It definitely fucking sucks and the mounting evidence that they don't car #also sucks #but. I can't fucking do this man #tumblr is literally the only place where I've ever been able to build a stable audience/community #i don't have the fucking constitution for Real™ social media #if tumblr dies I have no reason to make or share art I have nowhere to be this authentic anymore #a personal site might still be fun but it's not the same. it's just not.#I need the give and take I need feedback or none of it matters

possibly most inconvenient washer/dryer delivery going on rn. not rlly the deliverypeople's fault but my dad stayed home today for the delivery. already have had some annoying "we're delivering x day!" "...+4" "...+7" from the company. said it would arrive between 15:00 and 19:00 (pretty big time range). did not so my dad and sister (we are all hungry. grumpy from waiting on something that never came. also need to buy milk) go on a walk to obtain milk. i sit around for a bit and then go to the bathroom. and then they knock on our door. they almost left cause my phone audio was being weird about calling my dad & he literally had to run back home so they wouldnt leave.

#again i dont think it was rlly the delivery guys' fault #clearly they were tired and wanted to go home #and were probably also hungry #but damn if that didnt suck #kind of interesting seeing as how the past few furniture deliveries we've had have all been like an hour early #which #make no mistake #also sucks #think planning on a nice breakfast before your 10-12 range delivery #WRONG #they are here at 8:30

Thinking about the time I lost a game of Overwatch and I was so mad about it that I genuinely considered getting into shit with the other team in chat and then realized that it was a colossal waste of my living breathing Human Time and uninstalled Overwatch instead because it was only making me angry.

And then thought about the OTHER time when I was on TikTok and realized I was Not Enjoying Myself and was, in fact, seeing so many sad videos and fake influencer ads that I felt Truly Despondent and then just…Deleted it.

Imo I want my social media /general media experience to be a pleasant break from real world and I get to decide what I get to cull to make that a reality for myself. I highly reccomended it! Life has improved considerably!
