Blues vs Ducks Game 5 (1-4)

that pregame and Charles Glenn made me cry.

okay we really did have a good game but we just cannot buy a goal and just don't have the finish. Vladi is getting really good looks and DP is playing hard. good things will happen eventually, we just have to keep pushing.

First period

early Brayden fight to defend Vladi's honor which i love

ooo good chance for Vince there

i like Mikkola being back in the lineup. he is a big body and plays smart

i kinda love the visual of Shatty trying to play peacemaker after that his on the young Duck player

already been a few giveaways and that is less than ideal

i would like to see a little more hunger for the puck and cleaner passes

we really need to clean up our passes. just a little too hard and not on the tape

also our forecheck could be harder

okay that last little push was good. good shot coupled with good net front presence which will work eventually

not a bad first period. something to improve on but not awful

Second Period

yeah we were moving slow to start this period and not making clean clears so kinda saw that goal coming

alright getting closer to the net with our shots. that's good

Vladi is starting to look good but still a little hesitant at time. it will come

okay this is the first time i have really been able to hear the crowd when we have serious o zone pressure. it really does feel different and good and vaguely normal

why do we keep trying to feed the late man into the zone. take it to the net and let the late man clean up the rebound
