#🌻#one day i will post a 100k words post about irene and there will be no silencing me#me watching every adaptation of irene: wow good job on missing the entire point#also spoiler alert my issue with her has almost nothing to do with romance. ok maybe a little bit#i dont like it when she's written to be romantically involved with sherlock but that's like. the smallest of my issues tbh#because i HATE when people's criticism of adaptations start and end with:#'it's bullshit that they make holmes in love with her when he should be in love with watson 🥺'#like yeah it is bullshit but please please be more concerned with the insulting portrayal of her#more than being concerned just with her being an obstacle to your ship!!
