a while ago I made this super-villain alter ego for bebe, but now i just came up with a lore for her :) i also made one for red but i still need to improve her design.
Wasp Queen Bebe Stevens
Bebe has always been aware of her boyfriend's super-hero alterego (Mosquito), as it wasn't that hard for him to keep it hidden. However, she began to notice the way he acted around other girls, especially the raisins ones, in his superhero outfit. Being aware of that, she decided that she would not stay there and do nothing while other girls were hitting on her boyfriend (and he didn't seem to mind!). It's not new to anybody that neither Bebe nor Clyde are the most faithful people ever, and with that in mind, Bebe decided to create her own supervillain outfit, just to make Clyde jealous. How? Doing the same thing: attracting other boys. But how? With venom. But what kind of animal - aside from snakes, they're too cliché - are venomous? Ah yes, bugs. Bugs like wasps. Bugs like him. Therefore, she went to not the best scientist ever, Dr. Mephesto, and asked for his help. Happy to help, he told her that all he needed to do was very simple: fuse her DNA with a wasp's. So she was put in a tube and the insect in the other's, and let the scientist do his tricks. In the end, she was grateful, because she turned exactly into what she desired: a supervillain.

⏩ SOUTH PARK: Cartman’s Scenario ⏪
{ Oh, god! This was so funny to write! Ahahaha! Yes, I need to write about this show! }
Tumblr media
😈 ERIC CARTMAN 😈
Nobody knew how something like this happened.
Was it magic? A curse? A bad dream?
How did it happen? How could it happen?
It looked like one of those movies where two people swapped their own bodies and they lived the worst experiences.
As if this trauma was not enough, another trauma came because you were stuck in the body of the most evil child in the world. Eric Cartman.
Could you be more unlucky than that? Or maybe luckier?
Actually, you had a kind of crush on him, no one would have believed you and everyone thought you were a fool for having a crush on Eric Cartman. Who could ever have a crush on a diabolical child like him? You were a masochistic person, so it seemed.
He instead ended up in your body and now everyone would think you were possessed by the devil (and it was true because he was not a little angel).
Oh, what could you do? Maybe it was just a dream.
You tried to live the day as calmly as possible, without getting any attention on yourself.
Stan and Kyle immediately noticed that something was strange because Eric was too quiet and he has not offended anyone yet.
They thought he was sick (they hoped so and were grateful for this). Maybe they would get rid of him finally, but the truth was crueller than that...
Of course, they could not believe you were in his fat body, it was very strange and disturbing. This was the greatest punishment: to be Cartman. They pitied you a lot even if you did not seem so alarmed but you were scared you could not come back to your body. You liked being Cartman because now everyone respected you, (they were afraid) and  you were as soft as a teddy bear and you were also handsome…
WTF?! What the fuck were you thinking? Stan and Kyle were shocked.
Did you really enjoy being that fatass? Oh, god. The situation is extremely troubled!
They had to save you because you were becoming crazy. They were going to lose you!
Meanwhile, Cartman was in your body and he was insulting everyone saying he felt weird. Actually, Cartman loved your body because it was so comfortable and light, but it would not be for long because he used to eat a little too much.
Then you and Cartman met and you explained to him what happened. He was shocked because it was you, you were him, but he was not controlling his body… Then he understood and he screamed!
Kyle and Stan brought you and Eric to the Dr. Alphonse Mephesto and maybe he could find a solution for this swap problem.
Since Cartman was in your body, he was able to feel your emotion and he understood you had a crush on him. He was confused and amazed, it was awesome… He also thought you were cool, cooler than the others since here everyone was a dumbass… Maybe this experience has not been so bad--

"While the usage of atomic weapons has somewhat faded out as a popular topic" Dunno about that. I mean, given current political trends, especially with the threat of North Korea, I'd imagine that it would still have relevancy. "Imagine a developing nation getting ahold of kaiju cells, and how other countries could react" That kind of makes me think of something like "Resident Evil" where nations/corporations develop their own kaiju as weapons and sell them on the black market, if not each other.
Yes and no. The political discussion today is almost always framed around who should and shouldn’t have nuclear weapons, and the fears bad actors will attain control of them. For many of us, that kind of theat is North Korea or Iran, and yet for some, it’s the United States or Israel... but those discussions seem tinged with this sort of complete acceptance nuclear weapons are a thing that will exist either way.
We’ve sort of lost that long-held interest, even among some staunch cold warriors, that maybe someday we could have a world where we eventually won’t even need such things, even though there were discussions as recently as less than six years ago about the United States and Russia continuing to decrease their current arsenals.
Basically, instead of discussing whether or not we should have these weapons at all, whether they should ever exist or be used, we’ve just shifted into ‘well, who gets them? who doesn’t?’ which, to me, isn’t really a conversation.
Not to mention the focus on showcasing strength against terrorism has resulted in the concept of mutually assured destruction being not forgotten, but downplayed significantly, with both sides preferring to suggest they could just destroy each other in the first place.
I think one of the most masterful and underappreciated aspects of the original 1954 film is that it has a very universal and accessible way of delivering its message that steps long past who has weapons now, or will have them from the future, or what country they may be used against. The film is simply content to use its story to speak out against the horror of these weapons in a way that is above the geopolitical forces of any time period.
There’s a painfully obvious subtext to the fact the victims of Godzilla are Japanese, and that the film’s perspective is uniquely that of the country that created it. This subtext, however, isn’t beaten into the story, but relies on the viewer to make the connection themselves. The metaphor is also split between Godzilla as well as the Oxygen Destroyer itself. Even if one assumes Godzilla represents the bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, Serizawa’s weapon is unquestionably a Japanese creation that could be used against others.
Taken with Yamane’s worry of future kaiju attacks, the film isn’t about a specific, controversial decision made in the final days of one war between nations, but addresses and anticipates what kind of weapons mankind may create in the future, and how they may respond to them.
It’s a message that is universal, timeless, and accessible, while still coming from a very distinct place in world history and Japanese culture.
Of course, before anyone gets any ideas - I would never want to suggest this to mean Godzilla films should avoid addressing distinctly Japanese issues or complex issues of any sort. There’s a lot of room for that in future films, especially if Toho continues the trend of building the series back up and out in the future.
That was quite a ramble. Back on track.
That kind of makes me think of something like "Resident Evil" where nations/corporations develop their own kaiju as weapons and sell them on the black market, if not each other.
Yep, exactly!
There’s a lot of ramifications to consider with geopolitics. Japan passes information on to the United States, and they create their own creature - now it’s easy to imagine Russia or China wanting one to balance against ‘western’ forces, and then you might have Britain or France wanting to exhibit their dependence from the United States, but then of course, another non-western country would need some to keep it fair. A whole arms race could develop - and it could begin purely from the cells of a dead kaiju.
And then there’s the mechs involved. I haven’t read the ‘90′s Godzilla books but one idea they had I sort of liked was this concept of different nations developing their own anti-kaiju mech. Taxes might get involved to fund creating giant robots. What if a developing nation has a kaiju problem? That can affect alliances. Ally with countries with mechs. What if a mech is used against non-kaiju to instill authority? etc.
I can see a black market developing later on, once this stuff has been a bit established, and there’d be espionage, too. Sending in spies to gather intel. Where’s the missing kaiju claw? Spectre, Cobra, Hydra, and so forth are bidding for it in hopes of using it to create their own monster, maybe want to contract it out to a corporation or a mad scientist to do the work for them, someone like inGen or Dr. Mephesto.
Honestly, I’ve not talked once about an actual kaiju attack, and there’s still a goldmine of story material.

South Park: The Fractured But Whole (PS4) Matt Stone and Trey Parker are Renaissance men of entertainment. Live-action and animated film and television, musical theatre and even video games. I admit I was worried when I learned that Obsidian would not be working on the Stick of Truth sequel, but I remained confident as Stone and Parker were helming the project. The game follows on from the events of The Stick of Truth and takes place shortly after the Season 21 episode "Franchise Prequel". The kids decide to stop playing superhero and go back to playing Stick of Truth, but Cartman interrupts the game as the reward money for finding a missing cat can help them with their superhero franchise. In true South Park manner, the plot quickly spirals into hilarious absurdity. Again, this game feels like an interactive episode of the show. It references jokes and events from the entirety of the show's history, and we even see the return of characters such as Towelie, Mitch Connor and Dr Mephesto. Also, this game contains a far superior parody of the 2016 US election than Season 20. The combat is altered: you now control up to four characters on a grid, adding an element of strategy to the turn-based battles. As you deal and take damage, you charge up a meter that allows you to perform an Ultimate attack when full. Once you befriend PC Principal, you can also interrupt an enemy's turn if you are triggered by them committing a microaggression. Yes, seriously. The farting mechanics, which I complained were too finicky in the last game, are simplified. Nevertheless, it is still tedious to use them in conjunction with your partners' powers to solve puzzles. Many puzzles require multiple such assists, each of which is preceded by a quick cutscene and a farting quick time event. (I realise how absurd this paragraph was). The music is also surprisingly good. Overall, this is a thoroughly enjoyable game that fans of the show should not miss. PS: Morgan Freeman is now my favourite optional superboss in an RPG. 9.5/10 #retrocollective #retrocollectiveeurope#rceu #igersplaystation #southpark #fracturedbutwhole #review #ubisoft #ps4 #4theplayers #instagamer #instagaming #sony #rpg
