and I wonder if my feelings will change because I don’t remember bad things gyu has done now. I wouldn’t describe him as toxic or manipulative.. but rn I just think of him as a sad unfortunate boy who’s lashing out because he’s losing who’s most important to him (which contributes to him losing her/is the reason etc but still). Only question is how long he’s liked her and if/when he became aware. Im sure oc can grow more confident w yeonjun in the future it makes sense she feels that way now. How important is domming to her? Because this last chapter showed that.. well idk, it doesn’t seem like yeonjun is the type to react in those nice ways … I mean it was the first time so ofc maybe they’ll find what works for them but also if oc is ok with not domming her bf or like. Ok with that type of thing and satisfied otherwise then I guess it’s fine and they can have a fulfilling relationship. Mostly excited for her career tho and I hope professional success will give her the confidence she lacks.
I was actually just thinking about this and I think the winning boy will have a few drabbles written for him between here and patreon ala the extra scene I've talked about for gyu (him wanting your attention while you play games etc) and jun (going on concert dates). There is even a plot I have in mind but I'm not sure if I will go through with it since people aren't as excited for sequels as they are for new fics as seen with the yamqn sequel (though admittedly yamqn was a whole ass book and the main characters died lmao)
Oh gyu has been terrible to oc multiple times but I wouldn't call him toxic or manipulative either. He is not doing this with the intention to hurt her or manipulate her. His reasonings will be revealed next chapter.
I see domming for oc and yeonjun as a relative thing. Sometimes they wanna dom and sometimes they wanna sub, as opposed to gyu leaning hard towards sub but has his dom moments. Oc and jun's dynamics are completely different than hers and gyu's so I see them switching more often than not.
Yup hope girlie gains some damn confidence (i say as I am very insecure in my own work lol)

as an Esme enjoyer (NOT APOLOGIST!!!!) I have lots of conflicting Thoughts ™️ on her current character rn. maybe it’s bc AKP is such an entertaining actress or maybe it’s bc I only started watching recently (so I kinda missed out on most of her really unethical behavior) but. there’s something about this fucked up little skrunkly animal of a girl that draws me in sorry.
like esme’s sociopathic snark was funny to me. the whole thing of her being manipulated by her father into manipulating the cassadine men in order to try and break up Ava and nik’s marriage was entertaining to me as a supporter of Women Who Scheme… and she’s doing all of this to gain the attention and affection of her father who is kinda Incapable of Love and is preoccupied with his Ava obsession at all times. like I can get why she would fuck nikolas to try and screw over Ava since to Esme, Ava is the main obstacle standing between her and her father’s love. and Ryan’s manipulation def bled into the way she interacted with the rest of the people she supposedly cared about since she literally alienated herself from the entire rest of the YA friend group by COMMITTING A SEX CRIME???? AND FRAMING TRINA FOR IT???? all to sow discord among them, isolate them, and ESPECIALLY to isolate spencer so she could keep manipulating the shit out of him.
like i think she saw trina, being friendly and reasonable with Spencer, as a threat to her relationship bc she’s insecure as hell and doesn’t have a model of healthy attachment to base her experiences on. and she sees joss and cam being happy together (maybe still wanting cam a little bit bc he was one of the few people she showed a softer side to??) and gets jealous as fuck bc she doesn’t have that kind of happy relationship. so she kills two birds with one stone, records the caoss revenge porn to sabotage their relationship and pins it on trina to isolate her from her friends… except even with all that reasoning behind it it’s still like GIRL??? you really didn’t need to do any of that??? like Ryan didn’t even order her to do that she just picked up a little sociopathic side project for herself. the crazy roots ran deep with this one. god forbid women have hobbies I guess
so to have those roots ripped out of Esme with the amnesia plot, it’s kinda like they sucked out all the meat and left behind a shell of Esme, this panicky waif, this sopping wet animal in the rain, directionless and loveless. I kinda imagine this is just what she was like before she started communicating with Ryan, and with the recent death of her adoptive family she just latched onto the first family she could find, with Ryan, modeling all of her behaviors after his orders. and even after the amnesia she still latches onto the first family she can find, with Laura the maternal figure and Kevin her uncle, who looks just like the father she can’t really remember.
she’s def not a victim tho, despite the two different hostage situations she was in recently. those were mostly her own fault lol. I think for Esme to have any shot at a meaningful redemption she does still need to face the consequences of her actions, whether she remembers them or not. jail time 100% for the revenge porn thing bc even I can’t make an excuse for how yucky that was. but what would really seal the deal for me is if she actually got her memory and a little of her personality back. scared animal Esme is fine and all but I’m starting to miss her snarky side… I think her redemption would be more satisfying if she had to deal with the guilt of her past atrocities and come face to face with everyone she hurt and have them all lay into her.
and I think the specter of Ryan should haunt her. like how she used to hallucinate him telling her to hurt her baby… I think that should be an ever present threat in esme’s head. like esme should def keep her snark and mild criminal behavior, but also when faced with the chance to fully revert to her old ways, she should be actively choosing not to be evil, rather than it just being a byproduct of her blank slate status. also this bitch needs therapy for sure but I’m wondering what impact talking to Kevin would have on her fractured subconscious…

i am now compelled to make my account useful again. So have some apocalypse bitches that I love so goddamn much.
*SHARP INHALE*
Tumblr media
Starting with:
VANQUISH they/them
° the most responsible of the crew, but also the snobbiest.
° arrogant af! Talk shit, get hit. (With an execution axe)
° judgmental (fitting for a corrupt judge)
° they run a little kangaroo court, where they see the jury and the prosecutors as little marionettes they can play with for their little sick, twisted, and unfair puppet show.
Tumblr media
ILLNESS he/him
°feeshy 💚💜💚
°likes to sing, uses it to lure ppl in.
°plays the role of an "angel of mercy" (for those who don't know, that's a type of serial killer who kills people under their care who are very ill and are suffering from their illness, even if they can still be healed) except here, he's not actually sympathetic for you at all :)
° the tallest of the harebringers, and the most plump.
°makes his own special plagues himself. The one he's carrying rn doesn't have a name just yet, but it's his favorite by far.
°DON'T let those droopy eyes and soft voice fool you, he can lose his temper at the drop of a hat.
°Can and will cry. Like, a lot.
°has his own diseases himself, but he's pretty immune.
°has pollen allergies.
Tumblr media
HATRED she/it
°ANT LADY
°likes spreading rumors about ppl she finds "problamatic"
°will fight you with her bare hands if she finds you a nuisance

°axe crazy arsonist
°don't say shit bout her shit plzdontyouwilldiehorriblypleasedon-
Tumblr media
WILT he/him
°can sap any energy from plants and crops for himself, yet he is unable to gain weight... Especially with how much he takes. (Daym)
°his ragdoll look is supposed to be some sort of irony, he's a toy himself, yet he sees the people around him as toys for himself.
°speaking of, he uses his ragdoll appearance to manipulate children into thinking he's a doll their parents secretly threw away years ago. (He usually does this to 4-9 year olds)
°he also manipulates authority figures and law makers into raising the prices of food and bevrages.
°like the others, his short tempered side comes to light when things don't go his way, but out of all of them, his tantrums are the most destructive.
°he's a bit insecure about his lazy right eye. (His right)
Tumblr media
DECAY she/her
°gives souls who died in the hands of the others a little comfort before spiriting them away.
°LOVES animals! Especially cats and crows.
°Despite her being all sweet n cute n stuff, she also has a reputation of goading people into suicide at times.
°illness and hatred are VERY protective over her (they aren't her parents, they all treat each other like siblings) make her cry, see what happens. :)
°she complains about headaches alot. But she refuses to remove the knife from her head, she calls it her "good luck charm"
° can turn into a crow herself.
Tumblr media
WORMWOOD he/them
°leader of the harbringers
° technically the harebringer of havoc?
° HAHAHA HOW ARW YOU THAT SHORT-
° he's kinda scary despite his tiny stature...
°heard some of yall like those stained glass angel wings, SAY NO MORE!
°one of the "cavern angels" which are basically evil angels that are like that naturally and haven't been cast aside like fallen angels.
° birch tree, worm, get it??? Ha! Haha, ha... I'm not funny :(
°BE AFRAID!
Tumblr media
Height comparison!
congratulations on getting thus far! Have some lore as a reward!
So basically, wormwood was always very lonely, so he made these guys out of calamity energy, he also bosses them around quite a bit, so sometimes, they sneak off and do their own thing. (Usually ends in them getting in trouble) wormwood was feeling generous one day, and decides to conquer an island for his harebringers to rule over their own piece of land and make it to their liking! The harebringers had a fuckin field day with this, and used this as an advantage to leech off the residents' sufferings. So now, it's up to Elpis to save the residents and end wormwood's schemes once again. (I'll give y'all Elpis later tho, I'm still working on her)
That's everything, thanks for listening to me ramble about my children.🩷
TL;DR art of the 5 harebringers in my version along side wormwood! Including vanquish, illness, hatred, wilt and decay.

The dragon prince season 4 rant(spoilers from like line one)
There's a lot of ppl complaining rn about aaravos only getting one scene but I think this was very well done for two reasons. One is fandoms love puzzles. Finding all the pieces, seeing what goes together and figuring out what the final picture is. But once they're done with the puzzle they move right onto the next thing to solve. They'll either not appreciate the work the crew puts in after solving the puzzle(I've done this in the past with shows like gravity falls- trust me I know) or just treat it as another show and move on to the next hyped up thing. There's also fans who's reviews/ reactions I've seen on yt and LITERALLY IN SEASON 2 they said "this guy's cool but once you know the mystery and big reveal he's kinda boring" IN SEASON 2!!!! SO YEAH NO WONDER TDP CREW ARE ONLY GIVING HIM SO FEW LINES.
Secondly the show is titled "mystery of aaravos" not "discovering aaravos" or "all about aaravos". "Mystery of aaravos". What kind of mystery reveals itself at the start of a new chapter in the show? And yeah yeah it's season 4 but season 3 wasn't "mystery of arravos" it was the dragon prince. We didn't get most of tdp clues until the end of season 3 / during the hiatus excluding maybe things like the elarion poem? Idk when that came in could've been season 1/2 as that was when we first saw the ancient book I believe right? Correct me if I'm wrong I need to rewatch the show. Also side note the show is definitely not a long show. I work full time 10-6 night shifts Mon to Fri and I still binged it all in 8 hours the Sunday after guy Fawkes night. So yeah even if aaravos only gets one scene so what? It's not like we're sitting through 40/50 min eps to get a crumb of hot elf man.
Tumblr media
Oh right yeah tdp is made by a lot of atla crew so they know what they're doing when they only keep the big bad in one major scene (which he slayed in btw) it's not just fanservice
Tumblr media
As fun as the fanservice is Aaravos' tiny scene is a great display of his power(which we've seen little regarding the extent it can go btw esp with a non consenting host) and raises many questions for us to theorise on(like is Aaravos' a monster fucker?/j... Unless). The crew knows how to stir the fandom and indeed were probably predicting this dissapointed response when they made Aaravos' scene. Yet they kept it this way bc that's how you reel in the old fans and even viewers. With puzzles and mysteries and hidden clues. It's also a good way to keep casual viewers who may miss the hidden clues on their toes. Even if most of the hints and clues fly over their heads they'll still think "why is this guy fallen?" "What does he gain from manipulating people this way?"(which is a whole debate of its own after elarion's poem).
So tldr: the breadcrumbs we get of aaravos are intentional and a lot of people don't get that

who created T? you said a little girl created them while watching the Stanley program, so what do they look like?
Tumblr media
this is the only reference of her rn as she is 19 in this drawing, but this is mia utami who was manipulated by the stanley program into creating T, a tulpa alternate. she moved into mandela county when she was around 7 in the late 1970s/early 1980s, just on the rise of alternates in the county. she was an only child with no present father figure. she was very lonely as a child with her mother working all the time, only company to keep her around were babysitters. she made T and he quickly became someone important to her. despite his scary appearance, she was unfazed by him and referred to him as her best friend. she always humanized him and showed him kindness, that being an important step in him gaining a sense of morality later on.
this is where her story can change, im developing her still. hell im not even sure if i want her to be 19. but later, when she turns 8 and T slowly begins to change and develop, an alternate breaks into their home and kills the baby sitter. T confronts the thing before it could get to mia and he goes and forcibly tells this thing to Fuck Off and that this was His house and the alternate left, mocking T for trying to 'protect' the family. that interaction alone immediately set him on a different path for the future. mom comes home to see the body of the baby sitter, police is called, and mia/her mom quickly move to a new location for safety reasons, leaving T behind. mia was obviously distraught about this, not being able to see her best friend anymore. T didn't understand and was as heartbroken as an alternate even can be when he lost his 'kiddo'. years go by as mia grows older, continuing to monitor and understand more of the alternate shit going down in the 5 counties even if she was moved to a different state. T has done a 180 and completely changed, his early memories are foggy and he can't even remember when or how he was created. Finally graduating highschool, mia joins the BPS and creates her own lil team. She heads back to mandela county, eventually meeting her girlfriend who sometimes helps her with investigations. mia helps people and their alternate encounters, but also hopes she can try and find her best friend again. she does so, but at a price.
yada yada shit happens, im still trying to build a timeline and connect things for her and T, but she and her team play a part in supporting T and aiding him after his gruesome and dangerous battle with gabriel. mia is apart of the 3% that can withstand M.A.D. as well, given to how much she has been exposed to their shit since a child.
she was going to play a major role and be his right hand man in all of his shit but i do plan on changing her story. almost scrapped her entirely bc i dont want to humanize T too much, hes still an 'alternate' after all. tho i don't wanna throw her away, shes a well written character imo

okay. so. i’m going to be mostly going back to the scene where he broke a piece of the egg/the monologue before that because that scene is so good it’s just. chefs kiss. immaculate.
he was speaking about the wars before, right? everything that’s happened before, all the wars and the fights and the conflicts, and he said that basically of ‘em had started because he’d done something reckless—he referenced the revolution. he seems to be caught in a state of thinking where he thinks everything up to this point has been his fault, and i wouldn’t blame him, because he was in exile with dream. dream, who convinced him that everyone didn’t like him—who convinced him he was a danger and he causes problems and basically, that he needed to be put away. and that goes back to him being referred to as the “hero” of the story by multiple people: being called the hero really puts things in perspective to him, makes him think even more that everything is his fault, because hero’s are supposed to save the day, aren’t they? but all he does is cause misery. so, i wouldn’t be surprise if he’s shielding himself off from everyone/focusing on the hotel because he believes that he’s the constant source for hurt—that he’s the problem for everything, and he probably thinks that the hotel would be a good way to gain everyone’s forgiveness, because he’s said before that this hotel is for the people of the smp.
it’s been pretty obvious recently that c!tommy doesn’t think very well of himself. he’s made little self deprecating comments that wouldn’t matter, usually, but considering the exile arc/everything that’s happened it matters a whole lot. so, i really wouldn’t be surprised if he considers himself a plague/thinks he’s some kind of monster, especially considering what he’d became during his time with techno. tldr; c!tommy has a bad self esteem and i’m sad about it.
of topic, but i also wanted to speak about his loyalty, because that’s also something i’m thinking about about him rn. c!tommy has always shown unyielding loyalty to the things he holds close to his heart; the disks, l’manberg, people, his friends—he’s always been willing to walk to the ends of the earth for them, basically, and give up everything he has for them. maybe that’s selfish, but c!tommy’s always been a lover; he’s always been a person who’s loved with everything he has him, and he’s gotten attached to the little things very easily. that, unfortunately, makes him very easy to manipulate/betray. c!tommy in general is a very emotional personal. he lashes out in his anger, he makes impulsive decisions when he’s happy, he doesn’t seem to consider what consequences his emotion-fueled actions could have, but that’s 1. because he hadn’t been taught any better, & 2. because he’s a child. he’s in the middle of a wars; his emotional growth has been very stunted because he’s grown up in wars and he’s never ever had a proper way to cope/deal with his emotions properly, so of course he’s going to make bad decisions, because that’s all he’s ever known. he’s guided by his emotions because he doesn’t know any better, and he clings onto loyalty/the loyalty of others because it’s all he’s known.
his relationship with the word “hero”/being referred to as one. you can make the arguement that because of his vibrant personality he’s put himself in the position of hero, but that’s just unfair. since day one, i don’t think c!tommy’s been doing any of the things he’s done to be the hero—i don’t think he’s ever actually wanted to be one. the things he’s done, believe it or not, have always been out of the kindness of his heart; the decisions he’s made that could be considered “heroic” has just been guided by what he’s believed, not because he wants to be a hero, and he clearly doesn’t. all c!tommy has ever wanted was the safety of the people he’s loved/the wars to be stopped. all he’s ever wanted, really, is l’manberg. not the structures, but the time before it all; the time where they were all happy, the time where they were a community, the time where they didn’t have to worry about all this—that’s always what tommys wanted, because that’s when he was the happiest. it’s clear that the word “hero”/being called as one puts a lot of pressure onto him to be the best, and i’ve already spoken about him looking at the references for hero’s, and seeing everything he’s done, and hating that he’s been called one when all he’s done is called others pain.
his relationship with his disks. c!tommy’s always had a very big attachment to them, and it’s always been prominent. he’s always fought for them, his goal this entire time was to get his disks, and even if that’s annoying i’m going to explain why i think that’s so. even if it’s just a couple music disks to some, to c!tommy, when he turned down the position of presidency and instead decision to challenge dream for his disks, that was the last thing he needed in mind for him to be happy—his disks. back then, l’manberg was back, so his home was back, and all he needed was the last missing piece; his disks. in the exile arc they were something he held onto like a lifeline; his disks were the last thing that gave him permission—a mission he had to accomplish, a goal to keep him going, a reason to get out of bed at night and keep going despite not wanting to so badly. in his time with techno, his view on l’manberg was skewed; he view them all as traitors (with techno fueling the fire unknowingly but that’s another topic entirely), and held a lot of anamoisty towards them, and the only thing he wanted was his disks, because back then his disks were the only thing that mattered to him. the people that did—l’manberg, the thing that’d made him happy once had turned his back on him, so he was desperate for something, at least, when he felt like he didn’t have anything else. and he would do anything to get them, which we saw, and in the end he ended up giving them when he found out how unhealthily attached he’d gotten to them, and when he’d found that his last piece to happiness was tubbo.
his time with techno was probably one of his lowest points, as well as the exile arc. he’d come out of exile sore and raw and hurt, everything that’d happened to him like an open wound, and he’d been angry. he was angry, because once again, to him everyone in l’manberg had left him behind; he’d left him behind, so he didn’t have any attachment to anything but the disks anymore, and so he teamed up with techno in a vengeance fueled scheme to get his disks back. of course, he was still a lot hesitant about the destruction of l’manberg, and didn’t really want that to happen, but he was pushing down those feelings because, once again, he was hurt and thought he was betrayed. he went down this hole of being angry and unhealthily clinging to the disks even more, blind to anything else around him because the disks were the only thing that mattered, until he snapped out of it. he snapped out of it when he told tubbo “the disks were more than you ever were”, and seeing the raw hurt on his friends face really put it into perspective—he said so himself. he was becoming like everyone he hated. and honestly, you can have your arguments about how he chose to leave c!techno, but it’s honestly the best decision he could’ve made for himself and i’ll stand by that. he recognized the path he was going down and he stopped himself—it was really, really mature in my eyes.
the exile arc. probably one of his lowest points. ever. he was all alone there: there wasn’t anyone else there for him in that fucking place beyond dream, and he had to pick himself up and survive all on his own. the hurt from tubbo’s betrayal still stung like an open wound on him, and he was distrusting of everyone who visited; determined that he would prove that he didn’t need them, because he felt like they didn’t need him—because he didn’t want to lean to heavily on them because he knew what would happen. he didn’t have anyone else but dream, and dream took his insecurities and fed on him, telling him lies that he believed because they were things he already thought about. his character would wake up every night under water, presumably trying to go back to l’manberg in his sleep. the lava scene exists. and let’s not even talk about the way he kept repeatedly apologizing to dream when he exploded logstedshire, desperate to anything to fix his mistake because dream was all he had. he hid the things he had from dream because dream was his only friend, and sure, even if dream was scary him leaving and tommy being alone again was a lot scarier. he was going to jump off that pillar, but he came to the realization that saved his own fucking life and got out of there. tommy has said so himself, even if he falls he’s always going to get back up, and he did. dude i just wish he didn’t have to do it on his fucking own
i could speak about how he’s clearly got abandonment issues—constantly telling techno to not leave him when he was staying with him, etc—but like. this is long enough and i’d literally go on a tangent for hours and hours 😳

AU Where Dara is the Heir to the Elven Throne
I have been thinking about this NONSTOP and yeah so this is like my new fav headcanon rn. We know Dara’s family was involved in Filavandrel’s uprising and that Filavandrel himself wasn’t indicated/shown to have a family so imagine that Dara is either Filavandrel’s son or just heir and THAT is the reason he hid but still felt very guilty over hiding while the elves were slaughtered by Calanthe.
In episode 4 he says, “Her soldiers…They laughed when they did it, killing, raping. They laughed the hardest when they were swinging babies from their legs, smashing their heads in. I was the only one left. Because I hid. I should’ve saved them. or fought and died.” (I kinda talk about this more here)
and if you think about this in the context of Dara being a prince it makes sense. Because then he realizes he has to hid in order to continue the royal line of the elves but also he feels a sense of guilt because he is feels as though he has this sense of duty to his people. It also explains why he knew so much when the doppler was impersonating Mousesack about what happens in sieges and how prisoners are tortured, etc. Dara would have been involved in at least some way in the planning and fighting of the uprising even if he was extremely young.
So Dara leaves Ciri behind because he had this realization that just like Ciri is pushing for her destiny and her plans, he has to do the same. He felt this sense of kinship with her, both royalty whose kingdoms were stolen from them. It adds this layer that Dara’s home was stolen by Ciri’s family and how there is this struggle there and how much blame can Ciri hold for her ignorance and the sins of her family? Clearly Dara cares for her in some aspects but there is going to be this tension that I think in the end would be difficult to overcome.
Dara leaves Ciri behind and while she finds Geralt, Dara finds the few elves that are left. Filavandrel is still alive and is forming an elven army. They want to take advantage of Cintra’s weakness in order to take back their land. This sort of plays into the idea of the Scoia’tael but instead of being a group of elves who were manipulated by Nilfgaard and honestly were expected to lose from the beginning, this would be a real fighting force with clear goals and intentions.
At first, Dara has trouble adjusting once again to the responsibility of being heir. While he was on the run, he adjusted to hiding under the radar but he knows the eyes of his people are on him again and he feels a sense of survivor’s guilt for watching his people die during Calanthe’s massacre and struggles with having this leadership position alongside Filavandrel while feeling like he wasn’t good enough. Of course, as he plans this elven campaign, and they fight against the few remaining Cintran forces and take back a lot of their land and set up their own kingdom once again, he gains confidence.
He is crowned king once the new elven kingdom is set up because Filavandrel is just so tired and wants to rest and Dara is the new blood the elves sort of need to keep them strong and secure. He’s definitely the sort of ruler who will dress in normal clothing and go out among the people in disguise. I love the royalty-in-disguise trope and I’m willing to bet that Dara will often do this. He loves traveling and meeting new people and new experiences without the grandeur of the royal title.
Imagine he reconnects with Ciri while in disguise when she is planning to take down Nilfgaard, maybe it’s been a year or so since they last saw each other and  by now, Ciri has grown a lot. She’s more secure, she has been training and being raised by Geralt and Dara has grown a lot too so there's now this sense of maturity between them. And although Dara doesn’t reveal he’s royalty he does offer to help Ciri once again. He is not a fan of Nilfgaard, recognizing that they are just another form of benevolent imperialism.
So perhaps Dara helps Ciri plan attacks against Nilfgaard and surprises her with his talent strategy. Maybe he plays a role as a spy or an infiltrator within the Nilfgaard Army. (also imagine him trying to keep his role as a fighter alongside Ciri a secret from his advisors and telling them he’s on the road or something when he’s actually fighting Nilfgaard, the comedy)
And then, down the road, Nilfgaard is defeated and a lot of people in Cintra want to take their land back and re-establish their kingdom again. However, there is now this new Elven Kingdom that has formed near Brokilon and much of the land they have is in what was once Cintra.
So Ciri goes to the newly set up Elven Court to negotiate and sort of feel out how relations between Cintra and the Elves would work and then who is on the throne but Dara who did NOT expect Ciri to arrive.
And they’ve been good friends for a number of years now so Ciri is just SHOCKED that Dara is actually the KING of the Elves and he’s just like “Listen, I didn’t want to tell you I thought it would make things awkward”
I love this idea a lot and I know I don’t really have time to ever write it but I am obsessed.

It's not peak brain hours for me rn, so I'm going to write everything about the sunah-mjh conspiracy and what it implies (or at least how I understand it) out to organise it in my head. Pls correct me if I've gotten anything wrong or missed anything
So all in all the goal was to plant ga on as a spy/weakness using isaac's face as an in. At first I thought that mjh had been the one to steer ga on towards being a judge, and I still think that's possible, but I don't think he approached ga on solely with the intent to use him tho. Based on his face at the graduation it seems he already knew her before that. She probably approached him and offered him a position as chief justice in exchange for manipulating ga on. (Also, what's his deal resigning then? What does he really want out of all of this?). I don't think he took care of ga on after his parents died solely for that reason tho, bc i think he's established as a friend of ga on's father, which is how they came to know each other.
Ga on would then be used to attack yohan in the future. On a basic level that meant feeding information back to mjh/acquiring evidence of yohan's shady dealings so they could take him down. Along the line yohan and ga on kinda grew attached to each other, which threw off the plan bc now ga on wasn't willing to betray yohan for mjh. However on a deeper level ga on was meant to serve as a weakness for yohan, emotionally, which was made more possible by them getting closer.
Mjh then uses soo hyun to plant doubts in ga on's mind surrounding the church fire. Then, they kill off soo hyun, and mjh uses soo hyun's death and the church fire to plant suspiscion. Yohan pushes ga on off the edge in the end with the death penalty thing, and mjh takes the opportunity to collect the returns on his investment, talking ga on into outing the court as fake. So in the end ga on's attachment to yohan ends up being beneficial to sunah-mjh, bc it drives him to reveal the truth so he can stop yohan from going too far.
It seems like things are over for yohan, but then it turns out the public still supports him, to the point of wanting to make him president. Deciding to go in for the kill, sun ah-mjh trick ga on into thinking yohan did the church fire and killed soo hyun, prompting the stabbing. Now it seems sun ah did this for the added emotional blow, bc she could have just framed yohan and left it at that. Rather she chooses to target what's closest to him, the two people he cares about most. And we reach the tragic conclusion.
Now, what does this mean for ga on's character? We know that at least his friendship with soo hyun came about free from sun ah's plans. It predated his relationship with mjh, so at least we can assume that his interactions with soo hyun were genuine, and her advice to him was as well, though it may have been influenced by mjh. We know that Ga on becoming yohan's associate judge was not a coincidence, but it's not clear if ga on going to the kang mansion was intended by sunahmjh, bc though we know that the foundation planted the bomb it would be a bit of a gamble to assume it would lead to yohan taking ga on to his house. Either way the closeness achieved there and the drive to help yohan and elijah and feel sympathy for them are all things ga on did on his own
As for ga on choosing to side with yohan over mjh. I don't think this was in the plan, bc obviously if ga on changes sides he'll stop leaking info to mjh. So we can assume that that was ga on's decision, influenced of course by yohan. Funny how we all analysed the ways that yohan manipulated ga on while the real manipulation was coming from mjh lol. Then again, while it might not serve mjh's agenda (whatever that is, we actually don't know) it also serves sun ah's agenda in that it makes ga on more of a weakness to yohan, as he grows fonder of him.
I also dont think sunah-mjh accounted for ga on's dark side. Yohan drew that out, and used it to convince ga on of his way of doing things. It seems mjh did put a lot of effort into making ga on the poster boy of 'righteousness', so that he would remain at odds with yohan, so obviously it doesn't work in his favour to have ga on secretly have a dark side that relates to yohan. Additionally, there's no way mjh or sun ah played a role in ga on's parents' death (or is there..? Mjh has been mentioned to be a friend of ga on's father. hmmm), so whatever effects that had on him (I.e. his thirst for revenge) would have been out of their control.
It seems though that when ga on went to yohan's side, they simply changed the plan to account for it. Sow seeds of doubt via soo hyun, then kill soo hyun and make it look like yohan did it. And then yohan himself inadvertently helped by busting out the whole death penalty. In the end it worked out even better for them, bc ga on gained a lot more insider knowledge by going to yohan's side, and again, his concern for yohan also spurred him into action in order to stop yohan from crossing a line he couldn't uncross, the only way that seemed available.
And then when the situation seems to be turning in yohan's favour, they decide to deliver the final blow, both to him and to ga on. It's devastating to yohan because it targets the two people he cares about most, and threatens to reveal the secret he has sacrificed so much to keep, for elijah's sake. And it's devastating to ga on because suddenly it puts his whole life into question, and he's suddenly faced with the realization that a lot of what he's done had been carefully laid out for him in advance, that a lot of his life has been a tool in someone's big plan. And in the process he has lost all the things he had that were real: his relationships with soo hyun, yohan and elijah. Imagine the weight of realising that all the choices you agonised over, that you made because you believed you were doing the right thing, turn out to be the result of careful manipulation from someone you trusted like a parental figure, and that all the things that could have stopped the force behind that figure have been destroyed because of you and those choices.
Overall it's a very insidious and downright evil plan, especially because it hinged a lot on taking advantage of a young man lost in the wake of tragic events in order to steer his life in a direction meant to serve your sick and twisted goals. And then continuing to do so until your plans bear fruition, then shattering his whole world and moving on. All for the purpose of mentally tormenting some guy who wasn't nice to you when you were a maid that stole things from his house
My only issue with all this is how sun ah knew yohan was going to do all the things he was going to do so far in advance that she could plan ga on's career path accordingly? You could argue sun ah planted ga on purely based on her obsession with yohan, not necessarily expecting him to wage war on the elites. She may have then seen the benefit of ga on as a weakness of yohan's when the fight started and played up that aspect of the plan. Or she set up the live court for the express purpose of having yohan and ga on meet? Not clear on this, if anyone has any thoughts help a sister out.
We'll probably get more info in the finale, and I'll update this post if I think of anything new

my very messy thought and the way i feel about the fire siblings' characters </3 @feyregels @floraljae my beloved audience (warnings for avatar the last airbender spoilers)
if anyone disagrees or has stuff to elaborate then by all means go ahead i would love to read it </3
azula was crazy and needed to go down, but my god did i feel like absolute crap when she was actually defeated.
starting from the very beginning of the series and even in the first moment you see her, you just know that she was a force to be reckoned with. cunning, condescending and calculating; the three C’s of azula. she wasn’t even born nice the way zuko was?? zuko, as a child who still had his mother around, was so kind and caring, thinking about others’ well being like?? he stood against his own father, the leader of the fire nation when he was in that meeting room when they planned on sacrificing hundreds of innocent people of their own just to be able to continue to advance and reign even more terror?? the turtle duck scene?? anyways, moving on
one moment and line that has struck me so much to this day was when after an encounter with azula, zuko just shriveled up and tried to convince himself not to believe her dreadful words?? “azula always lies.” he knew this and he knew this so well, yet the way she delivered her words and the way she held herself even as a child was so terrifying that he had to constantly remind himself. my god azula was a terrifying kid istg her off handed remarks about her how iroh was such a loser for returning from the war bc he had lost his son???
“a true general would continue and burn the place to the ground.” (or something similar to that i cant remember rn) tf? her disregard for any kind of life at that age was disturbing istg and she wasn’t even being that heavily manipulated back then too. she was just born that way with that personality type. (i heard that she was a machiavellian type somewhere too but i cant remember where i heard that too oml)
this short definition of the machiavellian personality type btw: Machiavellianism is a personality trait that denotes cunningness, the ability to be manipulative, and a drive to use whatever means necessary to gain power. Machiavellianism is one of the traits that forms the Dark Triad, along with narcissism and psychopathy.
So like, she wasn’t exactly a psychopath bc she was always calm and collected and so so cunning and she pretty much never ever lost her composure? she was so goal oriented and focused on being the absolute best and doing whatever it takes to ensure that she was the number one in ozai’s eyes. you’d think that she’d lash out every once in a while when she got angry or frustrated whenever things wouldn't go her way? she was always ten steps ahead of everyone and would always have the last say in any sort of confrontation, always looking out for opportunities and making plans.
also i watched this one video essay on azula that went so in depth of her character and so there the narrator points out how precise azula is at delivering damage without a single flick of her hand or flames. she is such a genius snake istg she was so good at pinpointing exactly what her opponent was the most insecure of and worked to infuriate and manipulate them to do exactly as she wanted and planned. just by her words only too and at fifteen. she was still a child and yet i was more afraid of what she was capable of than ozai (everyone pls join me and give ozai the biggest screw you and i hope you rot forever </3)
imagine azula as the firelord oml the fire nation would have been so much more of a menace than it already was *shivers*
anyways enough of azula and her sick and twisted morals. i want more zuko on this post so!! EVERYONE SAY “THANK YOU AND BLESS YOU UNCLE IROH”!! iroh was the sole reason why zuko survived that long and was able to get back into the good path after obsessing over the avatar for so long. if he wasn’t there, then we would have never gotten zuko’s redemption arc (which is a cinematic masterpiece. the standards for character redemption arcs were set way too freaking high after atla dropped istg nothing compares to how zuko’s character slowly but surely shifted. it’s so good, so good. so so good.)
also, zuko was loved more by his mother. she was always weary and concerned for azula when azula and zuko were still children and she never condoned any of her daughter’s behaviours. she knew azula was different. she knew azula had so much more of a darker personality and mind and i like to believe that her lack of open affection for azula (at least, compared to the love she showed for zuko) was what made her see her in the mirror when she finally had a mental breakdown the day of her coronation at the end of her series before her agni kai with zuko (and katara)
“dont act like youre proud. i know what you really think of me. you think i’m a monster.”
“i think you’re confused. all your life you used fear to control people. even your friends mai and ty lee.”
“but what choice do i have? trust is for fools. only fear is reliable. even you fear me.”
“no, i love you, azula.”
this small conversation broke me y’all. as a child, azula could see that zuko was her mother’s preferred child and she had fully accepted the fact that her mother didn’t view her like the way she did zuko, her brother. man, if she hadn’t been born in the royal fire nation household, she would have never turned out so evil, that’s obvious. using fear, that’s the only way she knew how to interact with people.
her breakdown is so tragic and so believable, because the build up from all three books/seasons was paced so well oml from the calculating and always composed azula to the little girl who completely and utterly lost her mind. she was so evil in everything she did and yet pretty much everyone who watched the series up till that one moment where she sat chained up on the ground and relentlessly spitting fire everywhere after being completely defeated for the first and last time, succumbing into insanity and crying out like that?? just so tragic and heartbreaking, considering she was just a fifteen year old girl. manipulative, evil, sure, but she was still a little girl.
but it’s so great of a descent into madness too bc even though i feel so sorry for her fate, i do not forgive her for doing everything she did. she was so misled but also knew exactly what she was doing and yeah just <//3 absolutely one of my top fav characters hands down
i just adore the fire siblings and their character writings y’all it’s an obsession. i think about “hello, zuko here.” on a daily basis help lmfao the way he grew so much out of his im-gonna-capture-the-avatar-to-regain-my-honor-and-the-maybe-the-lord daddy-will-praise-me emo phase and into his awkward teen self and eventually became the rightful firelord makes me so emo ;-; thank goodness for iroh’s existence fr
iroh and his time in the earth kingdom made his eyes open like no one’s business i loved that arc too it was so satisfying seeing zuko eventually winning his internal battle with his traumas (brb gonna sob a lil over how iroh forgived zuko after his betrayal my goodness the way that man saw the goodness in his nephew and had complete faith in him ;-;-;-;-;) the zuko alone episode was so impactful too oml i adore that chapter
three books/seasons and tens of chapters/episodes later, we finally get the long time coming zuko vs azula agni kai and y’all. the waterworks right then ;-;
everything about it was the epitome of perfection. sozin’s comet episodes were so freaking stressful but the results were eedfhjfbd ;-;-;-;-;-; the agni kai. my god it was a cinematic masterpiece. azula’s blue and zuko’s orange red flames clashing against each other with the heartbreaking music in the background, just the sound of the fires being thrown at each other with it. it was so </3 brother and sister fighting to the end.
and one of my favourite observations in this scene is the juxtaposition of zuko and azula’s fighting styles. zuko, who used to be normally erratic and grand with his stances and movements, now not even budging from his place on the arena, using all of the basics iroh had instilled into him vs azula, who used to always be so many steps ahead of her foe and never using her flames and bending until the very last moment after she broke down her enemy’s psyche brick by brick, finally snapping and so frantic with her techniques and flying and jumping all over the place like her emotions and mental condition.
she was terrifying and she was absolutely raging through her own terror. lightning bending is one of the deadliest techniques in all of atla and one needs immense focus and control on one's body and flow to control it. azula is so skilled in her craft, that she strikes it even in the frazzled state she was in at that moment. my mind is always gonna be blown by that lmao she wasn’t labeled a child prodigy for nothing, but that scene where she directs her lightning at katara (again, a planned sequence to take zuko down, fucking mindboggling again bc she is so terrifying i will never stop preaching about how scary azula’s entire character is oml) always gets me ugh. she wasn't thinking straight at all, but at the same time she was also (again) two steps ahead of zuko when she pulled that move dbxjbx
anyways my stomach is killing me i will be off drinking some tea and practicing for my spanish oral exam that’s gonna happen in three days and i haven’t done anything yet haha
